it happened in Perth last year
I was here doing shows
I was bored, so I thought I'd I'd go shopping
And I thought it'd be nice to have a friend, a girl
to go shopping with.
So I messaged about
I dunno, 800 girls on Tinder.
'Who wants to come shopping?'
One legend wrote back, she's like I'll be there in 10.
I'm like fucking yes! I literally just wanted a girl to shop with.
That's all I wanted.
But it wouldn't hurt if she was, you know, like
a bit of a fox either. Wouldn't hurt.
Then she gets there, and I think she ate the fox.

and she's like 'Holy Fuck is that Sid the Sloth from Ice Age?'
We catfished each other if you will.
And she was an awesome girl, we had a lot of fun shopping
so we thought we'd go to the beach.
Cause it was a beautiful hot Summer Perth day
35 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, we thought we'd go to the beach.
So we went back to my hotel room
to get my board shorts, and my towel.
And I sat down, and I got reall cbf
I was like, you know what? There is an awesome girl in my hotel room
I think it'd be rude if I didn't try something on her right now.
And I'm not a rude guy am I...
So this was my move, on the sunniest day of the year I got up
I walked to the window and I looked out
and I went 'ahhh weather's getting bad'
Wanna watch a movie? Could not have been less subtle
I might as well as said would you like some Netflix & Cock you know
It was like in high school, those high school parties,
house parties in high school you know
early high school when you wanted to kiss a girl you go up to them
and be like "hey, hey, you wanna go for a walk?"

And she'll be like "why are you at this party? Aren't you a teacher?"
So it was not subtle at all.
She's got the laptop, she's sitting on my bed she gets to pick the movie
I'm very interested in seeing what she is going to pick
cause movie selection is very important in knowing if you're gonna be able to
try anything of not.
If it's too funny, you're laughing the whole time can't do anything.
I guess the laughter gets her ready for sex with me.
I make a lot of jokes
'Here comes the Aeroplane'
And if the movie's too good you actually wanna watch the movie.
What you want is a rom-com, that's ideal
Rom-com it's got that fun funny bit at the start then it gets all romantic & boring
and you're like 'what else can we do' you want a rom-com!
She goes and picks the movie 'Frozen'
the kids movie 'Frozen'
I'm not sure if this is her way of saying 'nothing's going to happen'
or she just fucking loved the movie.
Either way, I was gonna find out.
This was my next awkward move
5 minutes into the movie
I turned to her and I went
"Would it be weird if we made out to Frozen?"
She goes "yes very weird"
Well it's about to get weird....
And long story short, we fucked to Frozen
we fucked to the kids movie Frozen
I LET IT GO EVERYWHERE!
But not for too long though cause it's a good movie
I was like 'okay I'm done snowman's about to sing'
Then we watched the whole movie and the credits started going
this is where it gets kinda weird
credits were going and we started doing the sex again
and I may or may not have, reached my hand back to the laptop
and skipped it back to that very song 'Let It Go'
cause I thought it'd be funny having sex to that song
which it was for me
Maybe not for her
And it was a good session too a good session
at least a minute and a half long
two and a half positions I was fucking on point
I say that actually but she was actually a bit more hectic then what I was used to

She was a hectic girl so it was a good session but it was like what the hell
And then it finished, she went to the bathroom to clean up or whatever
and I had time to reflect on that situation
I was like 'what sort of girl, goes shopping with a strange man from Tinder
at 2, and ends up fucking to a kids movie by 4?'
The best kind of girl.
I was in love and then we hung out for a bit longer and then
and then she had to leave
cause she had to pick up a friend
I had to get ready for my show anyway
and she left with the best leaving line I have ever heard in my life
You cannot leave a 1 night stand better then this I gaurentee it
This is a true story too that's how fucked this is
She walked to the door, she opens it we'll use this as the door okay

she looks me dead in the eyes
she goes 'Hey if you wanna hang out later tonight let me know,
and I'll come back and eat your arse'
What the fuck is that??!
That stunned me but I still messaged her like 20 seconds later
I was like 'bring a spoon'
Now, this girl used to watch Frozen
with her Nieces & her Nephews.
Fair to say she can't anymore, it's been ruined for her.
It's been greatly improved for me
everytime I see a snowman now I'm fucking rock hard!

AND RIGHT NOW, SATAN HAS NO PART IN ME.

7 STATEMENTS SO THAT MEANS THAT FOR THE OTHER
5 HOURS AND 59 MINUTES HE WAS ON THE CROSS,
HE WAS TOTALLY SILENT.

EACH OTHER, AND HAVING STRIFE WITH EACH OTHER, AND ALL THESE
DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WE LET GO ON.
NOW, AFTER WE TALK HERE JUST A FEW MORE MINUTES ABOUT
EVERYTHING THAT PAUL HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MOUTH, WE'RE GONNA
SPEND A GOOD PART OF TIME TONIGHT TALKING ABOUT WHAT
TRUE WISDOM IS.
AND YOU'LL FIND THAT THE FIRST FACET OF TRUE GODLY WISDOM IS TO

EVERYBODY ELSE ABOUT THE PLACE WHERE YOU WORK.

IT'S REALLY THE BEGINNING OF A BLESSED LIFE.
AND IF YOU DEFINE WISDOM, I'VE HEARD IT SAID THAT IT'S THE
PROPER USE OF KNOWLEDGE, WHICH THAT'S VERY TRUE BECAUSE IT
DOESN'T DO US ANY GOOD TO KNOW ANYTHING IF WE DON'T USE IT
PROPERLY.
SOMETIMES PEOPLE HAVE GOT SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE THAT IT ACTUALLY
STEALS THEIR FAITH AND CAUSES ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS IN
RELATIONSHIPS.
BUT I HAVE MY OWN LITTLE DEFINITION OF WISDOM AND I THINK
IT'S FAIRLY ACCURATE AND SO I'LL JUST GIVE YOU WHAT I THINK
WISDOM IS.
I THINK WISDOM IS TO DO NOW WHAT YOU'LL BE HAPPY WITH LATER
IN LIFE.
I THINK WISDOM THINKS THINGS THROUGH BECAUSE IF YOU READ
PROVERBS, WISDOM INVOLVES PRUDENCE, WHICH IS GOOD
MANAGEMENT.
IT INVOLVES DISCERNMENT, WHICH MEANS THAT WE LOOK BEYOND
JUST THE SURFACE OF THINGS INTO THE DEEPER MEANING OF MAYBE
WHAT'S GOING ON.
YOU SEE, A PERSON WHO HAS NO WISDOM WILL DO WHAT WE SAID THIS
MORNING WE SHOULDN'T DO.
THEY'LL SEE SOMEBODY THAT'S NOT LIKE THEM OR MAYBE LOOKS WHAT
THEY WOULD THINK IS A LITTLE ODD AND THEY SIZE THEM UP AS BEING
A GOOFBALL.
BUT SOMEBODY WHO HAS GOT SOME WISDOM WILL SEE BEYOND THAT AND
ACTUALLY TAKE THE TIME TO FIND OUT THE HEART OF THE PERSON.
AND SO, WISDOM, WOW, IT'S JUST A GREAT, GREAT, GREAT THING
TO STUDY.
BUT NOW IF WE LOOK AT JAMES CHAPTER 3,
BEGINNING IN VERSE 13, IT SAYS THAT, "WHO IS THERE
AMONG YOU WHO IS WISE AND INTELLIGENT?
THEN LET HIM BY HIS NOBLE LIVING SHOW FORTH HIS [GOOD] WORKS WITH
THE [UNOBTRUSIVE] HUMILITY [WHICH IS THE PROPER ATTRIBUTE]
OF TRUE WISDOM."
SO, FIRST OF ALL, A PROUD PERSON,
A PERSON WHO IS HAUGHTY, AND WALKS IN PRIDE AND IS FULL
OF HIMSELF, AND THINKS HE'S BETTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE, AND
SMARTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE DOES NOT HAVE ONE DROP OF WISDOM.

OKAY, CAN I TELL YOU SOMETHING?
YOU'RE NEVER GONNA HAVE IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT ON PURPOSE.

THAT TOO.
I GREW UP IN TURMOIL AND I STAYED FULL OF TURMOIL FOR

ME OFF IN A WRONG DIRECTION.
AND WHEN I GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WANTED PEACE SO BAD THAT

ORDER TO HAVE IT, I STARTED HAVING PEACE.
DO YOU KNOW THAT I FOUND OUT THAT TO FIGHT WITH SOMEBODY TO
TRY TO PROVE THAT I'M RIGHT IS NOT WORTH THE LITTLE FLESHLY
ZING I GET OUT OF IT JUST TO SAY, "I WAS RIGHT.
SEE, I WAS RIGHT."
YOU KNOW, BEING RIGHT IS HIGHLY OVERRATED AND IT COSTS YOU A LOT
MORE THAN IT'S WORTH WHEN YOU GET IT.
WE NEED TO DO A LITTLE MORE OF WHAT JESUS DID.
JUST KEEP QUIET AND IF SOMEBODY WANTS TO THINK THEY'RE RIGHT,
LET THEM THINK THEY'RE RIGHT.
AND IF YOU NEED TO BE PROVEN TO BE RIGHT, LET'S LET GOD DO
THE PROVING INSTEAD OF TRYING TO DO IT OURSELVES.

IT'S THE WISEST THING THAT I DO."
AND THERE'S SO MANY THINGS LIKE THAT IF WE'RE GONNA HAVE TRUE
WISDOM, THE GOD KIND OF WISDOM.
SEE, IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO THE NATURAL MIND TO FORGIVE
YOUR ENEMIES.
IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO THE NATURAL MIND TO NOT TRY TO
DEFEND YOURSELF WHEN SOMEBODY FALSELY ACCUSES YOU.
BUT WE HAVE ANOTHER EXAMPLE, HIS NAME IS JESUS AND WE GET TO NOT
ONLY BELIEVE IN HIM, BUT TO FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE AND HAVE
THE BEST LIFE THAT WE CAN POSSIBLY HAVE.

IKEA Kitchen Haul - Ramadan 2017 Prepartions - Duration: 5:54.
Hello and welcome to the channel
I hope you all are doing well
todays video is an Ikea haul
all kitchen related
and also in preparations for the month of Ramadan
The aim of the video is of course to share
my new purchases
and also to give you all an idea
of whats new at IKEA
as it is fairly new in Morocco
so in this video i will be sharing
the name of the products and also the prices
in Euro and in Moroccan Dirham
I hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful
and lets begin
the first thing that I was curious about is
this set of containers
made of painted aluminum
it is very vintagy styly
exactly what I like
though I have to say the quality of the metal
is not very very thick
there is two containers in the set
small and medium size
I used the bigger one to stone smaller tea and coffee bags
and I stored ground coffee in the smaller one
the other kind of containers I got are
a set of three glass containers
big medium and small containers
the glass here is very thick
very substantial abd very heavy
they come with air-tight lid
I am in love with this glass jars
originally made for preserving and canning
I used them to store regular everyday food items
this kind of containers come in various sizes
a longer size perfect for dried pasta
this one is medium size
and the smallest ones come in a set of three
I use the smallest one to store expensive spices
as they are sold in smaller quantities
I store in the medium sized ones salt, ginger, and turmeric
I store in the wider one sugar
brown sugar, and powdered sugar
This is a larger lazy-Susan made of bamboo
I got it to roll out dough on it
because my work surface of made of wood
I dont want to work with dough on it
so I got the larger wooden lazy-susan for that
it is made originally to be on a dinning table
for condiments etc.
the larger chopping board I got mainly for bread making as well
it could be used of course for serving pizza
the smaller one I got simply because I loved it
like I explained before
I have moved recently
and left behind a lots of my kitchen utensils
kitchen scissors is one of many things I need in my kitchen
so i got this set of two scissors
I got this strainer that goes over the sink
I have been seeing it for a long time now
either in IKEA catalogue or in my friends kitchens
perfect for washing veggies and fruits
I got these two larger plastic containers with Ramadan in mind
perfect for storing Ramadan sweets
the containers are made of very thick plastic
again the containers are air tight
perfect like I said for storing sweets and cookies for a long time
they have many other smaller sizes
they have them also in color red
the last one I will be sharing is this covered dish
I have been considering getting it for a while now
now I went for it
the best thing about it is
you can leave a cake or cookies in the dish overnight
they wont dry out

Have you ever struggled with a terrible case of OCD?
Not obsessive compulsive disorder,
but obsessive comparison disorder?
Do you find yourself obsessively thinking about the differences
between you and him, and you and her, and you and them.
Maybe you notice someone is smarter,
and they can study for the test faster.
Maybe you know someone in gym class who can run way faster than you can,
can jump higher,
can school everyone when you can't.
Have you noticed people who are more intuitive at leadership and business,
people who are more compassionate and better with children?
When we notice those differences in our bodies, in our minds, in our muscles,
in our lives, in our income,
it's hard not to be obsessive and compare ourselves to other people.
So often that leads us to insecurity.
It leads us to envy.
It leads us to jealousy.
It leads us to give up the kind of peace and hope and joy
that the Holy Spirit is so desperately wanting to put into our hearts.
So what's the answer?
How do you not feel insecure when you notice that difference?
Well, the Apostle Paul tells us in one of the most famous chapters
in the Bible about our spiritual gifts and our differences.
Just like we're so happy that our bodies have different parts,
there's fingers and toes and eyes and ears that
not all the parts are the same.
Well, God says that's the way to overcome the insecurity.
Remember that, by God's own design, your perfect loving father,
the Jesus who gave his life on the cross,
is the one who collaborated with the Father and the Holy Spirit
to make you different from that person.
And sure, they have strengths that you don't have.
And they have strengths that you might not ever have.
And you have strengths that they might not ever have.
What matters most is that the God who loves you
designed you just how he wanted to be.
And so sometimes when I notice a difference, I like to say this,
"different parts."
I kinda wish I was good like that
but "different parts."
I kind of wish I could talk like that,
but "different parts."
That's the Holy Spirit's remedy and his answer to the envy and jealousy
that want to take peace and joy from your heart.
So maybe this week when you notice the difference, you could just say those two words,
"different parts."

So let's start with what you say if you apply make-up. You say:
„Ich schminke mich." „Ich schminke mich."
Sich schminken.
All the things you need for painting your face so to speak are „Schminke".

Many words we use are the English words, for example „make-up"
means the foundation for your skin.
„Das Make-Up". Then there is „Lidschatten".
Der Lidschatten.
Lidschatten. „Lid" is the upper part of your eye,
and „schatten" is shadow. Eye-shadow. Lidschatten.
Then there's „Wimperntusche" „Wimperntusche".
„Wimpern" are the eye-lashes and „Tusche" is ink.
Die Wimperntusche is mascara –
but don't worry, most people understand „Mascara" as well.
Your eyebrows are „Augenbrauen" – die Augenbrauen.
It's the same word.
And then we need lipstick, „Lippenstift".
Lippen - stift. „Lippen" are your lips, „Stift" is a pen.
Der Lippenstift.
At the end of a long day, when you want to remove the make-up,
we use the verb „abschminken". Ab-schminken.
The correct sentence would be: „Ich schminke mich ab."
And what about your hair?
For your hair you need „einen Kamm"
– a comb, „einen Kamm". Der Kamm. Or a brush.
Die Bürste. Die Bürste.
In both cases you can say: „Ich kämme meine Haare".
If you want to part your hair, you are wearing a „Scheitel".
Der Scheitel.
If it's parted in the middle of your head, it's „der Mittelscheitel".
If it's parted to the side, it's „der Seitenscheitel".
If you have long hair, you can wear it in a ponytail.
„Ein Pferdeschwanz". Der Pferdeschwanz.
„Ich mache mir einen Pferdeschwanz."
For a ponytail you need „einen Haargummi"
– a scrunchy. Der Haargummi.
Oh, and talking about ponys: If a woman in Germany has a „Pony"
it means she wears bangs, so her hair is short on her forehead.
Der Pony. Don't misuse the article:
„Der Pony" is a hairstyle,
„das Pony" is a small horse.

Does A Home Have To Be Vacant To Close A Deal? - Duration: 3:07.

This next question is from Lauren Nightingale.
Lauren says, "Hi, Joe.
I wanted to know, when I market to a FSBO," For Sale By Owner, "and they call me, can
the owner still live there or does the house have to be empty or vacant to move forward
with the deal?
Please let me know."
It's easier to sell a property if it's vacant, most of the time.
So, at least with a lease option, because that way people can move in immediately.
You can show it, you can use a lock box on the front door to show it instead of having
to show up to show it every time.
It makes it a lot easier to help you market that property.
If they live there, then you need to show up or you need to have somebody show up for
you that can show the property.
You don't want the seller there while you're showing it if you can avoid that.
And if they've got stuff in the house, you can't show it with a lockbox if they're living
there.
You don't want anything to be stolen from them.
So it's easier if they don't live there.
Now after you sell it, obviously they've got to move out.
And so you want to be able to coordinate that and if they don't know when they're going
to move out, it might make sense for them to wait because you can typically sell a property
on a lease option within three or four weeks as long as you have your monthly payment priced
properly.
If you're too high on your monthly payment, and thirty days goes by and it's not sold
and you're doing the marketing that I teach, using Craigslist, Zillow, sign in the yard,
any of those types of things.
If you do that and you're getting 3 or 4 or 5 calls a week and nobody's buying it, it's
because you're too high priced on the monthly payment, 9 times out of 10.
Every once in a while there's other reasons that it happens, but most of the time it's
the monthly payment that's causing the problem.
So that's the way we deal with vacant versus houses that have the seller that still lives
in there.
If you have a tenant that lives there, or the seller has a tenant that lives there,
then it becomes even more problematic and sometimes it makes sense to wait until that
tenant is out and do it then.
But we've also sold them with tenants in there.
We just have to get the cooperation from the tenant.
Sometimes the tenants have a year lease that they're trying to get out of early.
One of the things that we'll say to our tenants is, if you let us market it, all we'll do
is charge you, if you're leaving early, you have to, you know, normally, if they leave
early, they have to pay the entire lease out.
So if they owe us for another year, they have to pay us for a full year of rent.
But we let them out of that as long as we have somebody new who's coming in and makes
that payment for them.
As long as we don't have a gap in payment we don't mind and we're not going to beat
them up on that monthly payment.
So it makes it, gives them some incentive to let us show the property because they don't
want to have to make those extra payments while it's vacant while we're trying to get
it sold between the time they move out and the time we find somebody new.
All right.

Welcome to GeeksforGeeks.
Today we will learn program for Edit distance.
Given two strings string1 and string2 and below operations that can performed on string1.
Find minimum number of edits (operations) required to convert 'string1' into 'string2'.
Operations are insert, delete and modify.
We assume that all of the operations are of equal cost.
Example 1: Given two strings "geek" and "gesek"
Only one operation is required so output is 1.
We can convert string1 to string2 by inserting 's' in string1.
Example 2: Given two strings "cat" and "cut"
Only one operation is required so output is 1.
We can convert string1 to string2 by modifying 'a' to 'u'
Let us look at the approach to solve this problem.
Given two strings of length m and n If the last characters of two strings match,
we do not change anything and recur for length m-1 and n-1
Else we compute minimum cost of all three operations (insert, delete and modify) and
take minimum of these three values Insert i.e. recur for m and n-1.
Delete i.e. recur for m-1 and n.
And modify i.e. recur for m-1 and n-1.
Consider the partial recursion tree drawn here for Edit distance where two strings are
"abc" and "xyz".
Notice that eD(2,2) is being solved twice.
If we draw the complete recursion tree, then we can see that there are many subproblems
which are solved again and again.
We know that recomputation of same subproblems can be avoided by using Dynamic Programming.
We will draw table for following problem.
Given two strings "CART" and "MARCH" find its Edit Distance.
To convert "CART" into "MARCH" we need to perform 3 operations on string "CART"
Modify 'C' to 'M'.
Modify 'T' to 'C'.
Insert 'H' This is the table drawn for discussed example.
Let us start filling when one of the string is empty.
We will compare "CART" to Ø and then "MARCH" to Ø.
To convert Ø to Ø we need no operations so value is 0.
To convert C to Ø we need 1 operation of modify so value is 1.
To convert CA to Ø we need 2 operations (1 modify and 1 insert) so value is 2.
Similarly 3 and 4.
We do the same for string "MARCH".
'C' and 'M' do not match.
So Modify 'C' to 'M'.
This needs 1 operation so value is 1.
Last characters of 'C' and 'MA' do not match.
We need to perform 2 operations.
Convert 'C' to 'M' and insert 'A'.
So value is 2.
The last characters of 'C' and 'MAR' do not match.
It will take 3 operations.
So value is 3.
The last characters of 'C' and 'MARC' match.
So we need 3 operations to convert 'C' into 'MARC'.
So the value is 3.
The logic is if there is a match then copy diagonal value to editDist[i][j].
In case of mismatch choose minimum among top, left and diagonal value and add 1 to it.
Here 'C' and 'H' do not match so min value is 3.
Add 1 to it.
So value becomes 4.
'A' and 'M' do not match so min value is 1.
Add 1 to it.
So value becomes 2.
'A' and 'A' match so copy diagonal value as it is.
So value becomes 1.
'A' and 'R' do not match so minimum value is 1.
Add 1 to it.
So value becomes 2.
You can try to fill the rest of the table as an exercise for your better understanding.
These are the final values in the table.
And, the value stored in the bottom right cell is our answer
I.e. 3 is the output.
Let us understand the code of dynamic programming now.
We create a table dp[m+1][n+1] to store results of subproblems.
To fill the table in bottom up manner we check whether one of the strings is empty.
If i = 0 then minimum operations are j.
Similarly if j = 0 then minimum operations are i.
Then we check whether the last characters of two strings match.
If yes, we recur for the remaining string dp[i-1][j-1].
If no, then we find minimum value out of 3 possible operations i.e. insert, delete and
modify and add 1 to it.
At last, return dp[m][n] value.
