(sighs)
The world is burning, but it's fine I guess.
Oh hey. Didn't see you there.
Talking about climate change can just be so awkward.
Well, now we're here to help.
I'm Sabrina and this is Cooler Talk.
Meet Dave. Dave is a defeatist.
Dave doesn't even bother trying
to talk about climate change.
He thinks we're all doomed.
Oh, it was gonna die anyway.
I mean, it's not like we can do anything about it.
What?
We're screwed, right? Scientists say things would go
haywire if the Earth heats up more than
2 degrees Celsius, and we're on track for at least 4.
The world as we know it is going to end.
Sure, we might not be able to keep warming
below two degrees, but climate change
isn't an all-or-nothing problem.
If you think about it, 2.5 degrees is a whole
lot better than 3, and 3 is much
better than 4. It's the difference
between toast and that ...
But it's hard to get worked up about climate change.
It's like worrying about the national debt
when you can't afford guac on your burrito.
The enormity of climate change abstracts the problem.
That's surprisingly poetic, Dave.
I do spoken word on the weekends.
It's not that big of a deal.
It is overwhelming to wrap your head around climate change,
but we already have the solution.
We need to stop using fossil fuels,
move toward clean energy,
and push for that change in policies,
businesses, and our own lives.
But what about people in poor countries?
They will experience the worst of climate change
and they don't even get a seat at the table.
Many vulnerable populations don't have
a say in climate policy, but you do.
So not doing anything about it
is a pretty privileged place to be, don't you think?
Oh, I suppose, but the United States will
slide backwards on climate under Trump.
Yeah, things look pretty bleak right now,
but China and the rest of the world continue to push
forward on clean energy, and 2 out of 3 Americans
support the Paris climate agreement.
So, people won't make it easy for the U.S. to pull out.
And mobilization can lead to change, fast.
But how will I know if I'm making a difference?
The truth is you probably won't, but you gotta try.
And for pete's sake, use a glass the next time.
Hang in there, little guy.

Discovering Your Voice - Find Your Unique Sound - Duration: 5:54.
hey everyone I'm Jason Catron and this
is your free vocal tip today we're going
to talk about discovering your voice we
make the voice this incredibly
mysterious thing and I get it
it can appear and seem like that why
because we can't touch it see it or feel
it
vocal cords don't have nerve
endings so therefore we really don't
feel what's happening
not long ago I was doing a lesson with
someone and I demonstrated a sound it
was a high c I was like oh and they're
like I heard like this resonance
and release on it and they're like what does that feel like
i'm not sure so I did it again
I'm like really doesn't kind of feel
like anything come true and there's
actually something to be said about that
which is the reality that we want in
some way to feel it i think that's why
most of us pick up strain or bad habits
because we feel something right and we
hear all the time that singing is about
feeling and this is one of those
great mysteries how do we feel it yet
not have to feel it right and so in
discovering your voice
understanding the reality that we don't
always feel it
we definitely can't see it and
oftentimes what we hear can confuse us as
well because we may not hear exactly
what we think we're hearing
or something a little different than
what someone else is hearing especially as
we're in the early stages of learning
our voice all these things trick us and
confuse us and when that happens we
usually do something to try to control
it or force it into being what I'm going
to suggest today is that we're going to
discover our voices by simply just
making everyday sounds singing is as
simple as talking you hear us say that
all the time we sing as though we speak
so if i can speak it into existence i
should somway be able to sing it into
reality as well so follow my lead on
this
what are some everyday sounds that you
can make I remember as a kid I'd love
playing with little like little cars
right and I would just be sitting in my
room and have a little car I'd be pushing
along doing whatever and one day I had
a police car and I was just chasing
another little car and all of a sudden I'm going (siren noises)
now probably drove my parents crazy i don't know what i
was doing I just thought it was a really cool sound
but in all reality it was helping me
find this connection in this higher end
of my voice way more heady when i try to
do sometimes now when I go to sing so I
recall that just try to make siren
sounds that's an everyday sound what's
another sound you hear us make all the time
right
crying like a baby ah seems so simple
when I sit here and do it but it can be
the hardest thing to find because
at some point from you being
born as a baby to where you are today
you became what self-conscious and
self-aware when that happens we try to
protect preserve control we have to let
go of that so go back to those moments
of being a baby and just let sound out
this is all I'm suggesting years making
monkey sounds haha
monkey sounds may be tricky right now
but let go try to find those little
places in that pharyngeal part of your
voice where you discover the ability to
make these simple everyday sounds easy
one start at the beginning little puppy
puppies whimper right
hey-hey-hey-hey-hey put in exercise
hmm
go higher mhm mhm see what that does
allows me to make these simple sounds
and not stress about trying to sing a
song again we can focus all too
often on the end result we want to sing
this song has got this big high note
when reality
let's just take it back to everyday
sounds that we make
hey hey over there hey come up i'm just
letting sound out
I don't strain doing that I didn't have
to work too hard I wasn't focused on my
diaphragm pushing down and like no it's
just a natural response you stub your
toe what do you do
oh my gosh that hurt
it just comes out you don't have time to think
so
step back relax chill out sit in your
chair
ah you ah make these crazy little sounds
taking you back all the way to birth
everything in-between recall those you
will see how those slide into song how
you find new connections new
coordination in new ways to release to
project to let go let go
being the keyword and letting these
sounds that you make every day that you
hear every day all around us in nature
guide you into the true voice that you
have

Lions Hunt Buffalo Calf Left Behind by Herd - Duration: 1:56.
Cliff Butlin, provided his guests with a stupefying front-row-seat sighting at Mjejane Game Reserve, Kruger Park.
Cliff tells LatestSightings.com: "The lions had already attacked the calf before I arrived."
"The buffalo herd had pushed the lions away, so when I arrived at the sighting the lions were watching the buffalo from a safe distance plotting another attack."
"After an hour of waiting, the buffalo started moving off with the lions not too far behind them."
"The lions gave chase, all hell broke loose and the calf was left behind."
"The lions had initially run past the calf as they did not see it on the other side of the bush, but when the calf called for its mother, the lions turned and locked eyes on the helpless victim and I knew they were going take it down."
"The mother of the calf did not come back as she was possibly injured as well during the first attack and the other buffalo could smell the lion's scent on the calf."
"Advice to others in the same sighting situation would be to remain still and not to panic."
"The next day we found the herd again and noticed a bull buffalo with its tail missing, so these lions had another go at them"

When I was little and we used to move all the time
I'd write these notes and I would fold them up really small.
And I would hide them.
What'd they say?
They we're just things I wanted to remember
so that if I ever wanted to go back
there'd be a piece of me there waiting.
What is it you like about this house so much?
History.
A writer writes a novel, a songwriter writes a song,
we do what we can to endure.
We build our legacy piece by piece
and maybe the whole world will remember you
or maybe just couple of people.
But you do what you can
to make sure you're still around after you're gone.

Did You Know: Star Wars Rebels Season 3 - Easter Eggs, Inspirations, Trivia, and More! - Duration: 17:07.
Did you know?
In the season three premiere Steps into Shadow, about six months have passed since the end
of season two.
As part of Zeb's new season 3 character model, he has an illustration on his suit
of the joopa that ate him in season two.
Sabine's new character model has an illustration of the convor owl described to her by Ezra.
Hera now has a traditional rebel rank badge on her sleeve indicating she is a captain.
One version of Hondo's reaction to Terba's death was to remark in wonder, "They can
fly!"
In Ezra's room is a torn poster for an old podrace competition featuring Ben Quadrinaros.
A similar poster could be seen in Anakin's quarters in The Clone Wars as well.
The Bendu was originally meant to appear in Season 2, and was supposed to be much larger.
The Rebels would have built their base on his back.
Upon returning from a mission, they'd find their base gone because Bendu had moved.
The term Bendu dates back to the original story treatments written by George Lucas when
he was first defining Star Wars in 1973.
The Jedi Knights were called the Jedi Bendu, and the light and dark side aspects of the
Force were called the Ahsla and the Bogan.
Commander Brom Titus was last seen in season two's Stealth Strike as the Admiral in charge
of the Interdictor project.
He has since received a demotion.
This episode sees the destruction of the Phantom.
The writer who pitched the idea of destroying the ship was then nicknamed the Phantom Menace
for the rest of the season.
General Dodonna's mention at the end of the episode indicates that the captured Y-wing
fighters will make their way to Gold Squadron as seen in the Battles of Scarif and Yavin.
In The Holocrons of Fate, the droids that accompany Maul are hacked and reprogrammed
droids from Mandalore, a reference to his time as ruler of the planet.
Describing the signal beacon that repels the Atollon spiders as a thumper is a reference
to the Dune series, where a similar device is used to attract sand worms.
The A-wing used by Kanan and Ezra is a trainer model, and therefore has two seats.
The asteroid base where Maul is operating out of is one he used in The Clone Wars, as
seen in the Son of Dathomir comic series.
Did you know that the episode The Antilles Extraction was almost titled Darklighter and
would have been all about the defection of Biggs which would have made it the greatest
episode of any TV show ever but the producers decided that timeline complications with Biggs'
established A New Hope backstory meant that Wedge was the better candidate for this story,
which is cool and all but Biggs was almost in Rebels and now my heart is broken??
(Big breath) The horned icon on Vult Skerris' helmet can be found on the side of the original
scout walker models built for The Empire Strikes Back, and can be seen on the Kenner toy.
Ezra mentions infiltrating an Imperial Academy, which is a reference to the season one episode
Breaking Ranks.
Wedge is of course a well known pilot from the original trilogy, but in case you didn't
know, Hobbie can also be seen in The Empire Strikes Back.
The first Aftermath book mentions Wedge's connection with Fulcrum.
At the time we assumed it was a reference to Ahsoka Tano, but this episode sheds more
light on the nature of the Fulcrum alias.
This episode was written by Gary Whitta, who also worked on Rogue One.
Sabine's fake name, Ria Talla, is a leftover name from an early version of Rogue One.
The explosives that blow off the TIE fighters' solar panels is an intentional nod to the
simulated battle damage of the old Kenner toys that could do the same thing.
This episode marks the series debut of the TIE interceptor.
Red markings show it to be an elite craft, which is a nod to similar striping in Star
Wars Legends material, like the fighter used by Soontir Fel.
In the episode Hera's Heroes, the lizards the Twi'leks ride are called blurggs.
They can also be seen in The Clone Wars, but their first ever appearance was in the Ewoks:
The Battle for Endor TV movie in 1985.
This episode marks the series debut of the scout trooper.
Hera calls the Imperials gutkurrs, which are hard-shelled carnivores seen on Ryloth in
The Clone Wars.
The Syndulla estate has a central channel of water in the main floor, which is a sign
of prosperity in a desert environment.
When the Syndulla house explodes, one of the stormtroopers lets out a Wilhelm scream.
In The Last Battle, the planet Agamar dates back to 1993 as the setting of The Farlander
Papers, a short story included in the game X-Wing.
This is its first on-screen depiction.
Gregg Berger, who voiced General Kalani in Season 5 of The Clone Wars returns to provide
his voice again in this episode.
The end title card was redesigned to resemble the opening title card on The Clone Wars,
and this episode uses the end theme music from the series as well.
The Imperial Supercommandos from the aptly named episode Imperial Supercommandos, date
back to the very earliest concept work done for The Empire Strikes Back.
The design that would eventually become Boba Fett's Mandalorian armor was originally
intended to be for a class of super stormtroopers.
The game played by Sabine and Fenn Rau is based on a Legends game called cu'bikad
from the Republic Commando novels.
Sabine has drawn a tibidee on the Phantom II in honor of the first Phantom's encounter
with the creature in season one.
The canyon for the jetpack chase scene is simply a retexturing of the Ryloth canyon
from Hera's Heroes.
The character of Gar Saxon was first developed for Clone Wars episodes that never entered
production, but were adapted into the comic series Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir.
A major influence for the episode Iron Squadron was the film Red Dawn, about a group of teenagers
defending their home from invading forces.
The three members of Iron Squadron are tributes to the staff of Lucasfilm's online team
that work on Rebels Recon.
Gooti Terez is named after Andi Guitierrez, Mart Mattin is named after Matt Martin, and
Jonner Jin is named after John Harper.
The planet Mykapo is also named after Executive Producer of Rebels Recon, Micky Capoferri.
The YT-2400 used by Iron Squadron was originally developed as a background ship flying over
Mos Eisley in the Special Edition of Star Wars: A New Hope.
It is more famously known as the Outrider, the ship Dash Rendar flies in the Legends
story Shadows of the Empire.
The original title for the Wynkahthu Job was the Commodia Job and then Pirates of the Cammodia
System, named after the toilet-flushing look of the atmospheric turbulence.
The Imperial sentry droids were inspired by the Dark Troopers from the classic video game
Dark Forces.
The built-in top blaster on their right arms is actually a repurposed and modified E-11
stormtrooper rifle.
Melch, last seen in Steps into Shadow, now wears Hondo's pirate symbol on his helmet.
The Twi'lek Ark of the covenant first seen as an easter egg in The Clone Wars is among
the treasures aboard the transport.
Mr. Sumar made his reappearance in An Inside Man.
He nearly made an appearance in the season two premiere, where he would have been depicted
as very anti-rebel, angered at the enhanced Imperial security they provoked.
The TIE defender design comes from the classic 1994 TIE Fighter video game.
When describing the haunting visions of Maul that Ezra sees in Visions and Voices, Dave
Filoni wanted them to have a Freddy Krueger quality to them.
The darksaber first appeared in The Clone Wars season two.
Its inclusion spawned a great deal of story development regarding Mandalore's ancient
past.
Maul's sanctuary is decorated with battle droid heads and discarded helmets from his
former Mandalorian warriors.
Maul has a stolen painting of Duchess Satine Kryze, Obi-Wan's love, who Maul killed in
The Clone Wars.
Composer Kevin Kiner includes a small piano-only refrain from her theme in the score when Ezra
looks at her painting.
Meredith Salenger and Anna Graves, two recurring actors from The Clone Wars, returned to voice
the Nightsister-possessed incarnations of Kanan and Sabine.
The ancient Sith writing scrawled on the wall translates to Kenobi.
The battered Rebel helmets in Ghosts of Geonosis are the same commando designs seen in Return
of the Jedi and Rogue One.
They sport Saw Gerrera's symbol that can also be seen on his cape in Rogue One.
Saw himself is meant to match the flashback version of the character seen in the prologue
of Rogue One.
Sometime over the next two years, Saw will lose his leg and develop a breathing problem,
most likely from his prolonged exposure to the Geonosian pesticide.
In The Clone Wars, Saw had blue eyes, while his live action incarnation had brown.
This version went somewhere in the middle with green.
Ezra's scout trooper helmet has undergone a Sabine redecoration.
I still wonder if she asks for permission before doing that.
This Imperial officer is not Rae Sloane, but Captain Brunson, named for the series Look
Development Production Coordinator Jessica Brunson.
While developing a sympathetic Geonosian, the production team looked towards District
9 as an inspiration.
The jetpack-wearing jumptrooper is based on the flying stormtroopers developed for Star
Tours: The Adventures Continue.
A running gag of the episode is Klik-Klak drawing an image of the Death Star, yet everyone
interprets it as something else.
Sabine's jetpack has also been customized with a new paint design.
The revelation of the toxic gas canisters is a story thread that has been slowly playing
out for years, starting with the disappearance of the Geonosians earlier in the series and
including a visit from Darth Vader to the seemingly dead world in the Darth Vader comics.
That comic depicts a queen that has been confirmed by Pablo Hidalgo to be the same queen egg
Klik-Klak is protecting throughout the episode.
The original plan for the story of Warhead was for it to be the B-story occurring while
the events of Trials of the Darksaber formed the A-story.
Both grew to become full-fledged episodes.
Zeb was also originally meant to team up with Rex instead of the droids.
The opening sequence down to the animation, sound design, and music is an homage to the
opening scenes of The Empire Strikes Back.
Hobbie and Wedge can be seen now dressed in rebel pilot uniforms.
The explosive countdown display in the infiltrator droid's body is a visual nod to the similar
device used by the alien in the movie Predator.
In the outline for Trials of the Darksaber, Kanan sought guidance from the Bendu about
training Sabine, but it was changed to Hera to keep the episode more about family.
Sabine's Mandalorian vambraces include blaster barrels, a repulsor, an energized rope, a
shield emitter, and dart launchers.
Sabine's bunk has been updated with new art, including illustrations of a puffer pig,
purgill, Ketsu, Lando, and Kallus and Zeb as best friends.
In Legacy of Mandalore, the look of the Wren mansion was influenced by the architecture
of the Big Rock campus of Skywalker Ranch where Lucasfilm Animation operated before
moving to San Francisco.
At one point, Sabine's brother was going to play the part of the Protector of Concord
Dawn before the role was given to Fenn Rau.
Sabine's Mando dialog in this episode translates to "Hailing Clan Wren.
This is Sabine Wren on approach.
Please respond."
The voice on the other end was meant to sarcastically reply "Copy 'Sabine Wren.'
Standby," as if not believing her claim.
Early plans for Through Imperial Eyes were to tell the entire story from a first-person
perspective, but the idea wound up being more ambitious than the production schedule would
allow.
Tom Kane, who voiced Wulff Yularen in The Clone Wars, returned to voice the character
in this episode.
Trophies in Grand Admiral Thrawn's collection include the Holy Grail from Indiana Jones
and the Last Crusade, Hera's kalikori, an ornate old lightsaber, pan pipes, a clone
commander helmet that looks a lot like Gree's, a bust of an Abednedo alien, a pair of lizard
statues that resemble the ysalamiri of Legends storytelling, and more.
In Secret Cargo, Genevieve O'Rielly reprises her role as Mon Mothma.
She first played the senator in Revenge of the Sith, and returned nearly a decade later
for Rogue One.
Mon Mothma mentions a massacre on Ghorman.
The Ghorman Massacre as a concept dates back to the 1990s Rebel Alliance Sourcebook, where
it was referred to as an inciting incident of Imperial brutality that inspired rebellion.
Josh Brener, a long time Star Wars fan, provides the voice for Erskin Semaj.
He plays Big Head in Silicon Valley.
The logo on Erskin's helmet is the design on Mon Mothma's medallion.
This episode includes John "Dutch" Vander, also known as Gold Leader who participated
in the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Scarif.
The space debris where the Ghost hides is Clone Wars era, as the Separatist logo adorns
a large hunk of hull.
This episode marks the series debut of a Mon Calamari cruiser, a Nebulon-B frigate, and
a TIE Defender in action.
The Y-wings seen earlier in this season have been further modified to better match their
final appearance as seen in A New Hope and Rogue One.
The original premise for the episode Double Agent Droid would have seen Wedge and the
droids infiltrate Rishi Outpost from the first season of The Clone Wars, but it was changed
instead to Killun station.
The listening ship design is an Imperial freighter with additional sensor and transmitter dishes,
inspired by real-world AWACS planes used in air defense.
The staff aboard the controller and their operations center was inspired by the soulless
control rooms seen in George Lucas's first feature film, THX 1138.
Controller LT-319 was designed to resemble Pablo Hidalgo.
Hidalgo also recorded temp voice for the character, but the final voice was done by Josh Gad.
The creatures that swarm AP-5 in space are baby neebrays, designs first seen in The Clone
Wars.
This episode marks the first ever on screen appearance of a toilet in Star Wars.
In Twin Suns, the creators wanted to show that Maul had been on Tatooine for quite a
long time.
His character model was scuffed up, and chunks were taken out of his mechanical legs.
The earliest versions of the story had Kanan join Ezra instead of Chopper.
The holocron fragments that guide Ezra weren't in the original script.
Instead Ezra and Kanan would follow a path of clues left by Maul.
To save time and resources in animation, the Tusken Raiders were designed to not have any
flowing robes.
Luke Skywalker would be seventeen years old at the time of this episode, the same age
as Ezra.
In fact, the animation model seen running towards the Lars homestead is actually Ezra.
The season three finale, Zero Hour, marks the animated debut of Imperial death troopers,
a design first seen in Rogue One.
This is also Jan Dodonna's first major appearance in Rebels, although he was briefly shown in
Secret Cargo.
Commander Sato's Defense Formation Aurek One gets its name from the aurebesh alphabet.
The first letter in aurebesh is aurek.
When Hera orders an evacuation, we hear the signal Kay One Zero.
This is the same evacuation code announced on Hoth when Princess Leia gives the same
order in The Empire Strikes Back.
General Dodonna's forces are called the Massassi group, named for the ancient temples
found on Yavin 4.
The eight-spoked cog on Ezra's spacesuit indicates that it dates back to the Republic.
Tristan Wren's armor has been marked with a Sabine illustration on his shoulder.
Thrawn wears a version of the Imperial officer battle armor seen on General Veers in The
Empire Strikes Back.
Thrawn's version keeps his uniform coloring and has his insignia at the top of the helmet.
Seen among the ships of the rebel fleet is a Dornean gunship, which was originally created
as a background vessel barely seen in Return of the Jedi.
The finale brings an end to Phoenix Squadron, with the destruction of the Phoenix Nest carrier,
the death of Commander Sato, and the loss of Atollon.
That's gonna do it for me today!

Need For Speed No Limits Hot Wheels Design Studio Tour - Duration: 2:46.
Hey, Need For Speed fans. Welcome to the Hot Wheels
Design Center here at Mattel.
This building houses about 700 creators
whether they're designers, face painters
fabricators, model makers; we do it all
over here, and welcome to our facility.
This is actually a former aircraft
manufacturing facility, but now we
design all Mattel toys here.
Take a look at this wall. It's a nice little trip
down memory lane. A lot of toys that
actually I grew up with. Of course, the
original Hot Wheels cars, so it's really
cool to see all this stuff, but one of the
highlights of this place is this thing
right here! It's our Mega Loop Track.
So we take this to a lot of events, it's tons of
fun! One of the great things about being
here is we get to play all day.
The great thing about this is the Hot
Wheels cars are one of the only cars that
should make it through this loop.
So let's go this way over to the Hot Wheels design
area, and I'll show you around.
This actually shows the Hot Wheels
die-cast design process.
It actually shows you from the initial concepts all
the way down to the final product. In a nutshell,
basically all the cars we design go through this
process. It takes about 9 months to
actually get through it off from start to finish.
So this pink bus is a 1:1
replica for our Hot Wheels Beach Bomb and a
pink Beach Bomb is actually one of the
most valuable Hot Wheels ever made.
Somewhere around $75,000 or so.
Let's come check this thing out.
This is actually a gaming station! We've got some
guys here playing Need for Speed.
It's pretty cool. Let's say hi to the guys.
Say hi to the Need For Speed guys.
One of the great things about being here
is that we get to do this. This is part of our jobs!
This is actually not the real thing but
a replica of that bus, one of the
most valuable Hot Wheels in the world.
Now these cases show just kind of the variety we
have in our line for Hot Wheels.
Variety is key, right. We have cars that go from
every genre, every category. If you take
a look, you've got cars that are inspired by
toasters, we got skateboards, motorcycles;
all different silhouettes, but they all
share the unique quality that they're
all Hot Wheels in their own way. That's something
that designers here infuse into every
single design. Our design team is comprised of
experts across all industries from
automotive design, the entertainment
studios, and the toy design industry.
We've got the best of the best here creating Hot Wheels.
Hey, race fans. I'm Jun Umai from Hot Wheels

OH BOY! What Steve Bannon Just Told The President Has Anti Trump Republicans SWEATING BULLETS! - Duration: 1:52.
OH BOY!
What Steve Bannon Just Told The President Has Anti-Trump Republicans SWEATING BULLETS!
By Lindsey Bruce
House Republicans couldnt round up enough votes Friday to pass their healthcare reform.
Paul Ryan ultimately called off the vote because it was 15 votes short of making through the
House.
Of course, Democrats played the usual part of obstructing and refused to even give the
bill a chance.
Even though not being able to repeal Obamacare seems like a failure, Steve Bannon is using
it to his advantage.
CHIEF STRATEGIST STEPHEN BANNON IS ADVISING PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP TO CREATE A SH*T
LIST OF REPUBLICANS WHO REFUSED TO GET BEHIND THE AMERICAN HEALTH CARE ACT.
Bannon is taking a tally of who was loyal to the president and willing to stand by his
decision and who wasnt.
One official explained:
Not sure if Id call it an enemies list, per se, but I wouldnt want to
be on it.
Reports say Trump agreed with the list, having taken a youre either with us or against
us approach.
But even though the vote failed this time, President Trump isnt giving up.
The president tweeted on Saturday morning:
ObamaCare will explode and we will all get together and piece together a great healthcare
plan for THE PEOPLE.
Do not worry!
President Trump knows Obamacare is hurting the American people and he will not quit until
it is repealed.
It just looks like its going to take a little longer than expected.

How To Actually Change Your Mind (Law of Attraction) - Duration: 19:29.
Live Today With Passion: "There is nothing as powerful as a change
you can change your hair your clothing
your address your spouse your residence
but if you don't change your mind the
same experience will perpetuate itself
over and over again because everything
outwardly chains but nothing in return
you are where you are today in part
because of what you've been saying about
yourself words are like seeds when you
speak something out you give life to
what you're saying if you continue to
say it eventually that can become a
reality whether you realize it or not
you are prophesying your future and this
is great when we're saying things like
I'm blessed I'm strong I will accomplish
my dreams I'm coming out of debt that's
not just being positive you are
prophesying victory prophesying success
prophesied new levels your life will
move in the direction of your words but
too many people go around prophesying
just the opposite I never get any good
breaks I'll never get back in shape
business is slow i'll probably get laid
off flu season is here i always get it
they don't realize they are prophesying
defeat it's just like they're calling in
badbrakes mediocrity lack the scripture
says we will eat the fruit of our words
you are planting seeds when you talk at
some point you're going to eat that
fruit my challenge is make sure you're
planning the right kind of seeds if you
want apples you have to sew apple seeds
if you want oranges you can't plant
cactus seeds poison ivy seeds mushroom
seeds you're going to recruit from the
exact seeds that you've been sowing in
other words you can't talk negative and
expect to live a positive life you can't
talk two feet and expect to have victory
you can't talk lack not enough can't
afford it never get ahead and expect to
have abundance if you have a poor mouth
you're going to have a poor life if you
don't like what you're seeing start
sewing some different seeds
you know we all go to change our lives
and we all want to improve our lives
whether you want to improve your health
or your relationships your work your
lifestyle you know that sometimes it's
difficult and you back off of it you
back down from change because it's scary
I mean do you know anyone who needs to
change their life and you can tell them
change change change but they don't why
or have you ever set a big goal at the
beginning of the year and you knew you
really wanted to achieve it but you
found yourself a couple months later not
doing it well the reason is is because
psychologically you are unwilling to
face the price of change it's kind of
like the way I think about it it's like
admission gates like how you know how
you going to amusement park or for a
circus or to Disneyland you kind of have
to pay to go through the turnstile to
enter and enjoy the ride well changes
like that to most people bounce up
against those turnstiles only go this is
I don't like it it's uncomfortable to me
and they leave the park and they never
get to experience the beauty and the
wonder and the fun on the other side
they said I it's not worth it and they
walk away from their goals and their
dreams and their hopes because they just
thought it wasn't worth it or it was too
hard so what are you going to have to
face what are you really going to have
to allow yourself to pay for the price
of change well I think there's three
costs to change anytime you wanna change
your life you're gonna be faced with
these three things they're the price of
admission to a better life and once you
realize that these are the price of
change you can consciously choose will
is worth it to me or not because most
people they're not consciously choosing
they just get scared and run so instead
i want you to realize there is a cost to
change are you up for it or not here's
the three cost to change that first
price of a mission to get to those out
of change is
uncertainty you know when you go to
change your life you don't know how it's
going to turn out you start the new diet
is it going to work is it not you don't
know you're going to change your career
or quit your job are you gonna get a
better job you don't know you're going
to leave that bad relationship to find
someone who really loves you cares for
you through CL are you going to find
somebody better you don't know and that
terrifies people uncertainty is so scary
because we might lose something we like
well what if I lose the job it was okay
or lose the person she was not so bad or
or I lose that opportunity and it's
scary to people but that's what your
mind has to be willing to wrap around do
it you might have to be able to say to
change your mind has to go I am cool
with the fact i'm not going to know what
the heck is going on i'm going to go for
it anyway i'm going to enter that dark
cave I don't know if I'm going to be
eaten alive I don't know if it's going
to turn out bad but i'm gonna go in i'm
gonna trust and believe in my ability to
figure things out I don't know how it's
going to go but I know I'm going to show
up is the best of who I am to deal with
that change your mind must be allowing
and saying I'm gonna let go of
everything I think I know I'm gonna let
go of everything I want it to go like
I'm gonna let go of my need for
permission I'm gonna go my need for
perfection and I'm just gonna try and
when you can get to that point and you
can say you know what I'm cool with the
fact i'm not going to know what the heck
is going on on because i haven't done it
before I'm gonna try even though I don't
know how it's going to turn out if you
can get over that that's that first sort
of step into making longer-term change
for your left see I'm okay with it I
never know how things are going to go as
many of you know I shoot this whole
YouTube show this this thing called the
charge life my podcast I do it
extemporaneous I don't know exactly how
it's gonna go I usually know the topic I
know maybe one or two points in my head
and I just go but my mind when I first
did that he was terrified so I said no
no no I need certainty I knew certain
yeah I need notes I need a script I need
to know exactly how it's going to go and
I
you know what that's not the charge life
the charge life is good with spontaneity
the charge life is good with being in
the moment the charge life actually
loves and draws energy and power and
vibrancy from flow from being in the
moment and dancing with the moment
versus having everything needed to be
script in your life so have you not
changed because your mind saying I need
everything to be perfect and script it
out I need to know all the exact steps
in the future if your mind is telling
you that I guarantee you're not
progressing growing or achieving at the
rate that you could you gotta let go of
certainty in your life and be willing to
venture into the unknown and walk into
it being okay that you'll be vulnerable
being okay that you'll be scared being
okay you're gonna have nights where
you're laying awake on I don't know I
don't know and that's okay because you
know what you'll figure it out if I can
sell you one belief that's given me more
confidence than anything in my entire
life it's like you know what I know that
I'm kind of a bumbling fool but I
believe in my ability to figure things
out put me in the mix put me in the game
coach I can do it it'll be a hot mess
for maybe a quarter but by second
quarter I'll get it I'll figure it out
put me in the game I will figure it out
I trust in that and that's why I've been
able to change my life so significantly
and grow so quickly beyond sometimes my
peers because I'm willing to venture
into the unknown and they are not and it
is those who venture into the unknown
who are the adventures the Pioneers the
Explorers those who move the needle of
change in the history of the world so
allow yourself not to know and
the second big price to change a lot of
people avoid or run away from but it's
always going to be there is when you'd
bumble into something like that guess
what the price the change is other
people might not understand meaning
judgment meaning rejection people might
make fun of you when you go to change
your life they might say who do you
think you are why do you want that well
that's dumb why are you doing that
you're so stupid why can't you just be
happy you're gonna get people saying
that there's a social fear of change as
well because they would rather have you
conform to their little conception of
you see people draw a little conceptual
cage around who you are and they say
well this is who that person is they
think they know you they don't know you
and you know what they also don't know
they don't know tomorrow and they don't
know where you want to go they don't
know exactly what you are capable of
because they're trying to gauge it based
on their certainty coming from the past
but who you are is not tethered to the
past you and I can both wake up tomorrow
and claim what I call my book life's
golden ticket a second chance you get to
wake up tomorrow take a new breath in
decide what am I going to show the world
today what am I going to do today how
disciplined am I going to be today what
energy am I going to arrive to the world
with and choose today what's my attitude
going to be what am I habits going to be
today what am I going to really go after
with thunder and power today you had to
choose that every day that's the second
chance every single day that's the
beauty of the world tomorrow is always a
blank slight tomorrow you get to begin
anew it takes guts and most people don't
have the guts because they're scared of
the rejection that could come your
spouse makes fun of you and the people
at work going you crazy stupid the kids
in the play yard point and tease and
ridicule and abuse and be
but you know at the end of the day it's
your life and you go decide what it
stands for are you going to live your
life based on the the noise of the
crowds and the masses telling you what
to do or living their life we're going
to live your life are going to put your
dreams on hold just because some person
who doesn't even know you or what your
capabilities are judge you once look the
reality is most people got your back and
it's not my opinion it's reality they're
all of us assume oh there's all the
judgment all these people are out to get
me look you need to stop believing
people don't support you and want you to
achieve and grow I used to believe that
I thought well you know the people
around me they'll support me until I get
above them right no one wants you to be
above them but you're not above that's a
BS definition that's their meaning
definition not yours you're just growing
into your full potential don't apologize
for that don't hold back from that just
because somebody might not like it that
doesn't make any sense whatsoever your
job is to live that fullest expression
of who you know you can be to do that
confident to live in that freedom of
flow of being spontaneous and alive
regardless of what other people think
it's so easy to go well I better not
tell my dream because I'll think I'm
small but if you don't tell your dream
your mind doesn't believe it if you
don't tell your dream the supporters who
would like the idea can't get your back
you don't tell your dream people can't
believe and you buy from you fall you
get on board with you look in silence is
suffering if you're not expressing who
you are and what you want in life that's
not personal freedom that's personal
caging of your soul and you're doing
that not anyone else it's easy to blame
everyone else well they judge me so I
stopped no they will always judge you
you stopping or starting that's on you
buddy and we got to accept that on a lot
that's personal accountability going
it's on me
no matter what the world says because
you know what you know what you're gonna
get the believers you know you're gonna
get them with momentum you know when
you're gonna have more motivation with
momentum as you get going as you start
succeeding as you start committing as we
start to see wow she is really
interested in this wow she's really
doing well she's really going to it wow
she's really succeeding more of them
will clap at the beginning they all like
weird and then as you get going they're
clapping for you so don't forget that
and don't also forget that guess what
the bigger you grow too yep the more
people will judge you it's not like you
get success one day and everybody loves
you you know or you get millions about
look I got millions of students out
there who graduated my videos Mike
online courses who've read my books and
we still get people going well Brendon
you're an idiot millions of students if
I run in here an idiot or I do my videos
they go well this is stupid you're just
you know but I want you to stop doing
these videos your hair sucks i hate your
shirt ah you know it's like I don't care
i don't i'm not going to pause my
mission simply because there's some mean
people out there who are uninformed or
in a bad mood you must not stop your
march out of a fear of rejection or
judgment because it never goes away what
needs to come back into your life is the
constant so you're gonna do it any way
to go and that's the price to change the
price of changes some people won't like
it but on the other side that's your
dream so go the last big price big cost
to change last huge one and the most you
don't like it is that guess what to
change to progress it's going to bring
struggle struggle hardship difficulty
that's part of the process one you got
to deal with the unknown that's scary
because you're not in the game just like
even thinking about scared because it's
the unknown to judgment rejection
possibility and three hi
this can be hard I'm not it's gonna be
uncomfortable not just uncertain it's
gonna it's going to be difficult I'm
asked to stay up late nights to work on
my dream I'm gonna have to you know give
up some things i like doing with my
family my friends sometimes so I can
focus a little bit more I like reading
those trashy magazines but I'm not
adding value they're comfortable for you
how to put them aside I'm going to
struggle with the discipline to stay
focused I'm going to struggle not
knowing what I'm doing looking silly I'm
going to struggle being absolutely a hot
mess as I begin this it's going to be
hard it's gonna be a lot of late night
it's going to be you know times are
going to try your soul your mind your
body and thank God it's not easy thank
God it's not even because you know what
it's only in the tough stuff that your
real character is exposed and forged
it's only in the difficulties that the
path becomes meaningful and worthwhile
if everything we're easy none of us
would grow if everything were easy none
of us would learn if everything were
easy none of us would ever feel alive
it's in that struggle in the fight in
the challenge that we find real growth
that we find the charge left because you
know what a lot of people they live what
we call the comfortable life
everything's fine everything's great
everything's easy and then at some point
some of this house your life in the go
it's fine and they say it knowing
something's missing you know what's
missing the push the challenge the
struggle the growth that comes from
those things so are you going to
struggle I bet your butt your that doing
this dream for me I struggled with you
know launching a book one time didn't do
so good launching videos nobody watched
it doing my first seminars 20 some
people showed up that was it but I knew
the struggle is worthwhile and I said
the struggles can make me sharp the
storm doesn't get any skill the
struggling to make me grow the struggle
will allow me to serve better with more
empathy
and verve and power and guess what now
three New York Times definitely looks
seminars sold out after seminar after
seminar after seminar videos been viewed
millions of times we're talking like
tens of millions of times why because I
was ok with the struggle in the process
to struggle I never hated it I said this
is part of the journey I accepted that
was a truth I didn't fight it I didn't a
moment I never complained I was never
better I was like this is just part of
it even when I started I went bankrupt
when I first began I don't know what I
was doing I just said okay this sucks I
own this it's real that's okay I'm gonna
keep working because you know what don't
ever forget when you knock on the door
of opportunity that its work who answers
don't the Mon complain or hate the
struggle and the difficulty that
sometimes takes for you to grow enough
and to find that place of in you that is
allowing it to be spontaneous and
flowing even in the midst of difficulty
to find your Center in the midst of that
chaos because you know that it's okay
this is chaos chaotic it's always in be
chaotic it's always gonna be crazy in
the world but we don't have to feel that
way and that's a struggle to master your
internal world and master our day each
day and push away distractions and say
no to the wrong things that's hard it's
difficult and thank God it is because
that's what makes you grow I hope that
you've enjoyed this episode if you did
give me a favor like it share it tell
other people about it I love them to
enjoy the charge life along with you and
remember this it's always difficult to
change there will always be even go to
judge you and you'll never know the
exact path and exactly how it's going to
turn out begin anyway because you know
what's on the other side of these prices
these admission charges to change you
know it's on the other side of going
anyway even though you're uncertain of
walking through even though they might
make fun of you of pushing through even
though you might be uncomfortable and
face struggle and hardship and
difficulty you know it's on the other
side the price and chain
progress and progress is worth it your
growth is worth it you'll take these
ideas and you'll keep going through pay
the price of change keep moving through
you'll find that progress and you'll get
experience what we call the charge life

Update Review 0.6.3 - Duration: 3:17.
Greetings, fellow Captains!
Today we'll talk about Update 0.6.3,
which will bring improved carrier control,
a smoke screen timer, and balance fixes.
Update 0.6.3
The time has come to update concealment mechanics.
In Update 0.6.3,
a ship's detectability range
after a shot will extend to her maximum range of fire.
This means that in open water you won't find yourself
under a hail of shells flying out of nowhere.
Of course, this won't affect ships firing from smoke,
and good concealment will still give you a tactical advantage.
We have also taken care of certain ships.
More than 40 of them were lucky enough
to undergo various improvements in Update 0.6.3.
The changes were made mainly to raise
the convenience of playing low- and medium-tier ships;
however, combat characteristics were also improved for such formidable ships as Z-52
Yugumo, Shimakaze, and Grozovoi.
As always, you can find more information
about them on our portal.
But that's not all the good news:
following your requests, we've added
a smoke screen timer to the game.
Now you'll always know how long a smoke screen
will last and can start speeding up your ship in advance.
In addition to the timer,
there will be an indicator showing the speed at which your ship
will remain invisible while deploying smoke on the move.
This will help many gentlemen avoid some embarrassing situations.
Get your aircraft ready for takeoff!
Update 0.6.3 brings an alternative carrier control mode,
based on two mouse buttons.
Select squadrons with the left button
and send them on combat missions with the right one.
Go to the game settings to switch to the new mode.
In addition,
we fixed some drawbacks in the interface and improved the behavior of aircraft.
And finally,
to make the gameplay on low tiers fairer and defend the interests of newcomers,
manual attacks were made unavailable for Tier IV and V carriers.
On the other hand,
automatic attacks made by their torpedo bombers became more effective.
All the details can be found in the full list of changes.
And trust me, you'll see plenty of interesting things there.
That's all for today.
I'm Dasha Perova.
Subscribe to our channel and follow the updates, Captains!
Oh, by the way,
an interesting surprise will be waiting
for you in the Port with the release of Update 0.6.3.
And remember, Captains, fortune favors the bold!

John Podesta May Have Violated Federal Law By Not Disclosing 75,000 Stock Shares - politics - Duration: 7:53.
EXCLUSIVE: John Podesta May Have Violated Federal Law By Not Disclosing 75,000 Stock
Shares
John Podesta, former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons 2016 national campaign chairman,
may have violated federal law by failing to disclose the receipt of 75,000 shares of stock
from a Kremlin-financed company when he joined the Obama White House in 2014, according to
the Daily Caller News Foundations Investigative Group.
Joule Unlimited Technologies financed in part by a Russian firm originally awarded
Podesta 100,000 shares of stock options when in 2010 he joined that board along with its
Dutch-based entities: Joule Global Holdings, BV and the Stichting Joule Global Foundation.
When Podesta announced his departure from the Joule board in January 2014 to become
President Obamas special counsellor, the company officially issued him 75,000 common
shares of stock.
The Schedule B section of the federal governments form 278 which requires financial disclosures
for government officials required Podesta to report any purchase, sale or exchange
by you, your spouse, or dependent childrenof any property, stocks, bonds, commodity futures
and other securities when the amount of the transaction exceeded $1,000.
Podestas form 278 Schedule B is blank regarding his receipt of any stock from any company.
Liberals and conservatives alike tell TheDCNF Podesta should have disclosed the stock.
Well Podesta should certainly have been more upfront in filling this out. Clearly,
it should have been fully disclosed, said Craig Holman, a lobbyist for the liberal group
Public Citizen which was founded by Ralph Nader. Thats the point of the personal
financial disclosure forms, especially for anyone entering the White House, he told
TheDCNF in an interview.
If the transfer of stock took place, it had to be disclosed, added former U.S.
Attorney Joseph DiGenova in an interview. If he didnt, clearly its a violation.
The same year Podesta joined Joule, the company agreed to accept 1-Billion-Rubles or $35
million from Rusnano, a state-run and financed Russian company with close ties to
President Vladimir Putin.
Anatoly Chubais, the company CEO and two other top Russian banking executives worked together
with Podesta on the Joule boards. The board met six times a year.
Ron Hosko, a former FBI assistant director said because of the Kremlin backing, it was
essential Podesta disclose the financial benefits he received from the company.
I think in this case where youre talking about foreign interests and foreign involvement,
the collateral interest with these disclosure forms is put in the forefront of full disclosure
of any foreign interest that you may have, he told TheDCNF in an interview.
He added that Russian money was a continuing concern because it could become a counterintelligence
concern for America.
Its a troubled question if you deliberately omit this information on the form, Hosko,
a 30-year veteran of the FBI told TheDCNF. Were you completely truthful on this form
that you filled out, yes or no?
Podesta took possession of the stock in January 2014, the same month he entered the White
House, according to WikiLeaks.
The existence of the 75,000 shares of Joule stock was first revealed by the Government
Accountability Institute report issued last year.
But Podesta didnt pocket all the shares. Correspondence from Podesta to Joule instructed
the firm to transfer only 33,693 shares to Leonidio Holdings, a brand-new entity he incorporated
only on December 20, 2013, about ten days before he entered the White House.
A January 4, 2014 letter to Joule corporate secretary Mark Solakian, Podesta requested
the transfer to Leonidio of 25,146 shares of series C stock and 8,547shares of Series
C-II. The letter was released by WikiLeaks last October.
When WikiLeaks disclosed the existence of Leonidio last year, Josh Schwerin, a Clinton
campaign spokesman, claimed Podesta by then the campaign chairman had divested
himself of all the stock.
When Podesta went back to the work at the White House, he worked with White House counsel
to personally divest from Joule and ensure he was in full compliance with all government
ethics rules, Schwerin said, adding Podesta filed the appropriate forms.
But there is no indication the remaining 41,000 shares went to any other party.
The government does outline federal penalties for failing to report assets.
Title 5 of the U.S. Code stipulates the U.S. Attorney General can file a civil action against
any individual who knowingly and willfully falsifies or who knowingly and willfully fails
to file or report any information that such individual is required to report. The federal
penalty can be up to $50,000 per count.
Leonidio is registered in Delaware as a limited liability corporation. Podesta listed the
address of his daughter, Megan Rouse, in the incorporation papers. His mother and father
also appear to be co-owners of Leonidio.
Most experts believe the Office of Government Ethics which is supposed to monitor the
accuracy of financial disclosure forms is toothless.
One of the last individuals to be indicted for filing incorrect financial forms was former
Rep. Walter Fauntroy in 1995. He was given parole.
Unfortunately, the office of government ethics has no authority to make anyone do
anything, admitted Holman.
It is an advisory agency, essentially, the liberal lobbyist told TheDCNF. It can
develop rules, it can make orders, but if someone doesnt abide by it. OGE has no
enforcement authority.
Scott Amey, general counsel for the nonpartisan Project on Government Oversight went further,
telling TheDCNF in an interview, OGE doesnt really have the authority to open their own
investigations and they dont have authority to get into disciplinary action.
But OGE has also been accused of partisanship. Earlier this year OGE Director Walter Shaub
publicly criticized President Trumps plan to deal with his sprawling businesses, calling
his financial reorganization plan, wholly inadequate. He also called for the President
to seek total divestment of his Washington, D.C. hotel.
Last week the General Services Administration said a set of additional rules to the federal
lease for the downtown Washington hotel put it into full compliance with governmental
ethics laws.
DiGenova said the office is biased and hypocritical in what cases they picked to criticize. They
have no problem tweeting out about Donald Trumps hotels, but here on a clear violation
theyre silent.
TheDCNF made multiple inquiries to OGE and received no reply. TheDCNF inquiries to Mr.
Podesta were not returned.

Dunkin' Donuts® | Pretzel Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Review! ☕🥐 - Duration: 4:14.
YouTube and social media peep this out
guys it's Ian K back again with another
one for you here at Dunkin Donuts to get
my day started and low and behold it
looks like a new pretzel croissant has
invaded one of their breakfast
sandwiches so I definitely had to go in
for a look and I'm a fan of pretzel buns
along with croissants so the fusion of
these two over here at Dunkin Donuts
definitely piques my interest but how's
the flavor going to be well guys before
I take that first bite to give you my
thoughts like I always do let's get
right up on it first for a closer look
let's peep this up America runs on
Dunkin and if you're a fan of pretzel
buns you may just want to run in and try
to pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich
just for the curiosity factor alone
because right off the bat this actually
kind of does smell like a soft pretzel
well there's not nearly the amount of
salt on this one as in the ad for it
there but there are a few little salt
granules that are kind of spread out
around the top of it here but the
texture and the flakiness is definitely
apparent here guys it really looks like
a little bit more of a toasted croissant
definitely smells like a soft pretzel on
the inside cherrywood smoked bacon not
really too crispy looking over there but
there is a sizable portion that they do
give you we have an egg that you'll see
on the bottom there and separating the
egg and the bacon on the inside is some
of that aged Wisconsin white cheddar
cheese that you'll see there as well
definitely smells pretty great and it
definitely looks pretty decent but the
big draw with this one is easily going
to be the big selling point which is
that soft pretzel crust type of
croissant that it's got here the
flakiness the look is there and again
like I said the salt is not really there
but i'm thinking the taste is hopefully
gonna be but there you go it's the
pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich
here at dunkin donuts let's peep out
this flavor my first time having a
breakfast sandwich here at Dunkin Donuts
here we go with the pretzel croissant
version that cherrywood smoked bacon is
not bad it's not really crispy but the
flavor is nicer the saltiness is there
and I think that's kind of making up for
the lack of the salt that I'm getting on
the top of this croissant in general but
the egg is decent and the Wisconsin aged
white cheddar has a slightly creamy
pungent flavor not bad so far this is
not your traditional croissant at all
guys I'm not getting very much buttery
finger tips with this one here on the
very top or the bottom of it there and
while it is flaky on the top it does
have the texture and feel of a regular
soft pretzel which is kind of nice the
slight pretzel flavor that I'm getting
from
croissant itself along with all the
goodness in the middle here just adds to
it they're the only thing is it just
doesn't have a lot of the salt on the
very top but that's where the like
saltiness from the cherrywood smoked
bacon comes in I see what you're doing
Dunkin Donuts I see what you're doing
and that egg is pretty tasty it looks
like it's cooked a little over medium
and I'm digging that because you can
really taste the yolk it's not bad not a
bad breakfast sandwich guys and have a
look at that egg on the bottom not bad
at all even if you're not really into
the pretzel bun game and you like
croissants I think you'll find a lot to
like with this one here yeah I would
definitely get this one again it really
does deliver on the flavor what they're
advertising here the subtleness that
you're getting of the pretzel bun within
the croissant is pretty good and even
though it does lack the salt on the very
top of it there for the presentation
it's the bacon on the inside that kind
of makes up for the lack of that but
overall it's just a pretty tasty
breakfast sandwich so on that bomb sexy for
your face scale of 1 to 10 the new
pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich
here at dunkin donuts is going to get an
easy 9 out of 10 it's some pretty
tasty protein to get you started in the
morning all on the inside of a nice
croissant and if you're a fan of the
pretzel bun I think you'll appreciate
what they did here as for my first
breakfast sandwich here nice job Dunkin
Donuts nice job but of course that's
just my opinion as always if you've been
at Dunkin Donuts recently and you've
given the new pretzel croissant
breakfast sandwich a shot what did you
guys think is this a great way to start
your day when you're picking up your
coffee and what'd you think of the
pretzel croissant itself drop a comment
down below definitely let me know and
that's it for this episode of peep this
out guys as you know I've got content
every single week here on my channel so
while you stay tuned for that next review
coming real soon in the meantime stay
frosty pretty tasty guys pretty tasty
hey listen if there's anything you'd
like to see me review here at Dunkin
Donuts either now or in the future make
sure to hit that comment section down
below to make your voice heard you never
know you may just see your selection in
a future review alright guys I'll talk
to you soon

WPW10360461-Replacing Your GE Dishwasher Basket-AP6020396, PS11753715, 2117935 - Duration: 1:33.
To remove the dishwasher basket, we're just gonna open up the dishwasher door - next we're
gonna slide the bottom rack out and usually the dishwasher basket is going to be located
on the side where the prongs aren't so close to the edge of the basket.
We're just gonna slide it out.
And what may be confusing about the dishwasher basket is that you may be missing few parts,
because the dishwasher basket actually comes apart in separate pieces.
So the main reason why you'd be changing it out is if you're missing one of these top
flaps or the side flap is warped.
So once you grab your new OEM replacement dishwasher basket, all you have to do is just
slide it onto the side where the dishwasher basket is supposed to be placed in.
I'm just gonna make sure that it's secure.
Next, we're gonna roll the lower rack back into the dishwasher, close the door, and your
repair is complete!

How to Test a Correlation Matrix for Significance - Identity Matrix - Duration: 4:24.
In this video I'd like to show you how
to test a correlation matrix to see
whether it's significant.
So here I have three variables, SAT
social support, and college GPA. And I
calculated the correlation matrix in
another video, and I saw that two of the
bivariate correlations were significant,
college GPA with SAT, right here, and
college GPA with social support, but that
social support and SAT was not
significant. Now on a bivariate level,
which is what we just looked at, two
variables at a time, we saw that two were
significant and one was not. But I can also test
this entire matrix as it's called at a
single point in time to see whether,
overall, is this entire matrix
significantly different from a matrix in
which these values would all be 0 and
you have 1s on this main diagonal,
which is also known as an identity
matrix. And there are applications where we
might want to do this, such as in factor
analysis as well as in other
multivariate procedures, where we want to
know before we begin the analysis are
the variables significantly correlated
in the whole system of variables. Are they
significant, or are they just within
sampling era of zero. So that's what
we're doing when we test this
correlation matrix against the identity
matrix. So do that we want to go to
Analyze and then go to Dimension
Reduction and then select Factor. And
then here I'm going to move my three
variables over to the variables box, and
then go ahead and select Descriptives.
And here what I want to select is KMO
and Bartlett's test of sphericity. Click
Continue. And then click OK. Now in our
output I'm going to delete these last
three tables, as they aren't relevant to
what we're looking at here.
But notice this table here, KMO and
Bartlett's test. What we want to look at
is this p-value right here. And if this
p-value is less than .05, if we're
using an alpha .05, then that means
that this matrix is significantly
different from zero. In other words, we're
testing this matrix, with with these
observed correlations here, against a
matrix of ones on this main diagonal,
and zeros in all other places. So,
essentially, no correlation here, no
correlation here, no correlation here, or
if you're looking at the mirror image,
this side which is the exact same as
this, it's just the mirror image of it, no
correlations here, whichever side you
prefer to look at. So this test here
tests whether this matrix, once again, is
significantly different from a matrix
with ones and zeros everywhere else,
which means no correlations. And that's
called an identity matrix, ones on the
main diagonal 0 everywhere else. And if
we look at this note here we click on
Bartlett's test, right-click the mouse and then
go to What's this?
Let's look at this first line here. Tests
the null hypothesis that the correlation
matrix is an identity matrix. This is
testing whether this matrix is
significantly different from matrix with
ones on the main diagonal, and zeros
everywhere else. So because this result
was significant, and quite significant,
.000025, this gives us
confidence that these variables in this
matrix, if we look at the matrix as a
whole, not on a bivariate level, but overall,
that these variables are significantly
correlated, they're significantly
different than an identity matrix. Now
that doesn't tell us or ensure that
every single variable is correlated with
every other variable, as we saw right
here SAT and social support is not
significant, but it does give us
confidence that there are significant
relationships overall in our matrix when
taken as
whole. And therefore we can go ahead and
do further analyses like a factor
analysis or some other multivariate
analysis, where it depends on that are
variables are correlated to begin with, at a
multivariate level.
OK that's it. Thanks for watching.

Create in your customers raving fans who not only love to do business with you but also refer you - Duration: 1:13.
What would it mean to create in your customers raving fans who not only love to do business
with you but to refer with you to their friends and family. Hi, I'm Kushal from OMOTO and
working recently with a financial services company I realised that a lot of brands in
their quest to achieve their sales targets are focusing a lot on acquiring new customers. That's
fair, but in the process what happening is that they are forgetting to engage with their existing
customers. Folks, your existing customers are a power house of information, they have a
lot of business referrals to share with you, for you, however, to earn the right to ask for
those business referrals you need to build relationship with them.
A relationship which is responsive. NET PROMOTER SCORE® is a powerful tool which helps you measure
the relationship which you have build with your customers. One of these financial services
companies that I work with has used NPS® effectively not only to measure and manage their customers
as assets, but put customers at their core of their business decision making, they have
used it as the strategy for business growth CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW and see if you can
get some pointers for yourself and i'll see you till the next video
