MY MED SCHOOL NIGHT TIME ROUTINE: 3rd year of medical school (2017) - Duration: 10:20.

Hi guys!

I just got back from the hospital.

It's about 8 o'clock.

I mentioned this in a previous vlog I'm currently doing my internal medicine rotation.

Internal medicine if you guys don't know is a field of medicine that specializes in prevention,

diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases.

I would probably add to that also management of a lot of chronic adult diseases like diabetes,

hypertension and things like that.

So basically anything that's not pediatrics, ob-gyn or surgery pretty much falls under

internal medicine and obviously from that you can further specialize.

So I'm back home and a lot of you guys have been asking for a night time routine and I

thought today might be a good time to that.

So I just got back form the hospital so I'll show you guys what I do when I get home from

work.

So the first thing I do when I get home is feed my cat, Candy.

Next I prepare dinner for myself.

So today's dinner is couscous and some Korean bbq short-ribs from Trader Joe's and some

spinach and cherry tomatoes.

So usually I like to eat dinner and watch a quick TV show so that I can decompress from

the day.

TV shows that I like to watch are usually about 30 minutes long so that it's not too

long and I don't get too comfortable.

A TV show that I've been watching is Sex in The City it's about 20 years old.

I think it started in '98 it's about four girl friends living in NYC and I think it

touches on a lot of subjects that I think that are still relevant now like balancing

work and family, relationship and friendships and things like that.

It's actually one of the motivators of me wanting to live in NYC.

I watched it all through high school and I really wanted to live in the city.

So I'm gonna watch that and I'm gonna have my dinner and I'm gonna take a shower and

I will check in with you guys in a little bit.

So I'm done with my dinner and my TV show and let me show you guys quickly what I'm

wearing.

I'm still wearing my outfit form the hospital.

I'm wearing like a sleeveless shell from J. Crew and just black pants.

These are actually more like denim but the pass as business-casual.

Under the white coat everything looks a little more business-y than they do in real life.

So I can get away with wearing something that's comfortable to me.

I like these shells because they're really comfortable and they're high neck so I don't

have to worry about showing too much cleavage or anything like that if I have to bend over--which

you do a lot when you're examining patients.

I like that it's sleeveless so it's not as bulky under the white coat.

In Internal Medicine, unlike Surgery or Emergency Medicine or Ob-gyn you have to wear business

casual everyday.

So that's one the pro or cons depending how you look at it.

I guess pro because you get to look nice but con because you have to think about what you're

gonna wear before you go to bed or in the morning.

This is what I'm wearing, I tend to stay in my school clothes, or hospital clothes when

I'm watching a TV show so I don't get too comfortable.

If I change into my pajamas or whatever I'll never stop watching TV so that's why I'm still

wearing this.

If you guys are interested, I have a business casual outfits on a budget video that I'm

going to link somewhere maybe up there so you guys can check it out.

So now I'm gonna take a shower and I'm gonna get some studying done.

So I wanted to quickly talk about some of the night-time skin care products that I use.

I don't have a ton.

I keep in pretty simple only because if I keep it more than two or three steps I'll

just not do it.

If I'm wearing make-up which I'm not on most days that I go to the hospital but if I'm

wearing make-up I use the Estee Lauder advanced night micro cleansing balm to remove make-up.

It's sort of like a solid balm that when you put it on your face it kinda feels like oil

but I think it's not technically oil.

Then when you wash it off with water, everything comes off really easily.

I like to use this when I'm wearing something on my face and my eye-makeup and things like

that.

If I'm not wearing make-up there are two cleansers that I use I use this Cetaphil or I use this

Glossier--the milky jelly cleanser.

I'll put all the product information in the description box below.

Basically Cetaphil I keep in the sink and the Glossier I keep in the shower.

Both of these you can use dry or wet so if you have a little bit of makeup on you can

use it dry without water on your face to take off make-up and then you can wash it off.

Or you can use it like a regular cleanser.

For body lotion, I use this Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion that I got from Target or something

like that.

I use a serum from Glossier.

This one is called Super Bounce.

It has umm I'm not gonna be able to pronounce this: Hyaluronic Acid.

So Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B5.

It's a serum for your face that you put on before putting moisturizer and in the winter

time I need a pretty thick moisturizer so I use a Lamer Moisturizer that actually my

mom bought but turns out she had an allergic reaction to it so she gave it to me, so I

have this.

In the summer time I use a much lighter lotion because if I use this in the summer it will

make me break out.

So, this is what I have.

So these are all the skin care products that I use at night time.

So now that I'm all showered and in comfortable clothes, now is the perfect time to start

studying.

Usually I check to see if there's anything I need to do for the next day for the hospital

and I'll do that and then I'll do some questions.

And for tonight specifically I have my forth year scheduling tomorrow so I'm gonna be looking

through some courses to make sure I have all the course number and everything written down

so I'll be prepared for tomorrow.

So tomorrow there's a lunch lecture at noon so I'm just gonna look over the cases that

are being presented tomorrow and get some studying done.

So I'm done studying for the night it's about 11pm so I'm gonna brush my teeth and head

to bed soon.

So for dental care or whatever, I use Philip Sonicare toothbrush and for toothpaste I use

Sensodyne.

Another thing that I use that I really like is this air-floss from also Sonicare.

This thing is basically floss but you can fill this up with either water or mouthwash

and it basically goes between your teeth and shoots out really high pressure streams so

everything that's between your teeth comes out.

I can't tell you how many times I flossed, brushed my teeth and then used it and more

stuff came out.

I highly recommend this Air Floss from Sonicare.

So yeah, that's my dental care routine.

Today, the unbelievably DUMB Mrs. Waters went on MSNBC and made the INSANE claim that she

believes EVERYTHING from the �dirty dossier� on President Trump that has already been PROVEN

FAKE!!

She told the SHOCKED MSNBC host,

�I think it should be taken a look at.

I think they should really read it, understand it, analyze it, and determine what�s fact,

what may not be fact.

We already know the part about the coverage they have on him with sex actions is supposed

to be true.�

�They have said that�s absolutely true.

Some other things they kind of allude to.

Yes, I think he should go into that dossier and see what�s there.�

The thing is, they actually said that the sex-act stuff she is talking about is 100%

FALSE.

When the show host tried to question Maxine Waters about her lies, she started demanding

an investigation!

�You understand that I am saying the investigations must be done, the drilling down must be done.

We must get to the facts of what it has been about.�

�I don�t think you can do the impeachment just because I think or others think.

But I think that if we do the investigations, that we will find the connections and I do

think that impeachment will be necessary.�

Like I said, this woman is CLEARLY not right in the head and NEEDS to be taken out of office

before she does any REAL damage to the country.

Look, I�m not saying that every single person who votes Democrat is insane.

They may be wrong, but I�m sure plenty of them are at least sane.

Dylan Groenewegen's Bianchi Oltre XR4 Pro Bike - Duration: 3:21.

- Next to me I have the bike of the 2016 Stroke 17

National Dutch Roadrace champion, Dylan Groenewegen,

who took that title in late June of 2016.

This is his Bianchi Oltre XR4, which they released

in July of last year at the Tour de France,

which he's been using since then.

As you can see, the team LottoNL-Jumbo

have given him some specific graphics

after his national championships victory.

They include the red, white, and blue line

of the Dutch national flag, and here,

representing the royal family,

is a flash of orange coming towards the back.

Now this is quite a big development from their Oltre XR2

in terms of both aerodynamics, and also,

they claim comfort with their Countervail technology

throughout the carbon fibre frame.

And it seems as though Groenewegen

is enjoying riding this bike.

He's taken a few victories on it already.

The custom parts also go down here to the powermeter,

where Pioneer have also done their powermeter

in the colours of the Dutch national flag.

And the groupset is an entire Dura-Ace from Shimano,

the Di2, but it is the 9000 groupset.

Not yet got the 9100 on their bikes.

That goes through the shifters, there,

including the Satellite Sprint shifters,

which he's got on the drop part of the bars.

The cranks, which are 172.5 millimetres,

with the 39- and 53-tooth chain rings.

Pedals, front derailleur, rear derailleur.

The cassette, which is 11 up through to 28.

The wheels that he's using here at the Dubai Tour,

which is, of course, primarily flat,

are the C75 here at the rear, the deepest one they did

before Shimano, they are changing to the C60 and C40 only,

and the C50 there at the front,

presumably because it's been quite windy,

and he doesn't want to get pushed off his bike.

Vision provide the handlebar and stem combination there

at the front, that is their Metron 5D.

I tried to measure the stem, quite hard to do

because the bars do kind of curve forward slightly

from the front of the stem, but it's a 12 centimetres,

I'm thinking, and it measures 44 centimetres

from the edge to the edge of the bars.

Perched up on top is a Selle San Marco Regal saddle,

with the carbon rails there.

As you can see, pretty flat, and not much

in the way of give there at the top.

The bottom cages are provided by Tacx,

and the tyres come from team sponsor Vittoria,

those are the open Corsa tubular versions

in a 25 millimetre width.

And you can see down here, the mechanics

have wrapped some tape around the valve.

You'll see that quite often here on the pro bikes,

to stop the valves rattling along

when they're going along in the race.

So if you've got a rattle on your bike,

and you're wondering what it is,

if you've got deep-section carbon wheels,

it might well be the valve stem rattling about,

so put some tape on it, and that might solve the problem.

Now he's a fairly compact sprinter, Groenewegen,

so he's got quite a small frame, as you can see.

75 centimetres from the centre to the top

of the saddle, centre of the cranks,

and his reach is just 53 centimetres.

Yet to weigh it, though, so I should do that now.

So that is coming in at 7.4 kilogrammes.

This Is Why Empaths Freeze Around Fake People

Ever spent time with someone who on the surface seem as nice as pie but when with them you

feel awful and struggle to form a sentence?

This is a caused by your Empathic antenna sensing that all is not what it seems.

You are detecting that what this person is showing is a fake persona created to hide

something from others.

When an Empath comes across fake people it is common for them to shut down as a form

of protection.

This can be seen as stumbling over words or one�s memory and thought process being affected.

Anyone who is not emanating truthful vibes will put an Empath on high alert.

In my days as a hairdresser, I could never understand why when I was with certain clients,

who came across lovely, I would get awful feelings inside.

It was only when I discovered I was an Empath that it all made sense to me.

I was feeling their pain that they were hiding in fake behaviour.

There are many levels of fakeness and many reasons for it.

In the early days of discovering of one�s Empathic abilities it may not always be easy

to pinpoint just why someone feels so bad to you.

Here are some traits and behaviours that may leave you feeling awful:

Someone who wants to be loved by everyone they meet acts overly nice to get adoration.

Someone being filled with hate or anger yet working hard to convince the world otherwise.

Someone having had an emotionally destructive childhood leaving them insecure and in pain,

yet playing the tough guy.

Someone building a totally new personality to hide the person they believe will not be

accepted by society.

Someone being full of insincere praise for you.

Someone making up stories to make themselves sound interesting

And this is how you may find yourself reacting:

Avoiding being in their presence, yet not really having a reason to do so (as in they

did not say or do anything to hurt you).

Not being able to talk to them.

Sentences literally won�t form in your mouth and your brain acts like you have no memory.

You find yourself just asking questions and if you do talk it feels like it makes no sense.

Having a sense of dread in the pit of stomach that won�t go until you are no longer in

said person�s presence.

Any more than an hour spent in their company will drain you and leave you feeling ill.

Feeling guilty because you may like person but dislike how it feels to be with them.

Feeling helpless around them.

Now just because an Empath feels fakeness and untruths in another does not mean they

do not fake themselves.

For some, when they feel bad around a faker it may mean they are picking up a trait they

do not like about themselves and they too hide it from the world.

We all have to put a face on and act fake at some point in our lives, but for some it�s

everyday.

We may have to be upbeat and happy when we feel sad or depressed, we may have to act

annoyed when we are actually indifferent or we may have to pretend to love a job we actually

detest.

In some cases faking it can get us through difficult situations, but living it daily

is not healthy.

It is important for the Empath to uncover any hidden traits and emotions, because whilst

we bury a side of us we do not like we will never be happy or feel complete.

However, the problem we have is that many of us do not know the root cause.

One of the biggest causes of unhappiness on this planet is people not knowing themselves

us pain.

Being true and authentic is emotionally freeing.

Quite often, many of the traits we buried have in fact been inherited and passed down

the family line or they may even be from a past life.

Wherever they stemmed from it is important for us to uncover these traits, and if they

can�t be changed (some traits are hardwired), accept and learn to live with them.

Sensitive people will bury negative traits because we know how destructive they are but

burying them does not lose them.

They will always show up and cause damage.

Hate, anger, jealousy and fear of rejection are four traits most often buried.

We may hate someone for the way they have behaved towards us.

Anger may have been inherited from an angry parent.

Praise and attention being bestowed on a childhood friend or sibling may have led to a jealous

streak and being rejected as a child, by an unknowing parent for instance, may have built

up inside as an intense fear of rejection.

All very simple and innocent triggers, but all of which can snowball and lead us to have

deep set insecurities that we feel have to remain hidden.

When we recognize and accept a trait in self, it loses its hold.

Facebook Rolls Out 'Disputed' Tag to Combat Fake News - Duration: 1:25.

The phrase Fake News has become common place since the Trump administration took office.

From rumors of chaos in the White House to this widely circulated and poorly doctored

photo of Obama in handcuffs, fake news as a catchall for stories that spread quickly

regardless of their veracity.

The platform most responsible for getting news, both fake and real, is finally attempting

to do something about the spread of misinformation.

Facebook is rolling out a "disputed" tag that will be applied to any article that's

deemed "fake news."

Gizmodo first spotted the tag, which was applied to a story from The Seattle Tribune about

Trump's phone being the source of the White House leaks.

Facebook also provides links to fact-checking sites that help debunk the original article.

While the move represents a step in the right direction, it's not the giant leap forward

that some critics want the company to make in its war against fake news.

Calling something "disputed" isn't the same as calling something "fake."

In order to label something as "disputed," Facebook has some strict guidelines that it

follows, according to recode: Either Facebook's users have to report the story as bogus, or

Facebook's software has to catch something odd about it.

Facebook will send the story to some of the organizations that have signed on to provide

free fact-checking, like Snopes and Politifact.

If two of those fact-checkers think it's bogus, the label goes on.

Will that actually change the proliferation of fake news online?

Probably not, but at least it's a start.

Scientists Find Evidence That the Earth�s Magnetic Poles Are Going to Swap Places

he magnetic field shape of the Earth is defined by two factors: the particles that come from

the sun and the north and south magnetic poles.

Apart from making the compasses point north, the magnetic field that covers the Earth also

protects our planet from toxic radiation coming from space.

In other words, it protects life on Earth.

Despite what we would think, the Earth�s magnetic field is not constantly steady.

It has been found that every several thousands of years, the magnetic field reversed, meaning

that north points south and south points north.

This also results in making the magnetic field less strong.

During the last 160 years, the Earth�s magnetic field has been becoming alarmingly weaker.

This decrease is focused on a large area of the Southern Hemisphere, covering a region

from Chile to Zimbabwe, called �the South Atlantic Anomaly�.

The magnetic field there is so weak, that it is dangerous for astronomical satellites

and other spacecrafts to orbit over this area, as they are exposed to strong radiation, which

affects their electronics.

This decrease may indicate that the magnetic poles are possibly going to reverse themselves,

resulting in influencing our navigation and electricity systems.

Moreover, as larger amounts of radiation would enter the atmosphere, a rise in cancer rates

would be expected.

There is not thorough comprehension yet of the intensity of these changes, thus, scientists

try to find clues, using even certain unexpected methods, such as archaeomagnetism, which explores

archaeological records to find out information on the magnetic field of the past.

Limpopo River Valley is an area that has provided scientists with the first archaeomagnetic

information concerning southern Africa for the period of 1000 and 1600 A.D.

Near 1300 A.D., the magnetic field in this region appeared a fast decrease, similar to

the contemporary.

And afterwards, it started increasing, not that fast though.

Therefore, this phenomenon seems to be repeated, raising the question of whether it may have

happened more than those two times that are recorded.

During the last ten years, scientists have gained data on earthquakes� seismic waves,

which can provide information on the density of the Earth layers, based on the speed the

waves travel.

The core-mantle boundary beneath an area in southern Africa, which is known as the African

Large Low Shear Velocity Province, is characterized by a quite slow seismic wave speed.

What is interesting here is that its eastern edge neighbors with the reversed polarity

region.

The observation that the two areas are so close helped scientists suggest a model that

connects the two phenomena.

That is, the iron flow in the Earth core is affected by the peculiar African mantle, and

therefore, a change occurs in the magnetic field behavior at the eastern edge of the

seismic province, resulting in reversing the polarity.

The model suggests that reversing proceeds rapidly and dims at a slower rate.

And in certain cases, such a region may gain an extent that could prevail over the magnetic

field of the Southern Hemisphere and cause the poles to flip.

However, there is still a lot of evidence to be found so that the suggested model is

further developed.

So, is the present field going to reverse in the next thousand years, or keep becoming

less and less intense?

The question is still open.

MY MED SCHOOL NIGHT TIME ROUTINE: 3rd year of medical school (2017) - Duration: 10:20.

Hi guys!

I just got back from the hospital.

It's about 8 o'clock.

I mentioned this in a previous vlog I'm currently doing my internal medicine rotation.

Internal medicine if you guys don't know is a field of medicine that specializes in prevention,

diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases.

I would probably add to that also management of a lot of chronic adult diseases like diabetes,

hypertension and things like that.

So basically anything that's not pediatrics, ob-gyn or surgery pretty much falls under

internal medicine and obviously from that you can further specialize.

So I'm back home and a lot of you guys have been asking for a night time routine and I

thought today might be a good time to that.

So I just got back form the hospital so I'll show you guys what I do when I get home from

work.

So the first thing I do when I get home is feed my cat, Candy.

Next I prepare dinner for myself.

So today's dinner is couscous and some Korean bbq short-ribs from Trader Joe's and some

spinach and cherry tomatoes.

So usually I like to eat dinner and watch a quick TV show so that I can decompress from

the day.

TV shows that I like to watch are usually about 30 minutes long so that it's not too

long and I don't get too comfortable.

A TV show that I've been watching is Sex in The City it's about 20 years old.

I think it started in '98 it's about four girl friends living in NYC and I think it

touches on a lot of subjects that I think that are still relevant now like balancing

work and family, relationship and friendships and things like that.

It's actually one of the motivators of me wanting to live in NYC.

I watched it all through high school and I really wanted to live in the city.

So I'm gonna watch that and I'm gonna have my dinner and I'm gonna take a shower and

I will check in with you guys in a little bit.

So I'm done with my dinner and my TV show and let me show you guys quickly what I'm

wearing.

I'm still wearing my outfit form the hospital.

I'm wearing like a sleeveless shell from J. Crew and just black pants.

These are actually more like denim but the pass as business-casual.

Under the white coat everything looks a little more business-y than they do in real life.

So I can get away with wearing something that's comfortable to me.

I like these shells because they're really comfortable and they're high neck so I don't

have to worry about showing too much cleavage or anything like that if I have to bend over--which

you do a lot when you're examining patients.

I like that it's sleeveless so it's not as bulky under the white coat.

In Internal Medicine, unlike Surgery or Emergency Medicine or Ob-gyn you have to wear business

casual everyday.

So that's one the pro or cons depending how you look at it.

I guess pro because you get to look nice but con because you have to think about what you're

gonna wear before you go to bed or in the morning.

This is what I'm wearing, I tend to stay in my school clothes, or hospital clothes when

I'm watching a TV show so I don't get too comfortable.

If I change into my pajamas or whatever I'll never stop watching TV so that's why I'm still

wearing this.

going to link somewhere maybe up there so you guys can check it out.

So now I'm gonna take a shower and I'm gonna get some studying done.

So I wanted to quickly talk about some of the night-time skin care products that I use.

I don't have a ton.

I keep in pretty simple only because if I keep it more than two or three steps I'll

just not do it.

If I'm wearing make-up which I'm not on most days that I go to the hospital but if I'm

wearing make-up I use the Estee Lauder advanced night micro cleansing balm to remove make-up.

It's sort of like a solid balm that when you put it on your face it kinda feels like oil

but I think it's not technically oil.

Then when you wash it off with water, everything comes off really easily.

I like to use this when I'm wearing something on my face and my eye-makeup and things like

that.

If I'm not wearing make-up there are two cleansers that I use I use this Cetaphil or I use this

Glossier--the milky jelly cleanser.

I'll put all the product information in the description box below.

Basically Cetaphil I keep in the sink and the Glossier I keep in the shower.

Both of these you can use dry or wet so if you have a little bit of makeup on you can

use it dry without water on your face to take off make-up and then you can wash it off.

Or you can use it like a regular cleanser.

For body lotion, I use this Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion that I got from Target or something

like that.

I use a serum from Glossier.

This one is called Super Bounce.

It has umm I'm not gonna be able to pronounce this: Hyaluronic Acid.

So Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B5.

It's a serum for your face that you put on before putting moisturizer and in the winter

time I need a pretty thick moisturizer so I use a Lamer Moisturizer that actually my

mom bought but turns out she had an allergic reaction to it so she gave it to me, so I

have this.

In the summer time I use a much lighter lotion because if I use this in the summer it will

make me break out.

So, this is what I have.

So these are all the skin care products that I use at night time.

So now that I'm all showered and in comfortable clothes, now is the perfect time to start

studying.

Usually I check to see if there's anything I need to do for the next day for the hospital

and I'll do that and then I'll do some questions.

And for tonight specifically I have my forth year scheduling tomorrow so I'm gonna be looking

through some courses to make sure I have all the course number and everything written down

so I'll be prepared for tomorrow.

So tomorrow there's a lunch lecture at noon so I'm just gonna look over the cases that

are being presented tomorrow and get some studying done.

So I'm done studying for the night it's about 11pm so I'm gonna brush my teeth and head

to bed soon.

So for dental care or whatever, I use Philip Sonicare toothbrush and for toothpaste I use

Sensodyne.

Another thing that I use that I really like is this air-floss from also Sonicare.

This thing is basically floss but you can fill this up with either water or mouthwash

and it basically goes between your teeth and shoots out really high pressure streams so

everything that's between your teeth comes out.

I can't tell you how many times I flossed, brushed my teeth and then used it and more

stuff came out.

I highly recommend this Air Floss from Sonicare.

So yeah, that's my dental care routine.

ARMY BASE STEW (Budae-jjigae: 부대찌개) RECIPE & MUKBANG - Duration: 30:08.

Hi guys! Welcome back..

I know I pulled a disappearing act again on you guys

I 'll explain the reason for that

I mean it's just excuses at this point but

I'll talk about that during mukbang

and for right now i'm just going to get into the recipe that I'm

going to make for you today.

The recipe I'm going to make for you today is

Korean Army Base Stew

I have been seeing this recipe all over YouTube

quite a bit and

I just wanted to give it a try because

it always looks so good

So I'm going to try to recreate it

I tried to look for a vegan recipe for this

Korean Army Base Stew but

I felt like those were kind of bland

I didn't like the bland-ness to them so

I went with a non vegetarian recipe and

I'm just going to try to recreate it with vegan ingredients

so I guess

this is my first time as well so we'll see how it goes

So to begin with we are going to add everything in the pot

except for the cheese, the ramen noodles,

the green onions

and the rice cakes

we are not going to add those just yet

but we're going to add everything else in the pot so

let's get started

There's some mushrooms

right there

some of these

just separate them

tofu

we're going to assemble everything like in a circle

around like and

then put the sauce in the middle

that's how the recipe calls for

I don't know if I'm going to eat all these mushrooms

so I'm just going to put little bit here

just a little bit

what else, meat, I 'm going to put all this meat

these, these smell so good

these smell really good

I'm going to add the kimchi

and as it says, I'm going to add the sauce in the middle

it's sweet, it is spicy

it's vinegar-y

just typical korean, you know

then I'm going to add this

guys this tastes so good

it tastes just like chicken

it tastes so good

then we're going to add water

so I'm also adding the sesame oil in here

the recipe doesn't call for it but

I like sesame flavor so

just a little bit

I think that's good

then we're going to put a lid on it

and let the soup come to a boil

so looks like my soup is boiling

as it said it should

I'm going to go ahead and pull the lid off

and now it say's to go ahead and add the remaining ingredients

so I'm going to do just that

I'm going to add some cheese on top of my noodles

and I am sorry if you hear some noises in the back ground

my chopstick skills are not so great so

A few days ago I got a comment

from one of you

who suggested me to post regular mukbangs

and that it would be really good for my channel

u know, as well as

for you guys to connect with me so

I thought that was a very good advice

and I was trying to think about how I can be more regular

but at the same time after

my boyfriend, Tony left

I just

trying to get myself together, I haven't

lived alone for a long time

and it's just some days, my days fly away

and I get no time between taking care of my daughter and the house

Also I lived with Tony for

we've been together for like

6 years now and

over the years we have accumulated lot of stuff

and my daughter was like

3 yrs old when I

left my ex and came to this town

and over the years we have collected so much stuff

and when I was living with Tony we would keep talking about

you know, getting rid of it

may be do a yard sale, do a consignment shop, do a donation, something but

we never got to it

and now that he's gone

I just hate him not being around and on top of it

me having to deal with everything in the house

so I found a perfect place to donate some of the items

as well as

get some stuff together for a consignment shop

but I have so much stuff

i'm just busy sorting all that out

and there's a deadline for this stuff

so I have to get everything out of this house that I want to get rid of

by the mid of this month

and

that's a lot of work because

I have like so many clothes

I have to wash, I have to put together

sort them out and

take them to the shop

so I'm kind of busy with all that

and at the same time

I want to start making

videos where I am not

disappearing again and again because

that's not helping us

come closer

i remember in my last mukbang video I was talking about

us talking to each other through

the comment section down below

and

building a relationship and I don't think a relationship

can build really if I'm not there to talk to

if I keep disappearing

then

that's going to be hard to do and it's going to be really bad for my channel too

so

yea

if you can excuse my

disappearing for a little while

I want to come back and this time make sure that

I post videos at least

twice or three times depending

on how it works for me

once a week and be regular at it

This soup I tell you

this stew actually, not soup

is something that

you know, you could get full

but

you just keep going for more

there is no end to how long you can sit and eat this

there is just

you can just pick a rice cake

here and a little piece of meat there

and I'm thinking I could have totally added a

little more pieces of hot dogs

and meat stuff

and I would have loved it

I would have enjoyed eating it

some mushroom

for any Indians wondering out there what this tastes like

us Indians, we like to add a lot of you know

spices

and our spices have their own little flavor

and that makes the food not only hot, as in taste

but also very flavorful

like you taste a little cumin here

a little turmeric there

a little clove over here and a little peppercorn there

This stew is in that way very simple

It does not have a whole bunch of flavors

It is limited in it's flavors where you just

taste some sweetness, some saltiness

some flavor

like of pepper and such

it has a slight bit of thickness because of

I think the fermented pepper that I added in there

what else

and the vinegar is there but you don't taste that much

you taste like the sweetness of it so

That's how it tastes

That's the best way I know to explain how it tastes

and every once in a while when you grab a like a bite of

meat

then that meat incorporated with all those flavors

tastes really good

the rice cakes in here is basically just

the rice cakes are just like

they don't absorb a whole lot of flavor of this

stew

they are mainly for like the texture

texture is what is amazing

the tofu as well

it does not absorb a whole lot of flavor of this soup

but

it's the texture thing and

that's what this soup to me is about

It's about simple flavors and lot of

texture going on

so

the tofu just dissolves in your mouth like a cloud just

really good

the enoki mushrooms which I didn't put that many and I'm missing now

they really pack

so much crunch. It's just yummy

yeah, I'm , I'm full right now

I don't know why I'm eating but I'm just

eating because there's something about this stew that you can't stop eating

I 've ate about half of it

and even though I didn't want to make a lot, I happen to make a lot of it

and

I don't know if this

like leftovers, does it taste good or

I don't know about that so

eat as much of it but I'm getting

really full so I'm not

sure if I'll be able to eat a whole lot of this

beware of the rice cakes!

even though they re fun to eat

they are basically just packed rice there

that's just rice!

so it gets you full real quick

s if you don't want to get full just o rice, don't put that many

as many rice cakes as I did, I put too many rice cakes

singing is my thing, I love to sing

to go and sing. I would tae that job first

but now after I tried this

filming videos for YouTube

I would say

singing is still my first favorite but

my second best thing that I like to do is make videos

and I find mukbang to be so interesting because

it really helps me

try to find more things to eat

besides what I usually eat

and it's also a great way to connect with people out there

and like share ideas, have someone to talk to

so I really enjoy this

I hope that you will also give this a try because

this is the simplest recipe

and it has so much variations of things inside one pot to eat

and great, I would say

dish to sit and have conversation with your friends

and just chit chat and keep eating

because there is no end

to how much you can eat this

Are you Comp Help channel.

And today we will talk with you about how easy it is to roll back

to the old version of the driver, if its current version

I've got nothing.

only thing I can draw is a blank.

My soul thrives on original content but how easy would another challenge video be?

Another day has come and went and my ideas are still not free, they're bottled up.

Avoiding controversy but still trying to be me, original, relatable, witty.

And so I'm stuck.

I have no more ideas for a Hamilton parody nor do I have any more concert stories.

Breathing in creative debris from the fire inside my mind.

It's like I'm having trouble to find the spark of imagination that rules my contents creation.

The only thing left for me to do is sit here and rant to you.

Because sometimes you have no clue what else to do, and I'm stuck.

Maybe I need a vacation or maybe I need someone new to talk to me.

To let out my frustration or set my creativity free.

Because as it stands all I have are these rhymes.

8 Embarrassingly Shitty Star Wars Ripoffs - Duration: 11:29.

As we're fond of bringing up, the shameless plundering of blockbuster franchises in the

service of shitty, flagrantly offensive ripoffs is big business. Such thievery is lazy as

hell in and of itself, but it's been demonstrated that you can barely even try to make a movie

and still somehow make one- we're looking at you, The Amazing Bulk.

Although the age of the mockbuster began with the founding of Chief Crap Merchants the Asylum

in 1997, its beginnings go back to the beginning of the blockbuster itself. And while the first

summer blockbuster spawned its own legion of imitators which could and very well might

spawn its own video, it was the second that really got the ball rolling. So today, we're

going over 8 Embarrassingly Shitty Star Wars Ripoffs

H. G. Wells' The Shape of Things to Come Famed science fiction author H.G. Wells wrote

The Shape of Things to Come, a seminal work of speculative fiction, in 1933. Among the

novel's predictions were the Second World War, which happened, and the formation of

one world government, which has not yet so far as we know. When the Canadian film H.G.

Wells' The Shape of Things to Come was released in 1979, Mr. Wells- dead since 1946- rose

out of his grave and furiously denounced his implied involvement with this low budget piece

of trash, which bore literally no resemblance to his novel. Well, no, he didn't, but nobody

would have been surprised.

While the novel deals largely with political machinations, wars and the suppression of

religions, the so-called adaptation deals much more with moon bases, starships, holograms,

and cute little robots named "Sparks". With recycled props, a nonsensical plot and

some kind of disco ball-looking weapon, the film is a surreal experience even before the

great Jack Palance shows up to sleepwalk his way through a thankless role. Critics absolutely

savaged the film, which bombed in theaters but went on to have a bit of a second life.

Early subscribers to pay cable channels like HBO found out quickly that there was a lot

of space to fill in between the hit movies you were paying for, and The Shape of Things

to Come showed up regularly on them throughout the early 80s.

Star Odyssey (1979) You could probably go ahead and think of Italian

director Alfonso Brescia as the villain of this entire video. Before becoming one of

the O.G. blockbuster ripoff artists, he was responsible for cranking out dreck like 1967's

Killer Caliber .32

and 1972's Naked Girl Killed in the Park- no really, look, there's

an IMDB page for it and everything, we couldn't make that up.

At any rate, Brescia in 1978 unleashed not one but four low budget sci-fi baskets of

crap intended to capitalize on the success of Star Wars. All-Italian productions with

Italian casts and crew, they are: Cosmos: War of the Planets, Battle in Interstellar

Space- you may see a theme developing here- War of the Robots and Star Odyssey, which

strangely does not feature a reference to war or battles in its title, yet is the most

well-known of the four.

The plot has an evil dictator taking over the Earth, opposed by a professor and his

robot friends, and it honestly just does not even matter. Look at this poster: a guy with

a laser sword, a golden robot, a huge-ass spaceship, a sluttier princess; Italian moviegoers

knew what they were getting into, and they paid to see this anyway.

Message from Space

It didn't take long for Japan to jump on this bandwagon, because of course it didn't.

1978's Message From Space sported a $6 million budget that made it the most expensive film

produced in Japan up to that time, which should surprise no one who has ever seen a single

Godzilla movie, and actually starred respected American actor Vic Morrow and martial arts

star Sonny Chiba. The film even received an American release after being purchased for

$1 million by United Artists, which was sold in 1980 due to a series of bad moves just like that one.

The film took all of the familiar elements and Japanned them up with a hilariously convoluted

plot and amateurish special effects. Its slavish devotion to aping Star Wars' visual style

was exceeded only by its complete ineptness in doing so, and if Japanese critics were

harsh, American critics were merciless.

The New York Times proclaimed it "so terrible it has a certain comic integrity", which

is probably not what the filmmakers were going for, and the Los Angeles Times' critic reported

that the audience at his showing literally laughed it off the screen. Unfortunately,

it was near the end of an otherwise distinguished career for Morrow, who redeemed himself with

a spectacular performance in 1983's Twilight Zone: The Movie- during the filming of which

he was famously killed in an on-set accident.

Starchaser: The Legend of Orin

The 1985 animated film Starchaser: The Legend of Orin has the distinction of being super-late

to more than one party. An obvious Star Wars cash-in billed as "The Best 3-D Movie Ever Made",

it was released two years after the end of the Star Wars trilogy and the peak

of the 1980s 3-D revival. Also, it was nowhere near the best 3-D film ever made.

The plot adds a dash of King Arthur by having its protagonist begin his journey by discovering

a jeweled sword, then goes on to introduce its own thinly disguised versions of the Jedi

Knights, Darth Vader, the Stormtroopers, and pretty much every other plot element of the

original film. It actually played in theaters for over two weeks, but failed to make back

even a quarter of its ridiculous $15 million budget.

While the film is generally considered to be among the first to blend elements of computer

animated imagery with traditional animation, it is also generally considered to be terrible,

a waste of time and effort by everyone involved, and $15 million thrown to the winds, in that order.

Starcrash

Luigi Cozzi may have the most respectable pedigree of the Italian directors on our list,

having worked as a cinematographer and co-screenwriter for Dario Argento on many of his best-known

works. But left to his own devices, Cozzi immediately showed his schlock-peddling tendencies,

working on low-budget genre fare like Hercules with Lou Ferrigno and the unfortunate genre-starter

Monster Shark throughout the 80s.

But he really got started with 1978's Starcrash, which starred scream and jiggle queen Caroline

Munro, a pre-Knight Rider David Hasselhoff, and the legendary actor Christopher Plummer,

slumming it ultra-hard. Smuggler Stella Star takes on the evil Count Zarth Arn, with a

final battle between two space fleets involving a giant space station, and if all this sounds

like fan fiction written by a third grader while suffering a high fever, just think of

the acute shame Plummer must have felt after saying yes to the script.

Released only eighteen months after Star Wars, the film was once again pounded by critics-

even its original distributor, American International, declined to release it after seeing the final

cut, leaving that shame to New World Pictures, which was fittingly founded by B-movie king Roger Corman.

Battle Beyond the Stars

Speaking of New World and Corman, 1980s Battle Beyond the Stars was a Corman-produced, New

World-released film that must have had the most talent involved of any film on this list.

On paper, it sounds like it should have been great. Its stars included Robert Vaughn, a

pre-A-Team George Peppard, John Saxon- a featured player in the Nightmare on Elm Street series-

and, well, Penthouse Pet Sybil Danning. As we have previously noted, she was talented

in her own way.

The script was penned by veteran screenwriter John Sayles,

and the special effects were designed by a very young James Cameron. The score was only the second composed by James Horner,

who would go on to win an Academy Award for his work on Titanic. It was the most expensive

film Corman had made to that time- but those familiar with Corman will know that that doesn't mean much.

You can find all of the usual elements in the plot: androids, an evil overlord, and

a space cowboy who is literally named "Space Cowboy", played by Peppard. The film's

low budget and derivative plot and characters earned it demerits in the eyes of critics,

but the actors gave it their all and Cameron's effects and Horner's score were generally

praised. The film was a moderate financial success, and Roger Corman learned. We will

catch up with him in just a bit.

The Man Who Saved the World (1982)

From a somewhat respectable production by a man who at least knew what he was doing,

we segue to 1982's The Man Who Saved the World. It's known by a couple of other titles,

but it's most commonly referred to as Turkish Star Wars, because that is all it ever wanted to be.

In telling its story of space guys who crash on a desert planet and become gladiators or

something, the film rips off actual footage from Star Wars- lots of it. The desert planet

uses shots of Tatooine, the entire Mos Eisley cantina sequence is essentially jacked like

a Puff Daddy song, an evil wizard's "shield of concentrated brain molecules" is just

a shot of the Death Star- it goes on and on, also incorporating unrelated footage like

newsreel clips and documentaries on the American space program.

The soundtrack is lifted from a dozen popular movies, with the main theme from Raiders of

the Lost Ark featuring prominently, and even the actors appear to have lifted their acting

styles from people who have never acted, seen a movie, or heard the word "act". This

insane mishmash of the jaw-droppingly amateurish and the flat-out pilfered has earned The Man

Who Saved the World a place in the discussion of the worst films ever made and, of course, a cult following.

Space Raiders (1983)

And now we're back to Roger Corman, who never met a highly questionable creative choice

he didn't like. New World's 1983 film Space Raiders goes above and beyond the average

ripoff of Star Wars by blatantly ripping off a previous ripoff- the previously mentioned

Battle Beyond the Stars.

Figuring he could replicate that film's modest success by rearranging its parts and

slapping them together with Elmer's Glue, Corman enlisted a hapless studio director

and no-name cast to plod through yet another rehashing of Star Wars' plot while using

as few original, non-recycled elements as possible. The sets were all reused after doing

time in previous New World productions, and all of James Cameron's special effects and

James Horner's score- again, the most praised aspects of Battle Beyond the Stars- were crammed

in as well.

Space Raiders has mostly been deservedly forgotten, but it marks a low point in an era when unscrupulous

filmmakers first began learning to cash in on the hottest properties. Not that any of

these films took any money out of George Lucas' pocket,

but you can basically draw a line from films like these to the success

of the Asylum, and from there to the existence of shit like Sharknado 4. For that, they deserve

our wholehearted mockery.

She told the SHOCKED MSNBC host,

�I think it should be taken a look at.

I think they should really read it, understand it, analyze it, and determine what�s fact,

what may not be fact.

We already know the part about the coverage they have on him with sex actions is supposed

to be true.�

�They have said that�s absolutely true.

Some other things they kind of allude to.

Yes, I think he should go into that dossier and see what�s there.�

The thing is, they actually said that the sex-act stuff she is talking about is 100%

FALSE.

When the show host tried to question Maxine Waters about her lies, she started demanding

an investigation!

�You understand that I am saying the investigations must be done, the drilling down must be done.

We must get to the facts of what it has been about.�

�I don�t think you can do the impeachment just because I think or others think.

But I think that if we do the investigations, that we will find the connections and I do

think that impeachment will be necessary.�

Like I said, this woman is CLEARLY not right in the head and NEEDS to be taken out of office

before she does any REAL damage to the country.

Look, I�m not saying that every single person who votes Democrat is insane.

They may be wrong, but I�m sure plenty of them are at least sane.
