Youtube daily report Mar 31 2017

Michael?

They're tats.

When we pick up with season five,

Michael has a new set of tattoos covering his arms and hands,

and they are pivotal to the story.

It's got that great "Prison Break" puzzle that will really

be something exciting as it unravels, as to what they are,

and why he has them.

I have always liked the symbolism of Michael

being a marked man, that this experience left him with scars.

He is a changed man, and the tattoos

are a reflection of that.

Wentworth's tattoos are transfers.

They were printed on special paper.

We've actually designed it so that it wraps

perfectly around his forearms.

He also has palm tattoos, which have the eye.

The tattoos take about-- just under an hour in application,

and there is a little bit of hand painting

that goes into it, just to tie everything in.

I think it's one of the things that made us stand out when

the show first aired, and it gives us a bit of pop

this time around.

Destiny 2 Lore Eris Morn is Leaving! - Duration: 11:11.

She stopped, and beneath the gauze on her face all three eyes closed.

For a moment she allowed herself to feel the dark tears that flowed, unending, down her

face.

The eyes reopened, and her strength blazed in the darkness.

"I must find a new path through the night.

The Hive are vast, and ancient.

A power from far beyond our realm.

If we are ever truly to face them, ever truly to put an end to their hate, I must step beyond

the safety of the City."

Welcome back guardians, today once again, we are covering one of the new grimoire cards

released with the Age of Triumph, Ghost Fragment: Eris Morn.

It has been a busy week covering all of the new Lore released with Age of Triumph, which

includes a video on Dredgen yor's identity, Fallen Allies and if you have you know, a

spare hour, a detailed lore analysis on the new trailer.

I hope you have been enjoying the more frequent uploads.

Brandon McCamey provided the artwork for this video, be sure to check out his youtube channel

as he just released another 3D mobile wallpaper for Destiny 2!

I will make this the first link in the description.

Also stay tuned to twitch, as on Saturday I will be doing a 20 hour live stream to say

thank you for all of the support over the last 6 months, and I am also celebrating being

accepted as a PhD student.

This is myelin games and I hope you enjoy this latest Destiny Lore episode.

[INTRO] The new grimoire cards with the Age of Triumph

have not disappointed and I believe many provide clues for Destiny 2's story.

Ghost Fragment: Eris Morn is no exception to this and has some big implications for

the future involvement of the Hive.

The card describes Eris Morn at a medical bay within the Tower.

An awoken guardian rests upon a bed and appears to be closely monitored by medical equipment.

The card reads, "The Awoken man lay upon the bed like a

broken thing.

Machines monitored his every twitch, every aspect of his physical status.

The steady, quiet blip of his heartbeat was the dominant sound in the room."

You may ask yourself, why is a guardian attached to all this medical equipment, Guardians don't

need medical care, their ghost would just revive them.

Has he lost his Ghost… no his Ghost is also within the room, however the man has been

infected by the Vex and his ghost has been infected too.

The card reads, "Her smile died as her gaze slid to his

side.

His Warlock garb had been stripped from his body, and she could see his pale blue chest

as it rose and fell in the bed.

His arm.

His arm was gone.

In its place was a thing.

The point where mechanicals knit with flesh was ghastly to behold, but the design was

unmistakable to any Guardian who'd been in the field: Asher Mir's arm was that of

a Vex construct.

Her eyes flicked to the ghost at the window.

It too, was transformed.

The unmistakable outline of Vex technology encrusting and penetrating the small warden's

shell.

That red, staring eye..."

So yes… there have introduced some lore for the Vault of Glass ornaments that literally

change your limbs into Vex constructs.

Stay tuned, I am going to cover this Vex "infection" within a different video.

Anyway, you likely noticed that the name of this Awoken man is Asher Mir.

Eris Morn describes him as an "old friend" and a "kindred spirit".

Unfortunately, this name is not mentioned anywhere else within the grimoire cards, however

Eris does refer to him as a Gensym Scribe.

A gensym scribe is actually mentioned within the grimoire cards, or at least within the

item descriptions, the Warlock bond Harlequin Pendulum reads,

"A curious device, sought after by the Gensym Scribes."

I am not too sure what exactly this means, however he is described as a scribed, so I

assume he copies documents, or transcribes documents, and I assume this work related

in some way to the Vex, considered he has been infected.

I would not be surprised if he was also somehow linked to the Hive, considering Eris Morn

considers him a kindred spirit.

Asher Mir remains motionless in the bed and Eris says,

""Soon I will take my leave of this"—she put her hands up, to take in the med bay,

the City, the Tower, Earth—"lie."

It continues, "She placed a gloved hand on the back of

his blue, flesh-and-bone hand.

"I wish we could have spoken, you and I, one last time.

But my story here is done.

I have avenged those I lost.

I must find..."

The card then ends with, "With those words, and a gathered locus

of power, she was gone.

The room returned to stillness.

The blip of the Awoken man's heart echoed from the machines.

And the Ghost stared into the night, its red eye never blinking."

Obviously this card is based in the future because Eris is still within the Tower.

So I assume that this card is referencing Destiny 2.

I also assume that this must happen sometime between the conclusion of Destiny 1 and the

start of Destiny 2… assuming that Destiny 2 starts with the City under siege.

IN the new trailer Eris is no where to be seen, so I assume she has left the city prior

to the cabal attack.

She leaves because she believes that the Hive are still a threat, "The Hive are vast and

ancient.

A power from far beyond our realm.

If we are ever truly to face them, every truly to put an end to their hate, I must step beyond

the safety of the City."

I am sure most of you have already guessed what she is talking about, I assume Eris Morn

is speaking about Oryx's sisters, Savathun and Xivu Arath.

In the Books Of Sorrow Oryx has two sisters Savathun and Xivu Arath, whilst they were

not as powerful as Oryx, they were still extremely powerful.

The were last seen in Verse 5:4 the gift mast.

The card reads, "Then sayeth Savathûn, "Siblings, listen,

we must part ways a while, so that we may grow different."

She flies her war-moons into the black hole.

Her throne becomes distant.

Sayeth Xivu Arath, "King Oryx, you take up too much space, your power constrains too

many choices.

I must go away from you."

She flies her war-moons away into the night.

Her throne is barred shut.

Then Oryx was alone.

He spent a while in thought, and those thoughts are recorded here."

These sisters are still out there somewhere.

Out of the two, I would say that Savathun is the greatest threat, she is the cunning

sister, she is the one who spawned Malok to poison Oryx's tribute system which is what

he depended on to feed his worm.

I believe that the item description of the Dreadfang is the words of Savathun it reads,

"Kingly brother, I thank you for the gift of your failure.

The sword logic demands a pinnacle."

I believe this item description is meant to be placed immediately following Oryx's defeat

at the hands of guardians.

Whilst I do think it is Savathun saying these words, it could also be Xivu Arath as she

too would refer to Oryx as her kingly brother.

However in my opinion, Savathun has always been the closest to toppling Oryx.

Yes, if you are not familiar with Hive culture, they kill each other out of love and so yes,

Savathun was trying to take the throne.

So I believe that Eris has decided to leave the Tower so that she can discover the location

and plans of Oryx's sisters.

How is she going to do this?

Well, I also think there is a clue in this grimoire card, it says, "The Hive are vast

and ancient.

A power from far beyond our realm", who do we know that is currently within the Hive

realm gathering intelligence… yep, Toland the Shattered.

I have said it before and I will say it again, all of these pathways and storylines will

eventually merge.

Remember that the last we saw of Toland he was shouting Osiris's name from the Hive

Overworld and Osiris is connected with the Vex, now I believe Eris has set off to find

Toland and gather intelligence on Oryx's sisters.

As you can see, going into Destiny 2 these plots are beginning to merge.

I wrote this prior to the Destiny 2 trailer reveal and I have now just seen the DLC images…

which feature Osiris and Rasputin symbols only provides further proof that these storylines

are going to come together.

Toland in my opinion is our link to the Osiris video.

That concludes this latest destiny lore episode.

If you would like to support the channel, leave the phrase, "Bye Eris!", to farewell

Eris Morn, survivor of mare imbrium, survivor of the hellmouth, a guardian who has sacrificed

everything and now continues to defend the City by pursing the Hive.

As usual, it has been a pleasure, this is myelin games.

Peace.

Haptic Helpers: bringing you to your senses - Duration: 1:05.

Hi I'm Jon Wiley.

I'm the director of immersive design for Google VR and AR products.

Right now, with current VR technology we're pretty good in terms of the visuals and the

audio, but what about the other three senses?

After exploring automated technologies using robotics, we found that we could actually

achieve a better quality simulation with well-trained humans.

We call them Haptic Helpers, and they can simulate a wide range of experiences.

Things like smelling perfume, reading a book, sitting by a fireplace

or even petting a dog.

Figuring out how to simulate such a range of experiences has been challenging but rewarding.

And our helpers inventiveness cannot be overstated.

VR user: AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

Our helpers are constantly updating their repertoires to stay up to date with the latest

VR applications being released.

And the feedback we've gotten from early user testing has been incredible.

Meet President Trump's Ms Fix It - Duration: 7:12.

Meet President Trumps Ms. Fix-It

BY JORDAN FABIAN

Dina Powell is the Trump administrations Ms. Fix-It.

The deputy national security adviser for strategy, one of the few White House aides with extensive

experience in a past Republican administration, has taken on a large list of responsibilities

touching on foreign and domestic policy.

Besides serving as a deputy to national security adviser H.R. McMaster, Powell was asked by

senior adviser Jared Kushner, the presidents son-in-law, to serve in a new office tasked

with using private-sector ideas to overhaul the federal government.

Powell, who speaks Arabic and moved to the United States from Egypt at the age of 4,

is also advising President Trump and his daughter Ivanka on economic initiatives.

Her rising power has brought additional scrutiny on the 43-year-old, who has come under criticism

from some Trump loyalists and outside conservatives for her work at Goldman Sachs. Some accuse

her of being a Democrat in disguise.

Her boosters inside and outside the White House say such claims are laughable given

her years working for former President George W. Bushs administration and for congressional

Republicans, including former House Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-Texas).

I dont think she started life as a Trump person, but remember, she worked for Dick

Armey. She didnt start life as a left-winger, said former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.),

an informal adviser to Trump. She was with us when we were getting some very conservative

things accomplished.

Powell spent the past decade in New York working at Goldman Sachs, where she led the banks

nonprofit foundation. She oversaw the 10,000 Women initiative, which provides mentoring

and networking opportunities for female entrepreneurs.

Her work caught the eye of Ivanka Trump, who cold-called her following the election to

discuss the program, according to a source familiar with the conversation.

Powell began informally advising the influential first daughter during the transition and was

hired by then-President-elect Trump in January to work on issues related to entrepreneurship,

small businesses and womens empowerment.

For Powell, who has two children, that continues to be a part of her portfolio. This week she

sat in on a roundtable meeting for female business owners hosted by Trump and Vice President

Pence.

As deputy national security adviser, Powell has been directly involved in preparations

for meetings between Trump and the leaders of Egypt, Jordan and China. Shes working

with McMaster on long-term strategy and helping lead the interagency process with Secretary

of State Rex Tillerson, Defense Secretary James Mattis and leaders of the intelligence

community.

At the age of 29, Powell succeeded Clay Johnson, a close confidant of Bush, to become the youngest

person ever to direct the presidential personnel office, which was tasked with identifying

hundreds of appointees and top staff members across the federal government.

She has get-it-done skills, said Johnson. That is exactly her strong suit. Shes

a doer.

She then served as assistant secretary of State for educational and cultural affairs

under Karen Hughes, who was Bushs head of public diplomacy.

Powells experience has made her stand out in a White House wracked by infighting that

has struggled to master the art of governing.

But it has also made her a target for conservatives who worry that Powell, working with Kushner,

Ivanka Trump and National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn, could push a softer White

House line on trade, Wall Street and climate change policy.

This is not who we voted for. The base voted for Trump and his policies. Not Gary

Cohns, not Dina Powells. Not the left wing of the Democratic Party. This is a Republican

White House, said one GOP operative on Wall Street.

No one is questioning their competence, the operative added. But there are a lot

of questions about whether they are trying to pull away from Trumps agenda.

Gingrich and others scoffed at the notion that Powell will pull Trump to the left.

Dina is a strong conservative, said Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), who has known Powell

for around five years. Ive come to rely on her for advice and insight. She has a wide

range of experience that few people in Washington have.

Former Bush officials credit Powells success to her willingness to offer unvarnished advice

to the president and senior officials on whom to hire and how to frame a message, while

backing it up with ample facts and figures.

They also say she has unrivaled people skills that have helped her form long-lasting connections

in the Capitol.

Margaret Spellings, who served as Bushs Domestic Policy Council director and later

as Education secretary, said she became friends with Powell sitting next to her at the daily

7 a.m. senior White House staff meeting.

When youre a young mother with children at 7 oclock, sometimes you have makeup

on sometimes you dont. Sometimes your hair is wet, sometimes it is not, said Spellings,

who is now president of the University of North Carolina system. We had a lot in

common keeping it all together while working, and I am a huge fan of hers. She is unique

in the way that she brings people together.

Powell traveled throughout the Middle East in her State Department role and has spoken

about her experience growing up in the Dallas area trying to balance her desire to blend

in among her American peers with her Egyptian heritage, instilled in her by her Coptic Christian

parents.

I so desperately wanted a turkey and cheese sandwich with potato chips, Powell told

The Washington Post in 2005. And instead I always got grape leaves and hummus and falafel,

not even in a cool brown paper bag. And now, of course, I appreciate so much that I did.

Powell will now be charged with helping to explain Trumps policies, including his

proposed ban on travelers from several Muslim-majority countries, to allies that have been shaken

by the presidents stances on issues such as trade and intelligence.

Spellings says that Powell, based on her experience with her, can be effective within the administration

and outside it.

The thing that makes Dina so effective is that she is not a credit-seeker, said

Spellings. She wants to get a result while elevating the principals. That is a skill

that can hold you in good stead in Washington. She can bring that kind of discipline, that

kind of skill to a new White House.

Nepal Food - Eating Dal Bhat in Kathmandu (दालभात - Nepalese Thali Set) - Duration: 9:29.

Well good afternoon and welcome to another food video from Kathmandu (काठमाडौं).

Today we are having Dal Bhat (दालभात).

We've been eating Dal Bhat (ডাল ভাত) very very often.

So much so Sam has declared it his favorite dish known to mankind.

Is that correct?

Haha.

Well it is definitely our favorite thing here in Nepal (नेपाल).

It is what we've been having here more than anything else so.

Yeah, so to describe it it kind of like a Nepali Thali Set (थाली).

Yeah.

So you get your rice and some lentils and we're ordering vegetarian so we're having

like a vegetarian curry and just different vegetables and sauces.

So we're going to show you that when it arrives.

Sam is actually had too much Dal Bhat (दालभात) these last few days so he ordered different

local specialty items.

I ordered some other side dishes to go along with it.

Yeah.

So we're going to be sharing.

Oh, are we now?

I hope so.

And that food will be coming soon.

Alright, we are starting off with the drinks.

Tell us what did we get?

Yeah, we sure are.

So before we eat we are going to drink.

Yeah.

And we have over here Tibetan Milk Tea which we've never tried before and Masala Chai which

is a favorite of ours.

Oh yeah, we've been having that.

We've been having that a lot.

On the daily.

Let's go for the familiar one.

Yeah.

Mmmm.

That is really good.

I can taste a lot of the different spices in there.

And just 'ah' it is a nice tea.

I can smell the spices.

Cardamon, cinnamon.

Oh, this is the skin.

Woah, what are you doing over there Sam?

I am eating the skin on top.

I just zoomed in on that.

Very attractive.

I would say that is good timing.

And you've been kind enough to allow me to try your Tibetan Milk Tea.

Let's try this one.

I had a few sips.

I find it very light.

Oh, it is very light.

Yeah.

It is very milky.

Mmmhmmm.

It doesn't have a strong tea flavor.

It has more of a strong milk flavor.

If I had to honestly I prefer the chai a bit more but yeah the Tibetan milk tea that is

what you ordered so that is what you'll be having.

So my food is here and it is a proper platter.

This is the dal bhat (દાળ ભાત).

It sure is.

And the dal is the lentil soup right here.

Right.

It looks more green today.

Um, and what I find surprising like here is that here it is more soupy.

It is more watery whereas in the past I've had like a thicker dal.

Kind of like a curry almost.

Yeah, yeah.

And then here you have your bhat which would be your rice.

Yeah, big mountain of rice and then we have a tonne of different sides dishes.

I know.

So first up this is the curd.

It is kind of like a yoghurt.

Yeah.

And I believe this is the vegetable Thakali (दाल भात तरकारी) which

is kind of like a vegetable curry.

Right.

Then you've got your pickled vegetable.

Not entirely sure what it is.

And these are all surprises.

Hahaha.

We'll see once we dig in to them.

Yeah, this trying this place for the 1st time it was a highly recommended for their Dal

Bhat (दालभात).

The Nepali Thali (थाली).

This is called Papad.

Papadon.

They are like crackers.

Like crispy wafers.

So yeah, you know what?

Let's just dig in.

Dig in.

And if I was going to do this the proper way I'd be using my right hand but I'm not the

most coordinated with food.

So you're cheating and using cutlery.

I'm using a spoon.

I'm just going to pour it over the rice.

Okay.

Because that is how I like it.

Soak up them lentils.

Mmmm.

Is it good?

Mmmhmm.

Really good?

That is quite nice.

Yeah.

I guess you can just mix it all together really.

So you really taste the lentils?

Is it spicy.

Yeah, it is like a lentil soup almost.

Okay.

Let's try some of the veggie here.

Mmmm.

You like that one?

This is nice and spicy.

Oh nice.

Yeah, it is like a potato.

Let's take a look at that closer.

And peas.

And pea curry.

Is that what you call them in English?

Peas?

Right.

They are peas.

And why don't you try some of the other stuff?

Let's see what this is.

Oh man.

Oh man, what is that?

Oh, this is cold.

It is.

It is all vegetarian so.

It will not be meat.

Is that a pickle (achar)?

It sounds like a pickle.

Maybe.

We don't even know.

Hahaha.

It is a mystery to me.

Oh my gosh.

Oh wow but this one was spicy.

This also looks like it could be spicy.

Okay.

Oh man.

Yeah, just try them all.

Try them all.

On fire.

I think I just sprayed as well.

Yep.

Such a glamorous video.

Keeping it classy Audrey.

Keeping it classy.

Mmmm.

What do you think?

What say you?

What is this?

I have no idea what I'm having.

What say you?

It is a mystery.

And I have some vegetables here.

This is probably radish.

And this looks like it could be a hot sauce.

Mmmhmmm.

Yeah.

Mmmhmmm.

So far so good?

So far so good.

And let's try the..

I haven't even eaten the yoghurt.

Let's put some yoghurt, dal, rice and I'm going to soak it up.

Together?

Why not right?

Oh man.

It broke.

I'm going to use this as a spoon.

How is that?

Mmmm.

Those are quite salty aren't they?

You know what?

I feel like you really need the yoghurt to balance the spice.

Because everything else is like woah flavor burning.

So this kind of mutes it down.

It is like when you've had something really spicy you're supposed to drink milk.

Right.

It kind of has that same effect.

So yeah, so far so good.

I'm going to let you try it.

Alright, my turn.

You're kind enough to share.

And it is a big portion.

So I'll start with the Dal Bhat (दालभात) part.

The Dal and the rice.

The Dal and the Bhat.

Going in.

Scooping up some Dal Bhat (डाळ भात).

Mmmm.

You know what?

I really like the especially the Dal.

Yeah, like that is really good.

Yeah.

Mmmm.

That is one of the better ones we've had.

Yeah, I definitely have to say that.

Alright, on to the peas and potatoes and curry.

And that one was quite spicy.

Was it?

Mmm.

Yeah, it is.

Oh wow.

Delayed onset.

That is really good though.

I like the um I really like the richness of flavors and the spiciness.

That is great.

And you know what?

This is a meal that we've been finding everywhere.

Yeah.

Like it doesn't matter.

It is the most common food in Nepal (नेपाल) for sure.

Yeah.

And it is yeah.

And you can get it in little hole in the wall restaurants.

You can get it anywhere.

Or fancy hotels.

Everyone has Dal Bhat (दालभात).

Yeah, I find that almost every restaurant we've gone to, even if it has a majority of

say western menu, still has that on there.

Yep.

So yeah.

There is always room.

There is always room for Dal Bhat (दालभात).

Okay.

Alright but I'm going to take this back.

Okay.

And I'm going to let you sample what you actually ordered.

Sounds good.

So we are starting with aloo timur.

Yes, and I do know alu means potato from things that I've had in India.

Food like Aloo Ghobi and whatnot.

Yeah, alu gobi is good.

Right.

That is really good.

Okay, so it has a little bit of a sauce.

If I had to guess I would say these potatoes have been like maybe pan-roasted.

So let's try that.

Look at all of the spices.

Those potatoes are fully coated.

Mmmm.

Oh my gosh.

Those are really spicy too.

Not quite as spicy as the curry vegetable that you had but it is up there.

Yeah, and it has also got a lot of other aside from it just being spicy it has got a nice

amount of flavors to it.

Other ingredients.

Um, oh lah la.

It is good.

It is good.

It was a good choice.

I like this one.

Going in for another bite.

Cleansing the palette.

Rinsing out the flavors.

Yes.

Alright, so next up is my roti.

Yeah, so it was called fapar roti (buckwheat).

Yep.

Not entirely sure what that means.

Yeah, we.

This is one of those ones that we saw on the menu and we're like.

Oh, let's order that.

That is super thick.

It is.

It is really thick.

It is heavy in the hand.

It almost looks like a pancake.

Yeah, it does.

Let's try it.

Mmmm.

Wow.

Do you think?

It is a really different kind of roti.

It is like.

It almost.

It almost has like a doughy potato like consistency.

Mmmhmm.

Do you think you're supposed to eat this on your own?

Or do you think like having some curry.

No, I'm going to be try it with this.

Why don't I try it with a bit of curry.

With yoghurt.

Dipping roti in yoghurt.

That is how it is done.

That tastes way better.

Yeah.

Try it with Dal.

This is something that it is tasty and it is quite thick so it would good for like a

sopping up any kind of sauce that you have.

So yeah, I'll try it with the Dal too.

Why not.

Mmmm.

Actually I prefer to have it.

I prefer eating this, the Dal Bhat (दालभात), with this than I do even with the rice.

So I think it is a nice addition to the menu.

Alright, let's enjoy.

And that concludes another delicious meal.

Yeah.

So we got the bill.

It was 745 Nepal Rupees which is just under$7 US dollars.

So that was for all of the food and I ordered an extra Masala Chai.

So yeah, pretty good value.

I mean you get it cheaper.

We are in sort of the touristy area of Thamel in Kathmandu (काठमाडौं) so

prices are more expensive here.

But even so for two people to eat for seven something dollars not too bad of value I'd

say.

Ta ta.

Ta ta.

Do Fish Get Thirsty and Why Most Fish are Exclusively Freshwater or Saltwater Fish - Duration: 6:00.

Hello I'm Daven Hiskey, you're watching the Today I Found Out YouTube channel.

In the video today, we're looking at whether fish ever get thirsty.

For fish, or at least teleost fish (which make up about 96% of all fish), the desire

to drink is an urge that originates from the hindbrain, whereas in land-based animals it

originates in the forebrain.

It is generally thought from this that a fish has no real ability to consciously feel thirst

as we or many other land-animals would understand it; for them, it's just a natural reflex.

So the short answer to whether fish ever get thirsty is thought to be "no", at least not

on a conscious level.

However, fish do need to take in water, but, as with land animals, too much water can kill,

a particular problem when one is surrounded by it!

Unsurprisingly, the processes by which this is regulated in fish is quite fascinating,

and further answers the question of why most fish must stay in either a saltwater or freshwater

environment exclusively.

To begin with, we'll start with how exactly fish drink.

Like any other animal, fish need to maintain a strict balance of water and salt (among

other minerals) in their system to remain alive and flipping along.

As they're constantly surrounded by water, the main issue for fish isn't concerning

getting enough water in their bodies, but regulating concentration of certain minerals,

of particular importance being things like salt and potassium.

For freshwater fish, their blood has a higher concentration of salt than their surroundings

(hypertonic), which is a major problem.

While their skin is mostly impermeable (though not completely), as their gills are in constant

contact with the surrounding water, which is essential for them to breathe, water is

continually taken into the fish' bloodstream via osmosis, with osmotic pressure being the

key driver here.

For the uninitiated, osmosis is the movement of a solvent (in this case water) across semi-permeable

membranes (like cell walls), from areas of lower solute concentration to areas of higher

solute concentration.

This naturally equalizes the solute concentration on both sides of the membrane.

(This osmotic pressure is also why salt can be used to preserve meat.)

For example, if you take a red blood cell and place it in distilled water, thanks to

osmotic pressure and the fact that the cell membrane is thin and semipermeable, the cell

with its relatively salty interior next to the pure water will gradually absorb more

and more water until it explodes.

On the flipside, if you place that same red blood cell in water that is saltier than the

cell's interior liquid, the reverse will happen and the cell will gradually lose water,

shriveling up in the process.

Place it in water that has the same solute level as the cell, and nothing at all will

happen.

(Certain sea-life, known as osmoconformers, such as most marine invertebrates, actually

are more or less always in this state- maintaining the same solute concentration internally as

the seawater they live in).

Thus, to regulate the large amount of water entering its bloodstream diluting the concentration

of dissolved minerals, such as the ever important salt, freshwater fish must urinate incredibly

often.

(This is one of the reasons it's advised to clean a goldfish bowl regularly or install

a filter.

And, note, contrary to popular practice, you should never, ever leave a goldfish in a small,

simple fish bowl for a variety of reasons, see our video on the matter for more information).

Towards this end, freshwater fish have large kidneys with a relatively expansive network

of capillaries, called the glomerulus, facilitating faster urine production.

This helps, but the fresh water fish also need to take in relatively significant amounts

of salt to further aid in keeping their levels high enough.

They are able to do this thanks to special chloride secretory cells in their gills which

will actively draw salt from the surrounding water and release it into the bloodstream,

at the same time osmotic pressure is drawing more and more water into their system, diluting

the blood.

The problem for saltwater fish is more or less the exact opposite as freshwater fish,

and it should come as no surprise then that their drinking and urinating habits likewise

go the other way.

The saltwater fish have less salt in their blood than the surrounding water (hypotonic).

So rather than absorbing water as it passes through their gills, saltwater fish lose a

lot of water from their blood as they breathe via the same osmotic pressure as mentioned

with the freshwater fish.

As a result, they must drink considerable amounts of water through their mouths.

However, again, because the part of the brain that controls this is in the hindbrain, it's

generally thought this regular swallowing of water is a reflex action performed without

a conscious thirst sensation.

Saltwater fish also don't urinate much at all, in order to conserve water.

Towards this end, they have very few, small capillary networks making up their glomerulus,

unlike freshwater fish.

However, the water the saltwater fish are drinking has an awful lot of salt in it- much

more than they need.

To get around this, the chloride secretory cells of saltwater fish, rather than absorbing

salt from the surrounding water as with freshwater fish, actively release it from the fish's

body into the environment.

This all combines to more or less automatically keep the saltwater fish's salt levels in the

optimal range.

As for fish that can migrate back and forth from fresh water to seawater, their bodies

are capable of regulating both ways, but they typically require an acclimation period between

the two.

For instance, salmon start their lives in freshwater, and as they begin to transition

to saltwater they'll naturally start drinking more and more water, while their urine production

begins to rapidly drop.

At the same time, a special enzyme results in a reversal of the previous function of

their chloride secretory cells in their gills- instead of absorbing salt from the environment,

the "pump" reverses, excreting it.

Once their bodies have fully transitioned (generally after a few days hanging out in

the intertidal zone), they are free to safely venture out into the big blue.

The same thing happens again in reverse when they return to fresh water to spawn, spending

a few days acclimating in between until the system has naturally switched and they can

safely head up stream.

Turnê com André Mattos ? Kiko no Disco Novo ? - Respondendo Perguntas - Duration: 16:49.

What's up, guys? Felipe Andreoli speaking.

And I am here, as promised, to answer the questions you left on Angra's page.

Right?

I'll select some because I can't answer everything. There are a lot.

I'll select them in any order and you follow it with me. okay?

Julio Yukio asked: "Who choose the themes of the compositions?"

Julio, actually, in this creative process, that have just starded here in Campos do Jordão,

we got here yesterday.

To really start the process of composing the new album.

When we are in this process, we always meet, we talk a lot to each other,

not only about the theme of the album, but also the direction of the songs,

what we are looking for with the album. And during the meetings, a theme appears,

everybody agrees, a good one that worths a deep study.

There's not "THE" rule. It really depends on the inspiration we have.

Each single album portraits a moment. And this one won't be different, for sure.

Then, I answered the next question from Herbert Luan. "Is there a new upcoming album?"

Yes. We have just started it.

We got here yesterday and installed the equipment, we adapted to the place,

we are in Rafael's parents' house in Campos do Jordão.

We installed the equipment and a new song was born fastly.

A song we started from the womb, and it was very cool,

it means that the inspiration is good. And it also answers Matheus' question...

...about the new album. "What's the news about the next album?"

Hun...

I didn't understand this question. Next!

Vitor Tonon asked: "What about the new album with Lione since he'll be on tour with Rhapsody?"

Vitor, he will be with Rhapsody, but we have time enough to compose, this is so true that

he is here with us during this five days. We'll do it again in may and many other times.

He won't be present during the whole process, but he'll take part on it like in Secret Garden.

Lucas Arlego asked: "Which Secret Garden song is your favourite?"

Lucas. It's difficult! There so many good songs. I don't know.

It depends if we are playing them, how much we've played.

For example, Newborn Me is one of my favourite. But we've played it a lot.

So, when I think about it, it's not this one. Then, Upper Levels, for sure,

is one of my favourite. And now we're playing it. I like Violet Sky so much.

So, as we hadn't played it alive, my vote goes to Violet Sky.

Felipe Costa says: "The best albums, for me, are Angels Cry and Temple of Shadows.

I'd like to know what is each member's favourite one".

Well, I can answer by myself, and my favourite is also Temple of Shadows.

I think it was a moment of great inspiration, a great feeling of creative freedom.

We really worked hard, it was a moment of happiness and peace.

We were celebrating the success of Rebirth World Tour.

It was something we didn't know if it would work at first.

Because we reformulated a band, more than a half, actually.

To go on tour with this album.

So, we were very confident, very creative. And we've done it.

And we are searching the same here. This good moment we are having.

And we are together to compose.

Of course, Kiko is not so present, but he's also contributing with ideas,

and he'll also record something on this album. It'll depend on his availability.

So, even we cannot promise how much he'll be involved, he really wants and...

he's already working on some ideas, as well.

João Vitor asked: "Do you think about special featurings for the next album?".

Yes! I don't know how many. Maybe one, more than one.

But there's one that is almost sure.

And I am pretty happy with this participation.

It's an artist that I admire a lot. And, it's almost a confirmation.

Bruno Amorin asked:

"Is there a chance of recording a CD, or make a tour together with all...

the vocalists that sang in Angra?"

Bruno, we want this so hard. We could put Fabio and Edu together.

Andre is left. He may not want to do it.

It always happens. We invite him to be present on comemorative and special concerts.

And he doesn't want. So, we have to respect it. So, it depends on him.

Fabio Santos asked: "Whose was the idea of the name Secret Garden?

Why the title song was sung by Simone and not by Lione and her?"

I don't really know for sure. Maybe Rafa has shown the name.

Because there was a lot of link with the concept of the album,

and it's the same case for the song.

This song was composed for a female voice.

When it was written by Maria, Kiko's wife, it was done thought of a female voice.

And we got this song because there's a female character in this album story,

and she's the scientist's wife. He dies on an accident.

And we wanted this song sung by a woman. So there's no reason...

for not having Lione singing it, but it's a woman singing it. It's a voice...

It's a female Poetic Persona.

Gedeão Corasa asks: "Angra has and had very good song writers.

It's not necessary to mention Bittencourt.

But I'd like to know where you all search for so many inspiration

after so many years composing. And What's the importance of each member on it?

Very good question.

Well, the inspiration comes from many different areas.

I always say that there's no rule to how it comes to compose a song.

Sometimes, like yesterday, the first song we wrote together,

it was a riff that Barbosa started, then I gave ideas and modifying,

then, Rafa and after Bruno. And each one builds a part at that moment.

Then, we create something together. Some other time, we are in our houses,

an idea comes and we record it on a cellphone and say:

"I have this idea. Let's work on it".

Or, sometimes, we have a complete idea that we show a demo almost done,

with eletronic drums, keyboards, guitars and basses and etc...

But, there's not a single rule. I am driving sometimes, then an idea comes

then, I take the cellphone and start to sing the idea, a very poor singing,

then when I get home I write it on an instrument, a guitar, a bass...

and I try to create something from that.

But, inspiration is something you have to be open so it'll come at any moment

not always it happens when we want. We cannot say "I'll compose a great song",

and suddenly you stuck, right?

My case, for example, as more spontaneous the better it is.

Carina Lima asks: "Is there any chance to have a special concert with Edu Falaschi?".

"It would be amazing". Carina, if you pay more attention to the page,

you'll notice we've done some with his participation.

We've played in São Paulo, in Rio. He's a friend of us, a lovely person.

He's also very close to us. And we've been even closer, so it has the chance

to happen again. Stay tuned and you'll be informed about the news.

Andrews Vinícios asked: "A band that has done history in

phonographic market, has passed through many phases,

and, yet today, continues reinventing itself through generations.

What is the secret for this longevity and success?

Just refreshing: many Brazilian bands appeared, tried to copy,

took you as a model, and even though can't be on spotlight for so long?".

I think that the most important attribute of any successful person

that successed in life for a long time, is the perseverance.

Because... more than the talent, more than your skills, more than

I don't know, any other attribute. It's your skill to overcome hard moments

and don't discourage, don't get down.

And we... Well, Angra is a band that passed through many things,

there's a history full of nuances. People that go and come.

And the band renews itself, then something happens,

then it changes again. Changes here, changes there.

The secret is: don't discourage.

And for us this will to continue is based on two things.

Number one: Music! The music we love doing, we believe and live.

We live it day by day. We live Angra songs twenty-four hours per day.

And the second: You all.

The fans, that don't let us feel down, that always have some good words,

and incentive. Got it? These moments we realize that it worths.

If it was only because of music, we could do it with love and nobody would care.

Why do it, then? But you, that are always with us, following and participating,

that are close to us. Then, these two things get together, it makes all sense to continue.

Because of it we continue.

Even with the problems we had, and ups and downs Angra had in its career.

The reasons that makes us carry on are the combination of these two things.

Vinicius de Paula asked: "Did you write the lyrics before the melodies and hamonies?"

No! We usually do the opposite. We first compose the instrumental parts,

melodies and harmonies, then, the lyrics.

I don't remember any time the lyrics have come before.

It's happens more on Pop Music, people write the lyrics and make

a song to that lyrics. Put harmony on that lyrics, actually.

And we compose the instrumental with harmony and melody before the lyrics.

Diego Salvador asked which Angra song I would like to play more in concerts

but we don't use to play.

Diego, we are really trying to bring back these songs to the setlist,

we play a lot of time the Holy Land album in its entirely.

Even though it is very nice, it puts some limits on the setlist,

baecause you have one hour of concert just for Holy Land.

So, it remains few time to play songs of the other seven albums

and put them on the setlist. But the last two concerts we did,

we played Upper Levels for the first time, Ego Painted Grey,

we didn't play it for a long time, Rage of the Waters since Aqua Tour

we haven't played. And Running Alone, for many years is not played.

And a song I'd like play soon is Morning Star from Temple of Shadows.

Weneck Oliveira asked: "When will the next album be released?"

We intend to release it the end of this year, beginning of the other.

It all depends how long this production process will take.

We don't want to do it in a hurry, of course.

But... december, january or february it will be released.

We will annouce as soon as we know.

Charles Sousa: "Which Angra's song is more difficult to be played alive?".

Chales, I think Upper Levels is one of the most complicated.

Because it's too technical, there's a very difficult part in the middle,

and it is a real challenge. Rage of the Waters we played recently,

is also a music with a lot of parts, a lot of technical difficulties.

Temple Of Hate is a very difficult one because it's really fast.

And some other songs from Temple Of Shadows, as well, have this characteristic.

Eduardo Ribeiro asked about the criterias of evaluation to choose the new drummer,

and what was Bruno's charactristic to accept him on the band.

There was no process to choose a drummer. We just got Bruno.

When Ricardo decided to leave, we already knew who would replace him,

because I had played with him on Kiko's solo project.

And for me it was clear he was the guy to be in Angra.

And Bruno's attribute are several. He's an awesome guy, a fantastic person,

talking about personal stuff, and he's also very professional

very dedicated, plays very well, plays many different styles.

He plays from Metal to Jazz, Everything in the middle of it.

He is dynamic, the sound, he has the feeling, he plays hard on drums.

He's the perfect drummer to Angra because he joins this two sides,

Angra has the Metal side and also many ethnical stuff, more Brazilian, latin...

And he has this very good mix. He's very mature on his style.

It's something he always did. And it fits very well with Angra songs.

Edon Basilio asked: "How was to play Luis Mariutti's songs and adapt them to you,

the songs you haven't recorded?"

Actually, it was cool. Because I knew the songs, I listened, I was familiar.

It was easy for me to learn them. When you know it by heart, it easier

to learn the notes of that song. It was a nice process.

I tried to be original to what Luis have recorded, some moments I play my way

because we are different bass players. But 90 percent, it's the original.

Emanuel Gomes de Macedo asked a long questiom, look.

"The high notes of Angra songs, specially the first albums, are difficult to reproduce.

Doesn't it make the vocalist performance sound bad during the tours?

If so, why don't you down the tones so it'll be more comfortable for the singer

I've noticed that on Heavy Metal it sounds like a crime. On the other hand,

singers like Robert Plant or Elis Regina, the tones were usually down".

Emanuel, I don't know if you realize, but Angra plays one tone under the original

almost all the albuns, except for Angels Cry that was recored half tone under

then, we just play half tone under Angels Cry.

Relating all the other albums, we are one tone under.

It's to make the vocalist more confortable because

the notes that were recorded, in special the first three albums, are really high.

So we put them down. There's no problem about it.

Some people complain, don't like. They think it's like a surrender.

Well, Lione is a singer with a great vocal capacity.

Like few ones I have seen.

Rafael Melo asked what I thought about the new Sepultura album.

Rafael, I liked the new album. They tried very well in new things.

Particularly the parts with melodies.

I think it's really nice. And the album is fucking great.

It has everything. The guitar sound of Andreas, the drums of Eloy,

all the band playing very well. Inspired compositions.

It's really great!

I need to listen more. I just listened two or three times.

I liked Sepultura's last albums, but this is my favourite!

Bruno Pralon asked an unusual question.

"What do I do to have such a nice beard like yours?".

Bruno, no special secret. I just shave it a little to not be big,

I don't like big beard, it annoys me. This is it!

João Vitor asks...

"I want to know how it was for you to be part of Angra and

what was the difficulties with Angra and Almah?

Do you know anything about Angra in Guarulhos, São Paulo?"

João Vitor. It really was that time surreal to be part of Angra.

It was something I took a while to understand the greatness,

the importance of Angra to musical market especially in Brazil

and the whole world.

After some months, I was in Germany recording the album.

So it was a significant change in my life and...

I am thankful for this opportunity to be here, 16 years later talking to you.

Yet in Angra.

Difficulties with Angra and Almah?

There weren't. Of course that sometimes we had some trouble with agendas, but

Angra was always the priority.

Edu and I did the agendas with Almah when Angra had some gaps.

Sometimes we had to cancel Almah's plans because of Angra's, but...

If you have a band that is you priority, that's the way it works.

You have to be prepared to give up some things like your other projects

this way the main band works well.

I'll finish with a question from Juliana Sanches.

The video is already very long.

"What bands and singers you listened to in your teens?

And which ones you are influenced by nowadays?"

Juliana, I was lucky because my parents had excellent albums at home.

So, since I was a child I listen a lot of progressive. We had CDs from Genesis, Yes,

Emerson Linkin Palmer, Supertramp, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin...

We had some things more Pop like, Tears For Fears, Michael Jackson, Madonna.

So, very good music. And, it was what I listened when I was growing up.

It was all that make part of my musical education.

Because of this I am so familiar with Progressive.

Because I grew up listening to Progressive bands.

And I consider myself a lucky man for having this musical education so young.

And that is what was left to me.

If you ask me about my style of music nowadays,

I'll say it's Prog. It's progressive.

Progressive rock, progressive metal. It doesn't matter, but it's prog.

This is my vein. And it comes from the past when I was very young

and my parents listened to it at home.

So, all these bands are an influence to me nowadays especially the prog ones

to what I do to my music. Angra, 4 Action and all the project I own.

And... this is it!

Well... I'd like to thank you for all the questions.

Unfortunately, I can't answer all. This video would have one hour.

But I thank a million everybody that spent some time to write a question.

I'll do more videos like this. The other guys will do it, too.

I'll ask them to answer the questions for you.

Getting Back on Track | Vacation Detox Tips - Duration: 15:10.

What's up youtube?

Welcome back to my channel.

Um, if you've been following my last few videos, you know that I went on vacation to Punta

Cana, then I went back home to my parents' house for a few days and I was eating out

a lot and trying to see friends and family which usually involves like going out to dinner,

or meeting for coffee, and ice cream.

um, and then, after that, I went to Washington D.C. for a school conference.

And that involved like catered food and it was very long days with minimal time to workout.

So, that being said, now I am back in my apartment on my own and you know, kind of back to everyday

life.

So, I just wanted to share with you guys some of the things that I do when I've been on

vacation or indulging for a little bit, maybe enjoying myself a little too much, um and

not being as consistent with my workouts and some of the things that I do to get back on

track once I've had one of those times.

So, first of all, there's some things that you should not do when you're trying to get

back on track and the number one thing that I think you should not do is a juice cleanse

or a fad diet in order to drop the weight that you may have gained while you were on

vacation, you know, drinking alcohol and eating dessert.

Um, because fad diets really just don't work.

Um, I know that they are really appealing because they're a quick fix--especially if

you're just trying to shed those few pounds that you gained on vacation, but honestly,

you're just setting yourself up for a vicious cycle of binge eating and crash dieting.

I know because I've been there.

I've fallen victim to the fad diets in the past and it just really, it doesn't help you

and it ends up making you more hungry when you decide to finally you know, let yourself

off that diet and you get into periods where you're super super strict and then, you go

crazy and eat everything in site because you're depriving yourself.

So, honestly, if you just go back to your normal eating habits before uh, you went on

vacation or before you over-indulged, I promise you will go back to the weight that you were

before you went away.

If you body is at a caloric surplus, that's when you gain weight.

So if you just eat a lot of extra calories for a couple of days, and you drop it back

down to your maintenance level calories, which is what you were eating before and the amount

of exercise you were getting, you go right back to the weight that you were before.

And, I know that it can be tempting to just like you know, do a juice cleanse and get

it all out quickly, but trust me, in the long wrong it's just really not good for you body.

Um, another thing that I don't think you should do is weigh yourself as soon as you get back.

Um, I know it can be tempting to see how much you've gained and try to use that as motivation.

I used to tell myself that you know, "if i see that I gained 5 pounds, that will motivate

me to eat even healthier" and it's really just not good for your mental health.

I have a rule now that I don't weigh myself until I have been back on track and eating

right and exercising the way I normally did until I've been doing that for 3 days.

So, usually by then, I still might be up you know a pound or two, but it's more reasonable

and I don't freak out because chances are, if you weigh yourself right after indulging,

it's just gonna be water weight and excess salt that you've been having and it's really

not real weight so, there's no point in stressing yourself out over it and like I said, if you

get back to your normal schedule for 3 days, I guarantee that you will be at a more realistic

weight for yourself.

Okay, and then, kind of going along with that, don't beat yourself up for what you ate or

for missing workouts while you were away.

Um, first of all, you can't take it back, you know, what's done is done and if you over-indulged

a little bit, had too much food, beating yourself up about it is not going to give you those

calories back.

So, it's really not worth it.

You're just hurting yourself mentally and it can drive you to do crazy things in the

gym um, or you know, restrict your calories insanely and those are really really things

that you don't want to do.

My final "don't" is to go crazy in the gym to try to make up for the excess calories

that you ate.

Don't spend hours on the elliptical or the treadmill trying to burn off all the calories.

Instead, you know, push yourself a little bit harder in the gym.

You definitely want to make the extra calories count and push yourself to the limit, work

hard in your workouts, but don't spend hours upon hours in the gym because weight loss

simply doesn't work that way.

You can't just go to the gym for 4 hours one day and stay on the treadmill, walk you know,

50 miles and burn off all of your calories.

At that point, you'll just send your body into kind of starvation mode and you'll end

up eating muscle instead of fat.

So, it's really actually not beneficial to you um, to do that to yourself.

So, you know, maybe push yourself a little bit harder, incorporate some more hit cardio

or you know, take the stairs instead of the elevator a few times in the week where you

come back.

Uh, and just make a conscious effort to move more and be less lazy, but don't kill yourself

and don't go crazy with the cardio.

So, some things that I think you should do are to kind of get yourself back on track.

Now, I am not personally a huge meal prepping person.

Um, I just don't really like to eat the same thing over and over again, but, that being

said, I will plan out what I'm going to eat for the week or for the day--especially when

I come back from a trip like this and I want my diet to be on point.

Um, I won't necessarily prepare it ahead of time but I'll sit down and I'll think about

what I wanna eat and make sure that I'm incorporating healthy foods and then, if I have it all planned

out, I'm more likely to choose those options that I set aside for myself.

And I make sure that I have them um, by going to the grocery store right when I come back.

And it will just make it kind of mindless and you won't have to think about you know,

making healthy choices as they come up because the decision will already be made for you.

Kind of going along with that, you really really want to drink more water.

Um, a lot of times when you're over-indulging you're eating foods that are higher in sugar

and higher in sodium and those things make your body hold on to water.

So, whenever your body is eating or experiencing a diet different than what you normally do,

it tends to hold on to water.

And, a lot of times when we're on vacation or we're busy, we don't drink as much water

as we normally do in our daily routine.

So, that's gonna make you hold on to water even more because you're body's gonna say

"I'm used to getting you know, a certain amount of water and now I'm getting less so let me

conserve that supply."

It's like a survival mode for your body.

So, by drinking more water you're actually gonna help flush out your body and allow it

to release those water stores that it has and get rid of the excess salt and sugar in

your body.

So, really really important to drink more water.

It will make you feel so much better so much faster.

When I am planning my meals for the upcoming week I try to center my diet around more whole

foods with fresh foods and ingredients.

Um, that doesn't mean that I don't eat anything packaged, but I really try to eat whole foods

and stay away from stuff that is processed because those things tend to have a lot of

salt and sugar alcohols which can not be so good for your digestive system and for your

skin.

Um, I do eat those things in moderation in my regular diet, but if i'm trying to detox

after vacation I will make an effort to consume a little bit less of them for about a week

or so when I come back.

Also, a lot of times when we go on vacation we're eating strange foods that we don't normally

eat and more of them and honestly if I do this for a couple of days and I'm eating fattier

foods and sugar--more surgary foods than I normally do um, after a few days of that,

my stomach is not too happy with me.

So usually when I come back I don't feel that great with my GI symptoms.

So, what I do to kind of help that is um, a few things actually.

I will drink chamomile tea with this ginger-infused honey that I have . Um, i got this at like

a crafts fair um, but if you don't have this you can just sprinkle a little bit of ginger

in your tea with um, honey.

And, ginger is really good for the digestive system.

And it just helps with over all gut health.

So usually if i'm not feeling that great with my bowels, I will have the honey.

And another thing that you can drink is kombucha.

I have this um kevita, I believe is how you say it.

And it's a probiotic kombucha juice and it has a little bit of carbonation in it and

I find that drinking it helps also with my digestion.

Now it comes in this bottle which is about 16 ounces but I only drink 4 ounces at a time.

So I will get 4 servings out of this and um, I will take it over the course of at least

4 days.

I usually do it about every other day when I'm coming back.

Um, but if you drink this whole thing at once and you've never had kombucha before, you

will regret it.

So, definitely have it in a small quantity.

And I think in small amounts it can be very helpful for the digestive tract.

Another thing that I find helps um, with digestion is yoga.

If you watched my how to be a morning person video you know that I like to do yoga sometimes

in the morning.

When I'm coming back from vacation or I'm just not feeling that great, um, digestively,

I will do yoga.

And it really helps to just get your body moving in a different way and by the twists

and the movements in yoga, it can help get your GI system moving.

Um, I do yoga for free following youtube videos and two of my favorites are Yoga with Adriene

and then Erin Motz, I believe her channel is called the Bad Yogi.

Uh definitely check those two out.

They're totally free and a great resources, full length classes.

And I just think it's really helpful to kind of get things moving and increase your flexibility.

A lot of times after traveling, you know, we're crooked up in weird positions for long

periods of time.

Lots of sitting being on a plane or a bus or train and yoga can really just help to

re-mobilize your joints.

And then finally, just make yourself feel better.

A lot of times after traveling, eating bad, you know, being in public places, my skin

is out of control and so I have been using this black charcoal mask for about 4 months

maybe.

And I use it every sunday, but I don't take it with me when I go away.

So, I usually whenever I get back from a trip, I put it on.

It just helps to clear up my skin and only takes about 20 minutes and you peel it off,

but honestly anything you can do to make yourself feel better.

I always you know, put a lot of lotion on, moisturize my skin, maybe take a bath to relax.

Um, and just kind of get comfortable in your own life and get back to your normal routine

because where you are mentally has a big impact on how you are physically.

So yeah, those are my tips for getting back on track after indulging.

Um, the big thing to realize here is that you don't need to go crazy in the gym or go

crazy with your diet because ultimately if you just can ease back into life the way that

you were living it before, you will end up with a body and a mental state that is just

like it was before you left.

So, I know it can be tempting to freak out once you see your numbers go up on the scale

or you feel a little bit bloated, but really really try to you know, keep yourself in check

mentally and realize that if you over-indulge it's not the end of the world and you can

get back to where you were just by living the life that you were already living.

So yeah, I hope you guys found this video helpful and if you have anything else that

you like to do when you come back from a trip or to get back on track from over-indulging

please comment below and let me know.

I'm sure other people would like to hear it too.

But even so for two people to eat for seven something dollars not too bad of value I'd

say.

Ta ta.

Ta ta.
