Questioning to clear up unsolved issues surrounding Park's political scandal - Duration: 2:15.
Former President Park Geun-hye is currently being questioned on 13 charges related to
Korea's massive corruption scandal,... with power abuse and bribery being the biggest
ones.
Now our Kim Ji-yeon walks us through the charges she faces in detail.
Tuesday is shaping up to be a hectic day for prosecutors as they are scheduled to question
former President Park Geun-hye.
The questioning is expected to clear up many of the suspicions Park currently faces,...
which were difficult to prove despite a months-long investigation because authorities did not
have the chance to ask Park in person.
Prosecutors are expected to ask Park on any direct involvement in benefiting her longtime
confidante Choi Soon-sil while in office, her alleged role in pressuring conglomerates
to donate money and her specific whereabouts on the morning of the Sewol-ho ferry disaster
in April 2014.
They're related to a number of criminal charges Park faces that have been brought up by an
independent counsel and the state's prosecution.
Most of the charges against Park... are related to abuse of power to obtain gains for either
herself or Choi,... something the independent counsel team has tried to focus on during
their two-and-a-half month investigation period... which ended late February.
Other charges include attempted coercion, leaking state secrets and bribery charges.
That's 13 charges in total.
That's the highest number of charges a former Korean president has ever faced .
Ex-president Park Geun-hye is to become the fourth ex-leader to be called in for questioning
for criminal charges... following former presidents Roh Tae-woo and Chun Doo-hwan in 1995 and
former late president Roh Moo-hyun in 2009.
Former president Roh Tae-woo was questioned for 17 hours... while former late president
Roh Moo-hyun, who was a lawyer, was questioned for 13 hours... for bribery charges.
The interrogation period for Park, who has no legal background,... could take longer
than any of the previous cases,... considering that she's been denying all of charges against
her and there's a high possibility she'll be on discretion when she's answering prosecutors'
questions.

How To Childproof Your Home - D.I.Y. At Bunnings - Duration: 3:34.
Leighton: Any home is full of potential dangers for small children.
I'm gonna show you some of the ways that you can make your home safe.
A child safety gate is a really important one especially if you have a two story house.
You can use a child safety gate to block off a stairwell or maybe the kitchen which is
fraught with danger.
Outlet covers are super important, especially if you have toddlers.
Another great idea is a TV strap.
That will prevent a flat screen TV from tipping forward off your cabinet and falling on a
small child.
We've also got some appliance locks which could be used on microwaves, ovens, and even
fridges.
Homes also have a lot of sharp corners so we also have some foam protectors that you
can put on coffee tables and tables to protect the children.
I'm going to show you how to install these products around the home.
Let's get started.
This table is at the perfect height for your toddler to bang their head.
So we're going to install one of these foam corner protectors.
It's as easy as making sure the corner is clean and dry, use the adhesive strips and
adhere the corner to the table.
All safe.
Unprotected power points can be a real danger and are potentially fatal.
Take your power point protector and place it into the power point like so.
These little keys come with the pack and they make them easier to remove.
Child gates are essential to keeping little ones safe inside the house.
They can be installed between doors, between walls or even at the bottom or top of stairs.
They're easy to install, you just fit them between the door jams or the walls and adjust
the edges so to tighten them up.
Make sure they're fully tight.
If you don't have a door jam to put them against, they also come with these little cups which
can be put against the wall or against your banisters at the stairwell.
I'm gonna show you how to install a TV safety strap.
These are the straps here.
At one end we have a large hole and at the other end three smaller holes.
On the back of your TV you'll find the mounting points.
Before you attach the strap to your TV, loosen it off to its longest length.
The bracket with the large hole in it mounts onto the TV.
The other end will fit to either your cabinet or to the wall.
Grab the correct bolt and attach to your TV.
Just tighten it with your fingers, then finish it off with a screwdriver.
And then repeat the process with the second strap in the second hole.
Once again just tighten it with your fingers and finish it off with a screwdriver, but
not too tight.
To secure the other end of the strap, use the bracket with three holes.
There are two options.
They can either go into the back of the cabinet or into a wall.
Once both second brackets are attached to your cabinet or wall don't forget to tighten
the straps.
Appliance locks are a great idea.
There's plenty to choose from.
There's locks for your microwave, your oven, your fridge, even your cabinets.
They adhere into place with adhesive strips and they clip on and off as required.
And they're pretty easy to use, you just squeeze and release.
So there's a few tips on how to child proof some areas of your home.

the State Government established to

new transport technologies including
autonomous or driverless vehicles here
in South Australia and each of the three
recipients will be investing
substantially to introduce driverless
shuttle vehicles on either the Tonsley
campus or in Adelaide Airport.
This is the technology of the future and we

the pod will want to stop so the sensitivity
is quite high. We're not too concerned
about that in terms of the ability of
the technology to be able to deliver
safe outcomes but that's what the trials
are all about.

showcases this technology in South

And here's our "Top 10 Tips" on buying a motor vehicle from a licenced dealer.
Tip # 1 – Be prepared to walk away.
Don't be pressured into accepting their price and you might be surprised.
They may come back and offer you a lower price.
Tip # 2 - Try and shop at the end of the month.
Dealers have got targets to meet and if the numbers are down,
they may be prepared to lower their price to make the sale.
Tip # 3 - Wherever possible, try and sell your car privately.
Or at least shop it around amongst a number of dealers
to get an idea of what your car is worth as a trade-in
Tip # 4 – Source your own finance.
You don't have to take the dealer's finance.
And if you are pre-approved, you're in the driver's seat and you're in a better position
to negotiate the price of the motor vehicle
Tip # 5 – Be wary of dealer "aftercare product".
There's a lot of margin in it and you don't have to take it then and there.
You can source it yourself afterwards and usually a lot lot cheaper
Tip # 6 - Be wary of factory accessories.
You don't have to buy them and there when you buy the car.

Tip # 7 - Consider using a buyer's agent to help find your car and

Turn it around, ask him what he's prepared to take.
And then take that price and shop it against the other dealers.
