The appearance of strange lights on the Korean night sky has sparked fears of upcoming troubles.

Are UFOs watching?

Over the past week or so, the peaceful night sky over the port city of Busan, South Korea

has seen some strange occurrences.

Thousands of residents witnessed the exotic flashes of yellow columns of light and until

now, a satisfying explanation has yet to surface.

The strange incidents have given rise to controversy, with some blaming UFOs for the unexplained

illumination.

Others believe the source of the lights is earthly, but not natural.

For three nights in a row, residents of the busy port of Busan have kept their eyes glued

to the sky.

Some admire the spectacle, while others recoil in fear at the prospect of witnessing some

sort of prophetic apparitions.

Many have come to believe the weird lights are caused by UFOs and they believe the otherworldly

visitors are expressing their interest in the escalating tensions between North and

South Korea.

There are UFO researchers who believe the increased alien presence is a clear indicator

of things to come and their predictions sound anything but reassuring.

A different subset of UFO researchers suspect the strange lights are the aliens themselves,

ethereal beings that have become so advanced they don�t even require transport ships

to get here.

Instead, the celestial and intangible nature of these beings made of energy allows them

to travel between dimensions whenever they please.

Others suspect the origin of the light columns in the sky lies halfway around the world,

buried deep under the Franco-Swiss border.

We are talking about CERN, of course and their infamous Large Hadron Collider.

The largest and most powerful machine of its kind, the LHC accelerates subatomic particles

to nearly the speed of light before subjecting them to head-on collisions.

These highly-energetic experiments allow scientists to peak into the smallest, most profound aspects

of particle physics but many fear they could also wreak havoc on our planet.

Ever since researchers turned on the LHC there have been rumors about the accidental creation

of a miniature black hole that could swallow our planet from the inside.

Other conspiracy theorists have went as far as claiming such an accident could rip apart

the very fabric of our universe, turning existence into non-existence.

The same people are now saying the strange lights over Busan are a direct consequence

of CERN scientists playing God.

A more �rational� group have attempted to resolve this enigma by claiming the lights

are the result of squid fishing boats.

They say the boat lights are reflected by ice crystals in the sky but this theory quickly

becomes invalid when you compare the lights below to the ones above.

While the boats all sway in different directions and so do the lights they are equipped with,

the ones in the sky move in unison, as if they were coordinated by someone or something.

The saying as above, so below has no application in this particular case.

Whatever the explanation for these strange lights might be, one thing is certain: the

locals are anxious for an explanation and despite the increasing number of calls to

local authorities, a satisfying answer has yet

to arrive.

Five takeaways from Trump�s new travel ban.

President Trump issued an updated travel ban on Monday aimed at moving past the legal battles

that have consumed his young administration.

Legal experts say the revised executive order, which prohibits people from six Muslim-majority

countries from entering the United States for 90 days and halts U.S. refugee resettlement

for 120 days, is far more likely than the old one to stand up in court.

New language, such as dropping Iraq from the list of banned countries, isn�t the only

major difference this time around.

Trump signed the order behind closed doors, for example, and the policy won�t take effect

for 10 days.

Here are five takeaways from Trump�s new travel ban.

Court ruling served as playbook

It�s clear that the Trump administration used a ruling from a federal appeals court

as a playbook for reviving the order.

States challenging the original ban argued that their residents were directly harmed

because families were being separated, green-card holders were stranded abroad and foreign scholars

and students with valid visas in the U.S. were afraid to leave the country.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed and put the policy on hold nationwide.

But the revised order explicitly exempts legal permanent residents and those who already

have a valid visa to come to the U.S.

That language could take away a major chunk of a state�s legal standing for bringing

a lawsuit.

�This is a much improved draft,� said Jonathan Turley, a constitutional law professor

at George Washington University Law School.

�This order takes the edges off.�

Another key change is that the ban removes an indefinite restriction on the admission

of Syrian refugees and instead just halts all refugee admissions to the U.S. for four

months.

The administration also stripped language that would give preference to religious minorities

� such as Christians from the Middle East � once refugee resettlement resumes.

That provision gave fuel to critics who labeled the previous order a Muslim ban.

The new policy also includes a specific list of who may qualify for a waiver to the executive

order, which can be provided on a case-by-case basis.

The examples appear squarely aimed at some of the most controversial cases of travelers

being turned away, such as an Iranian baby with a serious heart defect whose family was

en route to get medical care in the U.S. when they got caught up in the initial travel ban.

The White House learned from its mistakes

The White House has learned its lesson from the first messy rollout, which ignited dozens

of legal challenges and sparked chaos at airports across the country.

Key officials and GOP lawmakers were reportedly not briefed before the original ban took effect,

while some travelers en route to the U.S. were detained at airports amid confusion over

whom the policy applied to.

The administration said it has worked closely with all relevant agencies to ensure a smooth

implementation this time around.

Instead of taking effect immediately, the ban won�t take hold until March 16, giving

customs agents, travelers, airlines and airports more than a week to prepare.

The White House also briefed reporters hours before Trump signed the order and said it

will be issuing further guidance to airlines and other stakeholders.

�[Customs and Border Protection] will hold executive level calls with airlines in order

to provide guidance, answer questions, and address concerns,� the administration said

in a fact sheet.

�CBP will issue guidance and contact stakeholders to ensure timely implementation consistent

with the terms of the Executive Order.�

The new ban also spells out exactly who is exempt, emphasizing �in transit� travelers

will not be denied entry and that valid visas will not be revoked.

The original travel ban is dead

The new order revokes the original travel ban, effectively killing that policy.

�In my view, that first executive order is dead as Dillinger,� Turley said.

Justice Department officials insisted Monday that there was �nothing wrong� with the

original ban but said that they expect legal challenges to the original order to be �mooted.�

�In order to avoid spending additional time pursuing litigation, I am revoking Executive

Order 13769 and replacing it with this order,� the new order says.

That doesn�t mean Trump�s legal woes are over.

Opponents can still re-file challenges to the new ban, and judges could implement another

restraining order.

But Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson (D), who led the lawsuit against the ban,

cautioned that they are still weighing their next steps before the order takes effect.

�It�s going to be a tougher case for the plaintiffs than before, no question about

it,� said Jay Holland, civil rights attorney with Joseph Greenwald & Laake.

Question over terrorism threat is still key

One of the chief complaints from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals was that the administration

failed to prove that the nations listed in the original ban posed a heightened risk of

terrorism.

And an internal report from the Department of Homeland Security found that few people

from those countries had actually been involved in terrorism-related activities in the U.S.

since 2011, adding that citizenship is not a reliable indicator of threat.

The new policy makes a much greater effort to justify the travel ban but could still

leave questions for the courts.

The order says �hundreds of persons born abroad have been convicted of terrorism-related

crimes in the United States� since 2001 and points to two recent examples.

It also cites 300 active FBI anti-terror investigations into individuals admitted into the U.S. as

refugees.

But a senior Justice Department official said that the number was �global� and declined

to provide specific information about the nationality of those 300 individuals � leaving

it unclear how many are from the six nations with restricted travel.

It opens the door for other travel restrictions

The new policy opens the door for Trump to impose other travel restrictions in the future.

The White House plans to review national security risks and beef up immigration vetting procedures

while travel for certain foreign nationals and refugees remains suspended.

After that, the Homeland Security and State departments �may submit to the President

the names of any additional countries recommended for similar treatment, as well as the names

of any countries that they recommend should be removed.�

March Gardening Checklist - Duration: 3:26.

We're here in Northern California in

USDA zone 8.

Here's what we do in the veggie garden

in March. Depending on your zone

you may be able to get started on

preparing your beds. you can also get them

ready for cold tolerant plants like

radish, kale, and overwintering greens. As

soon as the soil is workable you can

test your soil. You have a few options

for testing your soil. You can buy a kit

and test the soil yourself, or you can

collect your soil and send it to us by

mail and we will analyze it and send you

the results within a couple of weeks. You

can also test just the pH of your soil

with a variety of products found on our

website and fertilize according to the

results. Work an inch or so of compost

into your garden as well. if you planted a nitrogen-fixing cover crop, turn it

under a month before you plant so it has

time to break down and fix the nitrogen

in the soil. This could be in March. Turn

it under before it goes to seed when it

is beginning to bloom. To learn more

about cover crops see our video how to

grow a cover crop. And make sure to get

all those small weeds before they get

established. If they are already

established watch our how to control

weeds video which offers tips on

preventing weed germination, weed flaming

and suggest some great weeding tools.

March is also a great time to put up your

sticky traps and start monitoring for

pests.

Look closely at your established gardens

for aphids, snails, and slugs who all love

the cool damp weather of spring. Check

out these great products to prevent and

control these pests such as Sluggo, Slug

Saloon and Slug Shield and the safer

insecticidal soap.

It's also time to put out gopher and

other pesky animal traps. They will be

looking for places to build their nests

and you don't want them doing that near

the garden.

It could also be time to prevent

mosquito and fly infestations before the

height of the season is upon you. Check

out our biological controls

targeting mosquitoes and our

beneficial fly parasites on our website.

Prevention and early control will pay

off later in the season. Watch our

relevant pest control videos for more

information. March is not too early to

begin planting in most zones. This is a

great time to plant potatoes and also

cold hardy crops such as beets and kale.

If you live in a mild winter climate you

can also plant greens and other semi

hardy plants now. Refer to our garden

calculator which includes first and last

frost dates and suggests what to plant

and when. Be sure and buy your soil

thermometer if you don't have one.

Keep some frost blankets or Agribon or

row cover on hand for when a spring cold

front moves through. These are very

effective and easy to install on most

any plant. Don't forget to enjoy your

Moving to the latest on China's furious reaction to the THAAD missile defense system's arrival

on South Korean soil.

While China is calling on its ally North Korea to stop its provocations and come back to

talks,... the country's foreign minister has reiterated that Beijing cannot accept the

deployment.

China has called on North Korea to halt its missile and nuclear tests and for the U.S.

and South Korea to stop their ongoing military drills in a bid to ease tensions in the region.

Speaking on the sidelines of China's annual parliamentary meeting, Chinese Foreign Minister

Wang Yi described Washington and Pyongyang as "two accelerating trains coming toward

each other, with neither side willing to give way."

"As a first step, North Korea could suspend its nuclear and missile activities, in exchange

for a halt of the large-scale U.S.-South Korea exercises.

This suspension-for-suspension can help us break out of the security dilemma and bring

the parties back to the negotiating table."

The foreign minister went on to say the dual suspension would bring all sides closer to

both denuclearizing the peninsula and establishing peace.

Wang said China hopes to continue its cooperative relationship with South Korea this year marking

their 25th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties,... but reiterated the country's opposition

to the U.S. missile defense system THAAD,... saying it is the biggest obstacle to the development

of relations between Seoul and Beijing.

"It's common knowledge that the monitoring and early warning radius of THAAD reaches

far beyond the Korean peninsula and undermines China's strategic security.

U.S. export ban... by selling equipment with American-made parts to North Korea and Iran.

The fine is a record-breaking 892-million U.S. dollars, with the potential for an additional

300-million dollars if the terms of the settlement is violated at any time during the next seven

years.

Similar fines and penalties could also be coming to other Chinese companies, several

that facilitates international transactions, after UN investigators found they were using

the system despite having been blacklisted.

Swift has said it has now banned all UN-sanctioned North Korean banks, but U.S. senators have

called for a complete ban on its services... for North Korean firms.

The U.S. and the European Union pressured Swift into a similar blanket ban on Iran in

2012, and that was considered a critical step in forcing Tehran back to the table to negotiate

The UN Security Council has condemned North Korea's latest ballistic missile launches.

The UNSC issued a press statement in New York on Tuesday, local time, expressing concerns

about the North's actions, which threaten regional stability.

The statement demands Pyongyang stop violating UN Security Council resolutions and calls

on UN member nations to implement the relevant sanctions.

Seoul said the statement came after China and Russia, both with veto power on the council,

condemned the regime's latest provocation.

North Korea fired four ballistic missiles into the East Sea on Monday, with three falling

in Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone.

More than 20 UN member states condemn N. Korea's missile launch - Duration: 1:55.

More than twenty UN member nations have denounced North Korea's recent missile launch, calling

it a clear violation of UN Security Council resolutions.

While member states are urging North Korea to abide by its international obligations,

Pyongyang is attempting to shift the blame for the tension on the joint South Korea-U.S.

military drills.

Kim Mok-yeon has more.

At the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva on Tuesday, 22 out of 65 UN member states

voiced serious concern on Pyongyang's continuing acts of provocation,... claiming they seriously

undermine regional peace and stability.

During the 90 minute meeting, Malaysia's representative, for the first time, mentioned the murder of

the North Korean leader's half brother Kim Jong-nam, requesting a cooperative investigation

with the United Nations.

As envoys from China and Russia also denounced the regime, North Korea's representative Joo

Yong-chul claimed the ongoing South Korea-U.S. military drills signal the possibility of

a preemptive attack against the North,... stressing they are the main cause behind the

escalating tension.

The annual, joint military exercise is a typical expression of U.S. hostile policy towards

the DPRK, and a major cause of escalation of the tension, that might turn into actual

war.

He also said the drills mobilize a massive number of troops and include various types

of U.S. strategic weapons.

Regarding the missile launches, the North Korean representative claimed the UN charter

does not include a ban on missile launches.

Refuting the North's claims,...

U.S. Disarmament Ambassador Robert Wood said the launches violate UN resolutions, and violating

resolutions is indeed against the UN charter.

He urged Pyongyang to come back to the international community and comply with its obligations

instead of continuing to be isolated by its provocative and reckless behavior.

Malaysia and N. Korea hold each other's citizens' hostage as diplomatic row escalates - Duration: 2:46.

Malaysia and North Korea are refusing to let each other's diplomats and nationals leave

their respective countries, effectively holding them hostage.

Holding an emergency meeting on Tuesday,... the Malaysian government called on Pyongyang

to release its citizens.

In an extraordinary diplomatic tit-for-tat, the Malaysian government has banned all North

Korean citizens from leaving the country.

This came directly in response to the ban announced by North Korea earlier on Tuesday

morning... declaring all Malaysians were prohibited from leaving until the incident that happened

in Malaysia was properly resolved.

That incident is a reference to the death of a North Korean man last month, widely acknowledged

to be Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of the regime's leader.

The subsequent police investigation has led to an deterioration in a previously close

diplomatic relationship, with ambassadors from both Malyasia and North Korea recently

expelled.

The Malaysian prime minister issued a statement calling North Korea's ban "abhorrent" and

said Malaysia's own ban will be in place until the safety and security of its nationals was

assured.

An emergency meeting of the National Security Council was also announced.

"We didn't plan to respond in turn, but this is what we need to do when they do this out

of the norms of diplomatic relations."

It's believed there are 11 Malaysian nationals in North Korea, including three embassy staff,

six family members and two working for the UN World Food Programme.

They are reported to be safe and have been advised to continue their work as normal.

In Kuala Lumpur, it's unclear how many are in the North Korean embassy.

In the ongoing investigation into Kim's murder, the Malaysian police are looking to question

at least three North Korean men who are believed to be hiding in the embassy.

The chief of police said a formal request to hand over of one of the suspects had been

sent, but the embassy has refused to cooperate.

Reuters - 2109 "We have compelled him to come through section

111 of the CPC, the Criminal Procedure Court of Malaysia, and failing which, we will obtain

an arrest warrant... and we will wait.

We will wait.

And if it takes five years, we will wait outside."

The police chief also confirmed that so far no family member has come forward to claim

the victim's body and verify his identity through a DNA test.

He said they were confident they would get a DNA sample soon, but he did not elaborate

yup our channel did get deleted but

clearly it's back dude. back back. OUR CHANNEL GOT DELETED. So youtube has a

history of problem we have youtubers

losing subscribers you have people are

randomly being unsubscribed from youtube

channels we have videos not appearing in

the subscriber feed and this one is a

whole new problem. So what had happened was

what happened was one day I came home

ok I was opening my laptop to watch some

youtube videos as I was eating dinner, right..

So I open my laptop I go to youtube and this

like banner pops up all in red saying

your account has been permanently

terminated not even deleted, terminated

somebody shot down

So I see this message and there's

no way I'm believing this was like naw, naw

naw, it's a mistake, naw naw naw

No it's a mistake mistake. I'm on Safari.. Safari

has problems i'm going to go on google chrome. I go on

google chrome same message and i just

got this macbook naw i just got this back book. I just got it you

know they have problems, I didn't update it you

know I've been ignoring the update on

the side...in denial.. i got on my phone

and I see like.. I open the channel

there's nothing just all blank on the

videos my icon is not there, it's a question mark saying what's wrong bro

And then he calls me and it's 5:37 PM

on a thursday last week and I'm

walking to class and he's like, ay go

check the youtube channel I'm like what do

you mean.. no go check the youtube channel. I'm like yes

our video blew up right we got three more subcribers

YEAH BOY so I go on it im like alright alright I

check it I'm like what youtube channel

there's nothing there it's white

it's a blank space so now I've accepted

that my youtube channel is permanently deleted

all my 400 subscribers are going to be sad

what's youtube without us I don't even know

So at this point i kind of calmed down now pissing as much

in perfectly fine. I was like for an hour I was pissing

sweat john and you're like why

obviously a British accent. So john i was

in fear for my life 400 of our subscribers

were probably crying in that our they could go on

to our channel, or they were happy bro

President George W. Bush and said all

along he would be happy

sign it. He even mentioned it once in a

State of the Union speech. He certainly did keep his

word on that today that. Today that is being removed

in the Education Committee, being taken away

Kim Jong-nam's son says his father was murdered - Duration: 2:18.

We now have more proof that the man who died at Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur airport last month

was Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

His son, Kim Han-sol, has broken his silence in a video posted online.... and he says his

father was murdered.

A YouTube video emerged on Tuesday featuring a man claiming to be the son of Kim Jong-nam,

the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

"My name is Kim Han Sol, from North Korea, part of the Kim family."

Korea's National Intelligence Service says it has confirmed the man is Kim Jong-nam's

son.

In the video, titled "KHS Video," the man displays his passport to prove his identity,

but most of it is blacked out.

He then claims his father was murdered, dismissing North Korea's claims to the contrary.

"My father has been killed a few days ago.

I'm currently with my mother and my sister.

We are very grateful to..."

...and the audio cuts off.

The 40-second-long video was uploaded onto the YouTube page of a group called Cheollima

Civil Defense, which also uploaded it to its website.

The group claims that it will help and protect anyone who wishes to flee from North Korea

and says that it has already done so for many people without seeking any rewards.

The group posted a statement along with the video that says the group is protecting members

of Kim's family upon their request,... adding that "the present whereabouts of this family

will not be addressed."

It also said this is its first and last statement on the matter.

The group also thanked countries that it claimed helped it provide protection for Kim's family,

including the Netherlands, China, the U.S. and an unnamed fourth country.

The group also singled out Netherlands ambassador to South Korea for his involvement and humanitarian

response.

Kim Jong-nam was killed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport last month by two suspects carrying

the deadly nerve agent VX.

North Korea has repeatedly disparaged the investigation, accusing Malaysia of colluding

with its enemies.

It also wants the Malaysian government to hand over Kim Jong-nam's body, but Malaysia

rejected the request, insisting that it can only be claimed by the person's

his next-of-kin.
