Youtube daily report Mar 17 2018

Sports stars seem to have everything — fame, fortune, and the adoration of millions.

Yet no matter how far an athlete can jump or how fast they can run, the one thing they

can't outrun is themselves.

Here's a tragic look at sports stars who ruined their careers — and lives — in a matter

of seconds.

Rae Carruth

During the 1997 NFL Draft, the upstart Carolina Panthers selected wide receiver Rae Carruth,

who seemed to be a surefire superstar.

But just two years later he was out of the league and in prison after hiring three hitmen

to help him murder his pregnant girlfriend, 24-year-old real estate agent Cherica Adams.

Adams' baby, Chancellor Lee Adams, was delivered by emergency Caesarean section and diagnosed

with cerebral palsy and permanent brain damage, while Carruth was convicted in 2001 of conspiracy

to commit murder and sentenced to 18 to 24 years without parole.

In a 2018 interview from prison, Carruth told WBTV he regretted his actions.

"If I could change anything, I'd change the whole situation.

His mother would still be here and I wouldn't be where I'm at."

Johnny Manziel

A dual-threat quarterback for Texas A&M, Johnny Manziel earned the nickname "Johnny Football"

for his sensational play on the field, making him the first freshman to win the coveted

Heisman Trophy award as the best player in college football.

That was enough to convince the Cleveland Browns to pick him in the first round of the

2014 NFL Draft despite questions about his character after an off-the-field incident

where he was arrested for disorderly conduct and giving a fake ID to police.

But drafting Manziel turned out to be a mistake.

After just his third preseason game, Manziel was fined $12,000 for "making an obscene gesture"

at Washington's bench.

After a stint in rehab following that season, Manziel was pulled over by police after an

argument that "got out of hand" with his then-girlfriend.

Charges of domestic violence were eventually dismissed.

In 2016, after just two seasons, the Browns waived Manziel, who has since revealed he

has been diagnosed as bipolar and continues to work on a comeback.

Oscar Pistorius

The first double-leg amputee to compete in the Olympics, the man nicknamed Blade Runner

was a worldwide inspiration to millions.

So the world was shocked in 2013 when South African athlete Oscar Pistorius was arrested

for shooting his girlfriend to death on Valentine's Day.

Supermodel Reeva Steenkamp was in the bathroom when Pistorius shot her four times through

a closed door.

He claimed his mistook her for an intruder, but the courts didn't buy it, convicting him

of culpable homicide and eventually sentencing him to 15 years in prison.

Ryan Leaf

After being selected 2nd overall behind Peyton Manning by the San Diego Chargers in the 1998

NFL Draft, quarterback Ryan Leaf said,

"I'm looking forward to a 15-year career, a couple of trips to the Super Bowl and a

parade through downtown San Diego."

Instead, he became known as arguably the biggest draft bust in NFL history thanks to erratic

behavior, beginning with a fine before his first season even started and peaking with

an infamous locker room meltdown.

"f----- don't talk to me, alright?

Knock it off!

"F------ bitch!"

Leaf later said that was the moment he knew his career was over — just three games into

his rookie season.

During the next two seasons, he served a four-game suspension for an "obscenity-laced tirade"

directed at Chargers personnel, had to be forcibly stopped by coaches from going after

a heckling fan, and was rumored to fake a wrist injury so he could skip practice and

play golf.

After finishing the 2000 season 1 and 15, the Chargers cut him, and not longer after,

he was out of the NFL for good.

After struggling for years with addiction, Leaf was arrested in Montana in 2012.

"I felt like my career was a failure, I mean I went to my lakehouse in Montana collected

as many pills as I could, and I'd disappear for like three months."

He ended up spending two years in prison, an experience that proved transformative,

as he got sober and now works as a outreach ambassador for a recovery program.

"we're going to go down to the library and help prisoners who don't know how to read

learn how to read.

And it's the first time I've been in service to anyone but myself."

Sometimes, things eventually work out for the best.

Good luck, Ryan!

Top 5: Things to do in Japan | WINTER - Duration: 10:07.

Hey guys!

Today's video is going to be another seasonal things to do in Japan video, and since I've

already done summer and autumn, today's is going to be (you guessed it!) winter.

As usual I'm going to format this video with five of my favourite things to do in Japan

in winter.

I'm going to be talking about why I liked them and some recommendations for you, like

travel tips and what I recommend doing, and just anything that I think it might be handy

to know before doing these things.

I'm also going to be inserting pictures so that you can see what you might expect from

going to these places throughout the video, and I'll also be linking to my videos of going

to these places throughout the video somewhere up...here?

I don't know which side it is.

Anyway, you'll have a lot of opportunities to see what the places look like throughout

the video, is what I'm trying to say.

Also if you want to see more photos I will be linking to my albums of each place or each...thing?

In the description below, so check that out if you want more information.

All right, let's get into it!

My first recommendation is the yuki-matsuri, or snow festival in Hokkaido.

This is a festival that happens every year, although the dates do change.

It's usually in early February and it's always set up so that there are two weekends for

the festival, so it will always start on a Thursday and end on a Monday, so just make

sure you check the dates before going.

So why I loved it?

It's just...magical.

As someone who comes from New Zealand, we get maybe like one or two snows...not even

that, we get like one snow every couple of years, so snow is something that is kind of

a novelty to me and so seeing all of this snow in one place and all of the ice and the

sculptures that people make and just this whole winter wonderland feel that they make

during the yuki-matsuri was really amazing.

I think it's something that if you're able to do in Japan during winter, it's definitely

worth it, because it's such an experience, it's like a once in a lifetime kind of thing.

So yeah, I really loved it, I think it was so special.

I think it's something that I'll definitely never forget, and as you can see from the

photos that I've hopefully remembered to put in down here somewhere, it was pretty magical,

there's some pretty amazing things to see.

Okay, so some tips that you might like to know before going to Yuki-Matsuri.

As I mentioned before, the dates do change, so make sure you're arriving on the right

dates.

And also as I mentioned before, it does span two weekends, and because the sculptures are

made of ice and snow they will start to get a bit raggedy after the first couple of days,

so I highly recommend going within the first week if you can.

Unfortunately I had to go in the second week, and while it was still absolutely incredible,

I do wish that I could have gone in the first week, just because you could tell that the

sculptures had been out for a while.

So yeah, go as early as you can in the festival season.

The other thing is that the Yuki-Matsuri, while it is kind of billed as this Sapporo-only

kind of thing, a lot of places in Hokkaido do things for the Yuki-Matsuri.

So look up other places that you might like to go.

The Sapporo one takes place down one main street of Sapporo, so you can either walk

or there's shuttles, buses that will take you between all the different places 'cause

it's so popular.

Um, so what I would recommend is booking a hotel that is on or very close to that main

street in Sapporo, and then you can go from there to each place in Sapporo, and if you

want to you can also go to places like Otaru, or the ice caves that I went to, here's a

picture of that.

Um yeah, so there's tons of things to do, make sure that if you have the time, you don't

just spend it in Sapporo, 'cause everywhere is doing this amazing winer wonderland kind

of stuff.

So yep, first recommendation is: Yuki-Matsuri.

My second recommendation is onsen, especially outdoor onsen.

Onsen are amazing all year round, of course, but in my personal opinion they're super magical

in winter.

Something about the super cold air and the really warm water, and the run, when you like

run out in your little towel and jump into the warm water.

It's just incredible, like there's something really fantastic about that feeling of bathing

in nature in like freezing cold weather.

I don't know what it is, but if you've done it I think you'll get what I mean.

So yeah, onsen, especially outdoor onsen in winter, are fantastic.

Now, some things that you might want to know about onsen before going - I'm sure there

are a billion videos like this and a billion articles that you can look at, 'cause onsen

are a pretty big part of Japanese culture, but just some little things that I think are

really important: Number one, in case you didn't know, Japanese people will always be

naked in onsen, it's just how it is.

So expect that.

They will be split into different genders, so it'll be male and female, unless it's a

private onsen, in which case you can go with whoever you want.

But public onsen will be male and female, and you'll go in and be naked with a whole

lot of other people, so that's fun.

Something else to bear in mind is tattoos.

A lot of places in Japan now, especially the more toursity places, are very much accepting

of tattoos in onsen, but bear in mind that some places still aren't.

So it's worth checking ahead, or just being prepared to get turned away if you have very

visible tattoos.

I have a few tattoos, but they're pretty hard to see and I never really had an issue with

that.

Yeah, definitely try to go to an onsen in winter in Japan if you get the chance.

My third recommendation will come as a surprise to no one who's followed my channel for a

little while, and that is the Kobe Luminarie.

The Luminarie are done every single year in Kobe, it's like just a festival of lights,

and it is amazing.

I loved it so much that I went every single year that I lived in Japan, so that tells

you how incredible it is.

Every year they hand paint all the lights into different colours, so there'll be a different

colour scheme every year, and it's just like this tunnel of lights that leads up to...a

cathedral?

A temple of lights, I guess I would call it.

It's spectacular, it's amazing, definitely go.

It happens in December every year, but as with the Yuki-Matsuri, the dates do change,

so just make sure that you check that out before you go.

Wear warm clothing, wear comfortable walking shoes, because you will want to walk around

quite a bit throughout the Luminarie.

I also recommend after the Luminarie, eat dinner in Kobe because it's amazing.

Like Kobe beef, everyone knows, but the food in Kobe in general is spectacular.

Also Kobe Chinatown is super close to the Luminarie, so if you wanna go and do that,

definitely do.

As usual, my fourth recommendation will be a food recommendation, and this time it's

not going to be a specific food, but kind of a...genre of food, and that is themed cafés.

Once again, this will come as a surprise to no one who knows me even in the slightest.

I love themed cafés.

I feel like they're the kind of thing that you either really love them or you just don't

care at all, and I really love them.

I love the novelty, I love the lengths that people will go to to put cute little characters

in food, I love it all.

So if you're like me, winter is the perfect time to go and cosy up in a cute little café

and enjoy some amazingly novelty food.

So, some things that you might like to know or might need to know before going to themed

cafés.

Themed cafés in Japan, I'm not sure about other places, but in Japan they're very limited

time, and they change often, so don't assume that just because you've seen someone going

to a certain café like last year that that will still be there, chances are it won't

be.

However there are a couple of places, like you can just Google what is open in the month

and the year that you're going to Japan, and you should be able to find a couple of places.

There are also a few places that switch between themes, so there's one in Osaka that just

switches its theme every couple of months, there's a whole lot of places like that.

But yeah, just Google and make sure that you check the dates.

The other thing I would say is try not to get too attached to any particular menu item

that you might see online, because a lot of the time they are limited edition and they

are sold out or whatever, so just go in with an open mind as to what you're going to get

from the menu.

But yeah, enjoy themed cafés in winter - there's no better time to enjoy an amazing, adorable

cartoon character coffee.

My fifth and final recommendation is a New Year's shrine visit.

I think especially if you're someone who's living in Japan longer term, visiting a shrine

on New Year is something you should absolutely try to do once.

I really love it because it's a specific Japanese cultural experience that you can't necessarily

get elsewhere and I think that's really amazing, and also you can get Omikuji, which is like

your fortune or your luck for the new year.

Um, I got Omikuji once in my first year in Japan, and it was the worst luck possible,

so I just never did it again, just in case.

But if you wanna try your hand at Omikuji and see what your new year might look like,

definitely do it, I think it's a really interesting thing to do at New Year's.

Some things to be aware of: Number one, of course, this is actually a religious site

that you're going to.

There will be people who are praying, who are paying respect to their ancestors, who

are worshipping.

Bear that in mind and please please please be quiet and respectful.

Of course you already know this, but just in case.

I feel like I have to say it, just in case.

And on that note, most Japanese people do go to shrines on New Year's, usually their

ancestral shrine, so be aware that there will be a lot of people.

I went to Meiji-jingu for New Year's once in Tokyo, and it was just so crowded.

So definitely be prepared for that and be aware that it'll take you a long time to get

through that shrine.

So yeah, fifth and final recommendation: New Year's shrine visit.

Okay, so that wraps up my top five favourite things to do in Japan in winter.

I really hope that if you're visiting Japan in winter that this has been helpful to you,

or if you're living there over winter that this has provided some kind of insight on

what you might like to do.

Please let me know in the comments below if there's things that I missed, or that you

really like doing, 'cause I know that my experience is super limited and I'm sure other people

would like to hear from you as well.

So thank you so much for watching, and I will catch you in the next one.

Peace!

Why aren't more people driving cars in the Wasteland? – Fallout Lore - Duration: 9:08.

When the post-nuclear survivors of World War III look at an automobile what do you think

they'll see?

Building material?

A place to sleep perhaps?

Transportation?

Maybe.

In Fallout's world, America has lots of cars.

Lots and lots of them, but well, they aren't for driving, are they?

Did people just forget how?

Maybe their parents never taught them… or maybe- maybe as we'll discover that the

reasons are a bit more complicated than that.

Cars are useful tools, especially useful though if you ever find yourself in a radioactive

wasteland, where food is both scarce and spread out.

If scavenging for your next can of preservatives means living to see your next sunrise, then

YES, you better get your hands on a working vehicle as soon as the bombs fall, because

life- life just became a race.

This makes Fallout a curious case in the genre doesn't it, because while most post-apocalyptic

franchises acknowledge the clear utility of cars in an end-of-world scenario, going so

far as to glorify them, Fallout takes the exact opposite approach.

In most parts of the wasteland, cars aren't symbols of value and utility.

They're the rusted relics of an old world.

Monuments of metal that speak to the mistakes of a long dead generation.

If these old machines could talk, they'd probably tell us about those poor souls who

created them, and how incredibly close humanity came to solving the crisis which would led

to their untimely demise.

They would tell us about the Resources Wars and how while the rest of the world was fighting

over the last drops of oil to fuel their cars, factories, and agriculture, the United States

was doing relatively well without gasoline.

In this alternate timeline, 11 years before nuclear fire would engulf the world, America

unveiled the first fusion cell.

We're talking nuclear reactors so small they could fit in your backpack.

America used this nearly limitless supply of power to build everything from robots,

to television sets, to… more robots.

It was supposed to be a golden age for humanity, only we know things didn't end that way.

So why is America littered with cars that seemingly aren't going anywhere while 200-year-old

military robots are still puttering around?

Well the answers come to us from before the Great War.

Instead of harnessing atomic energy to save a world that was teetering on the brink,

America's elite started talking behind closed doors.

By carefully selecting which companies were awarded government contracts, American leadership

ensured that atomic energy wouldn't be used to alleviate the world's problems but exacerbate them.

The atom wouldn't be harnessed as a tool for peace and global unity, but as weapon

of war and further division.

State-sponsored paranoia became the order

of the day as government propaganda glorified war as an Anti-Communist Crusade, rallying

Americans and urging them to enlist.

The ones who did were given atomic powered guns and armor- weapons of war fueled by the

same technology that might've saved them and the rest of the world.

Instead, war would be waged. Mexico, Alaska, Canada... Then the Pacific.

Over resources the world didn't know it didn't need to fight over anymore.

While the government and oligarchs curved innovation and national attention towards

fueling the war machine- Corvega's first atomic-powered cars rolled off the assembly lines.

It's nuclear-powered engine promising a brighter future- one free from oil dependency.

The same country which gave the world the Model T centuries earlier was about to revitalize

not just an industry, but an entire planet that was literally starving for resources.

It wasn't just atomic-powered cars either.

Advances in nuclear physics were leading to a scientific renaissance where household replicators

once thought the stuff of science fiction, might soon become commonplace.

These incredible machines provided everyday necessities like food, water, medicine, even

alcohol with the press of a button.

So why did the earth's population go to war over scraps, when a buffet of new technology

was on the verge of saving them all?

Turning this dystopian tale into a utopian one.

Looking at the wasteland, we know that all this amazing consumer technology never quite

made it to foreign soil.

On the contrary, the exact opposite happened.

In the years leading up to the Fallout in this timeline, the US president issued a statement: the world's

remaining oil supply was to be used exclusively by the United States, leaving everyone else's

oil-reliant economies to die; furthermore, while the U.S. does possess the secrets to

nuclear fusion, they would not be shared with anyone- Chinese or otherwise.

By exploring Fallout's wasteland we learn most stories through what was left behind.

200 years after the bombs fell- and those same atomic cars, the ones which could've

helped save the world had they been massively adopted, serve instead as a reminder of a

future that could've been.

Most survivors don't use them, at least the sane ones don't anyway.

Remember, these machines were supposed to be the salvation for an old world low on fuel,

but to the average wastelander?

Unlike gas or diesel, atomic-engines are just too unstable to tinker with.

The consequences for screwing up are… rather explosive, so ironically these machines didn't

save the old world, and they aren't doing so much to help the new one either.

Funny enough, most pre-war military technology seems to be working just fine 2 centuries

after the bombs fell, and that makes some sense if you think about it.

When the US government is dumping truckloads of cash into military contracts instead of

sustainable consumer technology, do we really find it that surprising that the sturdiest

machines left behind just-so-happened to be killer robots and suits of power armor?

Only a handful of big players in the wasteland have managed to maintain a few cars.

The New California Republic just to name one.

And what do you think they use them for?

You don't have to play Fallout for very long to realize that the new world isn't

so different from the old one.

All over the wasteland, pre-war technology gets used for what it has always been used for.

So when America's post-nuclear descendants look at a car, they seem to be thinking no

differently than their ancestors did.

Maybe for the people of the Fallout universe, war- war is simply in their DNA.

And that is what doesn't seem to be changing any time soon.

And you know what else isn't changing anytime soon?

Our mod support for the Wasteland Codex.

Why Do Geiger Counters Make That Clicking Sound? - Duration: 3:08.

[ Intro]

Say you've settled in for a day of gaming glory, and you're busy cruising the radioactive

wasteland of Fallout 4, when suddenly your speakers start emitting crackling, clicking

noises.

Gamers aren't the only ones who will recognize that sound: it's the characteristic noise

of a Geiger counter detecting radiation.

But it turns out that what you're really hearing is the sound of rogue electrons.

The Geiger counter was developed in 1908 by Hans Geiger and perfected 20 years later by

his student Walther Müller.

So the radiation detector inside it is called, surprise surprise, a Geiger-Müller or G-M

tube.

The tube is made of metal so it conducts electricity, and it's filled with a gas that's normally

inert, or nonreactive, like neon.

A long metal rod runs through the middle, with a power source charging it.

Everything is stable because the inert gas between the rod and the walls doesn't conduct

electricity—at least not yet.

That's where radiation comes in.

At the most basic level, radiation is how energy travels through space and is transferred

between things.

Geiger counters specifically measure ionizing radiation: radiation with enough energy to

strip electrons from atoms, leaving behind positively-charged ions.

That also makes it powerful enough to damage DNA, which is why ionizing radiation is dangerous

for living things … and why we have a vested interest in detecting it.

When a radioactive atom decays, it produces ionizing radiation in the form of subatomic

particles.

And with a Geiger counter, that's what you're looking to detect.

When the ionizing radiation passes through the gas inside the G-M tube, it knocks electrons

off the gas atoms inside.

The newly-freed electrons are attracted to the positively-charged rod at the center,

so they zoom towards it.

And as they do, they knock electrons off other atoms, in what's called a Townsend avalanche.

This cascade of atoms being ionized creates enough charged particles inside the tube to

briefly conduct electricity between the rod and the walls.

So there's a momentary surge of current.

When the tube is connected to a speaker, that current causes a rapid, jerking movement of

the speaker components—which is that crackling or popping noise.

While the electrons move toward the middle, the positive gas ions head the other way.

When they hit the walls of the tube, they pick up an electron from the metal, returning

to their original state and resetting the detector.

The same crackling can also happen with any abrupt change in the current running through

your speakers—like if you accidentally roll your gaming chair over your audio cables.

Thankfully, though, that type of crackling doesn't mean you need to go find a lead shield.

Now, tweaks to the tube design and the gas inside can make different Geiger counters

slightly more or less sensitive to different kinds of ionizing radiation.

But they're only really useful for detecting somewhat low levels of radiation.

That's because any radiation that hits before the tube finishes resetting isn't detected,

so they actually underestimate the danger in high radiation areas.

So this probably goes without saying, but if you hear a Geiger counter crackling, stay

away!

Unless you've got some mutant hound chops or a refreshing beverage to flush your rads,

that is.

rock-solid smart contracts fully compatible with existing etherium wireless smart contracts and other tools

fast transaction and contract execution and in

2018 q4 they're gonna create the next generation and

Decentralized application platforms that are going to go beyond aetherium smart contract

So they claim there are ten times more decentralized and let me explain

Why more than 70% of mining is in China right and it's majorly ran?

By bit main and the likes which are huge

Companies right so they kind of control the market they control the aspect of the mining gold chain forces node

to be in different countries

They are not going to have the same problems not dependent on one major company

And you know if they call it quits one day

You know a lot of problems will happen so that's what gold chains main aim is to

force nodes in different countries ran by unrelated people and companies

So it's 10 times more decentralized you cannot argue that fact

100 times faster right now etherium can only process 13 transactions per second a gold chain

Saying it's a hundred times more that makes it

1300

transactions per second

they have a test net and they have tested that and I'm gonna show you a picture of it in a little bit and they

Say, it's a thousand times greener

We all care about less energy consumption in the world

but if you think about how much does aetherium and

Bitcoin use as far as electricity they use a lot of electricity right to the point that aetherium

energy consumption could run north of a million

households with that being said

Being greener is always a positive thing on the environment and everybody else less consumption less money think about it so it is

1,000 times a greener and only use a small fraction of the energy to run other cryptocurrencies

We scroll down we look at the road map right here proof of concept is

Complete guys. Who don't have to wait for it it is there?

They implemented the proof of concept improved

Validity of ideas in February 2018 they built out the test left in it's already

active test net is live and available for review you guys can review it in April first is there public sale, that's when there I

co-star and in May look at this

right after the public sale

Ends the main net is live and it's gonna go to the public with nodes around the world supporting

1,300 transactions per second if you don't think that's huge I urge you to think again next generation smart contract in q4

2018 obviously when they go in 2019 they're gonna actually scale to

13,000

Transactions per second these are the specs of these token sale their total. Supply is 1 billion

They're thicker as goes by GOC. They're soft cap is 2,500 aetherium and they're hard caps

26,500

approximately

50,000 new tokens will be generated per year for authorized

Nodes this will discrete of course over time now token sales

They're gonna sell 50% only the team is gonna get 24 months lockup okay, and they're only gonna get 10%

The partners of course six months lock up so they can't sell it right away to destroy the token the foundation bounties is 10%

Market in legal four percent reserve. They're gonna lock up the reserve for 12 months which is 10 percent again

And then go chain fund is 10 percent so they can get the project off the ground

These are the token sale phases right here

So the private sale and but they are in the pre sale phase and let's talk about the cream of the crop

Which is the team well let me tell you about Jason Decker?

He's a serial entrepreneur

former hedge fund manager managing in excess of two hundred and fifty million dollars

He's an angel investor board member and advisor with an exit to a public company

He has extensive experience in sea level in finance biotech

I mean this guy is a jack-of-all-trades, and I actually communicated with him

And I think he is the brain behind this project

Obviously and I'm confident that if he is the brain behind this project this project is gonna go places now

We're gonna move on to Travis reader, and I want to highlight this superstar right here. I want to tell you all about them

Travis reader is their lead develop Aaron was the founder of ayran dye all they pioneered

Serverless cloud computing, and if you don't know what I earned I always

This is I earned. I look at the companies they deal with guys Google Turner Whole Foods

Which is Amazon farmers and Pfizer?

So I earned I owe is a developer tools to work smarter not harder

And it's a great project very very successful, so I earn that I all got seventeen million dollars from top-tier VCS and

Travis was the brains behind this so he is the lead

Developer for this project and this gives me confidence to trust it the reason this is so important guys, and I'm bringing this point

I'm highlighting it because this guy specializes in scaling and building high throughout

Applications, so they feel they are uniquely qualified to solve what if areum's problems have and I believe that if they execute

correctly like they say

They could actually solve this many skimming problems that if area math

Like I said according to their roadmap in May they're gonna be hundred times faster than ethereal now

I'm gonna be honest with you. If this project gets executed correctly

It will be Dios Cardinal and many other if it becomes a hundred times faster, and they already tested it

And I want to show you that this is their tweet their test net is running at consistent

950 transactions per second, and if you look at the picture right here, it's

951 to be exact per second so it's already working all we need to do is just finish from the ICO

So it can get implemented now if you scroll down there team members and all-star team to be honest

But I want to show you their advisers VP at cloud and Oracle

VP cells and X dot AI

founder of ether sports

VP corporate development of Cadillac Inc

Founder CEO at like moji and founder a kettle and fire all these companies are huge guys

And these are the advisers right here truly truly

This is an all-star team even coming from software engineers to social media directors

They are superstars, and I love this project look at the white paper

It is very extremely detailed and for the ones that don't know much about

Scalability and coding it's gonna be a little difficult in some parts to understand algorithm and all that stuff

But it doesn't matter at this point

What matters is the message what matter is that they have a test net and they already?

Executed what they're planning on doing in the next coming few weeks

I also want to share with you that goat chain uses proof of reputation

Consensus model that depends on the reputation of the participants to keep their network secure

And I'll put the links down below for these medium articles right here

It's a very good read if you want to really dig deep about proof reputation

It says here reputation is everything one thing. I want to highlight here

It says imagine if VW worked with Ford Toyota and others to validate and verify their emission test

It is extremely unlikely that VW could have even attempted to cheat the system

Which is true right because you're already working with these big company

Collaborating to a security and transparency as well. I'll put the link for this medium article down below

it talks about proof of reputation versus proof of

Authority so it's unique in many ways different ways thinking outside the box

I love this project and I can see a good future for it

I'm gonna drop a link down below to go chain that I also you guys can check it out also

I want to remind you to join my telegram group

It is in the description below and don't miss out great news coming so with that being said guys

I am NOT a financial advisor I repeat myself

You do your own research through your own villages. I'm just sharing my thoughts with you about gold chain like always guys

I want to thank you so much for watching

I appreciate you hit that subscribe button if you're not a subscriber hit that Bell right next to that subscribe button and until next time

Stay safe

please like and comment on the video below that will allow me to produce

better quality videos and more of them in the future if you're interested in

learning to trade successfully in sports then why not visit the BET angel'

Academy where we have more detailed videos so chumhum's over and it's time

to come to earth or back down to earth with a crash and the trading style that

you're going to adopt at these big meetings it's going to be very different

from what you see on a day-to-day basis typically and therefore you're going to

trade them differently I've made it no secret that I like those big meetings

why do I like them while my strike rate is exceptionally high at these big

meetings and if you know that you're very very likely to get a positive trade

out of the meeting what are you going to do you're gonna stick in five as 10s and

20s and 50s no you're gonna go for it you're gonna throw as much money of it

as it at it as you can and as a consequence that's why I like them

because it's I know I'm probably likely to win and it's just a question of how

hard can I push it so I push really hard during these big meetings and that's why

I get those big results but those big results are unusual not only are they

unusual in the market as a whole and so therefore don't set your bar at a 5 600

quit or consecutive amounts like that you want to set your bar much lower and

the reason for that is the market generally can't tolerate bigger staking

so when we transition out of a big meeting back to a more standard fodder

you're gonna have to reappraise the way that you trade but that's fine that's

exactly what you do I flex my trading style depending upon what's in front of

me it's a nonsense to say don't trade châlon because there's too much money

there trade chat them but just modify how you trade it and it's the same

coming out of a big meeting there's no way when I look at the card today that

I'm going to be using two and a half grand stakes or something to trade a

race today because the market just will not take it will do one or two things it

could just stop the activity in the market at that particular point you know

I'm trying to get an order filled and it won't pass through it or the other thing

that can happen is that basically the market gets scared and starts running

away from your order and therefore you can't get

filled when you're attempting to close your order so yeah it's important to

understand that you've got to flex in and out depending upon what's in front

of you if the markets got loads of money coming through you expecting the amount

amount matched to be very high then you can increase your stakes and you can

really do a lot within that particular market but if that's not there then you

just pull your risk down by reducing your level of stakes and you know while

it's lovely to see those big greens that I post and you know and I'm posting them

regularly through Cheltenham all I did this year was just pick off one from

each individual day but there were loads all the way through those 28 races it's

not realistic to think that that's typically how the market trades maybe at

a big meeting in an ass get the guineas or any of those other things you can

sort of expect to get some big totals but of course if you're starting out or

you're an intermediate trader you're not going to have enough practice of those

big meetings to be able to push really hard so you're probably not going to get

those the thing that I've noticed a charm this year is actually the all the

the queue size is getting smaller and that's because the market is getting a

little bit more volatile so that's actually bringing in the opportunity for

people to trade it a bit more conventionally like you see on a day to

day basis but as we transition out of those big meetings and in to the normal

type of trading that you expect to see it's really more a case of trying to

stay out of trouble not doing anything stupid but also when you look at it it's

really a case of trying to get a good result overall it you know it doesn't

sound impressive getting sort of an average of 10 pounder race when you've

just seen me post a P&L of 500 quid that I've managed to achieve at a Cheltenham

were a big meeting however it's those are the ones that are really important

because over the course of the year you could easily do ten thousand of those so

if you can average a 10 or a race for example I'm not saying that you can and

I'm not setting an expectation here we're saying that you manage to average

10 pound a race and you're doing 10,000 races that's obviously a lot of money so

you know maybe you don't even need to set your target at that level you could

set it much smaller and still achieve something useful but the way that it

arrives is going to be very different from

what you would expect and a major meeting at a major meeting I expect a

string of profits and I'm pushing as hard as I can to make those profits as

big as possible every now and again I I screw up and you know one of those races

that really should be in a profit I pushed too hard and it just falls off

the edge of a cliff so even you know it's it's rare even though I did do it

last year it's rare to get in all of them absolutely correct

you usually mess up on one or two however when I'm trading during the week

next week I'm going to be very defensive I'm going to lower my stakes right down

and I'm just looking not to make any mistakes and the profit comes from a

combination of profits and losses so it's an overall figure that I'm looking

for I'm not looking to go on some ridiculous run or bag some enormous

amounts of profit the way that I'm gonna do it is I'm gonna say you know I'm

gonna trade 30 fully races over the course of the day and I'm going to end

up ahead of things by the end of the day so for example if you have a strike rate

of 75 percent and you make a tenner 75 percent of the time but you lose 20

pounds 25 percent of the time you end up + 10 pound over the mix of like sort of

10 20 30 or so races so the strike rate in the amount you win and lose are going

to interact quite heavily and the way that they tend to interact is it tends

to be uneven I've given you like a very clear number though people love clear

defined numbers but it never works like that the reality is your P&L is going to

be like minus 5 plus 10 minus 7 plus 20 minus 30 plus 75 and it's going to be

really really bumpy all the way along there and at the end of that you'll end

up with a strike rate you know of some level 60 70 percent or something and

it's the mixture of your strike rate and the profits and losses that deliver you

the profit at the end of the week now I'm going to bring up the spreadsheet

here of some activity way back in 2007 and if you look at the way that the P&L

was created I ended up on a very big total by the end of the month but that

total was made up of loads of little positives and negatives

I just kept on chipping away and the methodology that I have is that chip

away at the market and I'm trying to get a profit at relatively low risk now I

don't know how that profit is going to arrive it's basically going to be

positive here negative positive positive positive negative and I'm just trying to

make a good decision based upon what I see in the market and believe it or not

generally what I'm trying to do is avoid a loss I'm trying to get myself in the

position where the chance of a loss is much lower and then profits arrive off

of the back of that that's generally how I tend to trade trying to get myself

into a good position where a loss or a chance of a loss is minimized and then

I'm letting the profit run or and if the profit starts to look good then I may

just push it a little bit harder and try and get that profit a little bit higher

but generally the sequence of events almost looks random if you look at the

progression if you look at the equity curve over the course of this particular

month in January 2007 you can see the equity curve seems to just smoothly go

upwards with a little couple of bumps you get the odd cock-up and the odd

positive result but generally the equity curve rises

smoothly but when you look at the individual results you'll notice that

there's a right old mission there some of you know quite positive some are

negative and it's you know there's no clearly defined path and that is really

if you're trading properly that's typically what you tend to find now if

you wind forward over a number of years that's more or less exactly the way that

my P&L looks outside of a big meeting in that I'm getting little profits and

getting little negatives and overall it's all coming out in a mix by the end

of the week by the end of the month by the end of the year and the advantage of

doing it this way as the more markets you trade then generally the more money

that you make you're generally trying to get as many trades through as possible

in as many markets and the more that you do that knowing that you have a positive

expectancy means that you typically end up over any particular period and that's

why I like racing because those positives and negatives balance

themselves out really really quickly and over the course of the week you can do

pretty well even though you're probably not going on any particular long winning

run because you're not really going on any particular I'm losing run either but

the way that the results appear we'll be sort of not random because

you've got some logic in there but they're just not coming in a regular

pattern I think is what I'm trying to say here and and that can be frustrating

at times because you can be chipping away for ages and nothing happens and

then you get that big result or you could get a nasty negative and then you

just graduate your chip away at it with loads of positives and sometimes this is

what catches people out when trading because it doesn't have that nice smooth

approach and it can be a little bit stressful when you're having a bad day

and when you having a good day can lead to overconfidence so typically my

attitude my desire when we trade on a normal week is just to do the best I can

and every individual market try and minimize where I'm likely to make a loss

by maximizing the entry positions within the market and managing the trade well

and I'm just chipping away each one as frequently as I can to try and end up to

a bigger total at the end of whatever period I'm measuring it over now when

you first start I suggest you measure over a month but maybe when you're a bit

more experienced you'd want to measure over a week by measuring it on an

individual day or checking your P&L as that is progressing as a disaster

because it will influence the way that you trade the next market whether you're

behind or ahead will lead to overconfidence or it may alter the way

that you trade the next market so all I do is just chip away each market do the

best that I can and then I look at the P&L at the end of the day I go yeah that

went well or maybe I'll do better tomorrow but yeah when you're coming out

of a big meeting you know don't believe these big meetings are the norm the

mundane stuff is where a lot of the money comes from and it's going to be

small positives and small negatives but adding up over a period of time so yeah

prepare yourself for those types of markets now while we wait for the next

big meeting but that's how I'll be looking to trade over the next few weeks

Outrage over New Yorker mag's 'repulsive' body-shaming of President Trump - Duration: 4:58.

Outrage over New Yorker mag's 'repulsive' body-shaming of President Trump.

The prestigious New Yorker magazine is under fire for its latest cover, which depicts President

Trump addressing reporters in the nude in an unflattering illustration that mocks his

appearance.

The magazine tweeted an early look at this image and it was immediately met with criticism.

While many critics chimed in with responses calling the image "disgusting" and "repulsive,"

others accused the image of mocking the president for his physical appearance – which is generally

frowned upon in the current cultural landscape.

I dislike Trump, but they could have done without the body shaming," one user tweeted.

"Especially considering that is a culture we are all trying to get away from."

The reader added, "As someone who is VERY Anti-Trump, displaying him as a flesh colored

blob is 100% body shaming."

I get that, but as someone who is VERY Anti-Trump, displaying him as a flesh colored blob is

100% body shaming, and its something that Trump himself would do.

We can be better than that.

— Collin Rea (@_CollinRea) March 16, 2018 "Shame on you for doing this to anybody,

not just the president," a reader replied to the magazine's tweet.

Another reader was so disgusted that they referred to The New Yorker as "trash"

that has "fallen to the lowest level," while another proclaimed, "Your readers

are snobs."

Members of the media have chimed in, as Think Progress editor Judd Legum predicted that

Trump won't appreciate the art and MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin simply tweeted, "Oh

my."

Conservative commentator Britt McHenry told Fox News that the cover is another sign of

"intolerance and mean spirited behavior" from the liberal media.

"Why is his weight relevant?

There has been a lot of turbulence within the White House Administration the past couple

weeks with high profile people resigning," McHenry said.

"Focus on what actually matters, if criticism is all the media wants to project."

Washington Post media columnist Erik Wemple seemed to take great joy in the cover, noting

there is a great deal to love about the illustration and pointing to the size of particular extremities

as an example, an obvious jab at the size of Trump's hands.

Others fixated on the fact that the esteemed magazine would be able to get away with mocking

the appearance of a female public figure.

"Imagine the s--t storm had Madame @HillaryClinton won and a magazine had decided to run a cover

of her along these lines," one user wrote.

"It's sad to see liberal deep state minds at work, only hurting the future of our country,

it citizens and their own families!

What goes around comes around," a critic of the cover tweeted, while another said the

image is an example of why The New Yorker is "turning into the Mad Magazine for urban

elitists."

The Barry Blitt illustration "recalls the prophet Bob Dylan, who once noted, in 'It's

Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding),' that 'even the President of the United States

must sometimes have to stand naked,'" according to the magazine.

"I wanted to address President Trump's stormy relationship with the press," Blitt

said.

Art Editor Francoise Mouly wrote that the illustration was selected from a group that

included images of school shootings and the death of Stephen Hawking.

"Once the image was selected, Blitt honed the cast and contour of certain love handles,

then glazed the work in his signature watercolors," Mouly wrote.

Earlier this year, several media members were accused of fat shaming Trump when he was given

a clean bill of health by White House physician Ronny Jackson despite being a tad overweight

and needing more exercise.

The disbelieving media scoffed at the official report, mocking the doctor's findings, offering

its own diagnoses and ultimately questioning the credentials of a U.S. Navy rear admiral

who conducted the exam.

A new genre of fake news was created as a result of Trump's positive physical, as

pundits turned into weight truthers, or as MSNBC host Chris Hayes put it, "girthers."

The White house doctor reported that Trump stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 239 pounds, which

magically turned critics into carnival-style weight guessers.

"If that's what 6'3″, 239 pounds looks like -- that's a shock to me," MSNBC star

Joe Scarborough said the morning after Dr. Jackson revealed Trump's dimensions.

University of Southern California Associate Professor of Clinical Physical Therapy E.

Todd Schroeder told Fox News that "body composition and weight is a sensitive topic

for both men and women" and while people might not like Trump, that doesn't make

it okay to attack his appearance.

"If Hillary Clinton was president, had a physical, and classified as overweight, I

am confident the report would receive little attention and certainly not ridicule," Schroeder

said during the aftermath of Trump's physical.

Peter Webb - Bet Angel - Cheltenham Betfair trading diary - Duration: 15:24.

please like and comment on the video below that will allow me to produce

better quality videos and more of them in the future if you're interested in

learning to trade successfully in sports then why not visit the BET angel'

Academy where we have more detailed videos so first F Chapman today I'm

doing my regular routine of going for a walk

it clears your mind and gets you in the right frame of mind and looking forward

to the first day you never quite know how it's going to go I'm hoping that it

goes well but usually it's a day for experimenting and learning about the

market so I'm gonna be trading it manually I've got some bots that are

also going to be trading it but their main purpose is for me to learn about

how the market looks and how different it is from last year so they're going to

be putting orders in the market at random and I'll be looking at the data

later this evening so that I've got a better steer on how the markets are

performing tomorrow already quite a bit of money in the first race today it's

over a million or so when I woke up this morning and a fairly decent sums waiting

tobacco lay the first race of the festival can be the hardest to trade

because that you've got no steer on it and there's obviously a lot of money sat

there waiting for days sometimes so yeah looking for - it should be an

interesting day

so the first day when okay at Cheltenham it wasn't anything unbelievable but it

wasn't too bad either so you know no major issues I made one mistake on a

race mid-afternoon can't remember what it was but it's gone from my mind

already but generally I got off to a slow start

and made a mistake but then started to pick up speed from there so yeah I was

pretty pretty positive about the first day went pretty much as I expected and I

was on roughly about the same total is that it last year actually I think I was

probably slightly ahead so I'm hoping to repeat that feat today on the way here I

was going to record video and as I was walking but there was a lorry that

interfered and then pedestrians and then some dogs started to bark at me and I

was having this whole sequence of events where I thought I'm not gonna make a

video today it's just not going to happen so I decided to divert through

the local woods and then a helicopter arrived to check the powerlines

so I was just having one of those moments this morning and I'm hoping

fingers crossed that it doesn't continue into the training hopefully you're going

to have a better session training and when I sit down a little bit later

yeah the markets behaving pretty much the way I expected I haven't seen

anything unusual this year so it's going to be a case of business as usual for me

to see how hard I can push it as we progress through the week it's typically

Friday's the focus when you get the potential for big numbers by going to

chip away and see if I can pick up some good totals on the way there and see if

I can keep myself ahead of last year winning run continued on BET's DAC on

Tuesday clean sweep and all of those roses

I'm skeptical as to whether I can get a clean sweep two years in a row because I

have got a clean sweep before last year but that was quite a few years ago so

it's really rare to get a complete clean sweep he needs just that little bit of

luck to be able to pull that off and I mean you I'm not saying that I'm not

confident that I won't do it but I think that it's unlikely being realistic

but yeah looking for today hopefully can take a bit of

knowledge with me from yesterday had a look at volumes and other data but they

all seemed to replicate what happened last year so I don't think there's much

to add to what I learned last year when I'm looking forward to giving it a good

go today

so it's day three at Cheltenham now I'm out for my morning walk

reflecting on yesterday's business and how I did and I thought yesterday was an

interesting day because got off to an absolute fly I did really well on the

first race really well on the second and really well on the third the momentum

was building significantly but from that point onwards it sort of went downhill

but me downhill in a nice way I mean I did I had one race where I made a bit of

a scrub and didn't really get things very well and made a bit of a loss the

other races I just didn't really make much profit so I know most people would

be happy with that and you know I wasn't disappointed over the first two days I

did pretty well and I'm well ahead of where I was last year but yeah it was

disappointing to sort of lose that momentum but that encapsulate trading

for you trading does that all the time I was using very similar styles the

markets felt fairly similar but it just didn't work and so realizing that it's

not working is a good thing and that's what catches people out sometimes they

they do a good trade on several races they go to repeat it doesn't work so

they then believe that they're better than the market when in fact the market

will determine what your outcome is not you never fall in love with a position

because it will never love you back so when I realise that it just wasn't quite

working out I just sort of got a little less aggressive and that helped minimize

any potential loss that I could have had and I made one loss I didn't trade very

well at all but the others were fine they just weren't particularly good so

my winning run came to an end yesterday had a consecutive winning races over a

huge period at Cheltenham you know over the whole of last year and most of this

year but yeah I couldn't keep it going yesterday I fell rather appropriately at

the cross country hour chase and that meant that I just couldn't give that

money we're in going but actually it's a relief it's an absolute relief because I

once decided that I would go for an astonishing record of not having a

losing day over an entire year but what I figured out was that as I was

progressing down that path I became more and more cautious to try and

the winning run going and I wasn't getting the best out of each market and

I was sort of beginning to get that feeling that that was happening on this

you know I got 20 out of 28 last year was I going to do it this year and you

know as a consequence I was probably becoming a little bit over cautious so

I'm actually glad that that run has ended because that means that I can

really focus on getting the best out of each trade rather than just trying to

get a positive trade so typically Thursdays Fridays are

pretty good and I'm hoping to continue that sequence this year I've done quite

well I tend to get better as the week goes on as I understand the markets more

and I'm hoping that happens today and tomorrow so yeah looking forward to it

it's gone fine this week I'm ahead of last year and I'm hoping I can continue

that run today

so on the last day today at Chatham its gold cup day and I'm looking food to it

it's everything's gone pretty much to plan this week so there's no reason to

suspect them Friday what God's plan as well got off to a bad start yesterday it

was um I say bad start I mean I did all right on the first race of the day but I

managed to lose everything in the dying moments of the market I was just a

little bit too aggressive and got that very wrong so they could have thrown me

out and I think this is one of the important things with training as long

as you're consistent then generally you'll be all right but you have to

expect that there will be the odds mess up now and again and I just happen to

have that mess up at the very first race of the day yesterday which was not

particularly helpful but having got over that it was relatively easy to progress

forward from there got a good result in the second race and then the third and

it just built and built and built until I pulled out a really good race and it's

funny because I I find it difficult I chant them to break four figures in a

race and I've done this on many other races in different meetings all over the

place but for some reason I don't seem to do it China I just seem to have a

progression of fairly decent results over the course of a day and over the

course of a week and and that's more or less what happened yesterday but it was

well what a big out performance from last year and that's left me in a

situation today on Gold Cup day where I don't have to do as well as last year to

beat my overall result from Cheltenham last year however I would really like to

do that I'd like to have an absolute cracker today as good as last year and

absolutely demolished last year's result will I do that don't know you know it's

it's impossible to tell you have to see what the markets offer you and then you

have to do the best of it so I think that today if the rest of the

week is anything to go by should be okay I'm hoping to get a much much bigger

total than yesterday but it's going to be a bit of a push to be able to achieve

that but that's what I'm going to try and do overall I think the Chatham's

traded pretty well this year it's always reassuring when that happens because you

realise you've got a lot longer left in the game when you get a decent result at

a big meeting so yeah I'm pretty pleased with that and

no reason to hit the panic button just yet it's all going pretty much to plan

and I'm hoping that that's a it remains the case today and Tuesday sort of went

okay built on it on Wednesday really pushed my foot down yesterday and that

worked pretty well and I'm hoping to finish on a high today but my confidence

is high given what happened yesterday and I'm looking to push forward and

enjoy the gold couple today and the Gold Cups are very competitive market today

so that's gonna be interesting to trade you know what I've noticed is there's

one or two horses that have a lot of money on them this week but if the

market starts to wobble that money soon vanishes and the market behaves quite

normally from there so people often talk about volume holding up prices it's on

them but in a lot of races this year that hasn't really particularly the case

on a couple of occasions will be interesting to see so you're hoping for

a little bit of movement they'll just free things up perhaps a little bit but

really looking forward to today and hopefully I can finish on a lie and get

a much better result overall and I did from last year's channel first of all

but yeah pretty positive on things and full of confidence going into today

so that's it Cheltenham is over it's finished it's gone for another year but

thankfully it was a really successful week and that always leaves me with two

sort of states of mind the first one is absolutely

fantastically delighted that it went so well but there's also this realization

that we've got to go back to normal now and we you know to the trading style

that have a child home is very different from the sort of style though I would

have traditionally and therefore you know this is huge adjustment to make in

the run-up before China I'm always thinking you know I've gotten I can't

practice I go from like normal markets to Cheltenham and then it's back down

again on the other side so in the run-up to channel mom nervous about you know

have I lost my edge has anything changed but the fact is this year was the same

as previous years and in fact I did better than last year you know I've

continued that strong run on all of the big meetings there doesn't seem to be

any major issue with the way that I trade those but the style that I used

before Cheltenham is very different from the style I use that chairman and then

I've got to adjust back to more conventionally normal markets so yeah

you know you go through this feeling of euphoria in terms of G done so well and

then you go through this like choking reality that you're not gonna do that

next week and it's gonna be a long old hard slog again but also you know always

the feeling I get when I come off the back of Chatham was ah wouldn't it be

just unbelievable if the markets had millions and millions of them traded

every day of the week and that's really where I thought we'd be by now but the

fact is were not there so you know that's why I'm always pushing and saying

you know let's look at trading in exchanges positively because if we

really could have each market doing millions per race rather than hundreds

of thousands it would be completely unbelievable it would be you know

absolutely huge market and there'd be so much opportunity for absolutely

everybody out there but the fact is it's not so I've got to revert back to to

type in terms of trading styles and next week will be for me just try not to get

into trouble and chipping away and finding good

opportunities but yeah the last say went really well I was going to do this video

out of my walk but it's really cold it's blowing a girl and it was really heavy

snow I tried to get the camera up to do this during my walk and it was

impossible and I couldn't even see where I was walking let alone try and film

myself debriefing on the last day at Cheltenham where the Friday went really

well I got a decent results on the Gold Cup it wasn't the best result I've ever

done but I was getting consistently good results all the way through the day and

it's funny because this year I've always sort of messed up on one race and every

day I've been getting six out of seven but you know I can't get seven out of

seven because I'm just not quite nailing it and that was the case on Friday as

well I've made a tiny tiny tiny loss on one

race but pretty much obliterated the rest so absolutely destroyed it on

Friday and I'm really delighted that that's the case because I sort of

thought that that would happen you know Tuesday would be to establish a base

Wednesday would be to build on that Thursday would be to foot down foot down

and then Friday would be to really go for it so I really went for a Friday and

it works beautifully so yeah Chatham this week big thumbs up and I don't

think I could have done much more I mean there were a couple of occasions when I

could have done better because I'm speaking to other traders

some of them were doing better on certain races than I was and I was doing

better than them then they were on certain races so I think the balance is

about right there the fact that we all made something even if one of us messed

up on one race tells us that the markets were pretty intact and and going well so

I'm going to look at the stats I may do a video it depends but you're interested

I don't know if you're interested if you if you want me to do some stats and pop

up some graphs and give you a description some of the things that I

saw at Chatham and comment below and and I'm happy to give you a more in-depth

debrief but I just thought it'd be fun to a trading diary from them I've done

sort of similar stuff in previous years but just broken it up during the week

and this year I just thought I'd stick it all together but generally pretty

pleased for the way that Shannon went that's a big positive because it means

that we've got entry up next and I'm expecting

we'll probably trade reasonably well and we've got the guineas and the Darby and

Royal Ascot so as far as I'm concerned I've passed that first test of this year

on it on a large scale and I'm looking forward to all of the rest of them so I

hope you had a good Cheltenham and like I said comment below if you want me to

do a little bit more in depth but anyway looking forward to the next big meeting

you

If Your Energy Is Being Affected During These Times - Duration: 4:10.

If Your Energy Is Being Affected During These Times Of Change, Keep This In Mind.

People are exhausted, stressed out and suffering from anxiety.

Recently, life has been challenging in so many ways for all of us.

On top of that, we have all these weather and planetary changes and the whirlwind of

new energies and sense of the unknown sweeping through the air.

I think that we all know that change is on the horizon and the process has already well

and truly begun.

For months and even years now, we have been working on releasing old patterns, pain, and

thoughts from our physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies.

We have been clearing and preparing whether we are fully aware of it or not.

You may have even found yourself clearing clutter in your home or workspace, ridding

of anything old or worn.

All these actions show that on some level, we are aware that we need to clear out mentally,

emotionally, physically and spiritually.

This is the process that is continuing to happen and YOU KNOW YOULL WANT TO BE FEELING

LIGHTER AND BRIGHTER like a load is literally being taken off your back in preparation for

something new and more aligned with your Higher Self.

It is really important that we embrace intense energies as a cornerstone in our lives for

personal transformation on so many levels for some more noticeable than others.

However, do not get swayed by any negative media hype or end of world antics that

we all experienced in the build-up to and since December 2012.

We are on the precipice of profound change as we anchor into a new era of enlightenment

or progression on earth.

And that does not mean that something supernatural or epic will happen (either end of the scale).

This whole rise of consciousness and emergence into a new paradigm is a process, after all.

Change is happening on levels and dimensions in our universe.

It has been for some time and shall continue to do so which is something that as humans

we cannot fully understand.

If you have already been humming along with the awakening process (or hanging on for dear

life) then wonderful, you are already where you need to be.
