Jeff Sessions Has an ACE Up His Sleeve That's BETTER Than a 2nd Special Counsel.

Many of us feel a lot of frustration in regards to Attorney General Jeff Sessions decision

NOT to appoint a second special counsel to probe FISA abuses.

Turns out Sessions has an "ACE" up his sleeve and it's WAY better than a second

special counsel.

WASHINGTON, DC – Professor Jonathan Turley, a top national legal expert on government

investigations, commented on Thursday about Attorney General Jeff Sessions' decision

to bring in U.S. Attorney John Huber.

Turley called it "brilliant"to combine all the powers of the U.S. Department of Justice's

inspector general with a prosecutor who can bring charges, seek indictments, and get results

for President Trump far more quickly than a second special counsel.

Turley is a law professor at George Washington University, who attained national fame during

the 1998 impeachment of President Bill Clinton as a top legal authority on special counsels

and congressional investigations of government wrongdoing, including criminal wrongdoing.

His reputation has only grown during the intervening 20 years, as he has weighed in on scandals

and investigations of public officials from both political parties.

Sessions sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), House

Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck

Grassley (R-IA), informing them that Huber is conducting a full-fledged criminal investigation

into all the matters Republicans are calling for a special counsel to investigate.

Huber has been investigating these possible crimes for five months, since November 13,

2017.

During an interview on Lou Dobbs's Fox Business Network show, Turley explained to guest host

Stuart Varney that the media are wrongly reporting that Sessions will not appoint a second special

counsel.

"He did not foreclose the possibility of a special counsel," he insisted.

Instead, Turley explained that Sessions has ordered Huber to "team up with the inspector

general (IG) within the Justice Department to investigate these matters."

Sessions informed Congress in his letter that all the matters recommended for investigation

by Goodlatte, Gowdy, and Grassley are "fully within the scope of [Huber's] existing mandate."

He also informed the chairmen that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is working with

Huber, has a staff of 470 investigators, giving Huber access to enormous investigative firepower

that far exceeds the staff of any special counsel.

That point is critical because as Sessions' March 29 letter explains, the inspector general's

jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal investigations includes "actions taken by

former employees after they have left government service."

Then Huber can act on any of those matters.

As a U.S. attorney, Huber has full authority to empanel a grand jury and to file criminal

charges.

A grand jury can be empaneled anywhere, which means that it could be a group of citizens

from deep-red Utah – in the heart of Trump country – instead of the D.C.

Swamp that decides whether to hand down indictments for felony prosecution.

"The Inspector General's jurisdiction extends not only to allegations of legal violations,

but also to allegations that Department employees violated established practices as well,"

Sessions added in his letter, which means that the IG's report can hold people accountable

even for actions that do not violate a specific statute.

"I think [Sessions] did the right thing here," said Turley.

"I think the president should listen to General Sessions on this one."

Sessions "can always appoint a special counsel," Turley explained, but that should not even

be necessary because Huber "has the ability to prosecute cases."

"Do these prosecutors have the same power to investigate and get to the bottom of things

that a special counsel would have?"

Varney asked.

"Actually, yes," Turley answered.

"I think people are missing what could be a brilliant move here by Sessions.

What he did is he essentially combined the powers of the inspector general with the powers

of a line prosecutor."

"This prosecutor does have not just the experience and training to look for a criminal

case; he has the ability to move a case of that kind" in court, Turley emphasized.

Not only that, but if Sessions believes crimes were committed, but Huber for some reason

does not bring charges, "Sessions has reserved the right to go ahead and appoint a special

counsel," said Turley.

"That's a powerful combination," he observed.

When Varney asked if Huber and Horowitz's status as "Obama holdovers" creates a

possible problem for Sessions and President Trump, Turley said no, observing that each

man has a great reputation as a "dogged investigator."

Breitbart News has separately confirmed that Utah Sens. Orrin Hatch and Mike Lee, both

of whom are Republicans who support aggressive investigations of these scandals, enthusiastically

supported Huber to be reappointed by President Trump as his U.S. attorney in Utah.

The Senate confirmed Huber in 2017 for a second term.

Huber is a Utah lawyer, not a D.C lawyer.

"That distance between him and Washington is very important," Turley explained, because

Huber is not part of the Deep State, that is, not cozy buddies with the cocktail party

scene that is suspected of perpetrating all of these actions against President Trump and

his administration.

Turley said President Trump should be very happy that Sessions chose this route of appointing

Huber, who has the power to seek indictments and prosecute cases, and teamed him up with

Horowitz, who has 470 investigators at his disposal, if the president wants to see swift

and decisive action.

"If a special counsel were appointed, there would be a great deal of delay," Turley

stated, versus the team of Huber and Horowitz, who are already five months into this investigation.

A new report by the Center for Immigration Studies finds that the average cost of a deportation

is much smaller than the net fiscal drain created by the average illegal immigrant.

This finding refutes the claim made by immigration enforcement opponents that deporting illegal

immigrants is prohibitively expensive, thus requiring amnesty for the population of over

11 million.

By analyzing Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) cost estimates for the average deportation

and comparing it to the lifetime fiscal impact of the average illegal immigrant, the report

concludes that deportation is much less costly than allowing illegal immigrants to stay in

the country.

Dr. Steven Camarota, the Center's director of research and lead author of the report,

emphasizes the role education plays: "Because the overwhelming share of illegal immigrants

residing in the country have not completed high school or have only a high school education,

it would require highly implausible assumptions to avoid a substantial net fiscal drain from

this population."Deportation costs:

In April of this year, ICE reported that the average cost of a deportation, also referred

to as a removal, was $10,854 in FY 2016, including apprehension, detention, and processing.

Partly due to policies adopted in the second term of the Obama administration, ICE removed

nearly 170,000 fewer aliens in 2016 than in 2012, even though it actually spent 8 percent

more in 2016 in inflation-adjusted dollars.

The removal of so many more illegal immigrants in FY 2012 means that the average cost per

removal in that year was $5,915, adjusted for inflation.

If the average cost of a deportation was what it had been in FY 2012, then the larger enforcement

budget in FY 2016 would have allowed for 200,000 more removals without spending additional

money.

Costs of illegal immigrants:

Researchers agree that illegal immigrants overwhelmingly have modest levels of education

— most have not completed high school or have only a high school education.

There is also agreement that immigrants with this level of education are a significant

net fiscal drain, creating more in costs for government than they pay in taxes.

The National Academies of Sciences estimated the lifetime fiscal impact (taxes paid minus

services used) of immigrants based on their educational attainment.

Averaging those estimates and applying them to the education level of illegal immigrants

shows a net fiscal drain of $65,292 per illegal — excluding any costs for their children.

Based on this estimate, there is a total lifetime fiscal drain of $746.3 billion.

This assumes 11.43 million illegal immigrants are in the country, based on the U.S. government's

most recent estimate.

The fiscal cost created by illegal immigrants of $746.3 billion compares to total a cost

of deportation of $124.1 billion, assuming a FY 2016 cost per deportation, or $67.6 billion

using FY 2012 deportation costs.

Lifetime fiscal drain on taxpayers is at least 6 times greater than cost of deportation-PERIOD!

2017 marked a successful year in border security efforts, reducing illegal cross-border migration,

increasing interior enforcement, and dismantling transnational criminal enterprises, multiple

challenges still remain in providing immigration officials with the tools needed to keep criminals

off the streets, eliminate the pull factors for illegal immigration, and remove illegal

aliens from the country.

The Fiscal Year 2017 ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Report provides an overview of

ICE Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 civil immigration enforcement and removal operations.

As the Left breathlessly reports "President Donald Trump celebrated his Easter Sunday

by lashing out at undocumented immigrants…." the rest of America is hunkering down as an

"army" of Central Americans, approximately 1,500 people have started on a journey through

Mexico towards the U.S. border, intending to request Easter asylum when they arrive.

Mexican officials have aided the so-called "Holy Week" caravan of illegal aliens

intent on invading U.S. borders.

Mostly Hondurans, they posted celebration videos on Facebook and chanted "We are migrants.

We are not criminals.

We are workers."

Univision reported on the massive group of men, women, and children making the 2,500-mile

month-long journey beginning on Monday.

The group began their trek to the U.S. border on Sunday, March 25.

The Washington Examiner reports – "According to an account from the Center for Immigration

Studies, Mexican authorities have allowed the migrants to drive north "with relative

ease.Researcher Kausha Luna added that the group Pueblo Sin Fronteras, which aids immigrants,

bragged about speeding into Mexico.

It said, 'On Monday Pueblo Sin Fronteras posted a video with the caption, 'The Refugee

Caravan knocking down borders yesterday in Huehuetan!

Immigration agents abandoned the post when they saw us coming.

The people celebrate this first small victory!'"

Although the invaders are marching through Mexico illegally, Mexican authorities are

reportedly doing nothing to stop them, as they boldly go right through immigration checkpoints

and military bases, and the local townspeople and churches are feeding them as they pass

through each community.

Trucks and buses sometimes give them transportation for several miles to the next town.

When there is no transportation, they walk Pueblo Sin Fronteras is also known as People

Without Borders.

In a series of tweets, Trump signaled a return to his "America First" immigration agenda,

mentioning that he will no longer try to negotiate a deal between the GOP establishment and Democrats

on the issue of giving amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens shielded from deportation

by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Addressing this coming invasion of illegal aliens to our borders, President Trump tweeted

– "Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because

of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws like Catch & Release.

Getting more dangerous.

"Caravans" coming.

Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW.

NO MORE DACA DEAL!"President Trump went on to tweet in a second consecutive tweet

– "Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into

Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S.

They laugh at our dumb immigration laws.

They must stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow, NAFTA.

NEED WALL!"In a third tweet President Trump states – "These big flows of people are

all trying to take advantage of DACA.

They want in on the act!"As a result, just prior to entering the Bethesda-by-the-Sea

Church for Easter Sunday services with his family, President Trump stood in front of

the doors answering questions about his call to end deportation protection for so-called

"Dreamers" via social media.

He stopped to speak to the press following the trio of tweets he sent out about the border

and DACA earlier in the morning.

President Trump referenced Mexico's lack of cooperation in regards to the border and

how the Mexican government actually assists people in breaking U.S. immigration laws.

Yet were Americans to do the same in return defying Mexican immigration laws, they would

be imprisoned or worse.President Trump stated as he addressed Democrats and their demands

for open borders – "If they're not going to help us at the border, it's a very sad

thing.

Mexico has got help us at the border.

And a lot of people are coming in because they want to take advantage of DACA.

And we're going to have to really see.

They had a great chance, the Democrats blew it.

They had a great, great chance.

But we'll have to take a look.

But Mexico has got to help us at the border.

They flow right through Mexico.

They send them into the United States.

Can't happen that way anymore."

President Trump's previous offer on DACA to Democrats gave amnesty to 1.8 million illegal

aliens.

This is more than six times the population of Obama's original DACA program.

At the current rate of growth, DACA is growing uncontrollable and unenforceable, allowing

an opening for amnesty to millions more illegal aliens.Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen has even admitted that human smugglers and future illegal aliens

follow the immigration debate in Washington, DC, to understand when their best chance is

to cross into the country illegally.

Some view these Easter morning statements from President Trump as a turning point for

the White House on immigration since the attempt to negotiate a DACA amnesty plan that would

please Democrats as well as Republicans while preserving American borders and reducing overall

immigration levels to the U.S. ultimately left the White House with nothing to show

for the effort.House Speaker Paul Ryan's recently passed and widely criticized omnibus

did not include a single provision from Trump's 70-point list of pro-American immigration

reforms.

Despite significant backlash from conservatives and organizations representing American workers

in the immigration debate, President Trump chose to sign the spending bill anyway.

Some are advocating for a "nuclear option" which would allow Republicans to pass desperately

needed immigration reform in the Senate with a simple majority of51 votes.

However, it would require the GOP to destroy the filibuster and this could come back to

haunt them in a big way during future administrations.

Currently, the only thing protecting DACA recipients is an injunction that prevents

the Trump Administration from ending the program while a lawsuit challenging President Trump's

authority to end DACA moves through the court system.

In this episode, we are going to elevate our cosmos with Saint Seiya and the Knights of the Zodiac!!!

These toys are one of my best childhood memories...

I remember saving all the money I had to buy these awesome toys.

Because they were very expensive in those days!

All the figures you see here are vintage and from the first productions.

They were produced with Bandai´s license from 1986 till 1989!

Originally they were made in Japan, but the ones that were sold in Mexico were French and Spanish.

All the boxes written in Spanish were made in Taiwan or China that´s why they have less quality.

In Mexico, the anime had a big delay in the episodes...

So the figures that were sold in the stores were different versions than the characters we used to see on the TV!!!

For example, the Pegasus Seiya figure was sold with the mask of the second armor.

This was very confusing for us because we were used to seeing him with the horse helmet.

We can see that the boxes were printed in 1987 which is the year of production...

But the import sticker says that these toys went through customs in 1994!!!

The gap between those years was big!!!

There were a lot of characters that never were sold in Mexico...

The reason was that we depended on the European production.

We enjoyed playing with 4 collections of this saga...

The Gold Saints, The Odin Warriors, The Poseidon Warriors, and The Bronze Saints!

The Bronze Saints were not the strongest ones but they were the main characters of the saga.

In Mexico, we hadn't the opportunity to have all the figures from the Poseidon Warriors...

Imagine our frustration as children to know that in Japan they had rare toy figures such as...

Kraken Isaac, Chrysaor Krishna, or Lyumnades Caça!!!

Those were only available in Japan! That is why nowadays they are toy grails in Mexico and Europe.

It also happened with the Odin Warriors collection!

Characters like Thor de Phecda, Benetnasch Eta or Megrez Delta were not sold in our country.

But something I won't forgive is that we didn't have the opportunity to play with Alcor Zeta Bud!!!

We even didn't know that this Holy Grail existed!

But let´s stop complaining and get into these great figures that a gave us a lot of fun!

The art in the boxes and the design made this toys unique!

Most of them have a window and we can see the figure without opening the box.

Is awesome for collectors like me, because you can take out the figure, admire it and put it back again in the box!

This is the same packaging concept that Hot Toys and Marvel Legends use nowadays!

Now we know where they get those "great ideas"!

This is a Japanese figure... They don't have the window and the flap on the top.

Over here is the text: "Made in Japan"!

The other version says: "Made in Taiwan"!

A really cool thing is that they recreated scenes from the cartoon in the back of the box!

For many years, I had the doubt of why some boxes were written in Spanish and other in French...

After studying the boxes...

I realized that some of them were distributed by Bandai in UK and others by Bandai in France!

Of course, both companies bought the license to manufacture them!

And they made them in Taiwan or China because...

Industries were not manufacturing in their countries anymore.

But the Japanese versions were made in Japan!

I think that nowadays is more easy for kids to go online and look for their favorite series!

But for us was very difficult to see the new chapters of the series...

We had to wait for 1 week to see a new one!!! And they had a lot of commercials!!!

It was very difficult for us to follow the story because they also used to repeat old chapters every time.

Even if these figures are not so old, they are very hard to find them complete. They have a lot of pieces!

The series still trendy because the nostalgic people like me and the new generations are enjoying it.

Such is the hype for this series that in 2000 Bandai launched reeditions of the figures!

They included figures from the expanded universe and the quality of the armor is amazing.

Did you know that Mexico is the second community of fans after Japan of this series?

And the best part is that you can buy most of these vintage figures for reasonable prices!

You can buy one of them in its original box for $40 to $50 USD!

Reeditions costs to 4 to 5 times more!

So my advice to you is to buy Vintage!!!

Note that these figures are the beginnings and part of the history!

Most of the parts of the armor are made from metal but others were made in chrome plastic.

A major issue with this parts is that the paint comes off really easy.

There are 2 reasons for that problem. The first one is that they were made poorly done...

When the manufacturers did not clean the metal well and had a bad use of the pieces...

The paint could come off!

This mistake is known as peppering...

The second and most common reason is that when we were kids and played with them our hands got sweaty.

That sweat oxidate the metal and the chrome.

That´s another reason why is difficult to find them in good conditions.

This is the object, which is an animal or a stand to put the armor.

This one from Epsilon is one of my favorites!

This is the most delicate piece because is made of plastic and the paint comes off really easy.

They were a mail-away gift for those kids that sent the proofs of purchase!

That kind of promotion caused that a lot of boxes were cut by the parents.

But don´t go crazy because this promotion only happened in Japan!

This is an example of the toy kids used to receive in the mail after sending the proofs of purchase.

Notice that it is very simple but it´s an incredible piece!!!

When you open it you can see there is no window or any pretty details...

But when you open this you can see the treasure inside it! This is the Black Andromeda.

If you are a veteran follower of the channel you will remember that I bought this figure in a toy store in Paris!

I have a very few toys from my childhood... And this Sea Horse is one of those things!

It has storage ware markings but I think I preserved this toy with love!

They are so beautiful toys that many children kept them.

This series has a lot of memorabilia...

Such as toys, sticker albums, pencil cases, pajamas, cake molds, and more!

And of course, there are bootleg figures!!!

Some of them were made in China, Mexico, and many other countries.

One of my favorite bootleg items is this sticker album!

It´s from the collection #1 and it has the Steel Saints in the cover.

The illustrations are unique!

It´s a bit rustic but that´s what makes it so special!

I still missing stickers, but I have some envelopes over here.

Let´s open one of them!

This is 100% made in Mexico and they were sold outside the schools or at the stationary shop.

I put all these figures together and it was really fun!

I was a bit scared of doing it because some of the pieces are very fragile...

When I was doing it... I got a great flashback!!!

Who does not remember having colored this type of prints of the Saints!

Sometimes my friends and I preferred to color them than playing with the toys!

It was a boom! There were sold everywhere.

And you could choose your favorite Saint Seiya character to color it!

The intro of the cartoon was amazing! I remember that when it started I used to jump on the bed an sing!!!

I´m telling you a lot of my childhood! LOL

But I'm sure you did the same! I can imagine you guys, imitating the powers such as...

The Aurora Borealis, the Nebula Chain, or the Pegasus Meteor Fist!!!

And to let you know what a fan I was... I'll tell you an anecdote from my childhood.

When I was a little kid I used to have remedial classes with a Peruvian teacher...

My bad luck was that the classes were at the same time as the cartoon.

I don´t know if my mom did that to punish me!!! LOL

But I think I was smarter! The class started but after a few minutes...

I asked the teacher to let me go to the restroom. Of course, I ran to the TV to watch the show!

I returned to the class when the commercials started and then I do the same trick 2 more times!

But the teacher realized that I was not going to the restroom and I was watching the TV!!!

So I told him that it was my favorite cartoon and that it was a new episode!

So I convinced him to watch it with me...

Then we made an arrangement that every time he went to my house, first we would see the cartoon and...

Then I could put my best effort in the class!

If you noticed, this saga was especially focused on the boys!

There are very few woman characters...

And a curious fact was that in each season there was an exotic character...

In the Bronze Saints was Andromeda...

In the Gold Saints was Pisces...

In the Poseidon Warriors was Siren Sorrento...

Finally in the Odin Warriors was Eta!!!

It´s really cool that even all the critics that this anime got because...

Of the violence and these characters still the best anime for many people!

Until these days we are true fans of this cartoon!

Book Summary: 12 Rules For Life By Jordon B Peterson Part 1 - Duration: 13:30.

Hey everyone, Ershvin here and welcome to my channel. For today's video, I'm going to be giving you a summary of my take of the book

12 Rules For Life by Jordan B Peterson

Jordan Peterson is a Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer

and he's very quickly becoming one of the world's most popular

influential thinkers.

His book 12 Rules For Life was just released this year in January 2018

and it has already become a number one bestseller

internationally.

In this 350 page

book, Jordon Peterson provides us with 12 practical principles of how to live a more meaningful life and

in today's video, I'm going to be giving you a summary of the first 6. So let's get straight into the review shall we?

Rule Number 1 : Stand Up Straight With Your Shoulders Back. In rule number one

Jordon Peterson uses the example of how lobsters behave in combat to explain his point.

In every new territory there are limited high-quality shelters for lobsters to rest in and, sometimes

lobsters will need to engage in combat with each other in order to gain this territory.

But in every fight there will be a winner and loser.

If two dominant lobsters were to engage in combat,

if one of the lobsters that was previously dominant were to lose,

its brain would basically dissolve and a new subordinate lobster brain will grow in place.

This previously dominant lobster won''t even fight its previously defeated opponents.

So how is this relevant to people? Well people like

lobsters have the construct of the dominance hierarchy built into us.

In each and every one of us in the foundation of our brain,

there is a counter that monitors our status and role in society and

it assesses our

position in the hierarchy by watching how other people treat us. If our peers judge us as someone to be of low worth,

this counter will actually restrict the serotonin availability in our body

which is more likely to leave us depressed, anxious and less confident. Our posture will be more

reserved more crouched down and more defeated looking.

And it will also attract a lot of negative attention especially

bullies because bullies can sense timidness from your posture.

So how do we reset this counter? How do we jumpstart this positive feedback loop?

Well what we can do is we can stand up straight with our shoulders back. When you do this,

you're basically showing that you can handle whatever life throws at you.

And all you need to do is you need to tell yourself that hey I may be down right now

but there's so much opportunity for me. So it's not so much fake it until you make it. It's more of the belief that

you have the ability to jump start a positive feedback loop, and you can because you know right now that the difference between

the lobster that wins and the lobster that loses is the availability of

serotonin. So what you want to do is you want to increase the amount of serotonin in your body and

by standing up straight you're also implying

that you can handle whatever is given to you. And we are not just our body, we are also a psyche.

Standing up straight is not just about the physical is also about the metaphysical and

it just shows everyone that we will accept challenges

instead of brace ourselves for a catastrophe. And by doing this you will find that more people

will be coming up to you to give you opportunities to you and

you will also

feel that the people around you will start treating you as someone of higher status.

Rule Number 2:

Treat Yourself Like Someone You

Are Responsible For Helping.

In rule number 2 Jordon Peterson asks us to imagine that a hundred people are being prescribed a drug.

He said that according to research 1/3 of the people will not even collect their prescription and

half of the other 2/3 will either take the medication wrongly, skip doses or even quit taking it early.

Of course there are reasons as to why this may happen. It could be that maybe some people

may not entirely trust their doctor's opinion or

they may not be able to afford the medication so they have to stagger their doses.

But then Jordon Peterson asks: what if this same situation were to happen but to your pets or to your family members?

Will you do the same thing?

Jordon Peterson explains why

on average, we are less likely to take care of ourselves than other people. The reason is that people

are self-conscious. We are self-conscious of our actions,

our limitations and our flaws and we feel that we are not deserving.

But the thing is you are important to the people around you.

You are important to your pets and your family members. If you are not

well or not around, who is going to take care of them?

So

it's really important to take care of yourself because we all have a role to play in the unfolding destiny of the world.

Rule Number 3: Make Friends With People Who Want The best For You. In rule number 3

Jordan Peterson talks about his childhood

and how he had a group of friends that he thought had a lot of potential,

especially one of his pals called Chris, who he thought was really intelligent.

And it's very heartbreaking to hear that his friend Chris actually committed suicide in his forties and in Rule 3

Jordan Peterson

shares about some the things

in Chris's life

which he felt may not have been very helpful for him. One of them being his choice of friends.

Jordon Peterson gives an example of friends who may not be very helpful for our well-being.

For example you are trying to quit smoking (or any other bad habit)

and you have a group of friends who you normally smoke with and you tell them that hey, I want to quit this habit.

If your friend still offers you a cigarette even though that he knows that you want to quit, that

should be a red flag to you, and it's most likely that your friend is trying to offer you a

cigarette because if you can successfully quit your bad habit, it makes his bad habit of smoking

look worse and this makes the other person feel embarrassed that he can't quit as well.

Jordon Peterson also talks about why he thinks that people continuously choose the wrong people as their friends and

it could be that because some people have a low

self-worth and they refuse to take

responsibility for their life. They don't believe that they deserve better,

so they don't go looking for better.

And that could be the reason why.

Jordon Peterson says that it's morally alright to look for people, who want to elevate you and not drag you down.

Rule Number 4: Compare Yourself To Who You Were Yesterday And Not Who Someone Else Is Today.

There will always be someone who is better off than us and someone who is also worse off than us.

But the thing is we are always the constant and therefore

we are the best person to compare ourselves with.

We just don't know what is going on in the lives of other people. There are just so many

dimensions and often when we compare ourselves with someone else we only look at one

dimension or one slice of the other person's life. Often that is just not realistic at all and not in

tune with real life.

For example your colleague might just

have gotten a really big promotion at work

but this marriage is

breaking apart.

Whereas your marriage is still happy and intact.

Whose life is better?

Jordan Peterson gives us this piece of advice. He says to use ourselves as a measurement and

to make a conscious decision to

improve ourselves each and every day so that who we are today who is better than who we were yesterday.

Imagine the progress that can be made if we did this every single day for the next year.

Rule Number 5: Do Not Let Your Children Do Anything That Will Make You Dislike Them. Rule number 5 is for

parents who have very young children and also for those of you who work with very young kids.

So in this rule, Jordan Peterson says that you know you may love your kids, but if

those actions that your kids do really make you dislike them,

imagine the affect that those actions might have on other people. And he said that you might think that

you're really kind, and you might think you know I'm really patient. I love my kids,

I'll never turn resentful towards them.

But he says that you know we all have a threshold and we all have the propensity to be good and bad.

And you know you might never know one day

they may do a really small action that you dislike, and you might just snap at them, and you don't want that to happen

because it can really hurt the child.

Rule Number 6: Set Your House In Perfect Order Before You Criticize The World.

Rule number 6 is about cleaning up your life and

Jordan Peterson asks these questions. He asks us:

Do we have any habits that we know that are destroying our life, our health and our well-being?

Have we taken full advantage of all the opportunities that have been offered to us?

Have we said what needs to be said to our family and friends?

Jordan Peterson gives us this bit of advice on how to clean up our lives. He says to

start to stop doing what we know that is wrong.

And he also says that we don't need to waste time

questioning how we know something is wrong because you can know that something is wrong without knowing why.

You can trust your own judgment.

Alright, so we've come to the end of my summary of the first 6 rules of Jordon Peterson's 12 Rules For Life.

So now I thought I'll just briefly tell you about my experience reading this book.

I really enjoyed this book and it really helped me to explain things I previously knew. For example,

I knew things such as that we should really

choose our friends carefully.

That our posture should always be straight.

But I didn't necessarily know why and this book really explained all this. I would really recommend this book to people who are

people who are into psychology because it explains a lot of social constructs and it explains the behaviour of people as well.

But one thing to note

is that this book can get a bit complicated, it can get a bit long-winded and go off tangent.

And I think that might be because Jordon Peterson is a

Psychologist and Lecturer and he is really intelligent, and so I think maybe he just wanted to pack a lot of information into this book

So what I would recommend is

while reading this book is to also check out some of his lectures and also to check out his interview with Dave Rubin on the Rubin Report.

Because it really helps you to digest the book and the information inside.

I also would recommend you to go on to reddit and also to read other blogs

so that you can get the opinion of other people as well. I think

everybody's experience

of reading this book will be different. Everybody will take out different points.

1. Omega-3 rich fish:

Some fish contain more omega-3 fatty acids, experts recommend eating at least 3 to 4 fish halves, twice a week.

2. Soybeans:

Soybeans also contain less fat, more protein and fiber.

3. Edible oils:

6. Broccoli, cauliflower:

Rich in vitamins K and C, broccoli also contains a compound called sulforaphane, which may help prevent or slow the progression of osteoarthritis.

Broccoli is also rich in calcium, beneficial for bone building.

7. Green Tea:

Green tea contains polyphenols, which are antioxidants, which reduce inflammation and slow cartilage destruction.

Another antioxidant in green tea called epigallocatechin-3-gallate, which works to prevent the production of molecules that cause joint damage, in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

8. Citrus fruit:

Citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon, are rich in vitamin C.

Research shows that enough vitamin C, which helps the body prevent arthritis and maintain healthy joints.

9. Whole Grains:

Whole grains, which reduce the C protein in the blood.

C-reactive protein is an indicator of inflammation, related to heart disease, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis.

Oats, brown rice, are excellent sources of whole grains.

Beans:

High fiber, a nutrient that helps reduce arthritis.

Beans are also a great source of food, and are less expensive, and are an important source of protein for muscle health.

Some beans are rich in folic acid, magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium, all of which are beneficial for the heart and immune system.

Red beans, red kidney beans and pinto beans are the preferred options.

Garlic:

Studies have shown that people who regularly consume foods from the Allium group, such as garlic, onion and leeks, show little early evidence of osteoarthritis.

Researchers believe that the diallyl disulphine compound found in garlic can inhibit cartilage-degrading enzymes.

12. Grains:

The nuts are rich in protein, calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin E and alpha linolenic acid, boosting immunity, as well as high in protein and fiber.

These substances are beneficial for cardiovascular health, and are beneficial for weight loss.

Try walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios and almonds.

one's all about that chicken bacon ranch so let me run inside real quick to scoop

this one up and then we'll definitely peep this out well I've had a few

requests to do this one here at Domino's so let's get into it

it's the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and definitely a very semi toasty

situation here guys I'm definitely diggin the oven marks on the top of this

artisan bread looking fairly decent let's pop the top in one of these halves

here and see we've got underneath plenty of that smoked bacon they definitely

don't skimp on that which is looking good we've got the melty provolone this

is supposed to have a decent amount of ranch in there as well and that's all on

top of some grilled chicken breast and it actually looks really appetizing so I

got to say so far the presentation looks fairly decent on this one let's lift the

other side real fast and see what we've got plenty of that bacon chicken cheesy

goodness guys I'm thinking this is gonna be pretty tasty so let's not waste any

more time let's get into a right now this is the chicken bacon ranch sandwich

here at Domino's let's peep out this flavor lots of meaty cheesy goodness in

this one and it's absolutely burning my fingers right now let's dive in it's the

chicken bacon ranch sandwich here at Domino's mmmm yeah right off the break that

smoky bacon goes amazingly well with the semi juicy white meat of that chicken

guys this is actually very delicious and then you're getting a little bit of that

ranch coming up on the back end to add even more pop to it this is pretty tasty

hmmm that ranch is adding just the right amount of tartness to the overall

package on this one and the moisture that it's also bringing to the party is

also going nicely with the cheese guys I can actually taste the provolone cheese

on this and it's a pretty healthy amount on top of it well it's still a lot of

bread but there's plenty of chopped smoked bacon in this one to go with a

nice amount of ranch sauce and while I do like the provolone cheese on this one

I only wish as I'm eating this there's actually more of that grilled chicken

it's just a little light in that department as you can see but don't get

me wrong what is in this sandwich definitely works flavor-wise and with

the combination of the bacon and the ranch what is there really not to like

about that that combo is awesome anyway right mmm yesir it does work and when

you have that toasty artisan bread to go with it guys that houses all the

goodness on the inside you have a lot to look forward to with this one it really

is pretty tasty one more quick shot on the

inside and as with the case with most of these chicken sandwiches at least the

ones that I've had white meat tends to be just a little bit drier so it really

does depend upon the condiments that they serve on top of it to really help

deliver that moisture but I got to say guys what it does lack an overall

moisture in the chicken itself it easily is made up for because of the ranch and

the smokiness of that bacon that combination along with the cheese is

very very good here hey but of course that's just my opinion what do you guys

think do you think the chicken bacon ranch here at Domino's delivers the

goods in terms of the presentation because I can tell you flavor-wise

obviously I think you know where I'm going with this one it is pretty tasty

but what do you think of the overall quantity of the ingredients in this is

this worth the money to you drop those comments down below and definitely let

me know and as for the overall score I'm gonna have to give the chicken bacon

ranch sandwich here at Domino's a pretty decent 8.5 out of 10 just

like most of the other sandwiches I've reviewed here at Domino's what tends to

be lacking more often than not is usually one of the main ingredients of

the sandwich itself which is the meat I think for the asking price you should be

getting just a little bit more grilled chicken on this one to complement the

amount of toppings on it and aside from it being very bready in general that's

really the only knock with this one cuz the flavors do work I would recommend it

especially if you're a fan of bacon or ranch which I'm sure is most of you guys

and those are my thoughts on another one of the oven baked sandwiches here at

Domino's as we close out another episode of peep this out guys and like I always
