The prosecutor of Colmar in France's Alsace region has confirmed that Anthony Bourdain

hanged himself in the bathroom of his hotel room in France.

According to the Associated Press, prosecutor Christian de Rocquigny said that on Friday,

the famous chef, writer, and host of CNN's Parts Unknown, took the belt from his hotel

bathrobe to commit suicide.

Rocquigny said that, "there is no element that makes us suspect that someone came into

the room at any moment."

He also revealed that a medical expert confirmed that there were no signs of violence.

The prosecutor confirmed that toxicology tests were being conducted, including urine tests,

to determine if 61-year-old Bourdain was on any medication, in part to help his family

find closure.

Many celebrities, chefs, and friends have since mourned his death.

CNN shared in a statement on Friday that Bourdain died by suicide while working on a new episode

of the Peabody-winning series in France.

"[Bourdain's] love of great adventure, new friends, fine food and drink, and the remarkable

stories of the world made him a unique storyteller.

His talents never ceased to amaze us and we will miss him very much."

Following Bourdain's breakthrough in 1999 with the revered New Yorker article Don't

Eat Before Reading This, he landed his Travel Channel show No Reservations in 2005, and

then later left to join CNN and launch his brilliantly narrated Parts Unknown in 2013.

Here's Where Robert Mueller Made His First Big Mistake

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is once more at the center of controversy.

His efforts over the past two years to take down President Trump and his campaign team

have been insignificant – he is making a mess not only of his team and his reputation,

but of the Department of Justice's reputation in general.

President Trump has made every effort to stand against Robert Mueller, and soon, it may be

over thanks to a big mistake Robert Mueller just made.

New information just revealed Robert Mueller made one grave mistake that has nothing to

do with the Trump campaign investigation, but could ruin his career for good.

Against his better judgment, Robert Mueller opposed the pardon for individuals who were

wrongly imprisoned.

New documents were revealed as to why he made this terrible decision – and how it would

benefit him.

As FBI director in 2002, Special Counsel Robert Mueller actually directed his agents to oppose

the pardons of four wrongfully imprisoned men.

Robert Mueller believed the documents provided for cross examination were merely "fodder"

and "circumstantial evidence."

Now, four years later, the estates of the four men were just awarded a $102 million

settlement by a federal judge in Boston for their wrongful imprisonment, over a decade

later.

Mueller ordered the FBI in Boston to answer a request to him from the Massachusetts Advisory

Board of Pardons for an "official version" of the imprisonment of these four men.

Supposedly, the four men – Louis Greco, Henry Tameleo, Peter Limone, and Joe Salvati–were

convicted in Boston for the murder of Edward Deegan in a gang-related bank burglary.

The timeline of the case was suspicious enough to tip Robert Mueller off in and of itself,

but it seems he ignored the evidence.

Within days of the Boston murder, FBI agents "found out" the name of the actual murderers,

and reported it to J. Edgar Hoover.

But the FBI allowed a bitmap to settle old scores by falsely testifying against these

four men–and taking away their freedom in return.

In 2002, one of the lawyers assigned to this case was seeking a posthumous pardon – which

he never received.

For 35 years, the FBI refused to release information pertaining to this case, citing that it was

confidential due to "national security" reasons.

And when the request for pardons came to then FBI Director Robert Mueller, nothing came

of it.

The Daily Caller reported:

Deegan was murdered on March 12, and the FBI office sent memos to Bureau headquarters in

Washington on March 15 and March 19 identifying the real killers – and with no mention of

the four men who later won the $102 million judgment.

Mueller, however, tried to convince the Massachusetts authorities that his own Bureau's documents

did not mean that the four men had been railroaded.

"Much of the FBI confidential source information relates to the individuals who were involved

in the Deegan murder as principals," Mueller's deputy said, underlining the word.

"This information is not necessarily inconsistent with the crimes for which the defendants were

convicted."

Despite the requests for pardons, the FBI remained adamant that the four men should

remain behind bars.

Even as a US Attorney in Boston before his time in the FBI, both Robert Mueller's predecessor

and successor lobbied to keep the men in jail.

And in 2002 when the case reopened, even the family's desperate pleas to pardon fell

on cold, deaf ears.

The Daily Caller continued:

Asked for a statement about the 2002 letter Mueller authorized to be sent to the Advisory

Board of Pardons, Mueller's office on Friday declined comment.

In the Greco family's 2002 plea for a posthumous pardon, their lawyer wrote:

"Louie Greco died an innocent man, despite numerous unheeded pleas of innocence.

His innocence was known prior to trial, yet he was tried, convicted and sentenced to death.

Now, the truth is being revealed and those responsible are facing a Congressional and

Justice Department investigation.

It is time for Massachusetts to officially acknowledge the wrong done to Mr. Greco and

his family and remove this blot from his name."

This case only further proves that Robert Mueller feels he is above the law – but

this misconduct by the FBI could finally be the nail in the coffin for Mueller and his

team.

Rep. Trey Gowdy recently announced he is not running for re-election to Congress.

Following the announcement, Gowdy has been dropping bombshell after bombshell relating

to the anti-Trump Russia investigation.

And he just dropped his biggest bomb yet, naming who's really behind the Russia investigation.

While speaking with Fox News host Martha MacCallum, Gowdy was asked if he thinks that special

counsel Robert Mueller has gone beyond the initial focus of the investigation.

Gowdy stated that he feels the investigation has already wandered away from its original

intention.

And in answering the question, Gowdy stated he doesn't blame Robert Mueller for the

broad investigation, but rather blames Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Gowdy claims that Rosenstein drafted the jurisdiction and charter that empowered Mueller.

As reported by The Daily Caller:

"HOUSE OVERSIGHT CHAIRMAN TREY GOWDY BLAMES DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL ROD ROSENSTEIN FOR

THE BROAD PURVIEW OF THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION, HE REVEALED IN A FOX NEWS INTERVIEW ON TUESDAY.

FOX NEWS HOST MARTHA MACCALLUM NOTED THAT SPECIAL COUNSELS OFTEN GO BEYOND THEIR INITIAL

FOCUS AND ASKED GOWDY IF HE HAD FEARS OF THAT HAPPENING WITH ROBERT MUELLER'S RUSSIA INVESTIGATION.

"YOU HAVE SEEN SPECIAL COUNCILS IN THE PAST LEAVE THEIR PURVIEW AND THE INVESTIGATION

GOES ON FOR A LONG TIME, THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW, YOU ARE INVESTIGATING A MONICA LEWINSKY

CASE WHEN THE PRESIDENT DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER WHEN THE SPECIAL COUNSEL BEGAN HIS WORK.

YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FEAR OF THAT HERE?"

MACCALLUM ASKED.

GOWDY SAID THAT THE MUELLER INVESTIGATION HAS ALREADY WANDERED AWAY FROM ITS ORIGINAL

INTENTION, BUT HE DOESN'T BLAME MUELLER — RATHER, HE BLAMES THE PERSON WHO SET THE

PURVIEW FOR THE CASE.

"DO I HAVE FEAR THAT JURISDICTION MAY WANDER A BIT?

I THINK IT ALREADY HAS," HE RESPONDED.

"IT HAS ALREADY WANDERED A LITTLE BIT.

BUT I WOULD NOT BLAME BOB MUELLER.

I WOULD BLAME WHOEVER DRAFTED THE JURISDICTION AND THE CHARTER THAT EMPOWERED HIM.

IF YOU LOOK AT IT, IT SAYS MATTERS THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE INVESTIGATION.

WHAT THE HECK HECK DOES THAT MEAN?

IS THAT A BANK ROBBERY IN TOPEKA, KANSAS?"

MACCALLUM QUESTIONED IF ROSENSTEIN WAS THE ONE WHO WROTE THAT LANGUAGE, AND GOWDY CONFIRMED

THAT DETAIL.

"AND THAT LANGUAGE CAME FROM ROD ROSENSTEIN?"

SHE ASKED.

"YES MA'AM," GOWDY SAID BLUNTLY."

Anyone with a brain already understood that the Russia investigation has steered far away

from the direction it was meant to go, and with the anti-Trump bent of the investigation

that isn't surprising.

The texts between the two FBI lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page prove that the investigators

involved in the investigation are far from unbiased.

And thanks to the candid statements from Trey Gowdy, we now know that Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein is just another part of the anti-Trump Russia conspiracy theory.

Robert Mueller Made A Huge Mistake That Could Sink His Russia Case

Robert Mueller is not the squeaky clean prosecutor his apologists in the media make him out to

be.

The special counsel was caught red-handed cutting corners in a high profile trial about

alleged election meddling.

And this mistake could sink his entire Russia case.

Lawyers for the thirteen Russian nationals indicted by Mueller for conspiring to defraud

the United States have proven to be more than a match for Mueller and his band of partisan

Democrat prosecutors.

The attorneys shocked Mueller and his team when they entered a not guilty plea, and Mueller

was dealt his first legal setback when a judge turned down his request to delay the trial.

Now these lawyers have uncovered Mueller taking legal short cuts that could get the whole

case thrown out.

Mueller's team charged 13 Russian nationals with conspiracy to defraud the United States,

as opposed to conspiracy to violate Federal Election Commission laws, because the standards

of proof for conspiracy is much lower than proof of violating FEC laws.

Prosecutors made their argument as to why that was an acceptable move in briefings filed

with the court.

The special counsel's team wrote:

"As an initial matter, the government agrees that the plain language of the statutory provisions

Concord Management has identified in the Federal Election Campaign Act, 52 U.S.C. § 30109(d),

and the Foreign Agent Registration Act 22 U.S.C. § 618(a), set forth a "willfulness"

Case 1:18-cr-00032-DLF Document 20 Filed 06/01/18 Page 5 of 12 6 standard with respect to knowledge.

The government, however, did not charge Concord Management with substantive violations of

FECA, FARA, or for that matter, visa fraud — an offense that requires only a "knowing"

standard.

See 18 U.S.C. § 1546.

Concord Management is alleged to have conspired to defraud the United States, in violation

of 18 U.S.C. § 371.

As described in more detail below, the mens rea for that offense is intent to defraud

the United States, not to willfully commit substantive offenses that are not charged

in the Indictment."

But lawyers for Concord Management fired back that Mueller's team was cutting corners.

They argued that the special counsel invented a "make believe" crime of conspiring to

interfere in an election and is disregarding the intent of Congress who specifically set

a higher threshold of intent for violating FEC laws.

Concord's lawyers wrote:

"Presumably to bolster these allegations (which have a strong odor of hypocrisy) 4

, the Special Counsel has pleaded around the knowledge requirements of all related substantive

statutes and regulations by asserting that Concord conspired to obstruct the functions

of the United States Departments of Justice ("DOJ") and State ("DOS"), and the

Federal Election Commission ("FEC").5 But violations of the relevant federal campaign

laws and foreign agent registration requirements administered by the DOJ and the FEC require

the defendant to have acted "willfully," a word that does not appear anywhere in Count

One of the Indictment.

See 52 U.S.C. § 30109(d) and 22 U.S.C. § 618(a)."

They also contended that this amounted to a trick to get around using the "willful"

intent standard since the last time the Department of Justice brought charges of foreign interference

in 1998 over foreign donations to Democrat campaigns, the "willful" language was

part of the indictment.

Mueller has granted himself broad powers to investigate crimes far outside his mandate.

And now he stands accused of fabricating a crime and ignoring the statutory language

in order to charge these Russian entities.

If the court agrees Mueller cut corners and is bending the law, his case against the Russian

firms and nationals will collapse.

Donald Trump's presidential campaign was the worst thing that ever happened to Hillary

Clinton.

He destroyed her entire reputation.

And if Trump gets his way in his latest call, things won't be done for Hillary, and she'll

be in DEEP trouble.

There was a lot that Donald Trump's campaign exposed about Hillary Clinton during her lifetime

in the political arena.

It wasn't a hard thing to do, since her first day in the public eye; Hillary Clinton

has found herself in scandal.

But of all the attacks levied against the former Secretary of State her misuse of a

private email server that put classified information at risk was the worst.

Even those in her own party had trouble defending her negligence, and many downright refused

to even defend her.

Even former FBI Director James Comey, who let her off the hook, was forced to scold

Hillary for her extreme negligence.

But while she wasn't punished criminally, she faced terrible punishment at the ballot

box, as many believe that her email scandal harmed her immensely in the 2016 election.

And although she wasn't criminally charged, she still isn't completely off the hook

in the arena of public opinion.

A new report that is currently being prepared for release outlines what went into James

Comey's decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton.

The report was compiled by the Justice Department, and has already been reviewed by Congress.

Because it has already been reviewed by Congress, and is complete, it is concerning to some

that it may not be released to the public for some weeks.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter to make his concern with this known, questioning

delays in release, and speculating that it could be delayed in order to weaken the report.

While the contents of the report are only known to those in Congress who have reviewed

it, it very likely could have very damning evidence against both James Comey and Hillary

Clinton.

Even with Hillary Clinton no longer in the political arena and James Comey out of government

altogether, Trump believes the American people deserve to know what actually happened.

If there's one thing that former President Obama's administration wasn't known for,

it's transparency.

That's why, with President Donald Trump in office, it is important to expose those

who were in power during the former administration.

There are few past presidents so willing to get answers about serious cases of corruption.

That's why his tweet is important.

Those compiling the report know that they have to be careful not to omit important details.

President Donald Trump is more than willing to fight for the truth, even when others aren't.

When Hillary Clinton got off scot-free in her now infamous email scandal, it put serious

doubt on the fairness of the legal system in the United States.

Most of America saw Hillary Clinton getting off with a slap on the wrist for her dangerous

actions as proof that she's above the law.

The American people deserve to know why this happened.

SARAH SANDERS LOOKS CNN'S CUOMO RIGHT IN THE EYE AND GIVES HIM A LESSON IN JOURNALISM

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders shut down CNN host Chris Cuomo on

his own show on Thursday when he tried to run his mouth at her.

The Daily Caller reported that Sanders boasted about the strong economy and President Donald

Trump's recent legislation benefiting veterans during an interview with Cuomo, who tried

to challenge the president's anti-CNN stance.

"Do you think that by saying, 'We stink,' that we don't like veterans, that we are

bad for America, the president says we are enemies of America, do you think that that

works for you long-term?"

Cuomo asked.

"What I think is important to remember is that you guys get to ask the questions, but

you can't always complain about the answers," Sanders fired back.

"You constantly ask the same question over and over and over again and expect different

answers and then get mad when the answers don't change."

Sanders went on to slam CNN and claim that they have avoided reporting the news in order

to constantly attack the president.

"Unfortunately, you guys quit reporting the news.

When I can read a news story and I have no idea what side of the story the reporter is

on, that's a good news story," she said.

"You'll be hard-pressed to find a lot of news that looks like that."

Cuomo tried to say that he is not an opinion journalist and to argue that she doesn't

answer the public's questions during White House press briefings, but Sanders wasn't

having any of it.

"I answer questions all day, every day," Sanders retorted.

"It's what I spend every minute of the day doing.

It's why I'm sitting here

at 9 o'clock at night answering

questions

to you."

Top 5 things You May Not Have Known You Could Do With Your iPad - Duration: 7:42.

hey welcome back to the channel today we're looking at the top five things

that you might not have known that you could do with your iPad, so here we go.

Alright so these are gonna be five legit things that you might not have known you

can do they're not gonna be things like taking notes with the Apple pencil and

browsing the web and stuff like that that everybody knows you could do these

are gonna be five things that I found that I haven't seen a lot of videos on

that not a lot of people may know that they can do with their iPad I'm gonna

have links down in the description to all the hardware that I talked about and

if you want to see more details on anything that I go over let me know down

in the description I'm just gonna do kind of a brief overview and I'm happy

to do a more detailed video if you want to see that so let's get right into it

all right item number one is video editing and I'm not talking about just

basic video editing sure the iPad comes with iMovie and that works really great

you can load files in and edit them make your little movie and it's a pretty

decent editor but if you want to take it to the next level there's software

called LumaFusion now this software is fantastic it's a fully featured

application you can legit use your iPad as your main editing device it handles

4k no problem I'm using it on a 2018 iPad, not the iPad Pro, and it works

beautifully. I load the video in using the camera connection kit and hook my SD

card reader up to it load the videos right in and I can pull them into my

timeline and start editing it's got effects color correction you

can do multiple layers you can do multiple layers of video and sound and

it's super smooth plays back everything really well and then you can export

directly to YouTube if you want to or save the file off to a file on your iPad

and copy it off later it's fantastic software and truly makes the iPad a

legit editing device. Thing number two is a remote display for your computer

now this will work with both MacOS and Windows I tried find out a way to do

something similar in Linux couldn't find anything so unfortunately you're out of

luck in that OS but a MacOS and Windows are several applications that will let

you do this the one that I found that works the best is

Duet display after you get that set up you hook up your iPad with the lightning

cable to an available USB 3 or 3.1 port duet display does its thing and it shows

up as a separate monitor you can go in set resolutions you can span your

desktop across you can mirror it you can treat it just like you would a normal

monitor this is a fantastic thing to have if you're on the go if you're

traveling and you use it on your laptop it's like having a second monitor when

you're traveling because my workflow heavily relies on having two dual

monitors so if I can have that when I'm on the road that is a plus item number

three of the top five things you might not have known you can do with your iPad

is to use it as an effects processor and amplifier for your guitar now every iPad

comes with GarageBand and GarageBand is fantastic music creation software I'm

not going to go into details in it because that would be multiple videos to

do that but just real quickly you can create sequences in it you have virtual

instruments like a virtual drummer and things like that

virtual guitar but it also has an effect stack and simulation of different

amplifiers and you can hook your guitar to your iPad and play through those

amplifiers now what you'll need to do this is you'll need the camera

connection kit you want to get the one that has a USB 3 connection and then you

just need an adapter that plugs into your guitar has USB on the other end and

plugs into that and then GarageBand will recognize it automatically and then you

can go through and just try out those different effects try out the different

amplifiers it is so much fun you can get a real crunchy sound you can get a

bluesy sound. I'm not at all a professional musician I pick up my

guitar every once a while and pluck on it but to me all the effects sound

really good for banging out a quick idea or recording you know impromptu

recording session it works really well. Alright so item number four similar to

item number three but it involves using a keyboard and using that MIDI enabled

keyboard to play music through your iPad now GarageBand works really well for

keyboards just like it does for guitar it has simulations of all kinds of

different pianos and keyboards and you know rock keyboards grand piano all and

organ all kinds of stuff and then you can

download more as well but it comes with a large variety and what you need to

make this work is you need a MIDI to USB cable now I again I'll have a link down

the description to one you can use I've had one for years and years and again

you just hook it up to your keyboard plug it into your iPad go into the

keyboard section and it's gonna recognize it and then you can select

your effects through the iPad and then when you start playing on your physical

keyboard it'll play through the iPad and you'll be triggering those sounds works

really well and it's so much fun to play with and again forgetting quick ideas or

if you just dream it with your friends or something like that actually these

sounds are really good so you can probably even use it in some

professional capacity as well I definitely recommend this it's tons of

fun if nothing else. Item number five is using your iPad as a remote streaming

device to play all your PC games without having to sit in front of your PC now

there're two main ways to do this one is available right now the other is gonna

be available in just a few weeks and I'm gonna do a full video on that when it's

available the one that's available right now is called Moonlight,now the caveat

to this is you have to have an Nvidia card what it does is it makes your iPad

show up as a game stream enabled device so when you go into your Nvidia

experience on your computer and hook up a new game stream device you can hook it

up to your iPad and then you can stream all your games to your iPad and if you

have a controller that works on your iPad you'll be able to control all those

games it actually works really well once you make that connection you'll get a

list of all the games that are available to be streamed and you can stream them

any any of them the better the Wi-Fi you have you know the better the experience

is going to be if you're not on AC, 802.11AC don't even try this because

you'll get a lot of lag and it won't be an enjoyable experience if you have a

solid 802.11AC connection there's not a lot of latency it actually works

really really well and I can definitely recommend this it's available right now

if you have an Nvidia card you can start doing this today the next thing that's

going to be available in a few weeks is the

official steam link app that's gonna be available for iOS it's available on

Android right now it's gonna be available on iOS and that lets you

stream your Steam games over to your iPad and in that it doesn't matter if

you have Nvidia or AMD and again I'm going to do a full video on that so if

with your iPad, now not everybody is going to find use for all of these but I

thought they were kind of unusual and things that I haven't seen a lot of

videos about so hopefully they help some of you I use all of them from time to

time especially the the remote display that is a big one and looma fusion those

are two that I definitely use the most all the other ones work really well and

Illustrations à l'appui. L'eau est montée à une vitesse impressionnante. A Saint-Avold, en Moselle, les caves, les parking et les magasins du centre-ville se sont retrouvés inondés ce samedi 9 juin après-midi

La pluie est abondamment tombée sur la commune pendant près d'une heure provoquant des dégâts qui ont mené les pompiers à intervenir 250 fois

Curieusement, l'Est de la France a été particulièrement touché par les éléments déchaînés alors que la région n'était pas concernée par les nombreuses alertes aux orages décrétées par Météo France ce samedi

En effet, jusqu'à 35 départements de l'Ouest et de l'Ile-de-France ont été placés sous vigilance orange au cours de l'après-midi

A Metz, le tunnel de la gare s'est retrouvé lui aussi inondé.A La Guierche, au nord du Mans dans la Sarthe, les routes ont été inondées par des pluies diluviennes

Les quelques voitures s'étant aventurées à circuler ont pataugé, avec de l'eau recouvrant la quasi totalité de leurs pneus

L'Ille-et-Vilaine a aussi eu son lot de dégâts, avec par exemple la plage de Dinard comme coupée en deux par un torrent d'eau de pluie

 Ou encore, toujours dans ce département breton, le toit d'une maison complètement parti en fumée après avoir été touché par un impact de foudre (vidéo en tête d'article)

Now, he really is box office and he knows it, with Bellew announcing after his last victory over Haye that he will only return to the ring for a huge bout

The Bomber named Andre Ward and Tyson Fury as two potential opponents. Ward is currently retired, but there is a school of thought that he could be brought back into the game if the right offer arrives

And the American has finally told Bellew what he must do to make the fight come to fruition

Speaking in Las Vegas ahead of Terence Crawford vs Jeff Horn, Ward spoke to FightHype and delivered his ultimatum to Bellew and Eddie Hearn

VIDEO Ward says about a fight with Bellew: "That's not something I'm pushing to do

Hearn and Bellew are telling people 'Ward's coming back, he wants to fight!' We've been sent no offer, so right now it's just talk

I know what he's doing, he's looking for a cashout." Ward then goes on to say that it would need to be for a stripe, which would mean Bellew would have to beat the winner of Oleksandar Usyk v Murat Gassiev

The American then states that he doesn't actually want Bellew to fight one of them for short money at this stage in his career

So it's a tricky situation for the Bomber and Matchroom. Do they take a risky fight against a tough opponent to lure Ward out of retirement for a big cashout? Or do they instead focus on the likes of Fury or a possible rematch with Adonis Stevenson? With both those fight likely to generate a lot of revenue
