Youtube daily report Jun 5 2018

CNN Spreads Nasty Rumor About Melania, So FLOTUS Shuts Them Up For Good.

CNN has been spreading a nasty rumor about First Lady Melania Trump which isn't based

on any sort of fact and which isn't even remotely true.

Sadly, this is what passes for "journalism" these days.

However, you'll be happy to know that Melania just shut her haters up for good, silencing

the liberal mainstream media.

CNN is officially moving into conspiracy theory territory when it comes to the network's

coverage of the "disappearance" of Melania Trump.

Any rational observer would attribute Melania's recent hiatus from the public eye to the emergency

kidney surgery she underwent in mid-May.

However, the so-called "journalists" over at CNN believe that the fact that Melania

is resting up must mean that there is something nefarious going on.

On May 14, 2018 First Lady Melania Trump underwent kidney surgery at Walter Reed Medical Medical

Center in Washington D.C.

"This morning, First Lady Melania Trump underwent an embolization procedure to treat

a benign kidney condition.

The procedure was successful and there were no complications," her spokesperson released

in a statement at the time.

"Mrs. Trump is at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and will likely remain there

for the duration of the week.

The First Lady looks forward to a full recovery so she can continue her work on behalf of

children everywhere."

While the First Lady's condition was "benign," it was serious.

She spent nearly a week in the hospital recovering.

"The First Lady returned home to the White House this morning.

She is resting comfortably and remains in high spirits.

Our office has received thousands of calls and emails wishing Mrs. Trump well, and we

thank everyone who has taken the time to reach out," her spokesperson said.

[Source: Townhall]

Faux-conservative pundit David Frum speculated that perhaps President Trump has been physically

abusing his wife, insinuating that this is what put her in the hospital, not an emergency

kidney surgery.

"Suppose President Trump punched the First Lady in the White House (federal property

= federal jurisdiction), then ordered the Secret Service to conceal the assault,"

Frum tweeted.

"POTUS has Article II authority over Secret Service.

Is that obstruction?

Under Sekulow/Dowd, apparently NO."

Of course, the usual crazies on Twitter agreed with this bogus theory.

One woman even claimed that when Melania told an audience at a rally that "Donald hits

back hard," it was actually a Freudian slip in which she had admitted her own abuse at

his hands.

"As someone who is a survivor of abuse, was thinking this but hoping I was wrong,"

tweeted a woman using the handle Donna Snowflake.

"Either @FLOTUS can't be seen publicly because of only 2 things that I can conclude

1.

Plastic surgery 2.

Predator beat her.

I'm truly hoping it's 1.

I can absolutely see him physically harming her."

"Being an abuse survivor, I can tell (so can you) that she is an abused wife," echoed

another Twitter user.

"Emotional for sure, and probably physical as well.

He is incapable of self control.

Remember, she said, 'Doald [sic] hits back hard.'"

Of course, if any of that were even remotely true, we'd already know about it.

The doctors and nurses who treated Melania would've recognized the evidence of physical

abuse and leaked it to the press.

That would've been the biggest story of the year.

But no one leaked any information to the press because it didn't happen.

That doesn't seem to matter to anyone, though, least of all the host of CNN's "Reliable

Sources," Brian Stelter, who has also become a Melania-truther:

Melania Trump has officially gotten the last laugh, though, because Stetler neglected to

doublecheck when she had been last seen.

As it turns out, a very "reliable source" saw Melania in the West Wing of the White

House just last week.

As it turns out, she hasn't "disappeared" after all.

If a tree falls in the woods, but CNN didn't see it happen, it still fell.

"Hey @BrianStelter — @CNBC's Washington correspondent @EamonJavers — who I would

call a Reliable Source — says he saw @FLOTUS in the West Wing on May 29th, yet the graphic

you shared claims that she was last seen on May 10th.

You are sharing Fake News right now.

Delete your Tweet," tweeted Judicial Watch's Jerry Dunleavy.

my room tour ⭐️ minimal(ish) & very colorful heh - Duration: 18:38.

Hello my frens it's Nina and for this video

I didn't film an actual intro because I decided to just jump right into filming without filming an actual intro

so I'm doing it right now on my vlogging camera.

So I just wanted to say a few things before the video starts because I literally just

jumped right into filming without even caring about making an intro anyway

so for this video I'm going by sections because my room is pretty small. This new room's

definitely a lot smaller than my last room, so I'm going by sections. I hope it makes sense now why going in sections. But yeah

this is my room. That's all I needed to say. That's all I needed to point out. Also, I'm wearing pants weEEE

I filmed a room tour on my DSLR so the quality is going to change. It's not on my vlogging camera

I just needed to make an intro. That is all I wanted to say. Let's get into the video weeee

Hello. This is my favorite

corner of my room. My room's very small

so there's only so much I can do with the amount of space that I'm given but this is the area of my room that I

put the most effort in so

here it is. Currently I'm sitting on this

DIY

reading kind of cushion thing. So basically it's just two pillows covered with a blanket

with more pillows on top.

REVOLUTIONARY!!

So this is what I came up with

and it's been here for a very long time now and I feel like I'm just gonna keep it here cuz it's great

and it's very comfortable and I really like having this window right above me. It's just there's

perfect light. And then under here

I have a lap desk and I can do work and it just makes me feel more productive and I have this

nice surface for me to work on. So I usually just put it under here. And don't ask me why everything's red

I just, I really like the color red, so everything's just red. I also had this piece of furniture since middle school

and I really wanted red furniture.

Now some people might question why I got red furniture, but you know what?

I like it and I feel like if I got a neutral color my room just wouldn't, it wouldn't feel the same.

So this is just, I'm glad that I made this decision, you know, everything contrasts real well.

It's great. You know, it just spices up my room. There is a plant right here. It's uh, it's a type of

succulent so it doesn't really need too much water

It could survive, but you know what if I ever feel bad, maybe I'll give it water but otherwise, I don't really water it

too much. I have more plants and stuff here, but I guess I'll just give you a closer look so come here! Come here.

So now that I have brought you closer I can show you more details of this corner.

So the first thing I want to talk about is this plant right here as you can see. It's a real plant.

It's a pothos... pothos plant. His name is Joonie.

It's a real plant. I got it in May,

so I got it last month. It's doing really well.

It's very healthy, growing nicely. I'm watering it all the time.

Not all the time all the time, but like when it needs water because if you overwater it, it's gonna turn yellow

and it's gonna have root rot and all that. I'm learning things??

But yeah, so I'm watering it just when it needs water.

It gets good sunlight, not direct sunlight or else the leaves will like die, but he's doing well. He's doing great.

The leaves are growing longer and it's starting to turn over. I can't see it here

But this one this is a new leaf as you can see it's still kind of curly. Over here

we've got a nice leaf coming up and it's just, it's starting to sprout out. I'm really proud of Joonie and just...

Proud of ya. Behind Joonie I've got my paintings. You might remember my paintings from my painting videos.

I've got my paintings here. The blue really goes well with the red and the yellow and the greens that are going on

so I'm really happy about that and behind that I've got a fake flower plant that I bought a while ago.

It's got a

lemonade bottle

I've got more fake flowers here. Back when I drank soda. It was probably like high school. I have this polar bear doll thing.

It just adds a little cuteness to my room and I've got this paper mache bottle.

I made paper mache in one of my art classes. It was senior year? Definitely senior year of high school. It's still in good condition

so I kept it and it has all these tissue flowers from my Spanish class in high school, too.

And then I've got my sunglasses here as you can see and then this is my jewelry box. I've got earrings here,

I've got some bracelets and watches here. I've got miscellaneous items here. I've got this little

rock, it's got a turtle on it. It adds a little charm to my room. I don't know why I keep it in here.

Yeah, I'll display it. I'll display it. It's cute.

Display it right here. Nice. And then I have this fish that I made.

I made it a very long time ago. It was probably like elementary school and I kept it since then. And then I have this jewelry-

sorry my eczema's showing-

and then I have this jewelry holding thing. I got it from Claire's when I got my piercings done.

Yeah, so I just put my necklaces on here. I put my dangly earrings here.

And then from here, I have these lights just stringing across for that, just for a little something special, you know

I like the way it just crosses over through everything. And then right here I have my Polaroid camera

Haven't really used it much but I am planning to use it this summer.

Now we're going to go on to the next corner, which is over there. So this is the other corner of my room

It's facing the corner I just showed you and there's nothing going on here. But you know what, it's fine

It's fine. There's not really much I can do maybe if I wanted to put some stuff up here

I might but from now I've only lived here for a few months

So I just haven't had time to really decorate decorate and also all of my stuff is missing.

SO... but anyway

this is what the corner is for now. The lights end here as you can see. You can see the lights.

They kind of just dangle right behind and there's a plug outlet right behind this mirror. And then I have this mirror.

It's from Ikea. Most of my furniture is just from Ikea, just take note of that I guess. And then right here

I have a makeup tray. This is actually all the makeup I use on a day to day basis.

I think this is all the makeup I own. In the bathroom

there might be some palettes here and there

but these are the palettes I use the most, such as this palette that you've seen before and then "Just Peachy."

So this is just all the makeup I use. When I was moving and when I was spring cleaning and all that I definitely

threw out everything I didn't need, it was just like products from high school and stuff.

I'm very simple with my makeup so I don't use too much.

So this is all I need and then I'll demonstrate how I get this done in the morning. So I sit here,

sorry about my high waisted pants

So I sit here next to my mirror and then this is definitely much better

for my back than what I was doing before.

I was standing up doing my makeup like this and it was just hurting my back and all that

so I just do my makeup like this now, you know.

Just like that! It's just simple yet efficient. Can you see my reflection? You can't really see it, but here I'll just plug my

Christmas lights.

If you can see it it's right here and it looks really nice right now. But, yeah, if it's like nighttime I'll put these lights on but we don't need them right now.

So that's what this corner is. I also have this green ottoman that I got from TJ Maxx back in the day.

It does have stuff in it. It's just some books here and there. It's got my sketchbook. It's got notebooks.

It's got one of my college textbooks.

I've got some Muji notebooks that I haven't used yet

but I'm very excited to use them for next semester hopefully cuz I like writing out my notes.

That's just where I like to hide things because there's not a lot of storage space in this room.

So that is all I can say about this corner, now we'll move on to the next corner.

But if you're wondering where my storage space is because there's nothing in my room,

here it is. So this is my closet.

It's a very big closet

The reason why I wanted this room is because of the big closet because it's a big closet

I need a big closet (oKAY NINA??) so I'm very surprised about the storage in this space.

But there's shelves upon shelves and I've got my books here.

If you were wondering where all my books are, they're here. A lot of them are still packed away

but these are the books that I care about the most. I also have my

pillow, it's a pillow that I made in high school. Just one day

I was like, "I want to make a pineapple in a pillow form." So I made one, and I still have it.

He's just chilling. He can chill right here. It's kind of-

(Nina struggling)

Living his best life. I've got my clothes here and then I've got a lot of boxes down there

but yeah, that is where I store everything. Outside of my *room (*i meant closet) it looks nice, but inside that's where the mess is.

All right, and now we've moved on to this corner.

This is actually technically the first corner because this is the first corner that you encounter when you enter my room

because this is the front door

but

it's alright. It's okay to do things out of order sometimes.

So I'm gonna give you a quick rundown of this corner. This is my robe. It's a fluffy pink robe

I don't use it for showering

I use it for if my house is cold or if I need to go to the bathroom, and I'm not wearing clothing.

So this is my shower robe that I use, it's just hanging here out of the way so it can dry properly.

No mildew. And then this is one of my favorite things about my room. It's this

hook

What do you call it? What is this, a coat hanger? It's kind of like a coat, hat hanger thing

It's got these little sticks. You probably can't really see the bottom one here, but

she's there. But this is where I hang all the stuff I need when I need to run out of the house. I got my

Cal visor (gO BEARS) if I want to like walk the dogs and I don't want to sweat too much.

And then I have this hat for days when I'm going out and I want to wear a hat.

I've got a couple bags here.

I've got my tote bag down here that you can't see. I also have this backpack that I use almost every single day

so it's just nice to have it hanging right here so I can just run out of the door, not have it be lost

as you can see *screams*

It's just a nice small backpack, I feel like you guys have seen it before. It's a good size for novels and

makeup and

maybe a water bottle. It's just nice and you can wear it all the time. This video also just became an OOTD

This is the outfit of the day.

Nice for hot weather but not too hot. And then here I've got a scarf that I wore almost every single day when I was

in school, and then I have my second favorite scarf that I also almost wore every single day.

So if I want to run out of the house and it's chilly, I've got some scarves.

I've got some hats.

Got my backpack. And then down here, you can't really see it, but I have a lanyard.

I don't know why it's hanging out here, but one day I'll put it in a bag

This is just my Cal lanyard with some protective gear. It's a pepper spray and a whistle

so if you want to fight me then fight me.

And then finally I have this special little thing that I got today.

I don't know where to keep it, so otherwise I've just been hanging it on this rack.

I'll show you guys what it is because it's quite nifty.

*screams*

So I got a(n)

official BTS army bomb.

I got it as a gift from my mom's friend who is also an army and I consider her my friend now.

She's my unnie. So..

Thankful for that. I don't know how I'm gonna repay her, but she's just been so helpful. Anyway

so I got it as a gift and I'm very excited to use it in

what is it, September? On Namjoon's birthday. So that is all for this corner

It's just out of the way right behind my door. So yeah

It's time to move on.

So we are coming towards the end as you can see. You might be able to recognize this area.

This is my desk slash work area.

I don't have a desktop here, but that's because my desktop is in another room because I didn't have space for it. Again

I really had to downsize with this room. Instead of a desktop

I do have my laptop, but I will work on the desktop for like editing videos and stuff.

I try not to work on videos here just because it takes up a lot of space and all that.

So yes, my desk is red if you didn't get it by now

I JUST really liked red when I was in middle school, and I still do, so I don't regret anything.

Yeah, this is the desk.

It's from Ikea and this is an alarm clock. I use it to look at the time. Here, you can see the brightness just

like that. I've got a lamp here. It's also from Ikea. I really like this... lampshade. Lampshade? Lampshade shape.

It's just nice and cozy and

elegant, and it's just this lamp here. It gives a nice

warm light that I like and

This is not a good video habit to be facing away from the camera, so I'll just, I'll go down here

So here is just storage. I just literally throw whatever. These are my headphones. They're great for college. They're noise-canceling

I've got some scissors

Just in case I ever need it. These are fabric scissors

but these are also the only pair of scissors I have because they always go missing

so these will not go missing. But these are fabric scissors because back in high school I experimented with making clothes and all that

Sorry, this is very squeaky. I just have it in here. This is where I make my

handwritten titles as you can see in probably this video too. I will edit with handwritten titles.

This is where I make my handwritten titles. It doesn't have a screen or anything. I'll give it a screen soon

But yeah, this is my iPad pro with a pencil

I'm gonna have to move over here now. Here is this paper shelf thing, and I've got some Muji notebooks

These, oh I moved my shelves a little bit. Three of them are for learning Korean

This one is from my semester of school. But these three, I'm learning Korean

so I'm just taking notes here, and one is for vocab one is for lessons and then one is for just random culture

whatever things (yes Nina using your words!!) I'm learning a lot. These Muji notebooks are great

So I just have them here. I have my bullet journal and then I've got random stuff here. I also have my camera

This is the camera I use for my videos if you can see it. This is the Canon g7x

This is what I use for almost all my videos, but for this room tour I wanted a different lens, so I didn't use it.

Here she is just sitting, chilling. I've got a candle. I've got tabasco sauce. I have a flash drive

So basically everything from my backpack is now out here. I have this yarn string

It's just yarn that you knit with and I just dangled it. I've got some Polaroids.

It's mostly pictures of me because they were from when I was trying out the Polaroid and I've got some pictures from high school

of some my friends and then I've got this collage thing I've made in the past.

It's a magazine page with some acrylic

painting on, what is it called, construction paper?

I like it. It's yellow, flowers. And then here is just a scrap piece of paper that I tested

watercolor on but it looked nice. And then a convenient thing also that I didn't realize until

I did it was when I stuck a post-it

right on this paper

it stuck really well because if you stick it on the wall, it doesn't really stick that much unless you really reinforce it.

But otherwise there she is and then I could just take her right off

It's really nice and I'll just write another note on that one day. But yeah this is my workspace

And also the background for some of my videos.

And then the final section is my bed.

This is my bed. It takes up a lot of space but it's fine because I am a sleeper

that needs a lot of space. My bed is very big but like I need the space because the way I sleep, I sleep like this

or like this, or like this, but I just take up a lot of space when I sleep so it's fine

I need a big size bed. I actually do a lot of stuff on here. I do my homework

I do reading, I sleep here. Also another thing over here

I have these LED lights so that if everything is dark I have these lights

It's very nice. I got these lights from Target for like five dollars

Pretty nice. They're battery-powered and you can just tie them anywhere you want. I didn't want to put anything on my walls

yet at the moment, so I kind of just tied it around my bed kind of made a loop over here

so if I want to like read a book or if I just need some extra light, here it is!

And I've got my pillows and everything here.

I've got my painting up here. When we moved there was a giant

screw on the wall, so I just decided to put my painting.

There's nothing on this wall. I might tape up some artwork and stuff later on but for the past few months

After I moved in I haven't been able to do anything except for school and study and school and study

So maybe this summer I'll get back into

my creativity, maybe I'll find some of my drawings that I have in boxes and then put them up here

But other than that I just have this one painting right here. But then the final thing is this doll that I got from my friend.

She actually knitted it??

And she's probably watching this video, so Kathi if you're watching I still have the doll. She made it herself. She knitted it

I don't, I don't... it's just talent.

Anyway

so this, if you couldn't tell, it's Namjoon and I didn't have another place for it so I just thought on the bed,

why not, just cozy, sleeping. But yeah! That is it for this room tour! AhHHH

This was my first room tour ever, and I hope you liked it!

It's a small room, but I like it and it's very nice and clean and minimal but like without being too minimal.

Thank you for watching and I will see you in another video! Also, I don't really know how to

say goodbye with this camera. I don't even know if I'm focused, who cares! But I'm gonna give you a hug anyway

because that's what I always do. So, here we go. Come in. Okay. Thanks for watching I'll see you next time byyYEEEE!!

What JAPANESE REALLY think about FOREIGNERS coming to Japan during the Olympics - Duration: 10:55.

I think Japan is hard for foreigners to live in.

Japan will become more fashionable.

The languages around me won't be Japanese anymore.

Hey guys this is Ask Japanese and right now we are on the streets of Tokyo

and we are gonna interview Japanese people for you.

This time our question is gonna be...

2020 is when the olympics are gonna hit Japan.

What things do Japanese people have to change, to accommodate foreigners,

What things might foreigners have a problem with, and what to they think about

The growth of foreigners that will come during the Olympics.

All of this will be answered by Japanese people today.

Don't forget to hit the subscribe button if you are new to our channel.

So you don't miss any future videos from Japan.

And let's go and Ask Japanese.

So 2020 are the Olympics.

And you will get a lot more foreigners in Japan.

How does that make you feel?

We already have a lot of tourists here, so I don't think it will be that much more.

I think Japan is hard for foreigners to live in.

There is no free wifi for them and such.

There isn't? I didn't know. - There barely is any, right?

No wifi is really impractical.

Things like that need to get bettered in Japan.

We should adopt some ideas from abroad.

I am looking forward to having people from other countries visit Japan.

On a international scale, it is a great chance for us.

It's a chance. - YEs.

Cultures and traditions of Japan? Such as?

I want them to try on Kimonos and such.

I would be happy if we got more tourists. - What would make you so happy?

We would be a lot more fashionable.

More stylish people all around? - Yes.

I will be able to see many different types of people.

And that will leave an impression on me. - Different styles and such?

Yes.

2020 what's happening? - The Tokyo Olympics!

Bingo!

When it's the Tokyo Olympics, what will increase?

People!

But not just Japanese but also...

Foreigners. - Bingo.

What do you think about that?

Japan will become famous.

The languages all around me, will not be Japanese.

That's a fair point.

You will be wondering what they are saying.

There will be less Japanese.

Yeah the population density of Japanese will decrease.

Problems with that? I don't want them to ask me for the way.

I can't speak English. - Please don't ask meeeee

Yes like that.

But I hope they can come to Japan and have a good time.

Japanese don't really speak much English.

That's why... they need to learn Japanese.

Let's study more guys!

What problems do you see for foreigners?

I think the language barrier.

There will be many people who come for the sports, not for our language.

And they will stay in places and such...

And then conversation between them and the staff will be quite difficult.

We need to be able in Japan to deal with that.

We need to learn foreign languages.

I think this has changed in recent years, but signs and such are hard to understand.

We need to change that.

So Japanese sign posts will have to change? - Yes.

Our rules and theirs are too different. Foreigners might not understand.

Abroad often you can't walk around with alcohol in your hands.

But here its okay to do that.

We might be easy on some things, and they strict on others and vice versa.

Things like that will be a problem.

What problems do you see with foreigners coming to Japan?

When we stand in line, some people cut in line. I want them to respect our manners.

Yeah guys, let's respect Japan's manners.

Have you seen something like that? - Someone cut in line in front of me.

Everyone stood in line, and the foreigners just cut in line? - Yeah.

That sucks a lot.

Also, don't steal.

I have seen a foreigner in a super market, putting small sweets into their pockets.

Please know that is not ok before you come to Japan.

Some people can't speak Japanese, and might think that is ok.

I want people to know our culture, and pay the money properly.

Don't steal stuff. That's definitely a NO.

It's not cool when foreigners are noisy and obnoxious in quiet places.

I have seen two foreigners fighting with each other.

That was really scary. I wish they didn't do that here.

It was in Tokyo. I was walking and saw them fight. It was scary.

Did they punch each other? - They were arguing.

I didn't understand what their fight was about, but seeing that on the streets is scary.

There are so many unspoken rules in Japan, it's a real pain.

If you worry about that, you can't enjoy our culture.

Things that are common knowledge in Japan...

I think it's wrong to push our culture on other people./

If we go abroad, we become foreigners too.

And they will have some manners they will want us to abide to.

We have differences in our cultures. We should not worry about that too much.

Foreigners will have lived a different life before coming.

They should just come the way they are, and not worry too much.

What do you want Foreigners in Japan to enjoy?

Our food is very good, so I want them to enjoy our food.

What tasty food can you recommend?

Which one? If I said Sushi, that is too general...

Tonkatsu is tasty. - Sushi and Tonkatsu.

Foreigners love taking pictures on the Shibuya scramble crossing.

Foreigners should enjoy the views and sights that you can only find here.

We also have all four seasons here.

So there are some views you can only see here.

I think that's something foreigners can really enjoy here.

I think foreigners have more things in their country that are great to enjoy.

I actually wonder what they want to see in our country.

We only have hot springs.

Foreigners like Japanese food a lot right?

I think our food is pretty amazing.

You want them to eat Japanese food?

What is your recommendation?

Can it be outside of Tokyo?

I want them to come to Yamagata prefecture.

What shall they enjoy?

Cherries. Can foreigners eat Natto (fermented beans).

Some can.

There is a dish called Hippari Udon. It contains Natto, stuff and eggs.

You mix it all up. I want foreigners to try it.

I think that's a food that some will have to level up for...

- That's not for everyone. - Sure isn't.

What type of tourists do you see the most these days?

In Harajuku I see a lot of tourists with colorful dyed hair.

Are there more foreign tourists these days?

I think I am seeing more these days.

When going to Disney, recently you can see large Chinese or something groups there.

I am under the impression that recently asian tourists are the majority.

Sometimes I think they are from here, but the words they speak are not Japanese.

Recently you see a lot of Russians too.

Thank you so much.

So what do we learn from this? We learn that Japanese people

they are generally very happy and are looking forward to the foreigners

coming over for the olympics...

But there are a couple of things, they are worried about.

That's the cultural difference, while some people, understand that there are cultural differences

and that foreigners might get it wrong, other people say they are a couple you should get

If foreigners come to Japan the big rule is generally mind your manners and

and read up a little bit about Japanese etiquette and some things that are not

quite cool in your country are REALLY not cool here...

Example, seen a guy totally wasted on the train... spewing... that kind of stuff.

That is really not on. That does not happen, you should not do that.

Even...

Some people might be coming to party to have a good time during the Olympics...

please mind your manners because you're ruining it for everyone else...

It's great that Japanese people are very tolerant and won't say something...

But in that case it's wrong to abuse it by doing something you shouldn't be doing anyways...

Which is called here "Gaijin Smash"...

Sometimes Gaijins go like "I will be forgiven to do that!"

and they do it. That's kind of not on.

Look up a couple of things. It's very simple.

Like taking off your shoes or how to take a bath in the Onsen (hot springs).

Also, a little thing that many people don't know...

Generally in Ramen restaurants, if they are VERY busy you don't hang about too much

You eat your ramen but then pack up if you see there is a line behind you

Just out of courtesy for the other people that are waiting

and it helps the business flourishing if the customers have a quick pace and change rate

Just one of those little things that you might want to look up before you come to Japan.

That's it from Ask Japanese today

I hope you have already subscribed, if not hit that subscribe button...

and leave a LIKE on the way out.

We have done more interviews with Japanese people

if you are interested in them, be sure to pick up one of our playlists

I have re-organized them a little. Maybe have a look and find out more about Japan.

There are a couple of manners that Japanese people have mentioned and told you as well.

Hope you enjoyed that and I catch you for another video on Ask Japanese.

Trey

Gowdy Is Attending A Closed Door Meeting That Could Change Everything

Trey Gowdy has been at the forefront of exposing the FBI's abuse of power in using FISA warrants

to spy on members of the Trump team.

But he just took the fight to the next level.

Now he's attending a closed door meeting that could change everything.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee have been heading for a showdown with the

Department of Justice.

Chairman Devin Nunes sent an April 24th letter requesting documents relating to FISA abuses.

This letter was a legitimate use of Congresses Article I oversight authority.

But the DOJ and FBI fought back and claimed that providing Nunes with these documents

would compromise "sources and methods."

Their specific justification was protecting the identity of an American citizen.

Nunes and Trey Gowdy smelled a rat.

The FBI and DOJ have been caught before redacting information that had nothing to do with national

security and everything to do with covering up their own misdeeds.

In this case, the FBI and DOJ said they were protecting the identity of an American who

also provided information to the Mueller probe.

Critics immediately blasted the FBI and DOJ for concealing this information because the

identity of Mueller's source could be partisan and/or embarrassing and cast the investigation

in an entirely different light.

So Nunes pressed forward and threatened to hold Attorney General Jeff Sessions in contempt.

That led to the White House intervening and offering a compromise.

Gowdy and Nunes would attend a classified briefing on the documents they requested.

Politico reports:

"IN A LATE TUESDAY PHONE CALL WITH TOP GOP LAWMAKERS, WHITE HOUSE CHIEF OF STAFF JOHN

KELLY AND DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL ROD ROSENSTEIN OFFERED TO MEET WITH KEY HOUSE MEMBERS AT

THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ON THURSDAY TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE.

BUT THEY STOPPED SHORT OF PROMISING FULL ACCESS TO THE MATERIAL THEY'RE REQUESTING, THE

SOURCES SAID.

KELLY ENCOURAGED ROSENSTEIN AND THE LAWMAKERS – HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN

DEVIN NUNES AND HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN TREY GOWDY – TO WORK TOGETHER TO

RESOLVE DISPUTES BETWEEN DOJ AND GOP INVESTIGATORS, ACCORDING TO SOURCES FAMILIAR WITH THE CALL.

KELLY ADMONISHED BOTH SIDES AGAINST MESSY PUBLIC DISPUTES THAT HAVE RATCHETED UP TENSION

BETWEEN ROSENSTEIN AND NUNES TO AN UNTENABLE DEGREE OF SEVERITY.

THE LAWMAKERS SPOKE TO KELLY AMID A LAST-DITCH BLITZ BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND FBI TO

CONVINCE THE WHITE HOUSE THAT SHARING THE INFORMATION THE REPUBLICANS WERE SEEKING WOULD

JEOPARDIZE NATIONAL SECURITY.

NUNES AND OTHER HOUSE REPUBLICANS ACCUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT OF CRYING WOLF, AND INSIST

THEY HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS."

It is unclear if this will satisfy Nunes and Gowdy.

A briefing will allow the FBI and DOJ to frame the information on their terms and conceal

key details.

Congress is a superior agency to the DOJ since under the Constitution, Congress creates and

funds the DOJ.

If Congress requests a document, an executive branch agency is required to provide it.

Will Trey Gowdy get to the bottom of this Deep State cover up?

This Deep State Leak Is - Duration: 12:06.

This Deep State Leak Is Bad News For Jeff Sessions

The Deep State continues to press forward with their illegal leak campaign.

The latest bombshell development in this case could lead to criminal charges.

And it's bad news for Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The Treasury Department Inspector General announced it was opening a leak investigation

into how Stormy Daniels' attorney ended up with records of suspicious financial transactions

relating to Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

Michael Avenatti – Daniels attorney – published a dossier of alleged transactions to Cohen

from various companies in an effort to prove that Cohen broke the law.

But Avenatti may be over his skis.

The feds are now probing the leak to see how he obtained this confidential information.

The New York Post reports:

"THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT'S INSPECTOR GENERAL IS INVESTIGATING WHETHER CONFIDENTIAL BANKING

INFORMATION RELATED TO PRESIDENT TRUMP'S PERSONAL LAWYER MICHAEL COHEN WAS LEAKED,

THE WASHINGTON POST REPORTED WEDNESDAY.

RICH DELMAR, A COUNSEL TO THE IG, SAID THAT IN RESPONSE TO MEDIA REPORTS, THE OFFICE WAS

"INQUIRING INTO ALLEGATIONS" THAT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORTS ON COHEN'S BANKING TRANSACTIONS

WERE "IMPROPERLY DISSEMINATED."

MICHAEL AVENATTI, THE LAWYER FOR PORN STAR STORMY DANIELS, RELEASED A SUMMARY OF THE

INFORMATION TUESDAY, SHOWING THAT A NUMBER OF COMPANIES, INCLUDING ONE CONNECTED TO A

KREMLIN-LINKED RUSSIAN BILLIONAIRE, PAID COHEN'S FIRM MORE THAN $1 MILLION, SUPPOSEDLY FOR

ASSORTED SERVICES.

AVENATTI DECLINED TO REVEAL THE SOURCE OF HIS INFORMATION DURING AN INTERVIEW WITH THE

DC PAPER.

"THE SOURCE OR SOURCES OF OUR INFORMATION IS OUR WORK PRODUCT, AND NOBODY'S BUSINESS,"

AVENATTI SAID."

The news of this leak investigation raises serious questions about Attorney General Jeff

Sessions and his job performance.

It took less than 24 hours for the Treasury Department to turn around and launch an investigation

into this illegal leak.

Meanwhile, it has been almost 18 months since the Deep State illegally leaked to the Washington

Post the fact that Michael Flynn was picked up on surveillance speaking to the Russian

Ambassador.

That criminal leak kicked off the collusion feeding frenzy, yet there has not been a peep

from Sessions or the DOJ about identifying and prosecuting that leaker.

Trump supporters are wondering how Sessions can sit on his hands while the Deep State

continues to push forward with their plot to remove his boss from office.

Sessions' loyalty is supposed to be to the Constitution and our democratic principles.

And chief among those is the ability of the people to choose their leaders.

By not identifying and prosecuting leakers, Sessions is allowing shadowy forces within

the government to attack our democracy and scheme to undo a free and fair Presidential

election.

If the Treasury Department can swiftly launch a leak probe, then that means there should

be nothing stopping Sessions from doing the same to bring the Flynn leaker(s) to justice.

Do you agree?

How to make Blackcurrant Swiss Roll - Duration: 3:14.

Swiss roll is one of my signature recipes

and a popular pastry among my students

my family and especially my girls love it too

Selamat Hari Raya

Hi everyone

I'm Huda

and I'm a mother of three

and swiss roll was one of my best recipes

when I ran my own baking studio a couple of years ago

I have perfected this recipe

after countless of failed attempts

and what's important here

is that my recipe can be easily baked from home

that is why my students really appreciated this recipe

Alright, draw a line using your spatula

and it is ready when the line stays for a few seconds

Why I put so much effort into making swiss rolls you ask?

Well, two reasons

My girls love it and they sure order me to make it during Hari Raya

And my family and friends simply love the swiss rolls I make

and it has become a staple dish during our open house

I've been having Ribena since young

and my two older girls and I love having it

as an icy drink for a treat

I would also want to make my bakes healthier for them to eat

and adding Ribena makes sense

as I'm able to use lesser sugar

and there is Vitamin C in the cordial as well

As we all busy with our work and our own family

Hari Raya is one of the few occasions

we can come together over at my place

I really appreciate my family and friends

to make it a point to come over

so I will put all my heart into making tasty treats

for all of them

Scoop up 1/3 the meringue

and fold it quickly but gently

so that you don't deflate the meringue

Pour batter into the tray slowly

and tap gently tray to remove air bubbles

this ensures a soft smooth cake to roll later

Here's what I normally do

Drop the pan onto the table

after baking to release hot air from the cake

and prevent lesser shrinkage

Swiss rolls are popular during Hari Raya

and I'm glad to have invented this new flavour

I simply love how refreshing

the Ribena jam taste

and it goes so well with the swiss roll

Hope you'll be inspired to make

your own swiss roll at home

trust me it's really easy

Have a joyous celebration

and a hearty feast over gatherings

Here's wishing everyone

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

my room tour ⭐️ minimal(ish) & very colorful heh - Duration: 18:38.

French Open 2018: S Williams pulled out of M Sharapova match to preserve Wimbledon hopes, says coach - Duration: 5:37.

French Open 2018: Serena Williams pulled out of Maria Sharapova match to preserve Wimbledon hopes, says coach

Patrick Mouratoglou, Serena Williams' coach, is hoping that the American's decision to pull out of the French Open will have helped her chances of playing at Wimbledon.

Williams withdrew from Roland Garros just minutes before she was due to face Maria Sharapova in the fourth round here on Monday.

"The next plan is to make an MRI to know how bad it is and then do everything so that she has the best chance to play Wimbledon and hopefully win it, because that's why she came back," Mouratoglou said.

He added: "We'll know tomorrow whether we need two weeks, or three weeks, hopefully not more, for her to be able to serve again.

There's no way she can play at the moment, but I also feel that one extra match would have made it really worse and put Wimbledon in danger, but I think she stopped at exactly the right moment.

Mouratoglou said that Williams had been in a lot of pain when serving in her warm-up on Monday.

"There was no chance she could have played normal tennis," he said.

"The pain was much too strong.

"If she had played and been unable to serve normally, she would have risked making the injury much worse.

That would have been really stupid.

It was really disappointing.

She felt she was ready for the tournament.

She had worked so hard to be here.

She was playing better and better and the last match against Julia Goerges was very satisfying.

"She was starting to compete well, which was something we didn't know much about because she had not competed for a while.

When she did compete in the US, in Indian Wells and Miami, she was not 100 per cent physically.

"I can't say she was 100 per cent because she has been fitter than she was here, but coming from where she was it's unbelievable that she was able to play like that.

With two or three more weeks I think she would have been 100 per cent.".

Mouratoglou admitted that even he had doubted Williams' motivation a few months ago but said that she had worked harder than he had ever seen in recent weeks.

"Now I don't doubt at all that her motivation level is the maximum I've seen," he said.

"That might sound strange, but for her to come back is a big thing.

It's an incredible effort.

She's a mum, she wants to spend time with her family, she's happy with that life.

"In a way she has to, not put that to one side, because obviously she spends a lot of time with her family, but she has to devote a lot of time and change her life for tennis, like travelling around the world.

If she does it, it's because she definitely wants it more than anything.".

"It's disappointing, of course, because when you pass the first week of a Grand Slam, you're playing better and better, you feel competitive and you feel:.

'Wow, maybe I'll lift the trophy at the end of the week.

' It's super disappointing, for sure, but she has something else in life, a family, a baby, so I think she sees things differently.

"If it had been one year and a half ago she would have been destroyed completely.

She is not destroyed.

She is sad but she is also happy because she feels she is there.

She feels she plays great tennis, she feels she is this close to being completely ready.".

History FINAL ISU STAGE 5 Eric Singh - Duration: 8:07.

Nuclear power is a destructive and chaotic force that can cause massive damage if used

recklessly.

A very important example of the danger of nuclear power is the Chernobyl disaster.

Chernobyl is a city that is located in Ukraine, which was once a part of the Soviet Union.

Chernobyl was the site of the first nuclear power plant in Ukraine.

On April 26th, 1986, there was a devastating explosion at the nuclear power plant caused

by a failed nuclear reactor test that was the result of human error.

Many casualties followed as high amounts of radiation escaped which would then soon spread

all across the USSR and Europe.

People in Chernobyl and the general vicinity were forced to flee in order to avoid the

contamination that spread.

Today, the city is known as a ghost town.

This disaster was a massive hit to the Soviet Union as it would cost a lot of resources

to clean up and rebuild and was one of the main factors that led to the Soviet Union's

bankruptcy.

However, this incident did lead to major changes internationally in setting safety precautions

in the nuclear industry.

Canada was one of the countries that stepped up in the immediate aftermath of the disaster

and provided aid to the international effort to contain and prevent such a disaster from

occurring in the future.

Chernobyl was a critical moment in the nuclear histories of many nations, including Canada's.

Another critical moment in Canada's nuclear history was the donation of the CIRUS reactor

to India in 1954.

We might ask ourselves what were Canada's motivations in donating the CIRUS reactor

to India and getting involved in the international effort after Chernobyl?

Looking at these events closely, it seems that it was Canada's desire to establish

itself as a world leader in nuclear power that motivated Canada to create and supply

the CIRUS reactor as well as become involved in the aftermath of Chernobyl.

CIRUS, which stands for Canadian-Indian Reactor, US, was a research reactor that was based

on Canadian designs and donated to India by Canada.

The donation was meant to help India develop its nuclear research industry.

Through the donation, Canada was proving to the world that its researchers and engineers

were experts in harnessing nuclear energy, and that Canada was confident enough in its

nuclear capabilities to provide assistance and support to developing nations wanting

to create their own nuclear programme.

This is the behaviour of a world leader, and Canada demonstrated its nuclear leadership

by supplying India with nuclear technology to aid in their development of nuclear power

in the 1960s.

By taking leadership in helping other countries grow and develop their own nuclear power,

Canada was establishing itself as a leader in nuclear power and innovation.

Canada's donation of the CIRUS reactor to India not only demonstrated their ability

to aid other countries, but also showed that Canada wanted to promote the safe use of nuclear

power, which would add credibility to Canada's reputation as a world leader in peaceful nuclear

power.

In 1956, an agreement between Canada and India prohibited the use of plutonium produced in

the CIRUS reactor for non-peaceful purposes.

Canada intended for the CIRUS reactor to be used for strictly research purposes only,

in order to help India develop their industry of nuclear energy.

Canada's foreign aid and initiative in promoting the safe use of nuclear power further established

its role as a leader in nuclear innovation.

Canada also harbored an ambition to redeem itself for previous mistakes from 1945 regarding

nuclear research.

This ambition might also be behind Canada's desire to become a world leader in nuclear

power and supply the CIRUS reactor and help clean up after Chernobyl.

A previous mistake that Canada had made was back in 1945 when a Soviet spy ring infiltrated

and went undetected in Canada and intel about American research was leaked to the USSR.

Canada found out about the Soviet spy ring from a Russian named Igor Gouzenko.

Although the Soviets gained little information, the situation angered the US and fuelled the

beginning of the Cold War, and one of the first acts of the Cold War took place in Canada.

This is known as the "Gouzenko Affair".

The majority of the blame for this incident was put upon Canada which may be why Canada

found it important to redeem itself and become a world leader in nuclear research.

Through acts like donating the CIRUS reactor to India and getting involved in the aftermath

of Chernobyl, Canada was exhibiting its nuclear leadership and making reparations for its

involvement in the Gouzenko affair.

Furthermore, by becoming involved in an international effort such as the cleanup of Chernobyl, Canada

showed that it was ready and willing to be an active, involved member of a growing international

community of nuclear power.

Canada was one of the original members of the International Atomic Energy Agency that

was established in 1957.

The IAEA was established as an international organization with the goal of monitoring worldwide

co-operation in the advancement of nuclear power and research.

Canada signed as participants in several of the IAEA's conventions that were created

in the aftermath of Chernobyl that were aimed at ensuring international cooperation in managing

the risks of nuclear power and energy.

For example, IAEA's Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident was established

in 1986 after Chernobyl, which stated that nuclear accidents which have the potential

to impact across international boundaries must be reported to the IAEA.

Additionally, IAEA's Convention on Assistance in the Case of a Nuclear Accident or Radiological

Emergency was also established in 1986 after Chernobyl, and countries that signed this,

including Canada, agreed to notify the IAEA of any available resources they may have that

can assist in the event of an international nuclear emergency.

This showed that Canada was committed to helping other countries in case of an emergency and

demonstrated that its international involvement in nuclear power and energy was based on support

and assistance.

Canada's participatory stance in these post-Chernobyl IAEA conventions demonstrated that it was

trying to take steps towards creating a nuclear-safe world in the aftermath of one of the world's

worst nuclear disasters, an initiative which would help establish the country as a world

leader, setting an example for other countries to follow.

In conclusion, the Chernobyl disaster and the donation of the CIRUS reactor to India

were critical points in nuclear history and they both can be behind Canada's motivation

to create and supply the CIRUS as well as become involved in the aftermath of Chernobyl.

Canada's confidence in their skill of using nuclear energy and their aid in India, demonstrates

leadership in helping other countries grow and develop their own nuclear power.

The necessary precautions taken by Canada to help promote the safe use of nuclear power

further established its role as a leader in nuclear innovation.

The desire to redeem themselves and their participation in key conventions all motivated

Canada to create and supply the CIRUS.

Facial Mapping Part 2 - Duration: 5:42.

Hi, my name is Vanessa Ho and I'm an acupuncturist here at healing with Zen

in Pasadena. So this is Part 2 of our Facial Mapping series and if you haven't

watched it yet you really should check out part one where we cover a lot more

areas on the face as well as on our website HealingWithZen.com where we have so

much more information on how you can really help at home if you have any

problem areas on the face! So for today we want to go ahead and start off with

our nose. Our nose in terms of Facial Mapping is correlated to the heart, and

also the left side of the nose correlates the left side of the heart,

the right side of the nose correlates to the right side of the heart, if you want

to get into specifics here. If you have a lot of blackheads on the nose, a lot of

time that shows that there's a blockage or a stagnation in terms of the hearts

function. It also might mean heart congestion, and if your nose is

constantly red all the time that might mean that you have some blood pressure

or blood sugar issues that may come from genetics, alcohol, or food consumption.

If you want to figure out ways to really help with that,

you can go ahead and check out our blog post where we provide a lot more

detail on how to really balance out your system if you have certain problem areas.

Another thing to note is that the heart much like the liver is very easily

affected by emotions and so you might have a discoloration in the nose if you

are more stressed, or filled with more anger, more irritable, even more sad,

a lot of times those changes in emotions will show up in turn

of different breakouts or difference in texture or color on the nose. The

area around your mouth and also inside your mouth correlates to the stomach

and the colon and it's really important in those two areas of the digestive

process that you go ahead and avoid some cold and raw foods because it is due to

overconsumption of such cold and raw foods that caused the stomach to really

over exert itself and that leads to dampness. When that happens you might

be having some breakouts along the areas of your mouth or you

might have some discoloration as well as some other skin textural issues due to

that over dampness that's inside the stomach and the colon. Another thing to

really keep an eye on is the consumption of sweets as well as alcohol

because these also cause a lot of skin problems around this area

and also inside the mouth in the form of toxic heat ulcers and ulcers on both sides

inside of the cheeks. The last area of the face that we're going to go ahead

and discuss today is going to be the cheeks. A lot of times people find

that they break out a lot on the cheeks and that really really goes back to

digestion because the cheeks correspond to the spleen and the stomach, and yes,

the stomach makes an appearance again because of its close proximity to the

mouth. What I mean by that, is that when the digestion system moves a little

more slowly and there's more toxins trapped in the body that's when you

start seeing breakouts on the cheeks or any flushing of redness or any kind of

discoloration or change in skin texture, even including if the skin on the cheek

is too dry or too oily that all really goes back to digestion and its

correlation to the spleen and the stomach. If you want to go ahead and

find out different ways in which you can combat that at home in terms of

nutrition, or exercise, you can go ahead and click on the link to our website and

check out our blog post on this because we have so much more information for you

guys on that blog post. I hope that you guys really enjoyed this series, I know I

really enjoyed making these informational videos, and in the future

we'll be able to go back and go more into detail on different areas of the

face that perhaps we didn't cover in this first two-part series. Thanks for

checking out the video, and if you haven't watched part one please go ahead

and watch it, and we look forward to seeing you here at Healing with Zen in

Pasadena, California.
