Hi Every one - I am AVNI - Welcome to my channel
Now that the summer has fully made its presence felt scorching heat..
Its time to bring down the heat with some desi thirst quenchers..
Today we will be covering an Indian special summer drink "AAM PAANA"
This drink is so yummy and healthy that this will make you forget all the refreshing drinks available in the market.
Let's go ahead and check out this video
I am taking 2 big mangoes here and cut slice them into small pieces
If you want you can even boil the raw mangoes before cutting them into pieces.
but here, I will cut it first then I will boil ..
As you can see, I am done cutting mango into small pieces.
20-25 small black pepper balls and 7-10 small pieces of ginger
I will boil them in a pressure cooker...
Add black pepper balls and ginger to the pressure cooker..
Add 3 cups of water..
Close the lid of the pressure cook and wait for 2 whistles..
After 2 whistles, you can see its perfectly boiled.
If its not perfectly boiled, you can wait for another 2 more whistles..
Transfer the boiled mango mix to another container..
I already kept 2 big spoons of Fennel seeds soaked in water for 3 hours before I started making aam paana.
filtered out the water separately..
we will mix these three together in a blender..
As we all know, fennel seeds has many health benefits especially in summer its very good for the body
these fennel seeds smell really good too..
strain the juice using a strainer..
I will be doing the same for the remaining juice..
This is how it will look like after straining out the juice..
we will keep the juice aside..
We will take the blender and add 1 cup of water..
Add 1/3 cup sugar or you can also add sugar as per your taste..
Add some mint leaves to it..
Blend it well..
Now we will mix the mango juice we prepared with this..
Add 3 cups of water..
quantity of water depends on how thick you want this drink to be..
Mix it well..
In the last step, I will add 3 small teaspoons of black salt
Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
Add 3 teaspoon of cumin seeds powder..
Mix it well..
Its ready now..
you can preserve this drink in any bottle in fridge for 1-2 weeks..
Its ready to serve now..
Garnish with mint leaves...
ENJOY this drink..

Mother's Day Card - Duration: 2:54.
Now we're going to make a super cute little Mother's Day card.
So, I'll start with my Mini Bowdabra.
I'm going to fold my Bowdabra Bow Wire in half and just lay that into the Mini Bowdabra
and just kind of tuck the ends underneath.
Then what I'm going to do is take a little chenille stem or pipe cleaner that I cut and
lay that, because that's going to be -- of my flower, that's the stem.
So, then I'm going to take this really pretty wired ribbon, and I'm going to scrunch this
in.
And I needed to use wired ribbon for this because I wanted to be able to shape so it
looks like a really pretty little flower when I'm done.
So, we're just going to scrunch this down in here
and I'm going to just scrunch everything down with my Bowdabra wand and turn.
Then I'm going to pull the two ends through my slipknot, hold my bow down, pull it really,
really tight.
Take it out of the Bowdabra, seperate the ends and then bring them around to the back.
And I'm just going to tie a knot.
And then I'm just going to kind of twist it maybe about three times so I know it will
stay together.
Then I'm going to cut it here.
That's what I love about the Bowdabra Bow Wire.
Now I'm just going to fluff my little bow, and then I'm going to take my Mother's Day
card, and I've already written "I Love You Mom."
And we're just going to glue the flower.
So, what I'll do is I'll just put a strip of glue on the back of my flower and I'm going
to put it diagonally onto my card.
And you have a really cute Mother's Day card.
