Bolide TT time trial bike.
(upbeat music)
Let's start at the top for the build on this one
where he is running a Fizik Arione R1 Saddle.
Interestingly, that is a different saddle
than the one he runs on his road bike,
but also, there are a couple of silver marker points
up on the top of the saddle the mechanics have put there
just so G's position is dialled in to the millimetre
for any upcoming time trials.
Moving forward from the saddle is
possibly the coolest part on the bike
and one of the coolest bike parts
I think I've ever seen.
G is using custom, of course they're custom,
3D printed titanium aero bars.
Yeah, very, very, very cool.
The advantage of using these bars
is not just that you can make a set of handlebars
fit your perfect time trial position,
it is that they are made exactly
around your perfect time trial position.
So, they're literally gonna make him
as aerodynamic as possible,
they're probably pretty light
and how cool is that?
You have a one of kind set of handlebars made for you.
Other 3D printed details on the bars
are the brake lever blades, which again,
I think they're pretty pimp.
More advantages of having the 3D printed bars
is that they are one piece,
which means that they're going to be stiffer
and probably more comfortable than they would be
if you got a tonne of space in there.
Finally and this just goes to show the level
of attention to detail
is the 3D printed Garmin mount.
This is genuinely so, so cool.
On to the things that are attached
to this 3D printed titanium handlebars,
we've got some custom cut foam arm rests,
some skateboard grip tape here.
Lighter, sleeker than handlebar grip tape might be
and then we've got Shimano Dura-Ace shifters
on the extensions.
These both operate the rear mech
and on the bull horns,
we've got some very custom carbon fibre
Shimano Dura-Ace buttons.
So, front mech, rear mech obviously.
The shifters link up to the slightly older
Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 front mech and rear mech
and the chainset is Shimano Dura-Ace,
again that is the previous generation.
Pedals are also Shimano Dura-Ace,
as are the wheels.
These wheels are a stand in,
we actually just asked the mechanics for this bike
at the last minute.
Usually it might have a tri spoke in the front
and a prop disc wheel at the back.
The brakes are integrated into the frame,
so they are by Pinarello.
The bottle cage is by Elite,
like all of the bottle cages on Team Sky
and it actually nestles right down
to the lower end of the frame
and they've done a lot of work on
the aerodynamics of the bottle cages
because you need to stay hydrated in long time trials,
but you also need to be aerodynamic if you want to win.
The other aero shapes on the frame are,
as you'd expect from such a high end time trial bike.
Just stunning, very, very cool to look at.
There are a couple of things that I've spotted
that I think should point out though.
One thing I think is very cool
and it is the most minor of minor details on this bike
is the Team Sky sticker, which is used to mark saddle height
I think that's very on brand.
When I was looking for G's crank length, I spotted that
the mechanics have literally cut no corners
in their efforts to make this bike as aero as possible,
because they've taped over the pedal bolt holes on the back
of the cranks here.
Again, the same level of detail there.
The powermeter on the bike is Stages
is that it's dual sided.
The chainrings that he's got set up on it currently
are 42 inner, 55 outer
and his crank length is 175 millimetres.

HOW TO MAKE A CUBAN SANDWICH - With Homemade Cuban Bread - Duration: 3:22.
Hi welcome to Steve's Kitchen we're
going to construct that cuban sandwich
now. Got that beautiful fresh Cuban bread
that I made in the previous video if you haven't
seen that click this link now and
go back and see it if you want to
otherwise stick with me we'll put the Cuban
sandwich together right this minute.
So I've got that beautiful homemade Cuban
bread here which is almost a sin to
toast it so fresh and I'm just going to
cut that open. The other ingredients I'm
going to be using I've got some
wonderful cold roasted pork I've got a delicious off the bone ham here as
well and I've got some fantastic Swiss
cheese.So first of all I'm just going to
butter both sides of my bread, then I'm
putting on some beautiful hot mustard
put it on, I like it pretty strong so I'm
putting quite a bit of mustard on mine.
So on top of the mustard I'm going to
lay that ham but I put it pretty thick
because this sandwich is for me and then
on the ham I'm going to be popping my
favourite dill pickles. Now if you don't
like pickles you can leave them out but
I love them so I'm popping them in there.
Then I'm going to cover that over with
our roast pork, cold roasted pork and at
this point I'm going to add a little
seasoning. A little bit of salt, little
bit of black pepper and over the top of
that I'm going to put a lovely slice or
two of a Swiss cheese and then the
lid goes on. Then I'm going to pop that
down on the panini press, lower down the
lid and we're going to let that cook and
that will probably take about five
minutes to toast through beautifully. Now
if you haven't got a panini press put
your sandwich into a solid based frying
pan like this one and then pop another
frying pan on top and just press down
while that toasts off and after a minute
or so you can just lift that off, flip
the sandwich over and do the other side.
Okay let's take this beauty out of here
now,
it's piping hot will you look at that
I'm going to cut this one through okay
let's cut this through now and take a
look at that sandwich and there you have
it guys, there is my delicious Cuban
sandwich. So there is my Cuban sandwich
with fresh Cuban bread which I just
baked in the last video if you want to

give this a try that Cuban sandwich is
just delicious
the Cuban bread I think is what makes it
so good. The lard in there gives it such a

For all the time of "ceasefire" I didn't hear any single day of complete silence
Shooting was constant
When incoming shells hit this area last time?
Last hit was on 21st
21st of April?
21st of May, 3-4 days ago
It was about 10 PM
It hitted nearby so my windows were shaking and we heard it well
How recent it happens?
Currently it's not often
In 14th-15-th years we were shelled very hard
And according to schedule
Incoming shells were coming in round without a stop
They were shooting in square from Oktyabrskiy to Putilovka
From what direction shellings were conducted?
Opytniy, Vodyanoye, Peski
It was seen, behind my home there's 3-storey house
I was climbing there and it was seen even without binocular, where it came from, because of flash
It was seen even at daytime
And it was also seen where it falls
In a square from Stratonavtov and towards the railroad station
First they shooted in a line one way then it came somewhere here
How many people died over that period? Over 3 years of war
Many, I can't say exact number
But only among people I personally knew 5 people were killed
Who stands in Opytnoye and Peski?
Ukrainian national guard
Why they are shooting here?
To liberate our land from us
Who's "us", "us" are old people, children, pensioners... They probably need the land
It's mostly not war of people, it's war of businessman
Our "sweet kings" or how are they called now
Is that civil settlement or military?
Civil, here's no soldiers
There was military base
I don't know if there was somebody but now it's ruined
Maybe there is someone but there are no soldiers around the settlement
When there were heavy shellings one or two of them were sometimes coming somewhere to shop or kiosk
On the first day of war 26th of May I was at work
Daughter called me, the break just started, from 12 noon to 1 PM
At that time she was at home with little child, my husband was also at home
She was shouting in phone "mom, there is shooting here"
"It's scary here, there's shooting"
Father was at his mother's place
She said "it's very loud here, I'm alone with the child and we don't know where to hide"
Then husband came and they went to basement
This day they spent in basement
I came out from my work after 5 PM
Came to railroad station to came here
From the station I heard shoots from this side
It was very frightening to go here
Son-in-law was hiding with granddaughter here at Stratonavtov
Also in basement
They called me and tell not to go here because it's very scary
I was adviced to go to relatives
We called them
I was tossing around the station because I didn't know what to do
I decided to go to relatives
In the evening when it became a little calmer relatives went with car
And took my 2 daughters with their families out from there
To safe for that time Leninskiy district
And from that our wandering started
For third year we practically aren't live at our home, my husband lives at home nearby
While my children currently renting a flat behind railroad station
Thanks God they found jobs, kids are going to kindergarden
2 granddaughters, 4 year old both
I remember daughter told me that they with 1 yeard old granddaughter were hiding in basement
Almost 2 years old, she was very scared... "Mom, uncle boom, uncle boom!"...
It was very scary at that day, at 26th of May... We remember it well and recollect it with sorrow
We don't even think It'll last for such long period of time
We want peace so much
So everyone came back, because settlement is empty, very few people live here
Tell what's current situation here?
Not calm, when evening comes they start to shoot
On the daytime it's more rare though there is shooting while in the night it's scarier
After 6 PM we're trying not to leave the house because it's dangerous
On 26th of May
We were sitting in yard
3 helicopters flight over us towards this side
Then turned around...If to be honest we were thinking it's Ahmetov's helicopters
But when they turned around... I live here nearby, Yershova 58
But when it turned above us...
Stop crying
Hold on
It lowered and started to shoot rockets towards airport
So low that it almost hit my chimney
All the ashes flew into the yard... It was so unexpected
It was scary buy we didn't understand it first, there were small kids in the yard
After that... Noone shoot settlement while airport was being taken by Ukraine
Our boys were sitting here in trenches
Constant breakthoughs... We were coming to them in the morning, bringing them coffee and talking
When Ukraine took the airport
They, just for the fun, were driving out
I don't know what tank it was, so covered with steel and sacks that it was impossible to hit, only from point-blank
It was driving out (it's heard), and shoot the settlement... We were sitting in basements
For 11 months there were no gas, water and electricity
About water... I have well in the yard, girls were coming to pick water from me, we also built a stove
I am working at "Zasyad'ko", director brought me coal
So we survived, neighbours were coming to cook on my stove
That's how we survived
You were coming here and here were only soldiers, rooks were flying and croaking in evening it was so scary...
Many times we were under the shelling
Neighbours, whose house is burned
I was coming from night shift and called them, telling that mortar shell hit their gate
They said that shelling will finish and they'll came
Shelling was over, they just went out and came under one more shelling
I don't remember home where they were hit...
In short, they were killed

Mortar shell hit their place and they were killed
They didn't managed to get home and look what's going on here
After some time their home was hit and burned out
It was "grad" shell that came, that's still there, you can film it
Shelling was so intense that there is no single home unharmed
If one side of house looks good, other is hit
And shellings continues till now

They're still shooting, just two days ago shell came behind us, to Lugovaya street
Man came, he just repaired doors and windows.with help of humanitarian aid, .. And now it's damaged again
What observers OSCE are?

They were driving here and asking "where mortar shell flew to?", "where was shooting?", how could I know?
I didn't answer, why send them here if they just sitting at the rairroad station?
They're sitting on the top of it and that's all, they're coming at 9 AM
And go at 5 PM, shellings are conducted in the evening, all the night and early in the morning
During the day they don't shoot
Here we hear the shot and direction where it came from
And surely we hear when it's exploded...
It's still so, we hear that it mostly comes from Vodyanoye and Peski

Opytnoye... Now it comes to us
You think OSCE telling truth?
They aren't talking with us, we coming to them start to talk but they don't listen
They're just passing by
I never saw them here at the selltement
Who shoots at civilian settlement?
Ukraine
It's Ukraine who shoots, from the side of Peski, Vodyanoye, Tonenkoye, from there
We hear the shot itself it's trump sound but we hear it
And here we have only explosions
Why Ukrainians shoot civil village?
It's Poroshenko who should be asked
It's hard to say why they're shoot at us
Probably they don't like out position and the fact we don't want to break relations with Russia

They were flying at so low altitude that we were thinking they'll hit the houses

I ran to the garden and the helicopter was 4 meters from me
I ran out and pilot just turned his eyes to me
I envisioned it for two weeks after that
Night of 26th of May was also wery scary
Because in the night I had a feeling that they're shooting everywhere around me
It seemed that they were running around and shooting
How's current situation?
Situation is escalated
Comparing to how it was the situation is escalated
They shoot every night
It can be said they're shooting civilian areas on purpose
I'm surprised it's silent, usually rifles and machineguns are shooting from that side
They're shooting from something big, I'm not a soldier so I don't know
Earth is shaking, 120mm and 122 mm artillery and mortars are coming, howitzers are working
Previous year it was a little easier, this year everything started to fly to the settlement again

According to various traditional sources, it has been believed that black cumin seed
is a cure for all disease.
And today, multiple scientific studies conducted on animals claim that, black cumin seed oil
has the ability to inhibit cancer cell activity, and is an effective treatment for cancer.
The extract of black cumin seed oil which is also called thymoquinone, is actually a
very powerful weapon against melanoma, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, cervical
cancer, stomach cancer, bone cancer, lymphoma, brain cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer.
As we said, black seed oil is a very effective way of treatment for many types of cancer.
Unfortunately, it still isn't recognized enough by modern medicine.
There may be various reasons for it, like political pressures that might be holding
back tests on humans.
or the drug industry wishes to subdue the use of black seed oil.
Whatever may be reasons, we will show you some insight into using cumin seed as a cure
for all disease, particularly for cancer.
There are two separate studies made on 2011 by Chinese and Saudi Arabia, which were reviewing
the literature on the use of black cumin seed oil as the cancer treatment.
According to them, the oil has been used for centuries as a traditional cancer remedy,
and these studies confirmed that, it contains anti-cancer properties which can fight various
diseases including diabetes, kidney diseases, cardiovascular issues, various types of cancer,
asthma, and many more.
Egyptian scientists have been studying the effect of honey and black cumin seed oil on
oxidative stress and cancer, by exposing rats to a strong carcinogen.
Four groups in total were exposed to the carcinogen.
Some of them were then fed black seeds or honey, and only one group was fed with both
ingredients combined.
The rats were evaluated after 6 months and the results are, the ones that ate only black
cumin seeds, had 80% protection against oxidative stress and cancer formation, but the group
that was fed black cumin seeds and honey, had 100% protection against cancer formation,
oxidative stress, and inflammatory responses.
According to another study in Egypt, a laboratory experiment explored the antitumor effects
of the combination of bee honey and black cumin seed oil, on human liver cancer cells.
They examined not only the antioxidant capacity of both the ingredients, but also their abilities
to eliminate cancerous cells.
The results showed that both ingredients were efficient in reducing the viability of cancer
cells, and improved the antioxidant status of cells besides inducing apoptosis.
In addition, they interfere with uncontrolled cell growth and can kill liver cancer cells.
So, this is a short insight into an ancient cure for all disease, that is cumin seed.
Do have a try consuming it, to experience its miraculous benefit.
We recommend developing a routine to eat a pinch of cumin seed early in the morning.
One thing we could assure is that, it won't cause any harms or side effects of chemical
made medicines.

How to play YouTube in Background on iPhone (also with screen off!) - Duration: 5:01.

Welcome back to AppleFrendly.
This is video #32 and today I'm going to show you how to play YouTube video in background
using Opera browser.
This is very helpful in multitasking while listening to your favorite music
or any of your favourite YouTube videos.
This trick was suggested by one my subscriber and I'm thankful to him for this.
I've made a video on playing YouTube video in background earlier as well
and that too works with your iPhone screen off

So, with that being said, let's get started!
So firstly, go to your App Store and download this free app.
The name of the app is 'Opera Mini web browser'
Just type in 'Opera Mini' in your App Store search field and you should easily find this app.
And to make it more easier, I have given the app download link in the description.
You can click on it to download this app directly.
Since I have already downloaded this app,
I'll just open it.
And now, let's head over to 'youtube.com'
And, there we go.
Now, let me go to my channel to play any random video.
You can search for your favorite music video or any other the video that you want to play in background.
So, let me just type in 'applefrendly' here.
And now, let me tap my channel.
So now, let me select this video 'Make ringtone using iTunes' and tap it to start playing.
As soon as you tap it, it starts playing in the full screen mode.
Now here, the tricky part starts.
Without minimizing the video, you should press the Home Button.
That means press the Home Button when video is playing in the full screen mode.
So, let me press the Home Button here.
And now, as we are on the Home Screen, you have to swipe the Control Center up.
Swipe right.
And tap this 'Play' button here.
And as you can see, the video starts playing.
And now, swipe the Control Center down and continue with your work.
You can chat, play game, write notes, surf internet and do anything that you want to do
while listening to your YouTube video in the background.
Your YouTube video will keep playing in the background until you stop it.
It's very very cool and helps a lot in multitasking.
And, If you want me to show you an example,
if I start creating my note,
and now if I swipe the Control Center up,
as you can see, YouTube video is still playing in the background.
So, you can do your task and listen to your favorite YouTube video in the background simultaneously.
And when you want to pause the video, just swipe the Control Center up
and tap this pause button.
You can control your background YouTube video using this Control Center.
And one more thing.
When you pause the video, the scrubber will appear.
Just hold it and use it to scroll through the video.
Pretty handy.
And now, if you're wondering whether this trick works with your iPhone screen off?
Well, the answer is 'Yes'
Let me show you how.
So, let me press the Power Button to lock the screen.
And let me press it again to wake the screen up.
And as you can see, the background YouTube video is still playing.
And all the controls work flawlessly.
Just awesome!
So now, you can just keep your iPhone in your pocket with screen off and continue
listening to your favorite music video in the background.
How cool is that.

Now add onion paste
fry them well till they turns goldem brown
Add ginger garlic paste
Add haldi powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder
Add tomato puree
Add salt
Add boiled kabuli chana
Add some water
Add coriander leaves
boil it for 10 minutes
add chana masala
Chana masala is now ready for serve
