Youtube daily report May 26 2017

what's up boys and welcome to this

segment right here on your Sheriff thank

you for dropping by it's Friday

we just got brand-new information on the

DLC that's coming toward us the

gun-running DLC the army DLC whatever

you want to call it we had a winner

announced on the channel for the $10

gift card on Xbox Live I am happy to say

that this channel is filled with some

amazing people people that come here

time and time again drop a like leave a

comment show their support and these

people are people like Looney he came in

on the channel yesterday and he said you

you Sheriff I appreciate the gift card

but I want to give it to somebody that I

was helping in gta5 and I think he needs

the money a lot more than any of us and

that is cheeseburger baby we're gonna

call cheeseburger he's got a cooler name

all right so I'm happy to say that after

I did the modded outfit that I did

earlier if you haven't seen it I'll link

it up in the comment section I've

managed to go to the Microsoft site get

to my code and I passed it on Xbox Live

I do hope he's got it hooked up

I sent them also a message saying if it

gives you problems just switch your

location to Canada because that's where

I bought it from and just take the code

and then after that go back to the US or

if you're in Europe I'm not sure where

your location is okay you guys we have a

glitch right here that I couldn't hit it

and there is a reason why I couldn't hit

it this glitch I'm going to give you an

explanation of it and you guys let me

know if anybody hits it if you do want

to contribute a video that we can put on

the channel we can go for it but there's

a few things you need to understand

about this blitz just a little bit

tricky from the videos that I've seen

it's very simple it's a street

duplication glitch I know I know you

want the allergy glitch but those are

somewhat weathering down like I was

saying before I can't even invite people

into my office on my modded account and

the other account I can invite people

into the office but the blue circle is

not there it's just all over the place

so this blitz right here gives you a

little bit of a leeway if you want to do

something different and that is it

Sastry glitch now you need two locations

about this I've spent a lot of time in

the morning trying to hit this glitch

then I realize something I don't have

the location I don't have the locations

and at the same time I didn't have the

heart to sell Adrian's

May's Bank the tower he's got the big

tower and gets him the two locations

that are there here is the deal

my moderate account has got me bank west

that's one of the location that's going

to work there's another location right

beside it it's also going to work and

with these two locations your character

and your friend so you and your friend

need to have the exact same office bank

okay so that's kind of the downside of

this village other than that this is

super easy because it gets it gets going

like this so let's make this as simple

as possible because it's a very simple

glitch okay your friend is going to be

in ECE or building in garage level one

now if you're using the Me's that means

West you are going to be spot number six

if you are using the other building

you're going to be in spot number two I

think you got to confirm that I'm going

to link you up with a text tutorial okay

now if you have spots in your garage

that have allergies from the social club

replace them with street vehicles like

you see right here and then take this

feed vehicle out and blow it up sky-high

you need empty spots in order to put the

duplicate thing okay that's you you're

the person who wants to duplicate so now

your friend is sitting in spot number

six if you are using the maze bank he's

going to call I'm Gerrard is going to

ask for a job once he gets that job he's

going to launch into it once he's

sitting in them setting screen he's get

it back right out and he can see in the

video right there once you back out you

spawn right beside the building but you

don't need to move you need to be

standing there waiting for the person

who's going to be duplicating a car to

bring it over to you now this is the

best part

pick something very expensive from the

street so you need to get something like

the benefactor something like that

because that's the card that your friend

is going to be sitting in and you're

going to get access to it in a few

minutes here now you you're the person

who wants to duplicate go back into your

CEO to our garage level one grab a car

that you don't care that you're going to

lose and drive it into your CEO tower

custom shop once you're in there the

cars are going to glitch on top of each

other you're going to see your friend

you can

he's building you're gonna see your

friend right there get out of the car

that you're in get into his car once

you're in it as a passenger

tell him to exit out that's it you don't

need your friends anymore we can book

and you can now fully customize that

manufacture whatever it is that you have

under you and put a tracker on it only

okay back out now that car has just

replaced the first car that's used if

you want to repeat this again just go

back into the custom shop with the same

car put a tracker on it and it's going

to keep putting it into empty spots that

you have in your garage that's why we

wanted empty spots from the beginning

I'm going to have a link to the founder

in them in the description I reached out

to him this morning and I told them why

don't you come over to the channel let

the subscribers see you and maybe

they'll come and see the video that you

have documented on the glitch he's the

founder baby and I'm going to put the

call out there if somebody wants to

contribute this video to the channel

with graphics go for it and I'll upload

it to the channel all right boys and

girls there's some good stuff happening

on the channel and I do need to set a

little bit and talk with you guys if you

were here for the glitch book a day ye

if you're here because you're hearing

you know you click with me you're a true

friend and you're somebody that I

actually like to interact with and I sit

and I edit all this stuff for then

you're more than welcome to sit with me

and look at these comments here I love

looking at them it takes me a long time

to edit them and bring them to the

channel fix them in with the video but I

think it's lovely because I love the

company of everybody right here so I

also have sends me a message on Twitter

I figured I'd take something from

Twitter and he says April the martyrs

outfit glitch is cool but I can't get it

to work if you didn't know that masks

will work on some biker helmet okay I

think he's talking about the outfit that

you had the breeze around you know

that's the last one that we documented

this this message here came after that

one and with that one you got to make

sure that you have bike helmets to show

in your interaction menu

I missed that step I missed that step

I'll take full blame for it I didn't

tell you guys to make sure that the bike

helmet is a show but I think that's

what's messing you up try with that and

let me know what happens

I'm going to take another message right

here from Twitter and that

is Phoenix GFX and Phoenix did something

really nice for the channel

he made a channel art and he said can

you please use it and he also wants to

make some thumbnails so he's like I do

GFX for free only for my crew that is

our crew color at me if you need some

nails so I do need some nails but I

don't know what I need them for so I

told him if you do want to send me any

artistic pictures that you have let's

say of supercars or anything like that

send it to me on a private message and

I'll try to use them I'll also link you

up under the video with your Twitter

profile and this way everybody in the

crew knows that you're the one who

contributed again the banner up there

we'll keep it up for maybe a month or so

I want to say thank you Phoenix and well

we'll change it as time goes on I just

designed the banner that was on the

channel before and I figured you know

what it has a lot of stuff from the crew

my character but when a subscriber like

this comes forward a crew member and you

need to grab something designed for us

I'm there okay the next one comes from

our boy wheelie and this comes over the

video that we put out yesterday I want

to say something about the videos that

we put out yesterday this channel could

be a lot bigger you guys there is a way

that you can live life you can either I

don't want to say something bad but you

can pretend to be somebody else to be

part of the flow and just get your

channel big sky high and you can live

life the way you believed it to be and

you're growing slowly but at the same

time you're doing the right thing you're

doing what you think is right and I

could sit and basically kiss ass with a

lot of youtubers that are doing some

shady business in order to get the

channels big but I don't like that I

like to speak my mind and when you speak

your mind it cost you a little bit but

I'm always going to be here to speak my

mind I will not go into drama with any

other youtuber I'm never going to drop

names but at the same time if there is

something stake in the community I think

we have the right to come and say hey be

careful this is fake and there was

comments yesterday under the video

people think they lost money trying that

fake glitch if you've missed it do show

your support and drop a like on it so we

were saying you demand brother I bet

Adrian will still be the king of lag

joking agents has got his xbox live

model s Xbox Model S that is and we're

hoping it doesn't lag so we'll find out

on the next live stream now zombie save

something that's really nice because

it's something that I've said it for a

couple of weeks now

real shame you don't get the same

support on other games I may not always

comment but I watch and like keep up the

good work I sent him a message of them

that I love doing other games under that

you guys don't see it and it applies and

he said good thing I'm already subbed to

the other channel the other channel is

what I put on other games that I like to

play I know this one is cured GTA v

maybe Red Dead Redemption 2 when it

comes out but zombie liked other games

like me so I really want to say thank

you for subscribing to the other channel

and I try to put gameplay of other games

on it that I like to play the other day

I was talking with weedy and he told me

one of the people that used to come and

watch us all the time

loves my personality loves everything

that we have on the channel but one

thing you gotta realize is not everybody

is integrating so I understand glitching

is a big part of this channel but gamers

and people that love your personality

you need to come and see some other

stuff that's why we started doing the

modded walkthrough I sit and talk with

you guys regarding new stuff that we can

do on PC and you know other stuff like

the livestream to grow the channel and

all that stuff it's just not healthy for

a channel to be pure glitches you're not

really connected with the subscribers

the people that you like all the time

the next comment comes from too late and

he says thanks both can't stand these

fakes you know who keep it up brother

stay too late to quit haha too legit to

quit bro I got you I got you 90s all the

way huh now I'm always going to speak my

mind always going to speak my mind and I

hope nobody gets offended because I'm

not I'm not pointing the finger at

anybody but I am just saying be careful

if there's something fake you know what

I mean I I like to test them I mean we

loved Lich's so why not test them and

see if they are good or not okay I'll

let you guys go it's Friday

thank you for making me part of the

Friday we do want to do another giveaway

I wanted to reach out to a few youtubers

and see if

you want to get in on this giveaway

maybe I'll drop down $50 on the giveaway

give it to five lucky winners but I

wanted some more youtubers to come in on

it I don't know who to teach to we'll

see I mean if any youtuber is watching

and you want to do a nice giveaway kind

of get the word out there on the channel

do reach out and thank you again you

guys for being here without you none of

this would be happening I really really

appreciate it

enjoy the rest of your weekend

How To Ride BIG MTB Drops With Chris Smith | Mountain Bike Skills - Duration: 3:39.

- Today we're gonna be looking

at some pretty intimidating obstacles,

some big drop-offs.

- Yes, and we've got Chris Smith right here to help us out.

Give us some tips as well,

give you tips on how to do these things.

(rock music)

- But first, let's take a look at a small drop-off.

Here I've got probably a four foot drop

into a nice big landing.

I've got a downhill right into it.

And this is all about trying to find the correct speed

so that I land nicely on that downslope.

Also I can afford to let my front wheel drop a little bit,

so I'm just trying to match the angle of that downslope

to make it really smooth.

One of the most important things here

is trying to come off the brakes early,

because it is really dangerous to actually touch your brakes

once you've gone off the drop.

Same on the roll out,

so I need to land, let my bike settle,

before I think about cornering, braking, or peddling.

So with the smaller drops,

if you get the speed correct,

there really isn't that much technique to be used.

Just gotta hit that landing.

But Chris, now we're on this drop.

It's much bigger.

It's probably ten times bigger.

What's the difference now?

- To be honest, the technique is exactly the same.

It's obviously bigger

so you've just gotta grab your balls and like, go for it.

It's basically judging that speed.

Really important on this to meet your landing

with two wheels together.

If you pull up too hard,

you're gonna be sailing with the front wheel high,

landing there's a case of looping out.

Or if you're too far over the front,

you've got a risk of the suspension compressing

and just firing you straight out the front door.

- So when you come across the bigger drops,

'cause a lot of them are actually blind,

where you're coming up and can't actually see the landing,

the good way of doing it is basically

to grab a couple of rocks, stick them on your line,

keep your wheels between them.

Just gives you that pathway of where you're going.

Chris, this is a massive drop off.

It's gotta be 20 foot.

The consequences of this going wrong,

going too far or coming up short,

are pretty big.

How do you guess the correct speed?

- To be honest, it's kind of a black heart, you know.

If you're asking that question,

you probably shouldn't be doing it.

But years of experience,

just working your way up on those small drops,

just working your way forward, going bigger and bigger.

That's the key to getting the distance.

- How about I follow you?

- Let's do it.

(rock music)

So the bigger the drop, the bigger the landing.

You've really gotta use your bike's suspension to the max.

Also use your body. It's a real good form of suspension.

Take that hit.

Absorb it through your knees, your shoulders,

your elbows, everything.

Just let that impact come through the bike,

and also absorb it with the body for the smoothest landing.

- Right, this obstacle right here is called the Boner Log.

Super, super intimidating.

But same technique as doing a drop.

- As you said, it's the recollect technique for a drop-off.

Boner Logs, exposed to each side,

they're usually pretty high

and they're also an uphill take-off.

So bearing that in mind, it's the same technique.

You just go in, commit,

just getting that bike off of the log,

wheels meeting the ground perfectly together,

absorbing that landing and riding away smooth.

- You're basically not even riding it.

Cannon.

- Exactly.

- Right, those are pro tips and tricks of how to do drops,

or on features that are similar to drops.

- Just basically working your way up, progression.

Just work your way up from those small drops,

all the way up to things like this.

It's exactly the same technique,

just get out there and practise.

- Exactly.

And if you wanna know how to do little drops

FLAT EARTH BELIEVER TOOK A SPIRIT LEVEL ON A PLANE TO FINALLY PR - Duration: 6:17.

FLAT-EARTH BELIEVER TOOK A SPIRIT LEVEL ON A PLANE TO FINALLY PROVE HIS THEORY

This weekend, a YouTuber video blogger who operates under the handle of D. Marble flew

from the city of Charlotte in North Carolina to Seattle in the state of Washington accompanied

by a carpenters spirit level to prove his belief that the Earth is not spherical, but

flat.

MAN TRIES AUDACIOUS EXPERIMENT TO PROVE THAT THE EARTH IS FLAT

A growing number of people across the world have come to challenge the traditional scientific

view that the Earth is a spherical object that rotates around the Sun at the center

of the solar system.

Instead, they believe that the Earth is a flat, disk-shaped object and the Sun rotates

on the Earths outer ring.

Proponents of the theory offer the consistently cold temperature of the Arctic Ocean as proof

of its validity.

They claim that the coldness of the water is due to the ocean being furthest away from

the Suns orbit.

Some people who believe in the flat Earth theory think that the planet is enclosed within

a dome and that the stars are merely holes pierced in the dome.

To test the flat Earth theory out, D. Marble took to the skies armed with a spirit level

to see if the pilot would dip the nose of the plane mid-flight to compensate for

the curvature of the Earth.

D. Marble filmed his experience as the plane traveled a little over 203 miles and tracked

the level of the plane throughout.

D. Marble explained that according to the curvature mathematics offered by the globe

model, the spirit level ought to have measured a compensation of 5 miles in curvature.

However, his experiment did not indicate that the pilot had to make any curves to compensate

for the curve of the Earth at all.

According to D. Marble and his supporters, this is clear evidence that the Earth is flat.

While D. Marbles claims and experiment have met with ridicule on social media platforms

such as Twitter, there are also a huge number of people who have celebrated his achievement.

The flat Earth theory has been growing in popularity in recent years with Google searches

for the theory going up 800% since the year 2014.

In the past couple of months, the movement has also gained celebrity followers in the

form of the Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving and the rapper B.o.B.

you

these days you'd be hard-pressed to find

personal planet they didn't love

suppressors hell I wouldn't be surprised

if I leaked emails of suppressor

confirmation orders on a Hillary Clinton

secret service for the record I'm going

to be using the terms suppressor and

silencer it's a change leader schedule

because you can suppress a gun with the

silencer but then again I am the saying

suggesting the first time I saw the

MAXIM 9 I thought yeah that's exactly

what I thought the first integrally

visually it was doing something but I

just couldn't wrap my head around

exactly what that was however all types

analogies like dang bro that looks like

a boat pad dude it's like a tactical

tennis racket um 20:25 called and

they're wondering how you have their gun

already I could keep going and to be

honest each and every one of those

descriptions is correct because the

MAXIM 9 is a freaking weird-looking

gun even the grip texture makes the gun

look like it's having an allergic

reaction or that it was designed by

someone obsessed with binary code but

forgot to add the zeros it's a gun that

looks too unique for some people but

perfectly unique to others then again

there was a time where the Glock was

considered unique looking now it's one

of the most boring looking guns on the

market

the MAXIM 9

is a little kid with a

weird crazy oversized head that all the

other kids keep picking on until they

pissed that kid off and realize that

weird little kid has superpowers as far

as I'm concerned the industry is awash

with redundancy masquerading as

revolutionary so I invite any and all

attempts at legitimate innovation the

gun sits low in your hand in very HK VP9

ish and the way the back of the grip

court your hand and grip the gun as high

as possible the MAXIM 9 seems like the

Glock 34 with the surefire light

attached except with less recoil and a

lot smoother I don't know what it is but

the maxim 9 is a really smooth shooter

which in turn makes the gun a joy to

shoot however I got to say the weakest

part of this gun has got to be the

trigger the trigger just kept getting in

the way of the unity of the gun if the

trigger was good I would have a problem

but it's just not a good trigger it's

long gritty and heavy however I'm not

going to harp on the trigger too much as

this particular MAXIM 9 isn't a final

product but more or less L refine

prototype things like the sight radius

which is 9 miles long made aiming

incredibly easy you would think that

with all the ruckus going on in the

front of the gun that the MAXIM 9

would point less naturally the most of

its more traditional counterparts but

I'd argue it pointed better

unlike most guns where the top portion

of the gun moves back in court only

about half of the MAXIM 9 top portion

actually moved back and forth while

firing which I think adds to the guns

low recalling nature and of course the

added weight of the integral suppressor

plays a big part in that as well either

way it may shooting the gun fun and

enjoyable and I dare say relaxing before

I buy it a single round through this gun

filthy Iran just under 700 round and it

ate everything from subsonic supersonic

but subsonic rounds the gun was quiet

enough with supersonic he got noticeably

louder but still took the edge off of

the traditional Street Fighter sonic

boom explosion you usually have to deal

with in conclusion the MAXIM 9 is a

freaking cool gun this is a great

nightstand gun a great duty gun however

anyone talking about it has a concealed

carry gun is out of their mind it's a

functional gun that looks like a novelty

priced like a Glock fitted with nah

specs look I get it it's easy to poke

fun at the gun but when you do all that

tells me is that you haven't shot at

north belted in hand because I promise

you anybody making fun of the way it

looks it maybe justifiably so I promise

you that when you actually do shoot this

gun you're gonna walk away thinking damn

I was actually pretty freaking cool

Realize, Notice and the phrasal verb Find out - Duration: 5:12.

Oh, I didn't notice you were there.

Do you know the meanings of these verbs?

Maybe you don't 'realize' they mean different things?

You're going to need these verbs.

Don't worry.

In this video you're going to 'find out' how we use them.

Realize means to understand or become aware of a particular fact or situation.

If you realize something, you know about it.

So sales have fallen by ten percent.

Are you listening?

Yeah.

You do realize this is a serious problem.

Yep.

I don't think you realise how serious this is.

So if we don't realize something, we're not aware of it.

We don't know about it.

Realizing means to know and understand something in your mind.

It's a cognitive event – something that happens in your brain.

Oh. I've fixed your computer.

I deleted a lot files.

It's running much faster now.

I don't understand.

There's nothing wrong with this computer.

It's that one that has the problem.

Oh, I didn't realise.

What files did you delete?

When we realize something it usually happens fast.

So we don't usually use 'realize' with progressive tenses.

We don't use continuous forms of the verb because happens fast.

OK, so realizing happens in your mind, in your brain.

But what about noticing?

Well that's more like a physical event.

It means you see, hear or feel something.

It's more physical.

Where's Kathy?

Oh, I don't know.

Has she left?

I didn't notice her leaving.

Oh look she in the other office.

So noticing is about seeing, hearing or feeling and becoming aware in a physical way.

You might notice a smell.

Or notice that something looks different.

We often notice changes.

Hey, you got your hair done, Vicki Yes

It looks great, doesn't it Jay?

Oh, yeah.

He never notices.

You know I noticed my hair is turning gray this morning

Well yes.

It's been turning grey for a long time.

Really.

I hadn't noticed before.

Notice is a verb AND it's also a noun - a thing.

A notice can be a sign that you see like 'Don't walk on the grass', or 'No parking'.

I just got a ticket for parking out front.

But there's a big sign that says no parking.

I didn't notice it.

They put it up yesterday.

They why didn't you tell me?

I knew you'd find out.

So what about 'find out'?

What does it mean?

Find out is a phrasal verb and it means to get information.

What time does the meeting start?

I don't know.

Well can you find out?

Yes, I'll send them an email.

We often find out information after we've tried to discover it.

So if you want to know the meaning of a word, you can 'find out' by looking in a dictionary.

If you want to know more about the videos we make, you can 'find out' by subscribing

to our channel.

In fact that's a great idea.

Why don't you subscribe now and then we can meet again next week.

Until then, happy studying!

The Power of Ketones! - Duration: 6:09.

(Music) Ketogenic diets have been used

therapeutically for the treatment of

epilepsy since the 1920s.

Today armed with even more scientific

evidence, many practitioners have

continued using Ketogenic diets as

nutritional therapies for obesity,

neurological disorders and even some

cancers.

What got me really excited over

the last couple years was using this

powerful metabolic therapy for an

expanding range of applications, including neurological diseases,

cancer and performance applications.

Many people are also choosing to live

Ketogenic lifestyles based on the science

of the potential benefits for Health

performance and possibly even fat loss.

Joining us today to help us understand

more about the power of Ketones is Dr.

Andi Cappitelli welcome Dr. Andi.

Thanks for having me.

Thank you so much for

being here today.

Let's jump right in.

What exactly are Ketones and how do they

work.

Within our body, we have three

macronutrients.

We have carbohydrates

which are really great for an instant

source of fuel in the body we have

protein which helps build muscle and

then we have fat when our body breaks

down fats in our liver.

It creates these

little molecules called ketone bodies,

which then move into our blood and

circulate through the body to whichever

organ system use them as a source of

fuel.

We only do that when there's a lack

of glucose or sugar in our system.

What does eating a Ketogenic diet

look like?

Right, it's a very different from the

standard American diet.

We're so used to

really high sugar foods.

Foods that spike

our blood sugar, spike our insulin and so

we get energy rises and crashes that go

along with that.

With the Ketogenic diet,

it's actually a very high fat diet so at

least 70% of your diet comes from high

Healthy fats, moderate protein and very

low carbohydrates so less than 10

percent of your diet or under about 50

grams of carbs per day.

So quite a quite a shift from what most

people are used to consuming.

Everyone is so used to low-fat, no-fat, so

it's really getting that, mind... of

switching your mind and that mind frame to

embrace the fats and really understand the

benefits that fats have for you in your

body and that eating fat will not make

you fat.

Well, I know that endurance athletes

really love burning energy this way.

Because they feel like it maximizes

their performance.

How so exactly?

So in the past athletes are very sugar fueled.

We've heard a lot about carb loading

and things like that but now we're

seeing athletes are moving more towards

that Ketogenic state, because it

gives such a great source of fuel, really

great for the brain, for mood, for

concentration but also helps a lot with endurance

so and also the research is showing

from a muscle stem plet, helps to build

and maintain muscle mass, so there's

a lot of benefit for athletes.

Are there any other

benefits aside from you know maximizing

their energy supply?

Absolutely, so because the diet is moving to a

lower carbohydrate higher fat diet the

first thing we see are changes in

blood glucose levels and insulin

levels.

So we're going to see the insulin

levels go down, we're seeing improvements

and insulin sensitivity changes in

metabolic syndrome markers like

cholesterol and so improvements in HDL cholesterol

and LDL, even changes in blood sugar

levels and we also know that Ketones can

impact our hunger hormones are

letpin ghrelin.

So we're seeing changes in food cravings

and our sense of satiety or desire to

eat so a lot of really great benefits.

iIt sounds like a Ketogenic

lifestyle can be difficult for some, so do you

have anything that will increase the

level of Ketones in your body?

Absolutely and you're right it can be quite

difficult for some people to follow those,

the strict guidelines of the

Ketogenic diet and in the past that was really

the only way to get Ketones into our

system or into our blood but recently in

the past few years we now have exogenous

ketones.

So we have keto OS by proof, it as

an exogenous ketone supplement.

Where you can actually drink the Ketones

allowing your blood levels of Ketones to

increase so puts you into a state of

ketosis even if you're not following a

Ketogenic diet and if you do follow a Ketogenic

diet it really does help to support that

transition in the body as well well.

We're going to actually be meeting in

just a little bit with Brian Underwood

who is the CEO of Pruvit, who's got lots to say about

these type of Ketones.

So stay with us and we'll be right back.

(Music)

(Music) Welcome back to Access Health.

We're here with Dr. Andi Campitelli and

we've just welcomed Brian Underwood CEO

of Pruvit.

Welcome Brian, so tell me a little bit

about Pruvit and how you've managed to

bring Ketones to the market?

When we started Pruvit the focus was

how can we introduce evidence based

products and programs to help people become a

better version of themselves and that's

when we found the technology of Ketones

and some of the research that Dr.

Dominique D'Agostino was doing.

Our product is

actually utilized as a patent that he

patented through some of his research

through Ketones or Ketogenic diet at the

University of South Florida.

Tell me a little bit about what we have

here today?

Well, you know our products were inspired

and formulated to just help support the

keto lifestyle or for anyone that's

looking for a greater fuel source.

It's really simple to take.

We wanted to make

it convenient so you have little packets

that you can take with you during the day.

I generally suggest taking it first

thing in the morning, to start your day.

If you're new and you've never had them

before start with one serving in the

morning and we also have a keto cream

that you can start with.

Take it in

the morning, see how you feel but

generally I like to do it twice a day so

first thing in the morning when you wake

up and then in the afternoon when you

feel that energy dip, kind of around

three o'clock.

Brian where can we find

more information about Ketogenic and

about your products?

Check out you know,

our Facebook page, facebook.com/JustPruvit

J-U-S-T Pruvit. or our website PruvitNow.com and we have

a wealth of information and we have tens

of millions of experiences out there so

you can actually hear some of the

stories and some of the impact that the

technology is making in the market.

Fantastic, Dr. Andi and Brian, thank you

so much for joining us and of course you

Quick thoughts on... - The Survivor - Duration: 12:26.

Today's episode is kind of familiar.

It's called "The Survivor" and it's a story written by James Schmerer,

and it's his first and only Star Trek script.

The Enterprise finds a small damaged vessel with one humanoid

on board.

They beam him on the ship and to everybody's surprise

they find out it's Carter Winston.

Who's Carter Winston?

Well, he looks like he just came from an audition

to be the new Who singer, and he sounds just like William Shatner,

which makes it quite fun to listen to the conversations

between him and Captain Kirk, but in universe he is a famous

philanthropist.

He several times managed to get insane riches, but always used

his money to help the poor.

So why is this weird?

Because he has been missing for more than five years.

Well, that also sounds kind of familiar.

A famous man missing for five years?

Hm...

Then we find out that the crew of the Enterprise includes

his fiance.

So... are they intentionally ripping of What Are

Little Girls Made Of? or is it just a huge coincidence which

nobody from the writer team noticed?

This time the fiance is not a nurse, but a security officer, Lieutenant

Anne Nored.

Spock wants to check his identity with his identity tapes, but

McCoy is pissed that he dares to question his identity.

Which is pretty weird, because in the previous scene

McCoy himself said that it's impossible and the man can't

be Winston, he is surely dead.

But for some reason McCoy is now absolutely sure

that the man is Winston.

But anyway he examines Winston and we find out two things -

McCoy now officially has a daughter, who actually knew Carter

and he finds with his instruments some strange readings, but

dismisses them as equipment error and says that the instruments

need recalibration.

It's great we get a canonical confirmation that McCoy's daughter exists - that is if

you consider the animated series cannon, of course.

I'm pretty sure that it was Dorothy Fontana's idea.

She created the character of Joanna McCoy when she was creating the Star Trek

season 2 bible.

She planned to introduce the character in season

2 of Star Trek, that never happened.

Then she wrote her in the script for a season 3 episode

called "Joanna", where she was supposed to be a love interest for Kirk,

unfortunately when the script was rewritten into The Way to Eden,

which is considered to be by many fans, including myself, one

of the worst episodes of Star Trek ever, Joanna became Irina and the

love interest for Chekov.

Then she wrote a script for her for season 4, where she was supposed to be a recurring

character, and possibly a nurse, but season 4 never happened.

But in this episode we get a confirmation she indeed existed,

which is pretty cool, but why does McCoy think that his instruments

are not working correctly, instead of him suspecting

the patient is not who he claims to be?

That's some pretty strange behaviour for McCoy.

But he's not the only one who's behaving strangely.

Everybody except Spock behaves like a member of Carter Winston's

fan club.

When checking his credentials, captain Kirk actually

looks like a school girl watching the newest Justin Bieber video.

Anyway Carter and Anne finally meet, so what does he do?

Just what every man would do if he would meet his fiancée after 5 years,

he dumps her.

But he actually has a good reason for it.

As soon as Kirk goes to his quarters, Carter follows him and we find out

that he's actually a giant tentacle monster.

He touches Kirk, who makes his "oh shit, I just crapped my pants" face and falls down.

Then we see the tentacle monster putting Kirk to bed while doing something

which looks like a hug, but thankfully this show isn't as "progressive"

as some of the people as perverted as me would think,

so no, he doesn't rape Kirk, instead he just turns into him and goes

to the bridge.

This "fake Kirk" goes to the bridge, orders the Enterprise to

enter the neutral zone, and leaves the bridge again.

When later real Kirk wakes up in his bed, he goes to

the bridge and is quite shocked to find out that they're in the neutral

zone.

When the surprised bridge crew shows him the video

of him giving the order, he pretends everything is all-right, he orders

the Enterprise to leave the Romulan space and goes with Spock

to see McCoy.

He thinks that he's not quite there and wants to be

checked.

Meanwhile Carter Winston visits McCoy, and takes his place.

As McCoy he then says to Anne that she should indeed try to

forget Carter.

When speaking to Kirk and Spock, he admits that

he might have done a mistake with Carter's tests and promises to repeat

them.

Kirk and Spock leave so that he can get back to work, but

then Spock realizes that McCoy would never simply acknowledge he might

have done a mistake, especially not when Spock accused him of it,

so they return back, only to find McCoy sleeping on the floor of

his lab.

Kirk is for a moment confused about what's going on, but

when he looks around, he realizes that there's one more bio-bed

than before.

He goes to the extra bed and promises to drop acid

on him.

Funny, I thought that the term "to drop acid" means something

else.

Of course the bed turns into our tentacle monster, who attacks

our heroes and runs away.

Hm,,, how can he run away on his tentacles?

I think that the animators should be more creative about

this, it's not like a squid could walk like a man, right?

Anyway Spock says to McCoy and therefore to the audience that the intruder

is a Vendorian, who are a race of aliens living in isolation,

because they can turn into anybody or anything with similar

size.

The Vendorian is captured by Nored, but he just slaps her

on the wrist and she lets him run away.

I love the fact that they were trying to create many strong female characters for

the show, but absolutely every one of them is incompetent.

I'm not sure that feminists would like this type of "strong women".

After escaping he turns into a technician and damages the shields.

That's when the action part of the story begins.

The Enterprise is surrounded by 2 Romulan ships. The Romulan

commander wants to confiscate the Enterprise, just like their

treaty allows.

So Kirk is now in the wrong, because he technically

DID break the treaty, he is outnumbered and has no defence shields.

But James T. Kirk is not a kind of a guy who would give up his

ship that easily.

He asks for time to prepare the crew, but uses

it to catch the Vendorian.

By the way this is I think the first time we see the new

communications officer, M'Ress.

Nored again captures the Vendorian, and she lets him go again.

Bravo, great strong female character.

This time she lets him go, because he reminds her on Carter

Winston and tells her he loves her or something?

Anyway he escapes out and turns into a shield effectively saving

the Enterprise in the battle with the Romulans.

That's why Kirk arrests him and lets him go with ... Anne Norden.

I'm sure that will end without any problems, it's not like he escaped her

twice already.

Anyway the show ends with a typical funny insults

shared between McCoy and Spock.

This episode has a couple of problems.

It reminds me way too much on What Are Little Girls Made Of?

That script also has the Enterprise finding a famous man, who was missing for

5 years, one of the crewmembers is the man's old fiancée, and

there are evil duplicates of our heroes.

There are also the typical animation continuity errors, the most noticeable is the scene with

doctor McCoy, where he alternates between standing and sitting.

Also this episode made me wonder - how does exactly the form

changing work?

OK, I get that the Vendorian can change into anything

with similar size, that makes kind of sense.

But does the Vendorian first need to change into its tentacle monster form?

Does he need to touch his victims with his tentacle?

Because that's the only reason I can see why he changes his form before each attack.

But then we see him attacking Scotty in his human form.

So why does he sometimes change before the attack and other times not?

Also does he have some memory erasing powers?

Kirk not remembering what happened makes sense, because he was attacked from his behind,

but why does Scotty not remember what happened?

He was attacked from the front.

Also how does the Vendorian know everything his

victims knows?

I assumed he knew everything about Carter Winston because

he was his caretaker for the last year of his life, so they apparently

did talk together daily, but why does he know everything that

Kirk knows?

Or McCoy?

Does he have some telepathic abilities?

He later says that the longer he looks like Carter Winston, the more he

becomes Carter Winston, but that doesn't make any sense to me.

If you dress up like a zombie for Halloween, you don't BECOME a zombie if

you don't get undressed for a longer period of time.

I don't know, but some aspects of the script feel a bit unfinished.

Also like his change of heart, he sabotages the Enterprise, than talks with

Anne, and then rescues the Enterprise?

It feels a bit rushed, it's again one of the scripts,

which would work better as a 50 minutes long episode, and not 20 minutes

long cartoon.

Overall I like this episode, but it could be better.

Much better.

I think that 7 of 10 would be a fair rating for this

one.

But as always, these are just MY opinions, feel free to write down

your opinions in the comments section, if you liked this hit that like button

and feel free to watch any of the previous episodes, or any

of the different types of videos I'm doing on this channel.

Thanks a lot for watching and if you do like this type of videos, come back next week

when I'll talk about the next episode called "The Infinite Vulcan".

Thank you very much, bye.
