Hi everyone, I hope you are well,

Today we will see a new tutorial,

and today we will see how to drop a step with a 180-nose.

Let's go !

So first the prerequisites :

you should already be able to do a 180 on the front wheel,

If you still do not know how to do a 180 on the front wheel, you can train flat

until you have a complete rotation.

After the rotation, you can go back in fakie to practice this gesture.

The second phase will be to train flat to take off the front wheel.

This will allow us to clear the front of the step during the drop.

I will now explain step by step how to make a 180 nose drop.

First step: we will arrive at the void.

We will have a low speed to be able to control the move.

When we are about ten centimeters away from the void,

We will lock the front brake, take support on the arms and give a basin shot on the side.

The rear wheel will get up, we will begin the rotation.

During the rotation, we will keep the support on the arms to keep the rear wheel in the air.

During the rotation, we will also put the body forward to prepare a pulse backwards.

When we turn about 150 °,

We will release the brake, stretch our arms and legs and give a push back to clear the wheel before the step.

At this point, we will be in the air.

We will then prepare the impact on the ground.

We will reach out, stretch our legs and wait until the rear wheel touches the ground.

When the wheels touch the ground, we will bend the arms and the legs while pedaling backwards

to be able to have some speed for the fakie.

We will finish this tricks with a fakie to be able to follow the line with other tricks.

I do record in 44.1 kHz at 24-bits. I did encounter sample delay when I reamped guitars back in the day

but nowadays I do not get anything like that

I still put like a sample beep at the front of the DI track

just so I have something to sync with if the guitar is delayed or something like that

The setup I have now, I'm not getting any delays at all, so that's a good thing.

But if you have problems you can always use ... like, I usually take like a metronome beep

and put it before the DI track and then I reamp that beep as well

and then I can align the reamped track using that metronome beep

A Taste of First-Team Life for Bayern Youngsters - Duration: 6:34.

Javi Martinez, David Alaba, Kingsley Coman and Co. – familiar figures to all Bayern fans,

yet who are these unknown faces?

A look at the record champions' squad in this early stage of pre-season throws up one noticeable feature:

There are plenty of young players enriching Niko Kovac's team.

Joshua Zirkzee, Timothy Anderson, Oliver Batista Meier – it's boom time

for Bayern's youngsters at Säbener Straße.

The absence of World Cup participants gives the new coaching team the chance

to get acquainted with the club's younger players.

And the boys are hungry and highly motivated.

They're talented young players who are definitely looking for the chance to be successful at FC Bayern.

Earlier in my career I got to coach the reserves at Salzburg, so I know

how important it is to talk to young players,

and how quickly they learn.

The development is rapid.

They can make a real leap forward within just six months.

Seasoned first-team players like Arjen Robben are encouraging the youngsters,

joining in and experiencing their passion at first hand every day.

They're all making an effort, doing really well with us and of course it's also strenuous.

You can't forget they're still 17 or 18.

It's a big adjustment.

Everything's quicker in the first team.

You have to think quicker and there's a greater psychological demand.

It's a big step and they have to try and hang on in there.

It's proof of the amazing youth work being done by the record champions

and the philosophy the club wants to lay down for the years to come

whereby youngsters make the step up to the first team.

And there's plenty of them involved already

There are up to 12 players from the U17s through to the reserves currently with the first team,

trying to take as much out of it as possible and savouring that taste of first-team life.

It was a good experience.

They're all players of the highest quality.

It's what you dream about, and it's just great to be here.

Joshua Zirkzee is one of them.

The Dutchman has picked out his compatriot Arjen Robben in particular as his mentor.

For the FCB youngsters it's one of the biggest chances and often more than that

– it's a dream come true.

t still feels so surreal because I used to watch him.

He's a super player both on and off the pitch.

I pay attention to everything he does, how much he concentrates and how hard he works.

For us young players it's just good to be able to watch players like Robben or Ribery.

They're real role models.

Another youngster arrives with references that include a combined 29 goals and assists in 35 games for the U17s.

Like all the young players currently training under Niko Kovac,

Jahn Herrmann is also enjoying his time with the first team

but above all wants to take something out of this for his own career and own path to the top.

It's about the small things with them.

He captained last season's U17 side that finished runners-up in the German championship,

and now he's training with the first team.

From fan to youth hopeful and now playing with his idols.

It's a dream come true. I've been following them since I was little.

I've been a Bayern fan for as long as I can remember.

Ribery was on my first kit,

and now I'm sharing a pitch with him and the whole team!

Pre-season is the toughest period of training in the whole season.

Sometimes there are two sessions a day in bright sunshine – the intensity is high.

It goes without saying the pace is greater than in the U17s or U19s,

but the longer you spend here, the more you get used to it.

The senior players have again taken the youngsters under their wings.

They talk to them, give them tips and even joke with them.

It's a special experience and one that's immeasurably valuable for the youth players.

We always try to help when we can.

Sometimes they're a bit nervous to be training with the first team

because they're not quite used to training at this level,

but we give them some tips each session.

As a young player you're reliant on the coach

and older players giving you advice and pointers.

And they all do that here.

They help you in training, which is amazing.

Alex Timossi Andersson is a Sweden youth international

and joined from the Swedish top flight on 1 July 2018.

Now he's also part of the first team setup.

As well as Andersson, Woo-Yeong Jeong is another player

who has the additional burden of German lessons alongside training.

They're being pushed both on and off the pitch.

Woo-Yeong Jeong comes from South Korea, has just turned 18 and has been with FCB since the start of the year.

I'm happy and I like being in Germany.

There are plenty of good reasons for FC Bayern's young players to be training with the first team,

which include getting a view of the youngsters' level of performance,

strengthening Bayern's youth work and focusing on their own strengths.

And for the youth players it's the ideal opportunity to get that taste of first-team life

so they can take the next step in their footballing careers.

Chinese companies absent from D.C. lobbying on trade war  The White House and Beijing may be escalating an increasingly hostile trade war with harsh words and cascading waves of tariffs, but there's one battlefield where the Chinese aren't fighting back: Washington

 U.S. and European companies have been in an all-out sprint to hire lobbyists to battle for global free trade ever since President Donald Trump started tearing up treaties and slapping penalties on imports from furniture to auto parts

But even though Chinese firms stand to lose the most from Trump's aggressive moves, only a handful of the very largest — such as tech giants ZTE and Huawei — have lobbyists on retainer or staff in the U

S.  The reason is largely cultural and historical. Many Chinese firms are partly government-owned, and they're used to relying on officials in Beijing or their American business partners to fight for their interests

But they could be missing opportunities to get their products off Trump's growing tariff lists

And advocates for Chinese investment in the U.S., which has plummeted to a seven-year low, fear the silence is just contributing to an increasingly hostile environment

 "I've been frankly trying to persuade Chinese companies to do more lobbying without a whole lot of success," said Bill Black, president of the Greater Washington China Investment Center

"Seeing what was on the horizon, I had tried to convince them to work with local American communities to advocate for a more open and friendly approach to investment

S. and Chinese companies, said business culture in China and internationally is "controlled and led by the Chinese government," and Chinese companies are therefore less inclined to "openly doing lobbying

 But meanwhile, with trade talks between the U.S and China at an impasse, Trump's penalties are slamming Chinese exporters more than any others

Trump imposed steel and aluminum tariffs in March on a range of countries including China, and then this month slapped duties on an additional $34 billion in Chinese goods on the grounds that the move would protect U

S. technology. Tariffs on another $16 billion of Chinese goods are likely to be imposed soon

And on July 10, his administration said it would move toward taxing an additional $200 billion in Chinese products ranging from handbags to toilet paper

 Beijing is fighting back with penalties on U.S. goods. But instead of encouraging its own companies to join the fight in Washington, Chinese officials have turned to what may be an outdated playbook: urging U

S. firms that do business in China to lobby the Trump administration. That worked in the past, but it's not going to pay off the way it once did, said Stewart Baker, a partner at Steptoe & Johnson who works on international trade

 Baker said that despite U.S. companies' hopes for economic expansion in China, Beijing has made it clear that it intends to create a domestic industry to replace U

S. companies in areas where U.S. firms have an advantage.  "China for a generation didn't have to do much lobbying over these issues because big U

S. companies that believed they had an immense opportunity in China would do their lobbying for them," Baker said

"But those days are gone because China has basically persuaded all of those big companies that they don't have a great future in China

"  So far, it's been largely left to U.S. manufacturers to convince the Trump administration that penalties on materials they need will create hardships

After the president says he wants to impose penalties, companies have a chance to head them off because administrative agencies must gather public feedback before putting them into effect

Then, there's also a process in which U.S. firms and American subsidiaries of foreign firms can submit requests to have products removed from tariff lists after the fact

 U.S. companies and American subsidiaries of foreign firms have filed more than 20,000 requests begging the Commerce Department to exclude certain imports from steel and aluminum tariffs, but only 19 companies have been granted those requests so far exempting steel products from Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and China

 But many Chinese companies are unaware that the process exists. Sally Peng, head of the Asia-Pacific practice at the law firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, said she conducted a "straw poll" of the audience at a recent event for a Chinese chamber of commerce to see how many business leaders knew about waivers from the Trump administration's steel and aluminum tariffs

 "None did," she told POLITICO.  Chinese companies haven't been completely absent from the battle against U

S. tariffs in Washington. In May, a handful of Chinese industry officials testified against some of Trump's planned penalties before the United States Trade Representative

They included groups such as the China General Chamber of Commerce-USA and a subsidiary for a Chinese law firm

Don't mention the trade war: What China doesn't want people to know in its dispute with the U

S.  One company, the U.S. subsidiary of Chinese pharmaceutical company Novast Holdings, was successful in getting birth control removed from the initial list after the head of its U

S. operation warned that it supplied between 10 and 20 percent of the U.S. market and the tariffs could lead to shortages

 Chinese companies have opted to take a more indirect approach, even though they are allowed to directly lobby for exemptions from China-specific tariffs

 Nicole Bivens Collinson, who leads Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg's international trade and government relations practice, said some Chinese companies that act as suppliers to U

S. companies have asked their partners to cover the costs of the tariffs, while others have suggested splitting or covering the costs of the tariffs so long as their U

S. counterparts will push to get the tariffs removed.  The lack of a Chinese lobbying presence in Washington also could be contributing to a tide of negative opinion that's helped push Chinese investment in the U

S. to lows not seen since the great recession. Chinese investment dropped 90 percent in the first half of 2018, compared to the first half of 2017, according to the Rhodium Group, an independent research firm

Chinese companies abandoned at least eight major attempted acquisitions worth more than $2

1 billion in the first half of the year because of regulatory scrutiny, Rhodium found

 And the trend could get worse. Congress is expected to approve legislation that would give the government broader authority to block foreign investment bids it deems to be harmful to national security

 But instead of pushing back, Chinese firms are ceding the territory.  The current hostile climate toward China means those companies are unlikely to invest in lobbying efforts any time soon

 "I think we're going to go in the opposite direction," said Robert Atkinson, president of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, a Washington think tank

"I think because of the toxicity of the relationship that you're going to see even less of it going on in the future

"  Still, the Chinese have found one effective way of influencing Washington policy: going straight to the top

"That's as good a lobbying option as one can hope for."

let me just open it up and what I'll do is while I'm unboxing it I was looking for something

really specifically good for vlogging with a GoPro Hero 5 black.

By the way I know I'm not in the happy hut today - that's round back there.

It's such a gorgeous day, I've got a table and everything.

When it comes out the box it comes with this paper warning attached which I've really carefully

torn off.

Basically what it's saying in quite broken instructions is if you can see here there's

a lock symbol - there's a lock.

If you turn it one extra turn this mini tripod locks into place but when it's stored as a

hand or if I try to pull it off while it's locked like that the legs will snap if I try

to open up the mini tripod.

So what the warning's trying to say is twist it into its unlock position and then you

can open it up easily.

So I hope you can see that and then when it stands but obviously it goes down so you've

got to then put it into the lock position so it's like that - it's just that one final

turn that will mean that it doesn't collapse.

But if you try to fold up the legs while it's in locked, they will snap.

The legs are plastic and there are little feet I don't know if you can see that.

That's it - it's just either open or closed but it could not be clearer that you have

to have it in that unlocked position to unfold or fold up the legs and then twist it into

lock to keep them there.

What I was looking for wasn't a selfie stick it was a hand grip, and I wanted as small

a hand grip as possible.

And on the pictures on Amazon it looked quite large but in reality it's about 20 centimeters.

This is rubberized - and the, the pole itself is aluminium and the other thing I wanted

was the tripod thread so the Afaith comes with the GoPro top attached - that's permanently

attached to the first top section of the selfie stick.

So this is my GoPro frame... put the GoPro in... oh by the way it made a video for a

screen protector I'll put that in the description.

This is what it looks like so you've got a POV of how it would look like to vlog with

this the Telesin aluminium selfie stick/ Hello this is how the GoPro looks in the frame

without a microphone but just gives you an idea of the kind of arm's length distance

with the stick has with it down at this lowest setting.

On the box it says that that distance is 90 centimeters and then to bring it down just

twist and push.

It's a collar you can put on the top here - phone holder on - and then here you can

use your phone as your viewfinder for your GoPro.

So what you've got now is a viewfinder that's in your field of vision and you can see what

you're shooting without having to look off-camera.

And take off the GoPro mount.

Put on this tripod mount oh man look at - this is how well built it is - the bolt has flown

off the back.

You have a smartphone hand grip.

Unfortunately the smartphone holder - I just gave it one extra turn - and it just

snapped clean off the this is now useless.

Look at that!

It's just it's just a plastic thread.

This doesn't work don't trust this holder with your phone - so this collar is I mean

it's completely and it's just junk now that is completely useless
