now i'm selecting two pots without holes

now

i'm going to put the soil mixture in these pots

to make the soil mixture for lotus and water lily plants

i just mix the garden soil , dried cow dung and neem cake

dried cow dung is a natural fertilizer for water plants

it has nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus

If you use dried cow dung, these plants will reach healthy growth

neem cake improves the organic matter content of the soil

helping improve soil texture, water holding capacity

and

soil aeration for better root development

neem cake also acts as a natural fertilizer with pesticide

it also reduce alkalinity in soil, as it produces organic acids on decomposition

it's a water lily

now i'm going to replant it in new nutritional environment

first

i just cut the old leaves

then

plant it in this pot

it's a lotus plant

after seed germination

and 15 days later

i'm going to re plant it in new nutritional environment

just dig soil and plant it

now

i'm filling the water in these pots

do not fill the water directly into the soil, it will affect the re planted plants

after re planting place them in partial shade areas for few days

after few days from re planting,

place them in full sunny area

you can keep some fishes in these pots
