So much so, that you even made an online book of all your faces!
It actually seems like many of you spend a lot of time on there.
Does that mean you're addicted to Facebook and social media?
Let's find out!
We should probably start by seeing how much time people spend on social platforms.
After looking at a few different sources, it seems like the average person spends about
two hours a day on social media.
Over your lifetime, this could add up to about 5 years!
According to one study, those two hours a day are mostly spent on sites like Facebook
and YouTube, averaging about an hour and 15 minutes between them.
Hopefully they're watching Life Noggin!
Twitter didn't get as much love, averaging only about a minute a day.
That all seems like a lot of time, but does that mean it's an addiction?
Well, according to the American Psychiatric Association, addiction is a complex condition
of the brain where a person has compulsive substance use despite there being harmful
consequences.
People with addiction tend to have an intense focus on what they're addicted to, to the
point where it takes over their life.
What makes it so hard to break an addiction is that it can change the way your brain is
wired, giving you harsh cravings that make it difficult to stop.
Studies of brain imaging have even shown changes in areas of the brain that relate to judgement,
decision making, learning, memory, and behavior control.
So is this what's happening with Facebook and social media?
It's hard to say for sure.
Social media is so new, that it's difficult to compare it to the substances that we usually
include when talking about addiction, like alcohol and tobacco.
That being said, we /are/ starting to give more credit to an addiction that might be
pretty similar: video games.
That's because the American Psychiatric Association includes Internet Gaming Disorders
as disorders that requires further research, but that can result in clinically significant
impairment or distress.
In the past year, the World Health Organisation has also added Gaming disorders to their International
Classification of Diseases, which is used by medical practitioners around the world
to diagnose conditions.
The World Health Organization's classification is a bit more decisive than the one from the
American Psychiatric Association, but both give credit to video game disorders being
a real problem.
Now, online video games are obviously not the same as a site like Facebook, yet they
do have similar social aspects.
It's possible that in the future we'll see health organizations also classifying
social media as a type of addiction or disorder.
Still, sites like Facebook do have quite a few qualities that make you want to come back
to them.
Through constant feeds and giving you push notifications on your phone, social media
sites try their best to keep you on their app or website.
Google and Facebook further their reach by also being commonly used to sign into other
sites.
Social media sites also seem to have a significant impact on how you feel, furthering your connection
to them.
According to a recent study, after removing positive posts from the feeds of over 680,000
Facebook users, people made less positive posts and more negative ones.
When negative posts were removed from their feeds, the opposite happened, suggesting that
emotions can be contagious.
No matter what, whether something is an official addiction or not, that doesn't mean that
it won't have problems.
If you feel like you're spending too much time on social media or that it's taking
away from areas of your life, then it might be a good idea to use it less or take a break.

Destiny 2: The Whisper Heroic - Oracle Puzzle, Chest Locations & Exotic Catalyst - Duration: 7:25.
There is one more secret to The Whisper mission that you may have heard about involving the
oracles and 5 chests that you need to collect.
This easter egg sorta deal is an homage to the fabled 7th chest of the Vault of Glass,
a loot chest thought to exist out on a lone platform in between the jump puzzle and Atheon's
door, under a Vex gate.
So, let's go grab it There are 5 chest in the heroic version of
The Whisper.
The first chest is towards the beginning in a crack in the wall before you drop down into
the red light area.
You'll jump the first gap of the area, then hug the right side wall before going down
and grab the chest.\par Chest number 2 is much later on in what we've
been calling The Hole room.
In my original video, we took the left side route through instead of the right side route,
this is where the chest will be.
By the way, the right side route is a lot easier.
Go along the left side of the wall and when you get to the final hole in the wall on the
left, you'll drop down into a room with the chest.
Chest number 3 and 4 are in the grass room or green room, whatever you call it.
When you first enter the room, you'll have an opportunity to go off to the left side
of the area under the concrete blocks.
When you're under the block, keep going forward until you can't, make a left and then go into
the small tunnel on the right side of the path.
Walk through for chest number 3.
Chest 4 is up the path that we took in the original video.
Turns out there's another path that is significantly easier to take to get to the next area.
Anyway, all you're going to do is go to the back of the area and follow the platforms
that I'm showing now on the video.
There will be some notches built into the wall covered in grass, these are your safety
platforms.
When you get all the way up, look down and left to see a small square of grass.
Jump on that, walk forward and that's number 4.
Chest number 5 is in the room before the combat area.
Instead of hugging the wall going around the big ring to the left, you're going to go jump
off to the right side instead and scale up the platforms over here.
You'll see a vex gate off in the distance, get to it.
From the vex gate, you'll have a very small pillar to jump on, then from there, you'll
jump to a small crevice on the right.
Run to the end, jump right and that is chest number 5.
Each chest contains a Blighted Essence, which is needed to complete your catalyst.
By completing another run on heroic and getting all 5 chests, you should be at 36% on your
catalyst and I imagine it'll take 2 more resets before you're able to complete it.
Now, we have the oracle puzzle.
If you're an old school player who played the original VoG raid, try to figure this
one out for yourself before watching the rest of the video.
For all others, here is the puzzle.
Stand on the vex plate to have all of the oracle spawn.
Note that you NEED all 5 chests to be collected otherwise not all of the oracles will spawn
and you need all 7.
When all 7 oracles are spawned in, for the first wave, you're going to shoot 1, 3, 5.
This is from left to right, so all the way on the left is 1, on the right is 7.
The second wave is 4, 6, 7, 3, 1 and the third wave is 7, 3, 1, 6, 4, 2, 5.
The chest should spawn right in front of you.
So, how was this conclusion reached?
Well, when the oracles spawn, they all make a sound, a note, so all 7 come in with their
notes.
THEN, for the first wave, there are 3 additional pings.
These first 3 pings are the sounds that the first wave of 3 oracles in the original VoG
made.
You respond by shooting the 2nd wave of oracles that spawned in VoG according to the sounds
that they made when they did THEIR first spawn in the raid.
Here's a play by play, listen closely.
If you do the first wave correctly, the game will ping the next 5, which is wave 3 in VoG,
and then you shoot the next 5, which is wave 4 of VoG and then so on for wave 5 and 6.
Pretty clever and a great homage to the Vault.
Reddit user nerdorado and streamer Teawrex were part of the team that managed to decipher
the code, links to them in the description.
As for what you get out of the chest, well, it's a ship schematic and to get it, you need
to do a run of The Whisper on heroic with each singe activated, arc, solar and void.
I assume these will rotate weekly, so I apologize for not getting this video out sooner.
The ship in the picture of the icon looks very much like the Agonarch Karve ship from
King's Fall in Destiny 1.
We'll find out soon enough.
Again, Bungie, well done on this event, been a really fun time although I do worry about
the future of the power weapon slot for boss damage, but that'll be a discussion for another
day.

talk about "go hunt your dream." You know, dreams don't just
happen. We literally have to go after them. This is a dream for
me, even being where I'm at today in the beautiful city of
Paris, France. I'm right here at the famous Sacré-coeur
Cathedral overlooking the city. Now, this is a dream that I had
to go hunt. You know, it doesn't stop once you make a vision
board and you put your dreams and goals on that board. You
then have to take action and go after it. You may have heard me
share in the past how I started this dream with a map of France,
putting a map literally on the wall and praying over the
nation, and asking God for opportunities. Well, but it
didn't stop there. You know, my dream was to get my books
written, get them translated in French, speak at conferences
over here. But you know, last night we spoke at a conference
here in Paris, standing room only, packed out. The books are
translated in French and I'm living that dream. Well, I don't
wanna talk about me. I wanna talk about your dreams. What is
it that God's put in your heart that it's time for you to get up
and go hunt your dream? In fact, I heard someone say, "Every day
in Africa, a gazelle wakes up and knows that it must outrun
the fastest lion or it'll be eaten to death." They said,
"Every day in Africa, a lion wakes up and knows that it must
outrun the fastest gazelle or it'll starve to death." They
said, "Either way, when you wake up, you better be running."
Well, people have said, "The worst day in Heaven would be
when God gives you a glimpse of all that you could have had, all
that you could have done, and all that you could have been,
but for some reason you just stopped. You just settled
somewhere when you know deep inside God has more for your
life." Well, you know, I think about that story in Genesis when
Abraham and his father set out for Canaan land. Now, Canaan
land was the Promised Land, the land of abundance, the land of
more than enough. The Bible talks about how Abraham's father
stopped along the way and settled in Haran. Now, when you
just take out all those other words, Haran and all that, think
about these these two words: stopped, settled. Stopped and
settled. Well, that's never God's plan for any of us that we
just stop somewhere when we know the vision is down there. Never
stop and settle when God has more for your life. You know, I
was listening to a story about a young girl named Lisa who was
diagnosed with dyslexia and she said in her English class, her
teacher actually said, "You are the weakest writer I have ever
had in my entire life." Can you imagine a teacher saying that?
But her English teacher told her that. Her speech teacher told
her, "I do not recommend that you ever speak in public. In
fact, you need a desk job." Well, she grew up, of course,
with those insecurities, inferiorities, and she grew up
in South Central LA surrounded by gangs, by violence, and she
said, "I was so determined to not get into that criminal
lifestyle. I saw my friends get in relationships with gang
members and just settle for that life, that mentality." She said
at 27 years old, she met a man who wasn't in the criminal
background, fell in love, the man of her dreams. 28 years old,
they had their first little boy. She said when her son was eight
months old, all of a sudden her whole world came crashing down
when she got this phone call that her dream guy was in jail
and was being sentenced to prison. She said, "Everything I
tried to avoid was happening at once." Here she is trying to
avoid gang life, criminal activity, and then here's the
man of her dreams going to prison. Well, she said she was
destitute, she had nothing, she has an eight-month-old little
boy, and she said the worst day in her life, she's on government
aid, and she finds out she literally had $12 to her name.
She said, "I had to make a decision. Do I buy diapers for
my baby or do I buy food for us?" Of course she had to buy
food and she said it was just such a horrible feeling, but it
marked her for the rest of her life, when she sat there with
her little baby and had to wrap him up in towels 'cause she
couldn't afford diapers. She said, "I'll never forget rubbing
my little baby's tummy and telling him, 'Mommy will never
be this broke or this broken ever again.'" She said, "That
day, I made a decision" and she began to hunt for her dream. She
said first of all she started finding mentors, people who were
doing what she wanted to do, people who had what she wanted
to have. She said she started reading their books. She started
listening to messages, going to conferences. She said, "I went
to the same conference 40 times because I wanted to get it
drilled in me." Then she said she would work all day at a job,
nine hours a day, go home, and she turned her closet into an
office and she said she would sit there for 6:30 at night
until midnight most nights just reading, learning, educating
herself. She said, "Everybody I would listen to would tell me,
'You need to save a little bit of money from every paycheck.'"
She said, "I opened up an account and called it 'Funding
My Dream.'" Every paycheck, she would put a little bit in there,
just a little bit at a time. She said she was stunned when years
later she checked that account and had $62,500. Just a little
bit at a time! Well, that little girl, Lisa, whose teacher told
her, "You are the weakest writer I have ever met in my entire
life," she has now written seven books, translated in 20
languages around the world. The speech teacher who told her,
"You should never speak in public, you should get a desk
job," well, now Lisa is one of the most sought-after
motivational speakers in the world. That little young woman,
young mother, who had only $12 to her name is now worth
millions of dollars today. That was Lisa Nichols. Google her.
You'll see just how amazing she is. Well, I wanna challenge you
with the same thing. You know, Jim Rhone said, "You can't hire
somebody else to do your pushups." Well, you can't have
other people hunt your dream for you. You have to do it yourself.
It's something you have to become your own best
cheerleader. Here the thing. You're not gonna have everybody
believing in you, telling you, "Yes, your dreams are possible,
you've heard from God." You have to remember God hasn't
necessarily told them what He's told you about your future.
Don't wait for everybody to come along and encourage you and tell
you you're not crazy. They may say you're crazy. That's okay.
Go hunt for your dream. Do what God's called you to do. Don't
stop and settle when you know God has more for your life. From

Since 1988, Shark Week has been a much anticipated, week-long event, getting people fascinated
by those ferocious sharp-toothed creatures of the deep. These kings of the ocean may
have a hard time distinguishing between friends and food, but they're still a prime favorite
among people all over the world. I'm Mike with List25 and in honor of Shark Week 2018,
here are 25 Crazy Shark Facts You Can Sink Your Teeth Into.

The average shark has 40-45 teeth and can
have up to seven rows of replacement teeth. Because sharks lose a lot of teeth and grow
them back quickly, they often go through more than 30,000 teeth in a lifetime.
24. Sharks today don't have bones. Their skeletons
are made of cartilage. Subsequently, this makes it harder to study their fossils, but
paleontologists believe they found an earlier ancestor to sharks that actually did have
bones once.
23. Hammerhead sharks are born with soft heads
so they won’t jam their mothers’ birth canals.
22. The Cookiecutter shark’s name stemmed
from its unusual feeding method. The sharks attach its mouth onto its victim and carve

10. Measuring only seven inches long, the Dwarf
Lantern Shark is the smallest shark in existence. On the other hand, the Whale Shark is the

9. The Moses sole is a rare fish sharks cannot
eat. When a shark bites into one, the fish releases a chemical that causes the shark
to release it. Scientists are currently attempting to recreate this chemical so they can use
it to repel sharks from humans.
8. Native Americans on the east coast, including
Florida, used the teeth of Great White sharks as arrowheads. Shark teeth were found with
Native American graves and they may have also used them for tools and necklaces.
7. A little-known fact about sharks is that they

3. Whale sharks lay the largest eggs of any animal
on land or in the sea. The largest whale shark egg on record measured 14 inches in diameter.
2. Some South Pacific islanders considered sharks
to be gods and offered human sacrifices to them until as recently as the nineteenth century.
1. Shark skin is very tough, thick, and unique,
providing very good armor and protection. Whale sharks even have skin up to 4 inches
thick!

the future the watch of the day for me is that Szanto time quartz antique finish
watch that I received from watch getting black from a few months back so this
month I'm actually gonna try and do something a little bit different because
quite honestly guys I don't have enough time to do two separate videos on each
of these monthly subscriptions dropping two or three videos a week I've got a
significant significant significant backlog of watches that I want to review
with you guys so likely this month and possibly from here on out I'm just gonna
do the watchgang unboxing and my initial take in review of the watch in the same video
just to save some time and let me get through more watches with you guys so
let's go ahead and tear into this watch gang black subscription from July 2018
incidentally this one came from a fulfillment center in West Bloomfield
now this is the first time I have gotten he watch from this fulfillment center
that I can remember so we'll be curious to see what it is
all right so packing we don't need a bad box we don't need that so looks like we
have our July 2018 watchgang black tier poster which every once in a while I'll take a
look through these but that was the poster idea winter if your guys in the
exchange you probably saw all about it already they do have the tag Tuesday
Seiko Saturday and Rolex Friday winners on the back but quite honestly I don't
pay much too much attention to that stuff let's take a look and we have an
odd Asst open seas I've seen quite a few of these going around we can open it and
we have blue red and white not a whole lot to the box just a very basic box
typical cardboard holder wrapped initially I'm seeing this guy has some
decent weight to it it is a stainless steel bracelet which by now if you guys
have followed me for a while you know is what my preferences are set to so if you
guys are unfamiliar with not tests like I was this is actually their dive chrono
500 version which is a chronograph as you can see there this specific color WatchGang Black Unboxing and Review: July 2018
combination is not us model number one 7 0 6 5 - f 1 7 0 6 5 - F and that will
give you that blue in red and white color combination they do have that I've
seen around quite a bit that I'm actually kind of fond of is the black
bezel version of this basically the differences between the two watches is
just the colour bezel this does have a good size 45 millimeter case states--a
has diamond cut hands super loom on those applied indices applied in raised
indices we'll get some better shot up close here in a second this notice is
actually using a Japanese Miyota chronograph quartz movement now I'm not
positive enough about the Miyota quartz movements to know what movement this one
is but this is a chronograph function as we zoom in here you can see those raised
applied indices a little bit better those are looking kind of sharp this is
the dive 500 model but the interesting thing about it is it has a screw down
crown on and it has what appears to be a helium escape valve
however this guy does only have a 50 80 M water resistance 50 ATM water
resistance on this notice one thing that I kind of found interesting is that
states that does have a sapphire crystal which at this price point ooh I actually
like the click on that bezel that's a that's a pretty short bezel
unidirectional 120 click bezel now according to their website the MSRP on
this Nautis chronograph is about three hundred and seventy-five dollars I'm not
even going to bother jumping over to ebay because I can almost guarantee that
they're probably going in the hundred dollar range because there are so many
of them out there guys the more I'm holding on to this though the more I
really really like the weight of this watch and the the stainless steel in the
swatch seems pretty decent does have the Nautis brand right there not us not
Nautis not us brand right there on that double fold-over clasp with micro
adjustments it's quartz and closed case back I don't mind this for the hundred
dollars that I spent on it with the watch gang black subscription the weight
the weight and have to definitely seem to be there for me and it's likely
something I will wear at least a couple of times before I pass it on alright
guys so that was the nod that I received as part of my watch gang
black subscription for July 2018 watch gang black July 2018 if you guys stick
around later in this week I have to watch gang platinum subscription
unboxings that I have coming up this will likely be the last month that I

The Best Beginner's Workout Routine (FREE) - Duration: 6:40.
hey so a really common question I get is what's the best training program for
absolute beginners or just beginners who have under six months of training
experience at the gym so I used to work as a trainer at a gym and I saw a lot of
people both men and women make a lot of mistakes that can be easily avoided if
you just know the basics so it's really important to start the gym right so you
can instill good habits and make good progress from the beginning because
that's when you're going to make the most progress so straight off the bat
research has shown that training for a beginner should be slightly different
than training for somebody who is more intermediate and experienced the main
thing is that beginners respond better to more frequent training of muscle
groups what that basically means is that somebody who's been strength training
for multiple years will do better training each muscle group around twice
per week while somebody who's fresh to the gym will respond better to training
their muscles three times per week so I have a really really simple workout
program for you guys it's absolutely free and it's in the description down
below and I'm going to break it down for you right now very quickly so basically
it's going to be divided into three workouts for the week each workout is
going to be a full body workout meaning you're going to be targeting the
majority of the muscles in your body through different exercises so you're
gonna have workout a workout B and workout C workout a-and workout C are
going to be focused primarily on gaining strength while workout B is going to be
focused primarily on hypertrophy which means you're going to be training at a
slightly higher rep range it's good to be focusing mostly on strength as a
beginner because with training for strength you're going to build muscle
and as a beginner your aim should be to build a foundation of strength for your
body using mainly compound movements so you have workout a workout B
work out C work out a and see a strength workout B is hypertrophy
well cup 8 and workout C will be training between the rep ranges 2 to 6
so you're going to be using heavy weight relative to you and workout B you're
going to be training within the rep range of 7 to 12 and you're going to be
using lighter weight obviously so you can do the higher reps but it's still
it's not going to be that light it's still going to be challenging for you so
what exactly makes a beginners routine or any routine good the first is what I
just mentioned focusing primarily on strength gain the second factor is going
to be primarily focusing on compound movements an example of a compound
movement is something like a deadlift compared to something like a bicep curl
the definition of a compound movement is basically any exercise where you need to
use more than one joint for example you're curling with one joint and you're
doing a deadlift we're using multiple joints like your hips your knees
compound movements are going to recruit much more muscle fibers the more time
efficient and overall it's going to be much easier to gain strength and muscle
from doing these exercises the bad thing is that it's more challenging right it's
fun over time as you get used to them but it's gonna hurt much more than doing
very light bicep curls at the gym so it's something you have to do but you
got to toughen up especially if you haven't been used to doing exercises
like that because deadlifts will take it out of you and I'll make you very
fatigued and sore the next day especially if you're new to them but
trust me you'll learn to love them with time the other thing that's important to
do is have a good balance between exercises you don't want to be doing too
many pushing movements and are not enough pulling movements you want a nice
balance between pushing movements pulling movements lower body movements
so you want to have a nice balance and you want to adjust the type of exercises
you're trying to do towards your goals for example through a woman maybe you're
gonna want to do slightly more squats than bench press just because you want
to get a nice butt right but guys might want to do a bit
more bench press so upper body work because that's the primary goal of guys
to have a nice upper body as well as a lower body obviously but most guys out
there just want a nicer upper body but it's important to train everything
including your legs doing deadlifts squats bench press all of that
so I'm not gonna go into too much depth about each individual exercise because
I've put them in the description down below so you can take that workout
program you can switch exercises if you'd like you can change the rep ranges
if you want but it's a very good foundation to begin from just so you
know that you're doing the right thing and it's much better to have a routine
and have a goal in mind when you go to the gym instead of just going there and
doing whatever you feel like as the years progressed and as you learn to
understand how your body responds to exercise and the frequency and the type
of exercise you can just go into the gym and sort of free solid but for the first
few years you really want to be doing something that's more rigid and
programmed the last thing you want to keep in mind moving forward with the
routine is that your goal is progressive overload which basically means that you
want to be getting stronger at the movements you do if you do the same
exercises over and over and over again each week at the same weight at the same
intensity then you're never going to progress so you shouldn't try to
progress too quickly you need to give your body and your ligaments a chance to
catch up but you do want to make sure that over the months you are
progressively seeing your strength and your ability to exercise harder and more
and for longer you want to see that increasing mainly your strength as this
is a great indication that you're making progress
so always aim to get stronger especially on those big compound movements like
deadlifts squats and pull-ups so good luck to you if you're new to this or
good luck to you if you have some experience but you just want to try this
routine out this routine specifically is going to be much better for beginners
but it's going to work for everybody because the main thing that makes a
program work is getting stronger and improving each time you go to the gym so

If you're buying a house in the Savannah area you're probably wondering, do I need
flood insurance? We are talking about the Savannah flood zone map and we are
starting right now. Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. I'm Karin Carr with
Georgia Coast Homes at Keller Williams here in Savannah, Georgia. If this is your
first time here you may want to consider subscribing to my channel because I talk
about all kinds of real great stuff related to Savannah. Click the button - you
know you want to. Do I need flood insurance? This is a question that buyers
ask me all the time when they're buying a home so let's jump on over to my
computer and I'm going to show you the best way to find out. Here is the
easiest way to find out Savannah, GA flood zones - specifically homes that are
in Chatham County. You're going to go to Sagis.org and scroll
down to this one right here that says "Find my flood zone in Chatham County."
Click on that. Then you're going to come over to the left-hand side where it says
"find my flood zone - find my address." Step 1 - we click on the magnifying glass and
you type in the address of any house that you currently are considering
buying. It's going to show you this aerial satellite photo. Go back over to
the lefthand side and scroll down over here to "identify my current flood zone."
It's going to automatically show you what flood zone it is currently in. This
particular property is in an X Zone, which means it's considered low risk and
flood insurance is not required. If we go over to this website, which is the
Department of Engineering for Chatham County, they go into the definitions of
what these flood zones are, which ones are considered higher risk, which ones
are not. However FEMA changed their flood maps so
as of August 16, 2018 the flood maps are going to change.
We want to know... great, it's in an X zone now. Is it going to
change come August? Because if I'm buying a house and I'm closing in July, I might
want to say, "Hey, can I wait until August 17th to close if I know that it's
currently in a flood zone and it's not going to be in August?" So go back over to
the left-hand side, scroll down to step number 3. It's going to populate
automatically, it just takes a minute or two. And lo and behold it is still in an
X zone so that's great news. We know that it currently does not require flood
insurance and nor will it come August 16th. So this particular website is
fantastic for all of the homes that are in Savannah, Pooler, Tybee Island,
Wilmington Island... that whole area. There is another website that is specifically
for Bryan County, which is where Richmond Hill is, and we don't even have
one for Effingham County because so few properties there require flood insurance.
So now you know where to go to find the Savannah flood zone maps but do you know
what the real estate market is doing? You might want to click that video right
there where I talk all about exactly what's going on with our real estate market. Thank you so

"That was a performance to definitely win something. "But obviously with City having that exceptional season every other team has been overshadowed
"But they're definitely heading in the right direction. "Their front three are phenomenal but I believe they need someone else as well
"Just in case something happens to one of them. "So they do need another world-class striker

Discussing the upcoming campaign, Kewell - speaking in association with UberEats - said: "It's a big season for Liverpool
"That had a fantastic season and have some quality players like Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson
