So with the release of Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, I wanted to try and get

some informative videos out there to try and help as many people as possible with their

new Kanto adventures, as this may be many of your guys' first time picking up a pokemon

game.

So this got me thinking about what would have been the most helpful tips when I first started

playing all of those years ago.

One of these definitely has to be what are some of the harder Pokemon to evolve.

Fortunately most Pokemon can be easily evolved without much effort, but others might take

a bit more time, whether it be not knowing what levels they evolve at, meeting certain

conditions, or the method dreaded by all loners, the trade evolution.

So with that being said, welcome to my Top 5 Hardest Pokemon to Evolve in Pokemon Let's

Go Pikachu and Eevee.

The main rule with this list in particular is that for the most part, with the exception

of one pokemon, is that we are going based on evolution in game only, as the Pokemon

GO integration can at times make evolution for some Pokemon easier or harder than originally

intended.

Plus not everyone will want to use Go for their playthrough, so I want this list to

be as inclusive as possible.

Now one more thing I should note is that this doesn't necessarily mean the Pokemon are

super hard to evolve, just the hardest of the bunch.

Again, the Kanto region was pretty straight forward with evolutions for the most part

as they were the first entries in the series, so most Pokemon evolved at fairly reasonable

levels or by stones, so that's the scale we're going by.

And of course this video is 100% opinion based, so what I might find hard comparative to others

my not be hard to you.

And lastly I just have one honorable mention, and it is none other than Magikarp.

Now while this Pokemon is still a little annoying to evolve, it's a lot easier compared to

the original games as Magikarp now has access to tackle at level 15.

Still a tad annoying, but not even comparable to how it used to be.(Don't know if you

still want the HM) Now with all of that out of the way, if you have your own list of hard

With Pokemon's move onto what is technically a home console, and Nintendo's move into

the modern era of gaming one of the more controversial decisions amongst fans across the board has

to be the decision to make online a paid service.

Many Pokemon fans were hoping that Pokemon would be the exception to the rule and not

require the paid online, but alas that was not the case.

So you might be asking, what does this have to due with the number 5 spot?

Well as stated in the very long intro, one of the comparatively abnormal forms of evolution

was via trading.

Now this was only ever a problem if people did not have a link cable or, during the current

timeframe, a WiFi connection.

However now you will need both WiFi and 20 bucks a year if you want trade and battle

with friends.

While 20 might not be a lot to some, this can definitely be a burden on others which

certainly hinders the experience.

So I think it's only fair to include the 4 OG trade evos on this list.

But if I were to narrow it down, it'd obviously be Abra.

What separates it from the rest is the fact it's only level up move is Teleport.

Sure there are TMs that it can be taught, but those a very scarce and at times non compatible

with Abra, basically rendering this thing useless in actual battle.

Meaning you have to do the classic, switch in, switch out and collect as much EXP as

possible until it evolves into Kadabra.

Sure all the pokemon do get experience in battle with this new mechanic that is basically

the exp share, but all im saying is that it would be way less tedious if abra could just

take out pokemon itself to get full exp instead of half.

Again, this isn't that difficult, hence why it's number 5.

But with needing to pay for online in addition to having to go through extra hoops just to

properly get the thing ready for evolution certainly makes it the most annoying.

Oh yeah, and the need of friends.

Why must this factor haunt me.

Coming in at the number 4 spot we have Rhyhorn.

Now rhyhorn is a pokemon I actually want to use for my team specifically because Rhydon

is an absolute monster, but I feel the process to actually getting one might be a little

more tedious than I originally thought.

First I gotta say since there is no longer a safari zone in Let's Go, in its place

being the Go park, the only other places that you could get a Rhyhorn were Cerulean Cave

and Victory Road.

But thankfully in Let's Go they added Rhyhorn as a catchable pokemon in the Rock Tunnel

making the process to actually obtaining a Rhyhorn a whole lot faster.

But the problem is actually getting it up to the required level of 42 to evolve it.

The level caps in Rock Tunnel are between 18 and 23, so that's half of the work done

for you.

But the grind to 42 is definitely not easy for this Pokemon.

Now while it's stats might be good, they're not as sustainable as I'd like for a Pokemon

that evolves at such a high level.

In addition to that, it has quite the list of weaknesses, being weak to Fighting, Ground,

Steel, and Ice, with 4 times weakness to both Water and Grass.

And conveniently for you, the very next Gym Leader you face after you obtain Rhyhorn just

happens to be the Grass type specialist Erika.

And not to mention the abundance of water and water types throughout the region, it's

not going to be simple to get this thing leveled up adequately.Now again, it's not completely

useless, again looking at stats and it's learnable moveset, I'm just saying it's

quite the tedious task to accomplish.

3 Next up we have a tie as these two pokemon

are pretty much a 1 for 1 in terms of usefulness and difficulty in getting them.

Those 2 Pokemon are both of the main fossil pokemon, Kabuto and Omanyte.

Both have pretty bad stats and fairy meh movepools.

But the main concern is having to wait all the way until Cinnabar Island, damn near the

end of the game, to get them resurrected.

Now at the moment I'm not sure whether they will come out of the fossil at level 5 like

older Kanto games, or if they will be at level 15 as they were in Sun and Moon.

Either way this situation is not good, as they both evolve at Level 40, a major uphill

climb for such weak Pokemon.

(Show omastar and kabutops to show that it may not be worth getting them since they are

weak) You might think it's not so bad as the Fire type Gym Leader Blaine is right there.

Surely you could knock a Pokemon or two out and get some major EXP gain.

Well if we're going by those Pokemon Yellow levels, we're looking at levels between

48 and 54, so you need to start an uphill climb before you even think about attempting

to take him out with either one of those things.

Even giving both the benefit of the doubt and praising Omanyte's High Defense and

Special Attack and Kabuto's High Attack and Defense, they're still not amazing creatures

as moves like Aqua Jet and Rock Slide are pretty much the absolute best you're getting.

Now whether or not they'll keep the ability to revive at the Pewter Museum of Science

like in Heartgold and Soulsilver is unknown, but it's likely to stay the same as it was

in the original games, which is a bummer since I really like these two.

But it basically just makes them Pokedex fillers at this point.

2.

Coming in at the number 2 spot is a Pokemon I struggle with in deciding whether it actually

deserved the top placement or not.

And that is Kanto's Pseudo legendary Pokemon line.

Now it was never really easy to get yourself a Dragonite in the first place for a multitude

of reasons.

The fact that Dratini is really weak doesn't really help, but the climb from Dragonair

at level 30 to level 55 is a pretty steep one.

Now this was already a problem that I personally had, but it was doable.

I mean in Pokemon Yellow Dratini had a 20% chance to be fished out of the Safari Zone

with Dragonair having a 10% chance.

Now that did come with a bit of hindrance as they were levels 10 and 15, respectively.

But at least obtaining one wasn't too awful.

However this issue is even more exacerbated than it was in previous games.

Now with the Safari Zone no longer existing, these two Pokemon can be found on Route 10

at levels between 18 and 23.

Not so bad right?

well..

Dratini does have only has a 4% encounter rate and Dragonair with only 1%.

And with no random encounter via fishing or surfing, it seems like the wait will be tedious,

but maybe not as bad as in yellow at least since you dont have to physical encounter

and battle every pokemon.

But come on, that's just torturous.

I mean I get why it's supposed to be so elusive, but Dragonite is already hard to

get.

At least make these guys easier to find.

Although it doesn't even really matter how soon you find them or not because you won't

even get to enjoy that sweet sweet Dragonite until near the end of the game, which to some

might feel like a major accomplishment that they're happy with.

For me however, I'm just annoyed.

1 And finally at the number one spot we have

the Pokemon that was just barely able to edge out the annoyance to Dragonite and be the

only Pokemon that I had to bend the rules for a little.

And that is none other than the brand new Mythical Pokemon Meltan and Melmetal.

Again to make this list as inclusive as possible I wanted to limit how you get the Pokemon

to just being in game, as Go integration could either make it easier or harder than originally

intended.

Not everyone is going to want to use Go.

However if you want the newest Pokemon and its evolution, you're going to need to suck

it up, as Go is the only way to get these two fellas.

Now getting Meltan should be easy enough as all you have to do is transfer one Pokemon

from Go to Let's Go and you'll receive 1 Mystery Box, that essentially works as an

Incense for Meltan specifically.

But here's where the difficult stuff comes in.

You can only get 1 Mystery box at a time and must wait a period of time before you're

able to get another one.

That's already decent chunk of time that you have to put into just getting a couple

of these little cuties.

However it takes 400 Meltan Candy to evolve Meltan into Melmetal.

So if we assume the Mystery box works exactly like incense and that you get 1 Meltan every

minute for 30 minutes while actually being active, the best case scenario for getting

Melmetal as fast as possible would be be using the full time on two mystery boxes, and that's

assuming you are using a Pinap berry on every single catch, sending the extra Meltan to

Willow for more candy, and that you're able to catch each Meltan within 1 minute.

So even with that unlikely scenario in mind, you're still needing at least an hour of

physical activity, which isn't including the undisclosed wait time for getting new

Mystery boxes.

So it's more likely that you'll be spending hours of your time, and some of them physically

active just to get your hands on this thing.

I actually find it pretty awesome that this is what needs to be done in order to get a

Melmetal, although I'm not super excited about having to get out of the house.

It's super unique and a good move on Game Freak's part to promote both Go and Let's

Go.

That being said, I can also say without an ounce of doubt, that this will be the most

difficult Pokemon to evolve in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee.

Brokenhearted 11-Year-Old Roxy Traded In For Kitten At Shelter! - Duration: 1:17.

For over a decade, Roxy had a home.

Tragically the bitter irony is the very place she was adopted from as a puppy; the Orange

County Animal Shelter in Orlando, is now the place she was returned.

This time, an adorable little kitten took Roxy's place – her bed; her toys and every

warm caress and pat atop her head she had known for so many years.

We can only hope the brokenhearted Roxy did not see her family walking out of the shelter

with their new pet.

When shelter volunteer Cris Ferreira Reed arrived on Saturday, the heartbreak of Roxy's

plight was revealed.

"She is in ISO (isolation) and the ACO told me she was growling and snapping.

I got permission to give it a try….

She crawled into my lap.

She was just scared, can sit, shake and is very obedient.

He begged me 'to take her today.'

I wish I could…"

GELLERT GRINDELWALD | Draw My Life Fantastic Beasts - Duration: 5:26.

We are pretty sure lots of you know "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named", Harry Potter's greatest enemy, Lord Voldemort.

But, before him, there was a dark wizard, even more frightening, called Grindelwald,

who threatened with destroying the peace between the Magical the Muggle worlds.

Gellert Grindelwald is his full name.

Nobody knows where or when exactly he was born, but we do know that it was around 1883.

Grindelwald studied at the Durmstrang Institute, located in Europe and famous for his inclination

towards the Dark Arts.

Gellert was an ambitious wizard and one of the brightest in his generation.

During his years at Durmstrang Institute he showed interest in the Deathly Hallows, the

three most powerful magical objects: the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak

of Invisibility.

He who possessed these three would become the Master of Death.

Grindelwald's obsession got to a point where he engraved the symbol of the Deathly Hallows

on one of the walls of Durmstrang and, since then, it became his personal emblem.

When he was 16, he was expelled from the school for carrying out a series of twisted experiments

that strongly affected lots of his classmates.

After the incidents, he went and lived with his great aunt, the historian Bathilda Bagshot,

to Godric's Hollow, an English town that had been home to Ignotus Peverell, one of

the 3 brothers that had been given the Deathly Hallows in the first place.

It was also there that he met Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, thanks to his aunt

Bathilda.

Back then, Albus had just graduated from Hogwarts and was in charge of his younger siblings

Aberfoth and Ariana after their mom's sudden death.

Albus and Gellert became good friends, they shared everything, even their obsession with

the location of the Deathly Hallows.

Grindelwald dreamt about finding them to dominate the non magic world.

In the begining, Dumbledore didnt find Gindrelwald's ideas very radical.

He believed in his ideals, governing muggles in a responsible way for the sake of both

worlds, "for the greater good".

And this became Grindelwalds slogan.

His relationship with Gellert made him neglect his sister Ariana - she had gone crazy, victim

of the attack of a group of Muggles.

Aberforth asked Album to focus on his family, but he didnt take it very well and Grindelwald

became furious, believing they wanted to interfere in his plans.

They fought, and Albus discovered his friend's true dark nature.

It all finished with a confrontation among Aberforth, Dumbledore and Grindelwald, that

resulted in the tragic death of Ariana, when she interfered in the battle.

Gellert ended up running away and, on his way, he stole the Elder wand, one of the Deathly

Hallows, from the wandmaker Gregorovitch.

After this, he hid in several places around Europe where he kept growing in number of

supporters of his cause.

He raised an army and he built the prison of Nurmengard, where he locked his opponents

up.

During those war years, he committed atrocities and he became the most wanted criminal.

Nobody knew where he was, until, during the 20s, he traveled to New York, where there

was an Obscurial.

A wizard possessed by a dark and unstable force that Grindelwald wants to use to expose

the magical world and create a weapon against Dumbledore.

There, he pretends to be Percival Graves, an auror from the Magical Congress of the

United States of America.

Tho in the end, he is caught thanks to the help of the magizoologist Newt Scamander.

In 1945, the legendary magic duel between Grindelwald and Dumbledore takes place.

Gellert is defeated and locked up in his own prison, Nurmengard.

There, he spent more than 50 years until Lord Voldemort visited him to get information about

the Elder wand and then killed him.

Grindelwald's story appears in the Harry Potter's seventh book and in the 2 last

movies, tho throughout the saga there are some references to this character.

The first mention appears in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, on a Dumbledore

Card that Harry gets when he buys a Chocolate Frog at the Hogwarts Express.

In 2016, the movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" was released, where

Grindelwald's identity is revealed, played by Johnny Depp.

This week, the second installment will be released "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of

Grindelwald", with him as the protagonist.

Truth is, we cant wait to immerse again in the magic wold of the writer J.K.

Rowling and see how this story continues, tho we already know how it finishes!

And in researching this video i found out that he was actually quite hot when he was younger but i only saw him in movies when he was in like his 40s so i never got to see that part.

But i grew up on his films as im sure a lot of you guys did too. The khans have really blessed the industry.

At no 10 we have the iconic scene from Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya.

In the song O o jaane jaana Salman was the first Bollywood actor ever to show his abs on camera. Wow so it was never done before 1998 thats good to know.

Salman Khan has achieved so much in career, and with all these new actors coming into the industry we sometimes forget that he's one of the khans that started it all and pioneered the way.

I mean you seriously have had to be in the industry when it was new to be the first shirtless actor.

At number 9 we have his film background. Now we all know that Salman Khans family is heavily involved in the industry.

His dad Salim Khan is an actor, producer and screenwriter, his stepmother Helen was an actress,

his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz are both actors, directors and producers and even Arbaaz's ex wife Malika Aurora is an actress.

So with all these connections you'd think that Bollywood would have been handed to Salman on a silver platter but you'd be wrong.

Salman said growing up, his father never recommended him to directors, when asked he'd suggest Sanjay Dutt or Sunny Deol but never him.

When he asked why, his dad said the directors and producers should see something in Salman and give him work, he has to go out and get it.

So at least his status of Bollywood royalty was earned and not given.

At no 8 we his email address or lack thereof.

Yes you can hear it strait from the horses mouth, Salman Khan has never had an email address. How does he do anything on the internet without one?

I'm very confused. Maybe people just do it for him i guess.He has a twitter account but i think you can sign up to that using your number and not just an email address.

That boggles my mind but if you're Salman Khan i guess you have a lot better things to do with your time than be on the internet.

He explained that he loves face to face interactions and doesnt want to communicate with anyone over emails.

He said whenever i have to tell someone something i just pick up the phone and call them and they should do the same. Emails are unnecessary.

At number 7 we have his OCD. This is a quirky fact for you guys. Salman is really fixated on soap.

Apparently his bathrooms at home are stacked with all kinds of soaps and he prefers natural fruit and vegetable extracts when it comes to his choice.

I mean at least now we know for sure that he showers regularly, or that you know he at least washes his hands regularly. His second fixation is to do with color.

Apparently Salman is extremely picky about the colors he wears. He buys t shirts of really similar or even the same color but tries to convince people that they're different shades.

He can also apparently differentiate minute differences between each color know which shade he wore when.

I don't know how reliable these sources are or whether this is all just rumours and speculation but I mean he is a man of many talents, clean habits and apparently eagle vision.

At number 6 we have his real name. Yes we call him by many names, King Khan, Sallu, the khan with the golden heart and even Dabangg Khan.

But Salman Khans name isnt actually Salman Khan, its Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan. He changed his name for the big screen like so many actors have done and it worked out pretty well for him.

Do you see any other salman khans? I wonder what bollywood would be like if he chose Abdul Khan or Rashid Khan.. they just dont have the same ring to it.

And i didnt mean to offend anyone whos name is Abdul khan or Rashid khan those are great names please don't hate me.

A bonus fact - he apparently doesn't like being called Sallu but because its so popular with his younger fans, he's stuck with it.

At number 5 we have his movie reviews. Now apparently this is a more well known fact but i never actually knew this so i thought id include it in case some of you may not know either.

With every movie Salman has done he never reads any of his movie reviews, whether its a flop or a hit Salman just doesnt check them.

I mean thats great cause at least when people are insulting him he doesnt have to read about it, but also bad cus i mean then even the praise gets lost in the mix.

But Salman is as Salman does. You cant change the king now can you?

At number 4 we have his Hollywood dreams. Which equal a grand total of 0.

Salman Khan has said in numerous interviews that he actually has no interest in pursuing anything in Hollywood.

He said he loves delivering dialogue in Hindi and after doing it for years, delivering dialogue in English would just be weird.

He said he's gained a lot of respect and love in Bollywood and he'd have to garner that all over again in Hollywood which he doesn't want to do.

His only exception would be if it was a movie about Indians but other than that its a no from king khan.

Actually no maybe if it was with his favorite actor Sylvester Stallone then maybe he'll say yes.

At number 3 we have his love for food.

Salman Khan is one of the biggest foodies ever. Whenever hes shooting a film no one on set has to worry about food because Salman takes care of all of it.

He once even flew his cook from mumbai all the way to London to cook food for the cast and crew of London Dreams because they couldn't deal with eating any more continental food.

His favorite cuisine is Chinese in case anyone ever wants to order him as a fan present.

His fans also opened up a restaurant called Bhaijaanz which is designed to look like his Bandra residence

and the menu was made by the former chef of the Radisson hotel in London and includes all of Salmans favorites.

At number 2 we have another quirky one and that is his Diwali celebrations. When Salman was younger he actually used to burn money to celebrate Diwali.

Wow how rich do you have to be to literally be able to burn money. During one Diwali he burnt the whole of his fathers salary,

and im guessing Salim Khan makes a lot of money so thats a lot of money going up in ashes. He could just pass some of that over here if he wants to you know.

His dad didnt punish him that day but instead taught him about the importance of money. Okay most lenient dad ever? I dont know which dad would react like that.

Either hes really lenient or his one salary being burnt didnt make a dent in the families wealth so it didnt even matter.

Last but not least at no 1 we have his heart of gold. Salman Khan is probably the biggest mentor in Bollywood.

We all know his first mentee Katrina Kaif, but it didnt end there. Salman takes it upon himself to help as many deserving artists as he can to accomplish their dreams.

es mentored Katrina, Nargis Fakhri, Danny Denzongpa's son, Vijay Anands son, Sooraj Pancholi, Sunil Shettys daugher Athiya Shetty,

hes even mentoring Isabella kaif right now who is Katrina Kaif's little sister.

He was the one who recommended musicians like Himesh Reshammiya and Sajid Wajid, he inspired Arjun Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan to get into the best shape of their lives.

The man just keeps on giving and giving and thats why hes the khan with the golden heart.

and, you know, Owen has a five-year plan.

This is what we're going to do.

First year, we're going to rob mom and pop stores.

Second year, we're going to move into, you know, banks.

And after five years,

we're going to have enough money to retire.

And they set off to start robbing places.

And the first night they stop at a motel

and Luke Wilson sees the chambermaid,

falls in love with her,

and they don't leave.

They just let it go that way.

They've let the story,

and I promise you,

they didn't sit down and say,

"Hey, what if it's about a bunch of guys

who want to do robberies,

and then fall in love with the chambermaid?"

- [Eric] The other way around.

- You can see that they found it.

And I remember,

the one i usually used for videos

the Panasonic LX100

I had it already for more than 2 years

has been used in all conditions

and I knew there was a problem with these cameras and dust

in the lenses or sensor

this dust is later visible

I use to carry it all the time

the photo shop just told me, there is no fix as the dust is between the lenses

Panasonic does not repair, they will put a new lens

so that is more pricy than a new camera

so every now and again on my videos I get some comments and saying please

Peter please do a video on the premium charge and I you know have said that I

will do one so I sat down this week to do one but I realized it's such a

wide-ranging in a motive topic that it was going to take you know more than one

video to do it took several takes quite a few hours and realized that I

completely failed in terms of doing a decent video so I decided what I'm going

to do is break it down into digestible chunks that you can fully understand for

those people that don't understand what the premium charge is it's a charge

that's levied on elite traders and I use those words very carefully

because lots of people have reacted negatively to premium charge but it

actually affects very few people and there are a lot of people out there that

try and talk about it confidently that don't even pay it and certainly do not

pay the high rate of premium charge from my own experience I would was one of the

first payers of premium charge when it was first introduced in 2008 and in July

2011 when it was significantly revised I went right on the top right so I know a

lot about it but I've also made it an objective of mine to fully understand

the reasons behind it and several coincidences have occurred that have

allowed me to get a really deep understanding of why it's in place and

also how many people it affects and how so you know that's what I'm gonna

discuss in this video is not some of the more detail and history or the emotive

side of it or my direct opinion on it what I'm going to present to you first

of all is just a summary of the reasons why people say that this exists and it's

because of a structural issue in terms of the way that the exchanges work when

exchanges were first created they were designed to be better places for

gamblers to work but when people started trading on exchanges like myself

it created a structural imbalance in terms of the way that the market works

that's how exchanges would like it positioned you know you'll understand

and see on the section that I'm gonna do after this little bit to camera and

where that comes from but we're going to leave the discussion

about whether it's valid and so on for another video but it's interesting to

see that other exchanges matchbook have modified their terms and

additions to allow a charge like this to be in place because there is a

structural issue and beyond what you see on this video which we'll discuss in

another video but if you don't pay at the moment it's only applies to a small

section of the ecosystem within the exchange I'm not going to be an

apologist for it because it you know I obviously pay significant sums from it

but like I said we'll leave that for the next video and in this video we're just

going to focus on why trading is just so much better than gambling primarily

because of the amount of Commission that you pay but it also explains why the

premium charge is in place please subscribe to our YouTube channel like

charge is to look at a traditional gambler and to look at a trader but also

let's examine you know now and again you hear about special deals that are being

put out there let's examine the true structure of what those special deals

are because they're not actually any different from paying the premium charge

anyhow but if I show you this spreadsheet this will give you guidance

in terms of what you're looking at and why the charge exists how it's balanced

and what that looks like if you hear the term special deal because you know all

of the videos that I've seen don't really explain it very well there's no

depth of structure or depth to it but obviously if you're paying it then you

sort of want to understand all of that and that's where this spreadsheet has

come from so first of all if we are gonna set these two breaks exactly the

same here so we've got the base rate Commission our base rate varies but

again you know it's important that we simplify things otherwise it becomes

impossible to understand so I'm not gonna talk specifics here and there are

specifics and variations within the calculations but I'm not going to go

into that we're just gonna have a plain vanilla

look to how all of this works but if we look at the base race Commission the

base rate is what you pay when you actively bet or trade in a market on an

exchange and on the left-hand column we have the gambler and on the right-hand

column we have the trader and they're basically I'll explain what each one of

these things are we've traded eight markets in total or with bet on any

markets now the gambler is gonna win or lose large amounts of money that is the

difference between gambling trading you you put a hundred down you want to win a

hundred back or but you could lose a hundred when you're trading you put a

hundred down but you could win ten or you could lose ten and as if you've got

no discipline and then you could win ten and then lose 100 but in all intents and

purposes when you're trading you're gonna win a percentage of your bank you

know end up positive a bit or negative a bit using the same stake as a gambler

but the gambler takes outright risk so you can see here the gambler wins 110

pound on the first market that they actively have a bet on then they lose

100 on the next then they win 110 and they lose 100 when I'm content lose 100

110 lose 100 so overall in all of these eight markets that they've been active

on they won four hundred and forty pound but they lost four hundred leaving them

with a net profit of 40 pounds so if we look over here the trader has also made

forty pound but of course they're working in a different manner to the way

that you would do when you're doing traditional gambling trading is gambling

it's just doing it a different way but if you look here you can see that

we're saying that rather than winning 110 and then losing a hundred were

saying that when they win they win two and fifty because they're trading the

price movement they're gambling on the price movement they're not gambling on

the outright result so you can see here that when they win they win much less

but generally their strike rate will be higher so I've put the strike rates down

here you can see for the gambler it's 50/50 they're winning and they're losing

in roughly equal rates but they're winning slightly more than they're

losing that's where they're making their profit a traders strike rate will be

much higher that is inevitable because they again I'm not going to explain in

great depth maybe I should do a video on that but

strike rate for a trader should always be quite high and or higher than 5050 so

here I've set the strike rate 80% and you can see here that four times out of

five they've won 12 pound 50 but that last

trade goes through and they mess it up and they lose 10 pound so we've got four

lots of twelve pound 50 making fifty pound and when they lose they lose a

tenner and this is pretty much what gambling and trading looks like this is

a pretty good approximation but you can see they're both ended up with a net

profit of 40 pound overall but this is why a trading is is such a great way of

participating in gambling markets because the amount of Commission that

you pay on your overall trade is based upon your net profits not based upon

your stake plus the return which is what happens when you're gambling it's on the

amount of profit that you make in that particular market at that moment in time

that's why trading has been so brilliant because you only pay if you profit

whereas in gambling you're paying open-ended risk basically so they've

both made 40 pounds in very different ways they're both realistic simulations

of how either style works but you can basically see that they've ended up with

a profit of 40 pound so let's look at the Commission that was charged we're

using a base rate of 5% here and you can see that the Commission has added up to

22 pounds so 5% of 110 pound is 5.50 that occurred four times subtitling at

22 pound so after Commission that forty pound

turns into eighteen pound a profit the gambler has lost most of their profit in

Commission that goes to the house effectively it goes to the betting

exchange however if we look over here when you're actively trading we made

forty pound as well over this period and we have also paid five percent

commission but can you see that just adds up to two pound 50 so we retain

most of the profit within the market trading is much more efficient and then

it's a much better way of squeezing a profit out of a market higher strike

rate lower Commission so we've already examined strike rates here and we

already know what the net profit is it's 40 pound on each but this is where

everything begins to diverge because the Commission

that was paid by the person that was gambling is effectively fifty five

percent of their total return can you see more than half of the amount of

money that they made through being able to make decent selections when trading

has ended up in the pockets of the exchange however when you're actively

trading obviously your commission is much lower so you can see here that

we've ended up with a commission of six point two to five percent we've only

paid to pound fifty on for Japan so can you see there's a massive mismatch here

this is why from a betting the sports book a trading perspective gamblers are

welcomed with open arms because generally speaking they tends to lose

money or pay very very high rates of commission in respect of their total

return if you look at traders the amount of commission that they paid is quite

small in comparison to the amount that's generated by your traditional gambler so

the premium charge was introduced to basically balance that out and you can

see here if we top up the premium charge on the trading side of things to 40%

then there would be an additional charge of 13 pound 50 on top of the amount of

commission that has been paid already now if we look if we modify this and

change the rates to 20 percent then you can see that they're still even if

you're paying premium charge at 20 percent there's still a massive gap

between that and the person and that is actively gambling and that's a

structural gap that occurs within the markets when you look at it in

retrospect when the exchanges were created probably they didn't expect

people to actively trade people like me and others around at that particular

moment in time started trading because we realized there's an opportunity there

but if they would have figured out exactly how everything would develop

from there they may have put a slightly different charging structure in place

straight away because the difference between paying a commission on a bet and

the amount of money that you could possibly yarn through betting is vastly

different from the amount that you would make through trading so when we were

looking at the spreadsheet a second ago one of the things that I did was I

mentioned but didn't about special deals so you know there

has been some discussion around people getting special deals but whether a deal

is special and all depends upon what your strike rate is basically you know

if you win and lose a lot relatively frequently then your overall commission

that you pay as I think I've shown you already is going to be quite high in

comparison to the amount of profits that you make so you could sort of say you

know profits are taking money out of the system commissioners putting it in so

you know if you if you have a lower strike rate then basically the more

Commission that you pay and the more and the less you take out the system that's

sort of you know how I'm trying to summarize I hope that makes sense but

let's look at special deals so let's say that you're paying Commission charge

Commission charge you're paying premium charge and you're paying it at a fair

old whack so you know let's say that you're on a 40% Commission rate the band

and Sonia from Betfair comes along and says well okay I'll tell you what we'll

do we're going to fix your Commission at 7% so you know you can have 7% on every

single correct trade correct bet that you put through the market but we'll

drop the charge the premium charge completely you only pay a higher level

of base rate in Commission so if we put 7% in instead of 5% and we assume that

the strike rate remains the same for the gambler stroke trader that is taking

advantage of this particular deal can you see that the amount of commission

that they're paying against them at a profit that they make absolutely

skyrockets so we're foot if they were at 5% the standard base rate you can see

them paying 55% if we drop them to 4% they're paying 44% but if we bump them

up to 6% can you see there something you're paying an absolute fortune so

it's not really applicable to the person on the right because their Commission

rate is going to be so low already that they're going to have to be topped up by

premium charge but if somebody has a high rate of commission that they're

paying already fixing it adding at a deal of say

six percent instead of paying premium charge of 40 percent sounds like an

absolutely fantastic deal but it's not so you know if I was ever offered a

fixed-rate deal saying that I would probably take it

because the way that my account is structured is sort of makes sense that I

would would take that deal but if somebody was on a lower strike right

it's all-around strike rate strike rate is low then a fixed-rate deal is bad but

if your strike rate is high then a fixed-rate deal is excellent but the

likelihood is and all of the evidence that I've seen so far suggests that it's

only people on lowest records that will get a special deal for this exact reason

so if you don't understand what the premium charge is or some of the

discussion around it don't worry about that because I will cover a separate

video specifically on that this video really is for people who have some sort

of an understanding but want to understand why it's in place but yeah

watch out and I'll do another video for you

Top 5 Hardest Pokemon to Evolve in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee - Duration: 14:22.

So with the release of Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, I wanted to try and get

some informative videos out there to try and help as many people as possible with their

new Kanto adventures, as this may be many of your guys' first time picking up a pokemon

game.

So this got me thinking about what would have been the most helpful tips when I first started

playing all of those years ago.

One of these definitely has to be what are some of the harder Pokemon to evolve.

Fortunately most Pokemon can be easily evolved without much effort, but others might take

a bit more time, whether it be not knowing what levels they evolve at, meeting certain

conditions, or the method dreaded by all loners, the trade evolution.

So with that being said, welcome to my Top 5 Hardest Pokemon to Evolve in Pokemon Let's

Go Pikachu and Eevee.

The main rule with this list in particular is that for the most part, with the exception

of one pokemon, is that we are going based on evolution in game only, as the Pokemon

GO integration can at times make evolution for some Pokemon easier or harder than originally

intended.

Plus not everyone will want to use Go for their playthrough, so I want this list to

be as inclusive as possible.

Now one more thing I should note is that this doesn't necessarily mean the Pokemon are

super hard to evolve, just the hardest of the bunch.

Again, the Kanto region was pretty straight forward with evolutions for the most part

as they were the first entries in the series, so most Pokemon evolved at fairly reasonable

levels or by stones, so that's the scale we're going by.

And of course this video is 100% opinion based, so what I might find hard comparative to others

my not be hard to you.

And lastly I just have one honorable mention, and it is none other than Magikarp.

Now while this Pokemon is still a little annoying to evolve, it's a lot easier compared to

the original games as Magikarp now has access to tackle at level 15.

Still a tad annoying, but not even comparable to how it used to be.(Don't know if you

So you might be asking, what does this have to due with the number 5 spot?

Well as stated in the very long intro, one of the comparatively abnormal forms of evolution

was via trading.

Now this was only ever a problem if people did not have a link cable or, during the current

timeframe, a WiFi connection.

However now you will need both WiFi and 20 bucks a year if you want trade and battle

with friends.

While 20 might not be a lot to some, this can definitely be a burden on others which

certainly hinders the experience.

So I think it's only fair to include the 4 OG trade evos on this list.

But if I were to narrow it down, it'd obviously be Abra.

What separates it from the rest is the fact it's only level up move is Teleport.

Sure there are TMs that it can be taught, but those a very scarce and at times non compatible

with Abra, basically rendering this thing useless in actual battle.

Meaning you have to do the classic, switch in, switch out and collect as much EXP as

possible until it evolves into Kadabra.

Sure all the pokemon do get experience in battle with this new mechanic that is basically

the exp share, but all im saying is that it would be way less tedious if abra could just

take out pokemon itself to get full exp instead of half.

Again, this isn't that difficult, hence why it's number 5.

But with needing to pay for online in addition to having to go through extra hoops just to

properly get the thing ready for evolution certainly makes it the most annoying.

Oh yeah, and the need of friends.

Why must this factor haunt me.

4.

Coming in at the number 4 spot we have Rhyhorn.

Now rhyhorn is a pokemon I actually want to use for my team specifically because Rhydon

is an absolute monster, but I feel the process to actually getting one might be a little

more tedious than I originally thought.

First I gotta say since there is no longer a safari zone in Let's Go, in its place

being the Go park, the only other places that you could get a Rhyhorn were Cerulean Cave

and Victory Road.

But thankfully in Let's Go they added Rhyhorn as a catchable pokemon in the Rock Tunnel

making the process to actually obtaining a Rhyhorn a whole lot faster.

But the problem is actually getting it up to the required level of 42 to evolve it.

The level caps in Rock Tunnel are between 18 and 23, so that's half of the work done

for you.

But the grind to 42 is definitely not easy for this Pokemon.

Now while it's stats might be good, they're not as sustainable as I'd like for a Pokemon

that evolves at such a high level.

In addition to that, it has quite the list of weaknesses, being weak to Fighting, Ground,

Steel, and Ice, with 4 times weakness to both Water and Grass.

And conveniently for you, the very next Gym Leader you face after you obtain Rhyhorn just

happens to be the Grass type specialist Erika.

And not to mention the abundance of water and water types throughout the region, it's

not going to be simple to get this thing leveled up adequately.Now again, it's not completely

useless, again looking at stats and it's learnable moveset, I'm just saying it's

quite the tedious task to accomplish.

3 Next up we have a tie as these two pokemon

are pretty much a 1 for 1 in terms of usefulness and difficulty in getting them.

Those 2 Pokemon are both of the main fossil pokemon, Kabuto and Omanyte.

Both have pretty bad stats and fairy meh movepools.

But the main concern is having to wait all the way until Cinnabar Island, damn near the

end of the game, to get them resurrected.

Now at the moment I'm not sure whether they will come out of the fossil at level 5 like

older Kanto games, or if they will be at level 15 as they were in Sun and Moon.

Either way this situation is not good, as they both evolve at Level 40, a major uphill

climb for such weak Pokemon.

(Show omastar and kabutops to show that it may not be worth getting them since they are

weak) You might think it's not so bad as the Fire type Gym Leader Blaine is right there.

Surely you could knock a Pokemon or two out and get some major EXP gain.

Well if we're going by those Pokemon Yellow levels, we're looking at levels between

48 and 54, so you need to start an uphill climb before you even think about attempting

to take him out with either one of those things.

Even giving both the benefit of the doubt and praising Omanyte's High Defense and

Special Attack and Kabuto's High Attack and Defense, they're still not amazing creatures

as moves like Aqua Jet and Rock Slide are pretty much the absolute best you're getting.

Now whether or not they'll keep the ability to revive at the Pewter Museum of Science

like in Heartgold and Soulsilver is unknown, but it's likely to stay the same as it was

in the original games, which is a bummer since I really like these two.

But it basically just makes them Pokedex fillers at this point.

2.

Coming in at the number 2 spot is a Pokemon I struggle with in deciding whether it actually

deserved the top placement or not.

And that is Kanto's Pseudo legendary Pokemon line.

Now it was never really easy to get yourself a Dragonite in the first place for a multitude

of reasons.

The fact that Dratini is really weak doesn't really help, but the climb from Dragonair

at level 30 to level 55 is a pretty steep one.

Now this was already a problem that I personally had, but it was doable.

I mean in Pokemon Yellow Dratini had a 20% chance to be fished out of the Safari Zone

with Dragonair having a 10% chance.

Now that did come with a bit of hindrance as they were levels 10 and 15, respectively.

But at least obtaining one wasn't too awful.

However this issue is even more exacerbated than it was in previous games.

Now with the Safari Zone no longer existing, these two Pokemon can be found on Route 10

at levels between 18 and 23.

Not so bad right?

well..

Dratini does have only has a 4% encounter rate and Dragonair with only 1%.

And with no random encounter via fishing or surfing, it seems like the wait will be tedious,

but maybe not as bad as in yellow at least since you dont have to physical encounter

and battle every pokemon.

But come on, that's just torturous.

I mean I get why it's supposed to be so elusive, but Dragonite is already hard to

get.

At least make these guys easier to find.

Although it doesn't even really matter how soon you find them or not because you won't

even get to enjoy that sweet sweet Dragonite until near the end of the game, which to some

might feel like a major accomplishment that they're happy with.

For me however, I'm just annoyed.

1 And finally at the number one spot we have

the Pokemon that was just barely able to edge out the annoyance to Dragonite and be the

only Pokemon that I had to bend the rules for a little.

And that is none other than the brand new Mythical Pokemon Meltan and Melmetal.

Again to make this list as inclusive as possible I wanted to limit how you get the Pokemon

to just being in game, as Go integration could either make it easier or harder than originally

intended.

Not everyone is going to want to use Go.

However if you want the newest Pokemon and its evolution, you're going to need to suck

it up, as Go is the only way to get these two fellas.

Now getting Meltan should be easy enough as all you have to do is transfer one Pokemon

from Go to Let's Go and you'll receive 1 Mystery Box, that essentially works as an

Incense for Meltan specifically.

But here's where the difficult stuff comes in.

You can only get 1 Mystery box at a time and must wait a period of time before you're

able to get another one.

That's already decent chunk of time that you have to put into just getting a couple

of these little cuties.

However it takes 400 Meltan Candy to evolve Meltan into Melmetal.

So if we assume the Mystery box works exactly like incense and that you get 1 Meltan every

minute for 30 minutes while actually being active, the best case scenario for getting

Melmetal as fast as possible would be be using the full time on two mystery boxes, and that's

assuming you are using a Pinap berry on every single catch, sending the extra Meltan to

Willow for more candy, and that you're able to catch each Meltan within 1 minute.

So even with that unlikely scenario in mind, you're still needing at least an hour of

physical activity, which isn't including the undisclosed wait time for getting new

Mystery boxes.

So it's more likely that you'll be spending hours of your time, and some of them physically

active just to get your hands on this thing.

I actually find it pretty awesome that this is what needs to be done in order to get a

Melmetal, although I'm not super excited about having to get out of the house.

It's super unique and a good move on Game Freak's part to promote both Go and Let's

Go.

That being said, I can also say without an ounce of doubt, that this will be the most

difficult Pokemon to evolve in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee.

Hi I'm Dr. Andrea Libutti II and I'm here to answer this autism question: my child

has some really odd behaviors, why does he do that?

now you could fill in the blank here, he spins himself round and round he spins

the plate, he drops things over and over, he twiddles a string, so it's really

important, okay, odd behaviors are pretty disconcerting for parents because we

have this level of "if I don't stop the behavior he's gonna be stuck like that

forever" at least that's what me and my family used to think, because we just

didn't understand what was going on, so I am going to tell you why children are

doing what they're doing, maybe not so much why, but why it's important to

understand what they're doing from a different perspective, and I'm gonna give

you a story like I always do about my own child:

now one night my other two kids were already upstairs in bed and it was my

autistic son that was downstairs and he had this set called Q-Ba-Maze and it's

these blocks of plastic pieces where marbles can run through so it's like a

marble run, and there's white pieces and yellow pieces and green pieces and blue

pieces and you put them all together and you do these elaborate designs and you

have a marble run, now he had built a lot of elaborate designs with this marble

run but on this particular night he was in the corner and he was just dropping

like I was just sort of watching him with curiosity and he was dropping the

blue one over and over and then he would set it aside and then he drop a green

one over and over he get really close to the counter to listen, and so I went up

to him and I said "What are you doing? What do you hear?" And immediately he

picked up the blue one and he said C and then he picked up a green one and he

said D and I went wow that's really cool he was hearing the musical notes in what

he was dropping okay I have no idea how we can do that but I that was really

profound to me because here's this really odd behavior and had I just said

you know freaked out and was like oh that's so autistic or just

feed him come on let's go to bed and didn't stop to actually try to

understand what was going on I would have missed a really big opportunity, an

opportunity to understand his perspective on the world, he hears

and see things that we don't, to build a some trust like it's okay what you're

doing I'm here to try to understand your world so you know engaging with him and

trying to understand what was going on and really opening up the possibility of

some different abilities in our children, my son has uncanny hearing he can

hear things that we can't hear, so the point is this when a child has odd

behaviors seek to understand what they're doing try to understand it

because you'll open yourself up to a trusting relationship you'll open

yourself up to some special abilities that your child might have and you know

you'll get you'll go so much farther for getting the connection that we all want

with our children than if you just dismiss behaviors as aberrant and not

good and you know they shouldn't do that so I hope the answer to that question

helps I'm a huge fan of understanding autism from their perspective because I

think these beautiful beings have so much to offer us they are wired

differently but that's a good thing we have to work on the challenges so they

can they can get on in this world and be embraced and accepted so if you're

the pilot from British Airways with call sign BA 94

Requested from Shannon air traffic control to check if there is any military service going on

She then reported he was a bright light

Coming up to they left hand side of the aircraft and then rapidly veered to the north

Alongside you

Its coming on our left hand side and rapidly veered to the north. We saw bright light that was our interest here

That is very high speed. Wondering you didn't think it was very likely on a collision course. It is wondering what that could have be

Few seconds later the second pilot Norwegian airline. DA81768

Reported it might be a meteor or some other object some kind of reentry multiple objects in the same trajectory

when they reported the bright lights to a traffic control first aircraft British Airways

BA-94 from Montreal to London

The second aircraft Virgin Atlantic

VS76 from Orlando to Manchester and the third one was Norwegian Airlines from New York to Shannon that reported these lights and

they were in the vicinity of

the southern coast of Ireland

Very close to Kerry and this is the area of Kerry

there was also I witness reports coming out of Northern Ireland from Coleraine and

There was also I witness report from Kerry in this area

So obviously our first eyewitnesses were the three pilots that we had on record

So my first eyewitness

one of my viewers from

my youtube channel

lives in County Cavan in Ireland and

I quote. He said I've

seen the exact same thing two bright lights traveling through the sky at

6:40 a.m

He then said I thought I was seeing things

Silly the merge today on the news

He also said and I quote I was dropping off my brother to work in Cavan and I've seen two bright lights

traveling at astronomical speed roughly at

6:40 a.m. On Friday morning

He also said it sent shivers down my spine. I normally laugh at this sort of thing

But when you see this with your own eyes, it's frightening. It's very hard to convince people what you saw

He had a dash cam recording at the time and then when he went back to check

the footage on the dash cam

He came back to say that the dash cam loops over and recorded over that footage

He also confirmed it was multiple objects bright blue lights travelling together and I had no trail behind it

He said this is something he never

seen anything like that before so

our second witness Sandy Laverty

From Coleraine in the UK has

posted this video on her Twitter account

So I'm gonna just play this quickly for you guys and then go back to the map

They are the two bright lights, I'm just gonna go back again and pause it

So there you have it guys this is the dashcam footage

So this is where Coleraine is in Northern Ireland in the UK

The dashcam was not set to daylight savings

That's why she mentioned in her Twitter account that it was 6:44 a.m.

a minute later our first witness

the same lights in at

6:45 a.m. And then later on at 6:47 the aircrafts spotted the bright lights

Our third witness said he lives in county kerry in ireland

He said my sister's seen this UFO on friday morning at around 7 a.m

The direction she says it was moving was to the north east which would mean it was moving back inland

Also, she told me she has seen a UFO on Tuesday the 6th

she said it was spinning around in the sky like Spiral and

also, he also stated a woman I work with told me yesterday that

Her mother's seen a UFO about three weeks ago at the back of her house here in County Kerry

She heard a humming sound and wind outside to see what it was

She thought it might be a truck pulled up outside her house. There was no truck

She lives in the countryside near mountains, so it's kind of isolated

She went out the back and in the sky they was a bright light hovering

About 500 meters away

Her husband tried to convince her it was a weather balloon or a drone

Apparently it was too big to be a drone. It seems something serious is happening in Ireland right now
