So, the winter has come.

We got some claims for the regulators

I will show you know how it can happen and explain you what we are going to do with it.

look at the Matador, Lelya, Leshiy, whatever....

here is the reservoir, and we got here, for example 240 bar when the guns are leaving the factory

so, the regulator is set to 130 bar and we have here 130 bar.

in the winter time the guns are delivered by the shipping companies in cold trucks, so the guns are frozen

for example down to minus 30 Centigrade

so, what we have in this case. The temperature drops downs, the pressure behind the regulator drops down as well.

so as the regulator is mechanical it "consider" the pressure drop as command to open and it opens to get more air to increase the pressure up to 130 bar behind it.

but those 130 bars are with the temperature minus 30 degrees Centigrade, for example.

After that user gets the gun, bring it in the warm room, the air behind the regulator is getting warmer and the pressure is increasing

So it can increase more than the regulator is able to surivive

so, there is a possiblity that the plastic on the nozzle can be destroyed.

in order to avoid it I made a decision to send all the guns pumped up to 100 bars not up to 240 bars.

So, if you get the gun and see it is 100 bar, you shouldn't be worry and panic saying "Oh, there is leakage, I need to repair it..."

that was made by intention to save the regulator in case the gun is delivered via really cold lands :-)

Becoming Better Readers - Duration: 4:25.

- In terms of reading, I think where a lot of people get hung up is thinking they need

to really digest a book all the way, that they can't just read it quickly and take an

idea or two, but that they failed as a reader if they haven't really deeply engaged with

the book. And really where a lot of people are confused I think is that they believe

the value of the book can only be measured by what they remember about it later on. So

if they can't pick up a book and just give this full version of, here are the contents,

here's what I learned from it, here's how I applied it to my life, then it's been a

waste of their time reading it. And so a lot of people read a little bit and it's just,

it's too much for them, they get discouraged.

I think the great value in a book is what happens while you're reading it. The same

is true of sermons. I'm sure you know as a pastor, if you judged your ministry by what

people remembered of your sermons afterward, you might not judge yourself as a great pastor.

But if you can believe that God is working as you preach the Word and that whether people

can tell you your three points a minute or a year later is really irrelevant. God's at

work in that moment. Well, in the same way, a good Christian book, you're drawing people

to the Word, you're teaching them. I think that's changing you in the moment. So the

more you read, the more opportunities you're having to be changed. And what I love is when

you share an idea, you write an article or you give a sermon or you're talking to someone

conversationally and you're just, you're saying things and only later do you realize,

I'm plagiarizing that author. I didn't know I knew that from that author. I didn't mean

to just regurgitate his words, but somehow that got into me, it changed the way I think.

And you know maybe in eternity we'll get some accounting of all our knowledge or something.

I think we'll see that those things we don't know we got from that book, worked within

us and changed us and did that slow work of transformation within. So, really, just read.

- Yes, that's really helpful work. That's really as I mentioned to you something I'd

love to press out into our congregation more is just more reading of books. I mean, you're

in a big city. Toronto's a big city, people are busy. Tips for busy Christians on carving

out time for this in their schedule?

- I think we're very spoilt today in that we have more books than ever. And more ways

of getting those books than ever. It's just, we spent a fair bit of time on the metro today

and just noticed that every single person is looking at their phone for the entire duration

of the ride. You just think about that time alone, if you were to use that to listen to

a book or to read a book, either a paper book you throw in your bag or one you're reading

on your phone or on a Kindle or something. Just that time alone, if you're reading in

snatches of 15 minutes, you'll get through a good number of books over the course of

a year. So, a lot of it just comes down to the discipline of finding those little windows

of time. So, in a city like Toronto or a city like this one where you've got to just work

hard to survive, right, you don't have a lot of leisure time. You're either going to work

or coming home from work or you're actually working, that's just what it takes to live

here. I understand you don't have hours at a time where you can just sit and read. But

if you use those little pieces of time to get through a couple of paragraphs or a couple

of sections or a chapter here and there and just believe in the process, believe in the

real benefit to you over a long period of time. That's really all it takes. You can

get through some really significant material that way. And again, don't think that it only

counts as reading if you're underlining and highlighting. There's times to deeply engage

with the book, absolutely. There's not that many books that are really worth that, but

there are some. But still just reading, getting ideas in, allowing your convictions to deepen,

that's absolutely invaluable.

I'm now on the Beneteau first 24,

the new model premiered at Cannes, that I saw again in Genova

and now here in Barcelona for the test runs in sea. Despite the 30 knot wind, you should be able to hear me, at least understand me,

although in reality it's the images that are more important.

The boat has a very sporty look,

when Beneteau bought seascape

they started a project on the first series to reinvent

very sporty boats but adding also a

commercial look.

The look is very classical, the stern is open, double helm, to have the boat in complete control,

even when lurching, the stick reaches the center of the boat,

obviously all the commands, the leading blocks here in the cockpit

and, last but not least, a small cabin that really isn't very small and that we'll soon check out.

Let's be frank, you know that my videos aren't made for super pros and I don't like

talking about really technical details because if you already know about sailing boats

you don't need me to explain them to you and you can find all the details in the description of this video,

so I'll show you all the space, the comfort, the beauty and

all those things you will fin on board that will allow you to navigate and have fun, so let's go see this cabin.

We're inside the first 24's cabin, the boat is very sporty, it can also be used for regattas,

and is

accessorized with some really great comforts for this type of boat.

We have a king sized bed at the bow, that is in the corner,

feet to the bow,

shoulders in this position,

right in front of me, when not armed, there's the bowsprit,

that however doesn't block you from staying here and also sleeping, the two lateral benches,

can easily fit

two people to rest after a bit of sailing or even to

sleep and so use this boat for an actual holiday on board.

The movable centerboard has an internal organ,

controlled by a winch, a lever here that

allows you to raise or lower your centerboard.

especially a warmer day about 38 degrees right now the Ducks are doing pretty

well they're pretty happy the water isn't freezing so they really have no

complaints whatsoever over the last week or so we've had two snowstorms that have

dropped a total of about 18 inches and I was totally not expecting that so today

I'm taking advantage of this nice weather and I'm gonna do some final

cleanup around the farm that I should have done before we had snow my guess is

that it won't be until April 21st that we have no more snow on the ground so

let's see how accurate I am but you know last year we even had our final

snowstorm I think was April 30th

so I was just at my local feed store and I made a pretty good score they were

selling loose bags of straw so I've got this gigantic loose bag of straw that I

filled up in the back of the pickup truck and I'm about to take it out to

the Ducks

here we go well I'm probably good with how much hay I have here for bedding it

was really nice to find some cheap straw you know I made a video a couple weeks

ago about the advantages of using hay is our bedding and I've been finding it's

been working great but straw does work better there's just no question about it

and so when I could get cheap straw I got the entire bag for 20 bucks you know

seemed like a good deal special thanks to my friend Lindsey for

the tip I almost dropped my camera again there oh boy

so last night we had a little bit of an incident I don't know maybe around 10

o'clock we were just sitting around the house with some friends Pablo's been

sprayed a few turns that's a big scum

little lows okay she did not get sprayed by the skunk I would absolutely not be

holding her like this if that was the case but it has made me realize that I'm

gonna have to do something about this skunk generally speaking I've been very

live-and-let-live with things like skunks and possums and woodchucks they

really don't harm us and so I don't try to harm them but this skunk is getting a

little bit brazen and I'm worried about him spraying the cats or Alison or me so

I'm gonna have to do something about it what am I gonna do well

I got this here have a heart trap or maybe a generic version of a half a

heart trap and I am going to try to trap a skunk now I know what you're thinking

that's absolutely insane why would somebody try to capture a skunk what are

you gonna do with it when you have a skunk and a half a heart trap well I

will cross that bridge when I come to it if I come to admittedly I haven't had

the greatest luck with the havahart traps before so far the only thing I've

ever caught has been Pablo you dummy

now for bait I'm gonna use a combination of some peanut butter and marshmallows

I'm going with the peanut butter and marshmallow combo because I don't want a

sort of meat that could attract the cats I'm worried they could freeze and die

out here exposed to the elements like this hey hey well let's go talk to that

I thought that was not gonna attract cats well what are you doing go away I

hope I don't catch the cat's tonight I'm gonna keep an eye out on this thing to

make sure I don't catch the cats

you're loaded and ready for skunk also set up this trail camera so I can catch

I get in the car and blah I have to tell my story.

I run, I started running again.

I used to run to Linkin Park, ok and I loved it, loved it.

That was my running music and so when Chester committed suicide I, I could not run anymore.

I couldn't, I was so sad.

Their music helped me when my son was stabbed.

When you deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the hardest thing for me was, I have no

social network.

I had no family, I had no friends to even understand what I was going through and you

really actually need people that have dealt with it.

That have moved on that have let go.

To communicate with, because people never understand what you are going through until

they have dealt with it.

You know and when they are dealing with it, please everyone, the whole world stop turning

because of everyone sort of feels that they are the center of the universe.

So please Leah stop doing everything and pay attention to those people.

Give your all to them, that was my life you know that?

That was my life!

The reason why I started this channel was becauseI ipicked myself off the floor many

times, many times.

I can actually talk about that, what I just spoke and I did not cry.

I did not cry, so thank you Chakra meditation.

I have been doing some really massive spiritual things in the last few days.

I have been on this journey really all of my life and there were these massive lessons

that had to happen.

So my son had to get stabbed because, if you heard the way he talks now he is amazing.

He always was but now it comes from here, it comes from his soul what he talks about.

Amazing, amazing.

You know my daughter is 10 and she is the same and I just go ahhh my children.

They just inspire me so much I tell you.

I wish that all parents felt like that about their children, I do wish that my parents

felt like that about me.

Still today, my dad is dying.

He is really really sick and so there will be a post I am sure that he passed.

I think my dad was more spiritual than he thought cause things that he had said in his

lifetime, but because he was so angry he never fixed his soul now he is really sad.

Because he is worried to sleep, because now he does not know now he is scared of death

you know.

That is when you know that things aren't good.

I think when they become scared of death, sad, sad.

So that's that, that is this post.

It has not become a good one has it?

I wanted to say that I am running, that is what I wanted to say.

That I am finally able to run because I have been able to remove that block of how much

they meant to me and Chester saved me.... so many times.

Is the Five-Second Rule Real? - Duration: 3:42.

There's nothing sadder than dropping your favorite donut on the floor.

But with your fast reflexes, you quickly pick

it up and dust it off so you can still eat it.

Five-second rule, right?

Right?

The five-second rule,

or three-second rule,

two-second rule or even ten-second rule,

is the idea that there is a window of time when you can pick up

dropped food and it will be germ-free and still safe to consume.

When food falls on the floor, it can pick up different harmful bacteria

like Salmonella, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.

According to the five-second rule, dropped food would not be contaminated immediately since

bacteria would try to avoid being squished by it before they move and latch on to it.

This would make sense since bacteria only

move between 2 to 200 micrometers per second.

Studies have shown though that the five-second rule is not real because

bacteria transfers almost immediately from the floor to the food upon contact.

While letting the food stay on the ground longer

does mean more bacteria will be transferred,

the type of food and type of surface actually matter

more if you are contemplating still eating the food.

In 2016, researchers at Rutgers University conducted a study on the five-second rule.

In their study, they dropped different types of food on different

surfaces and left the food to sit for different amounts of time.

They dropped four types of food,

on four different surfaces,

and left the food for four different times from less than a second.

up to 300 seconds.

All in all they tested 128 scenarios with 2,560 trials.

Their results agree with the consensus that bacteria transfers to

food almost immediately after coming into contact with the floor

and that the food gets more bacteria the longer it stays in contact with the surface.

They also found out that the watermelon picked up the most bacteria

when dropped to any surface, no matter how long it stayed in contact.

Meanwhile, the drier gummy candy contains the least amount of bacteria.

This maybe because the higher moisture content of the

watermelon facilitates the transfer of bacteria.

Their study also showed that the type of surface affects

the amount of bacteria that contaminates your food.

Surprisingly, the transfer rate of bacteria is

surfaces common in the kitchen,

Because of its structure, the carpet has less

surface area for food to come in contact with.

So should you eat food you dropped on the floor?

It depends.

As long as the food is not wet or sticky,

it hasn't stayed on the floor for too long,

and there are no visible dirt on it,

then your immune system is tough enough to fend off the bacteria

But if your sticky sugar-glazed donut falls onto a wet floor,

it's probably best to err on the side of caution and just get another donut.

To be honest, I'm a bit worry for this BMW 7 series.

Let's go see why.

The BMW 7 series

Starts at 5.7 million thb

Moving up the model range will grant you the petrol plug-in hybrid engine.

And lastly

The top model, BMW 7 Series M sport, filled with features and accessories

Which is priced at 6.3 million thb.

There are only 4 colors available.

White , black, silver and grey.

Take a look at this key.

Which is a 2.2 Inches touch screen key

it is use mostly for notifications

You can check whether the car's locked or if you left a window open.

Whether the lights are turned off, and remaining fuel range.

Personally,

it feels slow and unresponsive.

isn't that useful.

Lets take a look at the interior

BMW has kept its original design.

which is very familiar with previous generations BMWs.

In my opinion,

BMW's design philosophy is more of a evolutionary, rather than revolutionary.

As you can see, the button placements

and screen placements

are still installed in very similar place as the previous generations.

Some would like to see some changes made from BMW,

like how Mercedes-Benz did with their newer models. When Merce changes, they restart with a blank slate.

Moreover, for the built quality and materials quality

It does not disappoint. Giving the car a luxury feel to it.

BMW uses metal, wood

and glass like coating which suits well together.

And

I tried moving the parts, but it won't budge which means that it is fitted perfectly.

Nothing seems to have a problem here in the built quality department here.

The cup holders are a bit small though,

they only fits half liter bottles.

the liter bottles won't fit.

The center console storage unit

has usb chager,

but the overall storage space is still quite small.

BMW is filled with new technology

the BMW i-drive

has given us a lot of option to control it.

Firstly, the swivel wheel,

I find myself using the swivel wheel as the main control 70%-80%of the time.

You also can control the iDrive via this device.

It's a touch pad on top of the swivel wheel.

Despite my poorly written hand writing, the system can guess what I was writing.

Now,

the voice command system

I can speak English with a strong Thai accent.

but the system can still recognize what I am trying to say.

The car recognize my voice and command it to the map

Next, the 2 new things that have been added

are the touch screen and hand gestures command.

Honestly, I might need more time with

the touch screen system. Having to reach to the screen while driving, makes me feels a bit odd.

Therefore, most of the time I prefer the swivel wheel over the touch screen.

But

What I frequently use with the touch screen

is the zoom feature. To see further details on the maps, whether zooming in or zooming out.

Moving on,

the hand gesture command,

which is quite interesting to say the least.

You can increase and decrease the volume. By spinning your finger in either directions.

What I like most,

is the customization of your hand gesture

by using the 2 fingers command.

What I use it for most of the time is

to navigate the map back to my house.

Using the two fingers to aggressively point at the iDrive.

You can say that this generation

of the iDrive system is easy to use and very convenient.

Arguably, one of the best in the market right now.

We now have checked over the front seat technologies.

But before driving let's go check out the rear trunk space.

The trunk space is more than large enough.

As you can see,

**Hands Free Access: Allows you to open the trunk without using your hands.**

The trunk opening is

very wide, however the inside is

when you put your luggage in there

It's shaped a bit like a rectangle, it goes in deep.

But, you must be careful.

The rear seats have a lot of electronics and features

Whether it's electronically adjustable seats or the massaging seats

The back seats cannot be folded.

When you're carrying big luggage you might want to do some planning.

The load lift is quite high,

You might have to put your muscles to work lifting heavier items out of the trunk.

The rear seats are extremely posh and comfortable.

The knee room and head room unquestionably is adequate

For reference I am 178 cm (5'11") tall.

and faces no problem at all.

The camera man, which is over 183 cm (6 feet) tall also have no problem with the rear seat spaces.

The front passenger is hogging too much space

You can move the front passenger seats away here also.

The middle rear passenger seat is

I think it's unpractical.

because BMW made a ridge between the seats for the electronic control arm rest.

Also the transmission tunnel is very big.

Let me move myself there.

It might be...

Yeah, it's uncomfortable.

Don't sit here. It's better just to seat two passengers in the back.

Let's take a look at the rear seat opposite of the driver's side.

In the Mercedes-Benz S Class,

There is an electronically adjustable thigh support

Also an electronically adjustable foot rest.

If you move the front passenger seat all the way.

Personally, I feel that the S Class is more first class than the 7 Series.

Also, all the functions of the rear seats are control via this 8 inches tablet.

It controls the ambient lighting, You can change the color and brightness.

Also the sun blinds,

You can open all or close all the sun blinds in this car.

Or choose to individually closes or open the sun blind.

But what I think is the killer feature is

Massage seats.

There are also a variety of massage settings.

But if you regular go to authentic Thai massage

These massage seats might not cut it for you.

It feels as if the seats are poking at you.

The rest of the functions are basic controls.

Air condition controls and musics.

There is a case.

The passenger used the tablet, but the user left it on his lap

He exited the vehicle with the tablet on his lap, which causes it to fell out of the car and broke the screen.

So always return it to the tablet holder here.

There are two engine choices.

There is the diesel and petrol plug-in hybrid engine.

I personally recommends the petrol plug-in hybrid engine.

Because it's more powerful and economical.

It also can do a pure electric mode (EV mode) up to 30-40 kilometers of range.

If you chose the petrol plug-in hybrid variant

you can upgrade it to the M Sport model.

The M Sports version contains all round exterior M Sports cosmetic enhancement.

The M Sports also gives you driving aids.

Such as the Head Ups Display.

Surround view camera and adaptive cruise control.

How does it drive?

I personally don't feel connect to the steering of this car.

Because it's very light

and it disconnects you from the road.

The suspension

is an air-suspension. Which is very comfortable,

but I must make my comparison to the S Class.

Because the S Class

is a lot more refined in the road bumps and uneven surfaces.

For this car, those uneven surfaces and bumps are still prevalent.

And you noticeably feel them.

But I think this is because

The rebound of the suspension is faster than the S Class.

But since it's like that additionally the numb steering

You don't really notice them.

However, I must applaud BMW for one thing.

The engine and the transmission.

Today we have the 6 cylinders turbo diesel engine 3.0 L

In real life driving condition it's extremely smooth.

If you don't tell me that this is a diesel engine I wouldn't know.

The red line of this engine is quite high.@5,500 RPM.

When you revs it up

It gives a very nice punch all over the rev range as any petrol engine would

The engine is paired to an 8 speed automatic transmission

The shifts very quickly,

I tried to overtake just now,

It pulls revs very well, and it shifts

it shifts as if I knows when I wanted it to shifts.

If I where to up shift or down shift myself, I would have do it on the same timing as the this automatic transmission.

This characteristic is very rare to find it a sedan or a limousine.

For driving features,

I think BMW is very thoughtful about this,

when I change the driving modes, from comforts to sports.

It also changes the instrument cluster design

Also the seats in comfort mode it's very wide and supportive.

But once you're in sports mode, it adjusts the side bolsters to give you more lateral support.

If you ask me

what do I think about this car

If you're looking for a car this size, that's fun to drive.

with a potent engine and suspension that was tuned for driving dynamics.

The BMW 7 Series is the car for you.
