Aiming at Busan Gimpo Airport The aircraft of Air Busan was unable to land at Gimpo Airport due to heavy fog, landing emergency at Incheon Airport.

The problem here is that passengers were trapped in the aircraft for a long time. It is not possible to drop passengers due to security problems, but pilots can not drive according to work regulations.

Eventually passengers waited up to seven hours at the maximum, then dropped to the facility in Incheon Airport. Why was such correspondence made a little earlier?

Is not it a major failure that lacked the balance between rule compliance and consideration to passengers?

(Translated by google.com)

Air Bussan airliner who left Taipei at 3:10 am on November 25 was scheduled to arrive at Busan Gimpo Airport at 6:10.

However, because it was impossible to land due to the influence of thick fog, it landed at Incheon Airport around 6:30.

However, it was stuck in the airliner for about 6 hours after that, for security reasons.

At around 12:30 it was finally able to move to the waiting room at Incheon Airport.

Finally I boarded an aircraft to Busan around 4 pm and arrived at Busan 11 hours behind schedule.

Inside the plane, "It is difficult to land at Busan because of bad weather, because the captain and the sub-captain can not operate for 8 hours a day, so it will fly to Busan if alternative flights come."

Another flight from Cambodia could not land at Busan and landed at 8:30 AM at Incheon Airport, but passengers got off the airliner was around 3 pm.

Water and food were not provided for nearly 7 hours, patients with diabetes became hypoglycemic and lost consciousness, and patients continued to be transported one after another by ambulance.

Passengers kept on standby in the airplane just by waiting a while.

There were overlapping of the entry permission problem and the overtime regulations of the crew and it had only become like this.

There is no sin in the control tower or the airport. Air If Busan does not request it will not help. The airline has authority to drop passengers.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation Guidelines, it is obligated to provide food and drink at the waiting time of 2 hours or longer, and it is supposed to get off when waiting for 4 hours or longer.

Air Busan probably took the money by taking the money like this.

Reason why you should not get on a low cost airline.

South Korea without flexibility! The Republic of Korea where security is more important than the people.

Have you waited for 6 hours in the country, not in a foreign country? I seem to have a breath on claustrophobia.

An airplane departing at midnight is to ride the facts life! It is better not to get on such an affordable line of Asian nation if possible.

All cheap airlines are so. I did not have an airplane and no pilot. What was Asiana doing as a subsidiary of Asiana Airlines?

Because I have this kind of thing, I use major airlines such as Korean Air and Asiana.

You can not fly an airplane unless it goes against the crew work regulations. In addition, the crew worker's regulations are rules to protect North Korea Koryo Airlines. This is not the only provision of our country. It is good to see it as international law.

By the way, LCC like Air Busan can pay for food, juice and alcohol in the airplane and eat it. Why do not you buy it and eat it?

It is a disadvantage of low price aviation. Impossible to deal with in crisis.

It was trapped in Asiana for 9 hours before. The correspondence is the same even at low price or high price.

The idea of Japanese editors

I think the so-called cheap airlines as luggage. I think that I am not a passenger but a luggage.

If you pay a little bit you can be upgraded just a little from your luggage and receive a human-like response.

In my case recently I go to overseas with jobs almost exception without LCC, but the seats are narrow and stuffy as long as I can.

Nevertheless the price is less than half or it is less than one third so it is a matter of riding.

Stopping this time for a few hours can happen anywhere, but consideration at that time is a big problem.

But from the crew, it might be what to consider for luggage.

Jeju Air who headed to Kimpo Airport on the same day said that there were many in-flight broadcasts and that dissatisfaction was not so great with polite response.

Still it was said to have been kept waiting for 3 hours to 5 hours, he says that water and food were not offered.

How To Perfect Cherry Blossom: Stage 1 - Duration: 3:32.

Welcome to How To PCB.

It's a tutorial on how to beat this game. But you probably knew that from the title.

This series will be on Normal difficulty, as that's the lowest you can use to get the good ending.

We'll be using Reimu A for the entire series.

Tonight, we'll be covering stage 1. It's fairly easy, but you have to start somewhere.

The first thing you want to do is get those red power items. You'll need them for later stages.

You can get these by killing enemies, so be sure to shoot down everything you can hit.

The early-stage fairies are easy targets, as most of them don't shoot back.

These next enemies come down from the top, and they actually shoot you. Kill them before they can do that.

After this round of cutters, several fairies descend from the top of the screen.

One of them drops a big power item if you didn't get one earlier in the stage, so shoot down as many as you can.

After they're killed, you'll face off against several enemies that shoot bullet lines.

Lead their shots away from you, then shoot them down from the other side of the screen.

Then there are some five-directional fairies, but they're not much harder.

Okay, Cirno time. She shoots a few randomly-chosen patterns.

This one is a bit of micrododging coupled with four lines to lock you in the lower section of the screen. Weave between the arrows to dodge it easily.

Next up is a scatter shot. Move to the right side, but not too far. You should be right under her when she uses her next attack.

After that, it's just two icicle rings which can be dodged almost effortlessly.

Then she repeats the pattern until you kill her.

With Cirno down, we've got a segment very similar to Heart of Nova.

Shoot down the intersecting lines of cutters. Your homing amulets should deal with most fairies.

Watch out for the fairies surrounded by circles. Get under them, kill them before they fire, and collect the big power items they drop.

Now it's showtime. She'll fire a pair of rings and some lines first, so move slightly to the right to avoid the first ring and move through the obvious gaps in the second.

Next is a set of random bullets. I can't help you here.

Then it's both at once. Don't worry, you can use the same strategy that you did when it was just the rings.

First spell. She fires orbs that split off in two paths. Move between the large orbs and those immediately next to them. There are random shots, but they still won't do much.

Her next attack is more randomness, but don't get close. A set of lasers will kill you if you do. Remember to pick up the power items while you're at it.

Her last attack is a whole lot of microdoging paired with the lasers from her previous one. I can't give you a solid strategy apart from "don't die".

With that spell cleared, it's off to stage 2. See you next time.

What is Behavior Driven Development? (What is BDD?) Under 5 minutes - Duration: 4:16.

What is Behavior Driven Development?

Test Driven Development is the process of using examples to guide the development of

each function of your software.

In TDD you create your program by working through a loop like this:

* Write an example as a simple test * Watch the test fail

* Write code to make the test pass * Refactor and clean your code

So what is Behavior Driven Development?

BDD is somewhat similar and complementary to TDD.

However, where TDD focuses on driving the development of the individual functions in

the code, Behavior Driven Development applies a similar process at the level of features.

Since features are driven by user needs and most users are going to express themselves

in natural language rather than the language of code, BDD starts with a natural language

to create examples.

To make the examples executable BDD requires a little bit of structure and this structure

allows a bridge between the world of programming and the world of natural language requirements.

A BDD feature file consists of one or more scenarios.

These scenarios are just examples of how the application should behave from the standpoint

of a user.

For example you might have a scenario that says:

Given I am on the login page When I attempt to login with valid credentials

Then I am shown the application dashboard

And another scenario that says:

Given I am on the login page When I attempt to login with invalid credentials

Then I am shown a login error message

These examples are written in English, but are still very structured.

The Given portion tells the starting condition for the example, the When line tells what

you actually do, and the Then tells what results are expected.

Behind the scenes your BDD framework will match this natural language to code that developers

write to actually do those steps, but it is always driven from the natural language.

The feature files then become the documentation of the application, but unlike most documentation,

they get executed against your program.

If this documentation ever gets out of date, then something will break in your testing

stage.

Any change made to the software gets verified by every example that was created in this

process of documenting the requirements as an executable specification.

None of this is magic.

It is a lot of hard work and requires a lot of discipline across the development team,

but the results can be amazing.

Not only does BDD streamline the requirements process, but it brings the value of QA to

the beginning of development.

One BDD project I coached involved a complete replacement of a very important legacy mainframe

system.

The system went live a year early and at 1/3rd the cost of what had been estimated using

their traditional development method.

The ability to execute every requirement against the application let the team regularly deploy

new changes in days that normally would have taken 6 months.

The business owners identified a small change that would let the application make more money.

The change was made in a few hours, but under the old process, it would have taken 6 months

to make sure there were no side effects and that it was safe to deploy.

Because of the investment in BDD, the change was put into production almost immediately,

fully tested and with complete confidence.

BDD cut out 6 months where that change would not have been producing any value.

For this single change, BDD resulted in savings of $5 million that would have been simply

lost under their old process.

HOLIDAY MAKEUP TUTORIAL *GLITTER AND LASHES* - Duration: 10:46.

my channel everyone so today I'm going to be doing my Scorpio the zodiac look I

think this is the only look I've done where it's actually the zodiac time that

corresponds with the look so this is my zodiac look slash super extra

Thanksgiving look if you celebrate it's got a little warmth it's got a little

darkness got a gloss got a little glitter some lashes some contour

everything you could ever want to just slay your family and say my grades may

be failing but I look fabulous so I hope you guys enjoy and let's get started first things

first we're gonna go in with some of the makeup revolution concealer and I'm

going to use this as my eye base so I put this all over the lid

next we are gonna leave this base sticky and what and we're going to go into

these blood sugar palate and going into intravenous which is the dark brown

color here and I am using a sigma pencil e30 so just a very tiny brush this is a

very dark color this might be a pigment so if you have sensitive eyes be aware

so we're just gonna take a very little bit of this and we are going to start

taking that on the crease and i'm just using very light pressure and I kind of

do mine where I draw a little bit go the next point and connect them together

this seems to help me make a straighter line again I'm using not a lot of

product and just taking it where I want it and we're gonna blend it so of course

it will spread and speaking of blending I'm going in with a dull moules 776 and

we are going to again light pressure start blending this out

I just used back and forth motions I don't really like doing those like big

swirly motions because I feel like it just moves my product around too much I

just go back and forth back in with the brush you're gonna dip back into

intravenous and go over oh my god we're gonna go over that area again but you'll

focus it more in on the actual crease part and then go back in with the same

WM tools brush or whatever you're using to blend you know there's like a sigma

and a morphe brush like this and go back and forth

so hopefully you guys can see it I did leave it a little bit darker on the side

and I'm not real worried about keeping this super sharp I'm just kind of

letting it naturally blend out with the concealer and the rest of my face so now

we are going to go back in with the concealer and we're going to put this on

our eyelid

I'm going in with the sugar pill pigment in magpie it's just really a pretty deep

blue color hopefully I can open it without making a mess but I am just

going in with a flat Mac 217 and we're gonna pack this on the eyelid make sure

you tap-tap-tap have to tap your brush off because you don't want a ton of

product to start with with this so I am just going to start on the outer corner

and we will work our way in

you

I'm gonna take a Franky Rose blending brush and we're just gonna blend this

blue out now when I'm working with light colors like this where I think it's a

little too strong then I will use those circular motions

you

I'm for the glitter I'm not gonna add any glitter glue on here

I know controversial move but I am using sane cosmetics access glitter and this

is one of their glitter blends it is a teal and brown butter and it's beautiful

so I'm going to use a flat brush this one's just from Sephora a nice little

synthetic pick up some glitter and tap off the excess and we're gonna start

packing this on the inner half of our eye going all the way to the inner

corner it can get in there and make it nice and sparkly but we're just gonna

pack as much of this on as we can

next thing we're going to do I'm taking a liner brush this one is has no label

I'm going in with donor this really sparkly color next to intravenous and

we're going to put this underneath the lid

I'm doing this all the way to getting it as close to the water line

as possible without getting it in your eye and for liner I'm just using the NYX

matte liquid liner this is my favorite liner that I've ever used to wings with

so this is what we're going to use today now going in with the art dolls we won

it twenty choose I believe these are the natural ones I am going to pop this

latch on with a velour eyelash glue

for mascara I'm using the it cosmetics with superhero mascara which I never

tried until today and I actually really like it I think it's super pretty but I

would not say it's better than my lash paradise to finish the face I'm just

going to contour and brighten with my wet n wild dulce de leche contouring

little kit here and elf contouring brush

and to brighten that I'm going to use this elf a flat blush brush which I

don't understand why anyone would put on their blush with this type of brush but

I'm just gonna sweep this under the eyes and this will also help get rid of some

of that fallout if you are not a fan rush I'm going to go in with something a

little bit lighter and warmer this is the yummy cookies from colour-pop and

it's kind of a peachy blush but I'm going in with a small stipple brush from

ELF

it just gives a nice wash of color all over the cheeks and it kind of acts as a

highlight too if you want to wear this to maybe a holiday gathering which I

don't know that I'll wear this my family doesn't really do anything super dressy

that I would need to you know glam it up but I am the extra one in the family so

maybe I'll just do it anyway um but it kind of adds a little bit of

color and shine but I'm also going to go in with another highlight because I love

duochrome and I'm going in with monster from

colour-pop I've not used this in forever but it's gorgeous and one of my favorite

highlighters of all time so I'm just going to blend this right on top of the

cheek so you get that like Chrissy Teigen big full a Polly cheese

I like Chrissy Teigen I got it so I'm just blending this and then up the tip

of the nose a blend it out with a clean finger down the Cupid's bow for the lips

and the final step I'm going to go in with Geoffrey stars delicious this is

from their star family collection I do believe you can still get this

you

now I know this color is very interesting and different and very dark

but I'm going to put a gloss over top of it and once it's set up over top I'm

going to use this lip delicious gloss and what it's the flavor is whipped

vanilla but the color is like this pretty mom with gold glitter so I'm

gonna put this over top just to lighten it up a bit

you

all right so that is the end of my Scorpio zodiac look /super extra holiday

look I hope you guys enjoyed and I will see you guys in the next tutorial bye
