Long Term Food Storage Shopping Tips - Duration: 8:35.tips to shopping for food storage how to get started with food storage what foods to buy stockpile make them last how to rotate
hi it's AlaskaGranny Alaska Prepper are you looking for tips to shopping for food storage sensible prepping well
it doesn't have to be complicated and it's important that everybody will
stockpile the food and supplies that they need for emergencies we never know
what can happen disaster emergency so the best strategy is to plan ahead so you want to take an
inventory of the foods your family actually likes what will they eat if they like tuna get
tuna if they hate green beans don't get green beans somebody else's list of foods to stockpile for emergencies long term food storage isn't
necessarily what's going to be the best fit of food for your family it makes no
sense to stock up on foods that nobody likes or is willing to eat it's a waste
of your valuable grocery dollars and it's also a waste of your food storage
space you want to have the space in your home to store things that you actually
need and use and are useful to you not just clutter so stock up on items that
are foods that your family likes and buy extras of them those foods when you go to the store
then you need to rotate those foods how to rotate foods food storage it's that strategy of first-in first-out
just like they do in the grocery store you push the things in the back of the
shelf to the front and you put the new foods behind them so that you're always
rotating the food nothing gets shoved in the back expired
dented or bulging and is wasted you also want to make sure that you store your
packaged goods in airtight containers because you don't want them to become
contaminated with any kind of pantry bugs you don't want
packages spilling and making a mess in your pantry get stale and foods stay fresh longer
if they're stored in airtight containers it's worth the investment to have your
food last as long as possible and still be in the best shape and flavor that it
can be before you head to the store or make a meal plan inventory the food you
have on hand plan your meals around the foods that are in your stockpile and
then go to the store and buy the rest of the items that you need it makes no
sense to keep buying more cans of tomatoes and use those ones you just
came from the store if you have 12 of them in your pantry if you do come home
with two use the two out of your pantry and put the new ones in the back of the
row so that they're continuing to be rotated that way you make sure that
you're using and replacing the foods that you need if you find that there's
foods in your pantry that are becoming expired that nobody is using eating you need to
try to eat them use them up and then figure out how come I have these foods that nobody
wants and we aren't eating are they just forgotten or we don't care about them
anymore if you're not willing to eat them you need to donate them say to a
food pantry before they've expired or if they're way expired it's probably best
to dispose of them work within your budget buy a little food at a time and buy a
variety of foods if you buy 50 cans of chili this week and 50 cans of black beans next
week and then something happens all you would have to eat are chili and beans so
buy a variety until you have a nice stockpile once you
have a variety then you can take advantage of grocery
sales and you can buy food in bulk but just because it's food is on sale and you can buy it
in bulk don't buy more food than your family can use
within a year or two you don't want those stored foods in your pantry to become
expired simply because you bought too many there is a limit to how much food you
can actually use and eat I've made that mistake myself I bought too much food because it was
on sale and if you just have too much it can become a problem so try to stockpile
in a reasonable amount and not just out of fear or it's on sale like I've done
then think in terms of meals breakfast lunch dinner snacks look at the packages
read the ingredients pay attention to the nutrition and the calorie count you
need to make sure that you have wholesome foods and that you're
providing 2,000 calories per person per day to make sure that you have a
substantial amount of food you may find that some of the foods you think are
fillling and long-lasting maybe don't have as many calories as you think times
of emergency are never a time to find out that you are eating unfamiliar foods
or that you don't have enough to keep people filled up once your pantry is
full think about long-term food storage foods that last from 10 to 30 years a
good way to buy those foods for long term food storage is in bulk where you can get a 50-pound bucket of rice
and beans you can also buy long term long lasting foods for food storage them in number 10 cans a strategy is to buy them
in single ingredients that you can mix together because say you want to make
things like meals in a jar what happens is you take some 5 year shelf-life items
and you mix them with 30 year shelf-life items and your meal is going to expire
when the first ingredient expires is when your jar is no longer fresh to eat
if you kept the 5 year foods things separate you can rotate those more readily and
then your other foods can last longer so it's something to keep in mind
meals in a jar are a great idea but you could possibly be shortening the life of
some of your long-term food storage by combining those foods when my kids left
home to go to college they were living in a dorm I still made sure they had
simple foods that they could eat and then when they moved out on their own it
was easy to buy one of the buckets that had small portions that could last for
30 days it gave me peace of mind knowing that they had available food they would
eat and they agreed in an emergency they would eat it some of the foods in the
bucket may not be something that you would choose to eat on a regular basis
so you need to take into account the total foods that's in the bucket and if most of the entrees food items
of it is appealing to you then that might be a way to go so that you have
something for an emergency back-up plan buy packages and containers in sizes
that you can reasonably store use up and lift I can't lift a five-gallon bucket
of rice and beans and I don't have a way to use it up between the time I would
open it and it would then become stale or wasted so I like to buy things in the
number 10 cans it makes sense for myself and my family they fit more easily in
the pantry I can store them in places out of the way yet there's still
something I can bring into the kitchen and rotate through my food storage
because the amount of food that's in the can is something that I can reasonably use up
on a day to day basis one can of long term dried dehydrated food at a time if you do want to
store foods in buckets a great way to do that is if you're going to seal the food
up in mylar make them in smaller sizes of mylar bags and put the smaller bags of food together
in a five-gallon bucket maybe put five of the mylar small bags of long term foods rather than one
gigantic bag of dried food most of us have enough to worry about without trying to open the
big container reseal it up and then store it back away so make the foods you
store in a size and container that works for you most importantly store foods so
that they will last in a cool dry place foods that are in jars need to be stored
in the dark because the light can also deteriorate your food and most
importantly stockpile all the water that you can we can go a long time without
food but not very long without water water should be the most important item
that you stockpile for your food storage plan on at least one gallon of water per person
per day for as many days as possible food storage doesn't have to be
complicated we just need to have a plan and when you make a plan then you know
how to implement it and so that it makes sense for you and your family and then
you'll be ready for whatever comes your way

Ildar Gainutdinov | World of Dance - Polska | Grand Final - Duration: 8:49.This someone could be Ildar,
But only if his average score for two performances
will be higher than 97.3
Then Ildar will get ahead in the fight
For a hundred thousand dollars.
Ildar, this is already
Your last moment.
Now I will not
Motivate you here, just pull yourself together
And do it. Thank you very much.
I came from Russia and
I was warmly received. I feel myself like at home
And it helps me a lot.
Ildar is like from space, with his dance he takes us
To another planet. In qualifications, I wanted to show
My greatest strengths, my emotions,
And this is easier to do through dance than words.
During the duels, he was concentrated differently.
He performed in a white suit
And it was so pure. Dance,
Fulfilled in this way, is love for me.
I just
Fell in love with Ildar's dance.
That's the point. For me, dance is like oxygen
For any other person.
Despite the young age, he is an accomplished artist,
He is always one step ahead.
If someone stands, he goes. If someone jumps,
He flutters. In the final I will show
All my possibilities and cross all my borders.
I have to jump over myself
To become stronger.
Coming to you.
Security!
Thank you. Thank you very much.
This was Edyta's comment. Now Roofi.
Or do you want to say something too?
I want to say that this is great, Ildar.
Very consciously deducing yourself
Out of the darkness.
For me for a minute you were like a prince of darkness.
But I have the impression that it was conscious
And with that passion you covered it.
And you lit this dark room,
And thanks to this
For me personally, you ascended to an even greater level.
Your technical level
As we all saw, it is perfect.
I'm quickly.
There is no point in discussing technical things
This is the final, you all are perfect.
Once again you prove
That in order to speak beautifully, it is not necessary to pronounce words.
It is enough to dance as beautiful as you do.
I will say sincerely
What I like most about you is
That it seems like you have already demonstrated everything
What you are already understandable
But you run away all the time, you show something else.
For an artist this is very important and I like it a lot.
Last week in the semifinals I liked you
the least of all and I thought:
"I do not know what will happen with this Ildar." It was a bit
Closed in shape for me.
But you smashed this final. Bravo!
We proceed to scoring.
I'm ready.
I remind you the average score in two performances
Of Atom Mini is 97.3 points.
Let's see how many points
Ildar receives for this performance.
This will be my first one.
My dear, everything is clear
Ildar is higher. Congratulations.
Are you in the game.

D DAY THE INVASION OF NORMANDY - LEARNING ENGLISH - Duration: 30:54.The d-day landing of June 6th 1944 ranks as the boldest and most successful
large-scale invasion in military history On June 6th as Operation Overlord went
forward roughly 160,000 Allied troops crossed the English Channel supported by
7,000 ships and boats and landed on the coast of Normandy dot the seaborne
invasion included nearly 5,000 landing in the salt craft 289 escort vessels and
277 mine sweepers they established a beachhead from which the Germans were
unable to dislodge them within 10 days there were half a million troops ashore
and within three weeks there were two million scroll down to read more about
the Normandy invasion or click below to read up on specific topics about the
invasion of Normandy d-day planning involved significant staging operations
of thousands of troops in the first week of May 1944 massive troop movements
occurred throughout Great Britain from England itself as well as Scotland Wales
the Midlands and Northern Ireland regiments divisions and Corps were
assembled in pre invasion staging areas the logistics of planning for moving
hundreds of thousands of men and almost half a million vehicles were enormous
each division went to a designated staging area along England's south coast
the areas were labeled sausages for their elongated shape each was
surrounded by a wire fence patrolled by military police security was tight no
one could get in or out without written permission yet if the troops felt
confined and resented the order against warming fires conditions were tolerable
they ate better than almost anyone in the United Kingdom States eggs pies even
ice cream were abundant the task of feeding so many men was a major chore
and the US Army produced some 4,000 newly trained cooks
to meet the need by one reckoning nearly 175 thousand soldiers were housed
largely under canvas and camouflage netting the staging areas were crammed
with supplies and equipment and there was plenty to do new weapons were issued
to assault troops vehicles and equipment who were waterproofed final organization
and tactics were confirmed the build-up to d-day was undertaken by operation
bolero a logistical efforts of unprecedented
magnitude sailing on now secure sea routes the US Navy and Merchant Marine
took 1,200,000 troops to Britain where hundreds of camps and bases were
established and supplied with everything from chewing gum to bombers Britain's
existing infrastructure was inadequate to support the massive effort so a
thousand locomotives and 20,000 freight cars were shipped from the United States
plus material for hundreds of miles of additional rail lines transatlantic
shipments increased to the points that some 1 million nine hundred thousand
tons of supplies reached Britain in May 1944 alone showing the scale of
logistics the manpower required to meet the needs was enormous less than
one-fourth of the Allied troops in France were in combat units and only
about 20% served as infantryman a four or five to one tail two to three shio
was not unusual in other theatres of war either in mechanized warfare fuel and
oil were essential to success and allied logisticians solved the problem of
adequate petroleum supply they designed and built the pipeline under the ocean
pluto to pump the lifeblood of tanks trucks and all other motor vehicles
directly to Normandy other innovative projects involved prefabricated piers
called mulberries and blocked ships the latter were 28 merchant vessels
intentionally sunk to provide breakwaters for artificial piers leading
to sunken treasures off the coast of Normandy still being found today most
where old worn-out vessels dating from as early as
1919 though a few were 1943 Liberty ships in all 326 cargo ships were
involved including 200 American vessels with thirty six divisions eventually on
the continent the Allies needed 20,000 tons of food fuel ammunition and
equipment everyday in the twenty seven days beginning the 6th of June the
Allies poured massive amounts of men and materiel into Normandy as of the 2nd of
July a million troops representing 25 divisions
13 American 11 British and one Canadian had come ashore they were supported by
566 thousand six hundred and forty-eight tons of supplies and 170 1532 vehicles
even in World War two armies still traveled on their feet America produced
more than 15 million pair of military boots and shoes in 1941 that figure
nearly tripled to almost 41 million the next year and it averaged forty three
point seven million pair per annum through 1945 total wartime production
amounted to one hundred and ninety point two million pairs from July 1940 to July
1945 the United States produced immense quantities of supplies that had to be
distributed to troops or shipped overseas wharfing British production of
British aircraft and gliders they included four thousand ocean-going
landing ships seventy nine thousand landing craft 297 thousand military
aircraft eighty six thousand tanks 120,000 armored vehicles and 2,500,000
trucks
Allied training was a vast endeavor stretching from North America to
southern England firing ranges were at a premium as space was needed for practice
firing weapons from rifles to naval gunnery and anti-aircraft guns
however the emphasis was upon amphibious operations and some facilities have been
in use long before June 1944 perhaps the most notable facility used by the
British Armed Forces was the combined operations training center at Inverrary
on the west coast of Scotland it was established in 1940 originally to
prepare for commando operations but expanded when British amphibious
doctrine shifted from large-scale raids to actual invasion later bases in
southern England included Kolb in sands and Birkhead Bay in the area where the
invasion fleet would assemble the US army set up at least eight training
centres prior to d-day most notably at willecombe Beach Devon sure sea assault
training center because of its topographical similarity to Normandy the
Slapton sands region of the south coast was selected for amphibious rehearsals
leading to the disastrous operation tiger in April
regiments American British German American regiments in the US Army and
infantry regiment was composed of three battalions each with three rifle
companies a headquarters company and a heavy weapons company in early 1944
personnel strength was typically 150 officers and 3,000 men an airborne
regiment consisted of 115 officers in 1950 men by 1944 u.s. armored divisions
had three tank battalions rather than the previous two regiments an armoured
battalion typically possessed 40 officers and 700 men with 53 German
medium tanks and 17 Stewart light tanks the infantry regiments assaulting Utah
and Omaha beaches were first division 16th 18th 26th regiments Omaha 4th
division a12 22nd regiments Utah 29th division 115 116 117 regiments Omaha
airborne infantry regiments descending on Normandy were 82nd division 550 575
hundred and dates three hundred and twenty-fifth glider one hundred and
first division five hundred and first 502 d five hundred and sixth three
hundred and twenty seventh glider British regiments the regimental system
was deeply ingrained in the British Army with some units tracing their lineage
back three hundred years for instance the King's Own Scottish
Borders in the third division had been established in 1689 however owing to
varying overseas service and the inevitable need to mix and match for
specific operations few British regiments fought as such the situation
was further complicated by the fact that many regiments possessed only one or two
battalions consequently a british brigade usually
was of regimental strength with unrelated battalions serving together in
1940 a full-strength british infantry brigade consisted of 75 officers and
2,400 men the following British and Canadian regiments landed on gold sword
and Juno beaches 3rd division 8th Brigade 1st Battalion Suffolk

regiments by 1944 the German army fielded several types of infantry and
armored divisions and therefore different types of regiments there were
maneuver regiments and static defensive regiments plus Panzer Panzer Grenadier
mechanised infantry and parachute regiments a representative infantry
regiment at forty five officers and 1,800 men while a panzer regiment
typically had 70 officers in 1,700 men with a battalion of Markov's and a
battalion of panthous Panzer Grenadier regiment smight field 90 officers 3100
men and 525 vehicles the authorized strength of parachute regiments closely
resembled Grenadier units 96 officers and 3100 men however all the foregoing
figures were according to formal tables of organization in reality the German
army fought under strengthened with less equipment than authorized at least from
1942 onward aerial support allied Airborne Division's played a critical
role in securing strategic points prior to d-day on the night of 5 to 6 June
Taylors one hundred and first Airborne Division air assaults it into Normandy
securing Beach exits from st. Martin to put Pavel on D plus one the 506 pushed
southward from Corps level and encountered stiff resistance near Saint

Carentan with the 500 and 2d fighting steadily along the causeway over the
next two days on the 11th the 502 d parachute and three hundred and twenty
seventh glider infantry reinforced with elements of the 400 and first pushed the
Germans into the outskirts of Carentan permitting the 506 to occupy the city on
the 12th d plus 6 the inevitable German counter-attacks were repelled over the
next two weeks at which time the Screaming Eagles were relieved by the
83rd in three division in Normandy the division
sustained 4480 casualties including 546 known dead 1907 missing many of whom
later turned up and 2217 wounded overhead the 8th Air Force contributed
1361 for engine heavy bombers to support the landings on June 6th by now
the EU's staff posted 59 bombardment groups and more than 2,800 four-engine
bombers four times the number of a year earlier meanwhile the combined efforts
of the fighter commands of the 8th and 9th Air Force's flew nearly 4,000
fighter sorties on d-day alone these came after 17,000 heavy bomber sorties
and 15,000 fighter sorties during May concurrently over the objections of his
anglo-american Air officers Eisenhower had transferred operational control of
the four engine heavy bomber assets from the combined bomber offensive to shave
during the weeks leading up to Overlord the primary air mission was no longer
strategic but tactical the idea was to isolate the battlefield by destroying
the transportation network leading to northern France as well as the
infrastructure supporting Luftwaffe operations there the plan worked the
battlefield had been isolated overhead the fruits of operation argument and the
combined bomber offensive were also evident the once powerful Luftwaffe was
virtually absent from the skies over Normandy the air superiority over the
invasion beaches which had long been considered the vital prerequisite to
Operation Overlord had been achieved
the Lord remains one of the classic examples of effective strategic
deception allied planners work tirelessly to mislead the Germans about
the intended landing zone attempting to focus their attention on the
pas-de-calais rather than Normandy false radio transmissions from a non-existent
army led by leftenant General George Patton constituted one example of
signals intelligence inserted to conceal the Allies actual troop strength other
means included compromising every German intelligence agent in Britain turning
the enemy spies and forcing them to send misleading reports to their handlers
those efforts were successful by May 1944 Berlin was convinced that the u.s.
army had 79 divisions in Great Britain compared to 52 actually deployed there
these actions were collectively known as operation titanic allied planners
employed subtlety in leaking some schemes to the Germans one example was
the Zeppelin plan which theoretically called for a major offensive from Italy
into the Balkans in the event that Overlord was cancelled or delayed as is
often the case in military planning Zeppelin was modified in May 1944 to
target southern France employing false radio traffic double agents and genuine
requests for information or support from neutral nations
however Zeppelin largely failed to convince German headquarters that the
blow would fall anywhere but the channel coast
among physical deception methods was the creation of thousands of imitation
vehicles and aircraft all located so as to convince the Germans that the
invasion would occur in the pas de calais between them the Royal Engineers
and their American counterparts created tanks trucks artillery and aircraft
which were arrayed in marshalling areas near ports on the east coast of England
rubber decoys could be inflated by compressed air while others were quickly
assembled from wood and canvas a fighter squadron of 24 airplanes could be built
by a platoon of engineers in two weeks including imitation hangars and support
equipment operation Titanic caused widespread confusion among German forces
when Robert armies were dropped throughout Normandy generically named
Rupert the imitation paratroopers added to the uncertainty already established
the night of 5 to 6 June when genuine airborne forces were landed far from
their intended drop zones consequently the defenders had no clear picture of
what the opening moves of overlord would beat d-day landing beaches Gold Beach a
10-mile stretch between Omaha Beach to the western Juneau to the east Gold was
divided into sectors H I J and K with the main landing areas being G green and

Omaha Beach Omaha was the most heavily defended of all the beaches its bunkers
fighting positions and Wahb Stickles were intended to repel any Allied
landing though they exacted by far the heaviest toll of the attackers its
defenses delayed movement inland by only several hours Omaha spanned ten statute
miles in seven sectors a b c d e f and g bounded by the divest uri separating
utah beach on the western by gold on the east however the first three sectors
were not used before the landing craft touched sure the area was attacked by
hundreds of bombers mostly b-24 liberators but their bombs fell too far

consequently many landing craft offloaded troops some 2,000 yards east

Copic Ciao Markers Demo and Review | Urban Sketching - Duration: 12:53.Hello.
Welcome to Art That Plays and Prays.
My name is Ginger.
Thanks for joining me here.
Today I'll demonstrate the use of Copic markers while I do an urban sketch of a scene in Italy.
By its very nature, urban sketching is the type of drawing you do while you're travelling,
when you're on the go and you want to capture as much of the scenery as you can.
Given that, you don't have to make your sketch as clean and precise as a picture-perfect
work of art.
You don't have to draw with clean, straight lines.
It's okay to mess up and be squiggly and random as you go.
That's why my drawing here is quick and dirty.
I want to show you that you can still make beautiful art even when you're in a rush.
Now I did an initial pencil sketch.
And I was just randomly drawing here and there.
I'm not very precise, like if it's drawn to scale or what.
I'm not even overthinking this.
And then after the pencil sketch, I'm using here a Pigma Micron pen.
I think it's a point 3, or it's a point 1.
I'm just running the sketch over the pencils.
Then later I'll erase all of these pencil marks.
Then later I'll color this using Copic markers.
There are two kinds of Copics in my stash.
I have the Copic Ciao and the Copic Sketch.
The Copic markers are alcohol based and because of this, it's expected to bleed on ordinary paper.
So it's important to use the right kind of paper, so you can maximize the potential
of this very expensive set of markers.
For this urban sketch, I'm using this Copic brand paper.
It's 70 lbs marker paper.
It's very smooth to the touch and comes in a pack of 25 sheets.
When you're using Copics, the paper is really the most important thing here.
Because most papers don't blend.
The inks won't blend very well if you don't have the right kind of paper.
I tried this in ordinary, I think it was watercolor paper that I used it on and it didn't work well.
And I'm trying this Copic paper.
And so far, when I tried it, it was very good.
So here, I'm going to use Copic Ciao.
Copic Ciao are more affordable.
The Copic Ciao comes in a set of 72 pens or 36 pens.
There's a 72-piece color set A and another set B which is what I'll use in this demo.
Honestly, the box set of 72 pens requires a huge investment.
It's really pricey.
So if you prefer to build up your artist tool box slowly, you can invest in the 36-piece sets first.
Copic Sketch markers, the ones I'm showing you right here, they are the more high-end
type of Copics.
They come in flat barrels with a sort of oval construction.
They have double nibs, chisel on one side and brush nibs on the other, on the other end,
which is what I personally like to use more.
What I'll be using in this video are the Copic Ciao markers, which are also double
nibs, but they're more economical in terms of price point because the barrel here, look at it.
It's smaller, it's more roundish, and so has less ink inside.
The markers are refillable.
That's the good news.
And there are a lot of retail stores that sell ink refills.
So even though Copic markers are expensive, in the long run, it's a good investment
for those who are serious about their art, their craft.
One thing about the Copic Ciao markers.
There are color sets.
There are 36-piece sets, and there are five of these sets.
There's a color set A, B, C, D, and E for a total of 180 colors.
Now to avoid duplications, just keep in mind that the 36 Color Sets A and B, when you put
them together, they are the same pens you'll find in the 72-piece set A. Also, if you combine
the 36-piece sets C and D, those are the same colors you'll find in the 72-piece Set B.
So I hope I didn't confuse you with that arrangement.
So, just keep in mind that Copic Ciao markers perform the same way that the Sketch does.
But they are less pricey.
So if you want to try them,
you can start with the Ciao first.
Copic markers are well-loved by artists because you can blend colors and soften edges as you paint.
You can see here though, that I'm not really blending my inks very well.
The nib marks are still visible.
And some of you who are watching this video, you might criticize and say that I'm not
maximizing the potential of this medium.
Let me just say off the bat that I'm actually intentional in showing the pen markings here.
I'm using markers for this urban sketch because I like the feel and look of marker lines.
And I want to show some texture in this piece.
If I wanted softer edges, I would have used watercolors instead.
But for the sake of demonstrating what Copic markers can do, later, I'll show you.
I'll work on some portions of this drawing to probably, just show you how blending is
easily achieved with the Copic markers.
So I'm not overthinking my coloring here.
If you noticed, I'm just randomly putting colors here and there.
I'm not even afraid to try different kinds of color combinations, and it's kinda weird
how I'm putting blues, pinks, and oranges together.
That's just how I want my composition to be.
I just like the colors to pop out.
So, not overthinking.
Not planning.
Just throwing it out there, and just enjoying the process.
People might criticize again and say that I'm not doing justice to these very expensive
markers.
But just understand that urban sketching should be fun.
And you should enjoy the whole journey, the whole process, and not get frustrated just
because you're not getting the proper blending of markers.
So let's just give it a shot here and just enjoy the whole sketch and just throw it out
there and experiment with whatever colors you want to try.
And just color away.
As you can see, I have colored so many layers on this paper.
I have put one ink on top of the other, and there's a whole lot of alcohol inks getting
into this page.
And yet, let's check the flipside.
As I told you, the alcohol ink is supposed to bleed.
But look at this paper.
It's not as bad as probably other papers would, they would bleed through so much more
than this.
As you can see, my scrap paper on this table didn't even get colored.
So after putting on the markers, I just thought I'd run through the drawing some more and
add a little bit more detail with my micron pens.
It's just last-minute details.
I just decided to brush it up a little bit.
Thank you for joining me in this urban sketch using Copic Ciao markers.
And come and watch my other videos if you have time, which I hope you have.
Go visit my other videos.
If you want more painting videos, I have a lot in my channel.
Again, this is Ginger from Art that Plays and Prays.
Thank you and bye.
Bye.
Bye.
Bye.

Mitama: Yeees! Good afternoon!
Tsuruno: Oh, Iroha-chan is here!
Tsuruno: You found the Summoning Shrine! That's awesome, you did great!
Iroha: I didn't really do anything. I just happened to find out by chance...
Tsuruno: Okayyy, before our meeting, let's get warmed up!
Iroha: Eh?!
Tsuruno: Come on, Iroha-chan, let's go!
Iroha: W-wait, Tsuruno-chan!
Iroha: I don't really--!
Tsuruno: On your mark, get set, gooo!
Iroha: Hyaaaa...!
Mitama: To think that she would bring not only Iroha-chan, but Tsuruno as well...
Mitama: Yachiyo-san sure has had a change of heart...
Mitama: ... If it was going to be like this, I should have told them earlier.
Mitama: About the Summoning Shrine...
Iroha: (Tsuruno-chan still isn't back... Just how long is she going to be warming up?)
Yachiyo: Sorry to keep you, Tamaki-san.
Iroha: Yachiyo-san. I'll be in your care, today.
Yachiyo: Yes, same here.
Yachiyo: I was thinking I had come a bit too early, but it looks like you were already waiting.
Iroha: When I think about Ui, I just can't relax...
Yachiyo: Tamaki-san... You mustn't put too much faith in Rumors.
Iroha: Ah, Mitama-san told me the same thing...
Yachiyo: We don't know what form the Rumors will use to become real.
Yachiyo: It's still unclear just how the person you want to meet will appear.
Yachiyo: You shouldn't let down your guard.
Iroha: Y-yes!
Yachiyo: So - Tsuruno is coming, isn't she?
Iroha: (... Huh? Did I tell her about Tsuruno-chan?)
Tsuruno: Aaaaaaah!
Yachiyo: Here she is... With that unpleasant voice that echoes in my head...
Tsuruno: Captain Yachiyooooo!
Yachiyo: I knew it.
Tsuruno: Daaah!
Yachiyo: Ugh!
Yachiyo: Hey, Tsuruno - don't jump on me like that! It's uncomfortable, and you're drawing attention!
Tsuruno: So then the person Iroha-chan had plans with was - Yachiyo?!
Tsuruno: I never would have expected that you two knew each other!
Tsuruno: This is great, I'm so happy! Now we can fight together, again!!
Tsuruno: Hm hm!
Yachiyo: I'm not particularly excited about it...
Tsuruno: Whaaat?! Why nooot?!
Yachiyo: Tamaki-san...
Iroha: I'm sorry, I didn't know that you and Tsuruno-chan were acquaintances.
Yachiyo: It's fine; you said enough for me to figure it out...
Tsuruno: We're not acquaintances!! We're on the same team!
Iroha: Oh, really?
Yachiyo: We used to be teammates. Used to be.
Yachiyo: Haah... Well, let's bring Tsuruno along, then...
Tsuruno: Let's go, let's go!
Yachiyo: This leech won't let go once she's latched on, anyway...
Yachiyo: Plus we're better off in numbers, for now...
Yachiyo: If you overlook how reckless she can be, Tsuruno really is rather strong.
Iroha: That's what I would expect from someone self-proclaimed as amazing.
Tsuruno: Teehee!
Yachiyo: And, Tamaki-san...
Iroha: Yes?
Yachiyo: Could you pull Tsuruno off of me? She's heavy...
Iroha: It's scarier at night, isn't it...?
Yachiyo: It's because they shut off all the lights when visiting hours are over.
Yachiyo: A shrine draped in silence... I think it's rather relaxing.
Yachiyo: ... Well, if it weren't for a certain someone, anyway...
Tsuruno: I've never been to a shrine at night before!
Tsuruno: In the dark and all surrounded by trees - it almost feels like it's not even in the city!
Tsuruno: Oh, aren't places like this perfect for ghosts to come out?!
Tsuruno: Maybe we'll even see the man from the story...!
Iroha: Hey, don't say that, Tsuruno-chan!
Yachiyo: Come now, Tsuruno. Don't run around so much in the dark, it's dangerous.
Tsuruno: It's fiiine! It's just a regular old gravel path--Ack!
Tsuruno: Ouchies...!
Yachiyo: I literally just said...
Iroha: Are you okay, Tsuruno-chan?!
Tsuruno: Uh-huh... I got mud on me...
Yachiyo: Haah... Let's get you cleaned up later...
Tsuruno: Oh, there's the gate to the garden! They really close it at night, huh!
Iroha: (She got over that fast...!)
Yachiyo: Yes, that's why I didn't notice it at first, either...
Iroha: I suppose that means we can't visit...
Yachiyo: But we have to, don't we?
Iroha: Huh? You mean...
Yachiyo: Oh good, you seem to understand. We're going to trespass.
Iroha: Really?!
Iroha: B-but what if we get in trouble...?!
Yachiyo: Then you can wait here while Tsuruno and I go. Tsuruno, you're coming, aren't you?
Tsuruno: Of course!
Yachiyo: And you, Tamaki-san?
Yachiyo: Are you alright with that? It is your little sister...
Yachiyo: And after I invited you. I'll admit I'm disappointed...
Iroha: Uuuu... I'm going, too!
Yachiyo: Then it's decided.
Iroha: (God, please don't let the priest find us...)
Iroha: (Wait, something about that feels contradictory...)
Iroha: W-we really got in...
Tsuruno: Aha, it's pretty easy to do, when you're a magical girl.
Tsuruno: So what comes next? What should we do now that we're here?!
Yachiyo: Sh! Tsuruno, lower your voice...!
Tsuruno: Okay!
Yachiyo: Alright, let's go over the Rumor one more time.
Yachiyo: I'm sure the secret to meeting who you want to see is within it.
Iroha: Got it.
Oh, haven't you heard? Who told you? The rumor of the Summoning Shrine.
Is it family? A lover? A complete stranger? If there's someone you want to see from the bottom of your heart, just leave it to this God!
If you write their name on a charm, and make sure to mind your manners and visit the shrine, you'll be met with who you want to see.
But you'd better be careful! Perhaps you'll be so happy that you can't ever leave! This is the rumor that's going around the Mizuna District.
Eek! How scary!
Yachiyo: That's how it goes.
Yachiyo: So in order to meet with anyone, we'll need to use the wooden charms from the shrine.
Iroha: ... And then when I see Ui, I can bring her back with me...
Iroha: Even if I have to use force and pull her by the hand...
Yachiyo: For now, let's proceed with that in mind...!
Yachiyo: You... And I...
Iroha: Oh...! But I don't have one of the wooden charms...!
Yachiyo: I have some. I wouldn't come unprepared, after all.
Iroha: T-thank you very much!
Yachiyo: Now then, shall we be going?
Tsuruno: Huh, uh, Yachiyooo?
Yachiyo: Hm? What is it? Why are you holding your hand out...?
Tsuruno: Huh, but - what about a charm for me...?
Yachiyo: I don't have one.
Yachiyo: I had originally planned on it just being Tamaki-san and I tonight.
Yachiyo: Naturally, I didn't have time to prepare for you...
Tsuruno: Nnn... Nnn nnnn!
Tsuruno: You can sulk all you like, but it won't make more charms magically appear. Besides, did you even need one?
Tsuruno: Huh?
Tsuruno: ...........
Tsuruno: Oh!!
Yachiyo: You don't need one, do you?
Tsuruno: Yeah, 'cause you and I would just be looking for the same person.
Tsuruno: So I guess I don't really need to go!
Tsuruno: So this here Yui Tsuruno will stand guard for you while you go pray!
Tsuruno: 'Cause if a Rumor pops out all of a sudden, it could get pretty dangerous.
Yachiyo: Jeez... You're always rushing into things...
Yachiyo: It's great that you're a quick thinker, but don't get distracted so easily.
Iroha: A quick thinker?
Tsuruno: Yeah, because out of my whole grade level, I'm amazing!
Iroha: Amazing...?
Yachiyo: She means that she has the best grades.
Iroha: Whaaat?!
Yachiyo: Tamaki-san. Have you written down the name of who you want to meet?
Iroha: Tamaki Ui... Satomi Touka... Hiiragi Nemu... Hmm, I can't write all three, can I?
Yachiyo: It might fail if you get too greedy, but I won't stop you...?
Yachiyo: I don't have any spare charms, though.
Iroha: In that case, I'll just write Tamaki Ui!
Yachiyo: Alright, then. Shall we pray?
Iroha: Yes...
Iroha: (I only just started looking into Rumors.)
Iroha: (But I was given this chance - the Summoning Shrine...)
When I see Ui, I'll tell her... Come back with me, with your big sister... This time, we'll get to walk to school together...
Even if a Rumor shows up, I'll protect Ui. I won't let go of her hand until I've brought her back home.
So please, God...
Iroha: (Please, let me see Ui again...)
Tsuruno: Alright, you Rumor!
Tsuruno: Come at me!
Tsuruno: If you try to get in the way of bringing back Ui-chan and the others...
Tsuruno: The amazing Tsuruno will beat you to a pulp!
Yachiyo: Hey, Tsuruno! Don't say things like you're trying to taunt them!
Iroha: ------?!
Iroha: This is the same as the Rules for Ending a Friendship...!
Yachiyo: You probably drew them out with that big mouth of yours!
Yachiyo: Honestly, you're always stirring up trouble...
Tsuruno: You think it's my fault...?
Yachiyo: I can't imagine it isn't!
Yachiyo: Now go on, Tsuruno the Amazing. You're our guard, aren't you? It's your time to shine!
Tsuruno: On it!
Tsuruno: Leave your backs to me! You two, go and meet them!
Yachiyo: You're trying to act cool, but this is just reaping what you sowed.
Tsuruno: Yachiyo, there are too many Rumors!
Tsuruno: Some might get past me!
Yachiyo: Aren't you supposed to be our guard?
Yachiyo: Come now, can you really give yourself the title Amazing at this rate?!
Tsuruno: Waaahaaahaaa, I'll try my best!
Yachiyo: Let's hurry, Tamaki-san.
Yachiyo: Let's finish this before the Rumors can reach us!
Iroha: Y-yes!
Iroha: (With this charm...)
Clang, clang, clang...
Iroha: (Then, like this...)
Clap, clap!
Iroha: ..............
Iroha: (Please - let me see my sister.)
Iroha: (Please let me see my little sister, let me see Tamaki Ui!)
Please, God!
Tsuruno: Ah, sorry, Yachiyo! One of them is headed your way!
Tsuruno: Wait, she's gone!!
Tsuruno: ..............
Tsuruno: Do your best, Yachiyo, Iroha-chan!

Online Therapy via Skype for Overcoming Anxiety and Depression - Duration: 8:52.Welcome.
My name is Peter Strong.
I'm a professional mindfulness based psychotherapist and I offer online therapy via Skype for overcoming
anxiety and depression and many other psychological emotional problems that can benefit from learning
the techniques of mindfulness therapy.
People like the convenience of online therapy.
It's much more friendly and less intimidating than conventional clinical type approaches.
Generally, people want to learn how to manage their emotions more effectively.
They don't want to go on medications.
Sometimes it's useful to take medications to reduce the intensity of anxiety or depression.
But it's not a good long term strategy.
You need to address the underlying process, the process of reactive thinking and emotional
reactivity that operates habitually that feeds your anxiety or depression.
You need to bring consciousness to these underlying habits, and that's the focus of mindfulness
therapy.
The approach of illuminating your emotions with conscious awareness in a non-reactive
manner is very, very powerful.
So that's what we learn to do.
And I will teach you how to do this.
During each session I will teach you very practical methods that you can apply yourself
between sessions.
And this is absolutely essential for good results.
You have to have methods that you can apply yourself and do the real work which is between
sessions, and this is what I will teach you.
I will teach you how to work with your emotions using mindfulness.
The results are very effective indeed, with very good results for anxiety and depression
and also for helping with recovery from emotional trauma as well.
I see lots of people who suffer from anxiety.
This is by far the most common condition, and most people really benefit very quickly.
Typically you can expect to see significant improvements after at least the first three
or four sessions.
It should not take months or years of psychotherapy to produce significant changes.
If it takes that long then that simply indicates the the approach is not very effective.
You should be seeing changes within weeks not months and certainly not years.
So if you are interested in this approach, using mindfulness for overcoming anxiety and
depression without using medications or without years of talk therapy then please reach out
to me by email.
You can ask any questions that you have about how this approach will work for your particular
situation.
All you need for online therapy is is an internet connection and a mobile phone or tablet or,
of course, a laptop computer and you can start.
You don't need expensive equipment other than a basic laptop.
Many people use their iPhone's these days and it works quite well for online therapy.
So during the first session I will explain to you what mindfulness is and how to apply
it, and you will learn within that first session some of these practical methods that I've
been talking about.
About how to work with your emotions and you'll be able to apply them.
In the second session.
We will review the progress that you made and we will refine the methods that you have
been taught, and so on.
Each session builds on the previous session.
The first principle in mindfulness therapy that we focus on is changing the way that
you relate to your emotions.
So typically people react unconsciously to their emotions and to the triggers that trigger
those emotions, whether that's external events or situations or whether it's internal triggers
in the form of thoughts or memories.
The problem is that we just react blindly to these triggers and we then end up feeding
our anxiety and depression.
So the first real breakthrough comes when you can learn to overcome these patterns of
habitual reactivity, and that's much easier than you might think.
The most important step is to make them conscious, because if they're not conscious you don't
see these habits and then they just continue to operate blindly.
But the moment you do focus conscious awareness on them then you can begin to change them.
And that's the first principle of mindfulness therapy, is developing this conscious relationship
with your emotional habits.
Thee second part is promoting healing of internal anxiety and depression.
And this we do in a variety of different techniques.
But one of the most important ones is looking at the imagery of your emotions, and I will
teach you how to work with your emotional imagery.
It's not that difficult it's just something you have to get used to doing.
So all emotions are based around imagery.
How you see your emotions and thoughts in the mind is what determines the emotional
intensity of those emotions or thoughts or beliefs or memories.
So uncovering this emotional imagery is essential for healing.
When you uncover the imagery then you can help it change you can start exploring how
to change that imagery.
And the more you can change the imagery the faster the anxiety or depression will heal.
So there's lots of other things we do during mindfulness therapy sessions, that's just
an outline, but everyone finds this approach to be far superior to traditional talk therapy
or counseling and certainly for most people this is a much more productive approach than
relying on medications.
So if you like to learn more please contact me on that schedule a Skype Therapy session.
Thank you.

TAROT: November 19th 2018 Two of Wands Six of Wands Ten of Chalices | A message for your worklife! - Duration: 5:12.Morning Noisettes! Welcome to another Monday morning reading.
Hope you had a really great week last week and a super weekend.
The weather's been fab hasn't it? In the UK and France at least.
Bizarre temperatures we've been seeing isn't it, for November.
Not that I'm complaining at all; it's just a bit of surprise, isn't it?
Nice though!
So, last week's reading suggested that things might MIGHT be starting to look up a little for us.
Don't worry if you missed it because I've put the link in the video description as usual,
So, let's see what we've got on the cards this week, shall we?
okay so here goes the first card is...
Two of Wands.
Comes up quite often, doesn't it?
Nice positive card.
Work card.
So the next card is... the Ten of Chalices.
Another lovely card. So far so good!
and the final card then is...
The Six of Wands.
I think my eyesight's going because, you know, I can't get this to focus very well.
Anyway, it's a great card,
Really excellent news by the look of it this week, so phew!
Looks like we are continuing to improve, then.
Okay, so let's just get organized, and I'll zoom in a bit, then you can see.
There we go.
So, I'm going to talk about the Wands cards first, since we've got two of those,
and they're all about work, career, ambitions,
ventures and creativity.
I'm just going to move them around. Right, so,
we've got the Two of Wands and the Six of Wands and I'm going to start with the Two of Wands.
So the Two of Wands shows a woman waving off her cloth to market.
This card hints at a venture,
a job,
or a project that is going to have a good chance of success.
It might be paid employment that we're involved with,
or it could be related to something more creative, something that we enjoy doing
but which we're trying to earn money from,
such as art,
writing, making things, and so on.
The only thing is, there's going to be a bit of a waiting period between now
and finding out just how successful we're going to be.
So, we need to be prepared for that.
The Six of Wands also indicates a measure of success.
It can often suggest a promotion, a pay rise,
an award or an accolade, or some other public recognition of our work.
In the same way as the Two of Wands,
it can also relate to paid work, or some other creative venture.
It also shows that the path to our success may not be entirely smooth,
BUT there may be challenges to overcome.
These two cards, however, together do suggest
that we'll still be successful, regardless of any hurdles or challenges
that we might encounter along the way.
Onto our Chalice card then.
So, this card shows...
a really lovely domestic scene
of peace and tranquility
with a young family sharing time together.
This card adds weight to the Wands cards
because it also speaks of success
but success that is incorporated, if you like, into our family life.
It's about contentment, happiness,
security, love.
It certainly ndicates that there's going to be a period of calm within our home lives,
for the coming week at least,
so we'd better make the most of it I suppose, hadn't we?
So things appear to be on the up then.
Great news and a bit of a relief, I have to say!
If you've enjoyed this reading, then please do share it with your friends;
maybe there's someone in particular that you know who is having a hard time right now,
and who could do with a little bit of hope.
Remember to subscribe to the channel too
then you don't miss a single video.
oh and don't forget to check out Friday's bonus video,
which was all about my favorite cards:
let me know what your favorite cards are too.
Have a great week and join me again next Monday for another reading.
