mosur dal 70g

moog dal 30g

tomato 60g, 2cm chunks

this dal is ideal for the winter, when ripe tomatoes are in season

One of the places you must visit when you come to Hong Kong

Is Wong Tai Sin's Temple

This Taoist Temple which is south from Lion's Rock

Is almost 100 years old, and approximately 18,000 square meters

Today I will teach you how to come and what to do in Wong Tai Sin's temple

First of all, we have to go to the subway station "Wong Tai Sin"

Once in the station, we need to go up and head to exit B3

I like this exit because they will offer us to buy incenses

Here they will ask us if we want to buy incences to pray at the temple

-How much? -10 Dollars (HKD)

-You scared me, I thought you were taking pictures of me -oh no

-(other lady) You havent get in line...

**Yells something I dont understand**

-(other lady) you just arrived

Well, they can sell you incenses

- 10 dollars, right? - yeah 10

- Thank you - Thanks

(Lady) You have good Chinese, you were born here? (Me) No, I was not.

- Wow your Chinese is good! - Thank you so much.

Don't pay more than 10~20 HKD for the incenses

Maybe if the see you are a foreigner and don't know how to speak Chinese or Cantonese

Maybe they will try to charge you more

And what you have to say is "Peng di, Peng di"

And you will get a discount

And if they are not willing to go down on the price, you can also buy incenses here on the side of the Temple

If you really want to buy them. If you don't wanna buy is fine and you can enter the temple as well.

Well, we are inside the temple of Wong Tai Sin already and you can see the architecture is so traditional

And you can also see the traditions that some people in Hong Kong and in China have

If you noticed how people was stroking the bronze statues

That's because they believe that will bring them good luck in their lives and to their families

And so the statues have shiny spots, because people have polished them after stroking them for so long

And after entering, we turn left and go up some stairs and you will see an area I find beautiful

Where you can see statues of the 12 animals of the Chinese Horoscope

And here where people pray, you will find a lot of smoke, so if you have Asthma or any problems with smoke

I recommend you to go by fast or take the way around on the lower part

Because a lot of people burn incences and put them in front of the main altar of the temple

And what they do is bow 3 times

and basically with that you are praying and the deities can listen to your thoughts

And here people is using a kind of wooden cup with a bunch of sticks inside

And each stick has a number

and as they shake the cup, one of the sticks will come up and fall to the ground

And then you take this to one of the Sifus

They have books and scriptures and with that they can tell you what kind of luck you will have this year

While you are shaking the cup you have to think of somehting

For example: "I will be a famous YouTuber"

And I get for example number 24

And I take it to a Sifu and he might tell me something like: "oh, 24 is bad luck"

So I know if I try to be a famous YouTuber it won't happen

BUT

If I try this they will probably tell me is good luck because I know I will be a successful YouTuber

But that's the idea, you have a thought

You take a stick, bring it to the Sifus so they can tell you your fortune

Before going where people pray

You can come here to the side, next to the statues

And there are some stoves and lamps that you can use to lit your incenses and then bring them up to pray

(My friend told me is not very polite to blow them xD so you can shake them to turn them off)

And the way people pray with the incenses is: You look forward.

And bow you head 3 times

And then you place your incenses in the ash tray

And when you place your incenses here be careful of burning yourself

Because there are other incenses that already burnt a while so they are lower

So when you place yours you might burn your forearms or your wrists, it happened to me once

So it turns out the main altar was the one where we just placed the incenses

But there are other altars you can also place incenses

Which is other altar with different deities inside

So this temple is pretty big compared with other temples I have visited

Like I said at the begining, this temple is 18,000 square meters

And I am loving it, seeing the archithecture is beautiful

And watching people following their traditions is very interesting

Some places on the surface you might have these steep cracks and giant fissures

that you would have to be careful not to fall into

In other places, you might see towers of ice

right next to places that are relatively smooth

You might see places that were dark

Ice there takes the form of rock. It's frozen solid until you dig down into that ocean

So you may see somethings that look similar to Earth, but you may see things that are very different

I am Morgan Cable, NASA scientist!

That's Morgan.

She's probably one of NASA's best spokespeople for exploring our solar system's icy moons

Europa is a fascinating place

It has this liquid water ocean that's about three times the volume of all of Earth's oceans combined

That's a lot of water

To understand what makes Earth so special,

sometimes you need to back up and take in the big picture

Remember, the cryosphere is every place on Earth with frozen water

And water is one of the biggest indicators for life

Every place, at least so far, that we've found life we've found water along with it

And so far, Earth is the only planet we know of with life

Although Europa isn't the only icy moon in our solar system,

NASA has identified it as one of those places with key astro-biological potential

Morgan is a collaborator on the Mapping Imaging Spectrometer for Europa

an instrument selected for NASA's next mission to Jupiter's icy moon Europa

But she's also more than just a scientist working in a laboratory

She's preparing future NASA missions for success on the surface of alien worlds

This year, Morgan and her colleagues were in the field studying how life colonizes in fresh lava

Earth it turns out has a lot of excellent, what we call, analog environments

– places that are similar enough to some of these other worlds

that we can conduct some tests and we can do some analysis here

Now they're not perfect, of course.

They're not going to be exactly like Europa, but we can still learn a lot by testing in these environments

Some of these places include Antarctica and the Artic Circle

But there are other places too – Alaska, Greenland and even Iceland

Any place where you have a lot of ice, because guess what the surface of Europa is made of...a lot of ice!

Studying the cryosphere doesn't just have big implications for Earth

It also matters for the frozen worlds in our own cosmic backyard

If we're able to find life, or evidence of past life on a place like Europa

that tells us that not only can life happen in other places

but it's common enough that it happened at least twice in the same tiny solar system

That means that the universe is wide open in terms of how much life we might find

- the types of life we might find!

It would revolutionize how we see ourselves and the possibilities for contact in the universe

It just...it would be amazing

It's so exciting!

As it flows down the valleys, it actually carves those valleys out

and makes them deeper, and so it creates these beautiful fjords

where the ice flows down, snakes out down to the ocean, or to the lakes, or further inland

and so that ice is flowing, it's moving

Learn how to prepare a morning smoothie that will give you minerals, vitamins, and morning

This smoothie will also activate your colon to help you keep regular.

Chronic constipation can be hard to stop or elimination since the colon have become weak.

In most cases, it will have to be retrained on how to have a bowel movement.

For those of you that have mild constipation, here is a morning smoothie that will help

activate your colon.

This smoothie is packed with nutrients that your body will use to regenerate your colon

and body.

To make this drink just putte things in the blender without measuring, and make adjustments

as you go.

* one peeled banana * 4-5 strawberries or another type of berries,

or fruits * one tablespoon of lecithin granules

* one-two teaspoons of flaxseed oil * half and half almond milk and apple juice

In a coffee grinder, grind up around a teaspoon or less of the following:

* brown sesame seeds - are high in lecithin, vitamin C, E, and Calcium.

They improve liver function and help in constipation * sunflower seeds - are high protein, Calcium,

and iron.

They are one of the best natural foods which feed the entire body.

* flax seeds - are high in fiber and provide bulk for your stools.

* almonds - use around 6-7 or more.

They are high in Calcium, Phosphorus and have some B-vitamins.

Only eat a few.

They are high in calories.

After grinding the seeds, place them in the blender and blender everything for about 3-4

minutes.

If you need a little sweetness, you can add a small amount of honey.

I find this drink plenty sweet without any honey.

If you don't add the almonds, You can put all the tiny seed into the blender without

grinding them up.

let's see how to prepare tasty & healthy peanut laddu with step-by-step video

required ingredients for groundnut / peanut ladoo are

peanut / groundnut - 2 cups

jaggery - 1 cup

grated coconut - 2 tsp

ghee - 2 tsp

dry roast the peanut in low flame

cool it and remove the skin

roasted, skin removed & cleaned peanut is ready

shift and grind it in a mixi jar

roasted & grinned peanut powder

now shall prepare the jagerry syrup

take 1 cup jaggery in a vessel and add water till it soaks

boil it till the jaggery dissolves

do it till the jaggery dissolves and not required to boil it till syrup state

jaggery dissolved completely

shall keep this syrup aside for now

add 2 tsp ghee in a hot pan

melt it

filter and add the prepared jaggery syrup

filtered dust particles

stir well with ghee

stir and boil it up to 5 mins till it reaches the syrup state

smooth & silky

add the roasted & powdered peanut

and the grated coconut - 2 tsp

mix well

jaggery syrup and the peanut mixture should be mixed well in low flame till it reaches the dough state

shall start making laddus now

transfer it to a plate and keep a bowl of water near to you

wet your hands to prevent from the heat while preparing laddus

make even size laddus

tasty and healthy peanut laddus are ready to serve now
