Emma Chamberlain Gives Good and Bad Depression/Anxiety Advice - Duration: 17:14.

I start getting so anxious about the fact that I'm not gonna finish the video

that I basically have a meltdown like basically a temper tantrum what you had

when you were a toddler and stuff like I'm like that and emma Chamberlain just

made a video called "why i dont upload that much"

amazing depression advice she also gave some not-so-great advice so let's talk

about it everybody this is Chris from the rewired soul where we talk about the

problem but focus on the solution and if you're new to my channel my channel is

all about mental health and what I like to do is pull different topics from the

YouTube community to try to teach you how to improve your mental and emotional

well-being so that kind of stuff make sure you subscribe and ring that

notification bell because I make a ton of videos and real quick two exciting

announcements the first announcement is wait until the end of this video because

I am going to be announcing all the winners from the hashtag rewired soldier

contest and everybody who's getting a free copy of the book your adult a

second announcement we got our first top tier patron and it's my boy

from the channel young noodle so when you guys comment on my videos I can see

like if you have a channel and he commented on one of my videos the other

day I went to check out his channel you only have like a hundred something

subscribers I'm like dude your stuff is good he's funny

his editing is great he does commentary on stuff that I don't see other people

doing commentary on we actually just watched him in alive see but anyways go

check his channel out like if you want some some good humor right if you just

want to laugh go subscribe to young noodle arm I'm going to link him down in

the description below thanks for supporting over on patreon your channel

is awesome and meet him we're actually gonna collab sometime in the future

don't know when don't know about what let's stay tuned alright so yeah Emma

Chamberlain she just made a video titled why I don't upload as much anymore and

shit on my livestream some somebody recommended it to me and I wanted to

check it out and so just to let you know like my knowledge of Emma Chamberlin

I've heard a lot about her never really there was some like controversy around

this new like holy line that she started getting like pixelated I saw some of

that just looking around at YouTube news and all that stuff I'm trying to do a

collab with her soon that's like the most knowledge I got of Emma she seems

cool subscribe to but there ten'll seems decent so anyways she's talking about

mental health stuff so I'm like no she went over NSO in this video she talks

about much anymore and part of the reason is because of like you know

editing and you know that self-criticism that a lot of us get into there's a lot

of times when I don't I don't like critique myself too much of go really

deep in there that's kind of why I do very simple editing videos like because

I'm very critical of myself like I'm a writer too don't even go back because I

will just keep tweaking things until I go insane so if you're like that kind of

perfectionist like start to train yourself this is just my suggestion

start to train yourself to kind of like let some things slide okay sometimes if

some of you watch my videos you'll see I do some jump cuts but not a lot of them

sometimes little pauses where I'm thinking of the next word sometimes I

screw up a word and I said the other one I purposely do that because that's part

of me doing like my own social anxiety exposure therapy if you will where I

leave that stuff in there just so I can kind of get over those fears I quickly

start to feel like it will never end not to mention I'm getting sick of the

video that I'm editing because I've had to watch it so many different times the

other thing I will say real quick this is

a lot of youtubers struggle with is that when you're a huge youtuber like pirate

editor because we have trust issues that we're control freaks a lot of control

freaks get anxiety alright so my suggestion if any big youtubers

who can afford it are watching this find somebody to help you with the editing

okay do is go back and re-watch it and stuff like Casey nice dad

what's happening Dan mace help him out with a lot of editing when he first

started up the 3 6 8 vlog like with as much filmmaking as like that's huge so

in case you can somebody help them out so can you

obviously I'm crying because I'm a sensitive and crying is one of my

favorite hobbies anyway if you've ever cried before you know how it goes once

you start crying about one thing you start crying about everything that's

going on in your life and you can't stop

why do people judge themselves for crying like just cry if you're gonna cry

just cry I always see people or I have clients like text me or call me or

message me look Chris a kid stop crying I can't I'm like so like part of

mindfulness this thing that keep trying to get you guys to practice a type of

meditation part of it is non judgement right we're always judging ourselves or

a lot for our emotions like what's so wrong with crying like just cry super

manly man when I first got sober I was crying for the most random reasons and

like there's nothing that feels better than a good cry sometime like if you

have to pause this video baby so let's jump into a few things that

Emma talks about because there's actually some neuroscience that's why I

like taking from different youtubers like so many people out there who have

good depression tips or anxiety tips he's actually come back this thing up

usually to try to get the crying to stop I'll call my parents and try to talk it

out with them so I'll be like hey guys this is what's going on again this is

happening again and I'm crying yeah absolutely absolutely this is why

you need a support group this is why we started the rewired soldier Facebook

group go join it right now like a big part of depression is disconnection not

feeling connected to other people people are socially anxious so they like to

isolate just colleague or just being in an online community is amazing all right

so this is something that a bare minimum just reach out to somebody and sometimes

you seem to reach out to somebody like a friend or family member or in the

support group and just be like yo I'm feeling like crap right now

like sometimes that's all you got to do it'll start to make you feel better okay

this will help you like we are creatures where our brains are designed to be

connected to others and in you know modern times sometimes that's just

through social media just DM or message or post and a support here are some of

the things that I do to make myself feel better number one I clean a lot I do

this one I feel because it makes me feel productive even though I'm not actually

doing what I'm supposed to be doing which is editing and working it allows

me to basically just do a responsibility while also avoiding responsibilities I'm

just like cleaning right but this is amazing this is actually very very real

okay so this if you're somebody who struggles with depression or you

struggle with motivation what Emma did right there so she's talking about how

she doesn't like editing and then she'll stop or whatever cleaning is a great

thing to do pick an area to clean right maybe it's your bedroom maybe it's your

kitchen whatever it is okay maybe it's just doing your dishes pick a small task

to do so what happens is when you accomplish a very small specific goal it

actually sparks some dopamine and serotonin in your brain it makes you

feel better okay so rather than just sitting there and not doing anything do

something that's why I always say on my channel like I don't care if you do like

everything I say just do something when you do one thing like maybe it's not

even cleaning maybe it's just like okay I'm not you know I'm not in a mood to

even get out of bed that's more the small thing I'm gonna do is just go

take a shower right or maybe I'm just gonna do a five minute meditation on my

phone while I'm in bed just do something accomplish that small

goal because the brain actually knows when you accomplish a small goal and you

start to feel better okay push yourself do something that's why I do a little

tough love so I'll do another plug real quick we

have another rewired soldier his name's Jason and he has a channel called these

four walls he struggles with PTSD and agoraphobia and he's actually getting

clean right now from a prescription painkiller addiction and he's documented

the whole thing on his channel I will link that down in the description below

go check it out get a sponsor go get a sponsor right now you know so go go

check out his journey especially anybody who's in recovery or you're trying to

get clean like yeah and if you're in recovery like go over to his channel

just support him on his journey he's documenting it like pretty much every

day and I'm super super proud of him to be that vulnerable and document this

journey on his channel another thing I've done before is try to

find a hobby like the other day I went to Walmart and got a skateboard for fun

I don't know I was like this could be good for me so I bought a penny board

and I just started skating around in my garage anything I don't care if you're

doing like origami or whatever it is one of those boards and she goes out like

going out and being active is a lot better like you get more

neurotransmitters that way but anything do something that you like like you guys

here's the thing like you have to take breaks you have to take breaks and this

is coming from somebody who is a workaholic so find something you like

doing it take a break like sometimes I'll just sort of live streaming and

when I'm playing fortnight like sometimes I just have to force myself to

take a break okay this was actually brought to my

attention back when I used to work in the car dealership industry now such a

stress case right I would work through lunch like some of you know exactly what

I'm talking about some of you right now are those lunch workers right I'll work

through lunch and one of my buddies actually showed me a study where it's

scientifically proven that you are less productive if you don't take a break

right so even though you're you're not taking a break and you're working longer

you're not getting as much stuff done all right you have to take breaks okay

do something fun do something you enjoy go zone out go watch some youtube go

play a video game do a hobby go out for a walk do something another thing I'm

not really proud of this one but I do a lot of online shopping it also explains

why I have so many clothes and I don't really need them but I want them all

right they right there this is bad advice all right now I'm a self-aware

and she knows that this is a bad thing but I just really want all of you to

know yes this is a bad thing so there's been some back-and-forth debate on my

channel I don't know why about is marijuana addictive yes it is it can be

psychologically addictive anything can be addictive the brain is wired in

something called the habit loop which has a trigger a behavior and a reward

and what could happen is if you shop every time you're depressed or not

motivated you're wiring your brain and teaching it that every time you're

feeling this way to go shop or go spend money right that's the same thing it's

the same thing as what a drug addict or an alcoholic would do so I actually know

somebody who does this and they they just buy so many things off Amazon that

they never use that they're not going to need and their house is just filled with

stuff so that's what I will point out right there now it's good that emma is

self aware of this but break that habit go do something healthy or okay so you

can take this this loop that your brain is wired in and actually use healthy

habits right so instead of like shopping every time you're depressed or anxious

or not motivated like write in a journal right call somebody and talk to them

meditate do something anyway thank you for supporting me even though I'm a mess

I'm a mess like I mean okay like what is this video this video is just me

explaining how I'm a mess basically but that's okay because that's what we

you signed up for this is what we signed up I didn't know I was gonna be like

this when I was born I didn't choose this life it chose me the mouth on my

friend chose me this last clip right here like this this is all so bad okay

like we all need to accept our mental health issues we have to right if you

don't accept it you're making things worse

like when you are resisting the fact that you get anxious or you get

depressed or whatever it is if you resist that it only makes things worse

but the acceptance doesn't mean we just roll over and take it right like once we

accept the mental health issues we have now we get into the solution right

that's why I say we talk about the problem but focus on the solution we

don't just say oh I'm depressed okay that's just what I'm gonna be no that's

not what we do we go do something about it so I don't like how like and was like

oh no no right like this is something like Trista and I were actually just

talking about this the other night there's people who get this like mental

health diagnosis and they're just like okay now everybody else just deal with

it I've accepted it now all of you like no that's what we call being a jerk okay

don't do that like accept it and then work on it and my last little rant about

that segment is something you've all heard me say a million times

Emma Chamberlain has a ton of money go to therapy get therapy I don't know why

I just you know one of these days one of these days I'm gonna blow up movie this

gigantic youtuber and all these other youtubers are gonna see and they'd be

like oh my god you're right maybe instead of like online shopping is

spending all this money maybe I should just do like one damn Sara procession

and just see what it's like I don't know why like why is everybody try to do this

thing on your own you don't have to I go talk to a licensed professional there

are people who are going to school to figure out how to help you with your

mental health just go see a professional Emma for the love of God alright so

anyways we have come to the end of the so I made an announcement that we were

doing a hashtag rewired soldier giveaway and I was only gonna pick five winners

and it was gonna be limited to the United States but here's the great news

a some of you some of you from out of the country you actually entered in

「Splatoon Comic Dub」Marie's Letter | Comic by GomiGomiPomi (ENG/JP) - Duration: 1:01.

Just another day in the life of the Squid Sisters.

They always ask...

How do we stay on rhythm... never miss a beat?

We support each other no matter what.

We laugh.

We cry.

We yell, just like anyone else.

But maybe...

Just maybe...

There is a tune in our lives no one else can hear.

You know Callie...

I'm sure I've told you before but... きっと前にも言ったはずだけど...

I'll repeat myself as many times as I need to. 何回しても繰り返するんだ。

Thank you for staying by side. そばにいてくれてありがとうです。

Even in times of sadness…. and through tough times... 苦しい時も...さびしい時も。

You've been like a small light... 君は小さな光のような。

Never change, OK? 変わらないで, ね?

(Callie laughs.)

Good night. おやすみ。

Ruru.

Ruru!

Can I trouble you?

Sure.

I might be told that I'm disqualified as a hero, but...

but...

but I...

I want to be with you!

I want to be with you forever!

I don't want you to go back to the future!

I want to be together!

Forever and ever and ever!

Emiru.

I thought of believing the future because I met you.

So, why don't we be together forever?

There're no songs and music in the future.

I'd like to deliver our songs and love to future people.

Deliver our love to the future?

Loving someone with all your heart.

And the feelings of cherishing it.

I'd like to tell how it's wonderful.

This is my dream the miracle that I got to meet you gave me!

Your dream?

I'll be waiting for you in the future.

We'll be best friends forever!

Yes!

We love you, and we love us!

Must Watch! Stoichiometry plan | Stoichiometry 101: Part 2 - Dr K - Duration: 7:31.

I've posted a stoichiometric plan previously and I decided to add in more

parts to make it comprehensive so that gives us the stoichiometry plan 2.0.

In this video, which is part two of the stoichiometry series, we're going to look

at three questions and using the improved plan we'll figure out how to

set up the solutions correctly. Here's the new plan. In time I'll add in the

volume to mole conversion but right now this is good enough to solve most

stoichiometry problems. Notice there is A and B in the plan. They simply refer to

two different substances. It'll make more sense soon when we look at some

examples. For each conversion, there are two arrows. For example to go from

grams A to moles A, we need to divide by the molar mass or the atomic mass of A and

to go from mole A to grams A, we need to multiply by the molar mass of atomic

mass of A. So, here's what we're gonna do. We'll look at three questions and

figure out the steps required to solve those questions using this plan.

This is our first example the question is asking us to calculate the number of atoms

present in 0.75 mole of aluminum. Notice there is only one type of substance

mentioned here which is aluminum that means were only working with substance A.

So what information do we have? Well it's 0.75 moles of aluminum. We will

label that as the starting point and what does the question wants us to find?

It's the number of Al atoms and that will be our ending point. From the

question we've already figured out what we have and what we want to find, so,

let's tag our start and end point in this plan. Just a quick note, atoms and

molecules are all parked under particles so that's why our end point is particle A.

So the question starts us off with 0.75 mole of Al that's our starting

point, mole A. To go from mole A to particles A, we'll need to multiply with

the Avogadro constant, so that means there's only one step that's involved in

solving this problem. All we have to do is

multiply the given number which is 0.75 with Avogadro constant which is 6.02

times 10 to the power of 23 and that will solve the example one question.

Let's look at another question that will require more than one step. Here's our

second example. The question is asking us to calculate the mass in grams for

1.73 times ten to the power of 24 Na atoms. The whole question

only involves the same substance which is sodium, Na, that means we're only

working with substance A, like our previous example. So, what information do

we have? Well it's 1.73 times 10 to the 24 Na atoms. That

will be our starting point and what does the question wants us to find? It's the

grams of Na and that will be our ending point. Here's what we have and what we

want to find so let's tag our start and end point. Since we're dealing with only

one substance in this question that means we'll be working with only

substance A on the left side of the plan. The question starts us off with

1.73 times 10 to the power 24 Na atoms, that's particles A.

Since our end point is grams A, so, we'll need to go through mole A first to get to

grams A. To go from particles A to mole A we'll need to divide by the Avogadro

constant and then from mole A, we'll need to multiply with the atomic mass of Na.

Looks like it will take two steps to go from particles A to grams A. To set up

the solution, we'll first need to divide with the Avogadro constant which is 6.02

times 10 to the 23 and then for the second step we'll multiply the answer we

get from step one with the atomic mass of Na, which is 22.99.

That will solve the question in example two. Moving on to a more challenging question,

here's our third and final example. The question is asking us to calculate the

grams of zinc chloride, ZnCl2, that will be produced from 38.0 grams of HCl.

So, what information do we have? Well it's 38.0 grams of HCl,

that's mass A. That will be the starting point and what does the question wants

us to find? It's the grams of zinc chloride which is

grams B and that will be our ending point. So you might be wondering how do

we know which is substance A and B? Well in the event that the question has two

substances mentioned we just call the substance that we have information on as

substance A which in this case is HCl and then the one that we need to find

information on we'll just call that substance B which in this case is zinc

chloride, ZnCl2. So we have 38 grams HCl and wants to find grams of zinc

chloride, so, let's tag our start and end point in this plan. The question

starts us off with 38 grams of HCl so that is grams A and our ending point is

grams B which is a few steps away from grams A. So, we need to go from grams A to

mole A by dividing with molar mass and then mole a - mole B by multiplying with

the mole ratio and finally mole B to grams B by multiplying with a molar mass looks

like you'll take three steps to go from grams A to grams B. To set up the solution

we'll first need to divide the given mass with the molar mass of HCl which is

36.46 and then for the second step we'll multiply the

number we get from step one with a mole ratio from the given balance equation.

Coefficient B which is the number in front of the zinc chloride it's one and

coefficient A the number in front of HCl is two so the mole ratio is one over two.

We'll multiply with what we get from step 2 with the molar mass of zinc

chloride which is 136.286, that will solve

example three question. If you need a recap on calculating molar mass,

I'll link a video on the top. To recap, when solving stoichiometric questions

first thing is to read the question and find out what we have and what the

question wants. Then we'll need to find a start and end point on the plan and

lastly we'll find a path that will lead us from start to end. We write out the

steps that are involved and then we solve them. I'll post more videos on

solving stoichiometric questions using this plan. Do watch out for them.

Hope you find a video helpful. Do subscribe and thanks for watching!

Don't give me orders.

I've been waiting over 30 minutes today. (annoying)

Please tell Lucas off. (Bella scolded Lucas for arriving late on arrival.)

(I should have taken the video when I got in trouble.)

Tell me the reason why you were late.

Because of heavy rain today,

I had to wait 30min for the left-turn signal. (long story)

So what?

I didn't cut in line. I waited fair and square.

So you late my appointment fair and square?

(Proud)

Does it make sense?

Sorry^^

Is this apologize?

I think I should upset the table.

You are so full of yourself.

(Finding dessert café)

You want 'Starbucks'? There isn't.

Why?

Actually there is.

To be honest, I don't know.

What are you going to eat?

Yeap. A purple yam.

Is it good?

I used to buy 4 purple yam chips at one go.

That good?

I'm not sure but it's so hard to stay off.

Did I said I'm in obesity?

(ridiculous) Only 2.2 Ib.

Nope!

We are okay now cause there's no people.

Then I'll take a subway.

(After 20 minutes)

It's worse. (still in red light)

(listening a song)

Look. That's why you late!! (quarrel)

See? It's not my fault.

Why?

It's tooo blocked. (Still stuck)

I think there's no sign of movement.

Is it real?

I should not take a car on a rainy day.

(going out and find out what's wrong)

Did you find out? (There's no reason.)

No. Just stuck.

(park a car again)

Everyone, we throw up a car.

I can't believe it.

Can we go on time?

Of course, we can.

(go up the stairs, not waiting for the elevatiors.)

(go to station as soon as possible)

(go to 'Jamsil' station! lucky for the one stops from here.)

This is hard. Out of energy.

(Hello. I'm Bella)

Come here.

Rain!

My umbrella is stick out, no less.

You should use a conspicuous color of umbrella.

Do you know why?

To recognize the shape?

Right.

(There were soooo many people)

No one knows Charlie Puth when I liked him first in korea.

All of a sudden,

he became a star and it makes me feel strange.

Wow, it's pretty.

Hey, I'm telling you that it's pretty.

Yes, yes.

Lucas is annoying right now.

My shoes got all wet!!!

I completely covered myself up today.

(should store a long umbrella in a locker).

We should store a long umbrella in a locker.

(There was a bucket that can store umbrellas.)

(But they said they don't take responsibilities for losses.)

(So we're talking about hiding.)

Where do you think is more safe?

Maybe here...?

(After lots of thoughts,)

(make a decision to hide.)

I think hiding is more safe because when people leave, the umbrella can't be seen.

(show off Charlie Puth wrist band.)

My Charlie!!

Upside down.

You have no tact at all.

Only 8 minutes left!!

We wanted to share the concert video, but that's infringe a copyright, so we're going to see the other.

During the show, listen to the piano instead.

Hurry. We should find the umbrella.

(The umbrella is not where it belongs.)

What should we do!!!!!!!!!!!

Look. They hide like that. We should have hide in deep.

Be careful.

(Somewhere) Hey, we screwed up.

See? I think there are many people like us.

Where can I find a staff?

(go here and there)

(NOTHING)

(So they go to a convenient store in the rain,)

(buy an umbrella, go to the subway station and go back to the parking lot.)

(Sigh)

(sober)

I lost my umbrella.

Let's find the car.

We lost the umbrella,

Don't know where we park the car,

And lost the way.

And expensive pay for parking.

(Bella makes a sudden leap)

Where are you going?

This area is B!

It's not about the area. It says we're in basement 2.

Basement 2! (It makes her wrong)

Sorry. I'm not like myself.

(barely found the car, and came out.)

You should not drive in this condition.

Then I'll turn off.

I wanna go home. (singing)

I'm so hot in these cold weather.

I lost my umbrella. (singing)

(still attached) Anyone who saw my yellow umbrella,

please contact us.

reward. reward.

purple sweet potato chips for reward.

You look like a baldy in this video.

I like rainy days only when I stay inside. (nod yes)

It's tilted slightly.

(At Cafe for a while!)

(tired)

You saw Charlie Puth today, right?

And did you also see his cutie?

Yep. charming.

From now on,

he will make his body,

hahahahahaha

grow his muscles,

take off his shirt and playing the piano

I walked a lot today. (trying to change the subject)

like Charle Puth. (hahahahahahaha)

So what. That has nothing to do with muscles. (cold reation)

Charlie Puth take off his shirt.

And as soon as he play the piano, that was so...

He was sooo charming. And female fans

liked it. He was an i-dol.

Did you see? You can be the one if you take off your shirt.

Take it off powerfully!

Nope. They loved him from the beginning.

And then play the piano.

Stop. (editing is up to me)

He played the piano well.

I said 'Kygo' also played the piano. (She went to Kygo's concert.)

There are so many man who play the paino.

I knew that you went to club a lot, so you can remove it easily.

(forte : framing)

I should speak curse for deleting the scene.

spit! (hahahahahahaha)

(forte : spit saliva (?))

Ta-da.

standing.

It's the first time I've been to 'Jamsil gymnasium' (place where the concert held.).

In Jamsil, the stage is too low.

The stage height was too low,

(the scene while ago just came readily to mind)

It was hard to see the stage.

So what I need is not only lifting my head but also bending my back.

This photo is about Bella at the end of the concert who catches back of neck

because of sickness of neck and waist for lifting her head throughout the concert.

(It really makes me laugh)

So I think they should make stage more higer.

I couldn't see well.

I have to listen the whole songs of Charlie Puth agan.

There was some songs that I've never listen.

I wish he would sang my favorite song today.

I think that is not that popular in korea.

Show them this.

I show them that I ate all.

This way. (It's not PPL. Lucas just love it.)

Stupid. In the vedio, they see in reverse.

(We can see well, Bella.)

At first, I expected some sweet taste, (all of sudden, review of snacks.)

because it sais it's sweet potatoes. (She is serious.)

That's why I dislike when I first taste it.

But she ate all.

It's empty.

That's because

I just want to fill my empty heart caused by lost of umbrella with this.

Looking for my yellow umbrella.

Where did you buy?

That one? I can't remember.

(Copies Bella)

Stop.

So

tell me what you felt today all put together.

Totally mess.

Give up the car in the middle,

(practice no possession.)

give up the umbrella,

I'm fine. I saw my Charlie.

It was really hard on the way concert,

but when I hear the first song,

weary things are dissappeard, right?

Exactly. I really like today.

Are you going to take a video like this on a regular basis?

yes.

Did I hear you're going to do?

Who's coming next?

I asked you 'The weeknd' and you said no. (not scolding)

Are you going? (not be scolded)

Yes.

I will think about it.

Maybe there is someone who want to go with me, not you.

Maybe

We should go classical concerts.

That's what I said before. (Both majored in classical composition. age 29 and 27)

It's been a long day since I watch classical concerts.

But sometimes, classical music makes me feel at ease.

tired of popular music.

For me, not sometimes.

Did you have fun?

(end in a hurry. tired.)

yes.

Ask me.

Did you enjoy?

yes.

The end!

(bye bye)

Chelsea news: ESPN pundit SLAMS star - 'I can't understand why Sarri likes him so much' - Duration: 2:50.

Chelsea suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season on Saturday as they were beaten 3-1 by Tottenham

Jorginho, a summer signing from Napoli, put in arguably his poorest performance in a Chelsea shirt as Spurs constantly pressured him

The 26-year-old has taken up a holding role under Maurizio Sarri with N'Golo Kante being played further forward

But while Jorginho has been immaculate in possession before his trip to Wembley, Robson believes Kante should take the position back

That's because he believes Jorginho can't deal when the pressure is put on him as well as Kante

"In some ways it does (ruin Chelsea's plan when pressure is put on Jorginho)," Robson said

"I can't understand why Sarri likes him so much. "You've got the best holding midfielder in world football in Kante who should be playing there, in my view

"We saw all the deficiencies of Jorginho against Tottenham. "Yes he's had more touches in the Premier League than any other player but that's against teams that have backed off of him

"This is the first time anyone has closed him down. This is why I don't think he's a top-class player in this position

" Ian Wright agreed with Robson when he was on Match of the Day. "It's been quite confusing to me," Wright said

"The best defensive-midfielder in the world - I'm sure he's got his new contract from what he's done previously - and listening to his manager say he could score more goals

Well, he's got midfielders who can score more goals. "It's baffling to me. "You see Jorginho for the second goal go to the ball where Kante would pick up someone like Harry Kane and clear up that mess

"For the third goal, Kante is upfield and there's no way he'd allow them through to score that goal

"It's baffling to have a player like Kante playing in offensive areas where you've got other players who can do that

"

What is Infertility? Senior Consultant Dietician | Dr. Jyothi Chabria M.Sc - Duration: 14:28.

hello yours today doctor Jyothi Chabria is with the senior consultant diazien

hello man hello Kripke how are you I am fine thank you it's pleasure to have

your program Thank You Sam yeah could you explain us what is infertility

infertility is a very common problem today in fact what we see in today's

times is way more in numbers than we used to see much earlier and several

causes of course infertility is when a person has not able to conceive and not

able to have children because of various reasons doctor what are the main causes

of this there are various causes to infertility one of them being weight

gain a lot of women of course we categorize infertility today into two

categories which is male infertility as well as female infertility in male

infertility we see a lot of patients with a low sperm count and we see a lot

of people who are not able to you know Jack uation factors are not accurate

motility is affected so this leads their separate causes these are some of the

things that we identify with male infertility

whereas with female infertility of course we see a lot of young girls today

who have pcod and PC or even Bindu know that one of the symptoms of polycystic

ovaries ends up in to infertility issue doctor how obesity can affect well

obesity can affect every part of the body and every process in the body quite

honestly because a person who is obese their circulation itself is hampered in

some way and fertility is all about circulation so we specially tell

patients who are obese and overweight to start getting on to a weight loss

program where they can get their weight under control and then weight loss Peck

infertility handling infertility or getting desired results becomes much

easier another reason for infertility is also nowadays with the corporate timing

and lifestyle I have so many patients who come and

you know they're not able to conceive simply because the husband and wife are

working at different you know time zones and probably the wife works the day

shifts the husband works the night shift so where is the real time for them to

really meet up and everything's working so mechanical today that it's become

more of a machine I mean a human being has become more of a machine there is so

much stress involved with infertility because it's become such a social stigma

rather than addressing the root it's more about what people are saying and so

many years of marriage and we haven't conceived and things like that

so that again plays a lot because I personally believe that the mind and the

body are related and with all the stress that is going on obviously the body is

going to affect be affected as well so we need to address both the mental and

the physical health to treat infertility into two doctor how do you diagnose the

infertility well how do you diagnose an infertility yes when patients have tried

for like me they probably have a married life about eight years ten years and

they've tried conceiving but they haven't we do consider that a case of

infertility another thing that we see is something called as primary infertility

and something called a secondary infertility primary is when in the first

time itself they are not able to conceive and they've crossed about seven

eight years of marriage and they've you know been trying but they haven't

conceived that's what we term as primary infertility many times we also see

patients who've come to us where they've conceived the first time very easily and

naturally but in the second pregnancy they're having a problem that is termed

as secondary infertility but also then done whatever guide type of infertility

it is today I feel there's a great chance by correcting you know

nutritionally by correcting them and by putting them on weight loss if they are

obese and making certain lifestyle modifications like even an excess of

smoking in men too much of tobacco consumption yes does a hamper

infertility fertility in some way so if you want to correct that and we tell

them to you know reduce their cigarette intakes or whatever or nicotine intake

then definitely we see a great improvement in their sperm counts their

motility and things like that and another way to

diagnosis of course and other thing is that when we have women coming to us and

they are having irregular periods one first thing that hits my mind is could

she be a poly cystic ovary case because if she is a polycystic ovary syndrome we

know that we need to treat that and the line of treatment for a polycystic ovary

is nothing but weight loss so as we help them to lose weight and we incorporate

certain nutritional you know imbalances which are there we correct it with food

supplements or the diet we see a lot of areas correcting in its own self how do

you deal with doctor what are the treatments are available today well

really speaking in the market if you go to see out commercial treatments there

are lots of options available you have the IU is which is the intrauterine

insemination and you have the IVF which is an interim vitro fertilization but

these are these are actually I would think according to me they are something

that it should be the last resort and not the first though a lot of doctors do

very sadly you know patients are jumping into IU is and IVF because it's all over

the net and all the information that is available through advertisements and

things like that but quite honestly with very simple lifestyle modifications and

sir correction of certain nutrients one can deal with infertility in a very

simplistic manner and where you get the desired results because another thing

that I very commonly see today is a vitamin d3 and a b12 deficiency in

almost out of ten patients I'd see it in nine patients and when your d3 and b12

is not adequate it also affects infertility Nia in a big way so there

are many times when I have treated patients by just correcting their you

know basic nutrients like d3 and b12 and they've responded beautifully to

fertility so sometimes without saying a and B we are going to Z so that that

should not be it should be a step by step process and then you can probably

reach the you know the other methods like an IVF or things like that then it

is warranteed not otherwise according to me doctor what is the percentage of

infertility that you normally see absolutely a good question because

nowadays is much of infertility that you see

everywhere in fact I would have said I would really say that it's increased by

at least about tenfold from what I used to see earlier because now I would think

if I put it on as a percentage I would see at least 40% of people with

infertility issues nowadays doctor does a guy play any role in this

of course the diet plays a role in everything because it's as you say as

the saying goes you are what you eat and that's the absolute truth because we end

up eating so much of junk food and so much of food with preservatives and

artificial colors which does affect my entire circulation and infertility is

actually nothing but about a circulation so be it a male's body or a female it's

all about circulation because circulation helps in you know the

motility and the progress of the sperms and all that as well as for the you know

ovaries to function normally it's all about circulation and improving it

doctor are there any remedies to treat infertility remedies are definitely

there we if we start from scratch there are certain basic things that a few

correct it's like a treatment towards infertility for example if a patient is

overweight and we deal with it we address it we help them lose weight that

is one step towards working towards infertility secondly if we correct the

nutritional imbalances it could be a low hemoglobin it could be a low vitamin b3

it could be a low b12 when these little areas are corrected we are again working

a step further towards helping them deal with infertility and in terms of

definitely a lifestyle modification because nowadays if you really see sleep

is another factor that I see commonly amongst patients half the generation is

on what's at play two in the morning yeah and that is definitely going to a

hamper it because you don't have you're not in the circle of nature you know

you're sleeping at 2:00 you're getting up at 11:00 yes and you're eating so

much of junk food you're you're eating all packaged foods I mean we are trying

to ape the West quite honestly when I Indian roots have so much of it to our

learn from but it's just easy having a burger and a coke we are trying

to absorb that polite style yes in the name of lack of time yes like the same

options if we have a rolly Java for example is far much healthier now having

a coke isn't it so we do have options here but it's just about selecting the

right options and all these in some way play have an instrumental role in

dealing with fertility doctor how do you deal with your patients in your clinic

well it patients who come to me come to me knowing that Jyothi is going to go

totally natural because what I always believe is that as I'm been reiterating

the same thing is that way it's very important for me to correct their

nutritional deficiencies one and two secondly a lot of counseling goes into

it because a patient who normally comes with infertility has probably tried a

lot of other things and really doesn't know what to do after that and then

they've come to me with great hope so half the battle is won when I'm

counseling with them giving them hope telling them the you know how we can

correct these issues and just by correcting certain like fine-tuning the

whole process we have a lot of patients who've conceived in fact I have dealt

with a lot of polycystic ovary patients who you know tried everything else and

it's not worked for them they've gone and spent lakhs and infertility centers

and some of they've kind of totally got rejected in the whole process yes they

almost want to give up but then probably someone has referred them to me and

they've come to me and we take it one step at a time they go through certain

lab diagnostics wherein we make you know they go through these vitamin d3 b12

tests the anemias are corrected and we check the sperm count we do a semen

analysis so once we have all our parameters right then we start

addressing one by one now in my clinic of course apart from counseling what we

really do is we give them a diet which would work for you know enhancing their

sperm counts or improving their fertility quotient or whatever and I

have my own line of products by the name of nutri line which is essentially made

of only and only vegetables and they don't have any preservatives they don't

have a any molecules any chemicals nothing like

that they're completely natural in fact they're made of things like vegetables

like tomatoes and aloe vera and flaxseed and omega-3 which is actually needed and

all antioxidants like green tea things like that which actually are all

antioxidants and help in circulation yes sir so for example like even if you see

in an allopathic drug if they've used lycopene which is just a pigment of

tomato iris tomato itself so obviously tomato is going to be far

more effective than using a pigment so that's how and it's actually the right

combination of ingredients that are really making us very significant

difference because I've had patients who come to me because lower sperm count of

like 10 million and in just one box of neutral line which is like if I can show

you it's just a one box of neutral line which has about 60 capsules we've seen

sperm plums going up as much as almost to 18 million and 20 million and which

is phenomenal because I've never seen this happening in a loopy T it takes

almost six to eight months for it to happen well I wouldn't say that you

don't use a Liberty but when you use neutral line fertility capsules for male

or female along with whatever your doctors are giving you in tandem it

works far more much better much sooner and more effective and you get the

desired results much sooner than required

dr. could you say what is the success rate well I would really say I think I'm

doing a swell job and contributing a lot to society because I've really worked

hard on this product line but every patient who comes back and thanks me is

like a blessing from God and I I can't tell you the kind of joy that I feel and

I have seen about I will I would say about at least a 70% and I've got this

you know infertility kit which I hand over to patients which treats the male

and the female and we give them a wellness also capsule which is basically

full of antioxidants so that helps in building up immunity and improving the

sperm counts as well as also enhancing the ovulation and things like that even

though you know putting of the you the fetus into the uterus the embedding of

the fetus and it's like even healthy you try and

help so all these are really they act very proactively in treating and dealing

with infertility patients doctor yeah thanks for the information doctor you

treated many patients who are suffering from infertility and they are so happy

about your treatment would you like to give any suggestions for our viewers

well my take-home message to all of you friends is that please do not be

dejected or disappointed because I truly believe that there is always light at

the end of a tunnel and you're probably here because we are here to help you

there are a lot of methods today which if I did especially when I made this

neutral line fertility capsules for men and women I've seen also when I've

treated just by improving nutritional deficiencies a lot of infertility being

corrected and chilled couples are happy with having children now so please don't

give up and just persevere and I'm sure you will all be happy parents thank you

I hope we cleared all your mess if you like this video please like share

Just another day in the life of the Squid Sisters.

They always ask...

How do we stay on rhythm... never miss a beat?

We support each other no matter what.

We laugh.

We cry.

We yell, just like anyone else.

But maybe...

Just maybe...

There is a tune in our lives no one else can hear.

You know Callie...

I'm sure I've told you before but... きっと前にも言ったはずだけど...

I'll repeat myself as many times as I need to. 何回しても繰り返するんだ。

Thank you for staying by side. そばにいてくれてありがとうです。

"
