Is It Possible to Earn 12% In the Stock Market? - Duration: 15:56.Is it possible to earn 12% per year in the stock market?
If so, how?
If not, what is a more realistic return to expect to make in our investments?
That last question, in particular, is one that many people ask all the time and everyone
seems to have a different answer to it.
And the reason for that is because there are so many variables that go into answering the
question that it is incredibly unlikely that anybody is going to get the same exact answer
as somebody else because their situations are different, what they're investing in is
different, how much they're investing is different, and their time frames are also often times
different, and of course there is always the fact that we just can't predict the future
of the market.
Yet we still hear that you can expect maybe 6% or 7% per year on average in the market
over the long-term and sometimes we hear 8%, sometimes we here 10%, and of course sometimes
we even hear 12%.
Now that is an incredible claim!
12% a year... that means your money is doubling itself roughly every 6 years assuming you
follow the rule of 72's.
The man that makes that claim is Dave Ramsey someone who many on the internet are notoriously
against, at least when it comes to this particular claim.
Why is that?
Well, you might think yourself, that's because 12% is totally unrealistic, maybe even borderline
impossible for the average person.
So, of course, the internet would be mad at Dave for making that claim, he's misleading
people.
Why can't he just be honest?
But is he?
Is 12% actually that unrealistic?
Is this claim actually just a lie?
Those are some of the questions that I hope to find an answer to today.
Today we're going to find out if earning 12% on your investments is actually possible
for the average person.
Hey everyone Daniel here and welcome to Next Level Life a channel where you can learn about
Investing, debt, retirement, and many other general financial education videos because
the school's aren't going to do it for us.

this video with a friend, and leave a comment below letting me know what topics you'd
like me to cover in future videos.
So in order to find out whether 12% is actually possible for the average person we first need
to look at what the average person is capable of or desires to do when it comes to investing.
The average person probably doesn't want to spend a ton of hours looking at all these
different Investments and all these different sectors trying to find the absolute best possible
investment.
Investing just isn't a huge passion of theirs.
They realize how important investing is so they do invest, but they aren't necessarily
trying to find that diamond in the rough stock that nobody's heard of yet but eventually
is going to grow exponentially.
That doesn't mean that they can't chance upon said stock, they're just not spending a ton
of time researching and looking for that stock.
As a result, they're either more likely to put their investments into whatever their
financial advisor tells them is good or to invest in index funds like Warren Buffett
suggests.
Since I don't know what this hypothetical person's advisor would tell them is a good
mutual fund I'm going to just assume they follow Warren Buffett's advice and buy an
index fund.
In addition, I'm going to be using different dates than I usually do in these videos because
I have seen a couple of people complaining that I always use the same dates, namely the
dates of the last 40 years.
People have pointed out that the last 15 to 20 years have been some of the worst in the
history of the stock market and in terms of just pure stock value appreciation, they're
right.
Of course, that's not exactly the most important thing to look at which I've already covered
in a previous video link in the description, but that doesn't mean the idea isn't valid,
because it certainly is.
So in the interest of taking out two birds with one stone, I am going to only use dates
from 2000 onward in this video.
So let's get started in this video I'm going to be using three different index funds as
examples one of them is a small Cap Fund, one of them is a large-cap fund, and one of
them is a biotech fund that way we get a good mix of different sizes of companies and some
more focused investments so we see a little bit of everything.
The three funds I'm going to use are the IJR fund, the IBB fund, and the ONEQ fund.
Why only 3 funds you might ask?
Take a look at how long this video already is with just three funds.
That's why.
Lastly, before we get into the actual numbers as always I want to say that past performance
does not predict future results and I'm not saying that anyone should go out and buy any
of these three funds nor am I saying that they shouldn't buy any of these funds, I'm
just using them as examples.
As always be sure to speak with a professional that can look at your specific situation before
making any major financial decisions.
So let's talk about how this is going to work.
I'm going to start by taking a look at what the rate of returns would have been for each
of these funds had we put $10,000 into the market right at the start and then just let
it grow and then I'm going to look at how much of a difference we would see in the rate
of return if we were investing regularly instead of just putting in $10,000 and then letting
it sit.
So first I'm going to start with the ONEQ fund.
This is a fund that aims to track the NASDAQ composite index which I've covered in previous
videos and you guys are probably already fairly familiar with it since it along with the Dow
Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 is probably one of the more well-known indexes.
It is considered a large Cap Fund which basically means most of the companies within it are
fairly big companies and it was created on September 25th, 2003.
So I'm going to go back pretty much as far as I can with this index and say we started
investing in October of 2003 and let the investment grow until August of 2018 which is the latest
date I have as of the writing of this script.
Assuming you invested $10,000 into the fund in October of 2003 and didn't invest anything
more until today, except for the small amount of dividends that you got over those nearly
15 years, the fund would have grown from $10,000 to a little over $46,000 after all of the
expenses have been taken out.
That's an average annual rate of return of a little bit under 10.9%.
Not bad especially since we were investing during part of the DotCom bubble and had to
go through the housing crisis, but it isn't 12%.
Let's take a look at the IJR fund next.
The IJR fund is a small Cap Fund which basically means that most of the companies in it are
fairly small and it seeks to track the results of the S&P smallcap 600 index.
This one has been around a little bit longer than the ONEQ so it enables me to go back
before the dotCom bubble burst which is what I'm going to do.
We're going to start in June of 2000 which is right about when the dotCom bubble was
about to burst and then we're going to again go all the way to August of 2018.
Again let's assume that we put $10,000 into the market in June of 2000 which was not the
best time to invest a huge chunk of money and let's assume that with the exception
of dividends which we will reinvest, we don't put anything else in we just let the investment
grow.
After expenses, we would have an investment that is worth about $62,500 in August of 2018.
That's a rate of return of about 10.6%.
Again not bad especially considering we jumped in right before a crash and didn't continue
investing to help ourselves recover our net worths quicker because we were just letting
it ride but again it's still not 12%.
So let's take a look at the last one the IBB biotech fund.
The IBB fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of Biotech obviously
and also pharmaceutical equities listed on the NASDAQ.
Again unfortunately like many index funds, it hasn't been around for a really long time
the IBB was created on February 5th of 2001.
So that's as far back as I'm going to be able to go with this one.
For the record, this is why I usually use the actual indexes in my videos as opposed
to specific index funds because they've just been around longer so we have more data
on them.
But anyway say that we put $10,000 into the IBB fund in February of 2001 and just let
it grow just like the last two Investments all the way to August of 2018.
After expenses that investment would be worth about $37,500 today.
That's a return of 7.8% per year on average.
Not quite as good as the other two and certainly not 12%.
So looking at the numbers, it does seem that in terms of just pure growth on $10,000 or
$1,000 or whatever it happens to be...
12% at least 15 to 20 years does not seem to be a realistic expectation for the average
person.
However, the average person working and continually investing isn't just putting $10,000 in at
the beginning and letting it ride.
They may or may not even have $10,000 to be able to put in right at the beginning.
What they are doing is continually investing a certain amount every month until they decide
to retire.
And I would contend that the average person isn't quite as concerned about what their
rate of return on $10,000 would be as they are concerned with how much is their net worth
growing on average every year and how much can that net worth buy them today or a year
from now or 10 years from now?
So with that question in mind, I decided to go back to those same funds and see if there
would be any difference in the annual rate of return if we were investing every month
instead of just putting $10,000 in at the beginning and letting it ride.
I assumed with all three of these funds that we started with zero and invested $300 a month.
Under that scenario, if we invested $300 a month in the ONEQ fund over that same time
period after expenses we would have a net worth of about $164,000.
Which means that our actual effective annual rate of return is about 13.9% per year.
But wait a minute didn't the same stock over the same period of time only get us like 10.4%
just a couple of minutes ago what the heck happened?
Well a couple of things happened first we started looking at the growth of one's net
worth as opposed to just the growth of $10,000 invested as a lump sum and secondly, we started
taking advantage of compounding frequency.
Before we put in $10,000 right at the beginning and then just let it ride now we're adding
to our investments every single month, $300 at a time which means that we're actually
compounding the amount in our investments every single month.
So even though the stock prices are going up and down in the same exact way as before
we are recovering from the drops and taking advantage of the highs more effectively because
we're continually buying more shares which also means that when a dividend is given out
we're getting more and reinvesting it to continue building this snowball.
It's really a very powerful thing.
And if you want to check the numbers for yourself look up a compound interest calculator I recommend
the one on the calculator site.Com because it allows you to change from years to months
and it's just a bit more flexible overall than some of the other ones I found and it
is the one I used for this video.
But if you start with a base amount of $0 at an annual interest rate of 13.9% over the
course of 178 months which covers our time in this investment from October of 2003 to
August of 2018.
Put in a regular monthly deposit of $300 with a yearly compound interval and you'll see
that the net worth at the end is $163,900 which is right about what we ended up having
in our example.
Just for fun, I recommend you look at the bottom of those calculations and see that
it has numbers for the base amount, the interest rate, the effective annual rate (which is
the one that we as individuals would be most interested in), and the calculation period.
You'll notice that the interest rate and the effective annual rate are the same in this
example but if you go back to the top of the page and change the compound interval (which
is another way of saying compounding frequency) from yearly down to monthly and then have
it recalculate you'll notice that not only is your ending net worth different and higher
than before, but that effective annual rate shoots up to 14.82% simply because it was
compounding more frequently in this particular case.
That, in a nutshell, is why it is advantageous to continue investing on a consistent basis
because you're giving yourself a little bit of a boost in terms of rate of return just
by being consistent.
And if we take a look at the IJR fund and do the same thing that we did with the ONEQ
fund where we're investing $300 a month but this time it's over the course of 218 months,
we see that we have an ending net worth after expenses of about $223,900.
We put that into the compound interest calculator.
Again with zero for our base amount since we're starting with nothing, 218 months for
our calculation period, $300 being deposited every single month, compounded yearly since
we're trying to figure out what our annual rate of return is and you'll find that in
this example we achieved an effective annual rate of return of about 12.2%.
Looking at the IBB fund the numbers are fairly similar.
Again investing $300 a month for 210 months would have given us a net worth of about $238,500
and an effective annual rate of return of about 13.7% per year.
So is it realistic to expect a 12% rate of return in the market?
Well if we're going just purely on the growth of a lump sum amount probably not at least
not over these last 15-20 years for the average person.
However, if you take advantage of some quite simple investing hacks it is possible to have
your net worth increasing by an effective rate of return of 10%, 11%, or even nearly
12% even in these last 15 to 20 years.
So while I personally wouldn't want to expect 12% returns on my investments (I usually figure
something in the neighborhood of 7%-8% and anything above that is a bonus)… it is technically
possible.
The last thing that I want to point out is that if you account for inflation the numbers
would obviously be different.
And I would recommend keeping inflation in mind because the amount of money you have
isn't as important as what you can actually do with that money.
So if you account for inflation which has averaged between 2%-3% per year then you could
argue that it is difficult to increase your buying power by 12% per year through the stock
market alone, especially if you're retired and not increasing your income through raises
or a side hustle.
And that may well be true, even if you took 2%-3% off for inflation we're still looking
at average effective annualized returns of about 10%-11% per year depending on what you
are invested in even with the dot-com crash and the housing crisis factored in.
Which isn't half bad if you ask me.
Ultimately, the thing I want you to take away from this video is that in the end, the key
is to just keep investing.
Hey everyone, quick post-production note I recorded the audio for this video at the beginning
of September so I was using dates up to August of 2018 since that was the last full month
that I had access to at the time, but I wanted to give the updated figures through October
of 2018 since that's when this video is going to go up.
After the horrible month that October was for the market as a whole, the current return
figures for the IBB is about 11.8% per year after losing roughly 16% of its value in October.
For the IJR it's about 10.5% after losing about 15% of its value through October.
And for the ONEQ it's about 12% after losing over 13% of its value through October.
But that'll do it for me today once again if you enjoyed this video be sure to subscribe
and hit that Bell next to my name so that you'll be notified of all my future uploads.
I generally upload every single Friday, and if you have a friend that would be interested
in this kind of content be sure to share it with them and let's really get this information

Kids Meet A Bank Robber (Ethan and Helena) | Kids Meet | HiHo Kids - Duration: 5:00.- Have you seen Batman?
- I have.
- You know the Joker...
- Yes.
- Wore masks and stuff? He was a bank robber, too.
- And Joker is a
- [Ethan] Crazy!
- cuckoo, crazy cuckoo.
- Yeah, well I wasn't as crazy as the Joker.
- Joker's not really real.
(light playful music)
(chairs clunk)
- Hi, my name's Ethan.
- My name is Helena.
- Helena, my name is Anthony.
- Nice to meet you, Antony.
- Nice to meet you.
- So, what did you used to do in your past?
- I was a football player.
- Really?
- Yep.
- I like soccer.
- Yes, well, it's kind of the same name. Football...
- I like basketball.
- I love basketball.
So, I played in college and then I hurt my knee.
Have you ever heard about addiction?
- No.
- It's a weird... it's a big word.
- A-ddic-tion. Three syllables.
- So, what happened is, I was playing sports,
and I got injured really bad, and then
I was given a medication to help, right, with the pain.
- Mm-hm.
- The problem was is I just kept taking the medication.
And because of my bad choices, I said, "How am I going
"to get money?"
- You're a banker?
- Close.
(laughs)
Very close to a banker.
- Are you a bank robber?
- I was a bank robber.
- Yes.
- How much money did you rob?
- I got 400... thousand.
- So, past 100, past 200, past 300, into 400.
- Yes.
- I've got a question.
- Go ahead.
- You know the car they bring money to the bank?
- Yes
- What part did you rob; the truck, or the bank?
- I robbed the truck.
How did you know all the difference between all the stuff?
- I watch movies.
(Anthony laughs)
- Ah, well, okay, well yes, I robbed a Brinks armored car.
- How you did that?
- I know, I wouldn't do karate.
- You wouldn't do karate, yes.
Say I'm trying to rob the armored truck.
- Yeah.
- Right, and I go up there, and I go, "hyah!"
(Ethan laughs)
- It's gonna take some time to fight, right?
- Oh, yeah!
- Yes. And they have guns, actually.
- What? I thought they have tasers.
They shock the man, and then they call the cops,
the cops take him in jail, and another guy who got tasered
didn't even know what hit him.
(Helena giggles)
- So, because of all that, I kind of knew kind of
the same stuff, but I was like, okay well,
how can I make sure he doesn't shoot me?
- Make him blind?
- Kind of but I didn't want to make him...
- For a minute?
- Make him blind for a minute.
I used stuff called pepper spray.
- You would be blind like this.
- That's right, you can't see anything, but, guess what?
In like a couple minutes, you're going to feel
a little bit better.
- No!
(Anthony chuckles)
I don't think so.
- Well, do you think you'd feel better the next day?
- Yeah.
- Yeah, that's right.
- How do you get away with the money?
- I had a landscaper, like a yard worker's, outfit on
with a wig, and I ripped all of this stuff off, and I threw
it on the ground in a pile, and I had a totally different
outfit on, okay?
So, what are people gonna say?
"Who robbed the bank?"
"The person wearing the orange did." Da-da-da-ta-da!
- Oh, you were going, you...
- That's right, was I wearing orange any more?
- [Helena] No!
- No, you weren't.
- After I used the pepper spray,
- Yeah?
- I ran across the street, 'kay, now right across
the street, it dips down, and you couldn't see
what was going on.
Well, there was a tiny little stream.
Who in their right mind would ever get on a floatie
to escape from a bank?
- No one.
- No one. So, I got on a giant floatie,
- Uh-huh.
- and there was this cable, and I got on my back,
and I pulled myself upstream really fast.
- Yeah.
- 'Kay, and then I got out, and I had a friend there
waiting for me, and I put the money in the trunk of a car,
and I got inside the trunk, and my friend shut the trunk,
and he drove off, and once I got far enough away
from the bank, I got into a different car and I drove,
basically, back home.
And then I had dinner with my family.
- Wait, so you hide the secret?
- It was a secret, yes.
- Like Spider-Man hide his suit?
- Except Spider-Man was doing good things.
- Yeah.
- Yes.
- Have you seen Batman?
- I have.
- You know the Joker...
- Yes.
- Wore masks and stuff? He was a bank robber, too.
The bad guy landed
- Bad guy? Am I a bad guy?
- Yes. - No, you're not.
(Helena giggles)
(Anthony pretends to cry)
There, there. There there.
- Did you went to jail for it?
- I went to jail.
- So, how long have you been in jail?
- I was sentenced to six years in prison, for...
- And then you learned your lesson?
- I did. Not so much, prison, and that I got punished,
and all the things that happened in prison.
It was that I was away from my kids.
Can I push rewind? Beep!
(makes rewinding noise)
And go back?
- No, you can't.
- No, I can't. I wish I could.
- Yeah, I learned my lesson.
- You learned your lesson? From me?
(Ethan laughs)
That's good. That's good.
That means...
- Never rob a bank.
- You're really good at this.
- I am.
(Anthony laughs)

Now United - What Are We Waiting For Reaction [Koreans Hoon & Cormie] / Hoontamin - Duration: 7:30.When we watched music videos
We just appeared in these clothes recently
I have not only this shirts
We just filmed videos when I was wearing this
Same to me
It's the same as that
It's the same as last time
We can't remember everything when and what we filmed
Some video uploads can be delayed
And the order can be changed slightly
Anyway a music video today is
It was recommended by our subscribers
A new song of 'Now United'
But a surpring thing of this song is
As our subscribers know
In addition to being made up of members from 14 countries
They said that this music video was filmed in Korea
Will there appear places I know?
Let's go to watch?
Appear for a while, like at that time?
Was it all filmed in Korea?
I wonder if all those members have come to Korea?
There are a few more scenes from Korea, I think
Korean signboards...
Maybe they came all
Interesting, is it a Korean noraebang?
Good voice
The singing atmosphere and the lyrics match well
What a nice rhythm
Good song
In noraebang, you have to play like that
Is this girl the Korean member?
Heyoon, the Korean member
What...
The song is so good
I think this part is good
And also this part
This part looks something different feeling
I thought they could show us various aspects of Korea
But only in noraebang...
They only showed a Korean street once
And this noraebang is in USA, isn't it?
It could be
Just filmed in a Korean town in LA?
Something weird feeling
There are no people, when they filmed?
I think this isn't LA
Signboards are look like in Seoul
This song is good
If they filmed this at 8 or 9 in the evening
With people around them
It would have been an issue
Maybe they filmed at 4 A.M
We watched 'Summer in the city' first
And 2 or 3 months passed
This song is so good
To express, a song that will become famous soon
It was a popular song
However, they said that it was filmed in Korea
I expected that they show various places in Korea
But there was only one street, so I was a little disappointed
They just stayed in the noraebang room
It's uncomfortable that many people into the narrow space
Maybe they lent a big room
No, they were stuck together
Anyway, it was filmed in Korea
Because Koreans use SNS a lot
If members of different nationalities gathered together and sang
It should have been an issue
I'm a little sad about that
Because we haven't heard of this group in Korea
We watched only through Youtube
If it was propagated, it would have been more familiar
I just thought that
We watched the song before
The song, and this song, so good
Good to follow the beat
I kept the beat with my feet
An easy song to sing along
I usually like the chorus part of the song
But this time, I felt a little different
I don't know what kind of music this is
And rather, the front part was better
Which can reach many people
So it was a bit memorable
I expect the next song
If the first was good, and the second is good
Then the third will be good
I expect the next song

The Most Scandalous Outfits Worn By Royals - Duration: 3:39.It may not make much sense to us commoners, but the royal dress code is serious business,
with many spoken and unspoken rules about what's appropriate and what's a faux pas.
Here are just a few of the most inappropriate outfits ever worn by the British royal family.
Princess Eugenie married her longtime love, Jack Brooksbank, at St. George's Chapel in
Windsor Castle on October 12th, 2018.
Like all royal weddings, it was an opulent, star-studded affair, and a fashion lover's
dream.
Unsurprisingly, Eugenie's wedding dress was absolutely stunning and largely uncontroversial,
but her second wedding dress of the day, worn during the reception, raised a few eyebrows.
Cosmopolitan reported that her first break from royal tradition was opting for a gown
by Zac Posen, an American designer, rather than a British one.
Even more controversial was the fact that her gown was blush pink rather than the traditional
white or ivory.
Though she likely ruffled a few royal family feathers, she looked absolutely radiant in
both dresses.
Kudos to Eug for taking a big fashion risk!
Kate Middleton has been a staple of the royal family for so long that it's difficult to
recall a time when she wasn't Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
However, before Middleton married Prince William in a real-life fairy tale ceremony, she was
just a regular college-going gal, hanging with friends and strutting her stuff on a
catwalk.
Yep: While she never pursued a career in modeling, Middleton did lend her good looks to the 2002
annual Don't Walk charity fashion show.
Wearing a see-through dress by designer Charlotte Todd with only a black bra and underwear set
underneath, the future Duchess of Cambridge looked every bit the part of a supermodel
as she confidently glided down the runway.
As it happens, Prince William was sitting in the front row, and he was reportedly blown
away by the brunette beauty's daring.
It's likely no one thought the girl in the see-through dress at the fashion show would
marry into the royal family less than ten years later, but Middleton is full of surprises.
These days, the closest she gets to a fashion faux pas is wearing the same dress over and
over, as Cosmo reported in 2016 about this little lilac number.
There's an unspoken celebrity rule against recycling looks, but with a dress this fantastic,
who cares?
Ever since her days as a Hollywood starlet, Meghan Markle has been totally slaying the
fashion game.
And while some of her royal fashion choices have come as a shock to those who prefer tradition
over change, they have yet to disappoint, style-wise.
This American actress turned Duchess of Sussex doesn't give the impression of an untouchable,
highfalutin royal; instead, she genuinely seems like she could be your BFF.
But this relatable royal makes mistakes, just like the rest of us.
Case in point: in October 2018, photographers captured the new bride and expectant mother
wearing a bold, red midi dress while stepping off a flight with Prince Harry in Tonga.
At first glance, everything looks business as usual, but a closer look reveals a tag
still dangling from the bottom of the Duchess' dress.
Hey, we've all been there.
And with the whirlwind year Markle has had, we think this slight oversight can certainly
be forgiven.
Princess Diana was arguably the most famous and beloved royal in modern history.
Her legacy lives on through her humanitarian work, her sons, and, of course, her iconic
fashion moments.
One of those moments came on the heels of another quite iconic moment in the young princess'
life.
On June 29, 1994, Princess Diana arrived to a Vanity Fair fundraising event wearing a
midnight-black, off-the-shoulder, curve-hugging cocktail dress with a plunging sweetheart
neckline.
The night of the fundraising event just so happened to also be the night Prince Charles
admitted in a televised interview that he had been unfaithful in his marriage to Diana.
Charles said he was a faithful husband until their marriage reached a breaking point.
"Until it became irretrievably broken down."
The timing lead many to believe the little black dress was Diana's way of letting the
world know she didn't need a prince.
Diana's former stylist, Anna Harvey, recalled in 2013,
"[Diana] wanted to look like a million dollars.
And she did."

7 Ways to Get Discount Luxury Goods for Less | RMRS Style Videos - Duration: 7:22.7 Tips To Buy Luxury Goods At Discounted Prices [0:00:00]
I love luxury goods, but like you I hate how expensive they are.
In today's video, we're going to hack the system how to get luxury goods at a discounted
price.
[Music] Tip number one.
Never buy on a whim, always plan your purchases.
So, you may see what you want.
I was just at London Heathrow you know the duty free stores?
And I'm going through this watch store and there it is, the TAG Calibre 11.
This is McQueen's, you know, watch that he wore, I mean it's not the original one,
but it's a remake.
Beautiful watch.
I put it on, I put it on a few other times and I'm like, oh, man, look at the price
and I didn't do the currency conversion.
It was in pounds, I'm thinking dollars.
I'm like is that a great deal?
How do I do the conversion here?
And, you know, the woman talking me and she's like, oh, this looks great on you.
You need to grab this.
I came so close to purchasing that watch.
Was it a good deal?
Was it?
No.
You know the point is is you need to plan it.
Sometimes it is a great deal, but make sure that you don't fall into a sale aka trap.
You want to buy when you're ready when it comes to luxury goods.
Tip number two.
Know what luxury is, be able to spot it, and have the courage to forego a name brand if
you could spot it maybe a lesser known brand, but it's exactly what defines luxury.
The best craftsmen within that industry are oftentimes making that product and they're
always using the best materials available.
But, at a certain point they start to add a lot of margin, they want to, you know, make
it so that those -- they're getting as much as they can from it and then there were up-and-coming
companies.
So, maybe with watches, you're all about Rolex.
Well, then, go get a Tudor and all of a sudden you start looking at the history, you realized
that actually they're very similar that they look very similar, the quality build.
I mean it's like all of a sudden you realize if I really want a Rolex, maybe I would actually
be happier with a Tudor and I'd be able to save thousands of dollars.
You go in and you try on a $2,000 sports jacket and you're like, okay, I've touched that
beautiful material, that silk cashmere, the drape, I understand what is quality and then
you can go out and spot it.
So, really quick, let me introduce you to a luxury brand you may not have heard of and
that's Carl Friedrik, the paid sponsor of today's video.
And, guys, I've been talking about them for years.
They went out there and found amazing artisans used the best materials and created this amazing
line of bags.
All right.
So, right here we've got the Palissy weekender bag, absolutely beautiful in chocolate.
But, the first thing I want to look at is the zipper.
This is a Raccagni zipper.
For over thirty years, this company has been perfecting the zipper.
They're a lot more expensive than their competitors.
These are the same zippers used on Tom Ford's bags.
I look at the other hardware details, look at just the overall the build the detail.
I look at the actual strap right here.
They actually went above and beyond those how it rotates.
It all is very nicely polished.
Things like these show me they paid attention to the details.
Next up, let's talk about the leather.
This is an Italian Vachetta leather.
It's untreated, it's very high quality, and has basically a buttery feel.
This right here is some of the highest quality leather you can find for a bag.
Next up, I want to look at the inner construction of the bag.
I want to make sure that inner lining doesn't pull out.
I want to zip it back and forth make sure the zipper doesn't get caught.
When I go in here, I want to make sure, okay, what did they use for hardware details on
the inside.
Did they skimp anything?
This one they actually, again, used the Raccagni zipper, very expensive.
I love the attention to detail.
And let's talk about design, these bags are absolutely beautiful.
Whenever you use these bags, you are going to get compliments.
If you're giving one as a gift, that person is just going to be, wow.
Guys, check out Carl Friedrik.
I'm linking to them down in the description with the best discount code you're going
to find out there.
Use it or lose it, guys.
It's not going to be around forever.
And with that, let's get back into the content.
Next up, let's talk about capsule collections.
So, not all designers do this, but you're going to find that some higher end brands,
they're going to have a few pieces which basically are highlights of their staples.
This is something that's never going to go out of style they can produce in very high
volume and therefore they're able to put it an entry level price.
So, go and look at your luxury brands, see if they have a capsule collection.
Next up, you want to check out bridge lines.
So, bridge lines are going to be basically when you take a high-end designer and they
work with somebody else.
So, you may be able to find a certain suit line, maybe even watches that normally would
be a lot more expensive.
You can find a shoe company.
I've seen Allen Edmonds do this with certain companies, run a limited line, all of a sudden
you're able to get these at a very much lower price because they're trying to get
in and they're testing the market.
Next up, let's talk about private sales.
So, luxury brands they don't want everyone to know that they're putting something on
sale, but like any other company they've got to move product.
So, they're oftentimes going to do a sale, but they're going to keep it within a particular
niche.
So, if you're on their email list, maybe their Facebook page, their Facebook group
if it's a smaller company.
But, you want to find how are they communicating with people and is it something they're
going to have a sale.
If you go into a physical store, you could oftentimes ask an associate are you having
a private sale that I need to know about and believe it or not, sometimes they're like,
yes, we are.
Private sales are out there, ask for them.
Last year's models.
And this is why I love timeless styles because if you're looking for a timeless blazer
or sports jacket or you're looking for a pair of shoes which are going to last you
for five to ten years.
You don't really care if that was last year's design or even two years ago, you're looking
for something that is timeless something that you're going to be able to fit into your
interchangeable wardrobe.
[0:05:17] Purchase second hand consignment shops, thrift
stores, simply ask around.
You'd be surprised how many luxury goods out there are just sitting in people's closets
and if they have the opportunity to offload it for a decent price, they would.
Purchase on the gray market.
Now, the gray market is not the black market.
The gray market oftentimes they are legitimate goods, but maybe they were meant to be sold
in another country.
So, what you're going to find is if you purchase a watch on the gray market, it's
not going to come with a warranty from the original manufacturer, but it will come oftentimes
with a warrant from whoever is selling it.
And, you've got to make the decision am I willing to take that chance to take that
risk, so you got to say do I trust the seller.
Next up, damaged or return goods.
So, those shoes were sent back because they have a little bit of a mark on it.
Guess what?
You don't mind that mark and you can get those shoes at 50% off or maybe just something
that is basically new, but it was opened, so they can't technically sell it as new
anymore, you can get 20% off.
But it is something to look for and oftentimes you can get an amazing deal at a discounted
price.
Next up, let's talk about margin and the room for negotiation.
So, if you go to buy a custom suit, I'm going to say do not negotiate because believe
it or not, there is not much margin in most bespoke or custom suits.
However, in a lot of other industries, there is huge margin.
If you're going to be buying a nice watch, you need to know that there is a huge margin
here and that you can negotiate getting deals of 25% off.
A Rolex made of gold is not uncommon and is something you should look for.
And when there is more markup there's more room for negotiation.
All right, guys, so what did I miss?
What could I have added to make this video better?
I want to hear from you guys down in the comments.
I want to hear your secrets, I want to hear your insights to saving money when you're
buying luxury goods.
And, if you're going to go out there and you're going to buy a nice leather bag,
check out this checklist I've got for you right here exactly what to look for if you're
going to buy a leather weekender or a leather briefcase, anything out there made from leather
and you want to make sure it's of high quality, I've got you covered with this video right
here.
I'm linking to it down in the description.
And, guys, don't forget go check out Carl Friedrik.
I'm linking to them down in the description with the best discount code you're going
to find out there.
And, guys, if you're looking for a bag that you are going to be able to have for the rest
of your life and get compliments on, you need to check out this company, just amazing quality.
Very proud to support them.
Go check them out, guys.
I'm linking to them down in the description.
That's it, gentlemen.
Take care.
I'll see you in the next video.

KNUCKLEBALL TUTORIAL | Which ball is better for knuckleball ? - Duration: 7:58.hey guys. And today I will try to explain knuckleball technique
A few time ago I made a tutorial, but there I explained how I shoot in game situations.
And today I will explain how to shoot with the maximum knuckleball effect ( side to side )
And which balls are easier to knuckle, let's go !
There is no huge secrets about knuckleball
For instance a few days ago I trained my friend, how is shit, but managed to knuckle
Yeah, nice one
But if you don't want to wait that video, today I will explain all important steps, that we made there
I prefer to shoot knuckleball with rolling balls, it's a bit easier for me.
The percentage of successful shots are higher when the ball is rolling
But maybe for you easier will be to shoot without rolling, it's optional
The run up is quite small, 3-4 steps
That's because you don't need to much power to have knuckleball effect
I shoot knuckleball with 70-80% from my max power
It's easier to control my foot during the shooting, and the ball even change direction more
The standing foot is on one level with the ball, nothing new here
The leg swing starts normal, but then my hip stops, and only shin is moving with strained ankle
working on continue

Is 17 years Megan senior
She and her brother are muggins half-siblings
To date
She's been the most vocal member of the Markle family
Speaking out about her half-sister
Are in the process of move that may have cost her a relationship
With her soon-to-be Royal relative
The fifty-two-year-old appears on TLC's new special
When Harry Met Meghan
A Royal Engagement which airs on Tuesday night but 9 8 central
And on that special
She tries to clear the air about Megan's background
And what you really meant when she called her upcoming book The Diary of Princess pushy's sister
She and Megan have the same father
Samantha and Megan's father Thomas
Worked in Lighting on television shows like Married With Children
Samantha and her brother
Thomas Jr
Are the children of Markle seniors first marriage to Roslyn
His second wife was markle's Mother
Doria Ragland Thomas and Doria divorced in 1988
When Megan was 6 years old
According to Samantha
Thomas Markle children all got along well
It was like a gift when Megan was born
Because she was so full of life and personality that we became settled as a family but we became much more
More lively
Samantha said in the TLC special
We were sort of the little family not as large of The Brady Bunch
But in our minds it was a unique
Very beautiful Multicultural and interracial family beginning
She had back a tabloid reports of a rags-to-riches story
Tabloids on both sides of the Atlantic ever reported that Megan grew up in a rough part of Southern California
Samantha said on the TLC special that those stories are inaccurate
The tabloids wanted to create the schedule princess story
If you will
Which is so far from reality
You know
The African-American Rags to Riches Cinderella
Samantha Saint
We were raised in a very beautiful upper-middle-class home in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California
Nowhere near Game Land as the tabloids try to illustrate
Samantha has also spoken up about accounts that paint Megan's family life
As less than stable or supportive
When the media suggested that
Her parents were anything less than great
And that she was this Cinderella that just throws up out of rubbish or out of nowhere no
That is rubbish
She told Entertainment Tonight
Her parents were incredible
Samantha insist she didn't smear her sister in the Press
Tabloid reports claim that Samantha called Mega narcissistic
And a social climber
But Samantha insist
In the TLC documentary she never said those things
I was quoted as calling her princess pushy
I never said those words
Samantha said in the TLC special
The truth is I never said any such
Sting and there's no tape no recording
Nothing in the world that anybody could present to suggest that it was
Of course it's worth noting that Samantha told Good Morning Britain that
She is writing a memoir called The Diary of Princess pushy sister
Not title
She says
Is meant to be tongue-in-cheek
The title is a mockery of the media
She told the Daily Mail
It wasn't me who called me pushy
It was the Tabloid newspapers
She is not pushy
The book isn't going to be negative it's a war
Witty
Honoring book unfortunately
The negative sing song has gone round the world
Free book won't be a juicy tell-all
Despite the title
Samantha says her book will be nuanced
And not just about Megan
In that same Good Morning Britain interview
She said her book will be a critical look at race in America
The title is true
What is not true is this unbelievable swell that's been created that it's some sort of slamming tell-all
It's only a tell-all in that I write about beautiful nuances of our lives our family home
Samantha told hosts Richard medley and ranveer Singh
More importantly
It has to do with the interracial evolution of this country through the lens of my life and my family
Since the Civil Rights Act until present
And how that intersects with the recent events with my sister
She said tabloid reports have strained her relationship with Megan
In the TLC special
Samantha tearfully explains that the Tabloid reports have created a divide between the sisters
It's been such a whirlwind with us and I'm sad she believes some of the other interviews I did where were
I never said were taken out of context
So it's been a bit since we've spoken
Samantha told US Weekly
The two haven't been closed for some time now
Samantha told the Daily Mail that they haven't seen each other
Since 2008
When Samantha graduated from college and Megan flew into celebrate
That same year
The man that was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and she now uses a wheelchair
She shared stories about Megan's engagement like the rest of us
It was really exciting for me
I am so happy for her
Samantha told US Weekly
It was kind of funny
It was like my boyfriend showed it to me and I was on the phone with my father
And I got to let him know too
We didn't know it was going to come out his soon
So it was nice to wake up to
She is not sure if she'll get an invite to the royal wedding
Samantha said on the TLC special she doesn't know if she'll get an invitation to Megan and Harry
Harry's wedding in May
I can't imagine how anyone would anticipate a normal
Traditional royal wedding
I mean they probably be watching across the lawn for the Marco's to approach
Oh
Good God
They're coming
Close the curtains
I'd
She choked on the TLC special
It's just so silly
We're so normal
And yes
I would love to go
But we have no idea what's going to happen

(New) How To Build A Perfect Chest At Home - Duration: 5:26.- Yo, what's up?
Jordan here.
Today, I want to show you a few exercises you can do
that trains your chest, at home.
So first of all, let's talk about the middle chest, first.
The middle chest is probably
one of the easiest parts to train.
The exercise is very direct.
Push up itself hits the middle chest.
In order to maximize your chest,
give least pressure for the triceps,
is try to go a little bit wider.
Wide means your grip should be slightly wider
than your shoulder width.
In position.
Lower down your body.
And push.
Okay, very straight forward.
This exercise hit the majority of the middle chest and
a little bit of upper chest.
So the next exercise that can hit your middle chest too,
is not push up.
This is an isolation work out.
So I'll be using a water bottle.
Right. This is a very big gallon,
so for those of you can start with 1.5 liter bottle water.
This is Chest Flys.
So get into a floor.
And the reason why I want to use one bottle
is because I can nicely set up and
be more focused on the movement.
This is how it look like
Make sure it's balanced,
you don't want the bottle to fall on you.
Alright.
Make sure you are stable.
Squeeze (your chest)
Alright.
Here, as you can see my chest is shortening.
They are contracting and they are working.
Okay, so.
I would strongly recommend you to do both exercises
back to back, alright.
Start with a push-up first.
Do about 10 to 20 repetitions
depending on your fitness level.
Right after you finish a push up
move on straight to a Chest Flys.
Now,
here's the tricky one
the upper chest.
Upper chest is the clavicular head that is very stubborn
to grow.
Most body builders, most fitness enthusiasts,
also struggle to build these muscles.
So this is the easiest way to get started.
Just place the chair.
Here, setting up.
You lower yourself down.
And up.
As you can see the moment I push this,
in this angle,
I am actually pushing at this angle.
Right.
This works the upper chest area.
Right.
Now.
Another way of training your upper chest
is
you can use the same bench
by just by changing the grip a little bit.
You can also target the clavicular head.
Setting up.
This is what I call the Reverse Grip Push Up.
Lower yourself down.
By doing this
my upper chest is actually firing.
Okay.
This also trains the inner part.
Right, so for this grip,
well I don't recommend you to go wide grip aim.
Because it's going to give a lot of stress for
your shoulder.
Right.
Shoulder width is great.
And one more thing
whenever you do any exercises
involving chair,
make sure that your chair is solid, right.
You don't want them to move backward
when you do a push up, right.
This will get you into serious trouble.
Find a wall to lean against or in but
here in this situation is fine because
carpet there's friction, so it doesn't go away.
I still have one more exercise that can
really train your upper chest.
And also the inner chest as well.
This is an isolation exercise.
This is what I call the front raise but,
in the underhand version.
So when doing this exercise make sure you're from here.
In this position.
And raise inward.
Adduction, alright?
Ad-duct.
This is how your upper chest and your inner chest
are working.
Right. As you can see my upper chest
is being stretched and being contract
by doing this.
So how to sequence this?
I would say do a decline push up, or,
a reverse grip push up on a bench.
Choose either one,
do for 15 to 20 repetitions.
And then straight away moving on
do an isolation work.
Do this
for another 10 reps.
Same goes to the middle chest area.
Okay?
That's pretty much for all these exercises.
It's all about the combination,
the variety,
and the consistency of training at home.
Obviously it would be great if you can
training at the gym because there are more
equipments, but today its basically just to share with
you what you can actually do at home to get a nice chest.

Justin: So unless you've been living under a rock recently, you probably already know
or are at least aware of some of the benefits of running an oil separator on your stock
or your modified Mustang.
Now, the particular option that we are talking about here today is from JLT, of course, and
it is their 3.0 version for the '11 and newer 5-liter owners running a positive displacement
blower such as the Roush, the VMP, or your Ford Performance options.
Now, the JLT separator will combine that anodized aluminum construction with the 3-ounce capacity,
hence the 3.0, and is going to cost you just north of 120 bucks.
The install is gonna be plug-and-play, making it very easy, so one out of three wrenches
on the old difficulty meter and a little bit more detail on that later in the video.
So again, there are a few benefits of running a catch can or oil separator on your stock
or modified ride.
But the biggest benefit, I would say, is to capture all the oily vapors or blowby that
typically gets rerouted back into the intake through your PCV system or, in this case,
your supercharger, which can lead to a few issues.
Now, this oil or these vapors can get gummed up onto the rotors of your blower, along with
even possibly lowering your octane level or rating in some very extreme and rare situations.
Now, this is even magnified a little bit more on forced induction applications, as cylinder
pressures are a little bit more increased over a naturally aspirated setup.
So to help eliminate this, JLT started incorporating their oil separator or catch can to grab most
of the oily mess into this easy-to-install and very easy-to-empty container.
Now, this is gonna happen using a combination of stainless steel mesh and aluminum honeycomb
here in the filter itself to allow those vapors to pass through, gather all that oily junk,
collect it into the canister, while at the same time still allowing all that clean air
to pass through into the PCV system.
Now, JLT claims that emptying this thing every 5,000 to 7,000 miles is recommended.
But if it were me, I would probably check it a little bit more frequently, especially
on the supercharged application.
Again, your construction is certainly top-notch here from JLT, including the billet aluminum
construction or build.
It's all finished in an anodized black coating, as you can see.
Three ounces is the capacity, and it will utilize the factory-style hoses or connections,
making for a very easy installation.
Now, speaking of which, here is a brief, little walkthrough, and again this thing is brief
because you're looking at a soft one out of three wrenches on the old difficulty meter.
And again, here is our detailed walkthrough.
Tony: Tools used for this installation are as follows - a utility knife, a flat-head
screwdriver, and a pair of pliers.
Now, to get started with this installation, we're gonna go ahead and remove our factory
air oil tube, this is also known as your "dirty air" tube, from the side of our blower and
our valve cover.
Then, we're gonna disconnect the clamp back here and take this part of the unit off, and
we're gonna replace it with our new JLT piece.
We're gonna begin by unclipping it from the blower.
And with our flat-head screwdriver, I'm just gonna flick it and pull it out there, and
disconnect our clamp, but leave the clamp on because we're gonna need that.
All right.
Now, the end of our tube is actually stuck inside the rubber tube.
So what I'm gonna do is go ahead, and I'm gonna squeeze the tube until I find the end
of this rubber nipple, and I'm just gonna trim the hose there.
It's okay, we got plenty of extra.
Now, to install our new JLT, just slide the end of the fitting over.
Put your clamp back on.
Slide this end on the valve cover and this side on your blower.
And that's all it takes.

So if any of those topics sound interesting to you or if you want to learn how to better
handle your money and have more financial freedom be sure to hit that subscribe button
and the bell next to my name to be notified every time I upload a video.
And if you want to further support the growth of this channel you can check out some of
the links I've left down in the description below which includes a 30-day free trial of
Audible and a list of some books on money I'd recommend checking out, or you can share
this video with a friend, and leave a comment below letting me know what topics you'd
like me to cover in future videos.
I generally upload every single Friday, and if you have a friend that would be interested
in this kind of content be sure to share it with them and let's really get this information
out there and start our own Financial revolution.

2Minutes2Virtue: Say "Yes" To Heaven! - Duration: 2:57."Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away." Jesus' words
from today's Gospel
Hi, I'm Father Joseph Bergida, Parochial Vicar at St. Andrew
the Apostle Catholic Church in Clifton Virginia. Thanksgiving Day is perhaps the
one American holiday when we finally really slow down and
reflect on our blessings. I recall growing up in my family that at
some point a woven basket would appear at the Thanksgiving feast
Each member of the family was given two or three kernels of dried Indian corn and
the basket would go around the table several times as we place the kernel
each time and gave thanks for a blessing received that year
While our readings don't mention Thanksgiving, nevertheless, they do point to two realities we ought
to be very grateful for: Heaven and Hell. Yes, you heard me right. Heaven and Hell.
Let's deal with Heaven first
If you are anything like me we don't think about
heaven enough let alone be grateful for it yet heaven is our calling and as
today's Responsorial Psalm proclaims "You are my inheritance, O Lord,"
In Heaven, God is our inheritance to possess Him is complete happiness and since Heaven will
never pass away neither will our happiness depart
Now that's something to be grateful for
But why in the world should one be grateful for Hell?
Isn't that, well, just messed up?
Yet the existence of Hell is an affirmation that
God takes our free will and sin seriously Heaven is a free gift; we say 'yes' or 'no'
by our actions
This week's challenge: Every day think of
something you are grateful for when with family and friends share something you
appreciate about them, what they do and more importantly who they are
Finally thank God that even though this world is passing away His word and His promises
endure forever.

Stuffed Acorn Squash Recipe - Roasted Acorn Squash Recipes - Duration: 6:07.what is up everybody this is Lyle with no hippie BBQ what I'm be doing in this
video is we are going to be making some stuffed acorn squash now hopefully this squash recipe
serves as more of an inspiration than an actual recipe because this is one of
those things that I do when I'm just trying to go through things in the
refrigerator that need to go with that being said come on in and take a look at
the ingredients I'm using these are the ingredients that I'm going to be using
for these roasted acorn squash I am going to have a recipe in the
description below but that recipe is probably going to yield more than what
we're going to need for these two acorn squash so anyway here's our ingredients
we have two acorn squash I have some Jimmy Dean sage sausage some black
pepper dried rosemary oregano now I'm using the powder it'd be great if you
use the fresh I have time parsley any kind of a stuffing mix that you want or
you can use your own bread corn bread would be excellent for this we have some
portobello mushrooms that are chopped celery this chopped onions this chopped
one Apple this chopped like I said we have a two acorn squash and then I have
some chicken stock now this chicken stock has quite a bit of butter still
left in it I haven't strained any of that fat out I
think that's going to be a great addition to this so what I'm gonna do
cut these acorn squash in half and then we're gonna get ready to get on with the
rest of it my a quarter squash cut lengthwise in a scooped out the seeds
that are in there this is about to go in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30
minutes in the meantime we're gonna start cooking up some of this sausage
now that we have our sausage cook really all that we're gonna do we're just going
to go ahead and have all the rest of our ingredients and we're gonna cook all of
this until it's softened it so we got our apple millenniums
with throw in our mushrooms any kind of mushrooms that you like would work that
parsley in black pepper sage that time and our rosemary we're just gonna go
ahead and mix this up and cook it down till it reduces and get soft acorn
squash just got out of the oven now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to
scoop a thin layer out of the middle we're gonna add that to our mixture here
and not a lot just just a little bit just enough so we can get a little bit
more of this filling in and still have it hold its integrity so it's not
falling apart when we step
okay so now that we've scooped a little bit of that out we're just going to mix
this in we have that mixed in we're just going to go ahead and go in with our
break room and at this point it's gonna be time to kind of eyeball it go ahead
and add our chicken stock as well and we're gonna stir this in until it
becomes the consistency of like what a normal Thanksgiving turkey would look
like and I'm talking about not the cornbread cue stuffing but more kind of
the I don't know you know what I'm talking about you'll see in a minute so
now this stuffing has got to the consistency I'm looking for we're just
going to go ahead and stuff our acorn squash and that's about how much I
hollowed out not a whole lot and now that we have these squash stuffed they're gonna
go in the oven I turned the oven down to 350 degrees
and it's going to go for about another 25 30 minutes
so that's what it looks like all plated up let's get in and see we think
I am living all that sage that we have up in there from the sage I added plus
the sage in the sausage I'm going to get a little bit of this acorn squash rim on
this little bag here scoop a little that out along with the stuffing okay
you gotta try this now the two things just sticking out to me
the sage booms just like hitting you if you like sage you'll love this and then
the second bite I got I don't think I got any Apple on the first one but the
Apple is cooked but it's still a little crispy definitely the bomb if you're
cooking stuffing for maybe even another recipe try them apples I'm telling you
nice dimension to it anyway I'd like to thank you guys for stopping my no hippie
BBQ I appreciate it Baked Acorn Squash. Stuffed Squash Recipes

Has Man Utd target hinted he WILL sign at the end of the season? - Duration: 2:53.Reports claim United scouts are monitoring the Brazilian's situation at current club Gremio
The forward, 22, is equally adept out wide as he is through the middle and manager Jose Mourinho is known to be looking for new faces to bolster his struggling squad
Known simply as Everton, he has scored eight goals in 20 league appearances this season and is also said to be interesting United's rivals Manchester City
And the player admits he is aware of the rumours and says he will weigh up his options at the end of the season
"We all hear the rumours at some point, right?," he said "I'm going through an exceptional phase, and we know how hard it is when clubs from England look at Brazilian players, for their quality
"Let's see what happens at the end of the season, wait until it is over, and see what's best both for me and Gremio
" Mourinho's first priority when the January transfer window opens will be to sign a new defender
He was angry when club chiefs failed to get a him new centre-back in the summer. Mourinho was interested in Jerome Boateng, Harry Maguire and Toby Alderweireld
However, Old Trafford bosses were not prepared to pay the huge transfer fees all three would command as they did not believe them to be value for money or an upgrade on the payers already at the club
Alderweireld could now be available at a knockdown price as he has only 18 months left to run on his contract at Tottenham
The would have cost in the region of £60million un the summer but will be available at for only £25
4m. The two clubs could come to a compromise if United are desperate to push through a deal in January
United have also been linked with a sensational move for Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante
While that would come as huge shock, Caught Offside say they have made initial contact and it is not entirely out of the question

Do you CONSTANTLY check your phone? - Duration: 4:13.Hey guys just a quick video today because my camera's most likely gonna
fall from a cliff at any point, so here we go. So there's this guy Cal Newport that guy
there that I've been following for quite a while quite a few years and he writes a
really interesting blog called Study Hacks, I have like all of his books he's
written and I really enjoy the content that the guy puts out there. The problem
is I'm kind of torn because he's a professor at MIT I think and he talks a
lot about how bad social media is and how basically we're all addicted to
social media which is true but I'm really torn because I enjoy stuff that
someone like him says but I also enjoy stuff that someone like Gary Vee says.
And Gary Vee says you should be creating your own personal brand and doing these
things online. Doing stuff on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube all that
stuff whereas Cal Newport says you should quit social media. He has a great
TED talk on it. So Cal Newport recently put up I say recently maybe a few weeks
ago he put up a great blog on his web site study hacks called 'digital wellness
for grown-ups' I want to share some of it with you guys because it was really
eye-opening. So I'm just gonna read out some of this. It talks about a digital
wellness movement which attempts to use technology to help cure some of the
issues caused by technology. This movement for example is responsible for
an app that plants a tree each time you put down your phone and then shows the tree
withering and dying when you pick the phone back up and I've seen this this
this this app a few other youtubers actually Thomas Frank have spoken about
it before. He then goes on to say I'm a grown man if I'm checking my phone every
five minutes or playing video games instead of paying attention to my kids
I don't need an animation of a dying tree to nudge me towards better habits I
need someone I respect to knock the stupid thing out of my hand and say get
your act together and I find that really poignant because there is a bit
of a movement about people realizing that they're addicted to social media
and how bad that is but they're trying to cure that with
social media or with technology. You know it's like I'm addicted to technology and the
cure for that is not technology it's just putting your phone down
Now don't get me wrong I I really respect what Cal Newport says but I also
really enjoy Twitter and I really enjoy YouTube and I really enjoy making videos
in YouTube when it works somewhere people don't actually get in my shot. So
social media I think is great but it's also not so great depends how you use it
I think there is a little bit of an undercurrent of people starting to
realize how negative social media can be and I don't know if you'd maybe realize
that as well. I want to end with an interview I recently saw with Charlie
Brooker who created black mirror and has done screen wipe and other things
in the past. He talks about how he used to smoke and that was the first thing he
would he would he would reach for when he woke up in the morning a pack of
cigarettes and light up but now he says that he's stopped smoking he wakes up and
the first thing he does is he checks his phone and he grabs his phone and checks his
notifications. Well I mean I think and I think increasingly that's a thing that
people are aware of his how I mean I used to smoke heavily and the first
thing I would do in the morning was I would reach for pack of cigarettes I
would smoke in the shower but now I wake up and I reach for a phone great way to
get your hit or dopamine hit from from Twitter. And I wonder how many of us are
the same I know I'm the exact same that's the first thing I do when I wake
up as I check my phone it's always there. It's my alarm and it's the it's the
first thing I do and yeah I'm interested to know if that's the same for you guys
as well and yeah I mean that's not right you know that's an addiction isn't it
that's that's like reaching for a pack of cigarettes or for like coffee in the
morning or something like that is like yeah I don't know. I'm interested to hear
your guys thoughts. All right that's it. Let me know.

HUGE!! Young Living Essential Rewards Unboxing November 2018 - Duration: 12:27.hey guys it's Danielle with Danielle gets it done and this is my December
Young Living Essential rewards unboxing
okay let's get right into it I'm a little embarrassed by how much I bought
I usually keep it simple and I I went I went a little crazy this month first of
all they have their holiday gift guide out which is amazing I already have a
couple of these so if you want me to send this to you I would be happy to
leave a comment below there are great things in here
these cleaner I love this stuff I am finally almost out of my current one
this is all-purpose cleaner and it's super concentrated so it lasts forever
and ever you put one to two capfuls into a bottle fill the rest with water and I
use it on pretty much everything except my hardwood floors in my house and I
used to be a girl who clean with vinegar and water and now that I'm pregnant I
just cannot stand that smell so I'm back on my thieves speaking of the in
pregnant I got some stuff for the baby I thought it'd be good to kind of slowly
build up something so they have a whole line for infants called the seedlings
line and this is their baby lotion I'm assuming it's a lavender blend
smells really good in light okay
oils nutmeg I'm pretty sure this was a freebie so essential rewards music I buy
every month from them and then there are certain freebies for every dollar amount
you spend and their freebies were really good this month so that's why I went a
little bit crazy so I believe this was like the lowest level and tis a season
for a nutmeg right smells like nutmeg cannot wait Christmas spirit
this is another freebie everyone that is obsessed with this smell it's really
good if you don't have Christmas spirit I feel like thieves is a little more
common and that's really Christmassy too this is a little bit more cinnamony I
would say it is really good I cannot wait to diffuse this around the holidays
and this is a big bottle - it's a 15 mil
joy this is for my mom for Christmas she won't mind if I open it she was kind of
asking me about joy I can tell she would like it oh not my thing but I know
she'll like it I think it's gardenia oh it's jasmine and geranium so very
floral E and yeah I think she's gonna love it
smell that Christmas release I think I just picked this I'm doing hip no maybes
getting ready for my birth and I thought this might be a good one to diffuse
every time I practice i diffuse some oils
okay I don't love this yeah I do not like this I'm gonna be honest with you
I'm just gonna stop smelling it maybe it'll grow on me I've had some oils
where I really don't like them at first and then I ended up loving them so I'll
give it another couple weeks and see if I end up liking it otherwise I'll
probably gift it lavender this is going to be part of a giveaway if you're
watching this as I release this video I'm part of a big group giveaway I think
it's the very end of November November 30th maybe and this is gonna be part of
my giveaway so look out for that lavender it's just everyone's best
friend Omer baby Jesus I have no idea what myrrh smells like I also didn't pay
for this one I don't think I think it was a freebie I got a lot of freebies
this month because I spent a lot of money I would say it smells minty it's
really light I had no idea so yeah myrrh you can't get much more
Christmas even I think my really embarrassed by how much I got yikes
Oh tea tree this was another freebie I have never tried teaching from young
living I actually was gonna purchase some soon so I haven't smelled this one
yet I'm not really a fan of the smell of tea tree but it has a lot of medicinal
properties it's really antibacterial so it's really good like for immune
supported for cleaning
yeah I just I mean I don't love tea tree but I still want it because it is a
really good oil to have in your medicine cabinet frankincense this is my all-time
favorite oil like all-time and I was running low this is pretty expensive and
I was getting stressed out and since I wanted to spend a lot of money this
month to get my rewards I thought this is the month to buy my second 15 mil of
Frank I just can't say enough good things about it
this comes in the premium starter kit a 5 mil of this which that and the
diffuser alone on that starter kit comes with makes the whole thing worth it in
my mind I think I'm gonna buy another kid and oh my goodness if you haven't
tried frankincense you are missing out my friend actually someone commented
they don't like frankincense and I was like what are you I don't know what this
is for maybe we'll find out ok random I know I know but I got some pasta some
really expensive pasta from Young Living I mean it was probably $5 but still
compared to $1.00 at the store so this is just supposed to be a little bit more
healthy probably a lot more healthy I don't know much about it but I've been
seen it a lot on YouTube so I thought Christmas is about pasta in our house
I got another thing of thieves laundry soap I love this stuff so much it's
super concentrated you use about half of a capful per load and I love the light
scent no chemicals and I'm hopefully you're gonna start investing soon and I
think this will be really great to wash the baby's clothes in because it is a
lot safer okay maybe this is what this pump is for I think this is what this
pump is for it is baby wash and shampoo from that same line I'm assuming it
smells the same as the lotion it does now I have baby lotion or baby ship whoo
all over me so this will be fun davin its tear free surrender I think I want
to release and surrender for my self-hypnosis practice I'll play like
this better than release nope oh I will be honest with you guys I don't like
that it's not good think before you buy that one okay I don't think I'm gonna be
able to fit these oils in my stash Northern Lights black spruce this is one
of my favorites maybe like top 5 and this was a freebie this month it's one
of the reasons why I bought a lot because I really wanted another bottle
and I think it's good for the holidays too you know spruce oh it reminds me a
little bit of frankincense I actually sell anxiety roller blends on Etsy and
this is one of the secret main ingredients well it's not a secret but
it really takes it over the top it is so good
oh hey and then this is another freebie I think the rest are freebies sacred
frankincense cuz you know regular frankincense wasn't enough although this
was free because I spent a lot of money so this is just like a special plan to
frankincense I think and it is sacred and it is expensive if you buy this on
your own so that is awesome in the December promo again hypno babies
this is kind of my favorite thing as of now to diffuse while I practice it and I
didn't want to run out because I'm only 23 weeks pregnant so yay sacred
frankincense it is so good okay I think this is the last thing it's another I
should be careful cuz I think I might read giftless it's another freebie okay
it is an ornament I feel like I need to talk softly atheist I don't know if it's
fragile okay it's a glass ornament it says Young Living and it's beautiful and
then it comes with these I don't know what do you call these reads and you put
essential oils in here it's basically an ornament diffuser that you can hang on
your tree and yeah I might keep this but I also think this would be a really fun
holiday gift maybe a hostess gift so the jury's out on that that is everything
that is by far the most I've ever spent on a monthly order did you guys see that
bug that just flew at me so
yeah but I got a lot of great things I got some things for the baby I got a lot
of great oils a lot of free stuff and some pasta so there you go thank you so
much for sticking with me if you made it this far I hope you all have a wonderful
day and whatever your plans are I hope you get them done bye guys

Imaginary Love (OFFICIAL TRAILER) - Duration: 2:09.She never had any luck.
That's it, I'm swearing off men for real this time.
Girl, don't say that! I'm sure there's someone out there for you.
Yeah! I'm sure someday you'll be just as happy as us.
(Fulfilled Sigh)
He never wanted to grow up.
Nice dude!
You're on a heater!
Young forever!
(Celebratory group High Five)
But love happens when you least expect it.
Excuse me, is somebody sitting here?
Yeah, my best friend Muriel actually. Can't you see her?
Um...
Well she can see you and she thinks you're pretty cute.
I'm James.
Elly.
Nice to meet you, Elly.
Two people who had nothing in common...
...have everything to learn from one another.
I don't know man, something about her is just different.
Yeah, she's an adult with an imaginary friend.
(Punch of passion)
I accept her flaws!
Do you think she could be the one?
I don't know, man... but I'm going to find out.
For as long as I've known her she's talked about Muriel.
She's as real to her as you or I.
When love is pushed to its limits
reality becomes blurred.
A story of love, betrayal and coming of age.
What do you want from me, Elly?!?
I want you to care!
And Muriel! You're just going to stay silent in all this?!?
It's not what it looks like!
Muriel.
James, where you going?
I'm going to get her back.
Elly, I know that I hurt you and things may never be the
same, but I want to try.
I'm gonna need some time.
How about the rest of our lives?
(Overwhelmed gasp)

Proof of why Ousmane Dembele is Arsenal fans' fantasy signing in January - Duration: 4:53.This transfer window reopens in January and Arsenal fans remain hopeful of at least one new signing
Unlike previous years, the Gunners - under new head coach Unai Emery and head of recruitment Sven Mislintat - got the majority of their summer business done before the club's pre-season tour of Singapore
Stephan Lichtsteiner joined on a free transfer from Juventus shortly before the World Cup got underway and he was soon joined by goalkeeper Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen and defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Borussia Dortmund
Three new signings swiftly became five in the space of 24 hours in mid July. After weeks of speculation and plenty of hints, Lucas Torreira 's £26
5m move from Sampdoria was finally confirmed following Uruguay's quarter-final loss against France and he was joined by young midfielder Matteo Guendouzi
So that's the spine of the team bolstered and cover for Hector Bellerin at right-back
Furthermore, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette at Emery's disposal the need for a new striker isn't really a pressing concern at this moment
Following an injury to Danny Welbeck which is likely to keep him out of the rest of the season, what the majority of supporters would like to see is the arrival of a pacy winger
Many names were linked in the summer. Lucas Vazquez, Kingsley Coman , Cristian Pavon and Hirving Lozano just to name a few, but the one player fans have been getting very excited about is Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele
And there's a good reason for such excitement. The France international is a former teammate of Aubameyang at the Signal Iduna Park and the one season they spent together saw them strike up quite the understanding
2016/2017 saw Dembele register a total of 12 assists in the Bundesliga. 10 of which were for Aubameyang to profit from, thus making the pair most deadly duo in Europe's top five leagues that season
A closer look at those assists and you will notice the Gabon international pulling to the back post and 21-year-old providing a perfectly weighted cross
It's the combination Arsenal fans are still clamouring for this season, but whether a reunion will happen remains to be seen
The arrival of Brazilian winger Malcom at the Camp Nou did spark speculation over Dembele 's future, although he stayed put and has scored five goals across all competitions so far this season
With that said, there have been rumours from Spain that he is still unhappy about his situation at the club and could be ready to move on
However, Barcelona chief Pep Segura has claimed that any issues with the player will be sorted out and that they want to keep the player for the long term
"There is no problem with Dembele," Segura said in an interview on SER radio. "Yes, we had a meeting, just like yesterday I met with three other representatives, but it's normal, it's part of my job, they're natural things
"Dembele is very young and has never had to make an effort like the one he is doing now to adapt to Barca's game
"We recognise that it is hard for him and he also recognises it, but we're working to change this situation as quickly as possible
" A fantasy signing for most Arsenal supporters and only time will tell if a deal can be struck

Derrick Rose: "Who Really Plays Defense In The NBA" | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:05.Derrick Rose: "Who Really Plays Defense In The NBA" | Heavy.com
Derrick Rose is putting you all on notice: nobody plays defense in the NBA!.
But, for real who plays defense in the NBA," Derrick Rose said.
"Like for real, I'm dead serious, you can't touch nobody anymore.
I mean, they rough me up.
I mean up the only the one who gets roughed up.".
He's not lying, but his honesty is refreshing.
Rose, 30, showed flashes of athleticism over the last couple of seasons in stints with the New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers and especially later with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but he lacked consistency in play and in minutes.
The youngest player to win the NBA's MVP award back in 2011, Rose was part of a few Bulls playoff runs and the South side Chicago native was the king of his castle.
He's come alive this season.
Rose's resurgence doesn't surprise Chicago Bulls forward Jabari Parker.
"When you're somebody, you just don't lose it," Parker told me via Scoop B Radio.
Kevin Garnett is rocking with D-Rose too! "I would definitely say he's one of the top guards," KG told me recently.
"He's a great player, I'm a huge D-Rose fan," Charlotte Hornets guard, Kemba Walker told me.
"I'm happy to see him playing.
I hope he has a healthy year, and that's with all of this.
If he stays healthy, you know what you're going to get from D-Rose.".
Phoenix Suns guard, Jamal Crawford still recognizes Rose as one of the game's elite guards.
"His athleticism is still there," Crawford told me on the Scoop B Radio Podcast.
"He's still as fast as any guard out there.
He would have some practices where he'd just dominate and get to the lane at will, hit shots, hit mid-range shots and floaters, all the reasons people love him.
And he can do all those things.
He would just run back so nonchalant, like I could do this whenever I want.
He didn't say that, but his play was so easy for him, so I think that's something he's going to show more this year and people will be pleasantly surprised.".

the top two sites to earn money in your spare time boom I mean there you go you

here you see here you got earn watching earn apps and CB TV offers the great
opinion or give opinions and play games we all know we can make money doing that
stuff we've all seen those things online but this one we're gonna focus on the
video part of everything okay now one of the hot sites buzz TV humorous videos
and clips buzz TV modeling TV buzz TV audio then you can watch TV here I'm
interested medical video videos TV funny animal videos so all these videos you
can watch they make money so let's see here says an opt-in of 0 point or point
zero to four point zero two point zero to four now some of them I've seen here
in the past where there's one or one point two five so depending on the video
now these are just the videos they have on the front you can make more money but
just to give you an idea a hundred points on earn honey comm equals one

make between twenty to fifty bucks a day if they just let the things run all day
long I mean think about it you're just you're you're not doing any
work you're hitting a button to hit the play video and you're making money
basically you're not killing yourself you're not going crazy
I mean you're gonna get rich doing it no is it nice with some extra money is it
nice to pay an extra bill is it nice to have a couple extra cups of coffee
during the week stopping a Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks absolutely so if you want
to make some extra money just like the Huffington Post and NBC News say it's
one of the best places to make some spare time money so you click on this

this one now this is one of those those videos that you just as a general one TV
Glee they want you to watch this this you know clip from Game of Thrones or
whatever the case may be and they wanna you know you do a little review on it
see what you think this I think this is kind of really an example but it kind of
gives you idea of the setup so it takes you from earn honey okay and then it
takes you to directly to Facebook and then I'll tell you to click on the link
and I'll take you to the video they want you to watch then when you're done with
that okay basically I'll just verify your account that you watch the video
you'll get credited to your account whatever the video is worth and boom you
got some money you could put it on your you know gift cards or take it and you
put it on your PayPal PayPal PayPal PayPal put it on your PayPal account
because you just throw it in your PayPal account throw
your bank account and boom you got some cash that's the way I always do it's

be in retail you know you don't have to do that any of that stuff you could be
your own boss doing this stuff from the comfort of your home doing it when you
want how you want whenever you want so don't be pigeonhole than anything if you
