(ENG sub) Blind Date with My Mother? | Youtuber Hyeseong [ Blind Date with Parents ] - Duration: 7:34.

Hello I'm 24 years old Hye-Sung Moon

I like guys with long eyes, guys like GD, Zico

I hope guys like that comes along

What do you want to ask at blind date?

I run an youtube channel so if they don't like being exposed to SNS

I'm kind of reluctant

So I think I should ask them those things

Write 5 question before blind date

2. Use honorific

Mom... why...

Wait mom...

I was really surprised, What is this

They asked me for my type

so I thought it would match a bit

Nice to meet you

You have a good impression

I look a lot like my mom

awkward

Let's ask a question

What do you do in your free time?

I play piano and sing

really?

My mom used to run a piano academy

I grew up in there

So I thought it as something of a job, not a hobby

I got to know it better after some conversation

When did you start playing piano?

I played piano from when I was in grade 5

I sang since I was three

She brought me to church and thought, I should raise him as a singer

My mom too...

Oh really?

I wrote in blood that I would learn to play piano

You wrote in blood?

Still, my mom has it in her drawer

She's a very scary mother

It's good that we play music together

Do you like drinking?

Not really. Not so much

Can beer on Fridays

I like times when we drink with good people

She never drank in the old days

But these days, she's like, "Order 500cc"

And enjoys it drinking sips

I'm like drink until I get wasted with the people I like

I can enjoy myself without drinking

I don't really like people like that

They remember every little things

I can't remember well but people who don't drink can enjoy themselves too

They have a good time and remember everything

Oh.. she's like that

And then tell you a while later

Oh I hate those people

Have you every drank with your mom?

No, Not with my mom ever

why?

I have to drink until I get wasted, but I don't want to do that in front of my parents

They would be curious

We should pass

Okay the next question

Do you think true friendship is possible between guy and a girl?

That's difficult

It is possible but they often become lovers

Also, I've seen some mistakes between the two

So I think it's difficult

I have an opposite opinion

Oh really?

If you're not their type and you respect their personality

It's sometimes good have lots of guy friends

For example, if you have a question about your lover,

It's more helpful to get advice from guys than girls

I think those parts are good

Those things are helpful

Pretty faces can make you go through hard times

What do you mean?

If I were to be your parent, I would worry about your guy friends

I think those are very big worries

My guy friend once had a crush on me

I have never had one

That's why I think a guy friend can exist

How is your type?

I don't really care about their appearances

If I can relate to them while I'm talking, I think it's good

Also, I like a responsible person

People from other field can give me

Some new information

I can relate to that

How's your type?

I like good looking people

OMG

I like people who has a dream for tomorrow. They have a future

So I like people who are responsible at present

Me too

Next question

How do you feel about people who like SNS?

I would like to do it sensibly

Actually, I'm on a youtube channel

Is it okay if I run a channel? Is this good? They always ask me

Because there are people who didn't want to meet me because of this

They were like, 'she's okay'. But when they hear, "she's on youtube", they're like, ……

So I now ask them first

What I worry about is

I once watched one of her videos,

And there were some bad comments about her

Like at her appearance and bad language

So I was really surprised

It kind of broke my heart

When I read it was really brutal

But we can't really tell them that. We just wait and see

If I'm too ridiculous, mom would capture it and tease me about it.

But they don't say anything about bad comments

I don't want them to see those things

Even I don't want to see them

Parents tear up at these moments so I feel bad…

There are people who cannot understand their own parents

But I think those parts are a little brutal

My parents are supporting me with huge understanding

Have you ever thought of giving up?

Okay I didn't think like that before

Let's skip it

What's your favorite food?

Guess what

I think he would like pastas

Yes, like Carbonara

I ate it at lunch

And Grilled Tripe

what?

I feel like you wouldn't like things which smell

Yes I hate it

I ate once but it was okay

WangShip-ri tripe is really good

really? Let's go to WangShip-ri tripe some day

I know good tripe restaurant every one of them

I enjoyed talking to her about these things, especially when we're not on the phone

But I didn't know she was crying over bad comments

I think this fact itself is a gift and I hope we shouldn't give it up

I hope you are lovely on blinds dates

But now that we vocalize through our stomach

They should like me the way I am

SECRET LIQUID FERTILIZER | See What Happens When You Use This Organic Fertilizer - Duration: 6:42.

Hello Friends!

Today we will make a cocktail solution as a foliar spray for instantly energizing our

growing plants.

This not only make your plant grow faster, but also produces loads of flowering and fruiting.

And everything you see in the video are based on scientific concepts and research.

The main advantage of this magic foliar spray is that its independent of your soil ph.

All that is coming up.

If you are interested in Gardening, please subscribe to my channel with the bell icon

clicked.

Well, before I show you the actual recipe or the Formula for the making of our so called

magic solution, you must know some Basic concepts.

Please do not skip these 5 points am gonna discuss now.

Will try to make it as short and as simple as possible, specially for beginners.

1.

What do you mean by foliar Spray?Foliage means leaves!

So the term foliar spray says it all, that is Spraying a liquid fertilizer on your plants

foliage which aids in absorption of certain essential elements like calcium, magnesium

through their stomata.

Stomata are pores found in the epidermis of leaves which help in nutrient absorption and

also gas exchange.

2.

Next Point is about Calcium and Its importance: Calcium is the most important component of

a plants cell wall.

Hence for cell division and growth its indispensable, especially in rapid growers like tomatoes.

So we will keep this point in mind and add calcium into our mix.

3.

Next Point is about Magnesium and Its importance: Did you know Magnesium is the central atom

in between four nitrogen atoms in the chlorophyll molecule.

For beginners, Chlorophyll is the pigment present in leaves which is essential for photosynthesis,

that is plant food production.

So we will keep this point in mind and add magnesium into our mix using our famous organic

Epsom salt.

4.

Soil PH concept: We have discussed in detail about the importance of soil ph in nutrient

absorption in my video titled Ideal Soil PH for plants.

You can check that from the end screen link at the end of this video and also in description.

Well! when it comes to foliar spray of fertilizer solution, its completely independent of the

soil PH, because nutrients are absorbed through leaves.

So you can utilize this concept if your plants are not performing well despite all your efforts,

care, fertilizing, watering promptly and what not!

Many viewers keep asking the same question.

So why not make it a habit of alternating your feeds, that is fertilizing your plants

once in 15 days with foliar spray to feed your plants.

Because this idea is independent of soil PH value.

5.

And last concept: Many Experts recommend applying egg shells andcalcium tablets to soil and

some evenmake a smoothie juice or paste using all kitchen waste like banana peels, fruit

peels and what not.

This in perhaps unscientific according to me to directly apply to your plants.

I do not know!

If you have any scientific explanation to this, please do write in the comment box.

What I feel is why not utilize this idea of making this smoothie and keeping a dedicated

heavy duty blender or mixer for this purpose for faster composting.

Yes! if you are adding this paste to your compost bin and feeding your earth worms,

this can accelerate composting process.

Well, Now moving on to the Formula or the recipe of this Magic Fertilizer liquid.

I will quickly list out the ingredients one by one and quickly explain the benefit of

each of these components.

1.

Water: Nothing to explain about this universal solvent.

We will formulate this recipe for 1 liter of water.

2.

Milk: You can use skimmed milk or if available Raw milk is best.

You can even use spoilt milk, butter milk or stuff like that.

Use it with lower than 20 percent dilution in water that is 1:5 dilution.

So you can add about 100 ml or 200 ml milk to our universal solvent.

Milk is not only a source of calcium, but also an antifungal for treatment of powdery

mildew and blossom end rot disease on tomato and other vegetable plants.

It also kills many plant viruses like tobacco mosaic virus.

In place if milk you can add 1 liter of a special water.

Yes that's special calcium rich water for plants.

It s nothing but the left over water after you hard boil few eggs.

The egg shells release a lot of calcium into this water during boiling.

3.

Epsom Salt that is magnesium sulfate which is a greatest source of magnesium and sulfur.

This is easily available at a gardening store or at your local pharmacist and even online.

So the dosage is max 5 gms or little lesser than a teaspoon per 1 liter of water.

4.

Then the Most important ingredient for adding the major NPK elements into the foliar spray

is COMPOST TEA.

So, how do you make compost tea?

Its really simple.

Just Add a handful of decomposed manure or compost like cowdung powder or vermicompost

per liter of water.

You can make your own quantity of 2 liters or 5 liters depending on your garden size.

Allow this to brew for atleast 1 week.

Make sure you stir this atleast once every 24 hours to oxygenate this mix till 1 week.

Then strain out the liquid using a cloth and use this liquid.

I shall make a detailed video some other time on how to use some simple gadgets like an

aquarium air pump to quickly make your compost tea.

Well, For now, Once the compost tea is ready, you should dilute this like 1:5 in water and

then add about 1 liter to the above solution.

Normally if you are using only the compost tea as a foliar spray, you need to use 1:10

dilution.

But here we are making a 2.1 liter solution in total.

I Hope you got my point!

That is it, mix it thoroughly and load the spray bottle or use your electric sprayer

or whatever and foliar feed your plants.

Spray very early in the morning or late in the evening because leaf stomatas are well

opened at this period so that absorption happens at its best.

So, there we have it folks, Please click a thumbs up if you like the video.

Also comment your feedback or queries below in the comment section below the video.

Happy Gardening!

2018 Holiday Gift Guide - 25 Must Have Gift Ideas For Men - Duration: 10:40.

25 Gift Ideas [0:00:00]

In today's video, gents, twenty five gift ideas for men.

Every item on this list, I own, I love, and I use.

Are you ready, guys?

Let's do it.

[Music] So, to start things off, let me say that this

video is not sponsored.

No company has paid to be in here.

That being said, I am going to talk about a lot of companies that have sponsored me

in the past because I love their products.

Thursday Boots number one on my list because I use their boots, I love their boots.

I've got about five pairs that I wear, about five pairs.

This pair is a new one that they just sent me.

They've got new looks, new designs.

If you haven't been over to Thursday Boots, you need to.

Let me give you a reason.

Because I was talking with Nolan, the founder I'm like, you know what?

I'd like to give some boots away for free, so I'm going to do that.

All you have to do, go to Thursday Boots.

I'm linking to them down in the description.

Check out their boots.

Let me know what you think, what style you absolutely love in what color and what size.

And all also, check out their shoes.

If you haven't checked out their brogues, I absolutely love them, their penny loafers,

awesome.

These guys look at the price of the boots, look at what their delivery, I absolutely

love what Nolan and his team are doing at Thursday Boots, hence why they're number

one on my list hence why I wear their boots and I love talking about them.

So, guys, go check out Thursday Boots.

And, let me know down in the comments of today's video what boots you would like to get, what

style, what, you know, all those details.

And a coupe of you guys are going to win.

Are you ready?

Let's get to the next item.

Next up, gents, let's talk luggage let's talk classic pieces like a leather weekender.

If you're just starting your style journey and you're like, Antonio, my budget isn't

super huge, I want to still though get a classic bag, you want to check out Mahi Leather.

I'm going to link to them down in the description.

But this Indian company is actually making very affordable leather bags.

For those of you just starting your style journey, for those of you that want to just

try this and you don't want to spend buku dollars.

But, let's say that you're like, Antonio, let me skip that, I'm going to go right

to the best.

I want the Vachetta leather, I want the made in Italy, I want them using the best hardware

available.

You want to check out Carl Friedrik.

I've talked about this company before as well and I absolutely love that this luxury

brand skips no corners and still actually at a very good price.

So, Carl Friedrik, I'm going to link to them down in the description.

And, if you're looking for something that is going to stand out from the crowd, check

out Col. Littleton.

So, this is called a grip and it's an old school type of piece of luggage that has a

very interesting type of closure, but you notice the hardware right here.

And Col. Littleton specializes in pieces of luggage and other types of gear that really

is going to stand out from the crowd.

I absolutely love this bag.

They got it sent to me years ago and every time I use this, I get compliments.

Next up, gents, let's talk about tech let's talk about computers.

The HP Spectre x360, I absolutely love this computer.

I know I'm not a tech guy, I'm not a tech reviewer, and there are probably computers

out there a bit better than this, but I have to say I just love this computer, the design

and the whole Spectre thing with James Bond, just a nice computer.

Check it out.

Next up, let's talk about an old school portfolio.

This is simply to hold your pen, some paper, and your thoughts.

I love things like this because they are so simple, very elegant, they're timeless,

and they make a great gift.

Next up, let's talk about the Montblanc Starwalker.

I actually thought it was called the Skywalker and I like to still call it that because it

just sounds cooler.

But the Starwalker is a great pen.

This one right here, the ballpoint, it's got a nice little red line which to me like

a red lifesaver.

But, let's say you're not in the big expensive pens, we'll look at an EDC pen.

This one here by EDC Pens, I absolutely love it.

I'm going to link to it down in the description.

And I love it's got this like little flashlight right there.

In addition, you know it's got the pen it's got the hardened edge and it's got a multi-tools.

So, little things like that, I absolutely love.

And with that, let's transition to multi-tools.

I went a little bit crazy here and over the last year I purchased quite a few.

Now, I'm a huge fan of Gerber.

For over twenty years, I have had Gerber tools and absolutely love them.

But, so the Gerber shard, this right here is inexpensive and I find very useful.

Then, you've got the Gerber dime.

This one very useful as well.

The Leatherman style RS is nice.

It's a little bit more expensive than a dime.

I found Leatherman in general has a little bit more of a refined look and this tool is

a little bit cooler I think than the dime.

Now, the Leatherman rebar.

This one very affordable and I think is actually a great tool if you're looking to get an

entry point Leatherman.

The Leatherman titanium, a bit more expensive, but, man, that is a nice tool.

And then, we've also got this Gerber suspension.

I found any of these are great.

I could tell you any man that gets this as a gift is going to love it.

So, now, let's transition over to watches.

My everyday wear is the Rolex Explorer.

Now, this a bit more of an expensive watch, I know not everyone is going to be able to

afford this.

But, let's talk about something that's more affordable.

Let's just say you're getting started, then, guys, you want to check out Vincero.

I've talked about this company many times.

I'm linking to them down in the description with the discount code.

And for guys that's just starting, he wants to add something to his wardrobe that looks

great that's going to get compliments, this is going to do it.

[0:04:56] But, let's say you want something incredibly

functional.

Well, guess what?

A Casio G-Shock is incredibly functional.

And I – let me explain the problem with the Casio G-Shock is once you put this thing

on, then all of a sudden give it a couple of seconds, watch.

Boom!

Did you see that?

Okay.

I started with one and now I have six on my arms.

Guys, if you start collecting G-Shocks all of a sudden you're just going to start growing

on your arm and you're not going to be able to stop it.

Seriously though, I do love the Casio.

I've got over ten G-Shocks in my collection and I will tell you the first watch I ever

purchased over thirty years ago was a Casio.

All right.

Next up, let's talk about the shirt stay aka the shirt garter.

This right here, this little bit of technology is going to transform your life if you're

not using it.

This right here top part connects to your shirt, the bottom part connects to your socks.

A little bit of elastic, it keeps your socks up and more importantly your shirt tucked

in all day.

And this company in particular because KKandJay took it and they made it they improved upon

a product that was already out there.

I've used them for years in the United States Marine Corps, but they actually created something

that looks great, is attractive, and I think makes a great gift.

All right.

So, speaking of socks, let's talk about Feetures.

I talked about this company probably a year ago in a sponsorship and I absolutely love

their socks because they are incredibly durable.

Wearing these socks I can say that these are amazing because I have not a single hole and

like I've ten pairs of them and they are just my go-to socks.

And I love that they've got this actually this really tight knit right here in the basically

the arch and it's – they're just great feeling socks.

They have been incredibly durable.

I'm going to link to them down in the description.

All right.

So, we're talking about unique socks, might as well talk about unique underwear.

Sheath, guys, started by veteran over in Iraq basically because he had issues with hit the

boys were a bit sensitive and he wanted to create an isolation pouch.

Literally, you have a package for your package in your underwear.

You got to check out Sheath.

I mean no other company is taking care of the boys like Sheath is.

And let's talk about accessories.

So, guys, if you're looking for pocket squares, you're going to want to check out The Dark

Knot.

I've known Rishi for years.

I've been proud to see how he's evolved.

The pocket squares and the neckties that every man needs to have they need to start off with,

he's got you covered when it comes to neckties.

I can tell you this navy necktie right here should be in every man's wardrobe.

And, the pocket squares, they're beautiful, they're classic.

This one right here using a paisley with a bit of pink and variations of blue, I absolutely

love it.

And next up, if you don't know this company, guys, Anson Belt and Buckle.

I've talked about them for years.

Their micro track system is a very unique and I absolutely love the fact that you don't

have to deal with any belt holes.

But, what I really love about this company is their customer service.

Frank and Dave are going to take care of you no matter what happens.

I absolutely love it and hence why I love supporting Anson Belt and Buckle.

And now, let's talk about fragrances.

So, Spicebomb, absolutely love this and Spicebomb Extreme is pretty good as well.

Next up, we've got John Varvatos Artisan Pure, a very clean very nice scent.

And then, we've got Acqua Di Gio Special Blend.

I absolutely love this one as well.

Actually, anything Armani is putting out recently, I absolutely love.

And then, let's get into Scentbird.

So, Scentbird is great if you're trying to discover your signature scent.

There's so many different options out there. I love what these guys do. They're gonna send you samples.

Enough for a full month. You try and make a decision. And then you move on. You try something else.

Or you now know that you like something then you go out there and buy a full bottle.

And, talking about fragrance let's talk about body wash and let's talk about shampoo.

What you use here will have an effect on how you smell throughout the day and you want

to use something with natural ingredients, you want to use something that smells amazing.

Guys, check out New Man Revolutions.

I've talked about them before.

I absolutely love their unique scent.

They just got this really great smell and they are very manly.

And, let's talk about a great shave.

So, most of you you're using cartridge razors, you're using disposable razors.

Look at One Blade, I absolutely love what this company has done, they put in a million

dollars of research to create something that is unique something that actually gives you

the same type of shave as a straight razor, but looks and it actually handles better I

think than a safety razor.

This thing is so simple.

So, if a guy enjoys his shave and you're like, I need to get them something new something

that he could try, he's going to be blown away, look at One Blade.

And, don't forget about Man Boxes.

I think that this is a great way to actually make your environment a lot more stylish to

have a place where everything goes so you can find it.

And, these things just look great.

This one here made by the American Shine Company.

But there's so many different types of boxes out there for your watches, for your sunglasses,

so many very cool boxes out there.

You can get some of these custom made and they look absolutely beautiful.

All right, gentlemen, what do you think what was your favorite item?

Let me know down in the comments.

And don't forget, go check out Thursday Boots.

I've got some boots I want to give away, but I need to know exactly what style, what

type, all the details let me know down in the comments how you're going to rock these

boots.

And, by the way, I almost forgot this company right here, Ikonick.

I love their motivational art.

And this piece right here actually is the second one I received.

The first one had a bit of a warp in it and I sent them a video and they simply sent me

another one.

I love good customer service.

So, guys, that's it.

Take care.

And have a great holiday season.

And, remember, what makes a good gift is something in my opinion when you give it and it has

– you've thought about it.

It has purpose, it has meaning.

And that's where I think the power of a good gift is that whenever you give it to

somebody who wouldn't necessarily spend that money and they get it and they just really

appreciate it and every time they use it they think of you.

So, guys, hopefully I gave you some ideas and you can use this to give the perfect gift

this holiday season.

That's it.

Take care.

I will see you in the next video.

This Simple Trick Will Keep Your Lemons Fresh And Juicy For A Whole Month - Duration: 1:53.

How do you normally store vegetables and fruit in your home?

People tend to store them in various ways, but most of us are actually doing it the wrong

way, causing them to rot faster.

In order to take advantage of all of the flavor and nutrients fruits and vegetables have to

offer us, it's very important to be careful when buying and storing them.

Garlic, onions, and potatoes, for example, are vegetables we tend to store in the refrigerator,

but they'll last longer if we keep them in a well ventilated pantry area.

On the other hand, we put fruits such as lemons in a fruit bowl or just leave them out on

the counter.

Although they do have thick peel, lemons last longer and taste better when kept in the fridge.

Although, if you follow our tip before you put them in the refrigerator, they'll last

up to 4 times longer!

Lemons will stay fresh for a whole month if they're kept in sealed plastic bags in the

fridge.

They can even help your refrigerator out with some problems it has.

Cut a lemon into 1 inch thick slices and sprinkle 1 spoonful of salt and 2 spoonfuls of baking

soda on them.

Place them on a plate and leave the plate in the refrigerator.

In just a few days you'll notice that your fridge has less odors.

In fact, it'll even smell pleasant and citrusy.

Try out this cheap, natural tip and tell us what you thought in the comment section!

Why your Netflix thumbnails don't look like mine - Duration: 5:49.

When you're surfing through Netflix on the bus, the train, work, or in the comfort of

your couch at home —

how do you pick what to watch?

Is it a catchy title?

Maybe an interesting synopsis?

Perhaps it's the unwillingness to watch another episode of The Office...

"Save Bandit!"

[mewling cry of a cat ]

Or just maybe, a particular piece of cover art speaks to your spirit?

But go on your friend's Netflix account — if they aren't still using your subscription

— and you may find the cover art there doesn't interest you.

In fact, what you see might be completely different.

It's no accident — Netflix's thumbnails are all tailor made...

for you.

At its heart, Netflix is all about creating personalized experiences — or, rather, calculating them.

They'll draw you in with curated trailers of upcoming releases, point out new episodes

from previously watched videos, and even gauge your interest in content via match scores.

And while streaming services are notoriously tight-lipped about sharing their viewership data...

Over the years, Netflix has shared glimpses into how their technology works.

According to internal studies, a typical viewer spends 1.8 seconds considering each title,

and Netflix believes it only has 90 seconds to get your attention

before you move onto another activity.

And among all the things that could catch your attention and make you watch a show–

or several—

Netflix found that the biggest influence were the thumbnails.

Humans are intensely visual creatures.

Our eyes move three to four times a second to process new information.

And because Netflix's goal is to get your attention and hold it, the company puts a

lot of work into choosing every thumbnail you'll see.

But before they can decide what image will show up on your account,

they have to sift through a ton of data.

An hour-long Stranger Things episode has almost 86,000 video frames.

To figure out which ones will make the best thumbnails, Netflix uses a pretty scientific

selection process called Aesthetic Visual Analysis, or AVA.

AVA is a set of tools and algorithms that search Netflix videos for the best images

and pull them out to create thumbnails.

The process can be broken down into two basic steps.

First is frame annotation.

A program analyzes every static video frame of a video,

and image recognition algorithms use information gleaned from each shot to create metadata.

The metadata is like an electronic fingerprint —

identifying characteristics unique to each video frame.

All of this info helps build a database of information that makes it easier to pick out

the best images for thumbnails later.

And to sort all this data, the company groups it into roughly three categories that are

key to identifying good images:

Visual — focusing on brightness, color, contrast, and motion blur.

Contextual, which documents face and object detection, motion, and shot angles.

And compositional — which focuses on visual principles

in cinematography, photography, and design.

The second step is a process called image ranking.

An algorithm uses the metadata to pick out specific shots that

Netflix has determined are the most attractive and clickable:

ones that aren't blurry, have varied imagery, feature major characters, and don't contain

sensitive or unauthorized branded content.

Then, finally, a creative team steps in to use the best images to design the thumbnail artwork.

But the process doesn't stop there — Netflix still has to figure out which ones work best

for each user.

A/B testing is executed — again, again, and again.

You'll regularly see changes in your thumbnails — based on your engagement with previous titles.

On the most basic level, let's say you're a fan of comedy, and you've watched a bunch

of stand-up specials.

When you search for Good Will Hunting, you may get a thumbnail with Robin Williams,

a famous comedian, and one of the movie's main characters.

But people more into romance titles could be shown the cover art with the two leads kissing.

There are also regional differences.

From glancing at a show's thumbnails across different countries, you could infer Germany

is more into abstract images, and US viewers may prefer clearly defined characters and story plots.

Though there are a considerable number of thumbnails to choose from, and lots of science

that goes into each decision, it doesn't mean Netflix gets it right all the time.

One Twitter user found the cover art for, "Like Father" a movie starring Kristen Bell,

Kelsey Grammer, and Seth Rogen, had cover art that didn't exactly match who

the lead actors in the film were.

It was also kinda odd to see on my own account, that the Catwoman thumb has an image of a

barely recognizable supporting actress Sharon Stone,

and Blade II had someone other than its star, Wesley Snipes, in the thumbnail.

Netflix is obsessed with A/B testing new features like video promos, intro skipping, and auto-playing

trailers — just as obsessively as they are with testing thumbnails.

Netflix wants everyone to watch more, so it's unlikely they'll stop doing these tests.

And if you don't like being a guinea pig, there is the option to opt out.

But with binge-watching quickly becoming a national pastime, it's likely that,

when Netflix asks you,

"Are you still watching?"

You will be.

Vision 1-7-20: Audi Production Lab - Duration: 2:35.

"Car production will have considerable assistance from AI."

Where do you see Audi in one year?

In one year, we will have implemented some new concepts here in the Smart Factory

especially through our colleagues in Logistics

and be doing things very differently than we have been doing.

We will introduce new Automated Guided Vehicles to automate our logistics

and make things more efficient.

Another example is what you can see behind me,

where we are using lightweight robots to create an ergonomic workplace

– in particular where you would normally have to tighten the underbody cladding above your head.

We have automated this and now a robot has taken over exactly this workplace.

These are things that are to come. Next year we will see that in series production,

with the capacities that we expect in series production.

Where do you see Audi in seven years?

Just now we have an incredible amount of new technologies that are all starting to emerge.

An example: the new cell phone standard 5G communication that you can already read about all over the media.

We are getting the first prototypes and together with Ericsson we will build a test setup here

to test what this new wireless technology can do for us in Production.

And when this works as we expect it to, we will implement exactly this technolog

in seven years and also have devices in Production that use this standard.

Where do you see Audi in 20 years?

In 20 years I think the car itself will have developed significantly further.

We will see completely different drive concepts.

Maybe we'll see flying taxis by then.

But one thing is clear: These things have to be built.

Building a car will remain a manual activity,

but will have considerable assistance from artificial intelligence algorithms

that can predict when certain things are not working properly.

Through data-assisted predictions –

„What should go in this car now, what will a customer want to have" –

to predict all these things and then to be able to respond to customer wishes even better.

Should You Buy a House? - Duration: 6:40.

Thank you to 'Brilliant' for supporting PBS Digital Studios.

When you hear the phrase, "The American Dream," what picture comes to mind?

For a long time, the classic version included a white picket fence, 2.5 children, and of

course, a house.

The importance of home ownership is still embedded in American culture.

7 in 10 adults say they want to own their own home someday, and yet... actual ownership

has dropped to its lowest level since 1967.

The biggest culprit?

Those pesky millennials, with an 18% decrease since 2004.

If owning a house is still important, then are young people just being foolish?

Or are they reacting rationally to a changing economy?

In theory, owning a home still makes a lot of sense because it kills two financial birds

with one stone: It's a place to live, and a long-term investment.

Every time you make a mortgage payment or the value of your home increases, you're

saving money for your future self.

It's like a piggy bank you can sleep in!

But the world is changing in ways that make this scenario harder to pull off:

Younger people have more debt than previous generations, mainly thanks to student loans.

The average amount that a graduate owes has tripled in the last 25 years, which means

that many young people already have a house-sized debt cloud hanging over them, without even

having an asset they can sell.

As if that wasn't bad enough, millennials have a larger burden for retirement.

In ye olden days, the average American could expect 3 sources of income to support them

in their autumn years: A pension, social security, and personal retirement savings.

But thanks to shifting labor trends and shrinking unions, pensions are quickly becoming a thing

of the past, and it's giving this three-legged stool a major wobble.

And since we can't expect social security payments to substantially increase anytime

soon, younger people will be expected to make up the difference with larger retirement savings,

which means less cash on hand to put towards a house.

The shifting labor market has also led to more pressure to be geographically flexible,

instead of being tied down to one location.

And the importance of travel for young people is at an all-time high.

In the US, millennials rank travel as MORE important than home ownership and report that

they're more likely to set aside money for that rather than buying a home.

Considering these factors, it's no wonder millennials are viewing home ownership as

more of an option than a necessity.

So is it an option that's right for you?

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

1.

Can I get good mortgage terms?

Unless you've got hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting around in cash, you're

gonna have to borrow the money and pay for the privilege.

How much you'll pay in interest is determined by a number of factors, but generally speaking,

in order to qualify for terms that make homebuying a good investment, you'll need a consistent,

provable source of income, a credit score of 760 or higher, and a down payment at or

close to 20% of the home price.

If you can't meet these requirements, it might not be the right time to buy a home.

Will I have emergency money left over?

The money you have wrapped up in your house isn't liquid, meaning you won't be able

to get to it easily if you need it.

So if your A/C breaks down or your car needs repairs, and you don't

have any emergency funds set aside, the only thing you'll have to cling to is debt--which

is more of a lead weight than a life-vest.

So be sure to have at least three times your monthly expenses left over after your down

payment.

3.

Can I stick around for at least 5 years?

Buying a house that you have to sell again quickly probably won't end well.

You have to consider up-front costs like realtors and inspections.

Plus, at the beginning of your mortgage most of your monthly payment is going towards interest

-- meaning your debt isn't actually shrinking that much.

For many buyers, it can be a decade or more before that ratio is even 50/50.

So how do these factors shake out in a real world example?

Let's….

RUN THE NUMBERS!

This is Ramon.

Ramon has a good, steady job, he's been saving money and he's thinking about buying

a house for around $200,000.

He only has enough for a 15% down payment, and no emergency fund.

Also, there's a chance Ramon might decide to relocate to New York with his girlfriend

when she graduates from law school in three years.

By that time, Ramon will have only paid off around $9,000 of the loan principal.

If the home value increases by an average of 5%, he'll be able to sell for bit more,

but that's not counting the realtor fees, taxes, and upkeep.

If everything goes perfectly smoothly, Ramon will just break even.

But if just one thing goes wrong - like losing a job for 6 months or he has to replace his

home's roof or AC, it's a different picture.

Ramon might want to hold off on buying a house right now.

If you're like Ramon, don't freak out!

You could never buy a home but still be okay financially.

There are even some perks, like not being responsible for maintenance costs, and being

able to easily pack up and move if you get a better job opportunity.

But, investing is like exercise: some workouts deliver better results than others, but anything

is better than doing nothing.

So, if you're not going to buy a house, it's extra important that you're making

investments in other areas, like a 401(K), or a company that you own.

There's no sugarcoating it: When it comes to homebuying, Millennials got a tough deal.

But you can overcome that disadvantage by understanding your situation, and starting

to plan for it now.

And that's our two cents!

One of our favorite segments of Two Cents is "Run the Numbers!"

We take a financial concept and put it in the real world.

With real financial calculations.

It's pretty cool to see how small things can become big things over time!

From compound interest rates to hidden fees that stack up!

Maybe you want to see how much interest you'll pay over the lifetime of a mortgage.

Or how much you'd end up with if you quit your gym membership and invested that money instead.

With a little hands-on practice, you can master the art of personal finance too!

One fun, easy way to hone your financial math skills is at Brilliant.org

They offer hands-on, practical lessons in math and science.

Each lesson puts you in the driver's seat and allows you to "Run the Numbers" for your own life.

The US strongly supports South Korea? Accelerated North-South Railway Business? - Duration: 6:02.

The US strongly supports South Korea? Acceleration of the North-South railway business is true! What? (Translated by google.com)

South Korea media reported that the United States revealed full support for the joint investigation of North-South railway road consolidation project.

The United States revealed the principle position that it should not precede only the inter-Korean relationship without progress of denuclearization.

Although the US has shown a negative attitude towards the railroad consolidation project, there is an analysis that this has changed positively.

The North and the North reported that it decided to proceed with the construction ceremony for the modernization of the railroad road from the end of November to the beginning of December last month.

However, from the US side it was found that such an atmosphere is not told.

Secretary of State Pompeio strongly stung a nail stabbing "to prevent the two countries from taking independent action" with regard to the establishment of the US-Korea working group.

It is to confirm that things do not arbitrarily do without adjustment without any knowledge of the United States and Korea.

As the survey project involves the transportation of goods, it is also that we want to strengthen monitoring so that there are no violations of sanctions.

Pompeio protests that there was no prior consultation with the United States on the North-South military agreement.

The United States believes that the system of denuclearization cooperation between the United States and South Korea is inadequate since the tyranny relief statement by President Tajima Tiger.

In Korea domestically crowded with this report suddenly, the US side is still not going to break a cautious attitude.

Korean reaction

I made another step forward. let's go. Via North Korea to Europe, China, Russia. North and South must cooperate and grow in the world.

Is the abolition of the nuclear power of the north a prerequisite, will not you talk about that? False ignorance of garbage reporters.

It's a historic moment. It is not simply opening up the railway but the beginning of being released in all aspects of the cultural economy.

If the north and south are united, the population will be 80 million. Domestic demand in Korea can not be neglected.

How many people agree to lay the north railroad by tax? The opposition demands a referendum.

Where is the money?

Is not the People's Army used to invade the south?

North-South economic cooperation is also of great use to the United States.

It's fake news. There is no support of the United States. I am only trying to incite domestic pigs.

I do not intend to provide a battlefield with more ideology on the Korean Peninsula. Should not the same ethnic groups should live close together?

Close assistance with the United States! Tiger does not win fight. Do not be afraid of North Korea that you can not eat rice properly Tighten your attention and obey the tiger in writing!

Cooperation? The US does not talk a single word, but rather warns me that it will not take vain actions without consultation?

The current government firmly! North Korea does not do any denuclearization measures.

Is not it economic cooperation to lose the nuclear weapons of North Korea? Do not meet the United States right now and meet North Korea and settle! And do not mess up!

Full support in domestic media, silence in foreign media. Which is right?

Tyrant dictator Kim I will use all kinds of heads to fulfill my loyalty to Righteousness. Money is national tax.

Why is the United States acting alone, can we not look into problems and is it compassionate? Is it a US colony?

Comment Quoted from: http://bit.ly/2KlmvMy http://bit.ly/2KnuXuU http://bit.ly/2Knv9u8

The idea of Japanese editors

I first saw an article that the working group of the United States and South Korea was formed and the cooperation project between the North and the North accelerated.

Why then? I thought. It is because the United States has no advantage to accelerate the north - south rail road project.

On the Korean side finally we had a big fuss that it was possible to start construction within the year, but another view came out as well.

Recent Korean government was overwhelmingly unrelated to the progress of the North - US dialogue.

The United States has set up a working group to alert it and bind the ankle of the Korean government.

In my opinion, at the stage of the current US-North Korea negotiations, I think that it will not be possible to start construction even if I can investigate the railroad road project.

It is North Korea that gets the best by doing this, because it is the sentient tiger regime to win second.

It is a profit in the meaning of the achievement appeal of the Bunraki Government rather than Korean interests.

So I do not think that this will go straight to construction without any barriers.

The situation has not changed at all. The US-North Korean summit has also been postponed, and Korea has not played a role of improving US-North Korea relations as expected.

Although the inter-Korean relationship is gradually improving, the rigid state continues in the North-US relations.

Nothing has been progressing since the third inter-Korean summit.

I thought it was a few brighter news with lots of dark news, but it seems not to be special bright news if you look closely.

Thank you for your viewing.

If you do not mind, please evaluate the movie.

Either good evaluation, bad evaluation, it does not matter.

Ways Shoe Stores Are Secretly Scamming You - Duration: 4:32.

When you use your hard-earned cash to buy something new, especially something as necessary

as shoes, you want to get a fair deal.

Unfortunately, that's rarely - if ever - possible when it comes to footwear.

Here's how shoe stores are secretly scamming you out of hundreds of dollars each year.

You may not be familiar with the term "left digit-effect," but it's definitely happened

to you.

Stores that set prices to end in "99 cents" are using this strategy.

In a study for the Journal of Consumer Research, pens were priced at $2.00 and $3.99 - and

a staggering 44 percent of participants actually chose the higher-priced item - since it seemed

like the price difference was too little to matter.

Researchers explained,

"Shoppers pay a disproportionate amount of attention to the leftmost digits in prices

and [they] impact whether a product's price is perceived to be relatively affordable or

expensive."

Sounds like we need to brush up on our retail math.

"I'm concerned you've become obsessed with your shoes."

"That's ridiculous."

"When was the last time you took them off?"

"Why would I take them off?"

Sometimes you find a pair of shoes so exceptional that you're tempted to tell the sales associate:

"Shut up and take my money!"

Retail expert Matt Powell explained to Forbes that 85 percent of athletic shoes are "never

worn for their intended purpose."

While 15 percent of people may indeed be exercising in their sneakers, the rest of us buy them

as a fashion statement.

Powell wrote,

"Sneakers are the casual shoe of choice for Americans.

Every athletic shoe is a fashion shoe.

Retailers who can exploit the premium fashion edge will be the most successful."

This is the angle that sneaker manufacturers and retailers have been using for years - no

discounts, just loads of style.

And consumers are totally eating it up.

"I will walk on stilts if I could.

If they make stilt heels and they call them hilts, that's the shoe that I'll be…"

When Adidas released its first-ever line of Kanye West Yeezys in 2015, 9,000 pairs sold

out in just ten minutes, according to Vox.

And the "hype machine," as Complex dubbed it, explains why Yeezys have sold out every

year since.

"Come here.

These cost more than your life."

Eric Myers, director at engineering firm INTEGRIS Group, told Complex:

"Retailers sell out of a limited supply of new releases, some going to collectors (who

post on Instagram creating envy, furthering the demand), some going to resellers (who

also post on […] social media to sell at increased price over retail)."

Major footwear companies are most certainly fooling us - and somehow we're not even mad

about it.

"It's about making a statement."

"I think what we're all tryna do is leave a mark so the game will never be the same."

In 2017, Time reported that the Oxford English Dictionary had updated a word with a new definition:

"Woke, adjective: Originally: well-informed, up-to-date.

Now chiefly: alert to racial or social discrimination and injustice; frequently in 'stay woke.'"

Of course, even before the dictionary recognized the change, people were indeed striving to

"stay woke" - and still are.

Major corporations are even getting involved in the movement - or at least trying to.

"I'm me."

"I'm unique."

"I'm woke."

"Woke."

"Woke."

"I'm woke."

However, according to an article for The Washington Post by Boston College communications professor,

Michael Serazio, this might just be a scam to sell product - not woke-ness.

In reference to Nike's ad campaign featuring Colin Kaepernick, Serazio explained,

"Getting us to think we're making a statement by buying Nike is the long con advertising

has played, and it has played it well."

Whether you agreed with the ad or torched your Air Jordans, Serazio guesses Nike got

exactly what it wanted: money.

Nike CEO Mark Parker told Yahoo,

"We've seen record engagement with the brand as part of the campaign."

"So don't ask if your dreams are crazy.

Ask if they're crazy enough."

While sneakerheads and shoe fanatics everywhere are cool with spending top dollar for high-end

footwear, we need to know: are premium shoes really, well, premium?

Sneaker reseller Corgishoe explained to Complex,

"Sourcing different leathers and materials that have already been available the entire

time doesn't mean the quality has changed.

It's like saying a product is 'new and improved.'"

Calling the product better, even if its not, can create a total "frenzy."

Corgishoe claimed that even raising the manufacturer's suggested retail price - whether or not it's

warranted - can convince shoppers to buy because they'll assume the item is top of the line.

Yes, it's a trap, and all of us can't seem to help but fall into it!

Footwear corporations have figured out how to keep their costs low and, somehow, we've

decided it's worth it to pay even more.

As Corgishoe put it:

"The consumer in this market knows the price of everything and the value of nothing."

We're gonna have to go home and cry into our thirteen hundred dollar Air Jordan 3's…

if that's indeed what they sold us.

#PitchChris Episode 9. Communication on Set - Product Placement and Funding - Pay to Play? - Duration: 7:30.

On this episode of Pitch Chris

We are going to be talking about communication on set

fund-raising and product placement

and are you supposed to be paying talent agent your hard earned money?

Hey welcome to episode 9 of Pitch Chris

where you guys ask me questions about the entertainment business

and I'm going to answer them for you.

If you'd like to ask me a question

find me on social media @ChrisDeBlasio

#PitchChris

and I'd be happy to answer all of your questions

this first questions comes from Raven

let's see what Raven has to say.

So, I'm just finishing up on a set

and one of the biggest problems that I saw was miscommunication

I want some advice on how to avoid this on my projects

so that things can run smoothly.

Great question Raven!

So, communication is key

the biggest things with movies is that time is money right?

so you want to be as effective efficient as possible

so if you are the one that's in charge of

the communication going to everybody

you want to make sure that you have an email list

everybody is on that email list and all communication is done

prior to the day of shooting

so everybody is on the same page

and making sure that if anybody has any questions

you address those questions

before you actually get on set.

If you're not the person and you hired somebody

make sure that they are doing this things for you

and reaching to each individual person

if they do have any questions

because once you get on set you want to move quickly.

Again, as I mentioned before time is money

So make sure that everybody is

all on a good communication

email list to keep everything flowing.

Great question.

So, I am on set

of a series I am shooting that's one of actors there

he's leaving he just left so fast

he's gone, let's see who we got over here

those are my, that's my producer right there, Kathy Hugh

One of the actors is marrying her

We got the director right here

so look, I'm doing this interview for

this show called Pitch Chris

and they answer question regarding you know different things in the media

things filmmakers want to know

So my question is,

How does an independent filmmaker like myself go about product placement in our projects?

Right so... do you have a question you may want to ask?

Funding, product placement? - I mean... I want to...

I want to know how to get funding?

Yes, what's the best way to get funding?

Because you know we do so much

to make things happen

I don't know about giving

right right and nobody knows your name!

Right!

This is writer, director, producer

phenomenal writer this is her series I am shooting.

So, those are our questions!

See you, we got to get back to work!

Hey Terry and Omegia thank you for that question!

So this is actually a two part question

but product placement and funding can actually go hand in hand!

On the first part to answer your question Terry

to do product placement, by yourself as an independent filmmaker

definitely there are some challenges to it

but one of the things that you want to know

is you want to know your script and the market of your script

think about it as the advertiser.

The advertiser is going to want to get their product

in front of their market, right?

So for instance say you have a romantic comedy

or something along those lines where the female character

wears an specific brand in everyone of the shots

you want to find somebody who is selling clothes to that particular market

and marry them up, right?

So you want to try to get in your advertisers head

and say, ok who are they marketing to? and does it fit my film?

so you go after the right market.

The second thing, it's all about relationships.

just in the film-making world a lot of this is built on relationships

it's the same thing with advertisers

if you don't already have relationships with advertisers

it might require a little bit of cold calling

knocking on doors and trying to make it happen that way

A lot of times, producers hire companies like ours

like Agency 850

we do product placement and product integration

a lot of our clients know that we do this we have our clients on retainers

so when a project crosses our desks and it's a good fit for one of our clients

we can then put one of our clients

inside that project to make it easier on the filmmaker

So, the next question is Omegia

with your funding question,

so as I mentioned product placement could work hand in hand

with the funding piece,

you also mentioned that

when nobody knows your name right? it's kind of hard you know,

The problem is that when you are just starting out

you don't have a big name it's going to be hard

to attract the A-List talent

to actually get the funding to distribute your film...

So what you would do is... go the product placement route.

Right? why not do it that way where you guys can actually

look at your script find areas of product placement

and get advertisers to help fund that project

so for instance let's say you guys are shooting a scene

in a local restaurant... right?

well instead of just doing tights of all of the actors

do a couple of wides show the restaurant logo

and exchange for advertising dollars whatever it might be.

And if you find that if you do that enough times, you find enough areas

you;ll be able to fund your project.

So, great question you two I hope that helps!

Just read your last post and was wondering: is it normal

for an agency to make the model/actress pay

pay to have their picture put on the agencies website?

Really good question First of, your agent works for you

the way that agents work is they get paid a commission

of the jobs that they book for you.

If there's an agency a talent agency

say you are an actress, a model whatever it is, a talent agency

and they are asking you money upfront

for me, I would say stay away that's a red flag.

that's a totally different thing if you are paying

for marketing, that's PR you are paying

a publicist for that.

Your agents job is to book you work.

and the way that they get paid is that small commission

off of the work that you guys book.

So, that's their job

I would say that if there's any company out there that's asking you for money upfront

whether it is to post your picture wherever it might be

that's a red flag for me

I would say find an agent that it's going to sign with you

that's going to make a standard industry rate commission

on the jobs that they are actually getting for you.

So, great question

that's all for today's episode

if you guys want to ask me a question

find me on social media @ChrisDeBlasio

#PitchChris

and I'll be happy to answer all the questions that you guys have

if you like to send me a video, take a selfie

ask your questions, send it in to us and I'll make sure you get on the show

and including with that I'll get you guys IMDB credit

just for helping out and get some of that exposure.

So if you guys keep asking those questions

I'm going to keep answering them.

How To Setup And Use A Sendlane Email Marketing Account (Part 1) - Duration: 17:13.

hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time

with me here today. Today I want to show you something a little different

normally I show you how to make money right I show you how to make a little

money part-time on a full-time money passive money if you want to have your

own home-based business I like to give people an array of options and

opportunities out there that are actually legitimate so they can make

money for themselves and work from home if they so choose today I'm going to do

something a little different this is gonna be a little more of an instruction

video than it is actually less this is how you're gonna make money online kind

of type of video and the reason I'm doing that is I've had quite a few

people sign up with me and they always send me messages about you know certain

things about Kay how you what's the best way to set up Instagram how do you do

Facebook and for me the biggie is email marketing I I think Facebook has its

place I think Instagram has this place I think YouTube obviously has its place

but my bread-and-butter as far as making any kind of money or making contact with

people has always been my email marketing system now some people live

and die by YouTube they live and die by Facebook they live and die by Instagram

that's how they make their living that's how they generate leads I get my leads I

like to build a relationship with people and when they're on my email email list

this is how you connect with them and I want to show you um you know an email

marketing service in particular and it's the first one I actually started okay

but before we get into that I want you to subscribe to my YouTube channel click

on the Bell notifications every time I make it upload you'll get to see it

first and if you are serious about working from home if you do want to

generate passive income if you do want to be your own boss click the link below

is the top line in the bottom of the description there click on that link

watch the free video that's how I started I saw thousands of other people

got started working from a home not only generating a full-time income not only

generating a part-time income but be having the ability to generate an income

that actually surpasses any expectations as long as you're willing to put the

work in okay alright and also I want to tell you if you click on the link watch

the free video if you decide to join today

I have over $2,000 and Free bonuses that will be given to you upon completing

your training so that's just my little caveat and to help people out to give

them a little bit motivation to get them going on to something that they probably

want to do already anyway okay but why let me further ado this is what we're

gonna get into today and we're gonna start with this email marketing service

it's called send Lane Sen Lane is the first email marketing service that I

actually got involved with and one of the reasons why I want to start with

send Lane is in my personal opinion it's the easiest one to work with it has its

downfalls and it has it's good points and one of its good points especially if

you're beginner to me send Lane really is easy to use and in particular with

the program that I just mentioned down below if you click on a link and learn

more about it this program actually works in conjunction with that program

very easily so I like to give people who are actually involved with that program

something that you know is going to actually be easier for them to use so

but this is send Lane okay you start your 14-day trial which is really

phenomenal it keeps you you know two weeks is actually a lot of time to

actually get familiar with an email marketing autoresponder or you know

anything of that nature I think it's really great now the first thing you

want to do you have to you have your email address here now a lot of people

ask me okay what email address do I use Jon like because when you're doing email

marketing one of the things that is required of you okay when you're doing

your own home-based business or your even just want to do something full-time

you have to have your own domain which means like right now I have a choir

Liberty comm and I go through Hostgator and that gives me the ability to create

my own personal email addresses okay you can't put in you know a Gmail or Outlook

or a hotmail email address in something into the list but when you're setting up

your personal account for sin Lane right here in this email box that doesn't

matter you're only setting up your account so you in this box here you can

use Gmail you can use hotmail you can use Outlook you

can use Yahoo you can use any of those email free email services and put your

personal email address in here there's no problem so a lot of people ask me

that question do I need to put my you know my own personal domain in that

email box in order to sign up no you do not that's for later on and I'll show

you where that where that's gonna happen obviously then you put in your first

name your last name your password you can affirm your password now your

company website it's a required field so if you don't have a particular company

website that are a name that you haven't thought of yet like right now personally

like you know I have my name there but for a company website I changed it to

acquire Liberty because it goes along with my you know Instagram it goes with

my Facebook it goes with my Twitter and obviously my website acquire Liberty

comm so I put a choir Liberty in there

so it says company website so you don't if you don't have one if you haven't set

up one yet make one up it's not a big deal and I'll show you a while later on

now a sub-domain now this is the subdomain is what you

need if you plan on creating your own capture pages or login pages with send

link which is another reason why something is actually pretty awesome

because one of the things you need as a home-based business owner you need a

capture page to get people's emails and a lot of people want to buy click

funnels and all these other programs that cost a lot extra money to set that

up and if you started off in the beginning you don't have a lot of money

so you can you actually use send lien to create a capture page to get someone's

email and bring it to send Lane and you have their email and you have your lead

so here you're just typing in a sub-domain now for me personally when I

signed up for this I just typed in my name John Cabot and dot send link aam so

what I could have done this is I send it before I had a choir Liberty I could

have put in a choir Liberty decently calm so if you already have a website I

would use that if you don't just put your name in that's fine

you proceed to the final step the final step basically is just you know putting

your credit card in making a purchase and we all know how to do that and then

after you have completed your credit card it brings you to this dump tada

this is your dashboard okay so you're signing you get you pay you have your

14-day free trial you come to your dashboard and here you are now with that

said I want you guys to notice Ali of 395 subscribers okay there's a reason

for that I no longer use send lane for my email list I use get response now

there are many reasons why I use get response and we'll get into those at a

later time but I still have my send lane to count because I do think there's a

like I said in the beginning of the video there's a lot of reasons why send

Lane is better than get response or Aweber I think it's really easy to use

the customer service is really good but I've gotten to the point in you know

using email marketing autoresponders where I'm very capable of going to other

companies besides in Lane and seeing that those other companies have certain

benefits that are better for me at this time but being a beginner I would say

send Lane is the best it's the easiest one to adapt to so when

you come in to send Lane the first thing you're going to need to do is basically

make up a list and a list is something that's going to describe what what this

email list that you're creating is going to have like what is that your your

address what is this company that it's for what was the opt-in page that these

people signed up for that's what the list is going to contain all that

information let me show you something now you would go to here you click on

list right but you do and here's some of my list now like I have l ma RL m WF now

LM a are basically means that's my autoresponder then I did another one for

my workflow there are two different things

auto responder you just set in a series of emails they automatically go out to

people with a workflow whether it's get response or send lean it gives you a lot

more options okay in order to just like you know if you're sending an email to

someone the next email that they get it could totally do something different

workflow gives you more options Auto responders you simply bang out emails

after emails after emails for people that are in you know in a list there's

less options and I will get into that as well but the first thing you'd want to

do is to create a new list now instead of going to create a new list I'm just

gonna go through one of my current ones and break it down for you so now let's

go to do that's L MWF now this is the list I made quite a while ago about a

39% click rate average okay that's kind of that's uh pretty pretty um pretty

good let me show you this here now this is the when you're setting up a new list

this box is gonna come up and it's gonna be completely blank and it's gonna say

list name requires so you name it whatever you want okay if you're in

legendary marketer you were you can write out legendary marketer whatever I

wrote LM WF for this particular list default from name okay I could have put

my own name I put a color put John carrots in there but since a lot of

people just don't Mia's acquire Liberty in my website I put acquire Liberty in

that okay that's what's coming from so every time I send out an email to

someone it's gonna say from acquire Liberty okay now and get response I

think I have it just John Kevin's so it's just letting the people know this

this person is sending you an email now it's like that first the correspondence

are from section in an email that's what it's gonna say for this particular list

it says acquire Liberty default from list now this right here actually is

what where you need your own domain where you need to go into Hostgator

GoDaddy you know domain name.com whatever

wherever you choose to purchase a domain I personally use Hostgator because they

do everything for me as far as my website

and this thing so I kind of contain everything in the package if you're

interested in getting a Hostgator website or domain go to my website look

under my resources page click on the link and I it's all set up there you get

the cheapest you know price therefore I think it's like 2 something - something

nine to ninety-five a month just for hosting if you want to get a website so

it's pretty low it's really really awesome actually so your default email

address would be now some of you who are on my email list you probably see this

already it's email at acquired Liberty com

okay now that's what you have to have your own domain for right there simple

enough you can't put in Gmail or a hotmail or yahoo account there it'll

just kick it out you won't be able to use it you have to have your own domain

email okay and it's really easy to set up default reply email if you wanted to

put something in here like I just have it so it's still email at acquire

Liberty com so if you wanted to put something in

there like if I wanted so wanted to where I wanted it like you know sense I

thought of different I could put in support at acquire Liberty comm or you

know LM support and whatever I wanted to make that email just to be I could so I

could know that okay someone's actually sending me reply from one of my emails

but I just made it the same email it's really simple it's really easy but you

have that option now this next tab here reminder remind people how they got to

your list when anyone ever decides to unsubscribe to you okay they're there

they could be reminded if you so choose that you subscribe to this email list

whether it's through an opt-in page for legendary marketer whether it was for

you know my newsletter or your newsletter it lets them know okay why

did I subscribe to this in the first place some people don't look at their

emails for a while so and they like what's this stuff so if they decide to

unsubscribe to you if they read that they might go oh yeah that's right I did

like that I don't want to subscribe and actually does happen so keep that in

mind like you would type in something here look at they give you examples

you're receiving this email because you opted in at our website so I would say

something like you opted in to the cart liberté newsletter and you would just

type that in here and it's really simple now company required now this one is

obviously from my legendary marketer list I type that in there and the reason

I was able to use legendary marketer and not my own personal peel box is because

when you sign up with certain programs or the be legendary marketer Mobe any of

those other programs okay affiliate affiliate marketer any of those major

guys they give you permission to put their addresses into your email list

because basically when you're purchasing the program you're purchasing the rights

to everything about the program so let's just say you don't have a P o box or you

don't want to put your own address in if you sign up with one of those programs

right you can use theirs which is I think great because I didn't have

anything before I started you know doing this kind of stuff so I was able to use

legendary marketers information so I typed in company name like legendary

marketer address required and this is you know something from you know Las

Vegas probably there P o box right Las Vegas you get the zip code the USA

Nevada and they give you a phone number basic phone number out of Nevada that

they set up for you now this is pretty awesome I'm not gonna hit update because

I like everything the way it is as far as this is concerned great home so in a

nutshell this is basically everything you need to know to initially set up

your email marketing email marketing autoresponder now this is part one part

two I'm going to show you actually how to start creating automations now

automation like I said can be an autoresponder or a workflow

some people prefer to use workflows other people just want to make it simple

and use an autoresponder all the responders

you just plug emails in boom boom boom boom you tell them how many times they

get spit out like that they could you know I want them sent out at once a day

you want them sent out two times a day do you want them sent out every other

day that's what our autoresponder is in a workflow can get

it can be made that simplistic but you can actually do more things with the

workflow but that'll be in the next video so this should give you a basic

understanding of how sin lane works and I'll honesty how any autoresponder works

there's just certain little nooks and crannies they're a little bit different

but for me personally send Lane is the easiest one to actually start learning

from that's my personal opinion all right guys listen that's all I have for

today if you would be so kind if you if you

found this video helpful at all for anyone who's using sin later thinking

about using selling or needs an autoresponder you just want a you know

an idea about what they need to do make a comment like the video share it okay

do me a favor like my youtube videos and leave comments on everything and

subscribe to our youtube channel click down the little bell notifications

everything you know I upload you'll get to see it first and if you're serious

about working from home if you want to generate a passive income you'll want to

assess something up once okay and you want something to keep working for you

24 hours a day 7 days a week month by month year by year and you want to make

easy money after you set something up once right click that link below watch

the free video and if you decide to join today I'm going to give you the ability

to earn two thousand dollars in bonuses and the only requirement I have for that

is you have to finish the training which is really stupid simple. All right

guys listen that's all I have for today what I always say until I see you again

I say God Bless guys take care bye now.

thank u, next book tag (CC) - Duration: 9:01.

Hey guys it's Alyssa here over at books and cats and today I shall be doing the Thank you next book tag

This tag was created by Jananie over on her channel, I will link it down below

but when I saw this becoming a tag, I just got so freaking hype because

when I

say I listen to

Thank you, next every single day, I'm not exaggerating. I'm trash for it. I'm trash for sweetener

I'm just - I have turned into such ariana grande garbage. I couldn't think of a more appropriate tag to do right now

First question is name a book that you said

Thank you next to i.e. did not finish and that for me, which was very surprising

I thought I was gonna love this book was Sadie by Courtney summers that I

Was shocked by. I got a copy before it came out and I thought I was gonna love it. I

did not it was

beyond

boring. I gave it I think like 100 - 120 pages or something like that and I couldn't get into it. It was just boring

I really frankly didn't care about what was gonna happen. Like I wasn't compelled

the only interesting thing was like the podcast element and even then like

That didn't add enough of an interesting element for me to keep going. I am in the minority on that one, though

So I would give it a try

I've heard really good things about the audiobook, but I'm not gonna read it and it also has

very intense

Content like it's an intense

freakin book so like look up reviews look up content warnings because it is

It's some heavy material. And the next three questions

You actually can answer together or separately I'm gonna do them separately

and obviously the first one is name a book that you loved, and for that I'm going with fire by Kristen cashore

I - when I think back on this book read it like a couple months ago, I think about how

Much I still love like if you know

It's a good book when you keep thinking back to it and think wow. I really loved that book

There was honestly nothing wrong with it. Like when I think back on it, I'm like there is absolutely zero

Wrong with that book like there's nothing wrong with it. I just I think it's

Wonderful, all of the issues that I have with Graceling which was like pacing issues and like just feeling like there was just extra things

That I didn't need to know that were being told to me. I didn't feel a fire. I felt like it was such a

well-rounded book I loved the characters. Kristen Cashore just

Just really really knows how to write some really good characters. The plot was interesting and

Just blew me away, blew me away. The next one is name a book that taught you patience

and for this one, I'm gonna go with six of crows because

While it's a five out of five star read for me. I absolutely loved it

if it had been by someone else or

Honestly, there wasn't so much hype about it or like the characters weren't as good

Trying to get the build-up to this story was really hard for me like

It took a while for me to read it. It was one of

one of the chunkier books that I read but one of

Not only one of the chunkiest books

Like also one of the most detailed books I've read this year like it had so many details going on that

it took

forever

Forever to read. All right

If the light keeps going it's because the Sun keeps moving so apologies for the weird

light changes in this video

the next one is name a book that taught you pain and for that I'm gonna go with cookie Kingdom because

who wasn't in pain after that book remember finishing it and just like laying there and like

Feeling kind of a little bit dead inside because it hurts so much. It was a painful

ending for sure and

Still hurts to think about. Next question. I'm gonna look at because it says it's a long question

I don't want to not say it right is

Name a book that you loved at the time of reading, but in hindsight you do not like as much anymore

But which you still learned some other

quality from. And for that I'm gonna go with the witch doesn't burn in this one by Amanda Lovelace because while I did really enjoy this

It's not

going into like my favorites of the year, and I would probably

Now looking back lower my rating just a little bit. Poetry books are so hard to rate

because some you can love overall and then some you can learn certain things from and

Other things don't relate to you or whatever the case may be. As I look back on it

I don't know if it would be

Oh my god, this is the most phenomenal thing I've ever read. You know what I mean?

It's still good and it still has a lot of

messages about like self love and like being a strong independent person and I love that I love

The messages that she preaches. Poetry is a hard thing to discuss because it's a highly individual thing

But um, I still would continue to read her content. Like I'm not saying that like I didn't enjoy it. I'm just saying that

Changed a little bit as time went on. Next question is name a book that you're currently talking to ie

Have the hots for and that is the poet x by Elisabeth Acevedo.

I loved it so much

And relate to it so much and

Just if you haven't read it read it because it's a highly I think

amazing read and

I think about it a lot

I think about it a lot. The covers beautiful and like not that this has anything to do with anything or quality of work

But like Elizabeth herself is another beautiful human being like there's so much about like the book and the author and everything about it

That it's just beauty in itself. Question number eight is name a book

that's gonna last

book of you, the book that helped you love yourself a little bit more and this is actually a really hard question to answer because

I

Didn't read many books like that this year

that

Taught me that like gave me that feeling. The book that I picked for

this was more than a princess by E.D. Baker because I

Really loved the body positivity in it and it wasn't expected. And I think that's why I loved even more is

how

Positive the main character was about her body. I really related with that

I'm a person

who I really relate to people who like really love their bodies because like I really love my body like and like I totally

Also can completely understand like don't me wrong

I do still have things I'm self-conscious about obviously like I think we all do but like

Overall, I really love my body and it was great to read from a protagonist who also just loved

her body and

Didn't think anything was wrong with it

and I really related with that and kind of reminded me like you keep

Loving yourself because that's cool. And especially like it's been a weird

past six months for me because I recently

Have started a new healthy lifestyle

I have lost a bit of weight and it's been kind of a weird mental shift for me because

It's hard being surrounded by people and them hearing that you changed your diet and you're losing weight

That they automatically think that like, oh, wow. Wow, like, what are you trying to get you?

What are you trying to get down to like what are you trying to look like?

it's like I'm gonna trying to look like anything I

Six months ago was still perfectly fine with my body. I did what I did for health reasons

strictly and only and

it's been a weird feeling because I'm just

loving myself

Looking a different way, but I loved myself before so it's it's been an interesting experience

I can't think of anybody to tag in this honestly

I'm terrible with tagging people if you see it and you want to do it. Please do it down below

DIY Bath Salts | Epsom Salt and Essential Oils - Duration: 3:21.

hey guys it's Danielle with Danielle gets it done and today I'm quickly going

to show you how I make my bath salts using just up some salts and essential

oils it's so easy and you're gonna love it

hey need is a measuring cup a jar of course the Epsom salt I'll link some

below that I sometimes get on Amazon I think this is just from Target and

essential oil so you can either do one or a blend whatever it sounds good to

you today I'm going to do lavender and copaiba I'm obsessed with copaiba right

now it's really cozy and calming and copaiba is really good for your skin so

I like to do it in batches I'm gonna add 1/2 cup at a time

and then I do 10 drops per half cup and I'll alternate the oils since I'm doing

- I just find it helps mix it all together more so 10 drops of lavender

and then I'll pour it in to the jar and shake it up and then do the same thing

with copaiba and I'll just keep on going so essential oil is an oil obviously an

oil and water does not mix well and so that's why we add it to the epsom salts

for our bath if we just added it straight to the back

it would kind of just sit on the surface and it might irritate our skin and so

this is a great way to get it to bind to something that it is attracted to unlike

water and Epsom salt is great for you and it actually adds magnesium into your

body and most of us are deficient in magnesium so that's a plus and it is

just really good for sore muscles

ticker

the server's complain it's

hope you enjoyed thank you so much for watching I hope you all have a wonderful

day and whatever your plans are I hope you get them done bye guys

Oh

Cursed ship that sank after 'feared' name change found a century later - IN TACT - Duration: 6:38.

The Manasoo, which was built in Glasgow in 1888, spent 39 years of its life as the Macassa before it changed ownership and was renamed

However, according to sailors' superstition, a renamed ship will be cursed with misfortune – and true to form the Manasoo was tragically lost within a year

For decades, the site of the wreck has remained a mystery. But it has now been located beneath the waters where it plied its trade in Lake Huron, Canada – and some of its most precious cargo is still aboard

Maritime historian Cris Kohl said: "There is a long-held superstition among sailors that if someone changes the name of a ship, that person and/or that ship will encounter bad luck

"Under its new name, the vessel lasted less than one year before sinking with tragic results in September 1928

"The Manasoo proved to be a classic example of the bad luck that will plague a vessel after its name has been changed

" Along with fellow shipwreck hunters Ken Merryman and Jerry Eliason, Mr Kohl located the wreck at a depth of 200ft near Griffith Island, Ontario

The ship had been having a very successful first season under its new name and owners, when at 2am on September 14, 1928, it encountered a violent storm

Captain John McKay, seeing the ship settling at its stern, realised something was terribly wrong and made for the nearby island, but the Manasoo sank before it reached the shore

The cause of the sinking remains unexplained, but it's been suggested that the cargo of 116 cattle may have shifted in the storm, making the ship list dangerously

No human or animal remains have been found inside the wreck, however a 1927 Chevrolet Coupe – now covered in mussels – is still parked aboard the vessel

It belonged to the owner of the cattle, Donald Wallace, who was the only passenger to survive the sinking

"It is very rare to see a car, an automobile, on a shipwreck," said Mr Kohl.    Images of the vessel show its pilot house, complete with wheel and compass, is still intact, while the presence of lifeboats testifies to the speed at which she sank

The car is also visible, as well as the fallen smokestack, the cabins, the dining salon, and the cattle pens

Most of the damage is to the stern of the ship, true to the accounts of its sinking

"The very unique thing about the wreck of the Manasoo is that it sits on the lake bottom at the very same dramatic angle at which it sank," said Mr Merryman

"The stern is embedded up to its railing in the soft bottom, while the bow points up towards the surface, rising high above the lake bottom

" The Manasoo was given its fateful name to reflect its new primary ports of call, Manitoulin Island and "The Soo" - a local nickname for Sault Ste

Marie.  After she sank, her captain, four sailors and one passenger drifted on a life raft for 60 hours before they were intercepted by a passing steamer, the Manitoba

It was too late for one of the men, chief engineer Thomas McCutcheon, who had already died from exposure

Efforts began immediately to locate further survivors, but to no avail. "No quest devoted to the saving of human lives was in these parts ever carried out more unselfishly and more faithfully," wrote local historian William Fox in 1952

"To the deep regret of all who were engaged in it, not another survivor of the disaster was found

" The team who discovered the wreck will now study it further, and Mr Kohl plans to include the vessel in his next book
