10 Most POINTLESS Wars Ever Fought! - Duration: 12:16.
- Ya know, some wars are fought over freedom and some are
fought over pastries?
(sword slicing)
(engines revving)
If there was ever a lesson not to mess with your neighbors,
this would be it.
Way back in 494 AD in Saudi Arabia,
the Banu Taghlib and Banu Bakr tribes
got into a disagreement over a camel.
The camel, owned by a woman named Al Basus,
wandered off to go hang out with some of the other camels.
Now, Al Basus' nephew was the leader of the
Banu Bakr tribe and those other camels were owned
by the rival Banu Taghlib tribe.
That wouldn't have been that big of a deal except
that the chief of the Banu Taghlib's
killed Al Basus' camel not realizing that it wasn't
one of his own.
When her nephew found out, he took an eye for an eye
to a whole nother level and killed the chief.
That sparked a massive war between the two tribes
that lasted for 40 years.
Okay look, I get it, camels are precious,
but I'm pretty sure a four decade long war that's still
referenced as a warning against holding a grudge
wasn't the best way to deal with the problem.
I know they got them lovely camel humps,
but you just buy another one instead of starting a war
and killing people.
It's a good choice.
(ominous music)
The golden stool is the royal throne of the Ashanti people
and is believed to hold the spirit of the Asante nation.
It's so precious that few people ever get to even see it,
let alone sit on it.
Asante was located along the Golden Coast in what is now
Ghana and back in 1900, while their chief was in exile,
they were dealing with the British trying to
colonize their land.
But on March 25th, the British governor,
Sir Frederick Hodgson, demanded that they not only
let him sit on the stool, but also give it to him
to bring to the Queen.
Oh, that was bad movie Freddie!
The request was so disrespectful that the chief's mother
led an attack against the Brits.
The siege lasted three and a half months
until the Brits with heavy reinforcements broke through
on July 14th.
Sadly, in retaliation, local villages were pillaged
and land was stolen.
Over 2,000 soldiers and countless more civilians
were killed and all because some guy
couldn't sit on a stool.
It's not like it was a toilet and the guy was just
urgent to make ca-ca.
It was just a regular stool.
He was just lazy and didn't wanna stand up.
Man, these people.
On September 17th, 1788 in the midst of the
Austro-Turkish war, an Austrian army of 100,000 men
set up camp near the town of Cria-sha-besh.
A group of Army scouts crossed the nearby river
to make sure that the enemy Ottoman army wasn't close by,
when they met some gypsies with a whole lot of schnapps.
The scouts were pretty bruised up when more
infantry soldiers showed up and demanded that they share.
But the scouts refused and no surprise,
a fight broke out and a makeshift fort was built
around the barrels of schnapps.
That's kinda crazy.
I've never wanted to drink that badly in my life.
But it gets worse because amongst the chaos,
shots were fired and thinking it was the Ottomans invading,
soldiers started yelling, "The Turks, the Turks,"
which was made worse when German speaking officers
started yelling halt, which sounded to some like Allah.
It was just a whole big mess and then the fight
woke the rest of the camp who joined into the battle.
By morning, 10,000 soldiers had been killed and wounded
by their own men.
Yeah but, still got the schnapps though.
The San Juan Islands are located between Washington state
and Vancouver Island, but ownership of the land
was never clearly defined by the US or the British.
In the mid-1800s, the British-owned Hudson Bay company
moved onto the island and set up a huge sheep ranch,
but then in 1859, American settlers showed up
thinking it was their land.
Things were pretty tense and then on June 15th,
American Lyman Cutlar found a pig digging in his garden,
so he shot it.
Mmm, bacon.
Problem was, the pig belonged to Charles Griffin, a Brit.
When the British police tried to arrest Cutlar,
he called for military support.
By August 10th, five British ships and 2,140 troops
were face to face with 461 Americans and 14 cannons.
But luckily, both sides gave the order to only fire
if fired upon, so they just kinda sat there.
It took over six weeks for each side to agree to reduce
their armies, but the tension lasted 12 years
when America officially took control of the islands.
See kids, think twice next time before you go into
an unknown island and start shooting pigs.
In 1731, the War of Spanish Succession ended
with a treaty that let British traders take 500 tons
of goods and as many slaves as they wanted
from Spanish colonies.
It wasn't much of a peace deal, so Britain and Spain
were at war a lot.
In 1731, Julio Fandino, the commander of a Spanish
patrol boat, boarded the British ship, The Rebecca.
Fandino accused the captain, Robert Jenkins, of smuggling
and as punishment, he cut off Jenkins' left ear.
He was like an early, more civilized Mike Tyson.
So, in 1738, British Parliament decided to hold a hearing,
no pun intended.
Lucky for them, Jenkins had kept his detached ear
for seven years and brought it with him to court.
They were so outraged by the shriveled little ear
that they actually declared war.
407 British ships and 186 Spanish ships were lost
and over 20,000 British were killed
along with 4,000 Spanish killed and 5,000 total wounded.
The war lasted nine years with no territory gains
or a winner, all over an ear.
Man, I can't listen to this story anymore!
Heh, see what I did there?
Ear joke.
From 1838 to 1839, France and Mexico were involved
in the Pastry Wars, but don't get too excited.
It wasn't nearly as delicious as it sounds.
At the time, many countries were trying to take control
of Mexico and people were getting upset
with all the damage being done to their property.
So, in November of 1838, a French pastry chef,
Monsieur Remontal, issued a complaint with the French King,
Louis-Philippe.
He claimed that in 1832, his shop near Mexico City
had been looted and he wanted 60,000 pesos in compensation.
So, the King gave him his full support and demanded
that Mexico pay 600,000 pesos in damages,
but Mexico just refused.
So, France sent a fleet of warships to Veracruz,
the main port in the Gulf of Mexico.
Not only did he occupy the entire city,
but they blocked the Navy leading to Mexico declaring war
on France.
It only ended on March 9th, 1839 when Britain intervened
and got the Mexican president to agree to pay.
That would've been way more interesting if someone
just stole a whole bunch of croissants
and two countries went at it.
(sigh) And more tasty.
On February 6th, 1840, the signing of the
Treaty of Waitangi allowed the British to legally occupy
New Zealand, which wasn't exactly favored
by the local tribes.
The British began to take over more control
and move the capital from Waitangi in the Bay of Islands
itself to Auckland.
This was upsetting to the Maori tribe, which had signed
a deal to ensure their independence.
As the region lost out on huge revenues because of the move,
they built up support for a rebellion against the British.
And on July 8th, 1844, supporters cut down the flagstaff
that flew the Union Jack on Maiki Hill
in Kororareka.
But it did not take long for the British to put up
a new pole and flag.
So, they went and cut it down again.
In six months, the pole was cut down
and put back up three times.
Having enough, on March 11th, 1845, the 600 armed Maori
stormed the city and fought the British who were outnumbered
but eventually won.
The Battle of New Orleans was the biggest battle
of the War of 1812 between the US and the British.
British forces had made their way down to Louisiana
with hopes of taking New Orleans.
On January 8th, 1815, they marched on the city
but Major General Andrew Jackson had set up a strong
defensive that was three lines deep
and four miles long.
The fighting lasted until January 16th and it was
one of the war's bloodiest battles, but amazingly,
the Americans won with only 100 casualties
compared to the 2,000 British who were killed.
Only one small problem.
The battle was completely unnecessary.
That's because when the fighting started,
the war was already over.
Earlier, on December 24th, 1814,
a peace treaty between the US and the UK was signed
in GET, Belgium, effectively ending the war.
But see, 200 years ago, news didn't travel like it does now
and it took weeks for the news to reach North America
and the troops.
Damn technology, you scary!
In 1958, Iceland claimed that they had exclusive
fishing rights 12 miles off their coast.
Sounds fair enough, except the British weren't happy
about it because this was four miles more than Iceland
had before.
But instead of dealing with the issue with long,
boring policy meetings, things got pretty fishy,
like literally.
Like a scene from the Three Stooges,
the captains from both sides started throwing
live cod at each other.
At one point, Icelandic patrol boats tried to board
the British ships, but they chased them off
with axes and hammers.
Iceland even tried to blast a British fishing boat
out of the water, but was chased away by a gang
of British naval ships.
By the end of it, Iceland had six Navy ships
and Coast Guard vessels up against the force
of the British Royal Navy.
It took all the way up until 1976 for the British,
after being internationally mocked and losing tons
of money on military expenses, that they decided to quit
and let Iceland keep their water.
The British love their fish, do they?
It's not really worth it now, is it?
No.
The Kettle War took place in the Netherlands in 1784
and is considered to be the most humiliating war
of all time.
At that time, the Netherlands were split
into two territories.
The Northern Netherlands and the Austrian Netherlands
backed by the Roman Empire.
Since the late 1500s, the Northern Netherlands
had blocked trade ships from using the Scheldt River
to access Austria-controlled Belgium.
But on October 8th, 1784, the Roman Emperor,
Joseph the Second, decided to send three ships,
including his prized merchant ship, Le Louis,
up the river figuring it was about time that the Dutch
just let them use it.
No one ever thought that the Dutch would even notice,
but oh boy, they were wrong.
With tensions running high, a Dutch warship
fired a single shot at Le Louie and it hit
a kettle of soup.
This alone caused the army to surrender.
The Emperor tried to save face by declaring war
on October 30th but no one took him seriously.
I'm pretty sure this is where the phrase,
"Pick your battles," came from.

10 SWORD COMBOS/STRINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW - SWORD RUSSIAN MAFIA - Duration: 5:42.
DLight into Sair is a true combo, meaning there is no dodge window.
It works at all damages because DLight on sword has zero variable force which means
that damage doesn't increase the push back distance so the damage doesn't affect the
combo at all.
It has very low follow up potential.
It's the only sword combo that works at all range and damages so it's the most reliable
sword combo to use in any situation.
DLight into dair is a true combo but only if you do it at very close range.
This is because the first hitbox is very skinny and hits right below the user, if you miss
with that hitbox, it's still a very quick string, which means that it has dodge windows
where the enemy can dodge, this is because the 2nd hitbox is much bigger than the first
hitbox so it's more likely to hit but comes afterwards.
And you already know at what damages it works and why, that's right, zero variable force
on DLight.
It has incredible follow up potential that can lead into three hit combos or even four
hit strings that I will list in this video.
DLight into Recovery is a true combo . It works at all damages because, yup you guessed
it, DLight.
It works at a reasonable mid to close range although it can still be a string if you do
it at far range without jumping.
It has very low follow up potential where you have to rely on a dodge read to follow
up with it at lower damages.
If done perfectly, it's the most damaging and reliable knock out two hit combo on sword.
SLight into NLight is a very quick string.
It works at all damages and when you hear that, it usually means the starting move has
zero variable force which is true for SLight.
It works at close range only, the trick to landing the NLight after SLight is to always
hold forward even after you landed SLight until you hit the NLight.
It has low follow up potential which is mostly at lower damages.
SLight into DLight is a slow string.
It works at all range and damages so it's a bit more convenient than the previous string
but is much easier to dodge or jump out of.
It has great follow up potential because DLight has many true combos so you can follow it
up into Sair, Dair or Recovery for lots of damage.
Nair into recovery is a quick string.
It works best from 0 to 60 damage.
This string can work at any range you land Nair at but it's faster, therefore harder
to avoid when you land the nair close to the enemy.
It has low follow up potential.
DLight, dair into sair is a slow string at lower damages and quick string at higher damages.
It works from 60 to 120 damage.
The range also depends on the damage, at lower damages you want to hit close enough so the
enemy bounces closer to you, at higher damages, you want to hit it so the enemy bounces a
bit farther from you because they get bounced too high at that point otherwise.
This string has no follow up potential.
DLight, Dair into gravity cancel NLight is a true combo at 100-120 damage which is a
very small window to use it in but it can still be a decent string starting from 60
damage and it becomes a tighter string as it approaches 100 damage because the more
damaged the enemy is when you land dair, the longer they are stunned for.
This combo works at close range with DLight as well as with Dair but not too close.
Ideally you want to position the dair so that you bounce the enemy almost straight up but
also a bit away from you so that they land right in front of you for the GC NLight to
work.
It has no follow up potential.
If this combo sounds hard to do, that's because it is, you'll need to practice in
training mode a lot to be able to use this in real matches.
This is a quick string that works very similar to the previous combo except it's not a
true combo.
It works at 60 to 90 damage.
This string works at close range with DLight but the Dair is a bit more flexible because
DLight covers a wider area than NLight but you still need to hit the dair relatively
close to the enemy so they don't bounce too far away so the GC DLight will hit.
This string has great follow up potential because it has a second DLight which can then
combo into sair, dair or recovery.
Successfully pulling this string off is the simplest way to get the most damage on sword.
This is yet again another variation of the DLight into Dair follow up.
This time it ends with a recovery, doesn't require a gravity cancel and it's a true
combo.
This combo works from to 160 damage, although you can still use it as a string if you don't
jump starting as early as 50 damage.
This combo works at close range with DLight and the Dair has to be very close to the enemy
as well because the recovery has a smaller hitbox than the Nlight and DLight so this
combo requires the most precision of them all to pull off.
It's very worth it though if you can pull it off because it' the earliest knock out
combo on sword that can K.O a 3 defense legend starting at only 120 damage, either that or
it'll just do a lot of damage.10.5 It has no follow up potential since it is
pretty much a knock out combo.
And I already know what you guys are going to say, it's a true comb with three hits
and it kills so early, almost as early as the old Russian mafia.
So I'm gonna go ahead and name it the sword Russian mafia because even if I don't, you
guys will so I may as well.
Hey look, it's the sword Russian mafia, but seriously, it's kinda broken.
I hope this guide helped you out.

REDWOLF EN LA IWA 2017. - Duration: 10:42.
Now we will show you a video where Saul from RedWolf Airsoft
Tell us about some of the IWA 2017 new products
Some of them are on stores already, some of them on sale after this spring
I decided to make this video because Saul explains this better than me
The info was too long in the other video, so we put it here
Check this out, because in my opinion some of this products worth it
Let's start
This is the ML-36 TAG Innovations CO2 Grenade launcher, they are from Russia
You can use it with different grenades
A pyrotechnic grenade that explodes and throw BBs
Smoke grenades
Dust grenades to mark the target
And rubber dummy grenades, for trainning
The ML36 maximun range is 150 meters
Really, 150 meters. Some videos prove it
We open here. You can see the spiral barrel
We put the grenade inside
Close it, and shoot
Obviously you must aim depending of the distance
The CO2 bottle is stored here
You can't see it now, but we can put the CO2 bottle here
once we don't flip up this and press
We won't prick the bottle, so it will remainwithout leaks
We calculate the distance we want to shoot
This marks are for actually functional distances, 50, 75, 100 and 150 meters
Each CO2 bottle can shoot from 8 to 10 of this grenades
Not heavy, not heavy at all. An empty speedloader is heavier than this
Here we can storage 2 more CO2 bottles. You can activate 3 of them for having from 24 to 30 shoots
So you won't need to be changing the the bottles constantly
Or you can just storage the bottles here
This is the ML36 Stand Alone, or we can separate it and put it on any rail
What is this?. -For removing it
We pull this piece
It doesn't come with this red dot, but comes with the RIS so you can use any sight
Cool grenades, here you have a catalogue with all the grenades
Can I take it to the toilet? -Sure
You have different grenades, based them all on the same system
This is the powder grenade
Also a dummy grenade, it just makes noise
Another grenade that spread BBs to 10 meters
And also a smoke grenade
The pyrotechnic grenade is the most common
It explodes and throw all the 0'20 BBs
The smoke grenade is second one more used
You have the color code here, red is explosive, yellow is dummy and blue is powder grenade
And another one that is not here, the smoke grenade
The video we have on YouTube, about Tim in Russia with tanks
They were using this TAG grenades
Here we have the new Airsoft Innovations grenade
Burst XL, this grenade complements the Cyclone
This is a sound grenade, it doesn't throw BBs
instead of being plastic, is made of CNC aluminum
It explodes doing 125 decibels at 5 meters distance
Enough for calling the hit
but this won't make you deaf like the CO2 Thunder grenades
Another pro is that it's small and compact
it works similar to the Cyclone
The detonator on the top part, we remove it and put the pin
Instead of throwing BBs, we use a single use membrane
Put the membrane, close here
And then just put the gas here
don't forget that you must put only 1 or 2 seconds of gas load
We will notice that the membrane gets curved
remove the pin, throw the grenade
everytime we throw it the cost is around 40 or 45 cents of euro
because the membranes are cheaper than the CO2 bottles
And it's heavy. In our city, and i guess in other fields too
we have to throw the grenade under the waist or rolling on the floor
In catalonia we throw it over the knee. -Yes something like that
But in other places in Spain they can throw the grenades over the head line
if this hits you in the head and you're not using a helmet
this can hurt you seriously
But we hope that the Airsofters use the common sense
Now let's talk about Wolverine HPA Systems
Wolverine is an American brand, and we like to mention that
the owner was working for the NASA as materials engineer
so it's a good reference to know this product has good materials
He knows what he's talking about, sometimes too much
because it's hard to understand everything
This has different HPA systems, for different players
This is the INFERNO, made for those who start with the HPA
for those who want it easy, having stable FPS
Looks like the typical piston. What is this?
The power connection
Here enters the air, and here the connection to the trigger
sending information about the fps, rate of fire and so
and here you can see this works with open and close bolt at same time
before it was only one position and it had incompatibilities
but now it is solved with the GEN 2
I have a GEN 2 and I call it the lawn mower
because it's a white line of BBs
The HYDRA GEN 2, I call this the System for experts
This let you adjust a lot of things, but you must know how to do it
if you do it wrong it won't shoot the BBs
You can adjust the rate of fire and the amount of air
I mean the amount of air it shoots
This is more complicated to use, I could be 10 minutes explaining it
But in resume the HYDRA is for experts, and the INFERNO is for beginners
This is the one I like the most, the BOLT
BOLT is an HPA system made for bolt action rifles
made for VSR
here we have a VSR with the BOLT system with the Wraith that we'll see later
The Wraith is made for using CO2 bottles instead of an compressed air bottle
you can move the bolt this easily
And done, you can adjust it to 650 FPS
thanks to the HPA you can adjust it to the last FPS
One question, where can you play with more than 600 FPS?
We can't play with 650 FPS in Spain, but they do in the USA
And the last system is teh REAPER
made for DMR, for semi shooting
this technology combines the INFERNO with the BOLT
The INFERNO is for AEG and the BOLT is for semi shooting
with this you have a double way valve that makes a prechamber
so the shooting is more stable, and slow
different systems, but it doesn't mean you can't use this system on an assault rifle
If you like to shoot in semi, it works
good thing of this is that you have different systems
but also different ways of putting the air inside
You have the regulators, the typical air regulator with the bottle
or you can use this beauty that works with CO2
You remove the replica stock tube, the CO2 bottle goes here
we open it easily
remove the CO2 bottle
put a new one
and close again
at first is hard to close it because it prinks the bottle
the air expands and it gets stuck, you can't open it until you use the gas
each CO2 bottle can shoot 200 BBs, it means 2 Mid-Caps
the air is well used
here is the regulator for adjust the FPS
this, combined with the INFERNO GEN 2 is the most used combination in the USA
Soon we will have the QUAKE, for a good recoil
powered by gas the kick is hard and fast
all of this will be on stores from May to June
I mean, REAPER, QUAKE and HYDRA
suddenly you have many options for the HPA systems, for different players and roles
Cool toys uh?
My conclusion is that I can't wait to try the new Airsoft Innovations Burst grenade
Because we had a good experience with the Cyclone
this Burst grenade has a more simple mechanism than the Cyclone
The HPA systems i see a new world of possibilities
I'm not an HPA or Polar Star user, but I'd like to use it in the future
but it's something I'd like to have in the future
specially if you can use CO2 bottles instead of the big air compressed bottle
And finally, that grenade launcher is madness
not only the look, but also because the range they said it has
But when they told me the aprox price, it's too expensive for me
That's all, i hope you liked it
Greetings, and see you on the next video

Did a Planet Escape the Solar System? - Duration: 3:54.
The solar system has looked pretty much the same for billions of years:
four inner rocky planets, four outer gas giant planets,
plus a bunch of dwarf planets and moons and asteroids and comets zooming around the place.
But it wasn't always like this.
We already know that the outer planets, like Jupiter and Uranus,
probably formed much closer to the Sun than they are now.
And the closer scientists look, the more it seems like
we're still missing some pieces of the planetary puzzle.
Which is why some astronomers think that our solar system might have once had
a whole extra planet that got kicked out as the other planets were shuffling around.
Of course, without a TARDIS, we'll never know the exact conditions
as the solar system was coming together four and a half billion years ago.
But we can use computer simulations to study the past.
Astronomers set up lots of different scenarios for the early solar system,
then simulate what would have happened over time,
based on things like how the gravity from one planet would have affected the others.
If a simulation ends with a solar system that looks a lot like what we see today,
that means the scenario's original setup could be a good model
for what the solar system used to look like.
By using this technique, astronomers developed what's known as the Nice model.
That's the model that suggests that our outer planets originally formed
closer in than they are today.
The disk of gas and dust surrounding the young Sun would've been
a great place for them to form.
Eventually, though, energy from the Sun blew all the gas away,
leaving behind the planets embedded in a rocky disk.
According to the Nice model, the planets then began to move,
but astronomers still aren't sure exactly what that movement looked like.
One possibility is that they moved mostly through encounters
with rocks in the disk called planetesimals.
When one of these rocks passed close to a giant planet,
it would've been thrown into a new orbit by the planet's powerful gravity.
But at the same time, the planet would've moved a tiny bit in the other direction.
Problem is, hurling planetesimals one by one
is a pretty slow way to move through the solar system.
And while the planets were migrating,
their gravity was probably wreaking havoc on the inner solar system.
Researchers have a lot of trouble setting up simulations of this
that end up actually looking like our solar system does today.
One problem is that a lot of the time, the simulations end
with Mars being ejected from the solar system entirely.
So that's clearly wrong.
You can avoid a scenario where Mars zooms away,
if the gas giant planets migrated outward much more quickly.
And that could have happened, if the planets were also slingshotting each other around,
in addition to all the planetesimals.
But even though in those simulations, Mars tends to stick around,
it's not enough to entirely avoid the problem of losing a planet.
A lot of the time, Jupiter just throws out one of its fellow gas giants instead.
Physics-wise, it makes sense: the loss of a planet is what provides the energy
that gets the other planets migrating outward more quickly.
But again, that's obviously not what happened,
because Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are all still here.
So astronomers realized that there had to be something missing
in their picture of the early solar system, like another planet;
one that did get ejected from the solar system, which is why we don't see it anymore.
In one study, when researchers ran thousands of simulations that started with an extra
outer planet, they ended up with a normal-looking solar system about a quarter of the time.
Other investigations have been less conclusive, so we definitely can't say for sure
that our solar system once had an extra planet.
But it is possible, and it would explain a lot.
If it really did exist, this mysterious world was probably an ice giant
with about as much mass as Uranus and Neptune.
And like those planets, it would've formed
somewhere outside the orbits of Jupiter and Saturn.
To be clear, though, wherever it is now,
it's not the Planet Nine you'll sometimes hear people talk about.
If it exists, Planet Nine probably got its current orbit
hundreds of millions of years earlier.
Our lost giant would've joined the billions of other rogue planets
drifting through the galaxy on their own, unconnected to any star.
By now, it would've traveled so far that we'd never be able to identify it
as one of our long-lost neighbors.
In fact, we'll probably never know for sure whether it even existed.
The best we can do is come up with better simulations,
and look at other star systems for clues.
If we're still trying to figure out how many planets our solar system
started out with, who knows what else we have left to discover?

Sean Hannity Admits That Fox News Might Be Done For Good - Duration: 4:25.
Things at Fox News might be even worse than most people realize.
The man who had been president of the network for about a year after Roger Ailes was ousted
was ousted yesterday, and now a woman has come in, and Sean Hannity isn't very happy
about that.
Sean Hannity tweeted out a response to somebody who asked him a question said, "This might
be the end of FNC as we know it.
Done.
If this continues."
Now, if this continues, we're not quite sure exactly what he means.
Maybe he means working for a woman, but perhaps Hannity has enough self-awareness to understand
that if this continues might mean the criminal behavior of Fox News.
I say criminal behavior because some people may not realize that Fox News, the network
itself, is actually under criminal investigation for covering up the settlement payments that
they've had to pay out to sexual harassment victims.
They hid that information from the network shareholders, a move that is illegal, but
Fox News is becoming this, I don't want to say elephant in the room, because we're all
talking about it, but it has become this disaster of a catastrophe of a nightmare for everyone
at that network.
Most of them deserve it.
Sean Hannity deserves this.
Tucker Carlson, Bill O'Reilly deserve this.
The women who were sexually harassed absolutely did not deserve that kind of treatment.
They don't deserve that kind of behavior.
The people who are just working there because they need the jobs or because they're good
at what they do, they don't deserve this.
They're not the ones out there spewing this partisan, horrible, nonsensical rambling that
this network puts out every day.
It's the hosts, the Steve Doocys, you know, the Brian Kilmeades, the Tucker Carlsons,
the Hannitys, those are the people doing damage to this country, and they deserve what is
happening to this network because they have fostered it, and in some cases, according
to allegations, have participated in it.
Fox News does deserve to go away.
Fox News as we know it, as Hannity says, does need to die.
It's time for this network to go away.
I mean, for 20 years or more they have been causing unquestionable damage to the United
States.
They're the ones that helped George W. Bush win reelection in 2004 in spite of the fact
that he had a negative approval rating.
That kind of thing didn't happen before that, but Fox News out there every day preaching
to their easily manipulatable right-wing audience helped this man get elected.
They helped promote Donald Trump and get him elected, along with Morning Joe.
They're the ones who did that, so yes, they have caused uncountable damage to this country,
and they deserve what's happening to them.
They deserve to fall apart.
They deserve to go out of business.
Rupert Murdoch has been a cancer on planet Earth.
He is spreading anti-climate change propaganda, right-wing propaganda, capitalist right-wing
[Iran 00:03:24] libertarian laissez-faire nonsense that doesn't work in the real world,
but that's what the network does.
It's brainwashed enough people in this country that they think we can have trickle-down economics.
The lowest class believes that if we give the wealthy more tax breaks they'll eventually
get some of that money, and it's because Fox News tells them that.
Now, not all of them believe it, but there are enough that do, and it is because Fox
News is telling them that.
I hope Sean Hannity is right, and I hope more than anything that this is the end of Fox
News as we know it.

Retro Text Effect Adobe Photoshop Tutorial - Duration: 9:46.
how's it going everyone this is Chris
from spoon graphics bringing you another
video tutorial for Adobe Photoshop over
on my spoon graphics website I recently
published a couple of illustrator
tutorials and resources based around
retro type effects you know the popular
styles with basic 3d appearances and
decorative effects like inset faces so I
thought I'd also experiment with this
style in the dhobi Photoshop see how
similar effects can be made both
applications of their strengths is easy
to create the full 3d styling
illustrator while retaining live type
whereas Photoshop is far more powerful
at creating realistic gradients and
shading in today's tutorial I'll show
you how to create this great-looking
text effect it's made using a mix of
layer styles and some clever Photoshop
techniques but the best part is it also
makes use of smart objects to
non-destructively create the effect
meaning the original type element can
still be updated to change the wording
so begin by opening up Adobe Photoshop
and create a new document I'm going for
a document size of 2000 by 1200 pixels
fill the background with a color of your
choice do something that will complement
the color scheme of your type I'm going
for a pale green of 6 for 8 f7f use the
command and backspace shortcut to fill
the canvas click the new layer icon at
the bottom of the layers panel let's
select the brush tool configure the tip
to 0 hardness and a large size of around
1,800 use the X key shortcut to flip the
foreground and background colors around
so you're painting with white end of a
highlight in the top center of the
canvas reduce the opacity of this layer
to 30% to leave a Sol spotlight effect
select the type tool and lay out the
text of your choice the front trace
doesn't really matter too much as long
as it's somewhat retro-themed I'm going
with a font named MB Empire from my
collection but we'll click the layer to
open up the layer style options add a
gradient overlay then change the
gradient swatches to a dark to light
pinky red I'm using the colors b7 1 B 2
e 2 F 4 9 5 B E
right-click the layer and choose convert
to smart object this will preserve the
editable text within it so changing the
wording later we'll also update all
instances of this smart object
double-click the layer to add a whole
new set of styles to this smart object
begin with a stroke using the settings
seven pixels for the size positioned
inside and a really light pink color
such as FF II for e4 apply an inner
shadow next change the blending mode to
linear burn then uncheck the use global
light option and then to 120 degrees is
the angle in the distance to 15 and the
size to 30 pixels move the opacity
slider to around 50% add an inner glow
effect next change these settings to
linear burn using black in 220 pixels
for the side then reduce the opacity to
around 15% click OK to apply these
styles to see how the Korean inset
effect next we'll create a simple
pattern to overlay over the text face
create a new document 3 by 6 pixels use
the command + + shortcut to zoom right
into the document as far as you can go
and select the top half of the canvas
using the marquee tool hit the command +
backspace shortcut to fill this area
with black go to the Edit menu and
choose define pattern give it a
recognizable name such as 3 pixel line
pattern then close the document back in
the main working document double click
the layer again to add another layer
style this time select pattern overlay
and choose the newly created three pixel
line pattern from the drop-down choose
the blending mode to multiply to render
the white portion invisible leaving just
the black lines then reduce the opacity
to 10% it was subtle pattern across the
text space right click on the Smart
Objects layer and choose duplicate layer
given a name of 3d drag this layer below
the retro text layer and right-click and
choose clear layer Styles double click
the layer add a fresh set of styles
starting with a bevel & emboss effect
click the reset to default button at the
bottom of the panel leave it with these
basic settings add a color overlay and
choose a contrasting color to the text
face I'm using a mid blue of 4a 8 for 9f
this 3d layer is currently hidden below
the main text phase but you can toggle
off the visibility of the layer above it
check what it looks like the next part
of this tutorial makes use of a clever
photoshop trick known as transform again
or step and repeat for some reason my
photoshop sometimes glitches out when
it's applied to a smart object so I'll
show you a workaround that I've been
using rather than apply the
transformation effect to the smart
object I'll duplicate the layer and
choose rasterize from the right-click
menu the first part of the
step-and-repeat technique is to use the
shortcut command L&T or ctrl + c on
windows to set a transformation in this
case it's simply nudging the effect left
and upwards using the cursor keys once
this transformation has been applied
with the Enter key or the little tick
icon in the top toolbar the shortcut
command alt shift + T or transform again
while also creating a new layer with the
result now the transformation is saved
in Photoshop smeii
delete those rasterized layers and use
the command alt shift + t shortcut on
the smart object where it previously
glitched out it now works perfectly fine
repeatedly press the shortcut 40 times
to produce a three-dimensional effect
but basic bevel and emboss effect is
built upon with each new layer to form a
really cool 3d block appearance select
the move tool and click and drag the top
face into alignment and Shift + click
from the top 3d layer to the bottom 3d
layer in the layers panel and hit
command + G to create groups keep
everything organized double-click the
top 3d duplicate layer and add a drop
shadow effect change the blending mode
to soft light uncheck the global light
option and enter 135 degrees which sends
the shadow in a downwards 45 degree
angle and change the settings to 20
distance and 30 size reduce the opacity
to around 80%
scroll down to the last 3d layer at the
bottom of the layers panel right click
and select duplicate layer give this one
the name shadow drag this layer out of
the 3d group so it sits below the other
layers right click and choose clear
layer Styles double click the layer and
add a color overlay using a really dark
blue such as 0 6 0 b-17 head to filter
blur and motion blur and configure the
settings to 45 degrees with a distance
of 50 duplicate and rasterize the layer
in order to set up the transform again
technique without everything glitching
down this time use the command alt + t
shortcut and nudge the layer down and
left then hit enter press the command
alt shift + t shortcut to start the
transform again process but delete those
temporary rasterized layers and activate
the shadow smart object instead use that
command alt shift + t shortcut 60 times
to create a long drop shadow effect by
the way you can easily keep camp by
simply looking at the layer copy numbers
in the layers panel to make this shading
more realistic will fade the out by
adjusting the opacity of the layers
gradually select the first shadow layer
then hold the shift key and click shadow
copy 20 to select all the layers in
between reduce the opacity to 5% select
layer 21 up to layer 40 reduce the
opacity of these layers to 3% finally
select layers 41 to 60 and reduce the
opacity to just 1% select all the layers
from 60 right down to the original and
group them together retro effects like
this always look great with a bit of
grain create a new layer at the top of
the layer stack go to edit and fill then
change the drop-down menu to 50% gray
head to filter noise and add noise then
enter 3% with the Gaussian and
monochromatic options checked
jaison's layers blending mode to overlay
to allow the noise to interact with the
layers below it this graininess also
does a great job of smoothing out the
gradients to avoid any banding what's
really cool about this technique of
using
our subjects is it gives you the ability
to go back and edit the wording of the
text without having to update those
hundreds of layers individually
double-click the smart subjects
thumbnail of the first text layer to
edit its contents you can use the crop
tool to enlarge the canvas area to give
you more room and you can edit the word
in and even change the fun once you're
done go to file and save then close this
PSB file to return back to the main
document you'll see all the effects have
been automatically updated and applied
to the new smart object contents so if
you have fun making use of this text
effect within your designs there's also
loads more close game possibilities to
experiment with create unique retro
textiles if you enjoyed the tutorial or
lengthen your thumbs up on the video

Jeep Wrangler Rough Country Front Sway Bar Disconnects 2.5 in (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 7:05.
I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com and this is my review and installation of the Rough
Country Front Sway Bar Disconnects fitting all 2007 and up JKs.
These are available for two and a half inches of lift and there's a second set available
for three and a half to six inches of lift, so it just depends which lift kit is on your
JK.
Today we're gonna talk through the installation of these sway bar disconnects which is a very
simple one out of three wrench installation.
You're gonna be able to get these installed in about an hour with just your traditional
hand tools but we'll talk more about the install in just a second.
We're also going to talk about the construction and a few of the features of these sway bar
disconnects.
Disconnecting your front sway bar when you're off road has a lot of benefits.
If you have a lift or even if you have a factory suspension on your JK disconnecting that front
sway bar is going to give you a lot more front axle articulation, which simply means you
get to keep more tires on the ground at the same time providing more traction in getting
you over those tough obstacles.
Now you can certainly disconnect a factory front sway bar but you're gonna have to have
some tools on hand and you're going to have to have some bungee cords or some zip ties
to keep that sway bar up out of the way so it's not going to bind up in the suspension
when you're on the trail causing you to bend something.
What this kit allows you to do is have your sway bar links connected with a very quick
and easy to disconnect pin so that you can, in the parking lot before you hit the trail,
pull the pin, disconnect the sway bar, swing the links up out of the way, and the kit also
includes a spot to store those links.
So, you can pop them onto this bracket, again making it very, very simple to disconnect
and then to reconnect your sway bar.
Now this kit is going to be fairly inexpensive, however there are some other kits on the market
like the Teraflex one that are going to be right around the same price and don't require
you to drill to install this storage bracket.
So if you're not interested in drilling a couple of holes in your frame in order to
install that bracket but you do want to have the functionality of that storage bracket
I would recommend taking a look at the Teraflex brand.
As far as construction goes these links are going to be very similar to a factory sway
bar end link.
They have a tie rod end style ball joint on one end, they have a rubber bushing on the
other end, the difference of course is that this is going to be adjustable.
This link has a threaded rod and a stop nut so that you can adjust the length a little
bit.
There is a way to get your sway bar end links adjusted properly so that the sway bar is
at the proper angle when you're about halfway through your suspension travel, but most of
us will just eyeball the length of your sway bar and link.
You can get the sway bar to about parallel when the Jeep is sitting on the ground.
So, this kit is going to include those two-adjustable links.
One thing that I'm not crazy about on these links is that they're not greaseable.
If they were you'd be able to get a little bit more life out of not only the tie rod
end at this side but also the bushing at the other side, but this set is not going to be
greaseable.
Also, included in this kit is of course your quick disconnect pin.
This is going to take place on the bolt on the bottom side of your sway bar end link,
that's going to be on the axle side.
This allows you to very quickly and easily slide the bushing end over top of this and
connect it with the included pin, and of course, to reconnect it very easily as well.
The other thing that I mentioned earlier is that this does come with a storage bracket.
So, when you swing that sway bar end link up out of the way you have somewhere for it
to stay so it's not going to get bound up in the rest of the suspension.
Now the only downside to this bracket is that it does require you to drill a couple of holes
in the frame of your Jeep and use a couple of self-tapping screws to install the bracket.
Teraflex, as I mentioned before, makes a similar kit to this one however their storage bracket
goes on your front body mount so there's no drilling required.
If drilling is something that you're not comfortable with doing I would recommend taking a look
at the kit from Teraflex.
If you're okay drilling a couple of holes this kit is going to be a good fit.
As I said before, the installation of this kit is a very simple one out of three wrench
installation.
You can get these bolted onto your Jeep in just about an hour.
All you need to do is first remove your factory sway bar end links.
You'll be able to remove that end link from the sway bar itself and from the axle side
of its mount.
After that you'll be attaching your new end link, and this is the time when you want to
adjust the end link.
This end link is not double adjustable so you do have to have one end of it disconnected
in order to make that length adjustment.
So you can take a look at whatever sway bar end link you currently have on your Jeep and
adjust this one to be right around the same length using the stop nut to tighten it down.
After that you're going to attach the pin to the axle side of you sway bar end link
mount and then it's really just a matter of swinging the sway bar onto that pin using
the retention pin to hold it in place.
And the final step is going to be disconnecting the sway bar as you would on the trail, swing
the end link up out of the way so that it's parallel with the frame, and see exactly where
you need to mount this bracket.
You can really just hold the bracket up and see where it lines up, mark those holes, use
a center punch, drill the frame then install the brackets using those self-tapping screws.
Again, if you're not comfortable with drilling there are some other kits.
Teraflex, for instance, that has a very similar kit around the same price but doesn't require
drilling into the frame.
So as far as tools, you're going to need those traditional hand tools.
You are going to need a drill with a good sharp drill bit, you're going to need a center
punch, but other than that overall a very easy install.
Both of the front sway bar disconnect kits, the one for two and a half inches of lift
and the one for three and a half to six inches of lift, come in at right around $60, which
I think is a fair price for what you're getting.
I would like to see a sway bar end link that is greaseable to add a little bit of life
to it and to make sure that it remains quiet.
And I'd also like to see a bracket that doesn't require you to drill into the frame like some
of the other brands on the market.
But overall this is going to be a functional kit and it's going to be fairly inexpensive.
So if you have a lift on your JK, you'd like to go off road, and you'd like to get the
most suspension articulation and travel for the most performance out of your Jeep having
a set of sway bar disconnects is going to make it very easy and quick to both disconnect
and reconnect your sway bar.
This kit in particular is going to be fairly inexpensive and it's gonna get the job done.
So, that's my review of the Rough Country Front Sway Bar Disconnects fitting all 2007
and up JKs that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

the idea was to make the impossible possible
make possible for women to apply a mascara which is very rich

by pumping you soften the formula and get a creamy volumizing effect
that creates those really rich fat lashes without clumping
Extra extra-large lashes, I start my routine
by using the Dior Show Maximizer in 3D then I pump the volume
I squeeze, apply zig zagging to get all the lashes coated from roots till tips

Jeep Wrangler Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake - SynthaFlow Filter (2012-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 6:56.
I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Airaid
MXP Series cold air intake fitting all 2012 and up JKs with the 3.6-liter engine.
There are two different versions of this kit available, one with the SynthaMax air filter
in either red or blue and one with Airaid's premium air filter.
Today we're going to talk through the installation of this cold air intake which I'm going to
give a two out of three wrenches because there is some cutting of the factory airbox involved
to get this installed.
We're also going to talk through the construction and a few of the features of this system.
Any time you help your engine to breathe easier, either in or out, you are theoretically going
to see some horsepower and torque gains.
However, with a Jeep most of those gains are going to be at the very top of the RPM range
where we don't spend a ton of our time.
What I would expect from a cold air intake like this is a little better throttle response,
some more noise from underneath the hood and possibly a few miles per gallon increase.
You may feel a little bit of a power increase, but again that is going to be more at the
top of the RPM range.
I do like this system because it has a completely enclosed airbox.
What that is designed to do is get the coldest, freshest air possible for an airbox that's
still going to be under the hood where it's generally warmer than outside of the Jeep.
This also does come with a couple of different choices for air filters, so again the SynthaMax
filter that has a little bit less cotton gauze in it and is designed to be a better filter
filtering out more particulate or the slightly less expensive premium air filter that does
have a little bit of the cotton gauze in it.
As far as pricing goes, for an enclosed airbox cold air intake this is right where I would
expect it to be and it's in line with some of the other brands that we have available.
As you can see, this cold air intake comes in a couple of different pieces and, like
I said, one of those is the fully enclosed airbox.
What an airbox like this is designed to do is draw the coldest possible air into the
engine for a box that is still in the engine bay.
I say that because you're still going to be drawing air that's underneath the hood that
has been warmed up from the engine giving off heat.
The only way to get truly cold, fresh air into the engine would be a snorkel or something
like a Ram Air setup that is available on the site.
However, this is going to do a nice job of drawing cold air and getting more air into
the engine than that factory system would.
Aside from the enclosed box, you of course have your cold air intake tubing and filter.
As I mentioned before, there are a couple of different filter choices available.
The SynthaMax filter from Airaid is a little bit more expensive than their premium filter
and it has less cotton gauze in it.
It is designed to filter out even smaller particulate.
But, if you want to save a little bit of money or you're not as concerned about the filtration
qualities, you can go with the premium filter.
Still a great filter, it just has a little bit more of the cotton gauze inside of it.
This system is designed to be mostly bolt-in.
You don't have to cut the Jeep, but you do have to cut up your factory airbox.
You're going to remove the factory air scoop and put it onto this airbox.
Part of the reason that you have to do that is because this is a 50-state legal system
so it can be used in California, so there are a couple of more restrictions that need
to be taken into account.
As I said before, I am going to call this a two out of three wrench installation.
Generally a cold air intake, especially one that is not an enclosed airbox like this one
is, is a very, very simple install.
This is going to be a little bit more difficult, and we're calling it a two out of three wrenches
because of the cutting you'll have to do on your factory airbox to remove that factory
air scoop and attach it to the new box.
The first step is, of course, removing the engine cover and removing all of your factory
air intake system.
That will include disconnecting the air temperature sensor and the crank case vent.
Once the old system is out of the way you can start assembling your new system.
There are a couple of brackets and plates that you'll install onto the box.
Of course, this does come with all of the hardware and connectors as well as the clamps
that you're going to need to get it installed.
Once you've gotten as far as you can with this on the bench you'll go ahead and mark
and cut your factory airbox, remove that airbox scoop and mount it on your new box.
From there it's just a matter of getting this all into the Jeep.
You will have to change out a couple of grommets that hold that factory airbox into place to
accept your new larger airbox.
You'll also have to change out a couple of the clips on that engine cover because that
does sit over top of the airbox as well.
The whole installation is not a difficult one and it should take you less than two hours,
however there is a little bit of cutting that is involved as I mentioned before.
So, this isn't something that you're going to be able to easily swap your factory airbox
back in again if you ever decide to go back.
You will have already cut up that factory airbox and it won't be of any use to you anymore.
To get this installed you are going to need some traditional hand tools and you are going
to need a Dremel or something that can cut plastic in order to remove that air scoop
from the factory box.
I mentioned before as far as a fully enclosed airbox cold air intake system goes this is
right around where I would expect it to be.
There are some that are a couple of dollars more, a couple of dollars less.
Some of those ones have some more features.
For instance, because this is an enclosed airbox, inspecting the filter can be a little
bit difficult.
Some of the systems on the market actually have an indicator.
They use vacuum to tell you when your filter is starting to get clogged up.
But, you do pay for those additional features.
So, it comes down to your budget and what you want for your Jeep.
Airaid has been around for a good long time in the cold air intake space and they do make
a pretty good product.
If you're looking for a cold air intake to install on your Jeep that is going to draw
some of the coldest possible air from underneath the hood and possibly give you a little more
throttle response, some more noise from underneath the hood and a few more miles per gallon as
well as a little bit more power at the top of the RPM range, this is going to be a nice
kit.
This is going to be slightly less expensive than, say, the Injen system, but again that
does have a few more features.
Overall, I would say that this is a really nice choice for an enclosed airbox cold air
intake system.
That's my review of the Airaid MXP Series cold air intake system fitting all 2012 and
up JKs that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Ruth B. Looks Back On Her Growth From Vine To Lost Boy - Duration: 3:15.
I remember the first time I saw or heard of Vine,
this girl in my Bio class was like taking six second
videos running around and I was like "What in the
world is she doing?"
And I was like "Holly what is that?"
She's like "It's Vine, you haven't heard of it?"
And I didn't think much of it and then I went and
downloaded it the next day and for about a year I
kinda just used to for fun and just to see what other
people were posting.
And then eventually I decided to post a six
second snippet of me singing and that kind of
was the first step in me realizing "Oh wait maybe I
can use this for something more than just when I'm bored"
I believe that the first song was "Just Hold
on We're Going Home" by Drake and I remember I had
like thirty followers that were all like my school friends.
And then the next day I woke up and I had a
thousand and I was freaking out.
Like I was literally going insane and I remember
being like "Okay I'm gonna sing on here from now on"
The first cover that I did that got me a lot of
attention was a song actually by, I don't
know how to say their name but like "Rae Sremmurd"
...the guys that do "Black Beetles" But it was their
song "No Flex Zone" and yeah I made a little beat
to it and caught six seconds of it and I
remember that one was like...got a lot of
comments and yeah...
So I think it was about two years ago, I was
watching a TV show called Once Upon a Time and
that's where it all started and the season that I
was watching was all about Peter Pan.
I had been getting into the groove of making up
these six second covers and so I was kinda just
singing a bunch of different lines and one of
the lines that I sang was "I am a lost boy from
Neverland usually hanging out with Peter Pan"
and I caught it on my phone and I kept it just in my saved
Vines for like a week and I was gonna delete it a
week later but I was like "You know what, this is
kinda catchy" so I posted it and that was kinda the
very beginning of "Lost Boy" And then all the
comments were people telling me "We wanna hear
more" and that's why, for a week I would just add a
new line every day.
Eventually I had a chorus and that's kinda when I
was like "I should probably write this"
When people reacted to it I knew they were reacting to
something that I had made versus something I was
just singing and that really got me to fall in
love with writing my own music.
I was nice to see that shift from like just a
Viner to a songwriter as well.
And it was really cool to see people finding meaning
in my words, like that was the biggest thing for me
above anything.
Was anytime I would read a comment that was like
"Wow I get this" or "This song makes sense to me"
Like that was the most insane incredible thing to me
and it still it.
Songwriting for me has become a really unique thing.
In the beginning when I first started writing it
would kind of be like, come up with a line or come up
with a title and write around that but now it's
kind of, whatever inspiration hits me,
I could be walking down the street and see a look on
someone's face and that could spark an idea or
something I actually go through, a conversation I
have with my friends.
And I think Vine really impacted me in terms of
just being creative cause when you use Vine you only
had six seconds.
So you wanted it to be as possible.
So I think I try to inf6use that mentality in my
writing now.
I want every line to be as impactful and as
meaningful and I don't ever wanna write something
just to write it.
Like I want every single line that I sing to mean
something to someone.

nanoHUB-U Nanophotonic Modeling L3.19: Plasmonic Nanoparticle Light Trapping - Duration: 3:23.
[Slide 1] Hey everyone.
Welcome to Lecture 3.19.
So, in the last lecture, we were just talking about how we can model different
experimentally observed plasmonic light trapping structures for
crystal and silicon photovoltaics and so now,
we're actually going to explore more details of how we can fully understand and
then optimize these sort of light trapping structures.
[Slide 2] And so this is kind of quantifying what is the enhancement of
absorption associated with adding the silver nano-particles which we identified
last time as the most promising type of structure for enhancing absorption.
And you can see that with the nanoparticle, we can have
absorption up to 65% at wavelengths that are very close to the band edge because of
this extraordinary field enhancement and confinements.
Whereas, if you did not have this sort of light trapping then it's
almost an order magnitude weaker absorption.
So you basically increase from 10% up to 65% with the assorted nanoparticle.
[Slide 3] And so, then, just zooming in again on the field enhancement,
you can see that the field enhancement, with the nanoparticle, it's like this.
Without the nanoparticle, it's actually like quarters magnitude smaller.
[Slide 4] So this is like really strong, significant effect and
so another way to look at it kind of zoomed out from the previous picture.
It kind of looks like this and so
you can see that there's a big enhancement over the whole volume of the crystalline
silicon which might be like two microns thick.
[Slide 5] And then, if you look at this as a function of texturing height,
then you can see that, actually, with the plasmonic nanoparticle,
especially for very short structures, that there's a marked improvement.
But then the gap kind of closes as you increase the height
to a large enough value.
So, that indicates that over the whole spectrum,
it may not be extremely beneficial for a very thick structure.
So, say, like a crystalline silicon wafer.
But then or a crystalline silicon thin film where texture heights are limited
to less than one micron, then this could actually be a big benefit, or a big boost.
[Slide 6] And so just to kind of visualize like what kind of outputs you got from these sort of
systems, again you have the parasitic loss,
quantified as basically subtracting 3.7 from the ultimate JSC that's possible.
And then of course you have some reflection losses of
about 5 mA per square centimeter, but you are still left with a surprisingly large
value of 36.6 mA per square centimeter,
which of course is below kind of the maximum theoretical value.
for silicon.
But it actually comes not too far away from some of the world record
wafer based crystalline silicon cells.
So that says at least in principle this sort of light trapping could allow you
to reproduce the performance of
crystalline silicon wafer based cell with much less silicon.
[Slide 7] This is just showing like what the texture looks like for the system.

only the town-crier in the market-place
deafens you, he deafens you,
ach my poor little heart.

Selling Fidget Spinner Toys at School - Duration: 3:09.
Today I want to tell you a short story about selling fidget spinners in school and the kids who think they're getting ripped off.
Welcome back to CapOhTV, the channel where we know school is a joke and you don't want to be the punchline.
If this is your first time here and you also think school is a joke and you want to take back control of your education,
then hit that subscribe button now.
These little spinners are SUPER popular right now and I see them every day when I'm substitute teaching.
They're also SUPER sold-out in most locations.
You see, these things are cheap to make. You can get them wholesale for $1.60 a piece if you buy them in a pack of 20.
And in a retail store, they sell for $5 to $6.
Well, it turns out that there is a kid in the high school that I substitute in for $8.
That doesn't seem like a bad deal.
In fact, I paid $7 and 80 cents for this one off Amazon because it was the only one I could find that was in stock with Prime shipping.
But, apparently, high school kids don't understand the concept of supply and demand.
A few people bought these for $8 from this one kid. Let's call him Billy.
Billy was smart enough to realize, "Hey, if I buy these for $5 at my local Walgreens (or wherever he got them),
then I can sell them for a few dollars more to kids at school and make a little money.
And these other kids were happy to buy it for $8 and spin the spinner in class and distract themselves from real work and
cause a lot of arguments over who gets to play with the spinner next!
But when they found out that they could buy these for $5 at Walgreens and they paid $8 to Billy,
they got upset and they said Billy ripped them off, they said Billy was trying to take advantage of them.
My response to them was "No, he didn't!"
Do you know how much the shirt you're wearing cost to make and to ship and to get into the store so that you could buy it?
It probably cost them eight... nine dollars.
And you paid maybe $20 for it!
You don't have any problem with that, do you?
That's called profit margin, that's called running a business.
And little Billy here is a little entrepreneur and he realized if these are sold out everywhere and I've got a few extra of them,
then I can make some money
There's nothing wrong with that!
The lesson here is: buy low, sell high, recognize an opportunity when it's right in front of you.
Now, with that said, these will be banned in most schools very shortly.
They're just another distraction from the meaningless work that you're asked to do every day.
And the school can't stand for that!
So, if you happen to be sitting on a bunch of fidget spinners that you bought for a cheap price,
then go to school, set up shop, just don't get caught.
You can make a lot of money!
Are you part of the fidget spinner craze? Leave a comment down below, let me know what you think about them!
And if this was your first time here to CapOhTV and you also think school is a joke and you want to take back control of your education,

Thanks for watching, see you later, BYE!

Jesse Watters Stuns With Sudden Announcement After Ivanka 'Blow Jb' Joke - Duration: 4:09.
Jesse Watters Stuns With Sudden Announcement After Ivanka 'Blow Jb' Joke
Fox News Channel (FNC) commentator Jesse Watters received a sizable promotion when his longtime
mentor, Bill O'Reilly, was let go over sexual harassment allegations last week.
Now a full-time co-host on The Five, Watters' new stint is already off to a rocky start.
Following his seemingly inappropriate joke about President Donald Trump's daughter
Ivanka, he stunned fans with another sudden announcement they didn't see coming.
On Tuesday, Watters shocked Fox's audience with what seemed to be a sex joke about Ivanka,
whose first job as an official advisor to her father's administration was to take
part in a women's summit in Germany.
During a segment on Tuesday night, Watters remarked on the way that Trump held a microphone
while she discussed women's rights at a panel in Germany.
"It's funny.
The left says they really respect women and then when given an opportunity to respect
a woman like that they boo and hiss … so I don't really get what's going on here,
but I really liked how she was speaking into that microphone," Watters said.
Watters gestured with his hand toward his mouth as he made the remark and then grinned
at his co-hosts.
The next morning, Watters said his comment was not meant to be sexual innuendo.
"During the break, we were commenting on Ivanka's voice and how it was low and steady
and resonates like a smooth jazz radio DJ," he said.
"This was in no way a joke about anything else."
[Source: The Hill] It appeared that no one was buying Watters' explanation for the
comment, and just one day later, he made a surprising announcement.
"I'm going to be taking a vacation with my family, so I'm not going to be here tomorrow,"
Watters said on Wednesday.
"I'll be back on Monday, so don't miss me too much."
It certainly seems odd to be taking a vacation just days into a brand new job, especially
one which offered such a substantial promotion.
Also of note is the fact that O'Reilly announced a sudden getaway of his own amid the harassment
scandal, and the network decided to part ways with him in the coming days.
In fact, the star anchor was with his family in Italy when he received the news that his
decades-long career at Fox had come to an end.
This is not the first time Watters has come under fire for controversial comments, either.
Watters has in the past made controversial remarks.
During the 2016 presidential election, he was accused of racially stereotyping Asian-Americans
in a TV segment in which he asked them whether it was the "year of the dragon" and whether
they knew karate.
[Source: Business Insider]
As FNC continues to overhaul its image and replace many of its longstanding talents with
fresh faces, it isn't brash to consider the fact that Watters may be out of a job
in a short time.
With the left on the offensive, constantly finding any opportunity to attack the right-leaning
network with allegations of sexual harassment and misogyny, network executive are of the
mindset that they simply cannot afford to take any chances with their on-air personalities.
Indeed, there is a new culture being ushered in at Fox, and it remains to be seen whether
Watters will be a part of it.

Donald Trump The Snake Poem Opinion Reacting to My Old Videos Teresa - Duration: 5:14.
hi YouTube okay we are reciting the
snake we're actually reviewing my old
video and I told you guys that I thought
Donald Trump
I took the snake and applied it to him
in America he seems to think he's
applying it to people coming in
immigration I'm applying it to him so
this is what you do you read through the
poem and I'm going to read through the
poem for you guys now the last time I
changed it a little bit so you can see
on this video here I changed some of the
word this time I'm going to read it so
you guys can hear it and understand it
straight from how it is okay here we go
on her way to work one morning down the
path alongside the lake a tender-hearted
woman saw a poor half frozen snake his
pretty colored skin had been all frosted
with the dew poor thing she cried I'll
take you in I'll take care of you take
me in tender woman take me in for
heaven's sake take me in tender woman
sighed the snake she wrapped him up all
cozy in a comforter of silk and laid him
by her fireside with some honey and some
milk she hurried home from work that
night and soon as she arrived she found
that pretty snake she'd taken to have
been revived take me in tender woman
take me in for heaven's sake take me in
tender woman side the snake she clutched
him to her boosom you're so beautiful
she cried but if I hadn't brought you it
by now you might have died she stroked
his pretty skin again and kissed him and
held him tight instead of saying thanks
the snake gave her a vicious bite take
me a tender woman take me in for
heaven's sake take me in tender woman
sighed the snake I saved you cried the
woman and you bitten me but why you know
your bite is poisonous and now I'm going
to die oh shut up silly woman said the
reptile with a grin you knew damn well I
was a snake before you took me in take
me in tender woman take me in for
heaven's sake
take me in tender woman sighed the snake
and so you see that's Donald Trump right
there when you think of the part when it
says oh shut up silly woman said the
reptile with a grin and so look at
Trump's like reptile and grin he's got
his orange reptile face and so that's
Trump all all through here is is he's
talking about himself he's the snake so
he's saying America as in she voted him
in and so now now he just I guess he
thinks he can be it I don't know what
you'd call it dictator maybe I don't
know
and so yeah but anyway over here is my true colors video
so here we go
on her way to work one morning down the path along side the lake
a tender hearted woman saw a half frozen donald trump
his pretty color orange skin had been all frosted in the dew
poor thing she cried i'll take you in i'll take care of you
take me in tender woman take me in for heavens sake
take me in tender woman sighed the orange donald trump
she wrapped him up all cozy in a comforter of silk
and laid him by her fireside with some honey and some milk
Trump decided to skip the White House
Correspondents Dinner and so you can see
here he well it's kind of like if if
people are going to say things he
doesn't want to hear he just kind of
isolates himself off somewhere else and
that's kind of this division that we
have in this country too and he kind of
tapped into that and because he knew it
existed because they you know created it
with the well the past rhetoric
anyway but yeah that's just what I
wanted to say about that particular
video in this you know now he's reading
it as president he read the snake as
president he's telling the United States
who he is he's the snake people voted
Donald Trump as president voted Donald
Trump
into the United States as president and
he's the snake that's why he's reading
this this poem by Al Wilson that's why
he's reading the lyrics because he's the
snake and and he's telling you so and so
you know when when someone tells you who
they are believe them and and so yes
yeah I can't think of anything else
right now this is what I would like I
would like for you guys to subscribe and
ring my bell ring my bell follow me on
YouTube and ringing the bell will send
you emails and notifications and things
like that I want to thank you so much
for watching please thumbs up this video

Geology Field Trip 2017 - Duration: 1:05.
My name is Daniela.
We are going on a field trip
With the Earth and Ocean Sciences
You learn something in class
like the technical part
but it's very different to see the real thing.
You actually know how to recognize the rocks.
so it is very interesting.
I would like to study biology.
Earth and ocean was approaching towards the biological,
and the nature, and the weather.
Knowing about how the air forms.
Before this class,
I usually watch rocks and was like "mehh,
it doesn't matter"
but now it's like "oooh! That's an igneous rock,
that's a sedimentary rock"
and it's very cool to know more about
that, and not just see beautiful landscapes
It's more like, some
interesting and mysterious process happened.

Selling Investment Real Estate Denver - Duration: 4:05.
- [Chris] Chris Lopez here
with DenverInvestmentRealEstate.com
and I have Charles Roberts sitting next to me.
And Charles, I've heard you half jokingly,
half seriously a couple times
say sometimes you're not the best real estate agent
'cause you've actually talked a lot of clients
out of selling their investment property.
So, fill that in.
- [Charles] So, my clients bought literally hundreds
of properties during the downturn 2008 to 2011.
They've still been buying since then but, boy,
do we close a lot of properties there.
So probably every couple of weeks, two or three weeks,
I'll get a client who calls me and says, "You know what,
I want to sell my properties."
And I'll say, "Great, and I'd love to help you sell them",
but let me at least first ask, like,
why do you want to sell?
I like to be able to challenge my friends, my colleagues,
my clients and see what they are thinking.
And really what it comes down to
is often times they'll say, "Well, the market's been up
for a while, I think we're at the top."
And we'll talk about that.
And the truth is I don't personally agree.
In the last year I bought six more properties
from my portfolio and I would never pretend
that I can predict the market,
but I don't think anybody can predict the market,
and I think owning long-term property makes a lot of sense.
So, sometimes they'll decide to buy and sometimes
they'll say, "You know, I'm gonna hang on for a while,"
and let's see what they want to do.
Now, if they want to sell, then at that point
what we do is we talk about what the best way to sell it is.
So I'm a real estate agent and we have all of the tools
and all of the capability to be able to help them
sell their property for the easiest...
In the easiest situation
for the top price for the easiest hassle.
- [Chris] Okay, so I'm gonna kind of loop back around
to I'll say troubleshooting investors or clients
with those property, like, what are some
of the common issues that come up
where you've actually been able to help them
resolve the issue and keep the property
or turn them around from something they want to sell
like, wow, I'm glad I kept this, now it's performing?
- [Charles] So, for example, I might have
a client who had a bad tenant.
That would be the obvious one right there
and let me tell you, we've all had bad tenants.
If you've never actually owned real estate as an investment,
well, you haven't had a bad tenant, but everybody else has
sooner or later, we all understand that.
The bottom line it comes down to this,
if you're gonna own property, you're gonna make
a ton of money, you're gonna have some bad tenants.
We get paid very very well for having some tough situations
and I've got lots and lots of them.
So, let's say someone calls and said, "You know what,
I'm just done with this."
Great, they might be done with it, but I also might say,
well, let's talk about the situation:
Are you managing the property yourself?
Should you maybe get a property manager?
Do you have a property manager managing
and maybe you should be managing it yourself?
Maybe this wasn't the right property for you.
There's lots and lots of ways of looking at it
and the fact is maybe they're just done
and that's the way it should be.
But I think the message here is that you, me,
everybody wants to, or should want to talk,
with people who want to consult with them,
who want to ask them questions and hopefully,
arrive at whatever the right answer
and whatever that is is fine for them.
But it's interesting and it's fun
and hopefully it's helpful to be able to talk with people
and maybe solve some problems along the way.
- [Chris] So, if someone is sitting in this situation
should I just reach out to you and talk,
or, I mean, what would be the next step for you.
- [Charles] Yeah, I mean I really think so.
This is what I do 15 hours a day.
I run Your Castle Real Estate Live Urban Real Estate
and I work with investors and I buy and sell property myself
and this is kind of entertaining for people like me and you
to be able to talk to people, to reach out,
to have relationships with people and may be able
to help them with real estate or may be able
to point them in the right direction,
but I certainly invite people to, you know, come to our blog
or send us emails or reach out to us and say,
"Hey, I've got this problem.
Is this something that we can talk about?"
The answers gonna be yeah and maybe we can even help out.
- [Chris] Great, well if you wanna get in touch with us,
go to DenverInvestmentrealEstate.com/Consult
and you can get in touch with Charles or myself
or go check out our experts section.
You've got experts from all over the industry

How difference about gay things japan and france - Duration: 5:50.
Hi It's ryan koike
today I'm gonna talk about how difference about japanese gay and french gay
at first Open relationships
I think most of all french gay couples are in a relationships
Open relationship means even if you have a boyfriend, you can date other people. also sex too
surprisingly it's not popular in Japan about relationships in gay couples.
and also gay marriage is not common
I can see who are married or in a open relationships
when i slept with people who are in a relationships
At first there was a feeling of guilt, but I felt it was reasonable to think it well
continue it, the relationship will keep for a longer time and it will be not hard to get bored
It becomes a new stimulus, you can have sex with 3some or 4 ...
So it turned out that there was a good side for each other
It is not easy to understand for me But i can feel it is better for majority
I thought it was a reasonable action
i want to try maybe..
second,On French people's lower body circumstances
I mean..its talk about penis lol
I thought bigger and there is no phimosis people in france
In fact, in my case...there are some people who are uncut and small
but it's not a lot than japanese, but i think more than 50% are uncut
and it's different phimosis compare to japanese
The Japanese phimosis is normally covered and it can be peeled off at the time of erection. French people sometimes do not get stuck when erecting.
and they feel hurts when i peeled that skin
it's hard to **ck
And they couldn't washed it by self , because of pain
so that's why....so smelly.........(not all people though)
And third thing is difference about gay apps
Japanese do not do much of direct wording, they often go to date or drink alcohol. sometime hungout
but I think westerners are more direct behavior
they start immediately send a message what are you looking for ? what your style about sex?
I think that there is a tendency to respect sexual preferences
They want to avoid inconsistencies of sex beforehand
Not much in Japan, but that is very reasonable
it's really not bad things
and also it's related about second thing(uncut) westerners are very care of face, body and genital pics
Because they have preferences, they want to prevent inconsistencies
afterward it getting easier matching to people
so..i wanna try that behavior when i back to japan
and i have already felt a lot of interesting things in here. but its my first time video so it ll be over soon this time
if you like this video, please subscribe and like so on!
