It's sometimes easy to forget

to put dates in the diary to see extended family.

But spring bank holiday is the perfect time

to invite family and friends around.

And when the weather is good,

you can entertain without too much stress

by putting on a barbecue or a summer garden party.

We've now been joined by Lucy Pavia from Marie Claire

to talk al fresco dining.

And, of course, Andrea and Alesha are still here.

- You all right, ladies? - We're good.

Good. So, Lucy, outdoor dining.

What do we need to get everything al fresco ready?

Well, I would say just keep it as low-maintenance as you possibly can.

Make sure your patio is nice and clear.

And then just get out there and embrace the weather.

So, what are we looking at? What are the trends for this season?

So, I'm going to show you two.

- First is a Riviera trend. - Lots of colour.

Loads of colour. And, actually, interiors

have really been about neutrals for the last couple of years.

So it's nice to see the brights coming back.

I'm so pleased, because I do like colour. I think it just screams summer.

- Yeah, especially outside. - Yeah.

I think you can get away with colours outside

that you wouldn't necessarily inside.

Anyway, so this is really great.

And, actually, even though there's lots of different colours here,

it all sort of ties in.

Yeah. It's a bit of a clash, but it works.

Yes, exactly. And, also, colourful glass, that's another big trend.

Yeah, and candle holders.

And I love this drink dispenser as well, which is great, isn't it?

So you have a drink station

so you don't have to go back and forth to the kitchen.

Good idea. And it keeps the team together for the party outside.

Do you like a garden party, ladies?

- Yes. - Always.

So you'd like a drinks station like this, wouldn't you?

That is amazing.

- Really good idea. - Are you a good hostesses?

- I think so. - Yeah.

- I like that I'm speaking for us. - We are.

- We are great. - We're fantastic.

And do you like to barbecue?

Because barbecues, obviously, are always big in the summer, aren't they?

So do you like to barbecue or do you get the guys to do it?

I mean, personally, I like a man to do it.

- The men. - Yeah.

I think men, meat, and fire goes very well.

And I like to do all the accessorising.

I'm really… to be honest, Nick does most of the cooking in my house.

Whereas I'm really good at accessorising.

So I might do.. I always lay the table, I'm really fussy about that.

So when we're outside,

I like to make sure everybody's got their drinks and the nibbles and that,

while he's doing the...

- Yeah, same for you, Alesha? - Same, yeah.

My little brother is an amazing chef,

so we always have him come round and cook for all of us.

And I just make sure everybody's drinks are topped up.

Perfect. Also, I think if you do try and interfere,

the guys get the hump, don't they? They don't want you interfering.

They're like, go away and leave me to it.

They need one of those beer things. Just prop them up.

Barbecue and beer cooler.

We do. Well, this is one of our next trends.

So it's a monochrome trend,

but it's got a real 'Americana' vibe, which is in at the moment.

Very Hamptons, isn't it?

Very Hamptons, very East Coast of America.

- I really like these little hot dog... - Me, too.

- Hot dog holders. - Have you seen these?

Look. Because they're plastic, so they're reusable.

So they're great if you've got kids as well.

That is brilliant. My kids would love that.

Aren't they brilliant?

And, actually, it's quite good because with these,

if you haven't got a table that you can all sit around,

you can always just, you know... you can have more guests, basically.

Absolutely. And, also, French fries chip holder, look at that.

Think that's good. Very stylish.

It's the kind of thing you get in a really nice diner.

And you can put it outside.

And of course, we said, if the men are barbecuing,

then they're going to have to have refreshments, aren't they?

- This is for one man, all the beer. - That's just for one man alone.

So that nice cool box there. Brilliant.

I think we would need a few of them going to a party round theirs.

KOSPI reaches all-time high, surpassing 2,255 mark - Duration: 0:53.

Korean shares have extended their rally on this Monday,.... setting a new record high.

As of 1:30 p.m., the KOSPI had added more than 15 points from the previous session's

close to 2,257.

Most of the gains were in the medicine and medical supplies sectors, which jumped nearly

3 percent.

Pundits say the results of the French election have also alleviated concerns about potential

political uncertainties in Europe, prompting investors to open their wallets.

Some also attributed the rise to healthy local corporate earnings and an increase in foreign

buying.

Large caps traded mixed, with market heavyweight Samsung Electronics remaining nearly flat.

The nation's top automaker Hyundai Motor gained 1 point 6 percent, while steelmaker POSCO

shed 1-point-5 percent from the previous session's close.

While I'm not working in the carpentry, I have a house renovation.

I want to show you my climbing ladder to the second floor in the workshop.

Fastening of lifting cables on bolts, through washers.

In the top, a cargo is attached to the cable through the blocks.

The weight of the load is selected by the selection method.

The height of the steps is 180 mm. + The thickness of the step is 40 mm.

The tread is 200 mm.

It is convenient to climb.

You have to put the weight, because Wood changes humidity, and accordingly weight.

And do not lift the ladder with your hands.

It remains to squeeze a little.

If it is removed, a 10 mm hole remains. Not noticeable at all.

Kim Sei-young wins LPGA match play event in Mexico for her 6th career victory - Duration: 0:42.

Korean golfer Kim Sei-young won the LPGA's Lorena Ochoa Match Play tournament in Mexico

on Sunday, for her sixth career victory on the ladies' tour.

With the win, she collected her first LPGA title since last June, winning the first three

ingredienst r 200g all purpose flour/maida,

half tsp salt, 1-1/2 tbsp dry milk powder, 1-1/2 tsp yeast,

sugar 1tsp,1 egg

oil 3 tbsp,

lukewarm water to activate yeast n kneading dough

add sugar in yeast

add lukewarm water in yeast 2-3 tbsp water

keep it aside

adding sugar in yeast

adding left over sugar n salt in flour

half tsp sugar in yeast n half tsp sugar in flour

add dry milk powder in flour

mix dry ingredients well

if bubbles form in yeast after 10-15minutes means yeast is active

whisk or blend egg well

i breaking yolk with hands

add egg in flour n mix well

adding 3 tbsp oil in flour

mix egg n oil well in flour

add yeast in flour

add little lukewarm water n knead soft dough

add water n knead soft dough

i kneaded soft dough n cover it n let it rise for 15 minutes

choping or cutting n grating mozrella n cheddaar cheese

greased pizza tray with oil

topping 2-3 tbsp sweet corn,1 tomato,1 onion,1 capsicum,mushroom4-5,

pizza sause ,orgeno thym

roll with rolling pin or with hands into 9-10 diameter circular bread

prick it with fork or knife

so it wont rise upothrwise toping fall while baking

Dusty and dry conditions to prevail nationwide - Duration: 1:57.

People are suffering from itchy eyes, coughing and sore throats, as the nation was hit by

the worst yellow dust storm of the season over the long holiday weekend.

And the dust levels are expected to remain high throughout the day on this Parents' Day

here in Korea.

On dusty days, be sure to wear a protective mask with a KF stamp, which stands for Korea

Filter, refrain from outdoor activity and shower right after coming indoors if you can.

You'll also want to drink plenty of water, as dry weather alerts are still in place for

many parts of the country, including here in the capital.

Temperatures will be similar to a couple of notches higher than yesterday.

Seoul will hit 24 degrees Celsius.

More clouds will move in as the day moves along,... with a light evening rain in store

on Jeju Island.

Luckily, relief is on the way.

Rain is in the forecast across the nation on Tuesday,... which is election day.

The southern provinces will see showers throughout the day, while those of us in the capital

region will see rain in the evening.

U.S., N. Korea set to hold talks as regime's U.S. expert leaves for Europe: TV Asahi - Duration: 1:26.

The United States and North Korea are reportedly scheduled to hold unofficial talks in Europe.

But chances of the so-called "track one-point-five dialogue" leading to official talks under

the Trump administration's hard-line North Korea policy... looks slim.

Here's our Kim Hyo-sun.

North Korean officials and U.S. experts on the regime are reportedly getting ready to

hold talks in Europe amid heightened tensions resulting from North Korea's nuclear and missile

threats.

Japan's TV Asahi reports that Choe Son-hui, who is in charge of U.S. affairs at the North

Korean Foreign Ministry,... left for Europe via Beijing on Sunday.

It looks like the U.S. is resuming its so-called track one-point-five dialogue,... which involves

figures from both the government and the private sector from Washington and Pyongyang.

Choe last sat down with former U.S. officials in Berlin and Geneva in early 2016.

TV Asahi forecasts that the talks could cover security, including Pyongyang's nuclear issue

to future U.S.-North Korea relations.

The Trump administration has settled on its North Korea strategy of maximum pressure and

engagement,... and hinted it will open the door to dialogue while intensifying economic

sanctions and diplomatic pressure.

However,... watchers say that,... even when Washington and Pyongyang sit down for such

unofficial talks,... the two would just be exchanging opinions instead of engaging in

real negotiations.

N. Korea detains fourth U.S. citizen - Duration: 2:04.

North Korea has detained another U.S. citizen,... bringing the total number of Americans held

by the regime to four.

According to the regime's state media, Kim Hak-song, who worked for the Pyongyang University

of Science and Technology, is being held on suspicion of "hostile acts."

Kwon Jang-ho has the details.

In a short, surprise statement on Sunday, Pyongyang's state media outlet revealed that

another U.S. citizen has been detained.

The Korean Central News Agency said that Kim Hak-song was arrested on Saturday for carrying

out suspected "hostile acts" but no further details have been given.

The report said he was working at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology, which

the institution confirmed on Monday.

He was said to be visiting for several weeks to do agricultural development work at the

university's experimental farm.

A U.S. State Department official said Sunday that Washington is aware of Kim's reported

arrest and, because the U.S. does not have a diplomatic mission in Pyongyang, it will

work through the Swedish Embassy to look into the matter.

Kim is the second U.S. citizen and university employee to be detained in recent weeks.

Last Wednesday, the KCNA also disclosed that Professor Kim Sang-dok, also known as Tony

Kim, was arrested in April for "criminal acts of hostility" aimed at overthrowing the regime.

So far there is no evidence to suggest that the two arrests are connected.

That leaves a total of four U.S. citizens who are currently being held by Pyongyang.

The other two include Otto Warmbier, a student who was arrested for attempting to steal a

propaganda poster in January 2016, and Kim Dong-chul, a businessman who was arrested

in October 2015 for allegedly trying to steal military secrets for South Korea.

They are suspected to have signed a forced confession and are currently serving 15 and

10 years of hard labor, respectively.

Three South Koreans and one Canadian citizen are also being held by the regime.
