went through a really crazy experience my body started to work against me and I

got ill I got many many troubles with my stomach and all the area until my mouth

and I experienced a really really discomfort in my body

disconnection with my body and it took me years to get back to reconnected with

my body and with myself and lately I had to think about this experience and I

spoken about it with my life that I wanted to do something for the people

for you who are still struggling with your body who are maybe you are ill

maybe you have worse disease or maybe you are just not in love with your body

and with yourself and I have thought about it and first I felt that I was not

able to teach this because I want to teach only things that I have been

through myself and then I remember to experience what I already told when I

was 16 I went through this horrible experience with my body and I got out of

it I moved beyond it and my body is fully healthy and I love every part of

it but this didn't come over a year or just one decision that wins going deep

going to reconnect with my body and going to fall in love step for step for step

with every part of my body and I want to set a safe space in this video course I

want to guide you I want to help you and I want to overcome together with you and

move beyond the illness the struggles everything the disconnection with

body so that you can love yourself again that you can be fully connected

with your body again and that you can move beyond the illnesses and everything

what's going on I want to do this I want to set the safe space and if you feel

like if you want to join me if you want to move beyond all of these bodies

struggles because even when you want to stay on the earth here you take your

body with you every step of the way you can move you can quit your jobs you can

take another partner but you cannot get another body so I think this is one of

the importance courses I'm going to do ever because we are all connected to our

Vows to Not Let It Happen Again

At first glance, 22-year-old Elaina Towery of Howell, Michigan, seemed to have a bright

future ahead.

With a loving mother to provide support and fresh employment opportunities before her,

she appeared ready to conquer the world.

But on August 10, Elaina was late coming home.

She'd texted her mom, Cheryl Towery, saying she'd be back soon.

Yet as one hour stretched into two, Towery realized that something was wrong.

Then she got a horrifying message on Facebook: Elaina was in the hospital with only machines

keeping her alive.

Towery would later learn that her daughter had disappeared into a Burger King restroom

around the time of her text and hadn't come back out.

After almost half an hour had passed, employees found her passed out on the bathroom floor

and beginning to slide into cardiac arrest.

"She's my only daughter, my best friend," Towery told WJBK.

"She was supposed to start her new job today.

Now she's on life support."

Authorities suspect that Elaina had introduced heroin laced with fentanyl into her system.

Sadly, it didn't surprise Towery.

Elaina began abusing prescription drugs when she was only 15 years old, an unfortunate

result of a relationship with an abusive boyfriend.

The boyfriend fathered her 5-year-old son Christopher, and he has since been convicted

of domestic violence and other crimes.

Additionally, the mother found that Elaina had been pimped out and had been kept locked

in a hotel room and high on narcotics.

The addiction that grew out of her abusive relationship landed Elaina in five treatment

centers and ultimately claimed her life.

Towery's daughter is far from the only individual to struggle with narcotics and opioids.

According to the New York Times, overdose deaths jumped nearly 20 percent in 2016, making

the leading cause of death for Americans 49 and younger.

Fentanyl, a synthetic compound often added to heroin, has only made the rash of fatalities

worse.

Some estimate that it's 50 times more potent than heroin, and deaths due to the relatively

new drug have spiked by 600 percent in the United States' largest cities.

"If anything can be likened to a weapon of mass destruction in what it can do to a

community, it's fentanyl," the Drug Enforcement Administration's Michael Ferguson told the

Denver Post.

"It's manufactured death."

That's a message Cheryl Towery hopes she can get out to the wider world.

On August 14, she removed Elaina from life support, and the young woman passed away soon

after.

Towery also has a message for those dealing fentanyl: Their days are numbered.

"I'm going to fight the rest of my life to make sure the people that are down here

MIIEGO M1 and AL3+ Freedom Sports Headphones Review - Duration: 5:21.

Hello and today we're going to take a look at three sets of headphones by Miiego,

the AL3+, the M1 and the 3+ for women, designed for runners

all the headphones loop around the back of your head and so there's nothing

to connect to the phone, it connects via bluetooth. There are controls on the

headphones themselves, just on the right ear, it comes with a small carry case and

if you open that up you'll find some spare ear pads and a small net section

to hold the USB charging cable that's also included. There's a small

instruction booklet to help you get set up, very easy to use, the AL3+

Freedom Woman are almost identical to the AL3+ but they have a

shorter wire connecting the two headphones together. The M1s are in

ear headphones and they also have controls on the headphones themselves,

they also wrap around the back of your neck but have a slightly looser fit. Carry

case is included with these as well and you also get a range of in ear tips so that

you can make sure you've got the best fit possible. Although I can test out

things like sound quality I'm not a runner so for this video I'm bringing in

the professionals. "Hi I'm Donna, I'm 46, I run on a regular basis.

I've run 10ks, a couple of marathons, I run without music at the moment."

"My name is Rebecca, I'm 44 years old, the longest I've done it a marathon,

I've done two marathons. I would really struggle to run without music."

Mark: "You don't use earphones at the moment?" Donna: "No because I haven't found anything that works.

Mark "okay, and you and you sometimes have one ear and sometimes in ear?"

Rebecca: "Yeah at the moment I'm on ear."

Mark: "There's 2 varieties you get to fight over."

R: "I'd prefer to try these." D: "Okay I'm completely every minded

I've tried something like that and as I say they didn't work for me,

so yeah I'll go for those." With headphones picked I gave a few tips on

how to wear the headphones and we got them set up with the various mobile

phones that they were going to be used with before heading off to test them out.

Now these headphones have the tagline of 'you move and they don't', Rebecca and

Donna certainly managed to put that test.

Along the way we picked up a third

reviewer to give us a second opinion on Donna's headphones.

Will: "I'm Will, I'm 13, I do 5k running and 200 meters."

M: So you've had them affair about a week week and a half or so

do you find that they stay in place? D: okay, so when I started using the over ear

they didn't move at all, thought they were fantastic, still fit the sound is

fantastic however because Will and I have

been sharing them what I've found is as we've shared them they've become looser

so I wonder if we haven't done that whether they that wouldn't have happened.

W: yeah they've become looser for me as well. At the start they didn't move at all and

the sounds still great but now they still fit for me, they don't fall off, but

I can feel that they don't fit as well as they did.

I checked in with the manufacturer on this point and they confirmed these shouldn't really

be sharing between users, but if you do find you're getting a looser fit

they can be tightened up again using this kind of action where you are bending the wire in on itself

and that will make this a nice tight fit once more

R: I've liked mine more as they've gone on in terms of

how they fit and I think the first couple of times I wore them I maybe didn't put

them in my ears enough because I'm used to on ear ones, but now I'm more used to

them they don't move at all and I would say that they perform really well on

that. I've had to charge them one since I've had them, but what it did was it told me

that they needed charging and I think that's really clever and it didn't tell

me an annoying way just towards the end of my last run it would say 'battery is

low' and it says it probably about every seven minutes and it was towards the end

of my last run and so I maybe heard it about four times and I got home because

I've heard it four times I remembered to charge it. What is good about these is

the ease of being able to find the button. I think with these you have to

get a little bit used to them because they have to meld to your

ears perfectly and once you've done that I think they're great and I like...

D: I like the little case R: ...yeah then you can just chuck them

in a bag and they're not gonna break, because they're in a hard case like sunglasses.

D: I've done some home work outs including

lots of jumping, burpees, star jumps, going up from upright down into like a

plank position and back up, I'm doing sit-ups and things so my head's

backwards and when you're heads backwards and the earphones on they don't move

so in those workouts I found them fantastic. M: Do they sound good?

D: I think they're fantastic, in terms of the sound, not lost the connection at all from the

phone and the sound quality is really clear but also you are aware of

other noises you not going to get run over! R: yeah the sound quality is great, very good

M: And you liked the sound quality as well? W: yeah

So while I haven't been out running with these I have used them in day to day, just walking to the

shops things like that, they're very comfortable with a great sound quality

and you can still hear what's going on around you even though the music's nice

In today's vid I'm showing you

how to decorate a paperclip

to get it funnier.

We're doing so with an amigurumi.

So let's begin!

Materials

You'll need:

cotton yarn for a 3 mm hook,

2.5 mm hook,

a bit of polyfill,

scissors,

a needle

and a bit of embroidery thread.

Let's begin.

AMIGURUMI PAPERCLIP

Ok, we're decorating

a paperclip

so it won't be so simple.

We're making an amigurumi head

like this one.

Remember that in GanchiGurumi

we won't learn how to make copyright characters.

We're not making this Pikachu,

but a pretty bunny.

You can make the animal or character

of your choice.

I've prepared here

the beginning circle

with the following pattern:

R1: Magic ring with 6 sc

R2: *INC* x6 (12)

R3: *1 sc, INC* x6 (18)

R4: *2 sc, INC* x6 (24)

R5: *3 sc, INC* x6 (30)

Then, we're making 5 rounds without increases, so

R6-R10: 30 sc

**Let's make a ball!**

More or less like this!

You can make more or less rounds without increases.

**Following this pattern, you'll get a perfect ball**

Next, it's time to close the ball,

but we're making details before.

Place the paperclip here.

Before continuing,

you can fix the paperclip to avoid the wobble.

In the inside,

apply some glue, mod podge, silicone

or whichever you prefer.

And now we can continue closing.

Follow this pattern:

R11: *3 sc, DEC* x6 (24)

R12: *2 sc, DEC* x6 (18)

R13: *1 sc, DEC* x6 (12)

Before closing completely,

we're making the pretty face.

It's easier to embroider with no polyfil in the inside.

**You can embroider the face as you want**

Once the face is embroidered,

just stuff with polyfill

and the close the ball.

We're making now the ears.

Just make 2 circles

with the same pattern of the head,

but until R4 (with 24 stitches).

That is,

R1: MR (6)

R2: *INC* x6 (12)

R3: *1 sc, INC* x6 (18)

R4: *2 sc, INC* x6 (24)

**Don't forget to make 2!**

Now, fold the ear

and sew a bit in the little tip

to fix it.

Now it's time to sew the ear

to the head.

You can sew them

upwards like me or downwards.

You choose!

Well, this was all.

Now you have funny and cute paperclips.

Remember this is just an exemple;

you can make the animal or character of your choice.

I forgot to mention

with the materials,

but you'll also need a paperclip.
