Yo yo yo! Hello everyone! Alex from VaperMD is with you

And i'm glad to welcome you on my channel

And today our guest is GLM RDA

Yeah, RDA of the same name. There is a company Get Low Mods - everyone in Russia knows them

These guys made GLM button for mechanical mods, which are widely used by many manufacturers in their devices

Guys are famous, guys have good reputation and they released few mechanical mods already, so it's time for RDA.

And for us it's time to make a review. Let's dive down

Okay, friends. In here we have a wooden box with a new GLM logo. Guys maintain the tradition of packing their devices in wooden box.

On the side we have a little notch for removing top cover

By the way, this cover also have a notch for holding the RDA straight in the box

And now the kit itself - the bag with spare o-rings, spare screws and BF pin

And, obviously, the RDA itself. On the bottom of the box we have a notch for 510 connector, so the RDA won't be hanging out in the box

And i have a question to the manufacturer - here is LEGENDARY blue screwdriver?

But here's some technical information - this RDA is made out of Stainless steel. Also there is a Full Copper version

It's available in Black, Red, Stainless steel and Copper colors

It features the 810 non-o-ring drip tips slot and custom chuff caps, adjustable side airflow for dual coils only

The deck with two posts design for counter coils installation. And, by the way, negative post is milled into the deck, which gives better conductivity of this RDA

Here's the explanation of word play, since better in Russian sounds like best, and conductivity of this RDA is good, but not the best

Overall, the diameter of this RDA is 24mm, juice well is 6mm deep

We are begin a detailed look and as always we start from the top and in order

On the top we have an 810 non-o-ring drip tip. I think you noticed that this drip tip isn't tall, it's a low pro and it have that bevel so liquid won't accumulate on the top *Note on top: It's made of delrin*

Due to 810 slot you are able to use your favorite 810s on this RDA

Next we are welcomed by top cap with slight cutout and a platform for fitting 810 drip tips

By turning the top cap you are adjusting the airflow by selecting airflow holes - there's 3 of them

Inside this top cap look like so. As you can see it have 3 holes with different diameters on both sides, inner part have cone shaped machining, also it have single o-ring that hold it on the barrel

I can say the o-ring is perfectly picked, airflow adjustment is smooth and nice

I think you noticed that top cap is completely black - both inside and outside

Moving forward we are met full black barrel. The barrel itself have a new logo of Get Low Mods, and i will say so - it looks gorgeous

Also the barrel have 2 big through holes on both sides

Diameter of this hole is 4.7mm, diameter of middle hole on the top cap is 3.43mm and the smallest hole is 2.2mm

Inside the barrel have a bevel which help it not to fall through. And I guess it's all i could've say about this barrel

Yes, one more thing that I forgot to show you - this barrel perfectly fits custom chuff caps - for example this 24mm Cupcake from District5 sits perfectly

Okay, friends. Now it's time to talk about the deck. In this deck we won't find any innovative solutions - this is completely classic solution - 2 posts 2 holes and counter installation of coils

Two flat head screws which will tighten the leads. As you can see these screws are massive

Pay attention - inside these posts have a small platform on which you will put your build, it means that it doesn't have through holes, so it won't break the leads of your coils and it's good

The juice well is 6mm deep, as i said before, and it accommodates a decent amount of liquid

Also pay attention that negative post is milled into the deck. This post is milled together with the deck

Also insulator, positive post and the screw that holds positive post. This screw can be replaced with BF pin which we have in kit

The deck have 2 perfectly picked o-rings. On the bottom we have GLM logo and nice protruding pin. And serial number - mine is 0730

To install squonk pin we need to unscrew the regular one

After unscrewing the pin you can remove the post and insulator. The post is look like so, and i will tell you - this is pretty big chunk of metal

BF pin look like so. It's flat head for a screwdriver like this. Let's install it. After placing it - screw it down with a flat head screwdriver and tighten the positive post

Boom and now you can use this RDA on squonk mods

But we're going to use it in classic way and it's time to install dual coils in here

Okay folks, we're done and we're ready to get back to face-time, vape this RDA and speak of its pros and cons

It's only left to unscrew it from this regulated box mod and screw on some mechanical mod

It fries. It performs like a beast. There's lot of air, vapor production is insane - as well as flavor

As always, classics, we start with cons

And here i'm confused. I didn't find any major cons in that RDA which would affect on its functionality or working ability

This RDA gathers absolutely classical solutions - classical 810 drip tip, side airflow adjustment, two classical posts - two posts two holes, as I usually say

Deep juice well and good manufacturing quality. What can i mention as a con? I guess - nothing

I want to let you decide what cons this RDA have - leave a comment - what do YOU think regarding cons of this RDA?

And we're going to talk about pros

First pro to this RDA goes for versatility of fitting 810 drip tips and custo chuff caps

Next pro goes for perfectly picked o-rings. Everything spins, pop in and out good. I have no complaints about airflow adjustment - o-rings are soft and smooth. So a pro for o-ring selection

Classic, understandable, convenient counter installation of coils. In here I have no complaints as well - I managed to install the coils pretty fast

Also I will give a pro for a massive screws with big flat head. It's very convenient to tighten the leads and a pro goes for that

Of course a pro for capacity - juice well is 6mm deep and it accommodate a decent amount of liquid which is enough to hardcore vape this RDA

Great quality of manufacturing. Zero complaints, zero burs, perfect threads and all tolerances are fine

So a pro for quality of manufacturing

I will give it a pro for good conductivity. Of course, the idea of milled post isn't new, guys implemented this idea in here and it's good

And last pro I will give for a flavor and cloud production. In here you can adjust what you need - if you need big clouds - you are welcome - big hole *Note: Another pro for BF/Squonk support*

If you want more flavor - adjust at smallest hole

The draw is becoming tighter so you need to pick correct coils for it. Optimal airflow adjustment for me is middle hole - it's enough for both - clouds and flavor

As you can see everything is great

And now let's talk about price. The price obviously is not Chinese

The price is 3000 rubles(52$)/piece

And i can say - for classic RDA - classic price

This price is fine for RDA with that quality, for variate airflow adjustments, for ability of fitting 810s and custom chuff caps

For massive and firm posts, for deep juice well and for hardcore clouds and flavor

And last question to me - will i recommend this RDA? Yes, I am. It's nicely made, I like it and I use it constantly for a few days since i got it

What I like about this RDA - GLM gathered all the nice and convenient solutions. The did their job well and they make a good RDA for their mech mods and for their fans

You know, i've been thinking and I've left two questions to this RDA - which I sadly cannot test with that short testing time - how the painting will behave over time(if it's painting) or how anodizing will behave(if it's anodizing)

And how gold-plating on the deck and on screws will last

Only time will show. There's only left to see on reviews of end-users

So friends, this is another great RDA by Russian manufacturer. And a like to guys from GLM for that

FBI Agents Arrived And Move In On Clintons

It's starting to look like the Clinton Crime Spree that has gone on for decades may now

be coming to an abrupt end.

A freelance Australian investigative journalist, Micheal Smith, who is also a retired police

detective said earlier this week he has been asked to provide the FBI with details about

multiple allegations of mishandling millions of dollars contributed to the Clinton Foundation

by the Aussie government.

A discovery that may very well lead to the truth about the Uranium One deal.

The particular materials Smith had been asked to hand over to the FBI focus on a 2006 memorandum

of understanding between the Australian government and the Clinton Foundation's Clinton HIV/AIDs

Initiative (CHAI).

Smith claims the foundation received three different financial advantages from the Australian

Taxpayers totaling $40 million dollars, all of which was dishonestly obtained by via of

deception as a result of actions by Bill Clinton and Downer.

Downer was then Australia's minister of foreign affairs.

A spokesman for the Clinton Foundation did not respond to the allegations.

Via Sara Carter:

"The memorandum also falsely claimed that her client's credibility was at issue with

the Justice Department because "he was not called as a witness for the corruption cases"

against Mikerin and the other defendants.

A Justice Department official told this reporter in January that reports that Campbell was

not a credible witness "did not reflect" the thinking of DOJ officials.

"First, there was no trial because the Baltimore U.S. Attorneys' office mishandled the case,"

Toensing noted.

"They filed a Complaint without ever talking with Mr. Campbell.

After interviewing him, they filed an Indictment describing him as a "victim," a term he

had never used and one that is legally inept to a person working undercover.

All the defendants pleaded guilty."

She noted that lawyers with "experience in prosecution and national security, a background

not applicable to anyone the reporter interviewed, knows that a person who has worked undercover

for three decades for both the CIA and the FBI should never be put on the witness stand

because all his past undercover work would have to be provided to defense counsel."

Despite the insurmountable evidence collected by Campbell prior to 2010 for the FBI, the

Obama administration's Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States approved Russia's

nuclear giant Rosatom's purchase of the Canadian firm Uranium One in the fall of that

year.

Then Uranium One controlled 20 percent uranium mining rights in the United States.

The process needed CFIUS approval because uranium is considered a national security

asset but the approval by the Obama administration gave Moscow extensive rights to buy and sell

more atomic fuels.

In a statement Campbell provided Congress and obtained by this reporter he said, "I

was speechless and angry in October 2010 when CFIUS approved the Uranium One sale to Rosatom."

CFIUS has the power to stop deals that could threaten U.S. national security.

At the time, Campbell said he "was deeply worried" that an American company Transportation

Logistics International, which was involved in bribery, kickbacks and money laundering

with the Russians, was continuing to transport sensitive uranium despite the fact that it

had been compromised.

Campbell was hired by the Russian firm … who had hired him to assist in getting the Uranium

One deal passed, stated he was told by Russian nuclear executives that Moscow had hired the

American lobbying firm" in an effort to influence the Obama administration and Hillary

Clinton, as reported by The Hill and according to his testimony.

"I expressed these concerns repeatedly to my FBI handlers," Campbell told lawmakers.

"I remember one response I got from an agent when I asked how it was possible CFIUS would

approve the Uranium One sale when the FBI could prove Rosatom was engaged in criminal

conduct.

His answer: "Ask your politics."

In early 2016, the FBI agents who worked with Campbell took him to a restaurant in Chrystal

City, Virginia where they gave him a check for over $50,000 after all the Russian nuclear

energy corruption cases were completed.

"Would the government so reward a person about whom it had "serious credibility concerns,"

Toensing stated in her letter to The Hill."

Downer made U.S. headlines recently when it was reported that he told the FBI of a May

2016 conversation he had with George Papadopoulos, who was then a campaign aide to President

Donald Trump.

Downer told U.S. law enforcement officials that Papadopoulos told him Russia had "dirt"

on Hillary Clinton.

The way The Clinton Foundation would operate is it would receive huge donations from donor

X.

Later donor X would magically get favorable decisions by Hillary Clinton's State Department

and the Barack Hussein Obama Administration around the same time.

This is what happens when a nation elects crooks into office because of the color of

their skin or the genitalia they possess.

Although all this seems to be a huge complicated ordeal lets hope and pray the FBI, under the

Trump, is able to get to the bottom of this and we can finally watch the Clinton Crime

Syndicate come to an end.

there is no fault between the colors

My question to you is, why do you want to buy someone else's business?

Is it because it's flourishing and there are a whole bunch of things that come along with

it that will keep you from reinventing the wheel?

If that is the case, then those details need to be negotiated and hashed out.

But for the most part, here's what I see.

I see house cleaners getting out of the house cleaning business and they want to sell their client list.

Well, a client list is not worth very much because

customers pay us for the most part per cleaning.

So it's not like you're buying a year's worth of contracts that already exist, that are

already paid for.

Now, if the client has customers on a retainer and they've paid a year in advance, that is

a different story.

But for the most part, people go clean a house and they collect a check the same day.

And so there's no loyalty whatsoever.

The loyalty is, "Oh, my house cleaner that was cleaning my house is now gone.

Instead of the new guy coming in, I could give him a chance.

Or I could just pick a new cleaner of my own choosing."

And that's often what happens.

If you buy a business, if you're buying an existing clientele list it's really not worth

very much money because there's no guarantee whatsoever that customer will stay loyal to

you as the new business owner.

The relationship was with the previous house cleaner.

Not you.

The next thing is, is there a territory that's associated with this?

If you buy a franchise they will assign you a territory, and so you are only allowed to

clean in that territory.

When you buy a franchise they guarantee you no one else from that company marketing in your area.

However, here's the catch, when you buy a franchise they are guaranteeing you that no

one from that company can come in.

But they cannot guarantee that independent house cleaners will not come in and compete

with you in that marketplace.

And so what are you really buying?

Are you really buying a territory?

There could be 35 other independent house cleaners that are in that same area that are

marketing there, and there's nothing you can do about that.

Are you paying for the exclusivity?

Because if you are, that might be something you want to rethink.

If you're buying a franchise, the concept is that you're buying an existing training program.

Here's where buying a franchise actually makes sense.

If you are buying a long-term, well known business that has a great business name, and

it's got great business reviews, and they have a marketing plan that's already set up

that's on a national level, that includes websites and social media and all that stuff.

You don't have to reinvent the wheel for that.

And for that there's a very hefty price for you to jump in and buy an existing business.

But if you're buying it from an independent, chances are they probably have a crappy website.

They probably have crappy social media, and that social media is connected to them.

It's based on the friendships that they've made.

So even if you buy the business you're not buying their friends.

You're not buying their likes and their shares.

What you're buying is a client list, or maybe set up with a training program.

Is there a training program in place?

That's one of the things that you have to ask.

If you're buying an already existing training program that might be worth the price.

But, are you going to have to instill the program?

Or does it already exist, and are there already employees?

If you're buying already trained employee, and let's say that there are 15 or 30 people

that already work for this company, that's something that's worth the money.

For you to go out and find 30 new people that you trust, and then train them all, and get

them all up to speed, and know their reliability and who works well with who, that's going

to take a lot of time and that's going to be costly.

If you are able to buy that already then, booyah!

That might be worth it.

If you're thinking about buying a business, how much are you willing to spend?

It's going to come down to your price, it's going to come down to your budget, and it's

going to come down to your operating capital.

If you have 30 people working for you, boom, all of a sudden that you didn't have yesterday,

do you have the resources in place to hire a manager in order to manage those 30 people?

If you wake up one day and you have 30 call outs, or you have 15 call outs and you're

not able to meet your workload, now all of a sudden you're doing a lot of customer service

with customers who are expecting cleaning and the cleaning never happened.

If you're buying a cleaning business is it a residential cleaning

or is it a commercial cleaning business?

Commercial cleaning contracts are easier to sell than a residential service, for example.

If you're going to start out, and you're going to go rebuild all of these new relationships,

you might as well just do that from scratch.

That saves you a whole lot of money, and a whole lot of heartache and headache from trying

to buy someone else's existing good reputation that now you have to live up to.

So, it is possible, and how much you pay for it is going to be entirely up to you.

The prices vary all over the board.

Now, there are brokers out there who buy and sell businesses.

My suggestion would be to call a broker and say, "Hey, listen.

I'm thinking about buying this business.

What is the going rate in my area for buying a business of this type?"

And then give them the specs, and oftentimes they'll do the research if they don't already have it.

And they can tell you a really finite amount of money like, "Here's how much this business

is worth."

And only then can you make a decision on does that make sense for you.

So, good luck, Mario because it sounds like you're doing some fun stuff.

I love the entrepreneurial spirit.

But that's my two cents for today.

How To Take Metformin | How To Start Taking Metformin | How To Reduce Metformin Side Effects (2018) - Duration: 3:58.

Metformin I see patients on this on a daily basis

but in today's episode we're going to talk about how to start taking metformin to reduce its possible side effects

now let me know how you're getting on by leaving a comment at the end of the video

first a bit of background about metformin it's prescribed to treat type 2 diabetes

and polycystic ovary syndrome which we call PCOS

metformin lowers your sugar levels by reducing the amount of sugar that your liver releases into your blood

and also improving your body's response to insulin

now it's usually prescribed in type 2 diabetes when diet and exercise alone

hasn't been enough to reduce your blood sugar levels

for women with PCOS metformin stimulates ovulation even if you don't have diabetes

and it does this by lowering blood sugar levels and lowering insulin

background done! I've always found metformin to be a very interesting drug

because not only does it help with PCOS and lower blood sugar levels

but studies have actually shown it to reduce your risk of cancer and help you lose weight

unfortunately metformin can cause side effects in some patients like nausea, wind and diarrhoea

but the chances of developing these can be reduced by taking it after food

and also when you first started on them building up your dose slowly to the prescribed dose

now you've just been started on immediate release metformin

and hopefully your prescriber will explain to you how to slowly build up your dose to the prescribed dose

and this is to help reduce the chances of you developing side effects

and in the world of pharmacy this building up we call it dose of titrating

now in case they haven't or you've just forgotten here's a general guide

on how to build up your dose of immediate-release metformin to the prescribed dose

now please remember this is a general guide and your dose may be different

so I definitely advise everyone to speak their doctor or speak to your pharmacist about this

so in this example let's say the final dose of immediate release metformin for type 2 diabetes

was three times a day with main meals so we have breakfast, lunch and dinner which you'll be taking it with

but we don't want to jump straight into three times a day as you're much more likely to have side effects

which mentioned earlier so build up your dose weekly to the final prescribed dose

so for my example to begin with take 500mg of immediate-release metformin daily

with your biggest meal which is dinner for most people

after a week or two if you're getting on fine with no significant side effects

increase to 500mg twice a day with main meals so for most people that will be breakfast and dinner

and after another week or two if you're getting on fine with no significant side effects

increase to 500mg three times a day with main meals so breakfast,lunch and dinner

please remember this is a general guide and your dose may be different

so always speak to your pharmacist or a doctor about this before you do it

so what we're basically doing is building up the dose of immediate release metformin

by 500mg every one to two weeks until we reach the final dose prescribed by your doctor

and if after a dose increase you start getting side effects which don't go after a week or two

then reduce the dose back down to what you were getting on well with then speak to your doctor

definitely don't stop taking your medicines until you speak to your doctor

now let's say after slowly building up your dose of immediate release metformin

you're still having side effects and it's getting too much well now it's time to speak to your doctor about it

they might change your medicine completely or they might change the type of metformin

and give you the slow-release tablet which usually has less side effects

but remember this that the dose of the slow release tablet is different to the immediate release tablet

so always double check it with your pharmacist or doctor

and that's it you now know how to start taking immediate release metformin properly
