Youtube daily report Nov 11 2018

Hi everyone, it's Justine.

Today's video is special.

We are in Berlin in a studio, where I will show you how to quick-sketch a person, a model.

It's a useful exercise if you want to learn fashion drawing, how to draw body proportions,

how to draw people, or just to warm up before you draw something else.

It's good exercise for the wrist.

Typically, we capture the gesture, the silhouette, and then you can go back in later to add clothes,

colors, etc.

Normally, to get a finished, colored fashion illustration you need at least 20 minutes.

You can't ask a model to keep an exact pose, stiff and standing tall for a full 20 minutes.

So usually the person will keep the pose for one or two minutes, let's say 90 seconds,

and then you finish the drawing later by yourself.

Speaking of model, two weeks ago, on my Instagram, @justineleconte, here, I asked for a volunteer…

somebody who would like to be my model, for this video, so that I could draw that person.

And one of you replied super fast, was available today, was located in Berlin.

She's here with me today, her name is Hanna.

She's a dancer, so she's very aware of her posture, of her body in general, and that's

great for what we are doing today.

She's wearing super-tight clothes so that we see the contours and the body and the movement

without having hair or fabric in the way.

We just discussed different poses, front, side, back, so she will give us different

options.

If you're watching this, you're super welcome to grab a pencil and draw along real

time. Let's go.

This pose is a front pose, so she's standing, you can see that, on her right leg, on the

left side of the screen, so her foot is frontal, towards the camera.

She's standing on that foot, which is why the right hip is also the one sticking out,

it's higher than the other one.

That's building a so-called S-curve, in fashion drawing.

Then the left leg is relaxed, she's not standing on it.

The knee is slightly bent, and you can see the left foot nicely from the side.

The fact that she's holding both elbows up and high and really open builds a very

nice negative space on each side of her torso; that's a great pose.

She's standing tall, looking towards the left, her hands resting on the hips on both sides.

Finishing with the breasts, it's always a bit difficult.

The question is to know which shoulder is in front of the other.

And in this case, it's not really obvious, because both shoulders are kind of at the

same distance from us.

The chin is in front of the neck.

Voila.

This pose is also a front pose but completely different.

Look, she's actually standing more on both feet.

But her main foot is her right foot, the one that's behind.

Which is why, again, the right tip is sticking out.

The left foot has a bit of the weight, but not much, which is why the knee is slightly

bent.

Then, right elbow out, resting on the hip.

And the other arm is just relaxed and leaning next to her.

Here we need to see at which level the legs cross, and it's exactly at the level of

the knees, in her case.

The feet are almost at the same level.

There's not really one foot in front of the other.

Here the elbow is slightly pointing towards her back, which is why the forearm should

look a little bit longer.

Relaxed left arm.

Collar bones, my favorite.

Ears.

And she's looking straight.

Done.

This one is a side pose, which is why you see the chin very well and the long neck.

The bust.

You see a little bit of the back, but you see in the foreground mainly the shoulder.

Then the waistline, see, on any human, the waistline goes forward because the back is arched.

Even if you're straight, it's not like she's putting her bum out or anything…

The back is arched.

All the weight is on her left leg, which is why it's straight, carrying the whole body.

And behind that leg, the right one is just slightly touching the floor.

She could lift her foot up at any minute to walk the next step, and she wouldn't fall,

cause the whole weight is on the left leg.

The arm has negative space between the elbow and the back of her bust, which is a nice pose.

And then she could be holding a clutch or a purse or something.

The chin is in front, and you see the nice angle because she's completely side-side.

A little bit of hand.

The right hand that you see.

And I'm just trying to improve the curves of the legs a little bit.

But in 90 seconds it is tight.

This one is a back pose.

She's standing completely on the left leg, which is why you see a nice curve, and the

foot is going towards the center vertical line of her body a little bit, it's a very

nice curve.

You see that her left shoulder is going down, her left hip is going up.

If you draw a line at the shoulder level and another one at the hip level, at some point

those two lines are gonna cross, somewhere on the left of the screen.

This is the so-called S-curve.

Shoulder line, waist line, hip line.

This leg is long and straight.

You see the heel and the shoe completely from the back.

This is how to quickly sketch it so you just remember the pose without having to draw the

whole shoe.

The **right** leg is just standing there, slightly loose.

Her two feet are completely parallel, which is why you get this nice curve of the right

leg, and the arms.

She's slowly turning towards her left side, which is why you see the left arm more.

It's exactly at the same level, as close to us as the hips, and the right arm is partly

hidden behind her.

Side pose from the other side.

Here you see the body.

It's a nice contrast versus the background.

So, chest, bust, the back is arched, the bum goes back.

That's a good placement of the hips and you see how the legs are gonna separate at

this point.

She's standing definitely on the left leg, so it's stretched out, foot seen from

the side.

Here both feet are almost at the same level and she's just lifting up her right heel to bend the knee.

So the right foot is slightly in front of the other one but not that much.

Elbow out.

The arm is in front of the torso.

Angle of the elbow.

Hand resting on the hip again.

Here you see four fingers, but you don't see the thumb.

You see slightly the other hand behind her.

This one is the classical fashion pose.

She's standing on the right leg all the way, hip out.

You get a great S-curve.

The hip is out, out, out, and then, from the hip to the bottom, the leg goes inwards.

Cause if the leg was standing right under the hip, she wouldn't have any balance.

If the hip is sticking out, it means that the leg has to balance it out the other way.

The foot is seen from the front.

Here you see the crotch.

The right leg has the hip lower, so it should also have the knee slightly lower than on the

other side.

That foot is also seen from the front because she's slightly twisting the ankle.

Elbow at the level of the waist.

Arm lying next to her.

The other one too, but slightly lower.

Slightly.

The right hip is up so the left hand should be lower.

Yup.

Thumbs up if you enjoyed this little Sunday drawing session.

Thank you also to Skillshare for sponsoring the production of this video, in a studio,

with three cameras and a team.

Skillshare is a website full of tutorials to learn new skills, just like drawing for instance.

It works with a monthly membership fee, for which you get unlimited access to all the

classes.

For you, watching this video today, they are offering two months of membership for free

to 500 of you.

For that, just use this link here when you register online.

It's first come, first serve.

And since this video was about learning fashion drawing, I picked some Skillshare classes

which I think are great for beginners, and I listed them in the description right below

this video.

For instance, how to draw a face, how to draw with markers, or how to draw digitally.

That one is smart if you're a beginner, and if you want the option to be able to undo

a pencil stroke.

Enjoy!

Draw something.

And I hope to see you in the next video if you're subscribed to this channel.

Take care.

Bye bye.

DAY SKINCARE ROUTINE | MONGABONG - Duration: 13:21.

Welcome back to my channel! Today I thought I would just show you guys my skincare routine.

I change out my skin care routine quite a bit because I'm always constantly trying

out new products so yeah, this video is just basically the routine that I have

been using for like the past one month or two.

Sometimes I just like switch out different serums depending on what my

skin needs or like if my skin is feeling a lot more dry I will like skip on the

whitening products and just go for like a lot of moisturizing, hyaluronic acid

also stuff like richer creams but when my skin is feeling a little bit dull then

I would just put in a little bit of exfoliation, a little bit of like

radiant stuff so yeah. Basically what I'm trying to tell you guys is that this

is not my like entire skincare routine for like the entire year.

Let me first start off with lip balm. So right now for my lips I have been loving the fresh

sugar lip wonder drops. I love this because this one is not oily at all it

just feels like serums for your lips. So you just drop a drop and you massage it in

and it gets absorbed quite well and quite fast into the skin.

The only downside is that because there's no like residue, your lips don't

get hydrated throughout the day and you do still need to keep applying it. At

least for my super dry lips. So in the shower I wash my face with my Fancl

facial washing powder. I love this washing powder because it's very gentle

on my skin and if you have sensitive skin, acne skin, dry skin, eczema skin, I

highly recommend you the Fancl washing powder. Anything from Fancl in fact

because it has no preservatives. I go in together with this, this is my Foreo

luna sensitive. So this is the purple one that is meant for sensitive skin and what

do you do is I just pour it like on this and put some water and lather it up and

it just creates a really really dense foam that just gets into your pores very

very well and just cleanses your skin without it feeling dry. After then I will

go in with this toner. This is my Flora relief toner Chamomile from this brand

called Huanggisoo. So this brand is actually a Korean brand

and it is being sold at this local distributor called Waseyo.

I will link it in the description box below. So it's really good because this

brand is also created for atopic skin and I just love this toner because it is

very gentle on my skin and I know that I can use it on my eczema spots because it

doesn't contain like alcohol. It's just like a very relieving toner and

sometimes I also use their foam cleanser which I highly recommend as well. Then I

will go in with this this is my Albion Infinesse White Whitening pump milk. For

those of you that follow me on instagram you will know that I have been a huge

convert of Albion now so I have the Albion cotton over here. As you can see it is so

much bigger compared to like the normal sized cotton and it's really thick as

well so what I'll do is I will put my fingers like this and just have about

two to three pumps of this whitening milk lotion. I will just

start to massage it into my skin in circular motion. So I noticed that

incorporating this milk lotion step and doing this whole massage thing actually

helps my skin care afterwards absorb better into my skin. So what this does is

it helps to soften the skin remove all the dead skin cells and also prep your

skin for like better absorption of skin care. But I just like how soft it makes

my skin feel. Alright, so just keep doing this until it gets absorbed into

your skin. It should not feel sticky, it should just feel like slightly

moisturize and more like hydrated now. Do note that I've got very dry skin and I

have eczema on my neck. Thankfully I do not have them on my face but I if you

notice I do not share the same skin care as my face in my neck because my neck

because whatever my face can take might not be what my neck can take so after

I'm done with the Milk lotion I go in with my skin conditioner from Albion. So

this has been recommended to be used together with this but I feel that after

I use this I can also go in with other like treatment essences, those with like a

water type of consistency like my SK-ll facial treatment essence. Today I'm gonna

be using both because I am excessive like that so I just want to show you

guys how I do it. Same thing with a new piece of Albion cotton I will just wet

this part like just one fingers worth so this is how I usually do it and a good

thing about this cotton is that it does not really like break apart and it gets

absorbed super fast like this skin conditioner. I like it because it just

helps to brighten my face and tighten all of the pores, you will see it like

instantly after you use it for like one time or like maybe a week. You will

really see the results and because we only used like half of the cotton, I'm

gonna use this portion to go in with my facial treatment

essence. Sometimes I use the treatment essence with just my bare hands and I

just Pat it into my face but today I just thought since I have the cotton with

me I would do it. And also because I have my Albion skin conditioner already so I

don't really want to like kind of drench it and wash it off. So usually when I

apply my skin care especially when I have so many steps and so many layers to

put on, I will first like analyze which product has like the thinnest

consistency and I will build it all the way up from there. So as you can see we

started with a water consistency which is the toner and then we wen t in with

this milk lotion which is like a pre- skin care step so I have to put that in

first before I went in with more like water-based consistency and slowly

you'll start to see I put in thicker layers because you want your

skin to be able to absorb layer by layer by layer before you pile on more because

if not it's got just gonna stop at like step number 2. And then once you go out

to step number 8 but you'll be left with it's just a greasy face with no added

skincare benefits that actually absorbed into your skin. So now that my skin is

prepped with the treatment essence, I'm going in with the Re:Erth Multi

Targeted Elixir. I love this brand like so much especially this Multi Targetted

Elixir. It is my second bottle already it is like a serum booster that helps to

also boost whatever is your serums do for you. And I like it that it has

slightly sticky consistency which helps my serum like to stick better into the

skin. That's what I feel and it's very fast absorbing as well. I did actually

see a huge difference like once I incorporated this product into my regime

like my skincare just feels a lot more absorbed into the skin which is what we

all want. Then we will go in with another serum because that was actually just a

booster so at this step you can go in with like whatever serum that you're

using. Right now I'm using the Kanebo The First serum. I love this serum

because the texture is so light and this works very well

underneath makeup. So at night I would just layer on the little bit more serums

and even facial oil at this step. As of now my skin looks very glowy but it is

not sticky or oily. In fact like I don't even feel like there's anything on my

skin. It's just a lot of hydration. Then I will go in with my Fancl

moisturizing lotion 2. This is actually like a toner in the eyes of the Japanese

Like in terms of skin care steps it should have been way at the front but

because I love how this consistency is slightly thicker and almost very

moisturizing, so I'm just gonna apply it at this step over here. And because this

is Fancl, I'm going to also apply some on my neck. So I only trust certain

brands with my eczema portions like Fancl. Every single product of Fancl

I can use as well as well as some other products. I'll show you guys in a

bit. Then I'm going in with my Fancl moisturizing emulsion - you guys know

how much I love Fancl I think I shouldn't be talking about it anymore

but I just love it so much. Each bottle lasts for only a month so I

am already like, I don't know how much money I spend on Fancl already it's

probably in the thousands. They have two versions - emulsion one and emulsion

two. Emulsion two or rather the lotion two as well is actually for drier skin

because the consistency is slightly richer so if you're not a fan of

like a richer moisturizer you can go for the number one which is meant

for more oily skin and normal skin types. So at this juncture I'm just going in with

a moisturizer. Today I'm using the FANCL one but on rotation I use SK RNA,

Saturday skin moisturizer, I use my Skin Inc. recovery dew, Clinique moisture

surge. Okay I think these are like my main few moisturizers that I'm currently

using so right now. I'm loving The Body Shop Drops of youth eye cream. This one

actually has a very interesting texture. it is actually called the youth bouncy eye

mask because it is like jelly foam so you can apply thicker as an eye mask

or just apply it thinner as like an eye gel for today. So now I'm just applying

And for my eye cream I like to apply it at the sides of my mouth as well as

well as my forehead to kind of target the lines because eye creams have like the

smallest particles in terms of size and in terms of how it penetrates deeper

into your skin so that is why they are usually so expensive and so in small

bottles because they are just made in like micro particles compared to

your moisturizers. So for this I usually like to use my eye creams to target like

the fine line areas like my eyes, the crow's feet

You can even put it on your neck as well but because I have eczema

there so I just avoid it that's what I do. And also always use your fourth

finger because this one has like the most gentle and it's also like the most

comfortable. Then I'll go in with my sunscreen. Right now I'm using the Fancl

Sun guard. I super love the Fancl Sun guard. The only thing

is a physical sunscreen so if you're a guy don't want to look too white, this

sunscreen is not for you. There are other sunscreens out there like super goop,

like Anessa and like my kielhs daily fluid UV I think it's called that, I will

link it also in the description box as well as the laroche posay.

I really like all these sunscreens and I highly recommend it so

today. I'm using it a Fancl one and you'll see how actually gives you like a

white cast so if you are a girl that wears makeup

you will realize that you don't need so much foundation because this is actually

like a step that helps to even on your skintone already so same thing for

sunscreens if you've got eczema or you know like acne or sensitive skin and you

realize that sunscreens do not work well with your sensitive skin it could also

be because of all the ingredients are inside so do look out for brands like

Fancl, Skin Inc. or brands that have sunscreen especially

for sensitive skin and I would highly recommend those. Skin care also includes

like body skin care and neck skin care and I have been loving Mussvital

Atopic Emollient Lotion so this is what I have.

I have been using for my body and on my eczema areas I love it because it is very

hydrating. It soothes, it just relieves the itch and doesn't interfere with my eczema.

But at the same time it's not too sticky. Alright and there you have it this is my

skin care routine so I hope you guys enjoyed this video. If you did don't

forget to subscribe like and share and I'll see you my next video! Byeeeee

iPhone XR Detailed Camera Review - Duration: 10:44.

"Music"

Hey guys It's Sagar from Tecworkz, and here is my camera review of the iPhone XR.

I got this phone on the launch day, but I have been travelling ever since, So I did

not get a chance to shoot and upload its unboxing video for you guys.

I took this phone on a road trip with some of my friends.

So I got a chance to take a lot of image and video samples with it.

I wish the Pixel 3 and OnePlus 6T were also available when I was on this trip.

It would have given me some really good images for a comparison video.

Anyways, Before we get to the image and video samples from the XR, let us first get its

specifications out of the way.

iPhone XR essentially packs in the exact same 12 megapixel primary camera, with F/1.8 aperture,

26mm wide lens, larger individual pixel size of 1.4 micron, Optical Image Stabilisation,

and twice the number of autofocus pixels as we saw on the iPhone XS Max.

It doesn't have a secondary telephoto lens, but it can still take portrait images using

Apple's new computational photography algorithms.

It packs in all the same software features like Smart HDR, Depth control before and after

taking a portrait shot, portrait lighting effects and so on.

You can shoot 4k videos at 24,30 and 60fps and 1080p videos at 30,60,120 or 240fps.

Only things missing from the rear camera are the ability to take portrait images of objects

or non human subjects, and 2 extra portrait lighting effects that are available on the

rear camera of the iPhone X, XS and XS Max.

At the front, we have the exact same 7 megapixel true Depth camera sensor like on the XS and

XS Max, with F/2.2 aperture, Smart HDR feature, and ability to shoot 1080p 60fps videos.

With specifications out of the way, let us now check out the image and video samples

from the iPhone XR.

But before that, make sure to hit the subscribe button, so you don't miss out on any of

the amazing videos coming up on this channel.

All of these images are shot in the auto mode, with Smart HDR turned on.

Thanks to the new larger sensor, there are a lot of details in these images.

Everything in these shots look crisp and sharp, as you would expect from a camera on a flagship

smartphone.

I personally feel that these images should have a bit more contrast, as some of the images

might look too flat at times.

Colours also look good but they are a bit warmer and slightly saturated, compared to

the actual scene.

Despite of this, the overall images are good and very pleasing to look at.

There is no secondary telephoto lens, so you cant take 2x optically zoomed images.

But you can still take 2x digitally zoomed images with this single lens.

In fact, you have the option to digitally zoom in by 5x.

These images are not as detailed and clear as the images from the telephoto lens of the

XS and XS Max, but in bright daylight, most of these digitally zoomed images look good

enough.

Now on this years iPhone lineup, Smart HDR is one of the best addition.

It offers an amazing dynamic range, in any lighting situation.

Without this feature, the coconut trees in this image would have been completely black,

and due to the bright sun in the background, the sky would have also be completely blown

out.

These are 2 images with and without smart HDR turned on.

Look at how much details and colours the Smart HDR mode brought back from the shadows in

the trees.

And here is another great shot.

Without the Smart HDR turned on, camera would have exposed just for the Sea (which is the

brighter part of this image), or for the shade in the foreground.

But thanks to the Smart HDR mode, everything is properly exposed, and the colours are also

looking really good.

Here is a quick test to check the focusing speed of this camera.

It is quick at switching the focus from far to near objects and then back again.

And as you can see, it is equally good at handling the quick change in the exposure

of the scene.

I take a lot of close up and macro shots, so quick and accurate focusing plays a big

part in taking images like these.

Thanks to wide F/1.8 aperture and bigger sensor, background in all the closeup shots is blurred

out very nicely, leaving the subject in perfect sharp focus.

Coming to the portrait shots.

XR uses the single wide lens to gather all the depth information it needs for these portrait

shot.

It is really good at detecting the edges and separating the subject from the background.

And while its not perfect, it still does a good job keeping the hair, ears and glasses

in focus, most of the times.

I like the compressed background in the portrait shots from the iPhone XS and XS Max, but I

hate the fact that you have to keep a considerable distance between you and your subject, while

taking these portrait shots on those phones.

Since the XR uses all the information from the single wide camera, you can get pretty

close to your subject.

Another advantage of using the primary camera for taking portrait shots is that, since this

cameras has a larger sensor and wider aperture than the telephoto lens, you get better portrait

images in lower light.

I wish Apple allowed us to switch the normal and telephoto lens, while taking portrait

images on the iPhone XS and XS Max.

There is however one downside with the portrait mode on this phone.

It will only let you take portrait images of humans.

For some reason, it needs to detect a Human face in order to take a portrait mode image.

This is a huge disappointment for me, coz I like to take portrait images of various

things or non human objects.

I did manage to trick the camera into taking portrait images of statues and mannequins,

but it is pretty inconstant while doing so.

As a workaround, you can you Halide Camera app to take portrait mode images of pets and

objects.

It's a paid app, and they have found a way to capture the depth information available

from the images of the iPhone XR.

Here are a couple of examples of the portrait mode images of objects taken with this app.

If a 3rd party app can find a way to add this functionality, I am sure Apple can do it with

their native camera app, and I hope we get the ability to take portrait mode images of

pets and objects in one of the future software updates.

As the light starts to go down, iPhone XR still manages to capture detailed and good

looking images.

Since it is a flagship device, it doesn't struggle in lower light as some of the mid

range smartphones.

Thanks to a larger sensor, wider aperture and optical image stabilisation, there are

a lot of detail and clarity in its low light images.

Smart HDR is active in these situations as well, and it makes sure that there are no

over exposed parts in the low light images from this phone.

Optical image stabilisation negates the blurry and shaky images, even if the shutter is open

for slightly longer time to let in more light.

You can use the digital zoom in lower light as well.

Even the iPhone XS and XS Max use the digitally zoomed images from the primary sensor when

the light is low.

So you are not missing the secondary telephoto lens in these situations.

You can use flash in very low lighting situations, but just make sure to keep some distance between

you and the subject, else their skin tones will be completely blown out.

The 7 megapixel front facing camera also delivers great looking selfies.

Beauty gate issue if you want to call it that, has been fixed with the iOS 12.1 update, and

the selfies are crisp and sharp.

The frame is pretty cropped in, so getting your friends in one shot is a bit tricky.

This camera also shows the same amazing dynamic range, thanks to the Smart HDR mode.

This image was taken at sunset, with sun just outside the frame.

Even then my face is perfectly lit, and the background is not over exposed.

You can take portrait images with the true depth selfie camera, and the results are just

as good as the iPhone XS and XS Max.

It is much better at detecting the edges and separating the background compared to the

iPhone X.

It even does a great job around transparent and tinted glasses, which is one of the areas

where the iPhone X struggled a lot late year.

You can take usable good looking portrait selfies even in lower light.

These low light portrait selfies, or portrait selfies in general are not as good as the

ones from the Pixel 3, but let's leave that argument for another video.

Here is a video sample from the front facing camera of the iPhone XR.

This is the same 7 megapixel True Depth camera that we saw on the iPhone XS and XS Max.

And you can see how this phone handles the overall exposure of the background, and overall

colours of the scene.

Coming to the video footage, Just like the iPhone XS and XS Max, the iPhone XR is one

of the best in its class.

It can shoot 4k 30fps videos with an amazing dynamic range.

Stabilisation is really good, thanks to optical image stabilisation combined with Apple's

cinematic stabilisation.

You can also shoot 4k 60fps videos, which you can playback as they are, or even slow

them down to have a nice cinematic video sequence.

I have shot these video clips in various lighting situations, and it should give you a fairly

good idea of the video performance of this phone.

For slow motion, you have the option to shoot at 120 or 240fps in 1080p resolution.

And you get to choose the parts of the video that you want to slow down, later on.

Single camera on the iPhone XR is the same, and just as good as the primary camera on

the iPhone XS and XS Max.

It does not have the secondary telephoto lens, and it might not be able to take portrait

images of pets and objects, via the native camera app.

But it is still better than the 2 higher priced phones when it comes to taking portrait images

in less than ideal lighting conditions.

To be honest, if you know what you are doing, it is difficult to take a bad image with this

iPhone XR.

Even without the secondary lens, I would rate this camera to be just as impressive as the

dual cameras on the iPhone XS and XS Max.

If you are using an iPhone 7 or any phone from before that, and you are looking to upgrade,

iPhone XR will give you a much needed bump in the camera performance.

So after looking at over 70 image and video samples, what do you guys think about the

cameras on this new iPhone XR.

Let me know in the comments section.

By the way, if you don't agree with my analysis or my views about these image and video samples,

you can always go back, mute the video, watch it in the highest resolution that your device

supports, and draw your own conclusions that way.

That is it for this video guys.

Please hit the like button if you enjoyed this video, and subscribe to the channel for

more quality tech videos like this.

You can also check out some of the other videos from the channel.

This has been Sagar, and i'll catch you guys in the next video.

Take care.

Unai Emery on Reiss Nelson's form and whether he could make early Arsenal return - Duration: 3:22.

Unai Emery has refused to rule out the possibility of calling Reiss Nelson back from his loan spell in January

Arsenal's teenage attacker is currently with Hoffenheim and has started the season in scintillating style, scoring six goals in just 327 minutes of football in the Bundesliga

His form has seen Nelson nominated for the Bundesliga rookie of the month award for October and has drawn widespread praise from fans and pundits throughout Germany

Arsenal fans are keeping close tabs on the 18-year-old's form at Hoffenheim and there have already been calls for the club to cut his season-long loan short in January

Nelson himself suggested that could be an option while giving an interview following his goalscoring appearance for England Under-21s against Scotland in October

"Arsenal is my boyhood club," he said. "I'm at an age where I want to play football and Hoffenheim is where that [chance] was

"I'm just here to play my football in Germany. Hopefully I'll come back in a couple of months – if it's a year so be it – ready to play in Arsenal's first team

"  The prospect of Nelson returning to north London for the second half of the season hadn't really been raised until he made those comments

But he seems to think it is a possibility and when quizzed on whether it could happen ahead of Arsenal's Europa League tie with Sporting CP, Emery was staying tight-lipped

"At the moment we don't speak about that," said Arsenal's head coach. "With Reiss, we are very happy with him at the moment

"We follow him every match. We are thinking how he can help us in the future."  The way Nelson has adapted to life in Germany has surprised many, but Emery insists he sent the teenager to Hoffenheim hoping he would flourish in an environment where he was given more game time

"It is our idea with him," said the Spaniard. "He can take responsibility, minutes and confidence in a team where he can play more

Then the objective is to come back with us and grow with this experience.  "My experience in Spain and France is that with this loan the player can take this

EPIC Life Advice For INFPs - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 10:00.

Hey Dan here! Due to popular demand, I wanted to

make another video for

INFPs and I am really excited about this one. If

you are new to the channel. My name is Dan and I

am the author of way too many books, the creator

of the Free Freelancer and here at Dreams Around The

World, my mission is to help you become the best

version of yourself and make the most awesome

life possible so what I'm gonna do for this video

to make. It kinda interesting is I'm gonna read

some reader advice in the book for

You can buy if you want no need to uh I'm gonna

read some reader advice because there's a section

in the book were in of INFPs have written in to

share advice with fellow INFPs. I'm gonna read a

quote and then I'm gonna share some of my own

feedback. I'm an ENFP myself, but I've coached a lot of

speed and work with a lot of the pieces I'm gonna

gonna share my own advice, based on the quote and

add to it and that's the thing I thought it would

be a fun way to do it we'll try. It out, see how

it works out so here's the first one save as much

as you spend no as in

you have so much Potential in the creative fields

and I would say, in many cases, working for

yourself and the last thing you want to have

happen is to get stuck in a career. You do not

like or even worse, some crappy job you hate

because you spend all your money and so this

little bit of advice here. I'm really gonna

expand on because getting trapped as an is

terrible. There are some personality types who

love just like fulfilling their duties, getting

work done make And money doing whatever needs to

get done. That is not you, as an in and this

creates a serious problem. If you find yourself

in a job, say where you make 50000 dollars a year

and you spend 50000 dollars a year or

49004 51000, where, when you realize, like I

don't really like this job. I wanna make a big

change. I wanna start my own business. I wanna

start writing poetry or creating something

visual, but I have no money and I have no time

because this job takes all my time And I spend

all the money I make at the job because I don't

like the job and therefore I get stuck in this

trap where I can't actually quit and do my own

thing. So, save as much money as you spend now. I

don't know if that's actually possible and most

economies, but being frugal saving money, giving

yourself an exit plan so having a year two years,

three years of expenses in the Bank, which I

personally can't claim I have but I would say

that That is really key to giving yourself that

freedom now the way to get there is when your

ideally with your younger and you're, starting

off don't level up your expenses. If you're

living with a couple of roommates and that's what

you're used to and then suddenly you get a raise

at work don't move out on your own and start

spending that money because you're going to get

trapped once you live in this really nice

apartment you're, probably not gonna wanna back

track to something that is nice at the very

least, it's gonna be hard to do right and so keep

your expenses as low as possible and save money

and the best way to save money if you are an

ideal This type is in advance so when you get

paid save 10 percent, 20 percent 30 percent of

that put that away in a separate Bank account.

You never look at out of sight out of mind and

save that way rather than having the money in

your Bank account and hope, like maybe at the end

of the month I'll have some extra time see if

that that really really never works don't be

afraid, go for it, even the blows will prove

beneficial in the end awesome advice something I

really tried to echo here in the channel just go

for it Past your fear and what I would add to

this is keep going because sometimes I've seen

this with

where you do come up with that courage and you

make a jump and often I have to say in my

experience so you wait for that jump to be made

for you so I speak to more

so we're like hey dad. I just quit my job. I

wanna start my own business it's. What I've

always wanted to do. I'm ready. I talk to a lot

of

Who say something very similar, but it paid and I

was just fired from my job. I never like that

job. I wanted to work for myself. My whole life

now I'm finally gonna do it a little different.

There in terms of who starts it so maybe

actually, if I go in a bit of a digression here,

if you were to earn my way to add some more

advice that it would be don't wait for the world

to take that action for you take the action on

your own. If there's something you know you

really want to do, but once you do take that

action be careful How about the fear coming back

up and pulling you back into a job. It's very

common to um have that first big jump. You that

I'm using the entrepreneurial example, cuz that's

really my world so you have that first jump where

you quit your job and you say I'm going for this.

I really wanna make this happen and you get

started and you start your own business. I'm like

three months in it's not going quite as fast as

you thought or you had a few rejections and then

you start looking for jobs and you go back to a

job offer and it is It is your back in the job

don't let that happen and the best way I found to

not have that happen is number one. The awareness

in advance so the fact that you maybe you're

hearing this from me like hey this is going to

happen. You can mentally prepare and two okay

three months, then I'm gonna start doubting

myself. Six months then I'm gonna be terrified,

but I'm committing now to give it a full year or

two years the other thing you can do is have some

kind of external support and accountability. It

could be hiring some dude like me, but it could

also just Go friend or relative who's really

supportive. You have no idea how many times I'll

talk to someone who was on the border of quitting

because they thought they were doing something

wrong or things are taking too long and we have a

five minute talk and they're like. Oh okay

awesome, like I'm back at it, because it can be

hard when you're like in that race to realize

like where you're supposed to be right, you might

be doing amazing so from my point of view, I look

at the new entrepreneur Ny state this person is

killing it they're doing so much they're making

so much progress, but from their plan

Like I'm not making enough progress, I'm not

doing enough right so, having someone on the

outside to be able to support you and tell you

you know, keep going is huge wherever you get

that person that's really up to you. Love

yourself, but never stop improving amazing

advice. I have like the smartest readers in the

whole world, one of the things about being an

idealistic type and that includes in

and

and are more organized friends the

and

is we look forward as possible. We look into the

future and we tend to be quite ambitious people

who want to do alot that's awesome that's like

the best thing about us or one of the top 50 best

things about us at least, but one of the To that

is we can be overly self critical. We can be way

to hard on ourselves and there is some benefit to

that in terms of the quality of our work and I

think it's a lot better to be too hard on

yourself than some in our success to thinks

everything they do is amazing right, but many

times it doesn't service. So this concept of

Angels to always improve but love yourself I

think, is so key and it's something I talked

about in other videos except yourself, you know

if you will love yourself for who you are and

that includes, if you have a really bad day if

you screw something up, if you're, just not

living up to your own expectations Love and

accept yourself, but still look to a further

goalpost of where you wanna go. How you, wanna

improve um. I don't know why I just used to sport

analogy in the video for

my mean come on guys. How many of you really like

sports, let's be honest here, but back to the

point is accepting yourself, but still looking to

improve and become better and if you're someone

who's always looking to improve and like get

better and better and better, but you never take

time to appreciate who you are and what you've

done set aside some five minutes today, 10

minutes a day to just reflect on the great things

you've done in the past and maybe have done in

that day and that's going to make a really big

difference in your life because when you

appreciate yourself and you love yourself, then

it becomes a lot easier to actually like stay

happier stay motivated take action and do all the

things that you need to do to reach your goal.

One of the misconceptions I think people

sometimes have it well. I, if I really accept

myself and love myself I'm not gonna keep

improving. I lose my ambition and I want To be

you know, critical and anxious and that way I'll

have this drive and I think that's total. There

are other people who are driven by like some self

low. They sort of anxious state but that is not

you and that is not really how you wanna be

driving your self driving yourself. I think

that's a word. What you'll find is that no matter

how much you love and accept yourself that

ambition to do something better. Do something new

is never going to go away so don't worry about

that and the last piece of advice I would have

given would be to finish things but you You are

here at the end of the video and so obviously

you're. Someone who finishes things if you aren't

yet a subscriber to the channel, do consider

subscribing if you do click that button so you're

notified on new videos. Um. I will link to the

book here if you do wanna check it out, but I do

a lot of great work for

here on

as well so if you prefer to watch than read, then

just subscribe to the channel don't worry about

the book thanks again for watching and catching

another video soon ciao

I want to show you something today that has proven to be surprisingly effective at improving

brain health.

I'm going to thread this needle.

There we go.

It's that simple.

But what makes it cognitively powerful is that I used my left hand to do it, when I'm

right-handed.

An act that basic can improve neuroplasticity, which your brain needs as much of as it can

get.

Hi, I'm Tony Dearing, of GoCogn.com, the website for people with mild cognitive impairment.

Dealing with mild cognitive impairment is hard.

The only thing mild about it is the name.

Which is why I rarely use words like simple or easy when I'm talking about this condition.

But today is one of those exceptions.

My topic is about something so simple that it feels like it can't be true, but it is.

It's the idea that making yourself do something in a way that isn't usual for comfortable

for you can be one of the best ways to defend your cognition.

It could be doing something like using your opposite hand, or writing the alphabet backwards

or learning a new dance step or learning to play a musical instrument.

"In a nutshell, how do you get neuroplasticity?

It's really simple," Denise Medved says.

"It's one of two things.

It's doing something new, something physical, that you don't already know how to do, or

it's doing something you already know how to do in a new way.

With that one simple thing, your brain is racing to figure out how to do it."

Neuroplasticity is the ability you have at any age to generate new neurons and neural

connections in your brain.

That matters because whatever is going wrong in your brain, the more neural connections,

the better able other parts of your brain are to step in and compensate for that.

How able?

Well, consider this.

We know that roughly 30 percent of people with Alzheimer's disease never develop any

dementia symptoms and live their entire lives in a normal way.

How?

Well, at least in part because their brain can compensate for the disease that's occurring.

So yeah, that's important, and it's powerful.

And Denise Medved wants to help you defend your brain that way.

She didn't invent the concept of neuroplasticity, but she's bringing it to the masses.

She's the founder of Ageless Grace, a fun, innovative exercise program designed to be

done sitting down.

I like Ageless Grace because it's widely available across the United States and in 13 other nations,

and it's usually offered free of charge.

Better yet, it's not just a fitness program, it's specifically designed to improve the

brain by using exercises that target 5 key cognitive functions.

When I caught up with Denise Medved recently, she had just returned from the Harvard Medical

School, where she addressed the International Conference on Movement and Cognition.

She does a lot of work with people with mild cognitive impairment and she understands the

condition very well.

But when I asked her what message I should give from her to people with MCI, she didn't

say, Oh, promote me, promote my program, all she said was:

Tell them the that best and fastest way to affect the brain is to learn something new

that you do physically.

Take a ballroom dancing class, or a tai chi class.

Do something that, as you're moving, you're constantly thinking, how am I supposed to

do this?

Everyone could stimulate their brain a million ways every day if they would do that."

Now if you are interested in Ageless Grace, I've included a link below where you can learn

more about them and you find a class near you.

And I've also included a link to my recent article on Ageless Grace.

But don't underestimate all the little ways that you can enhance neuroplasticity just

by looking at the routine things you do every day and finding some little way to make yourself

do it a little differently.

That could be taking a different route to the grocery store.

Or brushing your teeth with your left hand.

Really, it could be almost anything.

I hope you try this, I hope you find it helpful, and I hope to see you again next week.

Until then, as always, be kind to your mind.

And I know she'll be the death of me, at least we'll both be numb

And she'll always get the best of me, the worst is yet to come

But at least we'll both be beautiful and stay forever young

This I know, (yeah) this I know

She told me, "Don't worry about it" She told me, "Don't worry no more"

We both knew we can't go without it She told me you'll never be in love oh oh

oooh

I can't feel my face when I'm with you, but I love it, but I love it

I can't feel my face when I'm with you, but I love it, but I love it

And I know she'll be the death of me, at least we'll both be numb

And she'll always get the best of me, the worst is yet to come

All the misery was necessary when we're deep in love

This I know, yes I know, and I know

She told me, "Don't worry about it" She told me, "Don't worry no more"

We both knew we can't go without it She told me you'll never be in love oh oh

oooh

I can't feel my face when I'm with you, but I love it, but I love it

I can't feel my face when I'm with you, but I love it, but I love it

Darksiders - On The Way To The Griever! - Part 8 - Let's Play Darksiders - Hudinio Gaming - Duration: 48:57.

hello everybody my name is Hudinio and

welcome back to Darksiders War mastered

edition in the last episode we met sue

Fane we fought will Thames we made him

our friend and he has given us a task to

go kill the griever so that is where we

are heading now I think this is the

right way seems appropriate to me let's

just check it out

there are nothing down this way okay so

if we're just gonna have to fall deep

into this hole

yeah no fall damage for me

so we need to kill the griever that is

our next task oh okay

game is glitching out game hello hello

alright we're back let's give this

another shot and see if it happens again

and hole we go alright so right here is

where it started not being good all

right looks like we're okay this time

let's continue on our path killing the

griever oh this place is pretty cool up

there is

all right I don't have enough chaos for

co-host I should not have charts head in

head on into him

I can't even get close

okay so that means we're gonna have to

use our blade oh shit okay okay okay

stop getting hit

my actually doing anything

no idea from doing anything

[Music]

okay I don't

oh okay I'm being stupid being super

let's put this away now pick this up as

I can

to be what I needed

[Music]

there we go yep that's what we need to

do

[Music]

and stop getting hit by things there we

go all right take him down take him down

whoo that was me being very very silly

I think all you managed to do was to

piss her off

let's find her and finish the job okay

don't toy around with her this time

sorry jeez all right where could she

have gone

I'll think of

you know full all right now I do wish I

chaos for him

okay so this is a little tricky

should be able to manage though can I

not go that way should be able to go

that way

okay I can't actually move at all

controller hello hello why did I find

the only spot in this game where I'm

gonna glitch and die

okay well I can jump on that that's a

thing

all right there we go found it I promise

I'm not entirely horrible at everything

I do only mostly

all right see no creeper but now we got

some flying things to deal with you know

how much I hate dealing with flying

things

okay ah that's the easiest way to go I

don't know if I can jump I'm assuming a

jump in the water and be okay

goes down here we'll deal with things as

they come to us

oh I hear some nasty business down in

that water

that does not sound Pleasant I don't

know what it is

I'll rip you apart

thank you

bye-bye

and last

okay now let's see what do we have to do

kind of want to explore under the water

a bit but there's some demon fishies in

there I don't really want to deal with

them but I know I probably should get

out of here

yeah there's always something under the

water that we need to find whether it's

out of here all we get whether it's a

hidden tunnel or one of those artifacts

of something it's gonna be something

under the water we need these are just

spawning like crazy I think we're safe

anything this way No

I do like how war has infinite breath

that is quite handy

again I wish my controller wasn't

messing up

like this

such a common occurrence I don't know

all right so there was actually nothing

under the water so what do we need to do

it looks like we need to blow up Red

Lion up there there is a knob that we

have to turn

yeah so let's go ahead and grab this

that's not where I'm supposed to go

okay right there looks about right now I

need to charge my blade before I hit it

how do I do that think maybe I can climb

this let's give it a shot

I didn't think so but you never know so

it was worth trying

let's see puzzles puzzles

okay so there's probably something under

the water I need to take care of then

right I didn't see any of those paths

leading in any direction

I can't break through that yet

this is a dead end

okay

can't break through that but there is a

thing up here ah what do you

okay okay okay just you just please

yeah I see that I need to use you

somehow

where's the option to use you this thing

just in the water not doing anything

haha okay so after way too much time

looking around I finally found something

so here's a little passageway that kind

of lead me in a new direction hopefully

this is where I need to go what are the

gaps okay so this leads me up to that

original machine that I knew I wanted to

use at the very start couldn't get to

let's go and see what this does

okay all right this makes sense

we do that some of these guys around

dummy

are you really quick

Oh

I'm out of here stupid face

dead okay that takes care of all of them

so looks like we need to move this fire

maybe from here to here definitely a

thing that needs to happen okay I do see

another red pipe off in the distance

let's see if we can do that next

probably have to jump down to do this

though

yeah

here

there

that do the thing it did a thing okay

now what

it's been up not down please thank you

all right so this puzzle took me an

embarrassing long time to figure out how

to do and if something so simple there

was literally only like three or four

things I actually had to do in this room

hop on here and make our way across the

other side now there is that mechanism

that's under the water so I'm wondering

if at some point the game will drain

this room that's fun okay

here and I've got this thing already

here done

all right into the next room good to go

what's that all about

I hear bad things

okay so there's more water for us to

swim and explore there's a chest over

there that I definitely want to get

somehow

how deep down is that water

oh alright so there's a lot of things

going on here

I get over there at all

where to first alright let's just hop

down to CHS I know I want this

okay that is much further down than it

is leaving on to

I don't think I'm gonna be able to hit

this guy

oh I hit him look at that

wasn't enough to kill him up

there we go all right

not too shabby look at that awesome aim

alright so how do I get there that's my

question

can I even get there

so there's probably a

let's just give it a shot okay where we

just Paul it's fall straight down that's

always a good tip but we did find

another soldier artifact which is good

that'll give us more souls for vulgrim

are we stuck in here no there's always

gotta be a way out

there we go it doesn't look like there's

any way to get over to that chest at the

moment so now remember that that's there

okay cool we had some souls good to go

move on

hello

you don't seem so bad yeah I did not

plan to do that but I'm glad I did

let me just seem like that guy was going

to be a pain in the ass super easy oh

there's another one

- okay that's fine

tough yet office

whoa I'll get me you don't get to just

hit me

you good-bye

anything in these tunnels they can get

to know all right

so i know this game said it was about 20

hours of gameplay and i've been i have

about five log

so there's definitely a lot more of this

game these guys hit hard Wow okay

Oh get out of here will you go

oh one of these guys the one to always

one charming

Oh

yep that's the move that's movie does

I'm stuck I'm stuck all right let's get

out of the way we do have cash form

available but I don't think I want to

use it just yet I want to save it for

the griever never go we didn't need it

anyway

do some of that help I need it thank you

more health please no

oh thank you there is water there good

job

I never would have seen this if you

didn't zoom in on it ever so slightly

yeah yeah just fish

get out of the water so the fish can't

harm me we're good okay so we have one

of these doors that requires the eyeball

key yes say was the only way down

just get out of here fish

shitty electricity

are you even Fisher you heels I don't

know

okay so that needs to be shut off

yeah definitely can't swim through that

okay

there's a thing we need to do somewhere

it's got to be down there right

it must be down here

got here go go away I will not die to

some fish

okay so I know I made fun of you before

showing me where the water was but first

we need to shut off that current

I don't know how so that's what we're

looking for

wow it's a good thing it came back and

explored chefs all over the place

I'm repeat here that makes four of ten

just the way I came there's the way I

came

all right so maybe that was the way to

go

okay it was like go down a little

further here

it's a maze of underground subway

tunnels and pipes

ah

it'll graph the shower that looks like

this looks like it will take care of

a water current maybe yep

that's precisely what that does

well the little tuna blade that was so

cute

sip coffee alright let's get back to it

no more fish where did you just come

from you literally just spawn right

there

Fisher so annoying

what's this way

I was a terrifying scream hold the gun

Reaper this enhancement boosts the harps

of souls from slain enemies okay just

one of those things actually attached to

a weapon

[Music]

yeah so what do we have attached so far

Oh boots damaged by its attack and this

one guarantees Souls for destroying

environment objects by any means that

lower

yeah I might want to put that

yep so that'll go there let's go here

all right give us a little bit more

Armour so a little bit more

survivability

that's good fines get out of here go

no don't swim

dang it war

fish everywhere

the worst

okay

fine there's the key all right good to

go let's go through our little eye bowl

key door thing

all right we got to be getting closing

in on the griever this time right

yes there's another key

I do see a chest for health in the

background which means there's going to

be a big battle that happens right here

probably right now

all right what did this do

whoa

I can finally destroy the stuff finally

oh it's so great battle worn gauntlet

that releases tremor waves when charged

the charts go and let hold why switch

between this all oh yeah okay this is

great

can I fight things with it

kind of but not really doesn't do that

great it about

oh wait to do that matter

Oh God

okay

and reaper forms

is just like the new god of war where

you get to ride around on the Beast

there if you give me some that help

hey maybe that time I called a big

battle happening in this room yep

we go

all yeah you're dead

I'll throw your body at me what are you

doing

okay helps them not what I wanted right

now

okay

well I just killed you now you're back

now

literally the same battle just fought

thank you increased armor

all this past one is so strong

one stop that guy

get out of here

thank you

all right now I know I can definitely

get that stuff up here oh that's so cool

another key all right

mmm that key goes right up here it looks

like

I'm just gonna find secrets everywhere

now that's not a secret that's the way

actually had to go still

I always get to Bynes for swimming mixed

up

okay just make sense

first things first before I forget let

me get this chest

I don't need that right yet its hit

we're back after that short intermission

while my cat used the litter box let's

see where were we that's right we were

trying to figure out this puzzle now

okay so this definitely has happened

first from what its games their case

second beads over there

well I can probably just apply here

right

shockwave punch

okay

okay so does that help I don't know if

that actually helped it all

okay so what is the point of that

oh okay that's the thing

okay okay okay I get it I have to use

this to climb onto it too

jump to the other okay yep smart I need

to lower this one first damn it

yeah okay

Kait controller can you please

I will switch to a mouse and keyboard I

don't care

she's always struck me as the games that

you needed to play with the controller

all right lower this

jump back we pull this punch it over and

then we can use it to fly

on the right spot sure

go

Oh almost fell

okay and then just push this all the way

over and we should be good to go

go

or we could just fall off of it and not

get any where we need to go

there we go

well nailed it okay I think that way but

I know I can break that for sure

oh that's so cool Oh so what I want to

do actually is maybe this one no yeah

this one I want to

active environments weapons I want to

assign this to the gauntlet that way

every time I destroy some of these

crystals I get more souls for it and it

seems to make sense to me

hello fly Birds bug things shall all die

now

give me your help now don't take any

line

that's a grip you

all right we should be closing in on the

grievers soon right hope

okay yep so this is the arena that we

fought all those guys in before oh hello

Oh creeper thank you

yet can you can you not that would be

great

oh no more body for you oh no I found

the grievers by mistake it was not ready

to fight you yet okay looks like she

played you again first you don't succeed

Oh

Oh

ROI out shooting fireballs

now some a fireball attack

yeah we're not going that way that's for

sure

you

I know I should be exploring more it's

gonna be more chassis stuff but really

just want to get to this boss

all right we've got to be closing in

right

how I'm back here how do I get back here

oh now I can break through that stuff

though okay is that what I need to do

there was more more options this way

let's go check it out first

yes okay okay I know exactly where I am

we go this way first I think nothing all

right yep I know where we are I know

what I must do

hello friends

now I'd really really like to get to

that chest over there I just don't think

I can

I think it's possible whoa

why did breaking that have a draining

effect that doesn't make much sense

let me end up here oh it was acting like

a damn okay okay I got it

makes total sense

map beers reveals the entire level that

is way helpful

right can I go anywhere from here No

ever

we're out to break this person looks

like

and drag this rail rail car all the way

through

by drag I mean punch

on charge

that do the thing it looks like it did

the thing

almost

I can't quite reach that just yet now

when I punch this the light did

something funny

it now they're red

okay okay hang on hang on

so there was another lever thing in here

there it is

remember the one I couldn't get to when

it was underwater

see

ya think dragging that had an effect

right

yeah cuz I can't destroy that

why do I feel like this doesn't just

can't be on here

those are green

Oh puzzles

why do you always do this okay

turn this

ah okay yep wait

no moving that out of the way it needs

to happen first okay

find me silly

all right so this one's gonna get

punched over this way

right this one will go the other way

whoo too far but yes see what I'm doing

we're going to move this over punch it

across and then everything will be good

to go

has me right

green light means go

this is how Subway's actually are

underground they have these really

high-tech me mechanisms to move the

train cars around if so that's pretty

cool

yes all right I already knew this where

I had to go

I got it thanks

whoa yeah just what

and you have more stuff falling off of

things

there we go

No

yes

yes so it is giving me souls which is

exactly what I wanted

we go this way or through the open door

okay that we can't we've come through

that way before that's not where we want

to go

however we've also already been here

there's nothing new to look at

yeah nothing new here so they don't want

us to go this way probably

so what end I don't exactly know

am i taking a leap of faith here really

prefer not to go oh okay this just looks

like the other area we went to this is

not the same area at all right right

okay let's check our map where are we we

are there okay so yeah it looks like all

these doors are open we're gonna be

fighting forever soon you know you only

assume anyway

hello who are you crazy guy

yep

just get rekt already

oh whoa

it's another one

now please don't do that

oh you hit so hard

your friend was much easier to kill than

you are

all right

let's go

Oh No

oh I can't even dodge those

go

breck woman

all right not too bad Castform they're

definitely saved us

oh so those are new mob way big pain in

the ass and they it's so hard I mean

it's gonna be a recurring theme things

are going to start hitting us harder

than everything else before hands no

chest nothing can I open these now all

right

all right so we have these other doors

in the platform after doubling back and

finding some stuff let's see what these

are all about love these dead angels

everywhere

right more Souls

okay now I can break that for sure good

definitely didn't want to pick that up

at Dawson's no can we say about four

thousand souls right now okay so I do

think I'm actually gonna call this one

here for right now this episode's

getting a little long and we'll probably

end up fighting the griever in the next

episode so if you enjoyed this I know it

was just kind of a lot of puzzle solving

and me wandering around getting lost a

lot but if you enjoyed it make sure to
