5 Signs Your Social Phobia Is Actually Empathic Sensitivity to People's Energy

Social phobia or social anxiety is primarily associated with the irrational fear of being rejected and ridiculed by

other people.

It is also estimated that for the most part, social anxiety disorders affect those who were subject to bullying and

physical or emotional abuse during the childhood years.

At least, this is what psychological science says.

But what if I told you that there is more to social phobia than it may seem?

I've been socially anxious for as long as I can remember.

However, many things about my social phobia just didn't match the way science portrays it.

After years of observation and self-analysis, I came to a conclusion that my social anxiety is nothing but a heightened

sensitivity to the energies around me.

In fact, there is a scientific evidence to this idea.

A study has found that participants who suffered from social anxiety had higher psychosocial awareness and more

developed empathy than those who did not.

So what if your social phobia is just a neglected empathic ability which makes you so sensitive to people's vibes that

you get all those uncomfortable symptoms as a result?

Read on to see if you identify with any of these experiences:

Your social phobia is selective

The most telltale sign is that your social anxiety is selective and affects you only when you are around certain people.

I noticed it in myself long ago.

I may behave like a completely "normal," outgoing person in the company of some people and turn into an awkward freak

with some others.

Moreover, it has nothing to do with how long I've known someone.

It has happened that I felt completely comfortable with people I just met and talked to them as freely as if we had

been friends for my whole life.

Similarly, some individuals I've known for years make feel me so anxious that I can sense this tension almost

physically when they are around.

If you experience similar things, chances are that you are not really socially anxious but are just sensitive to

energies.

When you sense low-frequency vibrations around you, your sensitive nature responds with all those overwhelming symptoms.

Literally anything can cause this – someone's inauthentic or passive aggressive behavior,

negative emotions or hidden bad feelings towards you.

Try to observe your body's reactions when being around different people so you can better understand the nature of your

social phobia.

You didn't experience bullying or abuse during your childhood

Psychological research shows that social anxiety affects those individuals who experienced some form of abuse or

bullying in childhood.

But what if you didn't go through any traumatic experiences during your early years but still have social anxiety?

If you were a happy child who was raised by loving parents in a healthy family environment,

what could possibly cause social phobia?

A heightened sensitivity to vibrations could be to blame.

Consider this: if you have been extremely sensitive to the vibes around you since you were a kid,

it makes sense why you started to avoid certain things.

After years of getting awkward feelings around some people or things, you had to learn to be cautious,

at least instinctively.

And long-term caution can easily grow into a phobia.

You don't fear rejection – you just tend to avoid people because they make you feel uncomfortable

Psychoanalysts believe that social anxiety is actually an irrational fear of social rejection.

It means that on the subconscious level, a sufferer is afraid of being laughed at, not fitting in with the group,

failing to win respect and acceptance.

It is thought that social phobia is closely linked with self-esteem issues as well,

which make a socially anxious individual believe that he or she is not good enough to be accepted by others.

But what happens when it's not about you, yet, you suffer from social phobia?

It could be that you are afraid of people because they emit energies which overwhelm and drain you.

As a result, you tend to keep a distance from them because your mind has linked human beings with anxious feelings.

So it's not about fearing rejection – it's about protecting yourself from the source of uncomfortable experiences

associated with anxiety.

You are incredibly good at reading people

Have you ever experienced a warning gut feeling about someone you just met?

This person didn't do anything wrong, yet, something about him/her just makes you anxious/suspicious for no reason?

If you indeed have an empathic ability, most probably, you get this feeling quite often.

Either you ignore or listen to this gut instinct, you are eventually proven right about the people you meet.

Someone who made a repulsive first impression on you for no obvious reason turns out to be fake,

of low morals or be trying to take advantage of you.

It is very important to learn to listen to this instinct because it is rarely mistaken.

This happens because empaths can sense some subtle nuances of the human behavior which reveal lies,

inauthenticity and hidden motives behind one's actions.

So it makes sense why you may have unexplained negativity against someone – you just see their true nature before

anyone else does.

You feel overwhelmed in crowded places

Being somewhere crowded means there is too much energy around you, which is not easy to handle as an empath.

If you find yourself feeling drained every time you visit crowded places,

such as city center in the peak hours or shopping mall on Sunday, you are very likely to be an energy sensitive empath.

Moreover, in some cases, this overwhelming feeling can be so strong that it can even grow into physical distress.

Being around too many different vibes can sometimes make an empath feel dizzy, lightheaded and weak.

Remember: if you suffer from social phobia, it could be something more than just a mental disorder.

It could be a neglected gift that awaits to be unleashed.

The first step is to observe and analyze your reactions to different people and situations so that you can learn to use

your energy sensitivity to your advantage.

I was just gonna do the foundation, but I literally just post made it myself

I just didn't get to review it, but you'll see in this video, so let's get started

Well hello there

I'm Zack. Uh I've been gone for a minute

We'll talk about that in another video, but today Rihanna has brought me back to do this review

I have not done a review of foundation on my channel, and it's only right for me to do hers

So I'm gonna try Rihanna's binti

So is that it? I hadn't bought a file

I haven't bought a foundation and so long so I'm so excited to try this and I bought it four days ago

and I have not touched it just because I wanted to film a first impressions video, so here we go I

Was just gonna do the foundation?

However, I just post mated the highlighter to so I just got here like five minutes ago or so

I've heard so many good things on this. I'm actually gonna put on my primer first. I didn't buy the primer I

Don't know why I did it. I just didn't want it. I like my primer. I just used regular

Smashbox primer I don't use anything too crazy

Sometimes I use like a pore refining primer, but other than that

This is where it's at so I just put that on and

So the two foundations, I got I got two different ones because I got matched for one and it just didn't seem like it

Was right because it was for pool undertones, but I wouldn't say I'm a cool undertone

I was I'm more neutral - I don't know my friends

Tell me I'm all Oh - who knows I changed when I get tan when I get panned so I bought two different ones. Hopefully

One's a little lighter one's a little darker so then I have both one for summer one for

Winter

But anyways so I have these two so the ones I have I have

360 which it is a more of a neutral and I have 340 which is a cool

So we're going to try both and then take them out the box like I said I have not

Try these and if you haven't seen the bottle

This is the bottle it's really smaller than I thought it would be I don't know why anything

It looks like a decent amount of product in here - some Beauty Blender. I also didn't buy the Beauty Blender

She has already had one. You know there's no point in me getting that I'll probably get out of the later date

But let's go ahead. I'm gonna start with do this

This is 3:40, so I'm just pump it

So it looks really light the

3:40 so I'm gonna let this oxidize

Cause it's supposed to oxidize

And to my skin now, I'm going to try the 360 on the other side

It's all over my hands

Also excuse my hair, I'm trying to not play heat on my hair because I'm trying to be a good girl and grow it so

My hair is a little cray-cray

So this is 360. I'm not to let these both dry and oxidize

I don't know how long it takes to oxidize, but it's like I don't know it did oxidize a lot, though

Alright we're gonna go with 340 360 to the side

Alright, let's go ahead and put this all over my face, and then we're gonna blend it out with a Beauty Blender

So far so good. It's really light and sheer almost

From well just from my original, so I'm gonna adapt this all over on one side of my face

Those are the clean Beauty blenders just the brown one mind you is not pink so it's not mixing products

Okay, it's a lot lighter than any other foundation. I've ever tried. I split it on but it kind of

It's really liquidy really really really

But the way it blends is quite nice

My neck a little bit, too. I think 340 is my color. I guess I am more of a cool film

cool undertone

Yeah, yellow my under sounds really yellow, but whatever

The results have proven I'm cool

From what I see it's really really it almost looks like I don't have any foundation on

And then kind of like

Like it's really pretty

Like I'm comparing it because right now the foundation. I do use is the concluding beyond perfecting foundation

And I really like that one, but this is like it's so thin and it like

Blurs out my face really nicely like almost airbrushed

Wow

But other than that like I don't really have any blemishes on my face

To cover so to see how full coverage is there so I'm gonna try and get rid of this right here

It works pretty well

But it

Oxidizes so see my little scar on my neck. That's from when I was flat ironing

I think I was curling my hair or winding my hair, and I hit my neck

So you can still see it, but it's more blurred for sure

I'm going to finish the rest of my face, and then I'm gonna come back to the highlighter

I'll see you guys in a sec alright. I finished first in my face. I just did a contour

I almost forgot to do under-eye concealer. I don't even know if that's the foundation or if my under eyes are just getting better

But for the most part, I think it's the foundation now. We're gonna try the

highlighter

Trophy wife, and I have two brushes here. I didn't pick up any of her brushes either cuz out

I like I said, I just wanted to try the foundation everything else was just caveat today, but nice

So this is trophy wife if you have not seen it

It's really yellow

Really yellow. I love this packaging though is so pretty and it just says

Trophy wife on the bottom. He brushes here. I have my

mother Pro, which I really love to highlight with

To get in there, I know it's a pretty big brush

But I just like to highlight and bronze with that, and then I also have a fan brush

So we're going to start out with the fan brush, and I'm just going to dip it in here. Sorry

I got a text message so the highlight just a little bit and

I'm gonna go up gradually. Oh, it's really glittery and pretty

with this Wow with this bronze with this pecan topping on it kind of reminds me of

orgasm by NARS

I'm just gonna keep going. I don't know I like this

actually

In person is a lot on camera. It looks up. It looks really good on camera, but in person. This is like really glittery and

bright

Let's try it on the nose, I'm just gonna use my finger

Oh my god, it's so bright whoo. That's a bright highlighter. Oh

Jesus I was not ready for that oh

My god, it's so yellow. It's true to color. Can you see that on camera now? Do you see how bright that is?

Coming some light. Do you sound bright that is it's so bright and it's even brighter in person

Like it's really pretty like I could wear this out. I definitely go to wear this out

Not just for like an everyday glow this definitely isn't like when you just put on powder and a little bit of

Highlighter this is more, so like I'm going out and I'm making a statement, but you

Defuse it a little it looks a lot better actually

Once I did both sides and diffused it. It's on my nose and the high points of my cheeks

Um it's really pretty and it shows up really well on camera

However in person I am a glitter bomb

Completely wrong and it's beautiful. It's gorgeous. I'm not sure

So what's going to my final review of this product?

Okay so final review of this product I

absolutely positively love the foundation

Very anywhere close to me

I I use 3:40

So if that's like a gauge to where you start

I use the 342 340 works better for me than 36 to 30 60 was actually too light for me

But I love this foundation it goes on very liquidy so I was a little concerned before I put it on but once it

Got on in it dried and oxidized it definitely the pigmentation

The formulation and everything about the product is beautiful

I have the foundation itself, so I have not said it yet, so we'll see if I need to

if I get too oily or whatever the case may be because I really I love the pigmentation of this and the color is the

Best match that I've had thus far for my skin tones. It's quite hard for me to match certain foundations. I'm usually

Balancing it out with powder and trying to make it darker either lighter

whatever the case might be but this foundation matches me to the teeth I

Love it. Love it. Love it. Love it the highlighter I

Love it on camera. It looks really good in these lighting in this light

However when I just went into the bathroom. It's just glitter it looks like a bunch of glitter on my cheek

Like it looks really pretty in pictures and on camera, but in person is just a little bit too glittery for me

I probably have to try out her other highlighters, but for the most part. I don't like how glittery it is

But I definitely I'm gonna keep it, but I just felt like how glittery this for me in person and in

Normal room light not in daylight

Necessarily like it's very it's just a little too much for me, so

But for me, I love

Foundational look like my skin. I don't want it to look too cakey unless I want that look but for the most part

DIY Lip Balm! How To Make 5 Miniature Unicorn,Mermaid,Galaxy & Aquarium! Lip Gloss DIYs{EASY}Crafts - Duration: 12:24.

hey guys welcome back to my channel today I'm going to show you five DIY lip

balms that you've never seen before if you enjoy this video please click

the first idea will be a galaxy lip balm I'll show you a couple different ways to

make this one for the first one I'm going to use one of these mini silicone

baking pans a silicone cupcake tray will also work

I started by coating the squares that I was gonna use with some olive oil

to make this lip balm I'm going to start by using some shea butter in a microwave-safe container I added

three tablespoons of shea butter

next I added in three tablespoons of coconut oil and melted that in the

microwave on twenty second increments until it was fully melted

here is my mine once it was melted down to give these the galaxy colors I'm going to use a

pink a purple and a blue crayon if you're not comfortable with using a

crayon you can use lipstick as well

I'm going to use three separate cups and just equally pour out the lip balm mixture into those and then drop each of

the crayon pieces in there and stir them together until they're melted

for the stars I will be using new silver edible stars

for a couple of them I'm going to sprinkle the stars on the bottom and then for the other ones I

will sprinkle the stars on the top once I have my stars in there then I just

alternated between the pink the blue and the purple lip balm until they were full

once they were all full I placed that in the freezer for about 20 minutes

here are mine after I took him out of the freezer and now they will just pop out of the

squares

and that is how you make this version of the galaxy lip balms other way you can

make these is by using a lip balm container and just repeat the same

process as mixing up the lip balm mixture and the stars

and here are how these ones turned out that's how you make these easy Galaxy

DIY lip balms

the second lip-balm will be a unicorn lip balm

for this one you will need a unicorn cookie cutter I will leave a link down below to where I got this one

start by going around the cookie cutter with some olive oil

to make the lip balm in a microwave-safe container I'm going to add five

tablespoons of beeswax along with five tablespoons of coconut oil and melt that

in the microwave on thirty-second increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one pink I use some lipstick next use a cookie sheet that

has been in the freezer for about 15 or 20 minutes then take a piece of

parchment paper and cover the top and place the cookie cutter on top

this is optional but I'm going to sprinkle some edible pink glitter on top of mine once

I pour it into the cookie cutter start pouring the lip balm mixture into the

cookie cutter make sure to press down hard on the cookie cutter some will

still leak out but that's okay once the cookie cutter is filled sprinkle with

the edible glitter and place in the freezer

here is mine once I took it out of the freezer and the cookie cutter

and that's all there is to this easy unicorn lip balm

the next idea will be DIY mermaid lip balm for this one I will be using these

silicone mermaid tails I will leave a link down below to where I found these

I started by putting some olive oil in each of the mermaid tails

to make the lip balm for this line I'm going to use two tablespoons of beeswax along with

two tablespoons of coconut oil melt that in a microwave-safe container in the

microwave on 20 increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one I am going to use some eye shadow if you aren't comfortable with using eye shadow you

can use edible glitter or you can also use kool-aid

once it was all mixed together I poured into each of the mermaid tails

and set that in the freezer for about 15 minutes

here are both of mine after I took them out of the freezer just flip them over and the

mermaid tails will pop out

and here are both of the mermaid tails

to protect the lip balms I'm going to put them in a resealable plastic bag a

ziploc bag would also work and this will also work for the unicorn lip balm too

if you just want to use the mini mermaid tail just use one tablespoon of beeswax

along with one tablespoon of coconut oil - this one I added some lipstick to give

it a tint poured it into the mermaid tail and put that in the freezer and

here is this one when I took it out of the freezer and I just made several

different colors and that's how you make these easy DIY mermaid tail lip balms

the fourth and fifth idea will be an aquarium fish and dolphin lip balm in a bag

to make the mini bag for these I'm going to use a plastic bag and cut off

the bottom to seal the open side shut I'm going to take a piece of parchment

paper fold it over place the bag in the middle use a metal ruler as a guide and

then use an iron to seal it shut and here is mine once it was sealed

to make the lip balm in a microwave-safe container I'm going to add some Vaseline

I melted that in the microwave on 20 second increments until it was fully melted

to give this the blue color like the water I'm going to use some of this

edible blue shimmer dust once my mixture was melted I just sprinkled in some of

the blue shimmer dust

here's mine once it was all mixed together find a bottle that will fit in

the bag and cut off the bottom and use that as a funnel to pour the lip-balm

mixture through into the bag

once the lip-balm mixtures in the bag place that in the freezer for about

three to five minutes I will be using these little mini fish and dolphins I

will leave a link down below to where I found these

here is my lip balm after about four minutes in the freezer I cut a little bit off the top of the bag and

then I took my fish placed it in the lip balm and placed it back in the freezer

for about 15 minutes

and here is my fish in the bag after I took it out of the freezer and then you

can take some lip balm out of the bag and apply it to your lips

to seal the bag just twist it up and for this one I'm going to wrap a pipe cleaner around it

and there is the little mini fish in a bag lip balm and for the dolphin one I

applied the same procedures as I did before but for this one I used a dolphin

to make it look like it was jumping out of the lip balm and another way to seal

these is to twist the top on it and use a little mini clip

and that's how you make these mini fish and dolphins in a bag lip balms I hope you guys enjoyed

Atomic Blonde DRAWING + REVIEW! - Duration: 7:23.

Yes!

Atomic Blonde is one of the best action movies with a female protagonist that I've ever seen.

SO AWESOME!

And by the way, Charlize Theron has just become my favorite badass actress of the big screens.

Anthony Johnston's and Sam Hart's comic book based film "The Coldest City" is, in fact,

stylish and brutal, two words that best define the tone of this action thriller.

Well, that's what we get when directed by David Leitch, one of John Wick's co-directors.

Atomic Blonde bets all the chips on the photography and violence with authentic choices of cameras

and light (the scenes marked by neons are especially beautiful!)

With incredible makeup work on Charlize, some times she gets unrecognizable.

It's so cool! Seeing her face all screwed up when she walks away from a fight with some Russians,

it's unbelievable!

Visually speaking, this is certainly one of the most originals films this year.

The fights choreography was super fun and exciting, there is not a "Oh you're kidding

me, this is bullshit" moment that you see in some action movies, you know right?

My highlight goes the the seven-minutes staircase fight.

Man, this was intense!

I didn't even know how I was still able to breathe.

I was moving my body in the chair as if I was there with her.

Some crazy shit.

For production merits, Charlize is totally committed to the role, even when exaggerating

some expressions and poses.

Well, it's Charlize Theron,

she can exaggerate the hell if she wants to.

On another hand, we have James McAvoy entering the scene with a crazed and amusing role that

does not fall into caricature only by his amazing talent.

He can deliver emotions of euphoria and sagacity with solid body gestures as the character.

Anyway, the film is not perfect with some flaws in the script, nothing serious that

sabotages the whole movie, but there are so many events happening around the protagonist,

twists between English and French agents, CIA and KGB that is not easy to follow up.

Add to that, the fact that Charlize was passive reacting to the actions of other characters,

leading us to be a little bit confused about the film's central concept.

However, the story ends with several good plot twisters covering most of the flaws of

the writing.

Charlize Theron owes nothing to either Jason Bourne, Ethan Hunt or James Bond.

Atomic Blonde enters the genre kicking some serious ass.

Sorry Scarlett, you're not the number one badass of my list anymore.

Someone has just taken you down.

Or should I say, trick you down?

My final score to the movie is 4 out of 5 stars.

Great film to see again when the blu-ray version comes out.

I'm really hoping that it gets a sequence.
