Youtube daily report Jul 14 2018

Hello. I'm Gill from www.engvid.com, and here we are in London on a rainy day, and we're

going to be looking at the English alphabet. And I have for you an alphabet memory trick

to help you remember. Okay? Because every alphabet in every language is different, so

the English alphabet with 26 letters is... Sorry, that's probably too high, so I'm going

to put that down here. 26 letters is different from other alphabets, and the letters come

in a certain order. So some people start, "Okay: A, B, C, D, E..." So this is to help

you remember all of the letters in the correct order. Okay. So it's like a little poem or

story. And the first word... The first letter of each word is the letter of the alphabet.

So let's just look at the first line, okay?

So we have: "All Boys Can Do Exercise", okay? So that's A, B, C, D, E, the first five letters

of the alphabet. Okay? So it... Because it means something in a sentence, hopefully it's

easier to remember. So: A, B, C, D, E: "All Boys Can Do Exercise". "Exercise" meaning

this sort of thing. Okay? Exercise. Right. Okay.

Second line, continuing: "French Girls Help In June", okay? So: "French Girls Help In

June", the month of June, okay? I always think of French au pairs here. I don't know if you

know that word: "au pair", it's French itself, but it means usually a young woman who comes

from another country to live with a family and help them with their housework, help them

with the children, the shopping, and they're called an au pair, so this always reminds

me of French au pairs, so maybe that will help you remember as well. So: "French Girls

Help In June", and that's in the summer when maybe more French girls will want to come

because the weather isn't that bad in the summer. Okay. So, we've had A, B, C, D, E,

F, G, H, I, J, okay? And then, finally... Because the alphabet is 26 letters long, it

helps to divide it into two and stop halfway, so it's 13 plus 13, and that's how I learned

the alphabet when I was a very little girl at school. So I always stopped halfway and

knew I was halfway. So we're going to do the same here, okay?

So, next one: K, L, M, okay? "Kids Like Milk". Now, if you don't know the word "kids", it's

an informal, casual word for children. Okay? So: Children Like Milk, but it's "Kids". And

a kid is also a baby goat, maybe that's why children are called kids; I don't know. Don't

quote me. A kid is a baby goat, which is an animal-okay?-that you find on the farm. A

baby goat is a kid, but here it means children. "Kids Like Milk". You can also remember this

line because it's K, L, M, and I hope we're allowed to advertise, you may know of the

airline, I think it's the Dutch airline, KLM, that's another way of remembering this line.

If you can't remember about kids liking milk, think of the Dutch airline KLM. Okay? So then

here we are halfway through the alphabet. So, we've got: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I,

J, K, L, M, halfway. Right. Okay, ready to go on? Right.

Next line, this sounds strange, but it sort of makes sense, so we have: "Now Our Professor"-our

teacher, our professor-"Quits Reading". Okay? "Quits" means stops. It's another informal

word, it means stops. Okay, so... And the professor, that's usually someone in a university.

So it sounds pretty strange that a professor would stop reading, because that is what professors

are supposed to do, but maybe this professor is retiring, or they got very tired, or they

need a holiday, and they think: "Right, no more books." So: "Now Our Professor Quits

Reading". Okay, so: N, O, P, Q, R. Okay.

Now, the next bit is totally unconnected; it doesn't really follow in the story, but

I'll explain what this means if you're not sure: "Socks Turn Up". "Socks", what you wear

on your feet, okay? Your socks. Sometimes you lose your socks. You think: "Where are

my lovely red socks? I can't find them." And you go for about a week or two weeks, and

you're still thinking: "What happened to my socks?" And then suddenly one day you go into

the kitchen maybe, you open the kitchen cupboard, and there are your socks and you say: "Oh,

my socks turned up." It usually means... If something turns up, this is a verb with a

preposition or a phrasal... Phrasal verb, okay? Phrasal verb. It's slightly an informal

kind of phrase, again, but: "to turn up" it's usually if you have lost something... You

lost your socks and then you find them again. So, you lose them, you lose your socks. You

lose your socks and then you find them. So: "Oh, my socks turned up", so that's the meaning

of this: Socks turn up. Okay? S, T, U. Right? So we've got: N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, and

then to end with...

Now, the last few letters of the English alphabet are quite difficult. Some other languages

don't have a W, for example, which makes it difficult. But anyway, some more advertising:

VW. Okay? VW, you may know the German car, the VW, or Volkswagen is the full name. Volkswagen,

so there's the V and there's the W. But no English person finds the word "Volkswagen"

easy to say, and it takes such a long time, we say: "VW", okay. My Russian... I have a

Russian student who I told her about this, and she said: "Oh, well, in Russia we say:

'Volkswagen'." So, okay but in England, in the U.K. we usually say: "VW", it's easier.

So, VW, car. And then the letter X is very, very difficult to use in English at the beginning

of a word, there are not many words if you look in the dictionary beginning with an X,

so to find something that actually made sense, I had to use a word with X as the second letter,

but never mind, it's okay. So: "VW eXits", meaning goes out, the exit is the way out,

so it goes out of "York", that is a city in the north of England. York. "Zoo", the zoo

where the wild animals are kept. Now, I don't know if there is a zoo in York, but it doesn't

really matter. If it helps us remember the last few letters of the English language,

then that's all that matters. Okay. So: "VW eXits York Zoo." V, W, X, Y, Z.

Okay, so just to go over the second half of the alphabet: N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W,

X, Y, Z. Okay? So, that is the English alphabet. I hope you found that useful and helpful,

and help... To help you memorize it. So please go to the website, www.engvid.com, where there

is a quiz on this topic to help you, to test to see how much you've learnt from this lesson.

Okay? And if you've enjoyed this lesson, please subscribe to my channel on YouTube. And so

that's all for now. Hope to see you again next time. Bye.

ENDEAVOR HYPE! DABI SECRET CONFIRMED? | My Hero Academia Chapter 190 Manga - Duration: 3:25.

freaking Endeavor went beyond plus Ultra! So what's up guys Foxen here! Oh that was a

tough week to wait previously you had Hawks and Endeavor combining into Phoenix

Endeavor. Of course a question that you all were wondering would it be worth the

hype? It seems like a lot of prediction from you guys also said that Endeavor

would not kill high End with that punch! technically a lot of you were right

looks like Endeavor had to have his United State of smash moment himself that

frickin beyond plus ultra flame which was pretty sweet. I personally can't wait

to see that animated season four can't come soon enough!

Maybe maybe next year? By the way a lot of you guys were also right about a

Hawks in the moment that he gave up his wings he did get damaged by that Nomu

unfortunately he was also practically featherless and then have Endeavor's

winning pose and pretty much copying all might which at this point I actually

think it's a pretty good idea. Not completely though as Hawks pointed out

Endeavor's doing a slight variation of it but oh no of course good things must

come to an end what a cliffhanger Dabi coming in so is the truth finally gonna

come out? or should I say Endeavor's baggage. Looks

like Endeavor's not gonna be able to fully enjoy this victory. Although at this

point what can Endeavour do? Endeavor surely can't do much on his own. Hawks is

over there but he's also in a similar situation

he's practically featherless and strike that even if Hawks was fully feathered

Dabi is actually the perfect counter funny how I was talking about Dabi

like a chapter or two ago. Alright so let's get on with my prediction and

definitely post your own to what will happen next! I think there's a high

chance for the most obvious thing to happy

Dabi's about to drop some knowledge with all the cameras on Endeavor and him

Dabi's about to be like my dear father I am your son! Which is literally perfect

timing for the villains and ever just had that sweet victory so for the League

of Villains is just perfect to kick him off his mountain perch however what

if it's worse. Recall that Shigaraki's group did steal some of the stuff

to remove someone's quirk. I don't know how complete it was or whether they got

actual bullets but what if Dabi decides to use one right

right when all the cameras are watching in front of him he has two targets Hawks

or Endeavor. No matter which one Dabi aims or i got a feeling that the others

gonna take the hit next chapter you could see Endeavor or Hawks go quirkless

I actually think there's a good chance of this happening however since

it's unclear how complete the formula is for them they may have a weakened

version something that either reduces their quirk which would it be a big blow

for Endeavor or Hawks or something that eliminates their quirk

very slowly, like give it a few weeks or months perhaps that would be even

worse! It's like you're slowly dying a poison

but not really anyway that'll be your question of the day what will Dabi

do next? Will Endeavor's dark secret gonna be told

to the world? Will either them loser quirks or how about a third mystery

crazier option? Anyway be sure to detroit smash that thumbs up and subscribe right

now I am covering my hero academia season 3 and the manga weekly. Also you

don't want to miss my recent review on the my hero academia movie! The

review is not a spoiler so don't worry right. After this I am working on the

spoiler discussion for the movie so subscribe so you don't miss that and

I'll see you guys later

Went to the 1st Starbucks store in Seattle. -Arikitchen - Duration: 10:52.

Hello~ I'm at Incheon International Airport right now.

After 11 hours of flight, I will be arriving in Seattle (a city located in Washington state), USA!

I will see you guys in Seattle! Peace!

Arrived! I'm at a hotel in Bellevue area. I will be going out for dinner.

My face is so puffed up. I had a nap right after I arrived at the hotel, so my face is even more puffy.

My face will get puffier if I eat, huh? Hehe

I am at a place called 'Black Bottle' (Recommended by locals)

I'm so hungry~

This is a chili pepper salad.

Mm? It's so good!!

It's not too spicy but has just the right seasoning and spiciness! I love how it's crispy and soft at the same time ♥

I think this is boiled pork marinated with sweet chili sauce.

The meat is really tender and yummy too.

Lemon curd cheese cake

Bread pudding

Ah~ It seems whiskey was used in the recipe.

So full~! It's 8PM here right now, but it still looks like daytime.

I heard the sun sets around 10PM.

By now, I would be finished with all my daily tasks, washed, and would do many other things to wrap up the day..

But since it feels like I have to wander around outside as the sky looks like the daytime.

But I feel tired and should go back to the hotel since it's my first day.

Hello~~ It's the second day. I'm refreshed after sleeping! Hehe

I will be going to Seattle Downtown and the 1st Starbucks! I'm so excited.

I heard it doesn't have the same Starbucks we know.

Also the Starbucks tumbler seems to be a rare item. I will be buying that too! So much fun~

Moving from the hotel to downtown area by car in 20 minutes!

<Amazon headquarter/ Seattle, Washington, USA>

<Amazon Go> The very first self-checkout (cashier-less) store! You download the app on your smartphone, go into the store and choose the products to buy. Then it will automatically charge the credit card you've registered with.

These many cameras installed on the ceiling recognize the buyer and products!

Serious Pie, a famous brick oven pizza store in downtown!

They grow their ingredients used including the dough, mushrooms, and veggies!

<Pike Place Market / Seattle, Washington, USA> This place is famous for its own traditional markets overlooking the sea and having the 1st Starbucks.

I'm at the Original Strbucks store! Look at the people lined up. (As the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Starbucks store were gone, this 4th store is considered as the 1st one)

They are people who lined up to buy the tumbler or mug, coffee.

The logo is so interesting!

I wish I could go in~

I like this one the best!

It seems the tumblers are much cheaper than Starbucks in Korea!

I found the attention-grabbing rainier cherries!

Do you guys remember rainier cherry ~♥?

These cherries look so fresh!

My love cherries!! Just looking at them makes me refreshing T-T♥

The place I couldn't miss while I was looking around the markets!

Donut cat doll!!

So cute~~

I thought it was so cool how they loved what they were doing!

<Space Needle / Seattle, Washington, USA> The landmark observation tower in Seattle. You can look at the view of Seattle from the 150m height.

The history of building observation tower

Let's ride on the elevator to go up 150m high!

My mouth opens up with such a beautiful view~!

Wow… The view is so beautiful. When you go to this side, the sea spread out before your eyes. So cool!!

Everything looks like miniatures. Hehe

Hello~ This is my 3rd day at Bellevue.

After checking out from the hotel, I will be going to Rainier Mountain which is 2 and half hour long by car!

<Rainier Mountain / Northwest region of Washington, USA>

It is the highest mountain in the States and is chosen as a National Park for its beautiful mountain and coexisting four seasons.

It's a great tourist place with the massive nature and glaciers.

Wow~ arrived here! Let's park the car here and climb up by walking.

So amazing! Right?

(Car horn sound)

Huh? That was surprising.

The really interesting this is that the temperature is around 26 degrees, and really sunny and hot.

But the wind is cold and the snow on the ground is still there.

Maybe the wind is cool because of the piled snow. So interesting. (It really feels like the four seasons coexist here! It's warm but cold)

I want to go up as well, but I always slip on the ground full of snow.. so I will just look T.T

Moving to Yakima area for the accommodation after coming down from the mountain

It looks like it's daytime, but it's nighttime.. I will be sleeping since I'm so tired! I will see you guys in the 2nd travel vlog♥

So! I showed you guys my first part of Seattle trip.

I tried to my best to pack my 3 days in a short video. How was it? Did you guys enjoy it?

The 2nd part of the trip will have more fun and interesting travel info, so please don't forget to watch it.

Then I will see you guys in the next video! Bye!

Graham and Dershowitz reacts to Strzok hearing, Russia indictments - Duration: 14:51.

all you have to do is look at the basics and you'll see it looks like a very

serious event but we'll find out when they look at the documents I think

people are going to see a lot of bad things happen I hope it's not so because

if it is has never been anything like it in the history of our country we now

call it spy gate you're calling it spy gate so new tonight we could see what

evidence there is on that FBI informant who reportedly tried to infiltrate the

Trump campaign in the lead-up to the 2016 election now according to the New

York Times the White House has now ordered wider access for the classified

documents that detail that investigation in other words files once only

accessible to the gang of eight will soon be available to all the members of

the House and Senate intelligence committees to take a look at here now

Alan Dershowitz Harvard Law professor emeritus and author of the new book the

case against impeaching Trump Allen great to see you tonight thank you very

much for being here yeah what what do you think is the significance of the

fact that the White House is now going to expand the number of people who can

look into this issue of when this informant was hired and what the timing

of that tells us about what initiated this investigation in the first place

well I think it's a good development and I think ultimately the American public

has to know what went on here we may not be able to know some of the specifics

which are classified but we ought to learn the general parameters of what

happened remember I went through the situation in my life where the

government put spies the anti-war movement the civil rights movement so

every civil libertarian should be concerned about even if there's a

possibility that an informal was intruded into a political campaign

that's just not right that's just not American and you know that's why I

called for an independent nonpartisan Commission to investigate the whole

election because Moeller is not going to look into this because it's not

crime and the congressional committees are going to bicker against each other

Republicans Democrats the Republican truth is Democrat truth if you had a

nonpartisan expert Commission there'd be real truth and that's what the American

public is entitled to to find out what actually happened in this election yeah

I think everybody should want to know the answer to that question with regard

to Peter struck testimony this week here is Rudy Giuliani Laura to the president

talking about this last night take a listen most should be ashamed of

himself those Democrats trying to protect that liar

struck today should be ashamed themselves and every FBI agent I know

wants to see this guy drummed out of the bureau he's good he should be drummed

out of the bureau the idea that a man would make those kinds of statements

while he's involved in an investigation and not recuse himself he should have

recused himself and he's telling us yes I was biased but the bias didn't

influence his decisions we all know as lawyers that bias influences decisions

even unconsciously even if you don't know that's why no lawyer would ever

allow a person like me to struck to serve on a jury against somebody with

whom he had that kind of a biased approach so you know this is a serious

issue and both Democrats and Republicans did not look good yesterday but the

lowest of the low points came with congressman Cohen I think Tennessee

where he offered this guy a medal you know a medal a Purple Heart I mean what

an insult to the men and women who have been wounded and and hurt for the rest

of their lives and earn a Purple Heart to give this guy a Purple Heart because

he had some hard questions thrown to him by some belligerent congressman what an

insult to American soldiers sailors and service people yeah highly highly

inappropriate this is a tweet that Rudy Giuliani put out with regard to these

indictments that rod Rosenstein announced he says of the Russian

intelligence operatives he says the indictments rod Rosen Stein announced

her good news for all Americans the Russians are

nailed no Americans are involved time for Muller to end this pursuit of the

President and say President Trump is completely innocent your thoughts well

you know it proves this indictment proves that we never needed a special

counsel this indictment could have been brought by ordinary prosecutors ordinary

FBI a just there's no conflict here it's Russians they're going after

there's no president there's no people around the president there's no conflict

between the Attorney General the Deputy Attorney General and Americans it's all

Russians why do we need to spend twenty thirty forty million dollars have

special counsel appointed to do a routine national security investigation

number one number two we'll never find out the extent of the guilt of these

people because of course they're never gonna go on trial they're indicted but

they'll never go on trial you think the Russians are gonna extradite them you

think they're gonna travel the United States accompany Disneyland they get

arrested of course that's not going to happen so it will be the end of the

process and indictments are just one sided allegations they're not proof

Allender so it's always good to see you sir thank you very much for being here

tonight oh my it's so let's bring in Senator Lindsey Graham who we are very

happy to have with us live tonight in London senator Graham always good to see

you thanks for being here East Coast time and I'm thrilled that you're able

to because it was a just a very very very fast

what did you make of let's start first with the sort of the flip-flop that we

demonstrated there with what he said to the son I you know I gave her advice she

didn't take it they all wasn't really advice it was a gesture I think it ended

very well so NATO he goes into NATO saying yell a bunch of slackers and you

need to pay more and at the end the head of joint communicate where they said

this is a vital strategic important relationship to the United States and

the world and they're paying more he leaves here tonight I think with

probably the best relationship I've seen with him and Prime Minister may and he

goes to Russia with the windows back do you think she was sad that it was over

though anything she was waiting for the tarmac like it's always good to see the

president all the good to seemly quite frankly I

think his performance with her today was the most presidential news conference

he's had it did get a little rocky with the Sun interview but I feel good about

what he said regarding her and about a relationship you know special on

steroids but I really feel good about how NATO ended you know we're going to

meet Putin now with NATO stronger than it was before and we're going to go in

to meet Putin with may's blessing and a firm relationship between us in the

United Kingdom that's a pretty good way to approach Putin it was interesting

reading some of the comments by the MPs and as we have seen in those Parliament

meetings they go after each other pretty hard a lot Congress were always so nice

exactly my good friend from South Carolina writes to one of the

Conservative MPs said that the president was determined to insult her that he was

it was a divisive dog-whistle rhetoric that was repulsive when he talked about

changing how immigration is changing the fabric of Europe so all that could mean

that Teresa may although she had a good relationship I guess at the end we got

president she's gonna face a tough audience at home you know I think she

handled herself very well and I think it ended on a good note they talked they

went to see a joint military exercise they talked about a special relationship

at the highest level so at the end of the day I think these were too

successful engagements even though they were Iraqi NATO's going to pay more we

leave here the United Kingdom firmly together and now we're going to Putin I

want to play before we move on from the brexit and London part of the story what

he said about Boris Johnson at this point is a man waiting in the wings and

I would hazard to guess that the president had some input from Boris

Johnson before he came here in terms of you know well this is what I think is

going on here let's play the soundbite on Boris Johnson I was very saddened to

see that he was leaving government and I hope he goes back in at some point

because I think he's a very I think he's a great representative for for your

country well I'm not pitting one against the other I'm just saying I think he'd

be a great prime minister yeah I think he's got what it takes

they asked about Boris Johnson I said yeah they how would he be as a prime

minister said he'll be a great prime minister nice to me he's been saying

very good things about me as president I think he thinks I'm doing a great job I

am doing a great job that I can tell you just in case you ever noticed guess what

it came back to him at the end is that surprising well I like Boris Johnson

he's really one of my best friends in politics throughout the world and I

think it would be a good Prime Minister but we're talking about Theresa May

today I thought the president gave her a high praise said that she was tough he'd

rather have her on his side than her being an enemy I thought he was very

gracious to her and now on to Putin we got NATO's stronger not weaker we've got

a good send-off here in Great Britain and people back home who say that he

should meet with Putin our president I agree with Theresa May he should go to

Russia he should may go to Finland and meet with Putin and he should define

what a better relationship looks like well let's take a look he was asked a

little bit about you know what he was going to be discussing yeah when he went

to the Putin meeting can we play that I

know you'll ask her will we be talking about meddling and I will absolutely

bring that up I don't think you'll have any G I did it I did it you got me there

won't be a Perry Mason here I don't think but you never know what happens

right but I will absolutely firmly ask the question the Perry Mason reference

might have been lost on some of the folks in the audience but everybody else

knew what the president meant there yeah well here's the bottom line

Russia didn't beat Hillary Clinton Donald Trump did Russia did interfere in

our election and if I were the president I would not ask Putin did you do it I

would reject his denial I know you did it and if you continue to do it we'll

never have a good relationship I desire a good relationship but you got to stop

meddling in our elections you got to stop helping the Taliban in Afghanistan

you've got to stop propping up Assad and helping Iran you've got to be a better

world citizen he's a very difficult person to deal with but

Lewton when the president goes in there and you've been very outspoken in your

message to the president you say he is not your friend right and if you don't

go in there with that perspective he he could you

know engineer the Congress I have a lot of faith in President Trump you know

Bush misread Putin Putin ran over Obama cuz he was so weak in the eyes of

President Putin President Trump needs to convince President Putin that he wants a

better relationship but things have to change to get it at the end of the day

Putin doesn't respect Trump this will be a failed summit I believe that President

Trump is going to lay out what a good relationship will look like and

challenge Putin to get there and if he fails to get there that Trump's gonna

convince him unlike Bush unlike Obama you'll pay a price on my watch that's

what I predict so the big question is what's the goal with with Putin what

does he want to get out of it what's the leverage what's the exchange how do you

see that working to tell him if you continue to meddle in elections in the

United States they'll never be a good relationship help me contain Iran

because Iran is a minister the Mideast stop helping the Taliban let's fight

Isis together get Assad out of Syria and put somebody in Syria that both we both

can work with change your behavior to get a good relationship be tough when he

met kim jungnam the only reason he met him is I think Kim jong-un believes that

military force would be used by Trump if he had to he's got to convince Putin

that there's a better relationship available tween the United States and

Russia but here the terms and conditions and if he failed to meet those terms and

conditions I'm going to be your worst enemy

I could be your best friend but I could be your worst enemy and if Putin doesn't

believe that that will be a mistake all right we're out Rosen Stein came out

today and leveled an indictment against 12 members of the Russian intelligence

agencies and the military it happened right as the president was landing in

Windsor what's the impact of that news on this meeting means nothing to me

I know the Russians did it it was the Russians that hacked into the DNC that

got Clinton's emails that got Podesta as emails people in your business or

gonna have to decide do you empower a foreign government when they hack into a

political party in the United States going forward so I didn't know learn

anything I want president Trump to go to meet Putin I want a better relationship

but when Putin says I didn't do it I want President Trump to say I reject

that - now you did do it and my friend if you continue to do it and they're

coming after Republicans in 2018 nothing would please Russia more than

chaos in America that Democrats get the house and we with each other's throats

oh I worry about their Millions Russians are meddling in the mid-table know - for

the Republicans to lose the house I am well we could lose without Russia being

involved but just think about it there's fake news being pushed truly fake news

in these competitive seats our Intelligence Agency says that Russia is

still up to it and I think President Trump's got to let him know that if you

keep doing this we'll never have a good relationship Russia didn't beat Clinton

Trump beat Clinton but President Trump I want you to understand Poon's not your

friend he's not the friend of democracy he needs to fear you and respect you for

us to have a good relationship Graham thank you very good to have you laughs

thank you we're lucky that you happen to be here

I hear the birds singing out to the sunrise.

I see the stars fading away in the morning light.

Golden sun shines on down through the treetops,

Where there is a summer breeze that whispers so soft.

And I sing, "O Jah, Jehovah my God ,The work of your hands fills us with awe."

I stare at the stars,Wondering how you care who we are.

I see your wonders, and I sing to you.

I see your wonders, and I sing to you.

I sing to you.

These wondrous, moving, breathing creations —

Oh, in the night, in the day—can you hear what they say?

From mountaintops to the bottoms of oceans,

Let ev'ry living thing sing out to your praise.

And I sing, "O Jah, Jehovah my God, The work of your hands fills us with awe."

I stare at the stars,Wondering how you care who we are.

I see your wonders, and I sing to you.

I see your wonders, and I sing to you.

I sing to you.

Looking past what we can see with our eyes,

We will come to know more about the One who gave us life.

And I sing, "O Jah, Jehovah my God,The work of your hands fills us with awe."

Learn & Remember the English ALPHABET: A, B, C, D, E, F... - Duration: 12:15.

Bye.

<Amazon headquarter/ Seattle, Washington, USA>

Bye!

Learn & Remember the English ALPHABET: A, B, C, D, E, F... - Duration: 12:15.

Bye.

A letter from the local Revenu Servise Department - Duration: 3:22.

Hi there! How's it going? I'm Alex and welcome to my blog where I practice my

English. Today I want to tell you a little story about my experience of

paying taxes as a sole proprietor. Here we go! Last year I had a little

business. I sold ads on my website about vehicle insurance in Russia.

To legalize my business I registered as a sole proprietor

in the Revenue Service and opened a bank account. So long story

short I did everything necessary to be clean before the law. At the end of the

year I filled my tax return, paid the taxes, and closed my business.

That was easy just a couple of clicks in my banking app. I even

thought I paid a little more than I had to pay but I was too lazy to go to

the local Revenue Service Department to return the overpaid taxes. Can you imagine

my surprise when a couple of weeks ago I got this letter from the local Revenue

Service Department. Opening it I found this adorable paper that said that I had

to pay extra 15 000 rubles of taxes and fines.

At first I thought it was my fault but the total amount of the unpaid taxes was

especially similar to the amount of taxes I had paid. So I took the letter

and all the documents that proved my tax payments, and go directly to the local

Revenue Service Department. After waiting in lines and visiting several

offices I found out that it was a bug in the program. And I didn't have to pay any extra taxes and fines.

On top of that they confirmed that I

had paid more taxes than I had to pay. And after I filled out a form

they promised to return the overpaid taxes on my bank account in 30 days.

The happy end of the story brings us to the end of this vlog.

And now had I had to say my usual phrases: That's all for today. Take care.

See you later!

Breaking News - Wayne Rooney is seven time zones away from World Cup for his MLS debut - Duration: 6:39.

There was a moment in training on Friday when Wayne Rooney's team-mates were left in no doubt that it was, quite literally, time to get down to business

DC United's squad had split into two to do 'rondos' — when a ball is passed around a circle with one man trying to win it back — before the main session started

There were laughs among his group when Rooney's first pass saw him become 'piggy in the middle' but soon the laughter stopped

Any thought Rooney would spend a few minutes chasing shadows was swiftly extinguished; the first pass was slightly off target and, with that, the 32-year-old flung himself into a slide tackle — something you don't tend to see in such a light-hearted drill — and won back possession

'The big man is back,' he declared after shaking off an injury to be fit on the eve of England's 2006 World Cup campaign

It wasn't the glitz and the glamour of football's biggest stage, but this was Rooney announcing himself to his new team-mates

When he was unveiled by DC United 10 days ago, at a venue a stone's throw from the iconic US Capitol Building, his overriding message was that he had not crossed the Atlantic to retire

Those who have watched him go about his work since then have realised those words have substance

Rooney, England's record goalscorer, will make his first appearance for DC United in the early hours of Sunday morning but it has not yet been decided whether he will start against Vancouver Whitecaps

Part of him would have loved to have been in Russia with England's World Cup squad and, perhaps, if last season he had scored his 11 goals for Everton after Christmas, rather than before, there would have been a clamour for him to be included in Gareth Southgate's squad

The focus on Sunday, inevitably, will be on Moscow as France and Croatia square up, but across the Atlantic, the clash between DC and Vancouver will carry great significance for Rooney

Nobody, it must be stressed, is trying to pretend DC United have signed the buccaneering forward of 10 years ago but the pride that still burns inside means he is approaching this contest as if it was a Premier League game

He has a point to prove. It still hurts how things ended with Everton. Friday marked a year to the day since Rooney scored his first goal after that romantic return from Old Trafford during a friendly in Tanzania and how he was told he could leave rankles

'I said to Everton, "Listen, I'm not a kid, and if (leaving) is what you want, tell me",' Rooney told ESPN FC earlier this week

'If you want me to stay, tell me and we talked about it. As an 18-year-old, I wouldn't have been able to handle that the way I have now

'They told me, and I said "Fair enough". I'm not going to disrespect the club. So this option became available and I felt this was the right one

' To give you an idea of how his mind-set has not changed, he turned down the chance to speak after the session — which DC's co-owner Jason Levien and general manager Dave Casper watched — ended

He has never given interviews 24 hours before a game and doesn't intend to break the habit

He has come to America to help change DC United's fortunes. They were champions in three of the first four years following the league's inception in 1996

This season, they have won just two of their 14 MLS games so far this season and are bottom of the Eastern Conference with 11 points

They have, however, invested £428million on their new Audi Field home and the lucrative three-and-a-half year contract they have handed Rooney reflects their ambition

While some people in DC remain unmoved by the hype and are unaware of who Rooney is, the excitement around the club is tangible

It has also, however, thrown them into unchartered waters. For example, TMZ — the leading tabloid entertainment platform in the US — have sent paparazzi to follow them

Usually, they would have no interest in sport but Rooney's name has changed the dynamic

Is mushroom coffee even better than regular coffee

You may already be on the Cato coffee train, but have you tried mushroom coffee?

I know it sounds like a really bizarre combination

But this funghi focused coffee is very trendy at the moment and only seems to be picking up steam

lovers of the somewhat eccentric brew say that the earth the essence of mushrooms is a

Complimentary addition to coffee that actually makes for a smoother overall flavor plus you get even more

Antioxidants with less jeddah promoting caffeine. So mushroom coffee may be gaining popularity, but is it healthy?

Mushroom coffee gives you the health benefits of coffee along with the impressive benefits of mushrooms

Same goes for mushroom tea or mushroom hot chocolate

But these beverage options don't use your typical culinary mushrooms

instead they add in medicinal mushrooms our

Medicinal mushrooms good for you the short answer which I'll elaborate on shortly is

Yes, the medicinal mushrooms used in mushroom coffee and mushroom tea include health powerhouses like cordyceps

scientific research continues to show major health benefits of medicinal mushrooms

Ranging from boosting immune function to even improving brain cells which means mushrooms may even help fight serious

neurodegenerative issue like dementia and Alzheimer's disease

And don't worry it still tastes like coffee. What is mushroom coffee?

I know what you're probably picturing a hot cup of coffee ruined by some random spongy floating mushrooms

But don't worry. This is not what I'm talking about here right now

There are different kinds of mushroom coffee being made by various companies and it's basically regular coffee infused

with medicinal mushroom extracts

Several companies are now making a powdered combination of instant coffee and mushrooms extracts

All you need to do is add hot to create a cup of mushroom coffee

to create mushroom coffee mixes mushroom extract powders are often created by by

isolating and spray drying different key constituents of medicinal mushrooms

Mushroom powder is touted as having the health benefits of mushrooms

But at an even more concentrated level - there are also packets of mushroom extracts with healthy

ingredients like organic peppermint and anise extracts along with some stevia a

mushroom coffee versus regular coffee

Obviously the biggest difference between regular coffee and mushroom coffee

Is that the mushroom coffee contains mushrooms while regular coffee does not when you drink mushroom coffee?

You get all of the benefits of drinking coffee plus the benefits of mushrooms

While regular coffee can attribute to anxiety and insomnia thanks to all that caffeine

The addition of mushroom is said to result in a more balanced cup of joe

So while a regular cup of coffee can leave some people feeling on edge and wide-awake when they want to be counting sheep

Makers and drinkers of mushroom coffee say 'it's not as likely to make health concerns like anxiety and insomnia worse

3 prepackaged or instant mushroom coffee is also said to be lower in caffeine and less acidic than regular coffee

Which makes sense because most mushroom coffee mixtures are equal parts mushroom and coffee

So a cup of mushroom coffee typically has half of the caffeine of a regular cup. How does mushroom coffee taste?

Makers as well as drinkers of mushroom coffee say 'it does not taste like mushrooms at all

They even say that the mushrooms that are added actually have a similar taste to coffee itself

6 health benefits of mushroom coffee

Anticancer some components of mushrooms have been shown to stimulate the immune system

in such a way that certain mushrooms appear to exert anti-tumor and anti-cancer activity a

2015 study published in the Journal of Ethne

Pharmacology looked at a type of mushroom that's commonly used in mushroom coffee even way back in the 1940s

It's called the chaga mushroom

The researchers found that her gah sterile peroxide a derivative of the chaga mushroom

Exhibited impressive anti-cancer activities in human collard rectal cancer cell lines

The study concludes that the data demonstrates how chaga mushrooms ergosterol

peroxide can suppress the proliferation of human Collard ekdal cancer cell lines and it also

successfully inhibited colon cancer linked to colitis in animal subjects

Overall, the researchers conclude these properties of ergosterol

peroxide advocate its use as a supplement in colon cancer chemoprevention

For cancer chemoprevention is the use of a substances to stop cancer from developing

Making mushroom coffee a cancer fighting food too loaded with antioxidants

One of the top coffee benefits of its rich antioxidant content

Scientific research has shown that an average cup of coffee may be even higher in disease fighting and anti-aging

Antioxidants than than cocoa green tea black tea and herbal tea 5

Most coffee health benefits can traced back to this high level of antioxidants

mushrooms also contain significant levels of antioxidants, especially

gluten and ergo

9:6 as such mushroom coffee really packs a literal double punch of antioxidants in a single cup

But why is this so great for your health?

decades of scientific research have shown that the more

Antioxidant rich foods you get in your diet the more you can protect yourselves from all kinds of harmful diseases and health problems

three

decreases oxidative stress one of the main reasons the antioxidants found in coffee beans and

Shrooms are so health protective as they provide defense against free radicals were exposed to in our daily lives

Like air pollution for example free radicals cause oxidative stress to humans

Which can then cause cellular damage to our bodies?

Oxidative stress is believed to be a big part of a lot of serious and chronic diseases like cancer diabetes

heart disease Parkinson's disease Alzheimer's

disease and serious eye diseases like cataracts

7 upping your antioxidant intake in your diet is a way of reducing oxidative stress on the body

Which in turn may help to ward off all kinds of serious health issues

for

Boosts liver health you can find variations in what types of mushrooms are included in a mushroom coffee

One type you're likely to see included is the rushy mushroom

The reishi mushroom is rich in

Adaptogens that may help improve liver function and prevent liver disease by encouraging waste and toxins to be flushed from the body more

efficiently a

2013 study published in the International Journal of medicinal mushrooms found that reishi induces hepatoprotective

effects on acute liver injury because it contains

Antioxidant properties and fights harmful immune responses that slow down liver function

Eight-five aids digestive and diabetic health mushrooms are rich in polysaccharides

Specifically bioactive ones called beta glucans or homopolysaccharide x' these special

Polysaccharides act as probiotics in the digestive system that directly help boost digestive health in various ways

These mushroom beta glucans have also been shown in animal studies to decrease body weight glucose levels

Cholesterol and triglycerides in diabetic mice the beta glucans also appeared to have a very positive

biochemical effect on insulin receptors that equated to improved insulin sensitivity

9:6

Focus without jitters since most mushroom coffee on the market today uses a mixture of half coffee half mushroom

Extract when you switch to mushroom from regular coffee

You should end up getting roughly half of the caffeine that you normally do of

course check packaging of the product for specifics

But with the addition of mushrooms to any coffee

The amount of caffeine naturally goes down since caffeine in moderation can improve focus yet in excess produced jitters

Mushroom coffee can give that same focus benefit

But with the addition of adaptogenic or medicinal mushroom extracts the likelihood of nervous energy after a cup becomes less likely

History and background of mushroom coffee there actually is some very interesting

history to mushroom coffee

During World War two some of the most common things we know and love today were hard to come by. I'm

Talking about items like coffee there have been some very interesting

Alternatives to coffee that people have come up with throughout the years including things like roasted barley as well as chaga mushrooms

That's right in Finland during the 1940s people were actually using their natives chaga mushroom as a wartime coffee substitute

the founder of one currant mushroom coffee company says to our knowledge our

Grandparents invented the concept of using chaga as a coffee substitute

So back, then mushroom coffee came about as a result of lack of coffee availability whereas today

It's becoming popular not because there's a shortage of coffee

Rather because people are looking to get more and more out of their coffee intake 10 mushroom coffee

Precautions most purveyors of mushroom coffee recommend a max of two packets of mushroom coffee per day

Even though mushroom coffee typically has less caffeine than regular coffee

You still don't want to risk a caffeine overdose for anyone with a known autoimmune disease, for example

lupus rheumatoid arthritis multiple sclerosis

Some doctors warn that medicinal mushrooms can worsen the problem

Because they stimulate the immune system

It's possible that medicinal mushrooms can interfere with medications for these diseases or over activate certain mewn sells

The same warning goes for anyone with a known bleeding or blood clot disorder since medicinal mushrooms

Can sometimes interfere with proper blood clotting?

possible side effects and interactions of mushroom coffee can depend on the type of mushroom used

So I suggest double-checking the specific side effects of the mushrooms in your mushroom coffee of choice

If you have any ongoing health concerns or are taking any medication

definitely check with your doctor before drinking mushroom coffee or mushroom tea

It's also possible to have an allergy to mushrooms if you have an allergy or intolerance

To mushrooms. You should not consume mushroom tea or mushroom coffee

Final thoughts on mushroom coffee mushroom coffee offers another intriguing option in the world of hot beverages

Especially for lovers of coffee who are looking for the possibility of more health benefits

Or just a cup of coffee that leaves them feeling less jittery yet still has a lot of flavor people

Not only enjoy the taste of mushroom coffee

But many drinkers claim that they enjoy the health benefits

One of the most common perks you hear mushroom coffee

Drinkers raving about is having energy and focus yet not feeling shaky

Of course mushroom coffee still contains a significant amount of caffeine. So it should still be enjoyed in moderation
