Youtube daily report Jul 18 2018

- [Annie] Hello, hello!

This is my scrappy VidCon 2018 video,

so let's just get into it.

Met up with Chase and Aaron,

and talked about the intersection

of gender and disability, and went to Whole Foods.

Connor and I caught up and cried

and talked about gender and transition a lot,

and then we watched Queer Eye season one for the first time.

And it was pure joy.

Their cat Socks is a perfect angel.

All the rumors are true. (laughs)

Then I stayed with Andrea,

and had a vegan wrap and wellness shot for breakfast.

(laughs)

Ran into a very punny church on the way to the hospital.

I also noticed that where I was staying

was just a couple of blocks from Hotel Cecil,

which I thought was really cool.

And then we sat in a rooftop hot tub

looking out at the city skyline at night, and had Chipotle.

Day One.

Met up with Sarah and Jenny, met Ash and Grace.

First night at VidCon I met up with Jessica and pals,

and they are the lesbian squad of dreams.

I got a moving photo where I look

like a warlock spinning light.

Day Two.

The next day, Rachel arrived.

Rachel and I raced in our power chairs.

(screaming)

- Oh, shoot! Oh, man! Oh, she's comin' for front!

- I'm Annie Segarra, Annie Elainey on YouTube.

I identify as a non-binary woman,

or demiwoman, genderfluid, genderqueer,

there with exploring all these words that feel right,

and my pronouns are kind of indifferent,

but mostly she or they.

For my own mental health, I think that it's better

to try and love it, to try and accept it,

because I don't wanna be miserable.

I don't wanna hate my body,

and I don't wanna hate my life or hate myself.

So even though I would never sugar-coat my disease,

and be like "I love it 100%,

"it is so great to be in pain all the time,

"and get injured all the time, and be in bed all the time,

"and all the shitty aspects of it."

Um...

I don't love all the shitty aspects

about being really, really sick.

Um...

But I wanna be happy, so I'm gonna try and be happy,

and I'm gonna try and look for things to be grateful for,

I'm gonna try and figure out

how I can accept these things about myself.

And disability in regards to transness

is also its own obstacle.

Trying to get surgeries, or get anything

that's very gender affirming on your disabled body.

First, there's the economic obstacle,

it's finding the money to do things

that are very gender-affirming on yourself.

But then my disease makes surgery extremely risky.

My disease makes surgery, the typical recovery time:

double time, triple time.

And even more painful than the average person.

And painkillers don't work on me, so that would be terrible.

I had surgery once and I woke up and I felt everything.

They had sliced into my calf, into my foot,

and basically I went into shock,

because I was in so much pain

and didn't have the energy to scream anymore.

So that makes me very hesitant to get

any other kind of surgery,

even though I may really, really want it,

really, really need it,

I have to think very hard before I do that.

- After that, rode out with my #WheelieQueer gang,

and did two videos with Jessica about disability and gender,

and disability and body image.

That night, we had YouTube partner reception,

where Kaitlyn had such intensely kind words

about my performance at the gender panel,

and I sobbed in their arms.

(dance music)

Day Three.

Rachel, Chase, Aaron, and I watched Bo Burnum speak,

and his words were like a damn orchestra.

The violins, y'all.

Chronic illness panel's actually the one I didn't cry at.

Doctors are not gods.

And they have biases, they have prejudices.

They can be bigoted.

There's a lot of struggle right now

with sexism in the medical industry.

Medical industry, haha, has a lot of improvements to do.

Sexism is a big part of it,

so if you are femme-presenting, if you're a woman,

if you're anybody, to be honest,

but it does happen a lot more to people who present femme,

or who are women, if they come to the doctor with pain,

the doctor's like, "You gotta suck it up.

You gotta get a little stronger.

Come on, come on.

You're not practicing walking in those heels,

like, it's what your people do."

If you think about it, how small you must feel,

how trapped you must feel, like,

"How do I get out into the world?

How do I get my needs met?

How do I step outside my house

if nobody believes that I'm sick?"

Um...

But--

So that's, I don't have the answer for that.

That's something that we have to keep discussing,

and hopefully progresses over time.

...Be like "Oh, I could never do what you do",

"I could never live with your illness", like,

worst comes to worst, "I would kill myself if I were you."

(Audience member groans)

And it's just like, the first thing I always say

to these people who say things like that, I'm like,

they wanna imply that you're brave.

They're trying to give you a compliment.

I'm like, "It's not brave.

"You really don't know what you're capable of

"until you're in the situation,

"and I think you're gonna be surprised

"if you really, genuinely think that you cannot handle it,

"or that I'm brave for handling it,

um...

"where your strengths are.

"You're gonna be very surprised with yourself.

"Like, what you're capable of.

"Because you want to live. You want to be here.

"You love life, and so you're gonna figure out

"how to make it continue... happening."

- Look at my beautiful little angels

playing with beautiful little angels.

- [Person Offscreen] Look at them!

- Afterwards, we did photo ops

with Rachel and Kat Blaque in the Twitter Lounge.

My friend Sarah came in time for the expo hall,

and we all took cute pictures with props

and played with puppies!

- [Annie Offscreen] This is so much.

- So sweet!

- [Person Offscreen] Still packed in here.

- [Annie Offscreen] Oh my goodness, oh my goodness.

(squealing)

- [Sarah Offscreen] You're kinda like a magnet

for love right now.

It's pretty great. - This is amazing.

- [Ash] Hey, baby, there.

(cooing)

- [Annie Offscreen] Oh my goodness!

- Do you see this?

- [Annie Offscreen] Oh my goodness, oh my goodness.

Oh the puppy, the puppy!

- [Annie Offscreen] Look at this! (laughs)

-[Stevie] Look at everyone. Everyone's a friend.

Everyone's a friend. Don't worry.

It's okay. It's okay. - Little baby. The baby.

(Annie laughs)

No one's--why's she growling? She's so mad.

- [Annie Offscreen] I don't know.

Oh, it's a party.

(dog barking)

- [Annie] That night, we all hung out

till very late in our hotel rooms

and played a game of Paranoia with everyone.

Day Four.

Disability panel went well, and I cried at some point

about giving the kids a chance

and NOT teaching them ableism.

- It's about, again, it's about exposure,

it's about helping people be connected,

especially at young ages in the school.

It breaks my heart thinking about that in the school

they separate disabled students from abled students.

That they're kept from a distance.

And that's only reinforcing that idea...

that they're different from you,

and you can't look at them, and you can't touch them,

and, like, I'm gonna freaking cry right now.

And that goes all the way into our adulthood.

That it's the same, it stays the same.

Adults, they grow up thinking that.

They grow up with this culture of, like,

"They're less than me, they're weird,

I don't wanna interact with them",

'cause it's social status too, right,

they're low social status, "They're the weirdos,

they're the freaks."

And they hold onto that for the rest of their lives,

'cause everybody loves a good social status.

Everybody loves being the cool kid.

- Did you ever internalize that for yourself?

- Oh, yeah.

'Cause I had undiagnosed disability

for the majority of my life.

Thank you... So, like, that sucks so much.

It's just such a huge thing for it

to be normalized in that way.

And if, you know, sometimes, right,

let's say you live in a community

where there are no disabled people, which, wow.

But then that's when media representation is so important.

We can create that impact by reaching people

through their laptop screens,

through their television screens,

through their movie theater screens,

when you, what, there's 20% of people in this country,

probably more undiagnosed people, have a disability.

So why aren't we visible in the media?

Why don't people know who we are?

Why are people so afraid?

- [Annie] Took some photos at the Latino bodega,

and in the stuffed frogs at the Instagram lounge.

Did a podcast with Chase and Aaron.

- One, two, three, go. Oh, shit.

(singing)

- [Annie] Stevie took me out to a cute soul food dinner

at a place with an accessible bar.

Then through the Hollywood stars,

and past the real Chinese theater to Hotel Roosevelt,

where we had drinks and looked at old architecture.

And yes, the history was preserved

and they made it accessible, who knew?

We had a nice queer get-together night,

filled with healing, manifestations,

food, drinks, YouTube, and living room light shows.

- [Person Offscreen] A scam psychic medium!

- [Other Person Offscreen] Tell people, like, ooh,

I've been connecting with the spirits.

- [Annie] It's amazing.

The company I keep is really magical.

They are magical, powerful, world-changing people,

and I am honored to know them and to love them.

Thank you so much to VidCon

for all the opportunities you grant me,

but especially the opportunity to be among people

with shared interests, people within my community,

and people doing really brave and wonderful things.

And I'll see you all eventually.

Bye!

Missing Baryonic Mass in the Universe... Found! - Duration: 9:14.

In case you're right up to date on your cosmology mysteries, I'm going to give you

the quick answer right now: filaments of oxygen gas at 1 million degrees Celsius in intergalactic

space.

Boom.

You're welcome.

Answer starts at zero zero colon zero five.

For everyone else who likes context with their groundbreaking scientific discoveries, let's

get into it.

Astronomers have finally solved one of the outstanding mysteries in cosmology.

Forget about all the dark matter and dark energy, where's all the missing regular

mass in the Universe?

This has been called the "missing baryon problem".

They've been chipping away at the problem, finding missing matter in the vast gulfs between

galaxies, and in the last few months, a team of astronomers have finally found the outstanding

missing matter.

What we don't know about the Universe could fill a universe.

For example, if you take all the matter, energy, everything and add it up to 100%, more than

half, 68.3% is dark energy; a mysterious force that's accelerating the expansion of the

Universe.

Of the remaining portion, about 26.8% of that is dark matter.

Astronomers think it's some kind of particle that doesn't emit radiation of any kind,

and doesn't interact with regular matter in any way.

If you're doing the math, that leaves you with 4.9% of regular mass.

You know, stars, planets, gas, dust, cats, smartphones, bread, protons, neutrons.

Stuff, things, what scientists called baryonic matter.

But here's the thing, until the last few years, astronomers had no idea what this baryonic

matter was.

When you add up the mass of all those galaxies and their stars and cats, you only end up

with 10% of the mass that's out there.

Before we get into the discovery, I'd like to talk about how astronomers knew this mass

was missing in the first place.

See, I warned you, this is going to take a while.

The answer, of course, comes from the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation.

This is the diffuse background radiation that we can see in all directions.

It was a time, about 380,000 years after the Big Bang when the entire Universe had cooled

off to the point that light was finally able to escape and travel through space.

What started out as dull red visible light got stretched out, or red-shifted, by the

expansion of the Universe so that we see this radiation in the microwave spectrum now.

Although this background is about the same temperature in all directions, there are tiny

variations - fractions of a degree difference.

NASA's Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe, and later the European Space Agency's Planck

Mission have mapped the entire sky with incredible precision, and by doing so have provided astronomers

with a way to calculate many of the Universe's properties.

And one of these is the total number of protons and neutrons that should be present in the

Observable Universe.

If there were more or less, then you would see different temperature variations in the

background temperature.

The shape, size and movements of galaxies would be different.

You would see different amounts of hydrogen and helium compared to lithium, beryllium

and other elements.

That number, by the way is 1 x 10^80.

That's a one followed by 80 zeros.

On average, across the entire Universe, there's 1 proton for every 4 cubic meters of space.

Just for comparison, there are 5 x 10^21 atoms in a drop of water.

So, just in case you weren't aware, we live in a dense part of the Universe.

Once astronomers were able to calculate this number, they could then compare the amount

of mass in the Universe they could see, with the amount that should be out there.

The most obvious mass we can see are the vast galaxies and galaxy clusters strewn across

the Observable Universe.

How do you measure the mass of a galaxy, you might ask?

Astronomers have several techniques which they can use to check and double check.

They measure the speed that the galaxies are turning, and use that to calculate the mass

of the galaxy.

Imagine the Sun quadrupled in mass, the Earth would need to double its orbital velocity

to stay in orbit.

The Sun is orbiting the Milky Way at a speed of 225 km/s (which, by the way, is 29 times

faster than the International Space Station is hurtling around the Earth).

If the Milky Way were more massive, the Sun's orbital velocity would need to speed up to

stay in orbit.

Another technique that astronomers use is gravitational lensing.

This is where the gravity of a galaxy cluster can distort the light from more distant galaxy

clusters.

By measuring the amount the light is distorted, they can calculate the amount of mass in the

cluster.

The point is, astronomers had done the math and had determined the following amounts of

matter in the Universe.

Remember, these are fractions of the roughly 5% regular stuff, not that 95% dark matter/dark

energy.

7% is stars in galaxies, 1.8 % cold gas in galaxies, 5% is hot gas in galaxies, 4% is

hot gas in galaxy clusters.

That still left about 83% of baryonic matter as mystery mass.

Astronomers have chipped away at those remaining amounts, and in the last few years have been

able to account for another 28% as cool intergalactic gas.

The theory is that the remaining half of missing baryonic matter had to be some kind of heated

gas, hiding in the vast voids between galaxies.

The technical term was WHIM, or warm-hot intergalactic medium.

In 2017, a team of astronomers announced that they'd found some of this WHIM.

They overlaid the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation with a 3-dimensional map of the

Universe created using the Sloan Digital Sky Survey.

Within this, they found the telltale signature of scattered radiation that had passed through

the warm-hot intergalactic medium.

This accounted for some, but not all of the missing matter.

And now, finally, it's time to talk about this brand new discovery, the one that fills

in the final missing piece.

And I'll get to that in a second, but first I'd like to thank:

Victor Georgiev Shane Quinlan

Abram Lea Aireyean Smith

And the rest of our 838 patrons for their generous support.

If you love what we're doing and want to get in on the action, head over to patreon.com/universetoday.

This month, a team of astronomers from the INAF Rome Astronomical Observatory and the

Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics published a paper in the journal Nature called

Observations of the missing baryons in the warm-hot intergalactic medium.

It was the announcement that they had finally turned up the last missing piece of regular

matter in the Universe.

They used the European Space Agency's XMM-Newton space observatory to observe a distant quasar

in X-ray wavelengths.

Quasars, of course, are supermassive black holes at the hearts of galaxies which are

actively feeding on material.

The material piles up, and emits enormous amounts of radiation which shines brightly

in X-rays.

They watched the quasar for a total of 18 days, the longest X-ray observation ever made

of a quasar.

And when they tallied up all the photons they'd collected, they found the telltale signature

of oxygen atoms at two different locations along the line of sight.

What that means is that there were two separate clouds of oxygen, heated to more than a million

degrees Celsius that got in the way of their view to the quasar.

From this, the astronomers were able to calculate that these huge clouds of hot gas in intergalactic

space more or less account for the final amount of missing mass in the Universe.

Case closed, matter found.

We now know what 5% of the Universe is.

Phew.

Time to figure out what dark matter and dark energy are.

Of course, you might be wondering how atoms of hydrogen, heated to more than a million

degrees Celsius were found out in the vast mostly empty gulfs between galaxies, and that's

a really good question.

In fact, the researchers are planning to try and figure that out next.

I guess the story isn't over yet.

Caution! The lyrics of this song isn't suitable for young watchers

Come, I tell you once

Your calm is in the bed at my feet

Come, I tell you one, two, three

My steps are calm, without stress

Tell me if there is a place to leave my heart

Oh, you're right

Better not, we both go

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

Lovers, what a heat

We eat our mouths in the armchair

It was because of hunger, it was because of thirst

You drunk me empty

Tell me if there is a place to leave my heart

Oh, you're right

Better not, we both go

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

How much it hurts me, seduces me

And when the lights are off

She glows and I know I'll do it again

I look for so long to react

Tell me you're waiting, Baby don't hesistate

Beat me, I like that

Don't let so many hours pass

Your body turns me on, your smile catches me

I always want to have you, I won't let you alone

This story doesn't end

Today we'll go into my bed

This night you'll fall in love with me

Tell me for once

If I'll be at your side

I give you everything you want

This night you

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

Come here (x3)

Come, come here (x3)

Selena Gomez's mom responds to fan who asks why she doesn't defend her daughter - Duration: 3:59.

Selena Gomez's mom responds to fan who asks why she doesn't defend her daughter

Selena Gomez's mom, Mandy Teefey, has her daughter's back — but that doesn't mean you will hear about it all the time.

Teefey was recently questioned about not publicly supporting her daughter enough by an online commenter.

"What do u think of the hate Selena is always getting? Why don't you defend her," a fan asked the producer on Instagram.

Gomez's mom responded, "Hate isn't worth attention.

I protect everyone I love, but hate is ignorance, and I would live in a world of hate if I sat online fighting ignorance.".

Teefey posted a cryptic message on Instagram, turning off the comments section saying it was turning into a "hate festival.

Hopefully the 25-year-old singer and her mother are on good terms behind closed doors.

It was rocky there for a bit when Gomez was back with Justin Bieber.

"It's more complicated than just fighting over a guy," a source told People in December of their estrangement.

"Mandy and Selena have had their ups and down before.

This isn't the first time.

… When they fight, they fight hard.

But when they love, they also love hard.".

Added another insider, "Selena's mom is still not happy about Justin.

It's definitely causing some family conflicts.

It's been hard on Selena.

She really believes Justin has changed and wishes her family would trust her.".

When Jelena split in March, her family's disapproval was said to be partially to blame, according to multiple reports.

Bieber is a non-issue now that he's popped the question to Hailey Baldwin.

A source told Yahoo Entertainment last week that Gomez was "fine" after the engagement news broke.

"She's in a great place right now and has a lot of exciting things coming up," a source said.

A source close to the singer added, "I mean, everyone thinks it's quick, but she's fine.

They haven't spoken in a long time and it's all good.".

The 13 Reasons Why producer has been working and spending time with friends in New York in the wake of the news.

And maybe leaning on her mom too?.

Something Magical Happened! - Tried and Tested: EP139 - Duration: 6:38.

Hello girlfriends and welcome to another episode of Tried and Tested.

Now I'm very excited because we have seen so many things on this show before

but today we're going to see something that we have never done.

Now first, lets have a look at some amazing illustrations.

Now, you'd probably see some of these pop up on your feed before.

But did you know that they have a name?

These are called the "Susu Girls" and they are created by a fashion forward illustrator called Kim Jae Suk.

They are famous all over the world. He is famous all over the world.

And he's worked with luxury brands like Chanel, Cartier, Gucci and Dior.

So today, together with Jae Suk and his latest creation KJU

we're gonna transform Tried and Tested into an

animated episode.

Oh my god… it's so pretty!

What do you guys think? Isn't it beautiful?

Can you smell the flowers?

So gorgeous. I could live here forever.

Very happy!

Check this out guys!

It's so pretty!

It's like a princess castle.

Okay, let's see what's inside.

Oh so gorgeous!

It's so beautiful! It really a princess castle!

KJU is a new Korean-inspired brand and their fragrances are inspired by Jeju Island.

There are over 80 different aromatic ingredients in here.

And this one is the Romancy Rosy.

This is so gorgeous. It's so romantic.

She's got like a dress made out of roses that she just

puts over the balcony as she's standing there enjoying the breeze.

Like a modern day princess you know.

So in here we have the body wash.

And then there is the mist.

And the perfume balm which is on top of the body wash.

That's so adorable. I wasn't expecting to find it there.

I'm just loving this. I feel like I'm in some kind of princess tower.

I could move in.

The KJU range has three different scents.

So Jae Suk created three different Susu Girls to embody each scent.

We have Romancy Rosy and she was inspired by the national flower of South Korea

which is the Rose Of Sharon from Jeju Island.

And then we have Chic Violette, she is inspired by Jeju Camellia.

And Missy Breezy, inspired by Jeju green tea.

Let us meet Romancy Rosy.

So she is the hopeless romantic Oh my goodness.

She's like the girly girl, she's full of love,

full of brightness and she is the modern day princess.

Hello!

Alright, lets smell this.

Okay, this scent is very sweet, it's light, it's delicate, feminine

and it's kinda like young love.

So the thing about these scents is that they are not one dimensional like a lot of shower gels.

These are multi-dimensional and they are textured because

they are created together with a famous French fine fragrance creative director, Luc Berriet.

And he's worked with many famous brands like Fendi, Lanvin, Paul Smith.

So here you have

the top note of Peony which is like the first thing that you smell.

And after a few hours, you'll get like Rose of Sharon which is the middle note.

And later on you'll get the base note which is White Musk.

Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Chic Violette.

She's strong, independent, intelligent and elegant.

Work it girl.

Alright, let's smell this.

Alright, this scent is very bold, it's sophisticated

and I was actually expecting to smell the Camellia first

but what I'm actually getting at the top note is pear

and later on Camellia comes out

and it's also got a base note of White Musk.

Mmmm… So nice!

So this scent. Like this one is very girly, it's very feminine.

This one to me smells very womanly.

Like this woman is determined. She knows what she wants.

And she's boss.

And then we have Missy Breezy.

She's carefree, she's free-spirited and she loves exploring nature and the outdoors.

So this scent is…

very light and very fresh.

And it reminds you of being outdoors.

This one is interesting because the middle note is green tea

but I can already smell the green tea

but there's also top note of Bergamot.

And later on a base note of Musk would appear.

So the Musk is slightly different because these two use White Musk

whereas this one uses Musk which is like an earthier, warmer type of Musk.

So everything about this scent is just very fresh and green

and earthy and just one with nature.

I really like this.

Mmmmm… very nice.

I think of the three I like this one the most because of the green tea.

I love the green tea smell.

It's so calming and relaxing and it feels like I'm outdoors without needing to be outdoors.

Because I actually don't like being outdoors.

So this is nice!

So each scent comes with a range of products which is great because it's not just for shower time

it's also for you to use throughout the day.

So you have the shower gel.

And this, I'm taking it out to show this to you

is how you use it.

Put in the pump.

And this is for the shower.

And you have the perfume balm which you can bring with you.

And you can apply it to your pulse points like your wrist, your neck

and then you can keep the scent fresh all throughout.

And also you have the body mist.

So this is a body and hair mist.

And it is great if you say you are done with a whole day of work

and you want to go out or something and you want to

smell like you just stepped out of the shower.

You just take this and spritz it all over.

Okay, we've come to the end of the episode.

But before we go, we have a very special surprise for you.

If you want to try out any of these products, we have an exclusive

50% off storewide.

This is only for 24 hours from the time this video is released

so that's a flash sale.

And you have to go to kjustore.com

If you miss the 24 hour flash sale, it's okay.

You can still get the products at Watsons or at kjustore.com

And one last thing…

Does anybody want to win this?

Alright, if you do, all you need to do is leave a comment with a

registered Clicknetwork account

and tell us which Susu Girl you are and why.

And we'll pick one person to win.

Alright?

Till next time,

go be beautiful!

Arsenal transfer : Unai Emery prepares for Aaron Ramsey exit by setting price tag ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 2:05.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery is preparing for Aaron Ramsey's possible departure, according to

reports.

Arsenal boss Emery wants Ramsey to stay, with the Wales international's contract at the

Emirates expiring next summer.

The player is yet to sign a new contract with the club and, as a result, fears are beginning

to rise that he may quit for a new challenge elsewhere.

Arsenal have already spent big to lure Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos,

Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi to north London.

However, they may now need to sell before they buy.

And Football London suggest Arsenal have put a price on Ramsey in case he chooses to quit

the club.

The Wales international will reportedly cost suitors a big £50million, despite his deal

nearing the end.

Football London say that, though negotiations between the player and Arsenal are proving

tricky, the Gunners are confident he will stay.

However, top clubs across Europe are monitoring the situation and will likely pounce if given

any encouragement.

Speaking recently, meanwhile, Emery addressed Ramsey's situation.

"I'm very happy with him," said Emery.

"For me, every day, every training session, he has the ambition I want.

"He's working with a quality, the type of ability that I want.

I want to work with him.

"[His new contract] is a question for the player and for the club.

"In my opinion, I've said to Ivan, Raul and Sven that I think he's an important

player for me."

'Pay the money' - Excited Arsenal fans react to reports Unai Emery wants to sign £44m winger - Duration: 2:28.

Reports linking Arsenal with a summer move for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has garnered a strong reaction on social media

The Gunners have already signed five players during the current transfer window.Stephan Lichtsteiner was the first arrival of the Unai Emery era and was soon followed by Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and French youngster Matteo Guendouzi

There's still three weeks until deadline day and the Spanish tactician hasn't closed the door on one or two further additions to his squad

Normally, in my career the big clubs don't close the [door] or the moment to sign a new player," he said during a press conference at London Colney

"Today, we are OK. Maybe we can bring in one if there's a very good possibility for them to help us, but the club has done a great job of signing new players and I am happy

" We signed the players who we needed and only if one player is a big opportunity for us will we sign them," he added

"Normally, we are thinking about the young players, the possibility of them staying with us or going to play on loan at another team

We are also thinking about the players who were with us last year and whether we need them to stay with us

"At the moment, I think the squad is complete. We will only sign another player if there is an opportunity to bring in that one player, or two players

We will only sign a player in the next month if he's a big opportunity." Amid links to the likes of Steven N'Zonzi, Adrien Rabiot and Rodrigo Bentancur, the one area of the squad which the majority of Gunners would like to see strengthened is out wide

Hence why beIN Sports' claim that the north London outfit are weighing up a £44m bid for Coman has been met with positivity on social media

Drum Warm up Drum Practice Routine for more Dexterity - Troy Fullerton - Duration: 4:44.

Hey guys, how's it going?

Thanks for checking out the video.

I thought I'd do this after getting some requests asking me what I do to warm up.

What I usually do is just start out working with my hands, having a little bit of fun,

playing some patterns on the snare and toms.

As I go I just add a little bit more to it, add extra accents, try to move the accents

around onto different drums, alternating between my left and right hands and that kind of thing.

Now, even though this is something that I'm not showing a lot of in this video,

when I am warming up I do like to work on the syncopation between my hands and feet quite a bit.

I like to play different patterns and parradiddles and things like that and try to mirror my

hands with my feet.

typically I spend a pretty decent amount of time doing that.

After I do that for a little bit I like to move on to alternating between right hand

and left hand lead.

I like to start off pretty simple and then add to the complexity of the beat as I go.

Adding more snare beats, adding more cymbals, that kind of thing.

and I find that doing this really helps, not just warming up physically but, it really

helps kind of stretch my brain a little bit before I start to play more complicated stuff

and it really lets me kind of open up my creative side more when I am writing which is... which

is always an added benefit.

Then I will move on to warming up my feet.

usually one foot at a time for several minutes doing that and playing with one foot, while

alternating between right hand and left hand lead and right foot and left foot lead and

that type of thing.

Then I move on to simple, slow double bass beats and start integrating some slower double

bass and intermittent blast type of combinations.

I'll usually spend quite a bit of time warming up my hands doing blasts at low speeds and

working the tempos up and then working the intensity up of the switching of the patterns

and the beats and where I switch, trying to alternate from switching on the 4, you know

to switching other places within the pattern.

Then I'll start adding cymbal accents and fills and just try to add to the complexity,

again to really work on my dexterity and work my brain.

Then when I'm starting to loosen up a little bit I'll bring my feet up to speed and start

doing some faster double bass.

A lot of times I'll start by doing some driving beats but in this case I went straight to

blast beats because I was really focusing on alternating and changing between my hands.

Then you get to a point where you're starting to feel warmer and start to get really bored

playing the same beats for 5 minutes straight and at that point I like to start messing

around and having some fun.

Sometimes it's a little sloppy but oh well, it's just for fun.

Anyway, thanks for watching the video guys.

If you do like this, please like and subscribe for more, if you're interested in me doing

more videos like this.

Definitely leave me a comment and let me know.

Caution! The lyrics of this song isn't suitable for young watchers

Come, I tell you once

Your calm is in the bed at my feet

Come, I tell you one, two, three

My steps are calm, without stress

Tell me if there is a place to leave my heart

Oh, you're right

Better not, we both go

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

Lovers, what a heat

We eat our mouths in the armchair

It was because of hunger, it was because of thirst

You drunk me empty

Tell me if there is a place to leave my heart

Oh, you're right

Better not, we both go

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

How much it hurts me, seduces me

And when the lights are off

She glows and I know I'll do it again

I look for so long to react

Tell me you're waiting, Baby don't hesistate

Beat me, I like that

Don't let so many hours pass

Your body turns me on, your smile catches me

I always want to have you, I won't let you alone

This story doesn't end

Today we'll go into my bed

This night you'll fall in love with me

Tell me for once

If I'll be at your side

I give you everything you want

This night you

If you want we take a bath

If you want we blow

To dry the wet

If your mouth wants a kiss

And your body wants this

We arrange

If you want a shortcut

And if you want it down there

I'll take you quietly

Come here (x3)

Come here (x3)

Come, come here (x3)

Arsenal transfer news: Robert Pires reveals best Gunners signing this summer - Duration: 2:45.

Arsenal have had a busy transfer window so far, bringing Lucas Torreira, Matteo Guendouzi, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Stephan Lichtsteiner to the Emirates

It comes after Emery replaced Wenger at the Premier League club at the beginning of the summer

Wenger departed after 22 years in charge, during which time he won three Premier League titles and seven FA Cups

And Pires, who was part of two league-winning squads, believes the choice of new manager is Arsenal's best work this summer

"The best signing for me is Unai Emery, the manager," Pires told Sky Sports. "Of course I believe in the players, and especially the new players

"But for Emery it's very important to start very well. He knows he's at a big club, and has a lot of pressure, but I think he has a big character and spirit

"He won in Spain. He won in France. He has a lot of experience and I hope for him and Arsenal that he is successful with the club

" Wenger left Arsenal after failing to win a league title since 2004 while the Gunners finished sixth last season

And the Frenchman has admitted he made a mistake in staying too long.  When asked by French radio station RTL about his biggest mistake, Wenger responded: "Perhaps staying at the same club for 22 years

"I'm someone who likes to move around a lot, but I also like a challenge. I've been a prisoner of my own challenge at times

" He added: "I regret having sacrificed everything I did because I realise I've hurt a lot of people around me

I've neglected a lot of people. "I've neglected my family, I've neglected many close ones

Deep down though, the obsessed man is selfish in his pursuit of what he loves. He ignores a lot of other things

But it's a bone to chase at the same time."

Arsenal news: Gunners legend explains why Arsene Wenger is right - Duration: 2:25.

Wenger was Arsenal manager for 22 years before leaving the Gunners this summer with Unai Emery replacing him at the Emirates

In a recent interview, Wenger admitted that he made a mistake by staying in charge for so long

When asked by French radio station RTL about his biggest mistake, Wenger responded: "Perhaps staying at the same club for 22 years

"I'm someone who likes to move around a lot, but I also like a challenge. I've been a prisoner of my own challenge at times

"  Winterburn was already at Arsenal when Wenger arrived in 1996 and helped the side to the Premier League title

And the defender, who made over 400 Gunners appearances, believes Wenger could have made the decision to depart earlier

"He had a burning desire in his first period, from 1996 to 2006 – I can't see any player or supporter not being in awe of what Arsene Wenger was doing," Winterburn said

"After that, when we moved to the new stadium, he had this obsession of trying to get Arsenal back to where he believed they should be and maybe he is talking about that period

"In his own mind he felt he was still capable of producing the teams that would go on and bring titles back

"There were almost two different periods for Arsene Wenger and it was certainly a different period when he came into the new stadium

" Wenger won three Premier Leagues and seven FA Cup titles while at the club though came in for criticism towards the end of his tenure

A 'Wenger Out' campaign started as Gunners fans became frustrated at the club regularly failing to compete for the league title but Emery signalled a new start with an 8-0 pre-season win over Boreham Wood on Saturday
