While shielding your lips from the sun, improve your pout and use something fun.

From the cute tube, to the hydrating glow, Baby Lips is here to steal the show.

First things first, the ingredients are received and tested to ensure the best quality.

Then each ingredient is weighed precisely.

The base ingredients are made of a mixture of waxes, oils and pigment powders, which

are carefully measured and weighed to create each specific shade.

Pigment powders are mixed in with the base to give each balm its unique color.

Each Baby Lips formula is mixed to perfection through the altern mill, which controls and

records the mixing process.

The Baby Lips base is mixed, heated and cooled in the mill to ensure the balm is perfect

Once the formula is processed, it's time for operators to check and ensure the quality

of the formula.

A sample of the mixture is then poured into a mold to begin the color check process.

The now-firm mold samples are swatched and compared to ensure they are the correct shade

and consistency.

Once the perfect shade is verified, buckets are filled with product and sent out to sit

for 24 hours in order to solidify.

Once solid, the Baby Lips formula is cut into bulks and placed in a kettle to melt.

The melted formula is finally ready to transform into the Baby Lips balm we all know and love.

Maybelline uses metal molds to create their signature stick.

The molds are filled with product, and cooled down to a perfect baby smooth finish.

Once properly cooled and solidified, Baby Lips is ready to be inserted into its final packaging.

The bullet tubes are prepared and processed through the production line.

Each full Baby Lips stick is then inserted securely into the base of the bullet.

Once inserted, they go through another round of cooling to ensure the perfect consistency.

Now that the balms are cooled to perfection, they are topped with a cap and imprinted with

a unique code to trace each balm to its original batch.

Hold tight, the grand finale has arrived.

To test that the lip balm can withstand a fall without breaking or coming out of the

tube, Maybelline manufactures perform a drop test.

If the bullet is intact, that means it's completed and ready to be sealed in its final packaging.

And boxed up to be loaded up on the trucks, and taken to stores around the country.

Now that our quest has come to an end, no need to fret.

This lip balm will be one you'll never forget.

Intel® Streamers Bootcamp | Intro to GFX - Duration: 5:49.

I'm EposVox, back here with the Intel Streamer's Bootcamp and today we're going to talk about

graphics settings and what steps you can take to optimize your live streams and capture

gameplay for YouTube. Let's get started.

Even for high-end computer hardware, live video encoding - for streaming and recording

- can be very taxing on your PC. Even if your games are running well, you may find that

your live stream is struggling to keep up or having major issues. In fact, this kind

of situation is one of the most common questions or comments I get on my streaming tutorials.

Optimizing your in-game graphics settings can improve your streaming experience and

video capture to get things running smoothly. Streaming with un-optimized settings can result

in a poor experience for the viewer and your chat staying empty, and such hiccups in a

YouTube video can net you some less-than-friendly comments over on YouTube, too.

First, start with the in-game settings, of course. Many games like Rocket League and

Overwatch, here, give you plenty of in-game settings to mess with. Other games might launch

a brief launcher to choose graphics settings before you get into the game.

Sometimes, you'll want to tweak things through your graphics control panel - usually accessed

by right-clicking your desktop and choosing the control panel listing for your graphics

card - or a third party tuner, such as Nvidia's GeForce Experience. These let you apply graphics

profiles to your game to improve performance.

Lowering some of the settings presets off of, say, Ultra, can do wonders to help your

stream proceed smoothly. Funnily enough I ran into this issue with Overwatch for a long

time. Both of my high-end PCs could run Overwatch at full 4k at like 90 FPS, but my streaming

program failed to keep up. I couldn't figure out why, but had never bothered to look at

the settings - it was on Ultra max settings. Lowering to even just Very High fixed the

issue right up for me. Look for settings like Post-Processing Effects,

Texture Quality, and Ambient Occlusion to lower first. Those are intense settings.

Anti-Aliasing, or AA, is a setting that requires a lot of processing power, but also has a

significant impact on your final video quality. AA aims to reduce the amount of pixelization

and jagged edges you experience in-game. Generally I'd recommend lowering your game screen

resolution before turning off AA, as you still want some kind of AA happening. But if your

game and stream is still running poorly after lowering resolution, then turn off AA entirely

and you should see a big bump in performance.

Resolution? That's the number of pixels that make up the image you see on your computer

screen. Increasing your resolution can produce sharper images in-game, but can reduce performance.

PlayerUnknown's BattleGrounds is one game that I can run perfectly fine at 4K resolution,

for example, but cannot stream it that way at all. Lowering the in-game resolution to

2560x1440 allows me to stream and record it just fine.

If you're digging around in your graphics card control panel, you will also see your

Refresh Rate. This is how often your computer monitor refreshes the on-screen image. Most

monitors are 60Hz, which means they refresh 60 times per second. Though some higher end

monitors can reach far higher rates. If you're mouse movement is feeling sluggish or much

slower than usual, confirm that this hasn't been set to something too low, like 30hz.

It's also important to verify your graphics card service is enabled. Some graphics cards

automatically install drivers to trigger your settings automatically when Windows starts.

Some people don't know to check this, which means the changes you made won't take effect.

So, make sure you confirm your graphic services before starting your game, after making these

changes. Check your services by going to "Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services"

or "Start > Search for Programs and Files" and type in "services.msc".

Optimizing your GFX settings is a great way to start improving your gameplay and game

capture experience. And, the best way to increase your PC performance is to upgrade your hardware.

I use a PC powered by an Intel® Core™ i7 processor, which, in my opinion, is one of

the best desktop options on the market. All Intel® Core™ i7 processors feature hyperthreading,

and that means you can do more work without compromising performance. So, if you're

like me and you stream in HD, play 4K games and encode video all at the same time, this

processor will take your PC performance to pro-level.

Why I'm Excited About Cryptocurrency - Duration: 6:58.

Hey, friends welcome bac. Kris Krohn here, and Stephen Michael Miller. Today, we wanted

why? Like tell me the reason why. There's been even a little bit of skepticism,

like you got to help me understand like, we've done thousands of real estate

deals, why are we getting so heavy into crypto as a diversification strategy,

it's all coming your way right now.

Alright, so check it out. Everything changed

a few months ago in a really big way, we decided to take our entire operation to

a whole new level. Now that we've got the channel thriving

and we've got many of you reaching out every day asking for help, checking out

our website, subscribing, we've decided to up the level of tools and resources that

we can give you and it's not just knowledge today. Today, Stephen and I,

we've negotiated with some companies what they can do to actually get you in

on the entire crypto world of opportunities but we're talking about

risk, that's a lot of cool lingo for awesome investment, like awesome

opportunity. All that pretty much means is that this is a really really good

investment but what we like about it is it's an opportunity for people to get

involved that have very very little money and it has a very low barrier of

entry, it's a way lower barrier of entry than real estate and yet it has the

ability with much less money to produce similar returns. So imagine for yourself

right now, imagine that you've got a few thousand dollars and in the investment

world, typically a small amount of just a few thousand dollars isn't enough for

you to be able to do much. I mean, you can.. With our training it is, but without

training or just buying an investment, no, you can't really go. And I'm just saying

you can't go to the stock market necessarily, make yourself millions

starting with just a couple thousand dollars or so. You can't go and

buy necessarily a home where you need 20% down with just a couple thousand

dollars but in the crypto world, you can honestly take a couple thousand dollars

and there are opportunities out there that allow you to grow your money like

crazy and this is what we're talking

about. So what we did is a few months ago, we actually met a company and

this company, they're doing it all right now, we've vetted a number of companies

and this one, what they're doing is they have their own blockchain, they have

their own coin that's just launching, this is a company that is actually doing,

just check out the array of opportunities.. One, they have their own

gonna release 25 billion units of it, it's backed by a cause, it's called green

X, it's backed by a cause of providing free electricity to the world so imagine

for a moment how people's lives would change if you could show them how to

eliminate their electricity bill, they crack the code and they figured it out.

It's awesome. So they're taking something of huge value, their goal is to do

it for every single home which is amazing then on top of that, they

actually supply the mining equipment so that you can mine it and they're

supplying it at half the cost and your anyone else around the world is making

it available, they're actually plugging it into their facilities even though you

own it where you're getting power four three four and five pennies a kilowatt

so now the sudden it becomes at its maximum potential or maximum reward

profitability then they invented a software in the last two years

that you can hook up to your bank account that will actually help you

maneuver your cryptocurrency in and out of different coins to help grow and

maximize it, like it goes on and on and on, they have got their own wallet, I mean,

they basically have stacked the deck, they've lined up everything in their

favor. Last year with six companiesm they went out to go and prove their model and

those companies recruited millions of people grew by billions of dollars and

now they're releasing it to the marketplace here,

So like ,why are Kris and Stephen so excited? I don't know, maybe just for a couple of

those reasons. I always tell you real quick, you just, you don't know what you

MRP - THE BEST SUSPENSION ? - Duration: 5:56.

there's the obvious polarizing battle between Rockshox and Fox…

But I think there's a new big player in town

MRP – Mountain Racing Products!

– Well known for their chain guides, bash gaurds, and Ramp Control…

But when it comes to forks…

Not only do I think that MRP is as good or better than the big two….

Recently winning Pinkbike's Suspension product of the year, for their Ribbon Air Fork. (links

below) But there are several other factors that come

in to play, when I look at supporting a company…

#1 – they're a real LOCAL, Grand junction, Colorado, USA company!

You can stop in and talk to real people who shred.. you might recognize Noah Sears who

frequently Shreds on Nate Hill's FollowCam Friday series

… or if you're out of town…They have a real person on the other side of the phone…a

real person who is a passionate mountain biker who really cares about you.

Not only are they ALL trail shredders… but their VP of enginnering is the president of

our local trail association, COPMOBA… and they all get involved with supporting our

local trail systems, and the Youth cycling programs.

*Being local, and right down the street from me, really is a big deal… not only for support

and service… but It's great to know that I'm supporting the local economy, and helping

my neighbors make their house payment, or buy groceries…

#2 –Everything is handmade

Aside from sourcing Stanchions and Magn esium lowers from the best of the best….

Everything about MRP is machined, Handmade and assembled right here in Grand Junction,

CO!

They have quite the impressive machining shop and CNC machine.. with a bunch of raw material

and piles of machined out scraps to go out for recycling….

Along with this, they run their assembly and service shop… where all the cool stuff is

put together… and where you can drop off your fork for service.. if you're in town.

This setup also allows them to design, and Prototype in-house… when creating new products….

To quickly get them on bikes and test on our local gnarly trails…here in Grand Junction.

BUT One of the coolest things about this operation,

is if you ruin a stanchion, or cut a steerer tube too short…MRP can just remove the single

part and press in a new one!

For MUCH cheaper than having to buy a whole upper/crown assembly (like with fox or rockshox).

#3 – They're incredibly innovative For being around for over 20 years, and have

top of the line engineers just upstairs…

Probably one of the best things that MRP is known for is the Ramp Control Cartridge made

for Fox and Rockshox forks… to control the progressivity of your fork, on the TRAIL…while

still using full air volume, and eliminating the need for messing with Air Tokens…

Ramp control comes standard on MRP forks… but if I had a fox or rockshox…

I certainly would put a ramp control cartridge in it.

#4 – They take pride in everything.. making forks one by one, and dyno testing every single

one for performance… whereas Fox and rockshox have big assembly lines… and will only test

a few to sample…

forks!

I feel like I've ridden so many bikes… with either Fox or Rockshox… but there have

Oh dude, we got the chair.

Yep, chair came in.

Awesome, oh I love this. It can go at all

different lengths too, huh? Yeah.

When I first worked with Jerry

I just assumed he could sit in a regular chair. We started him on the barstool

and then we tried to sit him in a regular chair, and that was brutal for him to try to

get up from.

What I really like - I like that it's got the, uh, put that in there.

I like that it's got the stability. I wanted something that would really have

the balance to be able to take getting up and getting down and, like you know,

dropping your weight into it.

Hey man so what I want to do with Jerry is

I'm going to start it all the way as high as it can go. Alright, and let him

use the railings to get up and down and then we'll start to move him from there

and start to lower. You know when I'm working with him we'll go up and down

when you guys are working with him keep up in the beginning and then we'll see

where he goes, you know?

What's going on man? How are you doing?

I'll be better once I start driving, I won't have to wait on no lift.

There you go.

Ah, this is the same way my chair is at home.

The guys have stepped in. Pat and Garrett, they're both two of my best trainers.

What makes them so good is they're very empathic, because they know about struggle.

Both of them lost over a hundred pounds with a DDP Y program.

So the first time Dallas had - we had done the one-on-one with him in the rehab room

and Dallas wanted Pat and myself to be in there watching what he was doing

so that if he was on the road or wasn't available that we could take over and

make sure that he kept a good regimen.

It's a great experience to be able to do

that, and to be able to kind of have his trust to go "okay, well you guys are gonna

work with him," because that's a big thing man. I mean it's not a small deal to be

helping someone walk again. What's happening, G?

Not much, how was your weekend?

Ah, it was great. Good, good.

This weekend was the first time I walked in a store for an hour and a half to two hours since 2010.

That's awesome.

To see him come in, he lights the place up with a

smile he's always, you know, he wants to hear what everybody else is doing and

he's just become you know a great friend and, you know, like family.

Man I've been here over a year and I didn't have any male friends. So I was always at home,

but I feel like I've been knowing these guys forever and till we went

to the movies the other night, you know. It was great. It's the positive

energy and vibration as soon as you walk through the door. I feel like I've known

everybody for a long time.

To work for this company... We've all said it, that it's -

it's not the magic pill you have to put in hard work and everything like that,

but we've had so many like amazing things happen for people for

transformations, so the fact that we're a little part of the puzzle for him it's

it's awesome.

My main goal was to walk, so my mind

wasn't focused on whether I was gonna lose any weight or not. I know I was

sweating like crazy. I hadn't sweated like that since Moses parted the Red Sea

and that's a long time.

I am super proud right now.

I've never helped someone with the limitations he started out with before,

so I didn't know how long of a timetable it would take, but to see the fact that

now he's bending his legs, he's getting his hands off the walker and he's

hovering above it just in case he needs it.

That's why I think rebuild is great

for him because, you know we're able to have these little building blocks of

things that we're able to do that you can like see progress.

When you walk through the door, if you didn't think you can do it, when you came through the door

once you cross the threshold the vibe says you can do it. Instantly you're like, I can,

I can, I can, so once you walk through these doors and you walk back out, that "I can

do it" is gonna be on you, you know.

I wanna see what he says, like next time we're

gonna have you do this. Don't even tell him. It's gonna be cool.

TRUMP STUNS DC WITH JEFF SESSIONS ANNOUNCEMENT

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is on the hot seat.

He's allowed the Deep State to run wild and refused to prosecute the criminals scheming

against the President.

Now Sessions has launched an investigation into a Trump ally, crossing a line that Trump

and his supporters may never forgive.

The New York Times broke the story that the FBI and Department of Justice are investigating

Trump campaign vendor Cambridge Analytica for the alleged data breach during the 2016

election.

Cambridge became the latest liberal boogeyman – even though they did the exact same thing

the Obama campaign was praised for in 2012 – and Sessions is allowing this investigation

to proceed because his chief concern appears to be placating the swamp and anti-Trump media.

The Times reports:

"THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE F.B.I.

ARE INVESTIGATING CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA, THE NOW-DEFUNCT POLITICAL DATA FIRM, AND HAVE

STAGES, WITH INVESTIGATORS SEEKING AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES.

THE INVESTIGATION COMPOUNDS THE WOES OF A FIRM THAT HAS COME UNDER INTENSE SCRUTINY

FROM LAWMAKERS AND REGULATORS IN THE UNITED STATES AND BRITAIN SINCE THE NEW YORK TIMES

AND OBSERVER IN LONDON REPORTED IN MARCH THAT IT HAD HARVESTED PRIVATE DATA FROM MORE THAN

IN A SIGN OF THE INQUIRY'S SCOPE, ONE OF THE PROSECUTORS INVOLVED IS THE ASSISTANT

CHIEF OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT'S SECURITIES AND FINANCIAL FRAUD DIVISION, BRIAN KIDD.

THE EFFORT IS BEING ASSISTED BY AT LEAST ONE AGENT WHO INVESTIGATES CYBERCRIME FOR THE

F.B.I., THOSE PEOPLE SAID."

Trump supporters are beginning to question if Sessions is incompetent.

Sessions outrageously recused himself in the Russia investigation and has allowed Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to thumb his nose at Congress and the Constitution by obstructing

document requests.

Sessions has compounded that error by permitting Trump's enemies to criminally leak and conspire

to destroy Donald Trump while allowing the full force of the federal government to be

turned on Trump allies like Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, and now Cambridge Analytica.

Critics believe Attorney General Sessions sat back and allowed the Deep State to run

Hello everyone. It's Lou's screenshot Tuto. Today I'm going

introduce you to my set up ie to my material and the programs that

I use for this youtube channel and you will see that you do not need a

egg material to get to do some small videos. My computer

is well it's a and MSI exactly the one you see here on the screen. AT

the time I was pretty nomadic when I I bought it and it is very convenient.

I have in addition a second screen that I connected to my MSI with a small

adapter which allows me to work in good conditions on

mounting. As a mouse, a gift birthday, a logitech with full

of buttons. Honestly she is very very very well and ergonomically in the

taken in hand but I really use not all buttons. In helmet it's

a very basic Plantronic headset that costs about twenty euros and that makes

well his office microphone headset. I am for my audio recordings. For

filming I'm using a Sony A3000, a

small SLR in hybrid of good quality with a small tripod for

stabilize the images,

even if it's a tripod in the first prices. From time to time he

I happen to film with my mobile, my smartphone it's a Samsung Galaxy

Grand Prime who is now four years old and it still works very well.

At the software level for editing, I use AVS video editor which is not

very expensive and with which I can when even make montages of a

relatively good quality. For the sound I use Audacity which is a program

free which allows you to have sound montages correct. For the images

image processing there too a free software which is Photofiltre

with which I also make my vignettes.

I still put the following office, me personally I use but there is

also means of using solutions alternatives to microsoft with the
