i'm going to show you my all bougainvillea bonsai maintenance updates

re potting, rewiring and shaping bonsai

in this bonsai tree

i just prune small branches and leaves for bonsai shape maintenance

maintenance pruning is to maintain and refine the shape of a tree

before pruning we have to remove all the dead wood from the tree

and

observe the tree and decide which branches do not fit the desired design

and

will need to be removed

next

this bonsai needs to remove dead things and rewiring

removing leaves dead branches and dead flowers

next

i'm going re pot this bonsai

so

removing top soil , stones and moss

this bonsai pot is not enough space

and

long root growth so i just prune the long roots

then re potting the bonsai

after re potting

prune the long branches

i'm just re wiring the new long branches

after one year

this bonsai needs rewiring

remove old wiring

in this bonsai

removing dead flowers and dead branches

after pruning remove the old wiring

the tree will focus on the higher growth in the top and outer parts of the tree

so

important to prune these growth areas regularly to encourage growth closer to the inner parts of the tree

after pruning and repotting the bonsai keep the tree in shady area for few days

and

water it regularly and do not pour too much water

here the plants in these pots you are seeing are actually the outside part of my greenhouse

this year the temperature is very high so I used this net for making shade here

now you see the inside view of my greenhouse.

at first, I will show once about how I made the soil.

The soil I am putting inside is agricultural land soil.

now I am mixing the fertilizer with the soil

this is cow dunk. I have spread this on the soil with 1 inch thickness.

after mixing the fertilizer in the soil I am creating valley with the soil for planting the vegetable.

to avoid the plant getting harm from excess water

now you see how I am planting the tomato plants.

I have made these tomato plants cutting out from a full grown tomato plant.

now I am going to show you how I have created the cuttings

I am not using any rooting hormone, in this case, maybe some cutting will be missed

I have rejected those cuttings which doesn't have roots

at first when we plant this cutting piece in soil then don't mix any fertilizer with the soil

it will be better if you mixed the sand with soil in 50:50 proportion

these are bitter melon plant. I have hanged these plant with the nylon net.

these are cucumber plant.

i grows these cucumber plants upwards with this jute rope. instead of this you can use any nylon rope

I set this drip irrigation system in every plant for self-watering

these are yardlong beans. I am going to show you form the beginning

I am lifting the plant upward with the help of rope

these are betel plant.

this betel plant plantation is not possible to show in this video. I will show it in another video in details.

here which I am fitting here these are the fogger

when the inside of the greenhouse is becoming very hot and humidity is reduced

then with the help of this fogger we can make fog, that can help to control the weather.

A US mum is demanding answers after her seven-year-old daughter's virtual avatar in the hugely popular game Roblox was "gang raped".

Amber Petersen from North Carolina is now urging parents to delete the gaming app after witnessing the confronting sight.

Ms Petersen said she was reading a book to her daughter as she played the game on her iPad when she saw what was happening.

"My sweet and innocent daughter's avatar was being VIOLENTLY GANG-RAPED ON A PLAYGROUND by two males," she wrote on Facebook.

"Words cannot describe the shock, disgust, and guilt that I am feeling right now, but I'm trying to put those feelings aside so I can get this warning out to others as soon as possible.

In the game, the girl's avatar was pinned down by two male characters and one female avatar who appeared to be scantily clad.

"I had to talk to her about rape," Ms Petersen told WRAL.

"I had to talk to her about consent.

She's seven.

I was not ready to have that conversation with her.".

One of the male characters had what appeared to be an erect penis.

The offending images have been blurred by nine.

Ms Petersen implored parents and caregivers to delete the app and put away children's screens.

"Books cannot be hacked, but sadly, I've learned the hard way that a child's innocence can be just at the touch of a button," she said.

Roblox released an official statement condemning what happened.

"We were outraged to learn that Roblox's community policies and Rules of Conduct were subverted," the company said.

"We have identified how this bad actor created the offending action and are putting additional safeguards in place to reduce the possibility of this happening again in the future.

"In addition, the offender was identified and has been permanently banned from the platform and we have suspended the game.

We have zero tolerance for this behaviour.".

The online platform allows users to create their own games for others to play, which is how Ms Petersen's daughter ended up in that confronting situation.

Another North Carolina mother, Britney Shinall, wrote on Facebook that she discovered her little boy playing a game on Roblox where the goal was to commit suicide.

"My son has not been allowed to play this since I walked into him playing and the mission was to kill yourself," Ms Shinall said.

"Like he had to go around his characters house and drink bleach or find a knife.

Roblox recommends it is for ages 7 and up, and has 56 million monthly players.

Ce qui réjouit l'ancien animateur d'"Ushuaïa", ravi de faire sortir de l'ombre un sujet qui n'a pas toujours beaucoup préoccupé les gouvernements

"C'est une grosse satisfaction qu'un premier ministre parle de biodiversité. On a cherché dans les archives et on n'a pas trouvé", sourit un conseiller

Le chef du gouvernement a expliqué lundi, au cours d'un Facebook live avec Nicolas Hulot, qu'il se passionne lui même pour le thème de "l'effondrement" des sociétés, devenue une "question assez obsédante" depuis sa lecture du best-seller éponyme de Jared Diamond

Lors de cette intervention, le ministre expliquait la démarche de ce plan. "La plupart des ministres vont arriver avec leurs propres contributions

On va se mettre en ordre de marche pour que chacun, acteurs politiques, responsables territoriaux, acteurs économiques et citoyens, se penchent au chevet de la biodiversité", disait-il

Les implications de certains ministres, comme celui de l'Agriculture Stéphane Travert sont évidentes (réduction des pesticides, pollinisation, redéploiement des haies et marres pour améliorer la productivité des exploitations)

Mais il est moins intuitif de voir Jean-Michel Blanquer, Jean-Yves Le Drian ou Gérald Darmanin impliqués dans ce projet

Voici comment ils le seront. Ce plan biodiversité est considéré comme point de départ d'un travail qui doit durer deux ans avec deux arrivées en 2020

Le Congrès mondial pour la nature qui aura lieu en juin à Marseille et la Cop 15, quelques mois plus tard en Chine qui sera l'équivalent pour la biodiversité de ce que fut la Cop 21 de Paris pour le climat

En parallèle du travail mené en France pour montrer l'exemple, Nicolas Hulot veut que la bonne parole se diffuse en Europe et dans le monde

"Ce plan doit permettre à nos diplomates qui ont une vraie fibre verte arrive à convaincre nos pays partenaires", explique son entourage, précisant que "les choses avancent bien au sein des 28"

"Même s'il ne savait pas exactement de quoi il était question, Jean-Michel Blanquer a tout de suite fait preuve de bonne volonté", explique l'entourage de Nicolas Hulot qui sait pouvoir compter sur le ministre de l'Education

Ce volet est considéré comme essentiel dans le plan, pour la sensibilisation des plus jeunes publics

Un kit pédagogique sera mis à disposition de chaque école pour la rentrée 2019 et les classes nature seront développées au collège dans le cadre de partenariats entre les ministères

Dans le même esprit de sensibilisation, le plan prévoit des mesures pour la formation professionnelle qui est du ressort de la ministre du Travail

Le numéro deux du gouvernement sera associé comme ministre en charge des collectivités locales et responsables des préfets

Les prérogatives de ces derniers sont mises en avant et même renforcées dans la lutte contre l'artificialisation des sols

Ils pourront ainsi éventuellement interdire des projets qui entreraient en contradiction avec la préservation des sols

Jacques Mézard, ministre de la Cohésion des territoires En charge du Logement et de l'aménagement du territoire, l'ancien sénateur radical vient de défendre au Parlement la loi Elan qui comporte plusieurs dispositions reprises dans le plan biodiversité

Des dispositions sont par exemple prises pour favoriser la densification des zones déjà bâties plutôt que l'étalement urbain

Autre mesure présentée dans le cadre du plan de redynamisation des villes moyennes, la fin des demandes d'autorisation d'exploitation commerciale pour l'implantation de commerces dans les centre-villes plutôt que dans les zones commerciales en périphérie

Gérald Darmanin, ministre de l'Action et des comptes publics Le ministre du Budget est aussi le ministre des Douanes

C'est principalement à ce titre que Gérald Darmanin est associé au plan diversité dans la lutte contre les trafics d'espèces protégés

"C'est le quatrième trafic à l'échelle mondiale et cela peut alimenter le financement du terrorisme", met-on en avant au cabinet de Nicolas Hulot

La présentation du plan a d'ailleurs été précédée d'une destruction de cornes de rhinocéros récemment saisies par les services de Bercy

Un travail de concertation au niveau international va être entrepris. "Grâce aux collectivités ultramarines, la France détient le deuxième espace maritime au monde, est présente dans tous les continents et est le seul pays d'Europe à avoir sur son sol une partie de la forêt amazonienne

L'action en faveur de la biodiversité ultramarine mérite donc d'être renforcée", explique le gouvernement qui, à titre symbolique, installera prochainement en Guyane l'un des services de l'Agence française pour la biodiversité

Les territoires ultramarins seront incités à installer des consignes solidaires pour recycler davantage; chaque bouteille et canette collectée contribue au financement d'une grande cause environnementale, de santé ou de solidarité

Deux nouvelles réserves naturelles y seront également créées. Les entreprises seront concernées au même titre que les collectivités locales par ce plan biodiversité

"Elles ont par leur activité, des impacts sur la biodiversité mais aussi une certaine dépendance vis-à-vis d'elle", fait-on valoir dans l'entourage de Nicolas Hulot

Une première étape a été lancée avec la décision d'interdire à terme la déforestation importée

Un travail parallèle va être mené pour réussir à qualifier "l'empreinte biodiversité des entreprises"

L'idée est d'aboutir à la création d'un indicateur unique comme qu'il en existe un pour le réchauffement climatique (tonne de C02)

"On est convaincu que les outils du numérique peuvent nous aider aujourd'hui à sensibiliser sur le sujet de la biodiversité et à rendre plus accessible cette nature, à mieux la connaître pour mieux la préserver", explique un proche de Nicolas Hulot qui évoque deux pistes

La première est le développement d'applications permettant aux visiteurs des espaces protégées de connaître la faune et la flore présentes dans ces lieux; les bénéfices financiers du téléchargement pourront ensuite être affectés à la préservation de ces aires

La seconde est la création d'outils numériques pour que "chacun puisse identifier les espèces qu'il rencontre au quotidien; du rouge-gorge à l'orchidée en passant par le coléoptère"

✅ Evasion de Redoine Faïd: La ministre de la Justice exclut de démissionner - Duration: 2:31.

 La veille, la présidente du Rassemblement national (RN, ex-FN) Marine Le Pen avait dénoncé une « défaillance du système pénitentiaire » à laquelle s'ajoutait « une défaillance politique en réalité : c'est la ministre de la Justice qui est défaillante »

La garde des Sceaux est sous le feu des critiques depuis l'évasion de Redoine Faïd de la prison de Réau (Seine-et-Marne) dimanche

Un échange de mail qui accuse l'administration  Le Figaro a publié des échanges de mails dans lesquels la Direction interrégionale d'Ile-de-France de l'administration pénitentiaire avait demandé à la direction centrale un transfert rapide du détenu dans une autre prison, avertissant qu'il existait une « menace sérieuse (de) passage à l'acte »

La ministre a confirmé mercredi qu'une demande de transfert de Redoine Faïd avait été transmise à l'Administration pénitentiaire, qui « a décidé » qu'il « pourrait avoir lieu au mois de septembre »

 « Il va de soi que je suis entièrement responsable de mon administration, mais ce n'est pas moi à titre personnel qui prends cette décision », a fait valoir Nicole Belloubet, soulignant qu'« il y a plus de 300 détenus particulièrement surveillés (DPS) » en France, à l'image de Redoine Faïd

« Il va de soi que Redoine Faïd était en permanence en train de préparer une évasion, c'est la raison pour laquelle il était extrêmement suivi, extrêmement encadré

 » « Postures »  La garde des Sceaux a demandé d'attendre les conclusions de la mission de l'Inspection générale de la justice diligentée après l'évasion

« Nous sommes face à une situation qui est grave. Il faut réagir non pas avec des postures comme je peux l'entendre parfois, mais avec calme et fermeté », a-t-elle insisté

Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made an instant good impression on Unai Emery by breaking a club record in the new Arsenal manager's first training session.

Emery held his first session at Arsenal's London Colney base in St Albans which featured players not involved at the Russia 2018 World Cup. The Gabon international featured alongside the likes of Alexandre Lacazette, Aaron Ramsey and new signing Sokratis Papastathopoulos.

They players underwent a series of physical fitness drills and assessments, including a one-legged triple jump, designed to show a player's strength and flexibility.

Aubameyang jumped a distance of 7. 97m, which is declared off camera by a member of the coaching staff to be a new club record.

The 27-year-old who also holds the club record of most expensive signing at £56m last summer looked delighted to have broken the record with a fist pump celebration.

The ex-Dortmund star appeared to be happy to be back in training in general, laughing, joking and sharing an embrace with Hector Bellerin.

Aubameyang scored 10 goals in 13 games after joining the club last January, and fans at the Emirates will be hoping he can be even more deadly after a full pre-season.

Arsenal will play their first friendly against Atletico Madrid in Singapore on July 26, before starting their 2018-19 season with a mouthwatering clash against Manchester City on August 11.
