Hello, so we're gonna be talking about something that I did on social media that I am very shocked that I did

I'm gonna give you a little bit of a history

but basically all throughout my upbringing I always wore one-piece bathing suits because I

Just was very self-conscious and I was self-conscious of everything

I did and particularly the way I looked I had very clean-cut friends and I was very clean-cut

I mean, we know we know I'm a wholesome being wearing a Disney shirt

My apartment is rainbow and one time I cried because my friend found out I play Pokemon

I'm soft. Okay, there's no pretending. I'm cooler than I am. All right. We got that out there. My people know you Stan

Basically, I was were wooden piece bathing suits my whole life and I felt incredibly self-conscious

I thought because I was you know a clean-cut

Person and I was very innocent that it would be weird

If I wore bikini this year of really acknowledged that that is absolutely not the case. Oh also I wanted to say hello

So essentially I thought that the way I acted had to define the way presented myself

For me personally, I'd rather stay inside and like watch a TV show each year

I think I just like enjoy being a little bit more in solitude in my free time

I wanted to make this statement even though you guys already know this like, you know

So I took these photos in a bathtub but roses all in the bathtub

and then this was a common question people were like

And they're nude. So it kind of looked a little weird

But it was hot in my opinion and I'd never call myself hot or at least growing up. I didn't this year

I've been like practicing kind of just being like yeah, you're hot

Another thing is we're always trained to you know, like that person's hot that person's hot

It's like what about you know feeling hot for yourself? It doesn't make you narcissistic at all. I am definitely not narcissistic

narcissism is believing you're above other people but

Confidence is just feeling great and the way you look and not gonna lie as much as social media might portray it I am still

not at the level of confidence of

Love to be yet

But this photo shoot was such a big stepping stone for me

A little bit of that area my chest hurt lack of yes

we all know a lot of you were like, where are they and like

And actually the day I decided to post that. It happened to be World Mental Health Day

So I just kind of gave a lot of my knowledge about mental health and then talked about taking initiative for your own mental health

I was feeling hella nervous to post this and was going to discuss that but I wanted to generalize the

conversation for all of you

I use my channel to bring awareness to mental health related topics and wanted to talk about hashtag World Mental Health Day for my people

I want you all to know that awareness is always important every day

Prioritizing mental health is something everyone can have the right to if you don't have a mental illness

It doesn't mean that can't be prioritized. Also mental illness is not an aesthetic or something to be glamorized

It's ugly and unkind. It's not something you wish upon anyone anyone. It's not a look or an age. You never know

What someone is going through that's why sending love and kindness

Important and appreciate it, even when the world isn't kind to you. Another thing. I wouldn't long read

If you've acknowledged you have a mental illness and have gotten assistance. That's not weakness. That's strength

It's never too late

if you're one of those individuals

I want you to let yourself be proud today and every day we must respect our triggers for me

I'm insanely self-critical and it's beneficial for me to not let my comments consume my thoughts

I'm going to post this photo where I feel beautiful and radiant for myself

Then I'm going to give myself space which I kind of didn't do

I love you all. So insanely much I said you like love and the best always we're an incredible fandom

So cute more than cute. That was great. I'm really proud of that. However, because I never posted something like that

I didn't do what I wanted to do

And I didn't take that time for my mental health

And I wanted to see how people reacted and I realized after I posted that photo I lost

1,000 Instagram followers which isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things. Like I wasn't like, oh my god, my career is dead

No, I like to think it's a lie

First off every single person in the comments agreed like it was so incredibly nice. I would really almost cried reading the comment

I'm proud. I'm a proud father in this household. It's a weird household really colorful

That's why I was so confused by all the people that have followed I think they're like the people that probably aren't that's dedicated

I guess and maybe only found me on Instagram from like explore page

like don't watch my videos whatever it is and weren't really used to I guess this type of content and I

Then posted on my trash and posted another photo from this set, I guess

And I stated when I posted his photo set I lost 1,000 followers a photo

I was insanely terrified but proud of those are 1,000 people that probably didn't even bother to read the caption to understand society trains their

Eyes to believe photos like this are inappropriate. I truly believe this photo is the opposite the human body isn't always sexual

It's personal you spend the most time with yourself

Embrace it. Basically what I started the video off stating love your body. Don't hide from it

I think there's something so beautiful about just admitting you're vulnerable and challenging that omitting where your weaknesses are and

And another thing I just want to explore is you know, you take care of your body

Hopefully you should and you know, if you do be proud of that

you're allowed to show off the way you look and also your body doesn't define what you can wear and

What photos you can take? So no matter what you look like

If you want to take those photos

you can at the end of the day the most important thing I want you to know is that your body is yours and

It's personal. It's no one else's it's a powerful statement. And obviously so many different aspects is in now

Don't let anyone take advantage of you etcetera

And we tend to be incredibly critical of our bodies because of what we think other people expect them to look like

But maybe just enjoy the way your body looks for

You just know it's out of your control and embrace the way look for yourself for no one else that's freaking awesome

Your body is personal your journey with your body is personal and it's yours

Take possession of it and know that you can do things with your body with the intentions of bettering yourself

It doesn't ever have to be with other people. I just think in society

We tend to think our bodies just have to do so much with other people, but that is absolutely for you

Take care of yourself protect yourself. Love yourself for yourself

Chocolate Macarons recipe / Macarons al Cioccolato - Duration: 8:54.

Hi everyone!

Welcome back to my channel!

French macarons have a bad reputation for being difficult to prepare and many people

are intimidated by the thought of baking french macarons but they're actually quite easy

to make as long as you have the right recipe and follow the instructions exactly.

In today's video I'm going to share with you my chocolate macarons recipe.

I chose to fill my chocolate macarons with a pear mascarpone cheese filling but you can

fill them with chocolate ganache, buttercream, jam, whatever your heart desires.

and now let's see the ingredients we need: for the shells:

almond flour, powdered sugar

egg whites, room temperature. Regarding whether to age egg whites, personally,

I don't age my egg whites and I've never had any problems with my macarons.

we also need unsweetened cacao powder

granulated sugar, a pinch of salt

for the filling: mascarpone cheese

pear puree, granulated sugar

The macarons should have a uniform size and the best way to achieve even shells is to

use a macaron template which you can download online and print out then lay on your baking

sheet under the parchement paper or you can

draw little circles on the back of the parchment paper.

Process the almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a blender or food processor

until finely ground and evenly combined.

Sift into a bowl, discarding any bits that won't fit through the sieve.

Place the egg whites, granulated sugar and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with

the whisk attachment.

Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes then increase speed to high and beat until meringue forms

very stiff peaks, about 4-5 minutes more.

Add half of the almond mixture, and gently fold it into the meringue with a flexible spatula.

Once incorporated, add the remaining almond mixture.

Continue folding, scraping down the bottom and sides of the bowl until you have a smooth

batter that runs off of the spatula slowly in a ribbon.

This is a very important passage in the macaron making process called macaronage,

so be careful not to over-mix or under-mix; if you overmix the batter, it will be too

runny and the macarons will spread too much, resulting in flat shells without feet.

Undermixing, on the other hand, can cause lumpy and cracked macarons.

Fit a pastry bag with a round tip and fill the bag with the batter.

Using the template as a guide, pipe circles onto the parchment paper.

As you pipe, hold the pastry bag perpendicular to the baking sheet, squeeze a blob of macaron

batter then quickly pull away after each blob, to minimize the peaks.

After piping your shells, bang your baking sheet on the counter a few times, to spread

the batter evenly and smooth any peaks left after piping.

Let macarons sit for 20 minutes to an hour or until the tops feel dry to the touch and

are not sticky.

Drying time will vary, depending on the temperature and humidity of your kitchen.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven on the convection setting to 170 degrees C / 338 degrees F

Bake in the middle of the oven for 14-16 minutes, until the tops are firm to the touch.

Remove from oven and let the shells cool completely on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, macarons should peel away easily from the parchment paper.

To make the filling mix the mascarpone cheese with the sugar until smooth.

Add pear puree and mix until well combined.

Flip over half of the shells and pipe the filling onto the shells, then

sandwich them with their naked halves.

The macarons taste better the next day, so refrigerate them overnight to allow flavors

and textures to soften and meld.

Delicate and airy with a nougat-like chewy texture, these chocolate macarons are so delicious

and totally addictive.

No means no! Today I'm talking about the issue of consent in sex.

Welcome back to you down under and south of the border. A few weeks ago while I was on weekend leave I went to a

sex club,

as one does.I was having a good time,

I went into a room that I should not have gone in to. It was dark,

I looked around but I didn't think there was anyone in there, but there was. I slipped,

and I fell. After it finished, I went to the shower for quite a long time, I

went back to my hotel and I

got

very, very drunk.

Once I got back to rehab, I was taken to the hospital,

I had a sex checkup and put on anti HIV medication just in case. I still don't know how I feel about all this.

I'm angry at myself for

drinking after it happened.

I'm angry at myself for

getting myself into such a dangerous situation. And I'm really angry that I didn't fight back! But as for the people who did this,

I feel nothing.

I have suffered sexual abuse, rape

domestic violence,

for too long, as long as I can remember. After so many incidents, you just start to feel that

it's a terrible, traumatic event, but it's like a

traumatic weather event, a

tornado or a tsunami. Why do I still live in the tornado belt?

I felt really bad initially, especially after getting drunk.

That's not what I do anymore, man, not to just get rid of feelings. That's not what I'm about.

I took a week to grieve. I took a week to cocoon myself

In my room and process what happened, but I gradually left that dark place and started to do

normal things. I started to eat. I started to sleep normal times. I started to bathe. I started to

partake in life again. I still have my dark moments, but I've received the all clear from the doctor. So

Everything's clean down there,

and clean in here.

There was no need to have self-harm. There was no need to drink any more than I did.

There was no need to pretend it didn't happen.

There was no need to just work, work, work, work, work through it and not think about anything else but work.

I didn't pretend it didn't happen. I felt it, felt it all and

I've come through the other side, and I think,

quite a bit stronger.

I'm not a victim and I never have been. When this stuff used to happen when I was younger,

I used to see myself as a terminator.

It can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with.

It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear!

It just keeps going, and it will never, ever stop! Ever!

It was a way of disassociating from my feelings, a way of not feeling

present when these situations would happen. It was a good tool, it was a very effective tool, but it takes all the

colour and texture and joy out of life, and you're just a machine, but you're not

really a machine. In my late

twenties I started to see myself as a different archetype, as a survivor of a post-apocalyptic,

disaster, a zombie apocalypse or something like that. I was operating in a world that I didn't understand. I didn't know what the rules were.

It's usually filled with

pain,

heartbreak,

and violence.

You're never really truly safe, but you do feel things, you feel pain, you feel sadness.

But you feel these diamonds of joy, these sparkling diamonds of love,

some really treasured moments, although only moments, of contentment, that

are truly valuable.

But it's never safe,

It's never secure, and the enemy's always at the door.

From now on I'm seeing myself as a new archetype. I'm a thriver!

I'm going to take the shit of my past and what's happened to me and make manure out of it. I'm going to grow from it.

I'm going to take apart the DNA of all the trauma that's happened to me, and infect it like a virus.

I'm going to turn it into myself.

I'm going to turn it into my victory. I'm going to multiply.

I'm going to thrive! I'm a weed, spreading relentless hope and love through all the dark places.

Pressing on, getting into the cracks and helping people. Helping people with my experiences, so they might not have to go through the same.

To get some solidarity and to show them they're not alone.

You are not alone.

I'm going to be a positive influence on this world. I'm unstoppable. I'm fucking cancer!

Thriving isn't the easy option.

Thriving means trusting people, letting people in, feeling the highs and lows, and for me trusting God.

Yeah, that's kind of weird

and new. What this experience has shown me is that it is an objective fact that people love me. People actually care about me,

that I'm actually a

pretty decent human being that has some pretty amazing friends, people that genuinely love me even when I don't love me.

Even when I don't feel that I'm loving, or loveable, or capable of love or capable of being loved,

it is an objective fact that I am loved.

Not because of what I can do, or what someone can take from me, but because of who I am and

who I am in Jesus.

You didn't see that coming did you? I am still very sex positive,

I am still very much a supporter of anyone that wants to have

sex in any way that they like. It's a free country. It's a free world and

consensual sex is amazing. It's life-affirming. It is a touch of the divine that you can have

now, on earth! It's amazing! Get in it! Get on it! Whatever! But what the

people that did this to me, this time and what's happened to me in the past, that's not sex. That's not love. That's

violence, that's abuse.

People love me, I speak life into people, I help people.

I'm a good guy.

Although I was attacked in a moment, they took away my momentary pleasure.

They didn't change who I am and they can't take anything away from me.

Criminals that commit these kinds of acts can never feel loved.

They never earned trust.

They're alone, in a dark

nasty little world and they'll never grow to fill their full potential as human beings.

They're in Hell. If you are suffering from sexual abuse,

violence,

domestic assaults or rape, I want you to know that you are not defined by what happened.

You are valuable you are gift.

You are

mightily and beautifully made, as it says somewhere. You are a

child of God, you are a child of the universe, you are divine!

You are capable of so much more, and you will get through this, I promise!

Never Rebuild Your Car's Transmission, Unless - Duration: 5:11.

Rev up your engines, vapor ac says scotty I have a 03 chevy tahoe

with 245,000 miles, it looks like it rolled off the show room floor and the engine is

going strong, would it be worth putting a new transmission in,

well in that case it would, if you like it and it runs fine, it looks great, why not,

but here's what you want to do, you want to put in a factory remanufactured transmission,

don't go to some clown that says, oh I can rebuild it for $1,200 or something, get a

factory remanufactured unit, I've had customers do that and then they get many more years

out of it, but don't go to some place that says they can rebuild them, half those guys

don't know what their doing anymore and I've just read the other day in a car magazine,

33% of the automatic transmissions rebuilt in the US fail, so one out of every three

that's rebuilt somewhere isn't rebuilt right, so you want a factory remanufactured one,

and then it might last a lot more years, who knows, they don't make them like they used

to and back then they were solid built, the newer ones no, blue Subaru says, good morning

scotty should I get a Subaru 2005 or a Mazdaspeed as a first car, both of those manufacturers

have weak automatic transmissions, that said, if you were going to get them in

a manual transmission, either the subaru or the mazda, I would get the mazda with the

manual transmission, because the subarus have some head gasket problems and the mazdas don't

really have any head gasket problems, but if you're getting an automatic transmission,

I would go mazda versus subaru, because the subaru automatic transmissions are worse than

the mazda ones, team raid says should I but a 1977 spitfire with 44 thousand miles, a

77 spitfire was probably one of the worst cars the English ever made, guys like them

because their cute and all this stuff, but they were so cheaply made and that was

right before pretty much they went bankrupt and stopped making cars, but if it's only

got 44 thousand miles on it and you can get it cheap enough and you want a toy, there's

nothing wrong with buying a toy and playing around with it,

but don't think you can drive that as an every day driver, it would be a toy, you could still

get parts for them and stuff but don't pay much, it's worth nothing it not a real collectors

item, they made a bunch of them and they were really poorly made cars I mean, even in 1977

if it's an American model it had to have catalytic converters and it didn't work well with the

dual carbs they put on them, I mean they were disasters to work on, I used on a lot of them,

david tmz says, 1990 buick roadmaster, do they make great cars, they were pretty good

cars back then, I had a customer that had 350,000 miles on one of those, if you take

care of it and drive it conservatively, they can last a long time, what would eat up a

bunch of those when those first came out, I had customers with them that were happy,

but I had some customers that didn't like them, and the problem was, the engines were

really strong, but they were stronger than the transmissions,

now if you're a grandma or grandpa and drove them conservatively, it didn't matter because

you don't strain the transmission, but I had customers that bought those and they drove

the heck out of them, and they all burnt the transmissions out,

some of them even broke the flywheels of them, because they were spot welded, but if you

drive them conservative they can be great cars, but you don't think it's a race car,

the engines were pretty strong and if you really pushed them you'd burn the transmission

out, gw says scotty I got a 2013 chevy cruze there's

a tricking noise coming from under the dash, it sounds like it's coming from the fuse box

and my air quit working, any suggestions, my first suggestion would be never buy a chevy

cruze their junk, but you already bought it so you're stuck with it,

if your ac stopped working and you hear a clicking noise, pray, pray, that it's just

the ac relay, the electric relay for the ac, go get another one and put it in, pray that

fixes it and if it fixes it great, if not then you got a problem in the ac system and

the relay is clicking on and off because it knows it's going out if could be a bad compressor

and knowing gm's it can easily be a bad compressor, their very expensive and their very poorly

made, but pray it's just the ac relay, you can get

them cheap enough, put it in and pray that fixes it,

seth says scotty I got an 03 chevy silverado, when I turn it off it dies, I hooked up a

computer and I get camshaft sensor, could that be the problem and it's a new battery,

ok pray that it's only a bad camshaft sensor, their easy and cheap change that out, get

that changed out, because on those and it's old enough, if the timing chain of the engine

is worn, a lot of times the computer gets fooled, because the camshaft has a sensor

on it, but if the timing chain is worn, it fools the computer and it can give wrong data

for the sensor and it can trip a code for the sensor, and I've seen many people on those

engines, they'll change the sensor, thinking oh it's the sensor I'll just replace that,

and the code comes right back, because the timing chain itself is worn and it keeps tripping

that code, and that's a pretty expensive deal putting a timing chain in,

because if you do that you don't just put the chain you got to put new sprockets and

do everything correctly so I'd try the sensor first and pray it's just a sensor, sometimes

it is, so if you never want to miss another one of
