I need your views in my last video about being skeptical for baffle 5 I might

have made a little bit of a mistake in that I sounded far too forgiving about

four five shout out to my buddy necro 13 for roasting my ass and the voice

Channel and calling me out on my bullshit because I think I might have

needed it we all know to stay a battle 5 is very much up in the hell weight up in

the hell what the fuck well that's a type on my script we all know the state

of battle 5 is up in the air yeah that's right the game might come out and end up

being the best game that has ever been released since the beginning of time

although I think that's highly unlikely at this point or it just might end up

being other shit the thing here is that I'm trying my best to be cautiously

optimistic although that's very hard when it comes to EA I want battle 5 to

be a good game I don't want to sit around hoping to see the game fail just

to teach EA a lesson because we all know they won't learn their lesson anyways

but you gotta know if this game comes out and it sucks

other ass I will promptly be ripping EA and dice a new one just like I did with

baffle 4 oh and that reminds me I tried to go back and play baffle for a couple

of days ago yeah that game is still utterly boring I don't know how people

love that game so much triggered whether you should buy battle 5 it really does

depend for the average person I would say you really should wait and just see

what people say once the game actually does come out no matter what you will

have to be prepared to deal with some bullshit that's pretty much just par for

the course with an e EA published game these days and I think these are the

biggest things that you should be watching out for with alpha 5 number one

the game being a buggy ass mess number two there are scummy microtransactions

I'm looking at you Activision number three a lackluster

service and number four will you get your money's worth in the end and if you

really care about the bow royale mode firestorm

you should really wait until March when the mode comes out

I personally don't give a shit about bow Royale I never cared about the whole

genre as a whole but I know a lot of people really like bow Royale games I

got really curious to see what dice does with their take on the genre but if

that's your main concern just wait until March when the mode actually comes out

and you also might just want to wait it out until there are more Maps weapons

and just overall more content and if you're one of those people that just

wants to see what dice does after the release please do wait it really is

funny to me I didn't think I would see the community be so skeptical for a new

bow food game but really in the end EAN dies they only have themselves to

blame this is their doing I would say though overall just don't go out in

pre-order battle five unless you have absolute confidence that dice is not

gonna let you down which at this point I'm kind of getting used to not only EA

laying us down but even dice they just have been really fucking things up these

last couple years and I know it might seem a little hypocritical that I plan

to buy battle 5 probably at launch but honestly I love battlefield I want the

game to be good and I'm willing to put my money on the line

for this game and if it sucks I'm gonna refund the game I'm gonna call them out

and I'm gonna tell everybody else to avoid this game like the fucking plague

so I'm willing to put my money on the line now I don't think the average

person should do this look at what everybody including me says about the

game once it releases if it's a good game I will tell you to buy the game if

it's not I will tell you to not buy the game so I know some people are not gonna

think that it's a good idea that I buy the game even with all the skepticism

and some people's views on how this is not even a complete game

but honestly I think that's just my own decision and you should probably respect

my decision but that's all I've got to say about this post your comments down

This man was found guilty of torturing a pitbull and he felt the full force of the justice system

The images of what happened to a pitbull nicknamed puppy doe shocked animal lovers and activists across the nation

But the public fury felt towards the man who abused the dog was reflected in the final outcome

The justice system meted out a harsh sentence of its own in

August of 2013 a poorly dog was found near a playground in Quincy, Massachusetts

the Animal Rescue League of Boston

Determined that the pitbull mongrel was between 1 and 2 years old

Tipping the scales at 18 point 2 pounds. However, she was half the weight of a healthy canine her age

That wasn't all that was wrong with the mistreated mutt either

Puppy doe as she was dubbed had suffered fractures to her skull spine and ribs

Someone had stabbed her in the eye and officials said the pup had also been burned on her nose

It's highly unlikely that this level of sadistic cruelty could be shown to one animal and not be part of a pattern

involving other animals or perhaps vulnerable people Morrissey said it

Would take two months for authorities to homed in on the suspect radda

Slahser Kowski lived near to where puppy doe had been abandoned. He had even spoken to investigators who had canvassed the neighborhood

hunting for leads in the case

Peer dat the playground although no foul play was suspected in the woman's death sir. Kowski had caused her harm in another way

While he lived with her sir Kowski had stolen

$130,000 from the elderly woman in his care from that time. He was sentenced to three to five years in prison in 2015

The Boston Globe newspaper reported that Sir Kowski had purchased puppy dough for $40 from a couple

Telling them that he had a farm of his own in, Connecticut

He had allegedly showed up to pick up the dog in a luxury vehicle and had been well turned out

But there was more to link him to the dog found injured in the park

Boston comms report on the trial told how police used phone records to show that Zukowski had inhabited the house with the elderly woman

Although he had moved out by the time they were on his trail

At sir Gauss Keys trial it was revealed that when they searched the home police found evidence of animal abuse

Spatter stains in the bathroom scratches on a doorframe and even a red paw print on a door

DNA samples matched those taken from poppy dough in

Addition to that sir. Kowski was claimed to have lied when police initially canvassed the area

So not only did he have to answer eleven charges over animal cruelty, but also one pertaining to misleading a police investigation

Zukowski was facing many decades in prison for his alleged wrongdoings each felony animal abuse charge then carried up to a five-year sentence

But newspaper the Patriot Ledger reported in March of 2018

how the former cares defense lawyer had alleged that the dog had run away and another person and/or

Animals could have hurt puppy dough instead

Apparently the court didn't believe the defense's version of events because in March of 2018

Sir, Kowski was found guilty on all abuse charges, although the Daily Mail newspaper reported that he was cleared of lying to police

CBS Boston said the felon received an 8 to 10 year jail sentence and he was barred from ever owning or caring for another animal

Regarding the lengthy sentence district attorney Morris

He said we felt that a substantial period of incarceration was warranted in light of the terrible nature of the abuse

the evidence that the abuse was going on a

Significant period of time and the kind of injuries discovered the evidence of injury in this case was shocking

Facebook page entitled justice for puppy doe racked up more than 80 thousand likes and seventy thousand followers

today the site continues to lobby for the fair treatment of rescued and rehomed animals a

Documentary called puppy doe examined the young dogs tragic death, but also took a critical look at u.s. Animal abuse laws

In fact, the same scrutiny was applied in Massachusetts, even while the pitbulls story made headlines the world over

According to the Boston Globe at a September 2013 vigil held in puppy doze honor state representative Bruce J

Ayers had said the current laws in Massachusetts are not tough enough to protect our animals within a year

the state's legislature had a bill ready for the governor to sign into law that

Bill would become the 2014 paws Act which tougher sentencing for animal abusers

It hiked the maximum amount of jail time for an animal cruelty felon from five to seven years

Repeated offenders might receive an additional 10-year penalty and perhaps a $10,000 fine

Because the bill had become law after circus keys arrest he was sentenced according to the five-year per charge guidelines

Still District Attorney Morrison was pleased with the police effort to apprehend their suspect the DA

Pickles & Mustard on a Pizza? || Fork Yeah: Joe's Rotisseria - Duration: 5:04.

- Hello, I'm Lee Kalpakis

and today we've trekked all the way out

to Roselle Park, New Jersey, to experience

a pizza joint that is truly one of a kind.

Joe's Rotisseria is known for its

over-the-top pizza creations.

And today we're here to check out

their Cuban sandwich pizza.

Mustard, pickles, on a pizza, let's go.

- I definitely wanted to get into different backgrounds

and bring the fusion into pizza.

Growing up, we did the whole roasted pork

and, you know, my mom would always make

a pernil at home and we always had rice and beans,

we always had pasta.

So it was always a fusion at the home table

that we grew up in,

so in my restaurant I wanted to bring

the heritage to the pizza.

People like the stuff that they see on the pie,

from the ham to the pork to the pickles

to the two different sauces that we put,

spicy mustard and the Thousand Island.

When people see that they say,

"Wow, this looks like an artist's pie."

It's pizza art, so their first reaction is like,

"Wow, I don't wanna eat this,"

but their second reaction is,

"Let's devour this right now."

- OK, so here it is, the Cuban sandwich pizza.

I'm gonna take this big slice here.

All right, first bite, here we go.

First of all, that roast pork is no joke.

You can tell it's slow-roasted,

you can see little bits of skin

so you know they're cooking it in the skin

to retain all of that moisture.

It's juicy, it's tender, it's perfectly seasoned,

it's incredible.

And then there's a thin layer of ham underneath that,

and that lends this really nice, subtle sweetness.

It also gives it a really nice smoky flavor

And then the yellow mustard on top,

it's like almost as if I'm biting into a Cuban sandwich,

but it's different because it does also

taste like pizza because we have the marinara sauce.

It's like the perfect love child

between a Cuban sandwich and an awesome slice of pizza.

I gotta get some pickle this time.

Here we go.

The pickles are awesome.

The brininess of the pickle really balances

everything out because you have the

really indulgent and like salty,

fatty, delicious pork and the ham

and the Swiss cheese, too,

but the pickle does it's job.

The same thing that it does in a Cuban sandwich,

it just like cuts right through with the brininess,

really nice acidity that just brightens

everything up and makes it perfectly balanced.

Let's try out our crust aka our garlic knots.

There we go, look at that.

Because you put the garlic knot on the pizza,

you get your dipping sauce on the garlic knot.

That's genius, my mind is blown.

This is crazy. Boom!

Yup, the sauce is all soaked up on the bottom,

but it's crispy, crunchy on top.

And again, so much garlic.

Sorry guys, I can't smooch anybody later.

This is a perfect garlic knot.

You know, come to think of it,

I've never had a slice of pizza

that had Swiss cheese on it.

It's always mozzarella, but it totally works.

It's really sweet, it melts really nicely.

I love the nutty flavor of Swiss.

It's perfect on pizza

and I never would have thought that would work.

And the marinara sauce being on the pizza

I feel like is really important

because if we didn't have the tomato aspect,

I feel like it would just be a Cuban sandwich

but in the shape of a pizza.

But because we have the marinara

and we have the garlic knots, it is,

again, it's a perfect love child

between a Cuban sandwich

and an awesome slice of pizza.

It's a baby!

the first thing she did was brush her eyebrows upwards so we're gonna do that

with mine well not really eyebrows

we're just gonna brush whatevers there

So now I'm going in with my wet n wild

eyeshadow primer I'm guessing the idea here is to find something to hold it in

she set her eyebrows with like a setting powder which I probably don't

really have to do cuz I'm not using glue but you know what I'm still gonna do it

actually went out to buy a foundation it's called OG outdoor whatever flawless

it's like a really cheap foundation cuz I thought you know what If I'm going to buy

this foundation I know I'm never going to use this again so it better be cheap

so this was like really really cheap. This is what it looks like it's really white

I know it's not going to come out white. it's just going to come out like a

really really lighter shade of my face my skin color and you know what it's

good cuz we're looking for a brighter color anyways but this is probably too light

I didn't even got in with primer should I go in with primer? yeah we're gonna skew primer cuz

I can't go back now. Anyway so look at it this is not even close to my skin

color I thought you know what we're trying to get light and we're trying to

make the colors pop

I think I kind of like it I like it it's not as pale as Nikki's but that's

totally fine were like different skin colors I didn't even think it was going to be

this light but I am glad it is this light the only thing I'm sad about tho are

all this colors from take me back to Brazil palette because we do have

So when you order your Luna displayed

this is all you're getting so this little box here contains actually the whole thing and

Regarding the resolution. So in order to show you how much the resolution is affecting your workspace. I'm using a

So if I switch to the next or the second highest one

You can see that you have way more real estate to work with

So it kind of feels like a second display

Compared to your MacBook from the size of the Excel sheet itself for the naked eye

It is still readable

But it starts to get really really small the moment. I switch to the bigger one

It fills the whole screen and you don't have that amount of side real estate anymore as you had it before

it's still a decent size for projects that need a lot of real estate and

It will definitely help you to work on two

really big displays if you are on the go now, let's talk about the additional features that the Luna app is actually

Packing. So if you swipe from the left

You can see that you have your batteries displayed here and you definitely need to keep your battery state in mind

Because I noticed when I'm using the Luna display here

It will drain my iPads battery rather quick. So I'm guessing you can get somewhere around

Three hours out of it

but after that

You will definitely need a power plug normally if you're traveling and you have to time to work

You will find a power plug somewhere. Also, you can switch the arrangement down here also here on the side

You can see where your iPad is located transitioning wise to your MacBook

Okay, so now let's talk about the other features. So we all know Mac OS does not have a touch feature

Does it well with Luna display?

I am able to control my Mac through touch gestures and it gets even better

You can see on top. I have my Apple pencil. Oh

Look I even can use my Apple pencil on this display

So this means if you are using it for creative purposes

You can use your Apple pencil

And also your hands to control the content on your display, even though you can use your Apple pencil to draw in

Photoshop you are unfortunately not able to use the force feature that you can use on the Astropad studio

But naturally you can switch over to Astropad studio and you're good to go with the whole force push feature

sure, the Luna display comes at a price but the advantages you get out of it are really cool and

it is one of the most important things when I'm traveling that I'm taking with me no matter what so,

From my side. This is a huge thumbs up for the Astro HQ Luna display

I am Tanika and I've kind of my baby don't shirt um yeah thanks for checking

in on me today so today is Sunday February 18th and the time is 53 thanks

Minnie and we're gonna do the test I woke up earlier and I did first morning

urine in a cup so I have that here yeah I don't I don't have a lot else to say

trying to do two tests I think I don't necessarily always lead with that I'm

going to be a single mother by choice because I think the the interesting part

of my story that I want to share is that I'm 46 and there's not a lot of that on

YouTube so but I am a single mother by choice or attempting abusing a lot of

our choice and you know for very personal decisions for so it's not

something that I go into lightly it's obviously very expensive

it's very emotional it's very time consuming I'm spending about $2,000 per

cycle to do this so it's not something that you just go into lightly and you

guys have been with me this last bit of the two-week wait and there's a lot of

angst in it there's a lot of angst and a lot of stuff going on but ultimately

this is what my heart wants and so I talked about this in my 1% video will I

regret it more if I don't tire if I do try it I think if I don't try I'll

regret it so that's why I'm moving forward but yeah there's there's a lot

of stuff going on there's this but for me I think you don't necessarily have to

have two parents to be a happy kid like I was raised by my mother and ultimately

or eventually my stepfather but you know people are like Oh every kid deserves to

have two loving parents yeah they deserve to have that like that

should be their god-given right but it doesn't always happen that way and I'm

here to tell you I'm one of those kids like my father straight-out told me when

I was fifteen he didn't love me you know so it was we would hope that we would

have loving parents but we don't it's not a guarantee just because you have a

mother and a father and you know who your father is if he's going to be there

and be available or your mother for that matter you know I don't discriminate

women walk away from their children as well so I think that has informed my own

relationships and for that reason I have trust issues so I've never like been a

person who was like I'm absolutely going to get married and

always fascinated when I meet those people so I do ask them like how long

did you know you wanted to be married and what made you do it and so in a lot

of times people who have you they're known since they were children or very

early in adulthood like early twenties that they wanted to be married I have

like what it would be what it would entail that we would have XE which is

when they take one individual sperm and fertilize the egg or they implant it

into the egg an attempt to fertilize it it's not a guarantee of fertilization so

we kind of talked about that and then left it at that I was in the middle of a

cycle so we weren't sure if that one was gonna be successful or not and obviously

it wasn't that's why I'm here now talking about my rode idea and so the

next meeting is August 20th so I'm out in Central Park I am in beast mode today

like I have so much energy from I think working out this morning maybe the food

I was like I have to go for another walk I have to go I'm doing a light walk cuz

I was at work and it's cool out here I start on my sweater I think if I get

warm I didn't take that off I don't want to go back all sweaty

but yeah I'm like and I figured I'd have to weigh-in tomorrow tomorrow is today

is day five right because we started actually on Sunday so today is day five

so tomorrow's the weigh-in maybe that's driving it too I'll

probably work out again when I get home I have to be in work tomorrow early so I

Unity Top Down Keyboard and Mouse Inputs with Input Manager - Tutorial - Duration: 7:21.

What's up Game Developers?

CouchFerret here, and today we'll continue our game with Keyboard and Mouse Inputs to

be able to play the game without a Controller.

We'll restructure the code to handle Controller inputs together with Mouse and Keyboard inputs.

Cool, let's begin!

Let's start with restructuring our code a bit because it looks kind of messy and it

is hard to extend it.

Let's have a new function called ProcessInputs() which will contain all the Input handling.

Then we need to make the movement and aim variables into global variables, so all functions

can access them, not just the one that declared them.

We need to remove the variable's type when we give it a new value, so it's not making

a new variable, just giving it a new value.

Our goal is to make all input handling in this ProcessInputs() function, so we access

the raw inputs only in one place.

To do this, let's move these two lines into our new function.

We need to call the ProcessInputs() in the Update() function

so our code works the same way as before.

And don't forget to delete the other line in the AimAndShoot() function.

We need to change the shootingDirection variable as well to use the aim variable instead of

accessing the inputs directly.

Now, we are done with the sticks, only the Fire button remains.

Let's create an isAiming global bool to know if we are currently holding down the fire

button or not.

Let's give it a value and use it as well.

The last thing we need is an endOfAiming variable similar to isAming.

This will be only true when we release the Fire button.

Okay, now all input handling is in one function, so we can confidently extend it later.

Let's clean up the Update() function a bit.

Let's move all the animator scripts into a new function called Animate(),

then also move the line that changes the position of our archer into a Move() function.

Cool, the Update() function looks so much simpler.

First, it processes the inputs and stores it into variables like the aim and movement

vector, then it handles the crosshair and shooting, and after that, it animates and

moves the Archer.

To be able to switch between controller and keyboard mouse inputs, we need to create a

useController variable.

Then, we have to create an if statement in the ProcessInputs() function so it changes

how it's handling the inputs based on the useController variable.

Let's move the existing code into it, and the else part of it will contain the keyboard

and mouse handling.

Let me quickly fix the AimAndShoot function, so it doesn't change the aim variable.

I need to move this multiplier so it doesn't change the aim's value and also move the Normalization

into the ProcessInputs() function where it belongs.

Okay, now we can work on the keyboard inputs.

Let's have a line which accesses the default Horizontal and Vertical Inputs that are based

on the arrow and WASD keys.

If we hit play now, we can move around!

Cool!

This was easy, but the mouse movement is a bit trickier.

We can easily press the joystick continuously to the right, but moving the mouse continuously

to right is tiresome.

So I'm going to make a cursor-like crosshair which cannot move too far from the player,

so it won't give an advantage to players who play with the mouse.

To do this, we need to store a current position of the cursor and add the mouse movement into

it in every frame.

Let's create a mouseMovement variable which represents the movement of the mouse within

the current frame.

We can access the mouse's movement by the default Mouse X and Mouse Y inputs.

By default the aim Vector3 variable is initialized with a (0,0,0) value so it starts at the center

of our player, which is perfect.

We need to add the mouseMovement into it so it changes slightly, based on which direction

we move the mouse.

By only normalizing it when its magnitude is greater than 1, we restrict the cursor

so it can't be more than 1 unit away from the Player.

If we had normalized it regardless of its magnitude, then it could only move around

the Player in the circumference of a unit circle, which wouldn't be the worst but wouldn't

be good either.

Now, we only need to give values to the isAiming and endOfAiming variables to have a functional

mouse input handling.

We can achieve this by using the default Fire1 input which is based on the left mouse button.

Let's test it!

It's working!

However, it's a bit too sensitive.

Let's go to the Project Settings/Input and decrease the sensitivity of both the Mouse

X and the Mouse Y to 0.01.

That's better!

Let's build the game so we can try it out in a full screen mode.

We need to go to the File/Build Settings and we have to click Add Open Scene so the current

scene will be played.

Let's hit Build and Run, and save it somewhere.

It looks pretty nice!

However, I've found a very interesting but game breaking bug.

If we move the cursor to the edges of the screen and hold down the left mouse button,

then we can't move the Archer.

I couldn't figure out exactly what is causing this issue, but we can just lock the cursor

to the middle of the screen so it can't reach the edges of the screen.

We can do that by changing the lockState of the Cursor to Locked.

We put this into the Awake() function, so it gets executed only once when the game initializes.

See, it stays in the middle.

We can even hide it as well, so it won't bother us.

We need to set the Cursor's visible parameter to false.

Let's try it out in the Editor!

This is pretty neat!

Because our Cursor is locked, we need to press the Escape key so it reappears and we can

Stop the game.

There's only one thing left that I wanted to fix today.

So the problem is that if we move diagonally with our character, then it moves almost 1.5

times faster than when we move only in one direction.

We need to do a similar thing that we did to the aim vector.

We have to Normalize it when it's bigger than 1 so its maximum value will be always 1.

We can put this piece of code after the if statement because it is needed no matter what

we are using to play the game.

Now the maximum diagonal speed is the same as the maximum horizontal speed.

This also eliminates the differences between different controllers.

For example, an Xbox 360's joystick moves in a circle shape while the Xbox One's moves

in a rounded rectangle.

Without this little fix, we would have given a huge advantage to players

who use Xbox One controllers.

Next time, we will start drawing our first map so our Archer can have a world to live in.
