I will be tweaking this game on the GPD Win, the intel atom portable console that I reviewed

The configuration file for Rocket League is located at your Documents folder, My Games,
Rocket League, TAGame, Config and the file is called TASystemSettings.ini
There are several things you can disable here.
I personally recommend you leave Dynamic Decals on since those are used to see where the ball
will land but you can disable that if you desire.
There are certain effects here to disable such as dynamic lights, distortion and fog
volumes which gave me a very small change in performance but the most important thing
I want to talk about is the internal resolution scaler.
Changing the internal resolution will allow you to decrease the quality of the game while
still mantling an external resolution and readable UI.
On this engine this is controlled by Screen Percentage.
You first enable this by making sure UpscaleScreenPercentage is set to true and then the ScreenPercentage
variable will control the actual resolution.
100 is full resolution and 55 seems to be lowest it usually goes, but you can lower it under that and you
will very quickly start to notice the difference.
I will set it to 35 and show you the results of some of the results I got during a short test section that I streamed.

The new president issued an order for federal agencies to "ease the burden of Obamacare",

Turning to the latest on the probe into the power abuse scandal engulfing Korea...
And a huge development on Saturday as the culture minister Cho Yoon-sun and ex-presidential
chief of staff Kim Ki-choon were arrested for their alleged involvement in the scandal.
In the early hours of the morning, the Seoul Central District Court issued a warrant to
arrest both of them on charges of perjury and abuse of power.
Cho and Kim are accused of blacklisting thousands of artists and cultural figures critical of
the government to exclude them from government funding programs.
Cho turned up for a questioning session on Saturday, conducted by the special investigation
unit.
Shortly after,... she offered to step down from her position as culture minister.
Prime Minister and acting president Hwang Kyo-ahn promptly accepted her resignation,
saying that he finds the situation "regrettable."
Kim Ki-choon was also called in for questioning on Saturday but he failed to show up, citing
health problems.
Investigators had also requested the attendance of President Park Geun-hye's confidante and
the woman at the heart of the scandal, Choi Soon-sil,... but she again made her excuses
and refused to attended - her fourth time to do so.
The team is seeking a warrant to force her to attend.

The Japanese Olympic Committee has reportedly lodged a complaint with the International
Olympic Committee over Korea's decision to mark its easternmost islets of Dokdo on the
official website of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Tokyo-based Kyodo News Agency says Japan has sent messages to the IOC and the Korean Olympic
Committee to ask for the website to be revised.
It says the inclusion of Dokdo violates the Olympic Charter, which bans political declarations.
The PyeongChang Winter Olympics website makes references to Dokdo, which features the islets
among a number of tourist spots and contains a map of Korea with Dokdo on it.
Japan has made repeated territorial claims to Dokdo since the end of its colonial rule
of Korea in 1945.
Its latest claim is being seen as a way to make it seem as if Dokdo is part of a territorial

Karma is said to be life and action that is led by the ego and for the ego.
The more the ego is fed, the more this cycle is enforced.
A good example is pleasure.
When one is happy, memories of this happy experience are formed.
When the happiness is gone, the ego craves for more.
This encourages a person to engage in the pursuit of happiness, which includes acts
that boost the ego.
Breaking this cycle can be initiated by learning selflessness.
Practicing these small acts of selflessness can gradually fade away the need for ego-boosting.
Breaking the karmic cycle
Giving
Give something valuable without expecting anything in return.
Parting away with that prized diamond ring that you no longer wear may seem a bit difficult,
but giving it away with an open heart, with the intent of helping other, is extremely
rewarding.
Also, remember to be charitable without showing off, which can be a strong temptation.
Teach
Passing on your skills to someone else in need for making a living is a good way of
giving them a sustainable livelihood.
This is even better than giving alms or handouts that they would consume in a day.
For example, a helpless immigrant student could do better having your graphic design
skills than coming to you for $20 every week.
Give a job
Help someone start a career by giving them a job.
This will, in turn, help those who depend on them � which can be a big group.
A simple lawn mowing job could mean food on the table for a needy family.
Forgive
Forgiveness helps heal a wounded ego.
Forgiving those who hurt you in the past means there is no negative energy fueling the ego
towards bad actions.
This breaks the cycle of bad intentions that are involved in revenge and counter-revenge,
leaving everyone involved safe and happy.
Effort at work
Putting more effort at work without necessarily looking for a boost in rewards or pay, will
increase your productivity, whilst inspiring your co-workers to also perfume better.
You influence positive change by helping those who are heading in the wrong direction.
Help them change their path by being an example and a source of inspiration.
Offer a listening ear
There are people around you going through tough challenges and who need to talk to someone
and relieve their burdens.
Listening will cost you nothing but can mean a lot to the person in distress.
Some are not even looking for a solution but only a listening ear.

Hand lettering with pencil, Tombow MONO Drawing Pencil Set Review, Pencil time lapse - Duration: 4:36.
Hi everyone!
I'm Smitha from the blog Smiling Colors and today I am talking about one of my all
time favorite supplies- pencils.
As a design team member for Tombow USA I just got my hands on their new Mono Drawing Pencils
set and I am going to do a quick review of it in this video and also share a time-lapse
of me lettering some words.
Now a tiny history about me- My all time favorite tool to draw with has always been pencils.These
are few of my much much older pencil sketches- I used to love to do portraits of Bollywood
Stars, Ganesha's and for some reason Tigers.
You will find pencils all around my house - because I love to write my to do lists,
my rough sketches and even all of my planning with pencils.
Okay I digress, lets get back to the new Mono Drawing Pencils that this video is aobut.
These pencils aren't new, they have been there for a while, but everything is packaged together
newly now with a nice sharpener and a brand new Light eraser.
There is a small pamphlet included with details of the product and some tips for achieving
great shading with these pencils.
There is a lot more information about this set on the Tombow website and I will leave
a link to it as well below so that you can read up more and see whether this set is something
you would find useful.
The set comes with 12 pencils.
The pencils come unsharpened, I went and sharpened them before shooting this video.
The pencils come in all shades from 6B to 4H.
The B's are the darkest and H's are the lightest.
There are a really high quality product and sharpen easily and nicely.
I love using the 4H pencil to start my sketch with always and then darkening as I go.
This eraser is really nice, I loved using it and it erases with the lightest of touches-
hence the name.
While I am talking about erasers, Tombow also just released a bunch of brand new styles
that are amazing.
I haven't even tried all of these yet, but am super excited about them.
Now I am going to dive into a quote I want to letter and use these pencils for it so
that you can see how the pencils are.
I am using my favorite sketchbook- this is by Pentallic and I love the size and the side
spiral binding.
I use this sketch book mainly for my ink illustrations and pencil sketches.
I start with the lightest pencil, the 4H one and am not pressing the pencil down too hard,
I just want a light guide for me to figure out how big I want each word to be and where
I want the words to sit.
The pencil marks look really faint in the video, but in real life you can see them a
bit more darker.
Once I like how everything looks, I actually go in with the light eraser and kinda erase
the whole thing, leaving just a really really light mark on the page.
I then use the HB pencil to darken everything and this time I am do press down my pencil
a bit.
For the final finishing touch I use the 5B pencil and add thicker downstrokes to some
letters and in general add more depth.
I love the B pencils- they are so smooth and the graphite in these pencils are of a really
good quality.
And this is how my final lettering looks and i like how it turned out.
I also did a quick sketch of some flowers.
This one I hadn't really planned out before hand, I just picked up my pencil and started
drawing because I love drawing flowers.
It needs a little more detailing but I think it turned out OK.
Ok so this was my quick review of the new Mono Drawing pencil set and I can't wait
to draw more using these pencils.

This summer at Summer in the City, Hansi and I missed a panel we wanted to atend.
It was full when we got there.
The panel's title was "the importance of coming out online"
Aaaand...I'm bisexual.
I'm going to tell you two stories about when I came out of the bi-closet.
in the first, I didn't really intend to come out.
In the secound I was just a little weirded out about it.
The first one is about that time when I came out to my family.
Especially to my Grandmother.
I didn't intend to come out that day. It just wasn't on the agenda.
My parents are very liberal.
very open minded and good. I'm really thankful for that.
It actually makes my life way easier.
It was a discussion about homosexuality and same-sex marriage and those things.
It was between me, the Husband, my grandmother, my father, and possibly my mother, I can't really remember.
I don't really remember how the conversation got there.
But my Grandmother, who likes to brag about her liberal ways and open mind.
Just so that we're clear: I love them. I love my family.
And my Grandmother, I might love her BECAUSE of her quirky ways. Not in spite of them.
So we were talking, and my Grandmother is all: It's all good, gays are okay.
And how it's great that we've got same-sex marriage laws in this coutry and for how long it's been allowed...
But then she sais something like:
"But I just don't believe in bisexuality"
I'd do an impression of her it's just...no.
But her words trigger me, because...I don't exist, now do I?
So I'm just: "why not?"
"no, they just haven't made up their minds yet."
-"no?" -"no, you can only be attracted to one sex"
And now I'm getting annoyed. My dad as well. He was just like...
He gets easily embarrest by his mother, I think.
I think he thinks that she does a lot of stupid things.
wich might be a little true, but she's over seventy...the woman is nearly eighty years old!
So I think having SOME weird habits and thoughts should be allowed.

It might have been a christmas party or after a final or something.

And my gaydar isn't the best, so I'd been wondering if we had any girls who were attracted to girls in our class.
so I said:

And everyone looked around...
none of the other girls had a drink.
the straight guys drank.
and one of the gay guys had a sip.
