HE HAD SIGNED SOME SORT OF PAPERWORK

INDICATING THAT IF HE EVER GOT

MURDERED HE DID NOT WANT THE INDIVIDUAL WHO MURDERED HIM TO

BE SENTENCED TO DEATH.

HERE IS WHAT IT SAID EXACTLY.

IT IS AN

INCREDIBLY STRONG STATEMENT TO

MAKE.

HE ACTUALLY WORKED WITH A LOT OF TROUBLED INDIVIDUALS.

HE

SPENT A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO REALLY REHABILITATE THOSE.

UNFORTUNATELY A MAN BY THE NAME OF STEPHEN MURRAY ENDED UP

MURDERING HIM.

HE MURDERED HIM 21 YEARS AFTER HE SIGNS OF THIS

DECLARATION OF LIFE.

THIS ALL HAPPENS WHEN THE FATHER WENT

MISSING ONE DAY.

HIS CAR WAS ALSO MISSING.

THEN AUTHORITIES

FOUND STEPHEN MURRAY DRIVING THE

VEHICLE, THEY PULLED HIM OVER.

AT ONE POINT HE HAD CONFESSED,

AND LATER ON SAID HE WAS NOT GUILTY.

NOT ONLY HELPED PEOPLE WITH DRUG ADDICTIONS AND CRIMINAL

HISTORIES, HE WOULD JUST LEND THEM HIS CAR.

I AM NOT INTERESTED

IN REHABILITATING A GUY WHO'S

EYES LOOK LIKE THAT.

I AM THE BAD GUY.

I DON'T WANT TO TAKE

THAT RISK THAT SOMEONE WITH MENTAL PROBLEMS IS GOING TO SIT

ISN'T IT AMAZING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THIS

WORLD THAT ARE WILLING TO TAKE

THAT RISK SO THEY CAN HELP PEOPLE NO ONE ELSE WILL HELP.

MURDERED AND IT BREAKS MY HEART TO KNOW THAT.

BUT I THINK HE

REALIZED THAT WAS A RISK HE WAS TAKING.

THE FINAL VICTORY FOR FATHER ROBERT WAS

FOR THE DEATH PENALTY NO MATTER

WHAT FATHER ROBERT HAD SAID.

BUT IN HIS DEATH, WHEN SHE READ HIS

1995 DOCUMENT, SHE SAID HE IS RIGHT.

LOVE AND NOT TO HATE.

AND SHE SAID I AM REALLY ANGRY, BUT I

HAVE TO DON'T LET THAT AFFECT MY

Hello, and welcome back to another episode of whatever the hell this is, brought to you

How are you doing this week?

Is your head spinning from the constant cycle between bad news and hysteria?

Are you tired of the bullshit?

I am.

The thing I've been hearing over and over and over and over again this week is, "why bother?"

Which is pretty disheartening.

I have friends getting off Twitter because they are too depressed.

I have friends scheduling extra appointments with their therapists just to talk about Donald

Trump.

Expensive, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

There is so much to be afraid of, and not enough time to protest all of it.

Someone asked me this week if I thought there was a chance that Trump's ban on travelers

from these 7 Muslim countries was just a distraction so that people wouldn't notice that Steve

Bannon has been appointed to the National Security Council's Principals Committee.

I don't know if the other side is strategizing like that or not.

Is it bad/scary/ominous that Trump removed both the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff

and the Director of National Intelligence from the Principals Committee?

Absolutely.

Is it even more terrifying that the most powerful military decision making will now include

input from a white-nationalist, alt-right blogger?

Fuck yes.

But for most of the people who are struggling to keep their head up in the shitstorm,

this information is somewhat esoteric,

and maybe not as motivating as say, a photo of a family crying in an airport.

And that's okay.

There is so much to be upset about.

And as companies like Amazon, who owns the Washington Post, or companies like Twitter,

or basically any parent company of any media outlet is squeezed financially by the Trump

administration, it's going to get harder and harder to distinguish the important news from the really, really

really important news.

And that's why it's imperative that we all speak up about something.

Don't waste time wondering if the Muslim ban is worse than the threat to roll back

LGBTQ protections, or if Neil Gorsuch is going to take a shot

at removing a woman's right to choose, or if his nomination to the Supreme Court

was purposely timed at the

the same time the Army Corps of Engineers notified Congress that they would grant that

easement for the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Don't waste time worrying which thing is worse than the other thing.

Don't waste time picking your fights.

Because it's all bad.

Today's thing might not look like it's your thing, but it is.

It's everyone's thing. And we are all in this together.

So, if there is a rally in your town, go to it.

Go every weekend.

If you find yourself asking "is this really worth it to me?"

Take a minute to digest the facts, and then make another call to your Congressman

or Congresswoman.

If you have to go to work, make a button or a tshirt or something

to let everyone know how you feel.

Because it does make a difference.

Yeah, I'm tired too.

I'm really tired

But there are a lot of people who've been fighting this fight for decades.

Yeah, decades. Since well before Trump.

- and it's time for us to step up and stand with them.

no matter how tired we are.

You might have noticed the alt-right accounts that Twitter has reinstated.

You might have noticed the publications that are normalizing Donald Trump and his family.

Remember, this President entered office with the worst approval rating in history.

He does not have a mandate. He is only popular among a small, but powerful minority of

Nazis.

I mean people. Or maybe I really mean Nazis.

The rest of us - the majority - are strong enough to push back, but we have to do it

If you need a mental health day, take it.

But if you find yourself wondering "why bother?"

And I'm going to start with a wide piece of pink tulle.

Oh, actually, I'll start by putting my Bowdabra Bow Wire in, which I folded in half and tucked

the ends underneath.

Then what I'm going to do is take my -- it's about a 12-inch wide tulle, and I'm just going

to center it and scrunch this.

A little bit difficult, because tulle's a little bit more difficult to work with, but

I'll just scrunch it in.

And just push that down.

Then I'm going to take a second piece of tulle, which just kind of flew into the camera.

And my wires are popping out.

So again, I just need to tuck these under.

And I'm just doing exactly the same thing with my white tulle, and just scrunching it

down into my Bowdabra.

And again, the wires came out.

So, now I'm just going to scrunch all of this down.

We're making a pretty big scrunchy bow.

Then I'm going to take my mesh, and I'm going to just, if I can unattach it from my tulle,

I'm just going to just scrunch my pink mesh into the Bowdabra.

And as you know, mesh gets caught on everything.

So, I'm just going to scrunch that down in there, and again, just push everything down

in the Bowdabra.

And I'm going to end with this really pretty sparkle tulle, and just scrunch this in.

So, we're doing a lot of scrunching with this bow.

So, I'm making this bonnet.

It reminds me of one of my favorite movies, which is Easter Parade and how everyone walked

down the boulevard with their Easter hats, or bonnets I should say.

And now, scrunch it down, grab my Bowdabra Bow Wire, bring it through the loop, the two

ends, hold my bow down, pull my wire really tight while it's still in the Bowdabra.

And take the Bowdabra away.

Separate my ends.

Bring them around to the back and just find exactly the spot.

Here we go, in the middle.

And I'm going to tie a knot.

And now I'll just sort of fluff out my tulle, and fluff everything out.

Now I'll take my really pretty little bonnet, and I think I'm going to have it go this way.

Oh, I almost forgot.

I have to cut my ends and put some glue here, a pretty hefty dab of glue.

And I'm just going to glue this onto my bonnet and push it down pretty tight so it stays.

And now you have an absolutely adorable Easter bonnet.

Live Inspired. Vlog Episode #107: The Platinum Rule - Duration: 2:56.

Well good morning, my friends!

Welcome to Live Inspired with John O'Leary.

I am delighted, as I am every single Wednesday morning, to be with you on these Live Inspired

episodes.

The Golden Rule, I think we all know the Golden Rule.

But just for a quick crash course on it: Do unto others as you would like done unto you.

Treat others, in other words, the way you want them to treat you.

It's a great mindset, it's a great attitude to embrace and take on in your life.

And yet, sometimes I wonder if that's really the highest calling of an individual, of a

leader, of a parent, of a spouse's life.

I'm reminded of this just earlier today.

You can see the sun is still rising in the East.

I went around the house rapidly waking kids up, and every one of my children is very different.

One of my kids, for instance, loves to be cuddled in the morning.

He just loves to be cuddled.

It's the best way to slowly wake him up from the cold, to get him back into the possibility

of the day.

He's not unlike his dad.

I love to be cuddled.

I love to hug.I love human touch.

It's one of my favorite aspects of love, in fact.

I went from his room, though, to the next room.

Another child- I think this one is my offspring, but sometimes I do wonder.

I started cuddling and hugging this little guy, and he starts pushing me back and fighting

with me, punching me and saying, "Dad!

Get off me!

Get off me!"

This little boy doesn't like to be cuddled, he doesn't like to be hugged.

Not in the morning, not at noon, not at nighttime.

He likes his space.

Do unto others the way you want done unto you.

It's a good way to go through life.

Everybody should be cuddled, everybody should be hugged.

Turns out though that not everybody likes to be cuddled or hugged.

So instead of the Golden Rule today, I learned years ago of something called the Platinum

Rule, which is to treat others the way THEY want to be treated.

To love them the way THEY want to be loved.

To respect them the way they want to be respected.

So my friends, as you wake up your children today, as you respect and love your partners,

your spouses, your coworkers,

yes, it's important to love them and treat them the way you want to be loved and treated,

but even more importantly today, meet them where they are.

Love them where they are.

Practice the Platinum Rule and watch how it transforms not only their life, but also yours.

TM G17 Trigger Problem, please help! - Duration: 0:55.

Here, this Tokyo Marui uhh G17, I'm having some problems with it uhmm, with the trigger

specifically so when I when I rack the slide the trigger doesn't reset.

the hammer's down and locked, and when I pull the trigger back, there's no break.

Uhh, the hammer isn't actuated.

So what I have to do is, I have to actually physically push the trigger all the way and

NOW it works.

That's incredibly annoying.

I don't know if I ned a new, uhh, trigger bar or anything.

If you have any idea what's going on with this thing please send me a message because

I have no clue what's going on.

Please help.
