Hey guys, what's up!
So really awesome Tom Holland explaining little bit about the MCU iron spider suit.
So he actually spent a lot more than was in this clip so let's break it down the clip
itself is part of a Dell integration that they hired him for but they also kick money
in for the movie like he talks about happy Hogan Tony Stark using Dell computers it's
all product integration for the movie but he actually talks about the scene that they
have that seems like it's on their field trip to the Washington Monument when Ned leads
helps him hack into the suit.
So they learn about all its features before he tested out in full.
I always love it when they recontextualize stuff that we've already seen with new commentary
like this like normally you think this is them just hang out.
Spider-Man getting a little stir crazy wanting to be a hero but there's so much more going
on in this scene, so they teased a couple of the new abilities that the suit has in
speaking of which there is a new round of the Spider-Man giveaway it's a $20 comixology
giftcard all you have to do to enter is be a subscriber and leave a comment on this video,
you probably saw the promo they revealed a little while ago.
The just highlighted a couple of the suits new abilities
we actually saw him use the holographic display at the end of Civil War when he was looking
at the spiderlike.
So from the comics.
It just the spiderlike, but obviously the MCU they change the little bit make it a little
bit cooler.
So it just the holographic readout of all kinds of information that the suit is taking
it in so it has sensors all over it.
So the only like tease a little bit about what it can do in this promo the neck and
revealed every single thing before the movie comes out the web fluid is another big one.
The two different kinds that you actually see in the trailer or when he's taking the
robbers down that sort of like the normal web fluid.
But then later when he's trying to say that big Barry you see the hard-core web fluid.
So this is really just the beginning.
I know a lot of people are thinking that Tony might take the suit away from them at some
point in the movie and then give it back to him, because at the beginning he says you
know the sutures to keep, but you're not an avenger.
Then later in the trailer you see him fighting the vulture.
So it's hard to tell whether or not that's a prologue to the events that are happening
in present day after Civil War or is that something that happens later in the film,
but if you're looking for surprises the probably save you know special Stark tech surprises
the big action set pieces like this fairy save.
Now, whether or not Iron Man comes to help him out in this moment this is just a test
of his strength, so he is one of the strongest avengers next people like Thor or the hold.
So he can actually do a lot of this without all the extra Stark tech, but it's the tech
in the suit.
The takes him that extra mile things like the web wings which is also a comic book classic
will help him with the vulture because now he can glide through the air, even when he's
not in proximity to things that he can swing off of that's his big weakness.
If you dropped him out of an airplane at 30,000 feet unless he could web himself up a parachute
he would be sh*t out of luck, which is why he does much better in tight spaces like you
find in New York City amongst all those buildings they don't really tell you in this footage
either, but there's also this funny implied thing where Tony Stark sort of gives in the
suit and pushes them out the door like here you go Kate good luck figured out on your
own.
So that's why he has to turn to his friend Ned leads and a lot of people like hey wait
a minute Peter Parker is a scientist, even though he's really young he still very smart.
He made that first suit all by himself.
He made his own mechanical web shooters.
So he's actually really good.
But I think what they're trying to convey with some of that is that Spider-Man in high
school is building a team around him whereas someone like Tony Stark is a little more independent.
He does have pepper pots but if you go back and watch those old Iron Man movies.
He mostly takes her for granted for the first couple times and then eventually he starts
to acknowledge her contributions which is one of the many reasons why she's probably
not around anymore other actually real life reasons for that to like Gwyneth Paltrow just
isn't necessary for Captain America Civil War like like you don't need her you don't
need Jane Foster to sell movie tickets.
That's why a lot of those extra characters don't show up again in these big Avengers
films Stark Tower is your baby 12% 12% target and treatment for the 50th 12% were like all
the heavy lifting, literally I lifted everything and start with the security snafu that was
on the all my personnel that are happening on elevator it was teaming with sweaty working
I'm going to pay for that, just in some subtle way later onto, but the really cool thing
is that Avengers infinity war start shooting on Monday.
Now all the actors don't all shoot their scenes at the exact same time Tom Holland will be
promoting.
Spider-Man homecoming for most of the spring.
So he's not going to be around as much as the other actors, but the Russo's, who are
in charge of everything teased that he will have some upgrades for the suit when he gets
to infinity war what does that mean though they're probably not going to change the colors
that much is really just the stuff that you don't see that doesn't stick out like you
don't see the spiderlike you don't see the different fluid you don't see the web wings
unless he actually activates those.
So the be a lot of things that you don't see unless he's actually using them in the way
that the Iron Man armor as well as the war machine armor have a lot of extra abilities
that you don't see unless they actually activate them war machine is probably the best example
of a suit with a lot of hidden features but Iron Man always saves all the coolest toys
for himself but he's passing some of them onto Spider-Man.
So the first movie will be a slow introduction to that and then as their relationship developed
Spider-Man becomes an official avenger will get extra little things to add to the suit
that will help him depending on the villains that they pick usually the abilities that
the hero has or the special tech that he gets has some critical function that helps them
defeat his villain like the ability to AI pilot all of the armors and Iron Man three
or even the special lasers and Iron Man two like the extra powerful laser or the different
energy sources.
Even the arc reactor itself.
I don't think that ever put an actual arc reactor in the Spider-Man suit, but would
it not be bad ass.
If the spider symbol lit up like it does in the comics like it has to be powered by some
energy source.
So Stark is probably figured a way out to use his arc technology in a less visible way
than is Iron Man suit but congratulations to the new Spider-Man giveaway winner Desi
Martinez please private message me on the back and my channel so I can get your contact
details was a new round that started in this video please leave all your requests for Spider-Man
bonus videos in the comments.
There is so much Spider-Man stuff that we gotta talk about this year.

Traditional News Was Devilish – But It Was a Devil We Knew | Oliver Luckett - Duration: 6:05.
For all of the history up until this point, our communication structures have for the
most part, especially mass media systems, have been very top down and they've been controlled
by a few people that had distribution control.
If you look back the church was really the first broadcast network.
The church built out a very defined architecture of communication that was coming from a centralized
place where very few people could have the word of God come down to them and they had
the ability to transcribe – this was at a point when literacy was very rare and so
you had only a few people that were illiterate that could transcribe this holy word – and
then they would distribute it out to a local market where you had a big impressive building
that had lots of iconography and lots of beautiful images inside of it and the tallest building
usually in the town and they would ring with the steeple at 8:00 a.m. and we would all
congregate for mass and we would listen to one message from one incontrovertible truth,
from one source.
And that's not too dissimilar from television architecture.
You have a group of people in suits in New York or in Los Angeles and they're deciding
what's going to be on television and then they distribute it to those towers.
And at 7:00 p.m. prime time we aggregate around a television that's been brought into our
home and we watch this one incontrovertible truth and this signal from a top down approach.
And when the Internet started enabling people first with this underlying network architecture
of TCP/IP that allowed us to transcend time and distance, that allowed any node on the
network to contribute to the system, and then we started seeing things like video sharing
and a photo sharing that allowed us all to become publishers.
And then we had this kind of this layer of social that is redefining everything where
every single person is now a contributing node on the network, and every person that
is part of that uses emotions and memes and content to distributor things in a horizontal
fashion.
And so what that's doing is destroying the ability to discern what is authentic; what
is not, what's real; what's fake, what's commercial; what's non-commercial, what's sponsored; what's
non-sponsored, what's a good idea versus a bad idea.
And so when we exist in this freeform society where every node on the network can contribute
something to the network, and it has no checks and balances if you will, there is no top
down authority that's editing it or deciding what's real or not – then suddenly it becomes
every node on the network's responsibility.
We're all having to learn a pattern of behavior that we're all responsible for the propagation
of this content.
Because the one interesting rule is it's very difficult to make a mass media statement in
a cellular holonic structure nodal network because you have to get a bunch of people
to agree to share it and agreed to propagate it.
No big media company can buy their way into the system anymore.
But at the same time if everybody is on a balanced playing field then people that are
hackers or people that scam the system or people that kind of arbitrage the new ad features
that emerge or decided to take this path, have an advantage over some of the tried-and-true
institutions, you know, especially in things like the context of fake news that's been
happening a lot.
The idea that a bunch of Macedonian teenagers that are arbitraging ad dollars on Facebook's
system can put hundreds of stories into a network that people believe, these fake news
stories, when a New York Times or a Wall Street Journal refuses to pay for play in a system
like Facebook.
And so you have this great imbalance because we haven't learned yet how to - we haven't
taught ourselves yet how to discern what's real and what's fake and how to look at sources
and how to see them for what they are.
And that's also because of a lack of transparency.
We're living in these systems now that are controlling our ability to disseminate information
and we have no transparency whatsoever when it comes to algorithms.
Why this does content behaved this way, why one day when I post something to 500 people
does it reach and the next they only five people reaches?
And so until we have visibility into that system and into these algorithms we're going
to be at a bit of a loss and a bit of a grabbing in the dark trying to make sense of this new
communication architecture.
I quote Aldous Huxley, paraphrase him basically says: The only part of the universe you can
possibly control is yourself.
And now more than ever that kind of social responsibility is upon each one of us.
Because now we're in a holonic system, a cellular holonic system that we are all responsible
with the propagation of the right information, positive information, negative information,
fake information.
We're all responsible for it because we're all part of a metabolic factor inside of the
system.
The sharing of these memes is propelled by emotions.
So human emotions are the metabolism of this system.
And you can tap into human curiosity and the whole range of emotions from anger to laughter
to desire and so we're seeing that played out in real time right now.

He's going to need to have the

unbiased
reports of what is going on and
what
accomplishments he's had over

to
develop a relationship with the

Tuesday, January 24th Now You Know Nebraska - Duration: 1:29.
HI, JOHN CHAPO WITH THE LINCOLN CHILDREN'S ZOO
AND IT'S TIME FOR TODAY'S NOW YOU KNOW NEBRASKA!
(MUSIC)
THE NEXT TWO DAYS WE ARE TALKING ABOUT BISON,
ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ANIMALS TO NEBRASKA'S HISTORY.
JUST 200 YEARS AGO, AS MANY AS 60 MILLION BISON ROAMED NORTH AMERICA
INCLUDING MILLIONS IN NEBRASKA.
THE BISON WAS ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ANIMALS TO MANY AMERICAN INDIAN NATIONS.
THEY PROVIDED TRIBES WITH FOOD, SHELTER AND TOOLS
EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE ANIMAL, FROM BEARD TO TAIL, WAS UTILIZED.
THE THICK HIDE ON THE TOP OF THE HEAD BECAME A BOWL,
THE HEART BECAME A SACK TO CARRY DRIED MEAT
AND THE STOMACH WAS USED AS A COOKING "POT".
A BISON BULL IN GOOD CONDITION PROVIDED AROUND 800 POUNDS OF MEAT.
THINK ABOUT THAT- THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CHILD EATS ABOUT 100 POUNDS OF MEAT A YEAR…
…MEANING JUST ONE BISON WOULD EQUAL THE AMOUNT OF MEAT YOU EAT IN 8 YEARS!
NOW YOU KNOW MORE ABOUT BISON, AND NOW YOU KNOW NEBRASKA!

Reuters editor defends photo of sparse National Mall during President Trump's inauguration - Duration: 1:34.
A Reuters editor defended his photographer's disputed image of an underwhelming crowd to witness President Trump's inauguration, the same photo that enraged the new administration the following morning.
Jim Bourg, who assigned a photographer to scale the Washington Monument for a sky-high view of the swearing-in ceremony, slammed "inaccurate talk and allegations" he found circulating among his own Facebook friends.
"Only one news organization had a still photographer atop the Washington monument for the inauguration and I assigned him to be there," Bourg wrote in a Facebook post Sunday night. "This photo by Reuters News Pictures staff photographer Lucas Jackson was taken at 12:01:18 p.m. on Friday and not much earlier as many people are trying to claim."
The stark image, when compared to the plentiful crowds former President Obama drew during his 2009 inauguration, drew the ire of White House spokesman Sean Spicer. The two photos were taken within a half hour of each other during their respective inaugurations.

The photo depicting Obama's swearing-in was taken at 11:30 a.m. in 2009.
The red-faced press secretary attempted to skewer journalists for accurately reporting on the number of people who attended the inauguration during a heated press briefing Saturday.
Spicer suggested there was no way to measure attendance.
"No one had numbers because the National Park Service, which controls the National Mall, does not put any out," he said before contradicting himself.
He falsely claimed that his boss attracted "the largest audience ever to witness an inauguration."

Chelsea Clinton defends Barron while criticizing Donald Trump - Duration: 1:04.
Chelsea Clinton is sticking up for her fellow White House kid.
Clinton, who moved into the White House just before her 13th birthday, defended Barron Trump just days after his father's inauguration.
"Barron Trump deserves the chance every child does — to be a kid," Clinton tweeted Sunday about the 10-year-old.
The former First Daughter did manage to get a dig in at Donald Trump, however.

"Standing up for every kid also means opposing @POTUS policies that hurt kids," she tweeted.
Clinton remains "very good friends" with Barron's older sister Ivanka Trump despite their parents' vicious presidential campaigns.
"She's a very good friend of mine. She's been a friend of mine long before the campaign, through the campaign . . .
and will be a friend of mine after," Ivanka said during a 20/20 interview last week.
