Hidden Truth Between Rey and Darth Vader? - Duration: 4:17.
When it comes to Star Wars, there are a bunch of theories out there in the void known as
the internet.
Some are straight up crazy, some seem entirely credible.
One of the most popular topics is concerning who Rey is, the scavenger turned Jedi that
lead the way in the force awakens.
So who is she?
Well one such theory may blow your mind if it turns out to be true.
Give us a like if you think anyone of these five reasons why we think Rey might just be
Darth Vader reincarnated can happen!
Dreamworld Much like Anakin Skywalker before her, Rey
has shown to be so in tuned with the Force that she possesses the ability to peak into
the past as well as the future.
Anakin saw flashes of pain and suffering when concerning those he loved most, namely his
mother Shmi and his wife Padme.
Rey demonstrated a similar ability when she touched Anakin's saber in the force awakens,
getting glimpses at both the past, including a peak into cloud city where Vader revealed
to Luke his lineage, which may or may not be Vader's own memory
of the event.
She may also get a glimpse into the future, much as Anakin did, where she witness the
Knights of Ren finishing up a massacre on a rainy planet.
While we don't know for sure that it was the future, we do know that this scene is
not Luke's academy massacre.
Force Ghost 2.0 Another point that fans have been quick to
point out is that Rey shares some facial similarities to that of Shmi Skywalker, Anakin's mother
who was killed by sand people in episode 2.
Could a reincarnated Anakin adopt a look that would harken back to his beloved mother?
And why would the force wait so long to bring Anakin back as Rey?
The first force ghost was qui gon jinn, and it took him almost 10 years to manifest himself
through the force.
Obi wan shows himself to Luke after 3 (but being very vocal from the get go) and Yoda
took another year.
So if Rey is the next step, going beyond force ghosts and restarting the prophecy, the time
to learn such a feat may take decades.
The Force is strong in my family…
Despite having no formal training as of episode 7, Rey has shown she is quite powerful in
the force, illustrating accelerated feats of learning and proficiency.
In a matter of days, she has learned and understood saber combat, besting Kylo Ren, the force
grab when reaching for the saber in her Excalibur moment and mastering the Jedi mind trick after
3 tries, with no prior knowledge that it was even a technique prior to that.
Maybe she's born that way?
Much like Anakin, she is also a gifted pilot and mechanic.
The prophecy of the chosen one One of the main reasons is the chosen one
prophecy that was introduced in the prequel trilogy.
In it, it said a figure would rise up and bring balance to the force.
Anakin did eventually do this, but not before almost completely wiping the Jedi off the
map.
So what if the force is giving the Skywalker another chance via reincarnation to fulfil
the prophecy with the threat of the first order, snoke and the knights of ren growing
ever more darker.
It calls to you…
Perhaps the most obvious point of contention for this theory is that the saber straight
up calls to Rey.
Bear in mind that this saber is not Luke Skywalker's but in fact his father's, Anakin's.
Luke merely adopted it before crafting his own green one in return of the Jedi.
So with a powerful connection between Rey and Anakin being established, could the saber
be reaching out to its former master, sensing a familiar presence in the force nearby and
latching over to it?
Kylo is after all Vader's grandson yet the saber rejected him and went to Rey, and that
saber helped kill the younglings so it's seen some better days.
So there you have it, some chin scratching ideas to consider while we await the next
entry in the Star Wars franchise.

Did you know that January is National Thyroid Awareness Month?
Listen, when it comes to the thyroid, especially in our modern day,
there is a lot to be aware of.
You see, being a Naturopathic Doctor, I am taught to use the least invasive methods to diagnose and treat.
That is why I have often said in medicine, and in general, "Hey, it isn't rocket science."
Because there has been so many times when patients come into my office with various conditions,
and with a few tweaks here and there, a few dietary modifications, lifestyle interventions,
they get better. See? Not rocket science.
However, when dealing with issues of the thyroid,
it is the exact opposite in my book. The devil is in the details.
The thyroid is this beautiful butterfly like gland, nestled in the middle of our neck,
and the hormones that it produces are responsible for both Aerobic and Anaerobic metabolism for
each and every cell in your body.
It is a big deal.
Underperformance of the thyroid can result in many symptoms.
Gaining weight, feeling fatigued and constipation, just to name a few.
You see, I tend to think of thyroid metabolism, sort of like a relay race.
The first leg of the race, would be at the hypothalamus and the pituitary.
These are important glands in our brains that are getting constant feedback from the body
as to how the thyroid is doing, and if the cells are getting adequately fed with active thyroid hormone.
These glands communicate to the thyroid gland itself to make adjustments when needed.
That would be leg one. Then leg two would be the thyroid gland itself,
where the hormones are being produced.
The majority being an inactive pro hormone called T4.
The T stands for tyrosine and the four represents the number of molecules of iodine associated.
Both tyrosine and iodine are building blocks of thyroid hormone.
Leg three, I would call that conversion.
This inactive thyroid hormone T4 has to be converted to the active hormone of T3 in peripheral tissues,
through a process called deiodinase, where and iodine molecule is removed.
Finally, leg four brings it home when that active thyroid hormone if then transported to each and every cell.
It is absorbed and has contact with the receptor site.
Wow. There are so many places through that entire process, through that relay race,
where you can drop the baton, right where things can go wrong.
And that is why I say, the devil is in the details, when we are thinking about the thyroid.
If you're going to fix the issues of poor thyroid function, you have to know exactly where the issue is.
A big principle of Naturopathic medicine is also to identify and treat the cause.
Right? Of an illness. So if the thyroid is under functioning,
an you are simply offered thyroid replacement, whether it is synthetic or naturally compounded,
it isn't getting to the root of the issue.
We want to ask, why?
Why is the thyroid under functioning?
is there an autoimmune issue? after all, autoimmune issues are the number one cause of hypothyroidism.
Are there not enough building blocks?
Iodine deficiency is actually fairly common.
Is there a binding problem?
Are those active thyroid hormones being bound up? Estrogen dominance can contribute to this.
Is there a conversion issue? Insomnia? Chronic stress?
These can contribute to that.
Is that active hormone not absorbing into the cell due to competition?
Or is the receptor site not responsive?
These are the questions we need to ask. As you can see, the details of the thyroid relay race
can become very very complicated.
You want to make sure you are working with a qualified practitioner that can truly think through the thyroid
and get to the root of why you are feeling symptoms of hypo metabolism.

Trump To Waste Taxpayer Money Investigating A Conspiracy He Made Up - Duration: 3:35.
Donald Trump will not give up on the talking point that millions of illegal aliens voted
in the 2016 election and they all somehow got together in a, I guess a big meeting,
and decided that they were going to vote for Hillary Clinton and that's why Donald Trump
didn't win that popular vote and by god that's the most important thing in the world right
now.
At least it is to Donald Trump.
He is so hellbent on sticking with this talking point that he's now decided we're going to
open investigations into the quote massive voter fraud that took place in the 2016 election.
Again, absolutely no facts, no statistics, no prior investigations to suggest that there
was any illegal aliens voting in the 2016 election.
Here's what we do know from election experts like Ari Berman.
There were four incidences of voter fraud in 2016.
Four.
Out of how many tens of millions of vote casts.
Four.
Four.
We're going to spend probably millions of taxpayer dollars, waste everybody's time,
investigating something that Donald Trump made up to sooth his ego.
Four cases of voter fraud and almost half of them, you know, at least two, maybe even
three, were because somebody had forgotten that they voted, or they filled out a card
incorrectly.
Not intentionally incorrectly, just incorrectly.
That gets marked down as voter fraud.
But here's the other thing, this isn't just to sooth Trump's ego, it's because the Republican
Party wants to enact more voter restriction laws all over the country.
Because right now they're not in every state, but they could be, and they will be if Donald
Trump and the Republicans get their way.
They do not want to make it easier for United States citizens to vote.
They want to make it to where certain citizens aren't even allowed to vote.
You can't even go up to the voting poll to find out that you're not on the role.
You're already told months ago that you're not allowed to vote anymore.
That's what they're trying to do.
This isn't about rejecting people at a precinct.
It's about rejecting them before they even get there.
Strip away their right to vote, from mostly Democrats and the Republicans will never lose.
Because gerrymandering is not enough.
I mean that's why the Republicans keep a strangle hold on the House of Representatives because
they've gerrymandered this country into oblivion.
That's still not enough, because demographics do change in those gerrymandered districts
sometimes.
Start to go the other way.
So we'll just keep those people away from the polls by making up these insane claims
of millions of people voting illegally in the United States election.
Here's another point, if we had millions of people voting illegally, shouldn't we just
redo the election?
I mean to me that sounds like the best solution ever.
If we honestly believe that the President of the United States honestly believes that
the 2016 election was compromised, then let's just do it over.

When I look at this ship, it just speaks seedy to me.
There's something suspicious about it.
Not only is it a reefer with a Chinese name,
indicating that it could be Chinese or Taiwanese, but now

and that's a flag of convenience.
The irony, of course, about La Paz and the flag of convenience

How to Make Chinese Garlic Chicken ~ Chinese Chicken Stir Fry Recipe - Duration: 4:22.
Tonight I am making a Chinese garlic
chicken stir-fry.
I'm Tess and I will show you how to make
this easy and healthy chinese stir-fry.
Welcome to my kitchen.
This Chinese garlic chicken stir-fry is
easy, healthy and yummy. You are going to
love this one!
Just a reminder that you can find this
recipe, the list of ingredients, and a lot
more in the show more section below.
I'm starting by marinating the chicken.
I'm using some cut bite-sized chicken
breasts but you can use chicken thighs.
Just three ingredients for the marinade...
soy sauce, rice vinegar and a little
cornstarch. Mixing it all together until
the starch is absorbed and setting it to
the side for about 15 to 20 minutes or
until I get my vegetables prepped.
This is a stir-fry and the cooking goes
really quick and you want to have
everything ready and on hand before cooking.
You can use any skillet or pan
for the stir-fry but tonight I'm using
my wok. I have my heat on high, my wok
is really hot, and I'm adding some peanut
oil and the chicken. Just leveling out
the chicken and letting it cook for a
good 20 seconds before stirring. This
will make a nice browning on the chicken
and prevent sticking. Stirring and
cooking the chicken until done and this
is going to take about five minutes.
Once done I'm removing the chicken and
setting it to the side.
Next are the veggies! I have my heat on
medium high and I'm adding some Tsang stir fry oil.
This is a high temp oil that is
infused with garlic.
It is great for stir frys and when you
want that extra garlic flavor. You can
find the products that I'm using in most
grocery stores but I will leave a link
in the show more section below where you
can purchase the products online.
I'm adding a couple teaspoons of the oil
and my onions. I have some diced onions
and some chopped whites of garden onions...
and I'll be using the greens for garnish.
Stirring and cooking for one minute.
I have a large elephant garlic bulb but
I'm using one clove. I sliced the garlic
clove into thin strips and minced the ends.
This will add different levels of
garlic flavor and texture.
This is what I had but you can use
regular garlic and add the amount that
you like. Stirring and cooking for another
minute.
Tonight I'm using some baby corn and
some mixed bell peppers but you can use
whatever vegetables that you like.
Stirring and cooking for two to three
minutes or until the veggies start to
soften. I want a lot of crunch and flavor
left in the vegetables! In goes the
chicken and all the juices. Stirring and
mixing everything together.
And we are almost done! Adding in some of
the chopped green onions for a little
pop and some Tsang's classic stir-fry sauce.
I normally make my own sauce with
some soy sauce and oyster sauce but I want
to show you how simple you can make this stir fry.
I'm not sponsored by Tsang's but it is a
good product with good flavor.
I'm not measuring I'm just adding until
I get the coating and sauce that I want.
Giving everything a good stir and cooking for one
minute and we are ready to eat!
With the garlic infused oil, the fresh
garlic that we added, and the stir-fry
sauce, this Chinese garlic chicken is a winner!
Serving tonight with some rice noodles.

5 Budget Decks That Will Get You To Legend
Whats up guys its me Jeremy!
Mean Streets of Gadgetzan is in full swing and there's a lot of really cool powerful
decks that are viable right now.
Still though, some of these decks can be pretty hard for new players to build, since they
have lots of expensive legendaries, but you don't have to break your piggy bank to be
competitive on ladder.
Today we're going to look at some of the cheaper decks that can still do well on ladder, and
also how to make those decks even more budget, so let's get to it!

First up it's Zoo, the tried and true budget aggro deck that new players have picked up
and climbed with since the Beta.
Zoo isn't as good in the current meta as it has been at some points in the past,but
people are definitely still hitting legend with Zoo right now, and the deck still has
a lot of powerful tools.
So most zoo lists in the current meta cost around 1200 dust depending on some of your
tech choices, but unfortunately they do require some wings out of all three adventures.
Unfortunately it's hard to budgetize the deck any further since the rares like doomguard,
knife juggler, and argus are pretty essential to the success of the deck.
The adventure cards are also really strong and while in theory you could cut them and
replace them with aggressive minions at the same spot on
the curve, it's probably better to just play a different deck if you can't get them.
So what might make Zoo right for you?
Zoo is good for players who like optimizing on board interactions, are very good or want
to get good at minion positioning, and enjoy dumping their hand and trying to win early.
If any of those sound like you it might be time to pick up Zoo!
Tempo Mage Sample list by Jablol:

aggressive deck that's been around for quite a while!
Tempo Mage is in a similar situation to Zoo right now, where it's not quite as strong
as it used to be, but it's definitely still a really strong deck and actually has a pretty
reasonable matchup against pirate warrior.
Now tempo Mage lists generally cost around the 3000-4000 dust range depending on some
of the card choices, but we can definitely budgetize it a ton.
Things like Greater Arcane Missiles, Ragnaros, and other late game stuff can just be replaced
with water elementals or other cards that make other matchups better.
If we also replace thalnos with either kobold geomancer or another loot hoarder, we can
actually get the dust cost of the deck to under 1500, making it a great budget option!
We don't recommend replacing Arcane Blast, since you need strong cheap removal more than
ever in this meta, so if you absolutely can't craft those it's probably better to wait till
you can before playing the deck.
As far as adventures go, this deck only needs Blackrock Mountain and Karazhan, but they
are pretty irreplaceable, since flamewaker, firelands portal, and babbling book are all
crucial cards.
Tempo Mage might be the deck for you if you like very synergy based decks, are good at
knowing when to use burn for removal and when to use it for face damage, or if you like
risking having really awkward hands for the benefit of having some insane starts.

Dragon Priest is pretty solidly positioned in the meta right now, since it's early
game lets it stand a good chance against many aggressive decks, and with things like Brann+Operative
or Brann+Historian you can definitely grind out the late game too!
The dust cost of most Dragon Priest decks is around the 2300 range, although you do
need all three adventures.
Unfortunately there's not actually a ton we can do to budgetize this list, since the
core of the deck is pretty set in stone.
You definitely need all the adventure cards, since Twilight Whelp, Brann, and a ton of
Kara cards are all pretty crucial to the deck.
Dragonfire Potion and Twilight Guardian are both super crucial as well, and they make
up most of the dust cost of the deck.
Dragon priest is a great deck for you if: you like dragons and or brian kibler, you
like having really strong early game without sacrificing too much late game, and you're
careful with the sequencing of your plays to make sure you get value out of all of your
"if you're holding a dragon cards".

consider to the best deck in the game right now!
A pretty popular list right now is the Jade version with Aya Blackpaw, which actually
costs around a whopping 6000 dust, but don't worry we can budgetize it a ton!
Aya Blackpaw is definitely a cool addition since it has good synergy with Jade Claws
and Jade Lightning, which are great aggro cards anyway, but it's easily replaced by
a Doomhammer or Azure Drake.
Thalnos is also really strong in the deck, since you want spell power to enable stuff,
but Kobold Geomancer isn't too much of a drop off, although you'll definitely miss
the extra card draw.
As far as adventures go you only need League of Explorers and Karazhan since the deck doesn't
play anything from Blackrock, but you do really need both those adventures.
This works out to the deck costing somewhere in the 2800 dust range along with adventures,
which is more expensive than most of the other decks on this list, but a pretty small price
to pay to play what many agree to be a top tier deck right now!
Aggro Shaman is right for you if: you want to win, you like extremely strong and fast
starts, and you're good at deciding when to play for board and when to play for face.

Last but not least it's Pirate Warrior!
Pirate Warrior started out as the deck to beat this expansion, and though it's receded
a little bit, since a lot of people are prepared for it, it's definitely still really strong.
Now as far as dust cost goes, Pirate Warrior runs a little over 4000 dust, obviously depending
on some of your card choices, but there are some budget additions we can make.
Although leeroy is a really good source of burst damage, we can definitely replace it
with either reckless rocketeer, argent commander, or even southsea captain to get crazier pirate
starts.
Although this obviously isn't optimal, it knocks the cost down to under 3000 dust, and
although that is pretty expensive there is another cool thing about this list.
You actually only need one adventure, league of explorers, since finley is the only card
in the list from adventures.
There's not too much else we can do to lower the dust cost, since Patches is crucial, and
all the other cards are rares and below, but if you have some dust but no adventures, this
is the deck for you!
Pirate Warrior is a great deck to play if: you love to go face, you like decks with a
lot of synergy, and you're really good at sequencing to get every point of damage that
you can.

So I'm recording this video on Inauguration day, and OMG change has been swift.
It only 3pm on inauguration day and already all references to climate change has been
deleted from the white houses official website.
How ridiculous!
But deleting something, doesn't delete the problem.
But deleting climate change isn't all hes done, we've also seen attacks on the EPA,
we've seen a guy who used to work for Exxon Mobile become secretary of state- like what
do you think he is gonna do.
We had attacks on NIH, healthcare, on the values of science and logic and reason itself.
So what are we at ScIQ gonna do about it?
So we are in a pretty unique situation, there is no outlet out there thats 100% dedicated
to covering science and politics or policy.
No one out there talks about - like spends all their time talking about what Trump is
gonna do to attack science.
Theres other like, we hear about his attack on climate change on the mainstream press,
but the mainstream press is busy talking about other things, theres no one out there that
just talks about how science is under attack.
So thats what we are gonna be doing in 2017.
Scientist and progressives have never been better allies.
We both care about what happens in the world of facts/logic.
we think that good policy decisions can be made when we actually look at what scientist
are saying, and what facts are out there.
And so theres never been a better time for SCIQ and TYT to be united in protecting and
standing up for science.
I've just been over in LA talking to the TYT team about how we can work together more closely.
And as you guys know, TYT is fundraising hard to hire new reporters and Nomiki and Shawn-
two of the new hires will be based here in the NY Studio so we will get to work together
a lot more closely.
So ScIQ will be a big part of that team holding Trump accountable on the TYT Network.
You're still gonna see a few videos from us about diet scams, performance enhancing drugs,
is weed bad for you, and all sorts of sec and the body topics, but we will be shifting
out focus to the attacks that are going to be happening on science, keeping you updated
so that when a policy comes out on capital hill that impacts the word on science, you
guys will be the first to know about it.

HAUL & WRAP UP: December 2016. - Duration: 6:12.
Hey nerds, what's up?
Today I'm going to be doing a very belated December
haul and wrap up. Let's just jump on into it.

First I want to talk about my wrap up.
I only read three books in the month of December
because I have not been reading that much lately.
But the first book that I want to talk about was
This is Where is Ends by Marieke Nijkamp.
I don't know if I'm say that right.
This is Where it Ends was such an amazing story.
I gave it a five out of five stars. I read it so quickly.
I think I read it in like two days and it is a story about
a group of kids, multiple points of view, the entire story takes place
in like 58 minutes or 56 minutes and its about a school shooting.
I loved every minute the thing, it was so tense. It made me cry.
Definitely go into it not knowing anything, which is why
I kept that synopsis nice and short.
The second book that I read in the month of December was
Let it Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle.
It's destroying my white balance so its having a hard time seeing it.
But this is a book that has three short stories that are all interweaved
and connected by the three different authors
and they're all about this little place in the middle of the east coast I believe
during the biggest snow storm of the century.
Each story takes place focusing on different characters
that are all weaved into all three stories. It was really cute,
really adorable, just a happy go lucky little Christmas book.
I really liked it. I read it right around Christmas. I gave it a four out of five stars.
The next book that I read I actually listened to on audiobook
and it is Never Fade by Alexandra Bracken.
Yes, I'm doing better guys. I'm actually reading Alexandra Bracken.
This is the second book I've ever read by her so...
I'm loving the audiobooks. So so good. I gave it a five out of five stars.
It is just continuing on the story of The Darkest Minds which
I love. So if you haven't heard of The Darkest Minds, where have you been?
Dystopian type of book where somewhere in the history
of the US, we had some sort of genetic mutation happen to them
where everyone who was around the ages of puberty
so anywhere between ages 10 through 16.
They all developed these superpowers or they died.
So one or the other. So a bunch of kids died and those who were left
have all these superpowers. The government freaked out
and they put the kids into camps, and they're in concentration camps essentially.
So we follow some kids who their story, this is the second one. Really good.
And those are the three books that I read in the month of December.
Like I said, didn't read that much but I really had a fun time
reading the ones that I did get to.
Let's get into the haul.
So the first books that I want to show off are the ones I bought myself
because I have no self control. What's new?
I bought them in November on Black Friday and I didn't receive them until December
so that's why they're in this haul. I bought them from Book Outlet.
If you don't know what Book Outlet is it's this online website
where it has really cheap priced books because its all
of the overstocked books so their content changes dramatically
and you have to get on there and buy what you want
or else it'll be gone. Especially the popular books like these I'm about to show you.
They disappear very quickly.
The first book that I bought, they're all by Cassandra Clare,
is The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, and Maureen Johnson.
Oh my god, I'm so excited to finally read this. I love Magnus Bane I'm so excited.
The next five books that I bought from Book Outlet as well...
They are numbers one, three, four, five and six of the
Cassandra Clare Mortal Instruments series, and they're the paperback versions
that make the thing. Don't worry cause I had a gift card to Amazon
from Christmas so I bought the second one from there as well.
So now I have the whole complete set. I'm so excited.
The next book I want to show you was from Sierra from sierra reads
because we did a gift exchange for the Biannual Bibliothon girls
and she sent me Schizo by Nic Sheff.
If you saw my Biannual Bibliothon TBR you saw this book
but I did not get to reading it so I definitely will be picking it up soon.
Hopefully... It sounds really good. It's about a schizophrenic boy
and he's also going through the disappearance of his little brother Teddy
so he's grief-stricken and freaking out but he can't tell what's real
because he's schizophrenic so he has hallucinations and I'm really excited to read this.
The last book that I received was from my friend Catriona
over at Little Book Owl. We just spent so much time together
hanging out at Harry Potter World and Disneyland and it was so fun
and I miss her already. She surprised me, the little monster.
I did not know she was sending me anything and then all of a sudden
I got this book in the mail and I actually cried. I teared up because
I just really am excited for this book and Catriona's so nice
and just thank you very much Catriona and she sent me Gemina - Hedwig just pooped!
It really stinks.
OK, anyway, very excited. This is the second book in the Illuminae Files
series by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman. Those are supposed to be the other way around oops.
I'm obsessed with Illuminae. I just recently read it over Thanksgiving break.
And so I'm really excited for the because its really good.

Gold Miner's Minute: Core Sample from the Homestake Gold Mine - Duration: 3:05.
- Hey, welcome.
This is prospector Jess from HuntingForGold.com
and I wanted to show you something special.
This particular sample that we're looking at right here,
is a sample, or a core sample,
that was taken from the world famous,
Homestake Gold Mine.
Embedded in this sample is a variety of things
I wanted to call to your attention.
Let's set these samples aside, these other ones.
Looking at each of these layers,
you can see this is kind of a marbleized Gneiss structure,
G-N-E-I-S-S, you should look that up.
That's a metamorphic stone, very fine grained.
Buried in the fine grains in this stone,
if you look carefully as I roll it,
you can see it kind of sparkles.
You can definitely see it on the tip here where it's broken.
That's where there's a fissure of quartz
and perhaps some calcite marble,
and what appears to be a nice layer of pyrites.
Buried in those pyrites, because they're chalcopyrites,
is probably some gold.
But in the fine interstitial sections of this sample,
you can find microcrystalline gold.
Stuff so fine you can't see it with the naked eye.
You might be able to see it with a good hand lens,
but the fact is, it's gonna be really tough.
What you're gonna have to do is have it crushed and assayed.
But that's not the real story here.
The story is the fact that they took these samples
in a rather orderly fashion.
These are diamond drilled, cylinders of gold.
Little pillars.
Each one of which tells a story, vertically,
down through the gold mine,
telling them exactly what's down below
and how much gold there is.
That helps them figure out whether it's financially
feasible to go after that gold or not.
In most cases, it's not.
But this is one sure fire way to cut down the amount
of waste and increase the likelihood that you're
gonna hit pay dirt that actually works for you.
The same thing holds true when you're sampling you're
placer mine.
You have lots of quartz and other crud to go through
to get down to the fine
or coarse gold that you're looking for.
The truth is, these samples want to be separated out
as you collect them and kept in separate vials,
so that you can track exactly where you got
what quality of gold out of your system.
Don't forget that next time you go mining.
You want a sample, whether it's a core
in a hard cord load mine,
or whether it's getting a sample from a fixed
amount of dirt out of your pay streak in your placer mine.
It doesn't matter, alluvial, mountain, I don't care.
You sample.
Sample, sample, sample, and don't forget that.

How to Get Rid of Stretch Marks With Coffee
Stretch marks can develop on your skin if you undergo rapid weight gain, weight loss,
or especially during a pregnancy.
Many people consider these marks unsightly, and a number of home remedies as well as professionally
produced products exist to combat them.
One of the most commonly hailed home remedies for reducing the appearance of stretch marks
involves the use of ordinary coffee grounds.
Learning how to get rid of stretch marks with coffee may help you improve the appearance
of your stretch marks in only a few weeks.
1.
Mix the coffee grounds with warm water.
This process is best performed using coffee grounds that have already been used to brew
coffee.
If you use the grounds straight from your brewer, you will not have to add water.
Otherwise, wet the grounds as thoroughly as possible with warm water.
2.
Mix the coffee grounds with aloe vera gel.
Mixing the grounds with aloe vera will yield a thick paste consistency that will help you
spread the coffee grounds onto your stretch marks.
Aloe vera also contains vitamins C and E, as well as other nutrients that can moisturize
your skin and encourage the stretch marks to fade.
Exact proportions are not important when mixing the coffee grounds and aloe vera.
Aim to use just enough aloe vera to hold the coffee grounds together in a paste.
Aloe vera gel can be purchased in the skin care section of most grocery stores.
It can also be harvested by slicing open the plant's leaves if you grow aloe vera as a
houseplant.
3.
Apply the coffee and aloe vera paste to your skin.
Ideally, your skin should be cleaned before applying the mixture.
Use your fingers to spread the coffee paste onto your stretch marks, rubbing it in to
ensure adequate coverage.
Allow the mixture to remain on your skin for about 20 minutes.
4.
Wipe the coffee paste away with a damp cloth.
After 20 minutes, you can simply wipe the paste off of your skin using a clean cloth
moistened with water.
Avoid using paper towels for this, as they can be abrasive on your skin.
5.
Moisturize the skin where your stretch marks are located.
To help your stretch marks fade, the skin around them will need to be well moisturized.
Apply a moisturizing lotion once or twice a day during your coffee grounds treatment.
Cocoa butter is another moisturizing agent that is reputed to help combat stretch marks.
6.
Repeat the coffee treatment daily.
Repeat the above steps once per day until you see acceptable improvement in your stretch
marks' appearance.
You should see visible improvement within 2 weeks or so.

Florida boy, 4, shoots himself in the chest after finding gun belonging to mom's boyfriend - Duration: 1:32.
A 4-year-old boy from Florida suffered a gunshot wound to the chest after he allegedly found a gun underneath a dresser in his home.
According to officers, Roshad Richardson was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida Tuesday and underwent emergency surgery.
The boy's mother, 24-year-old Delicia Forte, told Tampa Bay Times that he's in stable condition and expected to return home soon.
"The family is good. I have a strong backbone, and I'm just grateful my son is doing great," she said. "He's talking, he's alive, he's stable, he's everything."
Authorities said the young boy was in the care of Forte's boyfriend, 26-year-old Akia Thomas, at the time of the shooting.
Akia Thomas was arrested after his girlfriend's son shot himself with his gun.

Forte was taking her one-year-old daughter to daycare and 6-year-old daughter to school at the time of the incident.
Police told the Tampa Bay Times they believe the child found the weapon, a Taurus .380 caliber handgun, underneath a dresser in the home and accidentally pulled the trigger hitting himself in the chest.
Following the shooting, police arrested Thomas on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, unsafe storage of a firearm and possession of cocaine.
"He shouldn't have (a gun) around him or be around them," Col. Donna Lusczynski said in a news conference.
According to WFLA, Thomas has a lengthy criminal record, including 24 prior felony charges and five felony convictions.
