Welcome to Top10Archive!
It's always a shame to work so hard on something, put in countless hours of work only to wind
up completely hating it.
Imagine it being something that's immortalized forever in film - something that you're constantly
reminded of because people keep… well… putting it on lists like this.
For the following ten actors and actresses, this installment brings facepalms - dredging
up the movies in their filmography that they blatantly hated.
10.
Katherine Heigl - (Knocked Up) Not every actress' opinion about their own
movie matches up with the popular one, and when Katherine Heigl spoke ill about the 2007
Judd Apatow comedy Knocked Up, she was standing relatively alone.
While the movie can be credited with helping her achieve A-list status, Heigl has spoken
about how she felt it was "a little sexist" and paints women as humorless, uptight shrews.
While she later backtracked a little and called it the "best filming experience" of her career,
her words, "It's hard for me to love this movie," were already out in the open, impossible
to retract.
9.
Bob Hoskins - (Super Mario Bros.) Video game movies typically go one of two
ways - incredibly awful or mildly bad.
While the film adaptation to Super Mario Bros. is universally known for being really imperfect,
it still has a cult following.
One person not among the film's supporters happened to be one of the two starring actors,
the late Bob Hoskins.
In two separate interviews with The Guardian, Hoskins showed no restraint in telling exactly
how he felt about the disastrous production.
When asked what the worst job he's done was, what his biggest disappointment was, and what
he would change about his past, all three answers pointed right back to Super Mario
Bros.
In 2007, Hoskins recalled just how terrible making the movie was, calling it a "nightmare"
and blaming the arrogance of the married directorial team.
8.
Bill Murray - (Ghostbusters 2) Sequels are a hit or miss scenario, and Ghostbusters
2 happened to be among the few that mostly hit.
(Or, at least that's what our writer, Mark, is telling me to say.)
Though fans may always have a place in their hearts for the 1989 follow-up to the successful
supernatural comedy, Bill Murray can't quite say the same thing.
The curmudgeonly actor has spoken out against Ghostbusters 2 on several occasions, referring
to it as "rather unsatisfying" and "disappointing."
His disdain for the sequel, which ended up being a different movie than the continuation
he thought he agreed to, mainly stems from the amped up special-effects, which Murray
claims pushed the Ghostbusters and the film's story to the backburner.
7.
Christopher Plummer - (Sound of Music) "Awful."
"Gooey."
"The Sound of Mucus."
These may not be words you expect to be used to describe the 1965 classic The Sound of
Music, a movie that currently holds a fresh rating of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes and an 8/10
rating on IMDB, but they were, spoken by the film's leading male, Christopher Plummer.
During a roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Plummer revealed that his most challenging
role was his portrayal of Captain von Trapp in the "sentimental" Robert Wise film.
On why it was so difficult, Plummer labeled the movie as awful, sentimental, and gooey,
stating the difficulty in adding humor to it.
6.
Channing Tatum - (G.I.
Joe: Rise of Cobra) On some rare occasions, critics, movie-goers,
and actors all find harmony in their collective hatred for a movie.
G.I.
Joe: Rise of Cobra brought the trio together in 2009, receiving disdain and groans of disappointment
from all around.
During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, even Duke himself, known in the real world
as Channing Tatum, spoke out against the movie.
Forced into the role of G.I.
Joe's First Sergeant by a three-picture deal he had signed with Paramount Pictures, Tatum
is not shy in saying that the script wasn't any good and that he effin' hated the movie.
5.
Michelle Pfeiffer - (Grease 2) When she first took on the role of Stephanie
Zinone in the ill-fated 1982 sequel to the classic musical, Grease, Michelle Pfeiffer
was far from the household name she is today.
"[I] was young and didn't know better," she had stated, justifying why she starred in
a movie that she would later claim that she hated so much.
Speaking to Hollywood.com, Pfeiffer exclaims that she "hated [Grease 2] with a vengeance"
and "could not believe how bad" it had wound up being.
Despite the actress' own views and the overall failure of Grease 2, the movie still went
on to earn a cult following.
4.
Halle Berry - (Catwoman) At MTV's 2005 Razzie Awards, Oscar winner
Halle Berry lifted her newly acquired trophy in the air and gave Warner Bros. the best
thank you one could give after starring in the production company's bombshell, Catwoman.
"I want to thank Warner Bros. for casting me in this god-awful movie."
Berry serenaded the audience with a bitter acceptance of the movie's overall panned status,
ignoring entirely her own part in the film's negative reception.
Poll 100 people on the streets on whether or not they liked Catwoman and you'll likely
find that Berry's opinion matches the general consensus.
The movie earned 4 Razzies, including Worst Picture and Worst Screenplay.
3.
Robert Pattinson - (Twilight) When you get a chance, Google the phrase "Robert
Pattinson hates Twilight" and you'll get a surprisingly high amount of very accurate
results.
There is even a Tumblr page dedicated to Robert Pattinson hating on Twilight, but where would
people get the notion that the pasty-faced actor hated the popular film series?
Oh, just from Pattinson himself!
Over the course of many Twilight-centric interviews, the actor mentioned how much he hated his
character, Edward, and has thrown many snide comments around about the books, the series'
author, Stephanie Meyer, and the ridiculous situations that the characters continuously
find themselves in.
2.
George Clooney - (Batman & Robin) Remember when George Clooney lost his mind
for a minute and thought it would be a fantastic career choice to don the bat-cowl in the 2nd
Joel Schumacher-directed Batman movie?
He remembers it, too; but instead of being able to shrug it off like the many bat-fans
that hated it, Clooney has to live with his decision and continues to apologize for it.
During the New York Comic-Con panel for Tomorrowland, Clooney recalls apologizing to Adam West,
specifically for the suits infamous nipples and the pun-tastic Mr. Freeze.
In an interview on The Graham Norton Show, the suave actor called the movie a disaster,
confirmed that he will always "apologize for Batman & Robin", and even admitted that he
feared the film had put an end to the Batman franchise entirely.
1.
Arnold Schwarzenegger - (Red Sonja) There is no denying that Arnold has had his
fair share of terrible movies - heck, he played opposite Clooney in Batman & Robin, but the
one he pinpoints as his worst was the 1985 adaptation of the Marvel comic Red Sonja.
The Conan the Barbarian vixen had a steady stand-alone run until 2015, with a critically
panned movie thrown into the mix in 1985.
Though Conan was absent from the film, Arnold was given the role of Lord Kalidor - and he's
regretted his decision to sign on ever since.
He finds the movie so deplorable that he's claimed to use it as a threat of punishment
against his children.
Apparently, they've only seen the movie once.

They say you don't cry over spilled milk.
But how about making someone else cry over fake
spilled milk?
I would lose it if my computer got wet.
Which is why your friends are going to have a cow
over the spilled milk prank.
Here's what you need.
A cookie sheet, some parchment paper, school glue,
and an empty glass.
With some parents supervision, cut
your parchment paper to fit your cookie sheet
and place it on top.
Now, squeeze into the glue into the outline of a spill.
You know, like a splotches.
Then, fill that in with the rest of your glue.
Make sure you fill it all up.
Looking milky already.
Once you're finished, you're going to let it dry
overnight at room temperature.
Then peel the dried glue off the parchment paper.
Peel it.
Peel it.
Just peel it.
And find your victim.
And your victim's computer, tablet, or phone.
Take an empty glass, or even better,
one with some milk residue in it,
and turn it on the side next thing your friend's device.
Then put the glue blob on top your keyboard or screen.
This looks so real, I'm cringing just looking at it.

DRAMA AT IKEA (ft. ZUZIA) - Duration: 5:28.
I'm in a mood.
Zuzia's in a mood.
[Zuzia: I am not. I just hurt my thigh.]
I don't even know what this video is.
I don't even know what my channel is anymore.
(sigh) I- We're going to IKEA again because I need to buy
some fucking cushions for my couch.
'Cause, yes, I bought the couch.
But... it's um- the leg area is too big, so I need cushions
so that it's comfortable. Whatever. (sigh)
Also, my curtains are so fucking long, I need to buy
that thing that you- (sigh). Listen, toots,
it took me an hour to set up my fucking video to open
ten packages that I've gotten in the mail. (sigh)
And then I go to fucking do it and my battery on my
camera- my good kush- like, my- with-my-mic camera...
is not working because apparently it wasn't charged.
So I tried another one because I have three.
All not charged. I'm like, I charged these.
Anyways, so I tried with this camera and then
it didn't look as good. (whoo)
So I'm trying to fucking relax. Also, I'm hangry.
[Oh, no!] That's what's happening. But we're going to
IKEA and it's lunch time, which means I get to get
the good kush food, right?
You going to have some, Zuzia? [I ca- my tooth!] (laugh)
[I can't eat solid food.]
You can have, like, a water or something. [(laugh)]
#whenyouvegan #when-your-wisdom-tooth-comes-in
Okay, I didn't bring my gloves and my fingers are
freezing, so I'm going to put this away, but...
you're joining us on yet another IKEA trip.
That sounds really sarcastic. [They should pay you for advertising.]
Oh my god, they should.
Remember that time we went to IKEA like two days ago
and it wasn't busy? We're literally here
and it is packed. People are looking for parking.
I mean, yes, last time, I did come at 10:00(am)
and now it is 1:00(pm). Why are there always so many-
it's Friday afternoon. It's Fri- we used to joke around
when I was a kid, "Oh, Walmart! It's like Christmas every
day! There's always so many people at Walmart!"
Now, it's IKEA. It's Christmas every day at IKEA.
It's crazy here. Whatever. At least I get good kush lunch.
I'm so excited for those balls.
When am I not excited for balls, though?
I'm kidding. Oh my god, I'm sorry, Zuzia. (laugh)
[Gayyy!] Gayyy!
Wanna show how many people there are?
[Do you know, like, you can't even see you because the
sun's behind you, so, like, you're just a black shadow.]
Thank you. I love that. I'm like Anonymous.
I'm like giving you an anonymous tip. (gibberish)
I don't know what that was, me muffling my voice.
"This is my voice one day on sun." (laugh)
[Can I have some of your fries? Will you let me?]
[Are you gonna kill me?] Wooow.
[Why do you do it from that angle?]
Zuzia has something in their teeth and- I'm out of-
not in focus- [and I had a client, too, so that was fun.]
That sounds sexual. [It wasn't. I don't... no.]
[Stop with the angles!] (laugh) You look great.
The line for food is fucking huge. But I'm starving, so-
(laughing about bad angle)
Ohhh, yeah. And, look! Zuzia can eat.
Zuzia can eat something. [I'll try.] I pray for you.
It looks good, though. [There's chunks.]
Is that a bad thing? [For my teeth, yeah.]
Put it slowly in your mouth,
for all those people with a food fetish. (laugh)
Aw, yeah.
So guess how much time we spent in the cushion aisle.
And in the curtain aisle- not very long
because Zuzia's here.
Zuzia don't give a fuck.
[Zuzia tired.] Oh, god, this is bright.
The ain't daylight lighting, though.
Zuzia's tired? [Mhm.] Zuzia wanna take a nap? [Mhm.]
We're almost done, so that's good.
[No, I don't want to nap. I want to wake up tomorrow.]
Okay.
It's, um- it's a- "a curtain"- a curtain for your floor. (laugh)
[It's a rug.] A rug, that's it. That's the word I was
looking for. "A curtain for your floor." (laugh)
So, last time I was here, at the self-serve furniture thing,
I, um, was alone, and I had to have my carriage,
which was full, and a carriage... like, um, trolley, I guess?
What row- what row are you?
Checks Facebook messages while we're waiting. [Shh!]
Hey, Zuz. [No.]
I have a gum addiction. [It gives row 23?] Okay, 23 it is.
Don't text and drive at the same time, I see you. (laugh)
I know you love this view.
It it worth it, though, for $40?
I hate making decisions. I hate buying anything
for myself.
I miss vlogging, almost daily. I miss it and it sucks that
I can't do it. [That was a nightmare.] But I'm moving.
But I'm moving and I'm doing all these things and I
just don't have time. But once I'm all settled in,
ya'll get to see my ugly face every day-
almost every day. Calm down.
So I just spent a lot of fucking money again.
Thanks, Zuzia. (laugh) [On me.]
It's really cold. Really cold.
So, I'm freezing. I brought the car back
and now I'm walking home, but, like,
school just ended at the school beside my house
and now there's, like, kids everywhere, so I can't
really vlog, but- I just, like, walked by the street that the
grocery store's on. I should've went to the grocery store.
It is like -17 outside, it's very cold.
So I'm just going to go home and... do stuff.

Knitting Help - Magic Knot - Duration: 5:12.
In this video, I'm going to demonstrate how to do the magic knot.
And I'm doing this video because I have another video out called "Three Options for Joining
a New Ball of Yarn," and I'll give you a link to that if you click the little eye in the
upper right-hand corner.
And I put that video out, and I got a lot of feedback from people saying, "You forgot
magic knot," and I did forget magic knot.
So, I'm gonna add it now.
I'm gonna to go ahead and demonstrate this and then after that, we will talk about ways
it's good to use this and ways that maybe is not so great.
So, let's go and take a look.
This is the completed magic knot.
You don't have to join two different colors of yarn, obviously.
It's probably best to join the same color of yarn, but you end up with the knot that
is small and not going anywhere.
It's very secure.
Okay, let me show you how to work it.
I'm gonna use the same two colors of yarn, and we're going to pretend that...let's say
this is my old ball of yarn and this is my new ball of yarn.
So just to make things as clear as possible because there is a definite order to the way
that you have to do this for it to be strong and work, line things up like this, and then
take this one...the top one and put it down over the bottom one like that, and take the
bottom one, and pull it under the top one.
Okay?
See what we got there?
Now, I'm going to tie a knot here and a knot here but I've set myself up so that I tie
it the right direction.
I'm going to flip this around, and tie a knot here.
And what I did here is I have the yarn going over, just flip it under and tie a single
knot, like that.
And this one's under.
I'm just gonna tie a single knot there.
Tighten it up a little bit.
This is where the magic happens.
This is the magic part of it, I think.
You pull on the two ends, and boom, you have a knot that's not going anywhere.
And the really beautiful thing about this is that now you can cut these ends really
super short.
Like really, really short.
Like on the knot that I showed you on my finished one, I did that.
I cut it short, and then I even trimmed it down to make sure it looked as good as possible,
and that is so secure.
So the technique is pretty easy.
As long as you get yourself set up with things so you know you're doing things the right
way.
Now, the way that this would be good is if you are, let's say knitting a baby blanket,
and you need to attach a new color of yarn, and the baby blanket has some pattern to it.
This is an excellent way to secure a new ball of yarn if you're knitting something, especially
if it's machine washable, and you're giving this away as a baby shower gift, and you want
the new parents to be able to wash and machine dry it.
This is a pretty good option.
It's secure.
It's only slightly disruptive to the work on something like a baby blanket.
The times that you probably don't wanna use this are if you're knitting a sweater, and
let's say you know the front of the sweater is mostly stockinette.
If you tie a little knot like this there's...I think you're gonna have a 50-50 chance if
the knot is going to stay on the back of the work or if it's going to pop through to the
front of the work.
And if you have a sweater knit in beautiful yarn and in a lot of stockinette, and then
all of a sudden this little knot, as little as it is, if it pops through the front of
the work, it will really be distracting on that fabric or really not only stockinette,
just anytime you have something that is...where you would notice a disruption even if it's
little like this.
So especially good for things that are machine washable, especially good for things that
are not garments with a really distinct pattern where a tiny knot is going to mess it up.
And even though I've done two colors of yarn here, it's not that easy to get to do something
like this when you're working stripes because you have to have the knot come in at the very
exact beginning of the round or end of the row.
It's better just to stick with this with a single color.
Two colors made it easy for me to demonstrate, though.
Anyway, so I have added magic knot as the fourth way to add a new ball of yarn.
Hope that helps.
Good luck.

NEWS ALERT , President Donald Trump Latest News Today 1/25/17 , USA morning news - Duration: 28:43.

Trump Signs Executive Orders Renegotiating Keystone XL, Dakota Access Pipelines - Duration: 6:03.
Trump Signs Executive Orders Renegotiating Keystone XL, Dakota Access Pipelines
by Tyler Durden
Update: it's official, Trump has signed executives orders to advance the construction of the
controversial Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, according to which the US will
renegotiate terms on the two pipelines.
As part of the announcement Trump said "if the US build pipelines, the pipes shoudl be
made in the US" and added that "order streamlines cumbersome manufacturing regulations."
He called the regulatory process a "tangled up mess."
Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that the moves on the pipelines will be subject
to the terms and conditions being renegotiated by the U.S.
President Barack Obama killed the proposed Keystone XL pipeline in late 2015, saying
it would hurt American efforts to reach a global climate change deal.
The pipeline would run from Canada to U.S. refineries in the Gulf Coast.
The U.S. government needs to approve the pipeline because it crossed the border.
The Army decided last year to explore alternate routes for the Dakota pipeline after the Standing
Rock Sioux tribe and its supporters said the pipeline threatened1 drinking water and Native
American cultural sites.
According to Bloomberg's FX strategist, Vincent Cignarella, the announcement should be favorable
for the USD/CAD in the short term.
According to him, "the U.S. economy would get an immediate benefit from construction
of the project, while Canada would not gain from oil exports for at least 5 years, FX
traders in Toronto said."
Keystone project could add as many as 42,000 jobs, according to a U.S. State Department
estimates.
Keystone could help support market share but would likely exacerbate oil pricing issues,
according to TDs Mark McCormick said.
In the same view, producers are unlikely to make new investments, which is key for the
revival in economic growth, until oil can hold a $70-80/bbl range for a few years.
Earlier:
It is just day two of his presidency, and already Trump is taking a sledgehammer to
the Obama legacy: in his latest move reported moments ago by Bloomberg, president Trump
intends to sign two executive actions today that would advance construction of the controversial
Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, putting a spoke, so to say, in the train wheels of
Warren Buffett's train-based oil transportation quasi-monopoly.
The orders would fulfill campaign promises Trump made to approve both pipelines, which
face strong opposition from Democrats and environmentalists, but ardent support from
the oil industry and the GOP.
The White House said Trump plans to sign executive orders at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, but did
not provide more details, nor did it respond to the Bloomberg report.
Its unclear what exactly the orders would do and whether they would fully approve the
pipelines or take some other steps in that direction.
If fully built by developer TransCanada Corp., Keystone would run from Alberta, Canadas
oil sands to the Gulf Coast in Texas, bringing heavy oil sands petroleum to refineries.
Last month, the Obama administration ordered a comprehensive environmental impact statement
to be conducted on the Dakota Access Pipeline before any decision could be made on building
its final section below Lake Oahe in North Dakota.
Dakota Access has been the subject of internationally recognized protests that have fired up environmentalists
and indigenous rights activists.
They say that the pipeline threatens the water supply of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe, and
further development of oil infrastructure threatens the climate.
More details from Bloomberg:
Keystone was rejected under former President Barack Obama.
Trumps move on Energy Transfer Partners LPs 1,172-mile Dakota Access project aims
to end a standoff that has stalled the $3.8 billion project since September, when the
Obama administration halted work on land near Lake Oahe in North Dakota.
The moves, taken on Trumps fourth full day in office, mark a major departure from
the Obama administrations handling of the controversial oil pipelines.
The steps vividly illustrate Trumps plan to give the oil industry more freedom to expand
infrastructure and ease transportation bottlenecks.
The two projects require different approvals.
Keystone needs a presidential permit to build across the Canadian border, while Dakota Access,
developed by Energy Transfer Partners, needs an Army Corps of Engineers easement to build
under Lake Oahe.
Expect an angry reaction from Buffett, which will promptly flow through to funded environmental
protest groups, who will double down in their defense of the two pipelines, of which the
Dakota Access was the prominent center of media attention in the waning days of Trump's
presidency.

Weed Prices 2017 (Bad to Good Quality) -Brittany Smokes Weed - Duration: 4:13.
the way that it didn't crack everything
we had on the floor all thinking that
shit gets all see what's up guys thanks
for coming back for another video so today's
video I'm talking a little bit more
about the prices of weed because I feel
like the prices of cannabis is kind of
like dropping and getting lower but I do
realize that that might not be the case
everywhere in the world so I'm going to
talk a little bit more about the prices
of cannabis and why they're like so many
different prices everywhere i'm also
going to go over different prices for
different quantities of marijuana so by
the way this video is for educational
purposes only so the prices of weed just
like everything else have a lot to do
with supply and demand now an
established legal faithfully Colorado
the demand is usually pretty high but we
also some pretty high
no but we also have plenty of people and
resources you people just like working
in the industry to make sure that that
demand is met with pretty much like a
never-ending supply cannabis so because
weed is legal here and there's so much
like we're going around like the sensors
everywhere supply really isn't that much
problem there for like kind of keeps the
prices of fries down here as opposed to
other pieces now in places that haven't
legalized cannabis completely the demand
is usually a lot higher than the supply
and just got like by itself is going to
drive up prices like crazy and because
that demand is so much higher people
that are selling cannabis are usually
going to sell it for as much as they can
regardless of the quality because they
have that someone will probably buy it
like anyway and I'm bringing up quality
because quality is a major factor and
the price of your cannabis fortunately
in places like Colorado quality is
becoming less and less of a problem
mostly just like top shelf here for high
quality canvas but other parts of the
world it's not always like that usually
you can find canada
is ranging all the way from low grade up
into high great candidates like we have
here on the illegal market so here's
some quantities estimate price ranges
for low to mid grade cannabis the place
where the demand is a lot higher than
the supply so check it out
this is going to be flower that has
probably seeds in it
probably some extra stones most likely
it's not going to be cured to dried
properly so it may either be too wet or
too dry smoke you never really know and
i think that's one of the biggest risk
when it comes to buying candidates that
isn't high-grade ore high-quality now
these are the price ranges for
high-grade cannabis in the same exact
area
the prices are obviously a lot higher
here but the quality of your flower is
also gone up quite a bit you most likely
won't find any seeds at all which means
that you're going to get more flour for
your money
THC content also going to be extremely
high so you're not going to have to in
just as much to feel this xmas so
there's definitely pros and cons for
each set of canvas obviously so it's
kind of a personal choice i think it all
comes down to sleep your personal needs
your personal economic situation so yeah
it's actually it guys I hope you like

that nourish while they enhance your lips,
which is extremely handy this time of year.
They have a really cool cooling sensation
and a glossy finish, and they're really pretty
to wear on the lips.
"Dwell" Magazine and Target recently collaborated
on these really cool wingnut candle holders.
I love how modern and stylish these are.
They come in two different sizes
and they are designed to fit a multitude of different candles.
And because they come in nice, neutral shades,
they fit in perfectly to any area of your home.
- I just love her style.

Try It? or Don't Buy It! Cricut Explore Air | Sophie's World - Duration: 8:12.
Hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world
today I want to talk to you about a
machine that i bought recently it is a
Cricut
this is part of my series of try it
don't buy it because when i bought my
cricket i was i was extremely confused
as to whether or not i should buy it i
had been intrigued by the cricut machine
for about gosh four or five years it's been
out for a while and I kept looking at it
going
all I really want that but oh do I want
to spend the money and ooh I really want
that
oh but it doesn't work and ooh am I
gonna have to do a lot of learning
and I couldn't ever find anybody to just
answer those questions for me
so this is not a tutorial this is not a
demonstration this is just me answering
some of the things that I've learned
since i bought my cricket now this is
actually the Cricut Explorer One Cricut
now has Cricut Explorer Two which is
faster and has more capabilities of
doing things then this one does but
truth be told this one is completely
fine for what I use it for
so what's really cool i like the way it
opens you just push this button and it
opens up just like that this model here
now that there is now the cricut air two
is $179 when i bought it i think it was
229 but now it's 179 the cricut air two
starts at 249 and now of course this is
from cricut and this is in 2017
whenever you view this you'll have to
check the prices yourself but
here's what i want to tell you about the
Cricut the Cricut does amazing things I
work with children and I'm always making
patterns and things that I'm cutting
by hand
what's fabulous with the cricut is that
i can make 30 templates of something or
I can make 30 cutouts of something that
I can give to kids and I can do it
quickly without having the hand ache
that it takes of cutting out
something by hand
here's a an example of something that I
made on my cricket and as you can see
it's got three paper layers it's got the
word surprise
cut out i mean it's pretty fun and
intricate and this would take me a long
time to do by hand but let me tell you
this you have to design on the computer
and if you're a person who
designs regularly on the computer like I
am
it kind of makes sense i mean i use
Illustrator and art programs all the
time but there is a learning curve and
so if you're going to be designing your
own things such as this like this little
thing here you are going to need to make
sure that you give yourself the time to
figure it out now when i first got my
cricut
I was really excited and I and I opened
it up and I went online and I did
everything that I had to do and it shows
you know it gives you a tutorial and
there are lots and lots and lots of
programs that are already pre-made and
you can just buy them from cricut or
download them from cricut and it will
just boom it tells you exactly what
paper to use this that the other but
that's where you start to get into the
other thing about a cricket you will end
up spending more money than just the
Machine money because there's all these
little pieces and things that you need
you need tools and you need paper and
you need these special you know pads
that go through or work surfaces that go
through you need all the different
materials now that being said you need
the Pens you need the the blades you
need all that sort of stuff
it adds up exponentially and the other
thing too is what they don't really
really tell you is that they have the
design explorer cricut has the design
explorer which is very cool and you can
design anything you want
again you can use their programs to
create all of the different products
that they already have out there but
which are very cool by the way but you
have to pay for the subscription so it's
not much it's $9.99 a month if you do it
monthly or $7.99 a
month if you buy a year subscription
but it is it's something to consider
so here's what I would say about the
cricut it's very cool like
here's an example so this is the mat
I was calling it a pad before but this is a
mat and as you can see i designed
something which is these little hang
tags to go on bottles and cakes for my
Alice in Wonderland party and
see they just peel right off here and
they say eat me and they say drink me
and these are really really cool because
they can be cut out and just right away
placed right on the item it would take
me a long time to do this by hand or you
know purchase them even it would take a
long time finding something like this
the cricut writes on the actual product
which is very very cool so it writes and
then it cuts the one thing that I
haven't figured out yet
I just haven't had the time to figure it
out is that you can print something and
then put it in the cricut and have it
cut and I'm gonna get to that stage but
I just haven't had the time to figure it
out
so there's a lot of things that you can
do with the cricut the other thing
that's very cool about it is it will
call it will cut almost anything they're
special blades that you can buy to cut
things like leather and felt and really
stiff hard cardboard you can cut
anything from vinyl to iron on transfers
I mean you really can do a lot with the
machine so that's a plus the minus
is that there's a learning curve so
don't buy a cricut thinking oh I'm
gonna buy this cricut and I'm going to
do this project that i need to get done
for school and I'll have it done the
next day
uh-uh you gotta give yourself at least a
consolidated 10 to 12 hours to really
figure out how to use it unless you're
going to be using just their programs
and then then you're fine but if you're
really gonna be doing something of your
own like if you're a teacher and you
need to design something of your own
it's going to take you awhile to figure
this out so that's number one number two
there are additional costs over the top
of the machine
and you just have to know that that's
going to happen and they're not just you
know little costs they add up
I mean it's like ten dollars for the
pens and then like oh another twelve
dollars for the mats and oh another you
know fifteen dollars for the tools and
oh another seven dollars for the
subscription you know it just starts to
add up so base try it
don't buy it here's what i would say if
you are person if you're a scrapbooker
or if you're a teacher or if you're
somebody who's going to use this tool as
a tool and you are willing to put the
time into it to make it then it's a
great buy if you are somebody who just
wants to bing bang boom and you're going
to use it once or twice
mmm i'm going to say don't buy it so
it's a really really cool machine
don't get me wrong really cool machine
it's just gonna take some time and a
little bit of money and if you've got
both of those i'd say buy it if you
don't I'd say go to Etsy don't try it for

Best Practices for Maintaining Social Ads Campaigns - Duration: 1:59.
Once your ad is up and running, there are various techniques to optimize its
effectiveness.
One option is to target the same social ad at different demographics to see which
customer segments respond best to particular messaging.
Another is to rotate images and develop ad copy variants to test which combinations
of visuals and messaging are most effective at driving action from a specific audience.
Developing ad variations also serves to prevent ad fatigue, which occurs when
someone sees the same ad many times.
An important thing to note is while you continue to pay for impressions,
your chance of engaging users gets lower and lower.
Rotating your ads will keep your campaign fresh and relevant.
This specifically happens when advertising on Twitter, so if you want the same ad
to appear for more than a few days, you'll need to duplicate and refresh it
on a regular basis.
It's also important to note that when you promote a post or a Tweet
through a social ad, it is pushed to a much larger audience than
an organic post and often results in a flurry of social activity.
Plan to dedicate resources to monitoring your social ads so you can quickly
address questions and concerns from your audience and combat any hostile
commentary or spam if it arises.
Ad testing is a necessary, ongoing process through which you learn the best way
to approach paid social promotion for your company.
You'll want to do a lot of it in order to see what's effective and what isn't.
That said, it's always helpful to keep in mind that the ultimate goal of paid
social ads is to drive meaningful action and engagement from a pool of
well targeted prospects.

Eats Beat: Cookie dough you can eat, a whisky Cinnamon Toast Crunch cocktail and a new steakhous... - Duration: 2:29.
New to the scene...
* It's dough well spent. Put down the Nestle Toll House roll. Cookie DO NYC brings safe and ready-to-eat gourmet cookie dough to Greenwich Village (550 LaGuardia Place).
The scoop shop slings more than a dozen cookie dough flavors — like chocolate chip, brownie batter or oatmeal M&M — served in a cup or cone.
There's a new scoop shop serving cookie dough sandwiches and sundaes.

* Come for the steak, stay for the hospitality. At Royal 35 (1 East 35th St.), a sophisticated new chophouse in Midtown, you'll be treated like royalty. The customer service was just as good as the juicy double porterhouse for two dry-aged in-house for 35 days in Himalayan salt.
It's no surprise its operators cut their teeth on hospitality gigs with Mastro's Steakhouse and Jean-Georges.
Preface the meat with a seafood tower piled high with colossal shrimp cocktail, clams, oysters, Maine lobster, tuna tartare and oysters.
Save room for the homemade creme brulee.

Try it...
* At The Eddy , a seasonal American spot in the East Village (342 E. 6th St.), there's no two-hour wait for gimmicky foods flooding social media feeds. This cozy, minimalist space is the epitome of a New York neighborhood spot, filled with patrons wearing all-black and not one person taking photos of their food, even though it's pretty.
It's hard to believe this place has been around since 2014, but chef Brendan McHale's new winter menu is bound to cause some chatter with vibrant dishes like pickled mussels ($13); uni toast with scrambled egg and a shishito mignonette ($12); and a perfectly tender pork steak with polenta and braised kale ($27).

* The Spice is a perfect winter cocktail at Jams at 1 Hotel Central Park (1414 Sixth Ave.). Mixologist Frankie Gabriel shakes up warm flavors like Irish whisky, cinnamon spice herbal tea and whipped cream. It's topped with homemade cinnamon toast crunch ($16).

* A good, cheap brunch is hard to find, but Clancey (79 Clinton St.), a new, upscale comfort food spot on the Lower East Side, does it right — with a hint of umami. Formerly Yunnan Kitchen, the new spot pays homage to its roots with dishes like Yesterday's Lo Mein, consisting of noodles oozing over your dish with chunks of pork; an oyster omelette with scallions, ponzu and shrimp ketchup; and a gut-busting fried chicken and challah French toast. Bloody Marys are $7 .

Chrisette Michele didn't hesitate to accept Trump's inaugural performance offer: 'I had to go' - Duration: 2:19.
Embattled R&B singer Chrisette Michele agreed to perform at President Trump's inauguration because she wanted to use her voice for change.
The 34-year-old vocalist — who has battled backlash since signing on for the inaugural gig — admits she didn't think twice about accepting the offer to sing on Trump's behalf, because she hoped to use her platform to send a message to the commander-in-chief.
"With the entire campaign experience, I think that many of us were wondering, 'Who is he talking to?'" Michele said Wednesday on New York's "The Breakfast Club" radio show. "You would hear something and you would say, 'Why does he think it's OK to talk to 'us' like that?
' So I needed him to see what 'us' looked like because I was as confused as everyone."
Michele's decision to perform didn't just upset her fan base, however. Famed filmmaker Spike Lee responded with a vow to avoid using Michele's song "Black Girl Magic" in his upcoming Netflix series, "She's Gotta Have It."

— The Breakfast Club (@breakfastclubam) January 25, 2017
Despite the scrutiny, Michele believes she had no choice but to take the stage in Washington.
"I'm the one who feels left out," she said on Wednesday's radio show. "I keep hearing him say, or the campaign trail say, 'For the people who feel like they don't belong or who feel like they're not being heard...' And I was saying, 'I don't know if we're being heard.' So I had to go. There was no hesitation."
Michele's "Breakfast Club" appearance comes a day after she revealed to Billboard that she didn't even get to meet Trump at the inauguration, despite the ridicule she suffered through to be there.

Donald Trump celebrates presidency during Inaugural Balls
She was originally scheduled to take the mic after Trump's first speech, she recalled. But an organizer told her she would instead perform before the speech — leaving without a chance to even shake Trump's hand.
"I looked her in the eye and said, 'My family has disowned me,'" Michele continued. "'If you decide to Google me, you'll see that America is writing about me in their newspapers. I'm the black poster child for discord right now, and he's not going to shake my hand?
' So no, I didn't get to meet him."
Michele served as a headliner for Trump's inaugural performance lineup that also included Toby Keith, 3 Doors Down and Jackie Evancho, who sang the national anthem.

So I'm just going to go home and... do stuff.

EXPEDIÇÃO AGUARAY - ECOTURISMO EM FOZ DO IGUAÇU - Duration: 6:31.
Hello, folks, how are you?
Remember I told I was going to bring you
for a tour today?
Promise is a promise!
We're just like the Lannisters, from Game of Thrones
"A Lannister always pays his debts"
So, we're going to show you
the Aguaray Expedition.
It's a new tour in town
and, to explain a little bit better,
before we show it to you,
I'm here with Jefferson, one of the guides
Jeff
(like BFFs),
what is the Aguaray Expedition?
What are we gonna do today?
The Aguaray Expedition is
a tour focused on sport.
We'll go on a trail,
for around 1,2 km,
then, we'll get to the canoeing base,
put the safety equipments to go into the water...
The guides will be there, explaining everything
Then, we take off to the waterfalls.
People may also do the SUP
a new river modality here.
They've been enjoying this.
It's a little bit tricky, 'cause you gotta
find your... (balance)
Yeah! But people have fun
by doing it.
When we get back to the base,
we'll go to another waterfall, on foot.
It is a very nice activity
with, around, 3 hours.
And whoever comes, local or not,
will see that it is beautiful.
Well, you said it'll take us 3 hours, approximately.
Is there a recommendation, of who can
come on this trail, a minimum age
how does it work?
We established a minimum age of 10 years old, but
there are younger kids who come here with parents
and are also good to go.
We have the equipments for them, no problem.
But we also observe when they get here
to see is the child is fine or if there's any
walking difficulty. Some of them are able,
others, just won't take it,
they may fall on the trail, so...
10 years is the minimum age.
And what are the recommendations for groups?
What to wear?
What should they take to the tour?
Ok! Nice...
We've been having some problems
with foreigner tourists when they come,
'cause they come in flip flops, "Havaianas"...
Flip flops hamper the trail, but
for them, everything is fun.
So, we kind of banned slippers here.
'Cause they slip, so it'll be more difficult
for you to go up a ladder and walk...
You gotta be wearing comfortable clothes and shoes
Before canoeing, we change clothes.
Come with your bathing suit
put the safety equipment, go into the river,
and then, you come back and put the sneakers back on.
You may even go on your bathing suit to the last waterfall
But, to start the trail, comfy clothes and shoes.
Later, bathing suit.
Right.
So, enough talking! Just to remember:
Guys: no flip flops, ok? Sneakers!
Now you'll never forget.
Ok, enough! Let's go!
Very well, now I'm propperly dressed...
Ah, one tip: Come wearing your bathing suit.
'Cause there's nowhere to change on the trail
So, come all set and ready!
And, now, before we go to the river
we'll go put our life jacket and
all the safety equipments.
Otherwise, it's a no-no.
Helmet,
life jacket,
paddle... All set!
Right, guys?
So, let's go!
Instructions time.
I'm almost done here.
I'm going on the SUP, Stand Up Paddling,
like Jeff said before.
My paddle is coming...
Here, we have the "Ducks".
And the group is on kayaks over there.
The day couldn't be more perfect today.
Now, definitely, all set.
Let's go!
We're two here, paddling...
But I stopped for a sec to record this,
film a little. Look at that!
[PAULO'S VOICE - PRODUCER]
That's Leca...
she is supping.
So nice!
This is very nice!
We're on the Iguassu River, right?
So, here, to my left:
Brazil.
And on the other side of the river,
Argentina.
After the first waterfall,
the São João (Saint John),
we'll go downstream the river,
Easier!
A rest for the arms,
thank God!..
And, then, another waterfall!
At the end of the trail...
a moderate hiking, I confess...
the reward!
And this is where we say goodbye to the Aguaray Expedition.

Trying out how this works - Duration: 1:05.
Take an end of yarn in your left hand.
Make a loop over your index and thumb.
Hold both ends between the other three fingers and the palm of your hand.
The loose end has to be at the front, over your thumb.
Take a knitting needle in your right hand.
Place it under the yarn from back to front and turn 180°, creating the first stitch on the needle.
Pick the needle from below through the loop around your thumb.
Fetch the other yarn end.
Pull it through the loop around your thumb.
Release your thumb from the loop and pull the end of yarn even, but not too tight.
