Anytime we have PURE SOURCE LIGHT it activates dualistic human�s stuff to trigger to come
up. There have been reports lately of many going through deep Atlantean cleansings, well��
here comes a huge one�
Where there are ANY UNCONSCIOUS PROGRAMS (separation from love and unity inside), these will play
out in exterior realities. We had a huge collapse of lower density programs earlier as well.We
have observed interesting energies going on with many collectives. You shall be surprised
at what you see when you just observe.
Pay attention to your own emotions, the words that you speak, that which YOU PROJECT OUT�
this will show you anything that you have been oblivious to thus far.
Inner conflict plays out as outer conflict. Many having their ego surface. Let�s face

there is no �out there� that wasn�t created from within. There is no duality.
There are purposes, gifts. opportunities and experiences that teach/show us what is within
us/going on with us, so that we can understand. There is Mastery of all realities, not just
ourselves, but all in our reality, for higher-heart-mind soul love transcends dualistic realities completely.

Human plays the �that is against� game. Something was done �against�� which
is the separation game. The ego is antagonistic, selfish and with out thought. WE do all FOR
all, as one, as love.
Hours ago we had lower density timelines go into collapse mode, collapsing those realities
which �push� anything of those vibrations to the surface for un/conscious beings to
feel/see. One can clear these, deal with these things consciously and intentionally with
greater ease. One must be fully conscious to do this though.
Peace or struggle.. this will show you the dimension your consciousness and body occupies.

Heighten emotions are a result of timeline collapses� observe YOU and how you re-act/act

A huge breakthrough in the search for alien life is expected as astronomers begin their
investigation of a mysterious exoplanet called Wolf 1061c.
The planet Wolf 1061c is of particular interest to alien hunters because of its privileged
position relative to its parent star.
The exoplanet, which is believed to be at least 4 times as massive as Earth, orbits
its star in what is known as the �habitable zone�, a region where it�s possible for
water to maintain a liquid form.
And since the recipe for life that we know of involves liquid water, the planet�s position
could mean that it might harbor life.
Wolf 1061c orbits the red dwarf Wolf 1061 alongside two other presumably rocky planets,
all of them larger than the planet we call home.
Red dwarfs are small and relatively cool stars.
The largest of them are only half the size of our sun and their surface temperature is
less than 4,000 degrees Kelvin.
Because of this, red dwarfs can maintain the fusion reaction in their cores for far longer
than stars like our sun.
Since their fuel consumption is lower, red dwarfs can burn for up to 2.5 trillion years.
This extreme longevity could give life plenty of chances to arise, adapt and evolve.

The Wolf 1061 Solar System presents interest to the astronomical community due to the relatively
short distance that separates it from us.
In cosmic terms, 14 light years is a stone throw away and this could offer our scientists
the unique opportunity to study and who knows, maybe one day even colonize a habitable exoplanet.
Credits for this discovery go to Duncan Wright and his team of astrophysicists at the University
of New South Wales.
Using data obtained through the HARPS (High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planet Searcher)
instrument installed on the European Southern Observatory�s telescope at La Silla, they
were able to determine the orbits and masses of the planets orbiting Wolf 1061.
Scientists at the San Francisco State University believe Wolf 1061c is one of the best candidates
to receive our attention, alongside the now-famous Proxima b, another exoplanet that sits in
the Goldilocks zone where water is liquid.
But unlike Proxima b, Wolf 1061c is not a waterworld and the presence of landmasses
is a good indicator of geological processes that could favor the emergence and development
of life.
The Wolf 1061 system is important because it is so close and that gives other opportunities
to do follow-up studies to see if it does indeed have life,� astronomer Stephen Kane
told media.
Unfortunately for those who are easily excited by news of potential alien worlds, there is
no guarantee yet that Wolf 1061c would make a good home for humans or other lifeforms.
Although located in the habitable zone, the planet could orbit its star nearer the extremities
of this zone.
Too close to its star and the water would boil and eventually dissipate into outer space
as the planet is stripped by its atmosphere.
Too far and the water on its surface would freeze, maintaining its liquid form only in
oceans covered by a thick layer of ice.
Currently, Wolf 1061c is number 3 on the list of potentially habitable planets.
Due to its proximity, Mars currently holds the top position, followed by Proxima b.
With increased interest from the astronomical community, new sets of data regarding this
exoplanet are expected to be made available.
Once new details surface we can delve deeper into our imaginative exercises involving alien

romance and politics and history and

who aren't necessarily into the Regency
style stuff. You know, with balls and
English dukes and things like that. So that's a good alternative.
However if you are into balls and English dukes
and things like that, and I have
Four Weddings and a Sixpence.
This is also an anthology, kind of. It's a
collection of, they're all like related.
And the conceit here that each of the
authors has written story about one character,
all of them are from a certain school
for girls who find an old sixpence in
their bedroom and decide that it's going to be
like the lucky coin for their weddings.
So you follow them as they get married.
So that's on the sweeter side of things. If you like a
little bit of a more spicy, spice
to your romance or like just like just plain erotica,
this is my pick for you. This is The Siren by
Tiffany Reisz. This is the first book in the
original sinner series and it's about
an erotica author named Nora who is
in a consensual BDSM
relationship with her priest. Ah! It's super
smart, has tons of like
interesting theological questions going on,
lots of stuff about consent to consider.
It's also just really hot. So if you prefer
you romance on the hotter side as opposed to
like the sweet, innocent side, there you go.
OK I wanted to point out two other books that are in
this giveaway. The Magpie Lord by KJ Charles
This is a m/m, I don't know if I've ever said
that out loud. A gay romance that
takes place in I think Victorian, it's
hard for me to nail the time periods of this one,
I think it's victorian England. It's about a duke who's under
a curse and the magical practitioner who
comes to save his life but actually hates
his whole family for reasons that you
will get into. But this is like really
gritty magic, there's a mystery, the romance
is really, really sweet. I love both of these
characters and it's the first in a series. So
if you like it, you can carry on. And then I also
picked Wallbanger by Alice Clayton, which that
cover is just [laughs] yes. This is a contemporary.
So it takes place in
present day. It's about a woman who's
neighbor has really loud sex against the
wall of that they share and she goes next door
to yell at him and then discovers that
he's actually kind of awesome. So it's
like a frienamy to love kind of story but
it's hilarious. Everything Alice Clayton writes
is really funny. So check that out. And then
we have the rest.
Oo I do want to point out -- oh if you like Texas,
Reckless in Texas.
Hey oh. Got some Nalini Singh
in here, love her. This is my new
favorite romance probably ever Hold Me
by Courtney Milan.
This is a STEM romance, so both of the
characters are scientists. One of them is
also a blogger, which is really cool. It's a
very diverse cast of characters. The hero is
Asian and bi and the heroine I'm, its
kind of a spoiler so I'm not gonna like give it away
because it matters to the plot but
you'll find out. It's just really great. You should read it.

Hope you're all doing great!
Today we've got a quick unboxing and first impressions on the Moyu Magnetic skewb.
Now first things first, the shades on this thing are actually really nice.
But that's not too important.
Moving right along, the first thing I noticed is that the clicks that the magnets made are
a lot softer then ones with ball bearings.
I personally really like this.
I think once I get used to it then it would allow me to turn at faster speeds and with
less small locks a long the way.
What I really don't like though is the sound this thing makes.
The sound of the magnets clicking are a very high pitched sort of sound and along with
the really bad spring noise on some of these layers.
It's just not ideal.
But it is something that I will have to get used to I guess.
On a brighter note, the corner cutting is superb and even though you will see me lock
a bit, it is a fair bit less then on my original Moyu skewb and also I am still getting used
to the softer clicks and faster turning.
One thing that might become a problem is overshooting in solves but right now that doesn't seem
to be a huge issue so we'll just have to see.
But yeah, this is the Moyu magnetic skewb.
Really nice puzzle and will almost definitely be the one I use from now on.

Samsung Electronics posts strong earnings in Q4 - Duration: 2:26.
Samsung Electronics posted better than expected earnings in the fourth quarter.
Strong performance in its semiconductor division was more than enough to neutralize losses
from the Galaxy Note 7 disaster.
Kim Min-ji has our top story.
It was a pleasing report card for Samsung Electronics in the fourth quarter.
Operating profit came to nine-point-two trillion won,... or roughly seven-point-nine billion
U.S. dollars in the October to December period.
That's up more than 50 percent on-year,... and over 77 percent from the previous quarter.
Sales came to 45-point-eight billion dollars,... almost unchanged from last year.
The operating profit figure beats a market consensus by almost a billion dollars,...
and marks the first time since the third quarter of 2013 that the tech giant's operating profit
has topped the nine trillion won mark.
The strong earnings were mainly driven by Samsung's chip sector.
The semiconductor arm posted a record quarterly operating profit of four-point-three billion
dollars,...thanks to an uptick in memory chip prices,... and demand for chips in mobile
phones.
This allowed the company to cancel out losses from its failed Note 7 smartphone,... which
cost the company over five billion dollars.
On Monday, Samsung said design flaws and manufacturing errors in the batteries caused some Note 7
phablets to burst into flames.
Operating profit from the mobile division -- traditionally the company's cash cow -- came
to two-point-two billion dollars in the fourth quarter.
"Now that the company is looking to focus on improving safety, the launch of its next
release, the Galaxy S8, has been delayed.
So due to the absence of a new smartphone, profits are expected to stay similar to last
year."
Samsung also pointed to favorable foreign exchange conditions,... and said a number
of acquistions will enable future growth.
The tech giant also announced plans for a share buyback of some 8 billion dollars this
year -- a figure larger than expected -- which analysts believe will give shares a bigger
boost.
But for the first quarter of this year,... the company's profits are expected to dip
slightly on a quarterly basis.
"Despite strong growth expected in its memory chip sector,... home appliances' sales will
likely dip on seasonal factors,... while marketing costs from its mobile division are projected
to drag down profits.

What�s in the Newly Released CIA Files on Psychics and UFOs?

The American public can access these documents from the comfort of their homes.
Approximately 13 million pages of declassified documents from the US Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) were released online this week and are available for viewing in the CIA�s
Electronic Reading Room on its website, which can be accessed by anyone.
The documents include formerly classified information on UFO sightings, psychic experiments
and other paranormal subjects.
Where should you begin your search?
Start with Uri Geller.
According to his files, the self-proclaimed psychic was tested by the CIA in 1973 and
�demonstrated his paranormal perceptual ability in a convincing and unambiguous manner.�
That meant he was able to reproduce pictures of grapes drawn by agents in a sealed room.
The next thing to look for in the database is how this related to the development of
the Stargate Project in 1978 whose purpose was to investigate the use of such psychic
abilities, especially over long distances, in military and intelligence operations.
One document details how the CIA recruited subjects and attempted to train them to become
a psychic weapon for which there is �no known defense.�
In view of the obvious military value of being able to disturb sensitive enemy equipment,
it is to the advantage of the Army to assess the validity of the claims.
The CIA didn�t just investigate celebrity psychics and human mental weapons.
One report called �Magician Walks Into The Laboratory� describes questioning a magician
from Tbilisi, Georgia, who claimed his hands had healing powers.
Why?
It would be well to register (for example, photograph) this strange phenomenon.
Once you�ve satisfied your thirst for psychic secrets, move on to the UFO files.
One document estimated there have been at least 1,500 official reports of UFO sightings
from 1947 up until the early 1990s (documents less than 25 years old are still classified)
and 20 percent of them were listed as unexplained.
One such unsolved event occurred in June 1966 on the border between Iran and what was then
the USSR and the document included the eyewitness� description.
We suddenly observed a brilliant white sphere approximating the colouration and intensity
of [a] full bright moon.
The sphere appeared suddenly and at the first sighting was approximately three times the
size of a full moon.
Toward the end of this period it became very faint and its enormous size seemed to fill
the sky.

That witness might have benefited from reading the CIA�s now-declassified document on �How
To Investigate a Flying Saucer.� Many other reports from around the world are more descriptive,
including �two fiery disks� seen in 1952 above uranium mines in the former Belgian
Congo that made a �penetrating hissing and buzzing sound� and another 1952 UFO in Spain
seen �leaving a wide smoke trail.� This is just the tip of the 800,000-document
iceberg and you haven�t even begun to look at the Kissinger, Castro and Kennedy files.

How Weight Loss Affects Facelifts and Volume Enhancement, and Ideal Weight Range Before Surgery - Duration: 6:13.
Thank you for your question.
You submitted a single photo, a side view of your face and you are asking about how
important is being at a certain weight before facelift.
You state that you've lost 20 pounds and you are intending to lose another 30 pounds.
Well, I can certainly give you some perspective on how I evaluate people who ask me exactly
this question in my practice.
A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I've been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.
Facial aging is a very significant part of my practice and I perform all types of face
lifting surgery, everything from minimally invasive, suture suspension, all the way to
deep plane face lifting with facial implants, fat grafting etc. so I have a lot of experience
with face lifting and I can certainly can give you some guidance as to how I assess
this type of question.
So to begin with, understanding the two elements of facial aging that factor into how I evaluate
patients for facelift.
One is volume loss.
Volume loss with facial aging is particularly significant at the bone level but also at
the layer of fat under the skin.
Now beyond that, there is also a degree of sagging.
The sagging, in terms of sagging of skin under the neck, the sagging of the skin at the jawline,
the sagging of the cheek tissue.
Now that being said, it is generally well appreciated by people over 40 that when you
lose weight, you want to lose weight in other parts of your body like your stomach and your
hips but concurrently, you tend to look like you lost a lot more weight proportionally
in the face and there is a significant element of that issue factored into face lifting surgery.
So, when I talk to patients about this particular topic, someone like yourself who intends to
lose about 30 pounds, I tell them if you are within 10 pounds of your target body weight
then usually that's a comfortable zone where I feel I can very accurately do what I need
to do from a reposition or lifting procedure and very often I'll combine face lifting
with volume corrective procedures, anything from injectable fillers, fat grafting, facial
implants.
All these things essentially are to balance out the 2 elements of facial aging.
So, I think that you can probably wait a little bit and as someone who also performs body
contouring, liposuction as well as non-surgical fat reduction with laser technology, we always
understand that in general, most people have maybe a target objective for weight loss but
very often they tend to plateau at a certain point.
And so if that plateau is somewhere within the 10 lbs of your target weight, usually
that is acceptable.
In addition, you also want to think about how stable your weight will be.
If there is any concern about the stability of the weight loss then you may want to wait
for a few months to see if you're kind of holding steady at a certain level.
So again, yes, to summarize, if you plan on losing 30 pounds more, chances are it will
manifest in the facial volume and that impacts the surgical approach of repositioning as
well as the strategy of restoring volume whether it is at the time of surgery or after surgery.
So meet with qualified experienced cosmetic surgeons who can guide you along the way.
If you have 30 pounds that you want to lose in a typical, safe estimate of weight loss
is about 1 pound per week, you may want to also consider other procedures prior to that
weight loss so you can at least look your best or maybe even do things in preparation
for the face lifting procedure.

Alleged gunman in Seattle protest shooting reportedly contacted Milo Yiannopoulos for autograph b... - Duration: 2:18.
The gunman who claims he shot a man in self-defense as right-wing troll Milo Yiannopoulos spoke at the University of Washington in Seattle, reportedly asked the Breitbart editor to autograph a "Make America Great Again" hat.
The 29-year-old man sent a Facebook message to Yiannopoulos alleging he was "sucker punched" as protesters jeered the commentator's presence on the campus — and someone swiped yanked his prized red hat, according to the Seattle Times. The protest coincided with Trump's inauguration.
The alleged shooter said he wanted a new one with the conservative editor's name on it, the paper reported on Monday.
The gun-toting man was in the thick of a raucous melee within an hour of the dispatch. Gunfire erupted and struck a 34-year-old man in the stomach.
He surrendered to police hours after the shooting and told cops he thought his attacker was a white supremacist. He was later released and has not been charged in the shooting.

Yiannopoulos, who was banned from Twitter for fueling racist and misogynist tweet storms, did not respond to the message and the Daily News was unable to independently verify the social media post on his Facebook page.
The victim in the Friday night shooting is recovering and breathing on his own, according to hospital officials. He was identified by the Times as longtime activist and Industrial Workers of the World union member Josh Dukes.
He was pictured with blood splashed on his face, wearing a black jacket with several protest buttons pinned to the lapel as three friends held him up.
The labor union has raised nearly $44,000 to help pay for with Dukes' medical costs.

Meanwhile, Yiannopoulos was slated to speak at the University of California in Los Angeles but the Bruin Republicans group canceled the Feb. 2 talk in light of the violent protests.
"We were unable to accommodate the long list of requirements that were set forth by Milo's team," the college group said in a statement issued Monday night. "Furthermore, as observed throughout his previous college engagements, protesters at Milo's events can become violent, threatening the safety of our members, administration and surround community."
"We as a club support free speech no matter the viewpoint, yet everyone's safety is of our utmost concern."

A huge breakthrough in the search for alien life is expected as astronomers begin their
investigation of a mysterious exoplanet called Wolf 1061c.
The planet Wolf 1061c is of particular interest to alien hunters because of its privileged
position relative to its parent star.
The exoplanet, which is believed to be at least 4 times as massive as Earth, orbits
its star in what is known as the �habitable zone�, a region where it�s possible for
water to maintain a liquid form.
And since the recipe for life that we know of involves liquid water, the planet�s position
could mean that it might harbor life.
Wolf 1061c orbits the red dwarf Wolf 1061 alongside two other presumably rocky planets,
all of them larger than the planet we call home.
Red dwarfs are small and relatively cool stars.
The largest of them are only half the size of our sun and their surface temperature is
less than 4,000 degrees Kelvin.
Because of this, red dwarfs can maintain the fusion reaction in their cores for far longer
than stars like our sun.
Since their fuel consumption is lower, red dwarfs can burn for up to 2.5 trillion years.
This extreme longevity could give life plenty of chances to arise, adapt and evolve.

The Wolf 1061 Solar System presents interest to the astronomical community due to the relatively
short distance that separates it from us.
In cosmic terms, 14 light years is a stone throw away and this could offer our scientists
the unique opportunity to study and who knows, maybe one day even colonize a habitable exoplanet.
Credits for this discovery go to Duncan Wright and his team of astrophysicists at the University
of New South Wales.
Using data obtained through the HARPS (High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planet Searcher)
instrument installed on the European Southern Observatory�s telescope at La Silla, they
were able to determine the orbits and masses of the planets orbiting Wolf 1061.
Scientists at the San Francisco State University believe Wolf 1061c is one of the best candidates
to receive our attention, alongside the now-famous Proxima b, another exoplanet that sits in
the Goldilocks zone where water is liquid.
But unlike Proxima b, Wolf 1061c is not a waterworld and the presence of landmasses
is a good indicator of geological processes that could favor the emergence and development
of life.
The Wolf 1061 system is important because it is so close and that gives other opportunities
to do follow-up studies to see if it does indeed have life,� astronomer Stephen Kane
told media.
Unfortunately for those who are easily excited by news of potential alien worlds, there is
no guarantee yet that Wolf 1061c would make a good home for humans or other lifeforms.
Although located in the habitable zone, the planet could orbit its star nearer the extremities
of this zone.
Too close to its star and the water would boil and eventually dissipate into outer space
as the planet is stripped by its atmosphere.
Too far and the water on its surface would freeze, maintaining its liquid form only in
oceans covered by a thick layer of ice.
Currently, Wolf 1061c is number 3 on the list of potentially habitable planets.
Due to its proximity, Mars currently holds the top position, followed by Proxima b.
With increased interest from the astronomical community, new sets of data regarding this
exoplanet are expected to be made available.
Once new details surface we can delve deeper into our imaginative exercises involving alien
life, what it might look like and where we could find it.

Pyongyang might be preparing for an intercontinental ballistic missile launch off its east coast.
The article written by Joseph Bermudez says the pictures show that the regime is re-grading
roads at the Kalma missile test site and paving them with gravel,... which means it's making
improvements to launch a missile that's heavier than its Musudan intermediate-range ballistic
missile.
North Korea carried out at least four Musudan tests from the same site last year.
South Korea's defense ministry says that it is keeping a close eye on the regime.
"South Korea and the U.S. are looking out for possible ballistic missile provocations
from the North.
North Korea conducted several missile tests on the site last year and currently seems
to be maintaining its existing facilities."
South Korea dispatched to the East Sea... an additional Aegis destroyer, which has a
radar range of up to two thousand kilometers.

When Should You Try to Get Published? - Duration: 3:23.
Hi community of awesome, I'm Ava Jae, and this is bookishpixie.
So, question in the comments, here we go.
"Some authors suggest putting aside your first book and writing a few more before publishing.
Do you agree with this?
I know that you wrote quite a few manuscripts before being published, so what's your opinion?"
So that's definitely true that I wrote a lot of manuscripts before getting published.
BEYOND THE RED was my tenth manuscript, and it was the fifth book that I tried to get published.
The thing is, though, the right answer to this question is going to vary person-to-person.
I think the most important thing is not to rush.
It takes time to get your writing to the level where it's ready to get published, and it
also takes a lot of working with other people like critique partners.
Writing a book and learning how to do it is really hard.
There are _so_ many components were you can mess up and it's a never-ending learning process
really, but to get to the level where you've made those foundations strong enough where
somebody is going to say, "Yeah, this writer is ready to be represented and I want to sell
this manuscript," it takes a lot of time.
On one hand, I wish that I hadn't put so much pressure on myself to try to get the first
four out of five manuscripts that I wrote published because they weren't ready and I wasn't ready.
But on the other hand, going through that process again and again and yes, getting rejected
over and over and over again was a learning process that I learned a lot from, so I don't really regret it, either.
But I really made it a lot harder for myself than I needed to because I put so much pressure
on myself to get published that getting those rejections for years and years was really hard.
And I mean, getting rejected is hard enough when you're not making yourself feel bad about it.
I'm not going to say that it's impossible to get your first manuscript traditionally
published, because it's not.
But it's definitely not the norm.
And I've said this before and I'll say it again, but I am so grateful that self-publishing
wasn't as big when I was first learning how to write, because I would have self-published
those early manuscripts and I would have regretted it.
Seriously writers, take your time.
You need it to prepare yourself and you need it to prepare your writing.
I took a survey back in 2015 where I asked traditionally published writers how many manuscripts
they'd written before debuting.
The survey actually spread through Twitter a decent amount and I got over 200 responses
from published authors, including some major authors in there, so I got some pretty decent statistics out of it.
Out of the respondents, 16.2% debuted with their first-ever manuscript.
That included responses from authors who had worked on that single book for years, or sometimes
even over a decade.
But that of course means 83.8% did _not_ debut with their first-ever manuscript.
Two-thirds of the respondents had written and put away at least two manuscripts before
they debuted with a new one.
So all of this is to say that writers usually write more than one manuscript before they get published.
I'm not going to say don't try to get your first manuscript published, but I will say
don't pressure yourself to.
And if it doesn't work out with your first, second, third manuscript et cetera, don't get down about it.
You are one of many.
A lot of writers write many, many, many manuscripts before they get published.
I mean, I had to write and put away nine different manuscripts before I wrote the one I would debut with.
Don't pressure yourself to do something you're not ready for, and don't get discouraged if
it doesn't work out right away.

British government must obtain Parliament OK to begin Brexit process - Duration: 3:08.
LONDON — Britain's government must get parliamentary approval before starting the process of leaving the European Union, the Supreme Court ruling Tuesday, potentially delaying Prime Minister Theresa May's plans to trigger negotiations by the end of March.
The ruling forces the government to put a bill before Parliament, giving pro-EU politicians a chance to soften the terms of Brexit — Britain's exit from the EU. "Leave" campaigners had objected, saying Parliament shouldn't have the power to overrule the electorate, which voted to leave the bloc in a June 23 referendum.
May had said she would use centuries-old powers known as royal prerogative to invoke Article 50 of the EU treaty and launch two years of exit talks. The powers — traditionally held by the monarch —permit decisions about treaties and other issues to be made without a vote of Parliament.
"The referendum is of great political significance, but the act of Parliament which established it did not say what should happen as a result, so any change in the law to give effect to the referendum must be made in the only way permitted by the U.K. Constitution, namely by an act of Parliament," the president of the Supreme Court David Neuberger said in reading the judgement.
"To proceed otherwise would be a breach of settled constitutional principles stretching back many centuries," he said.
The case was considered the most important constitutional issue in a generation, clarifying who ultimately wields power in Britain's system of government: the prime minister and her Cabinet, or Parliament.

Financial entrepreneur Gina Miller sued to force the government to seek Parliamentary approval before invoking Article 50. Leaving the EU will change the fundamental rights of citizens and this can't be done without a vote of lawmakers, she argued.
May had argued the referendum gave her a mandate to take Britain out of the 28-nation bloc and that discussing the details of her strategy with Parliament would weaken the government's negotiating position.
The decision doesn't mean that Britain will remain in the EU. But it could delay the process.
"Today's result comes as a surprise to no one. Unfortunately for businesses and other institutions, Brexit still means uncertainty," said Phillip Souta, head of U.K. public policy at Clifford Chance.
"Parliament remains divided and the outcome of the negotiations remain unknown."
Legal experts suggest that May's government will introduce an EU bill quickly and keep the scope of the legislation narrow — focusing solely on triggering Article 50 - in order to limit the chance for amendments that could delay a vote. However, the bill could still be subject to delay in the unelected House of Lords.

"Defeat in the House of Lords would not stop Brexit from happening, but it could delay it until mid-2020," Souta said.
Miller, who founded SCM Direct, an online investment manager, had argued the case wasn't about blocking Brexit. Instead, she said, it was about "democracy" and the "dangerous precedent" that a government can overrule Parliament.
The case revolved around an argument that dates back almost 400 years to the English Civil War as to whether power ultimately rests in the executive or Parliament.
Underscoring the importance of the case, May put Attorney General Jeremy Wright in charge of the legal team fighting the suit. Wright had argued the suit is an attempt to put a legal obstacle in the way of enacting the referendum result.
