In a candid interview with Pravda, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated implicitly
that he would tell the world about Nibiru if Donald J. Trump loses the presidential
election.

and Trump.
Putin promised to remain silent about Nibiru, and in exchange, Trump vowed to dismantle

A Foreign Service Report, translated by the Russian Ministry of Defense, details Putin�s
inner turmoil: �President Putin no like Hillary Clinton Lady.

When President Putin and Mr. Trump met, we had no doubt he would be next American President
and reveal Nibiru.

According to usually reliable sources, Putin has a hidden broadcasting location in an underground
bunker somewhere in the enclave of Kaliningrad.
From this secret fortress, Putin will act quickly and decisively, before Hillary Clinton
has an opportunity to launch an offensive that would forever scuttle his chances of
eviscerating the Nibiru cover-up.
�We have no doubt that Hillary Clinton is prepared to take any and all actions to prevent
Nibiru disclosure,� a source within the Kremlin said.
�She may even try to drone strike President Putin.

That comment represents an alarming revelation: it implies that Hillary Clinton is willing

So the Africans don't even have one toaster each.
The Indians — they got a toaster and a half.
China happens to be today right about at the world average.
They all want 11 toasters.
In this century, they're all gonna go to 11 toasters.
Hot places want air conditioning.
People want computers.
They want transportation.
They want all the things that we have.
And you can't deny it to them, how could you stop them?
So what that means is, we're going to grow the whole world's energy supply by a factor
of five this century.
So if you think about the real energy problem for the 21st century, it's not to say, how
can we cut the US back a bit?
How can we cut western Europe back?
No.
It's about how we can let the rest of the world in on the lifestyle that we have.
I think that's the real challenge is: can you step forward and do that?

Hey everyone, welcome to #SpinaBifida
(upbeat music)
So I wanted to have a casual conversation on
UTIs
Urinary Tract Infections.
A lot of people who have Spina Bifida, including myself,
Are very prone to having UTIs.
They can be painful, and they can be annoying.
So I thought I'd share a few tips that
I've gathered over my 24 years of life
on trying to manage UTIs.
And maybe they'll work for you.
So as you know, I wear pads all the time.
And that can help increase UTIs.
So if you're someone like me that wears pads,
make sure you always carry extra with you
that way you can change them frequently.
A little bit expensive to change them as often.
But it helps.
Now, every time I go to the bathroom,
this is something I've recently been doing.
But I've seen that it's helped me.
I usually have a small pack of like wipes
in my back pack.
And I take it with me
wherever I go.
(bag crumples)
Right now I use these "Huggies" ones.
Um, this one is a more natural one for sensitive skin.
And it just helps
give a little cleanliness too when going to the bathroom.
And I've noticed that I do not have any pain,
not having any symptoms of a UTI.
Another thing that you can do is drink cranberry juice.
I do buy cranberry juice more often now.
I don't like the taste of cranberry juice but
I'm getting use to it.
But I have found at CVS,
and Rite Aid, Walgreens or...
I haven't looked at the grocery stores, but I'm sure it's there.
There's little chews of cranberries that you can take a day.
That help prevent UTIs.
And then I also found, this little thing.
This thing is the "Crystex Cranberry Urinary Health
Complex".
And you take a tablespoon daily for your urinary health
and it has worked so far.
And I think I'm going to use this for a little bit longer
and not buy cranberry juice.
This actually taste like Teriyaki sauce.
Which is a little off putting, I like the taste of Teriyaki but
I don't like this as much but I can
definitely tolerate this more than drinking cranberry juice.
And of course, I think one of the best ways
to also help prevent a UTI
while incorporating all the things that I mentioned
is to drink water.
I drink a lot of water.
Mainly everything I drink is water and that has helped
me tremendously.
And it's good for your urinary health.
So do that.
These are my little things
um
about UTIs that I do to help prevent them.

U.S. State Dept. urges N. Korea to refrain from further raising tensions - Duration: 0:52.
The United States is calling on North Korea stop raising tensions,... in the wake of signs
Pyongyang has resumed operations at its main nuclear facility.
State Department spokeswoman Katina Adams told Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency on Monday
local time,... that the U.S. is urging the North to "refrain from actions and rhetoric
that further raise tensions in the region" , as well as to focus on fulfilling its obligations
in the international community.
The State Department refused to confirm the nuclear activities suggested by U.S.-based
North Korea monitoring group 38 North last Friday,... saying it won't comment on matters
of intelligence.
The website released recent satellite images that show North Korea appears to have restarted
its five-megawatt plutonium producing reactor in Yongbyon.

U.S. 7th Fleet Command Video - Duration: 7:26.
For more than 70 years, U.S. Seventh Fleet has maintained a continuous
forward presence in the Indo-Asia Pacific, while partnering with neighboring
countries to ensure peace and stability in the region.
Being forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan allows U.S. naval
forces in the Indo-Asia Pacific to be ready to respond immediately
to our partners and allies in their time of need.
U.S. Seventh Fleet has a rich history.
On March 15th 1943 U.S. Seventh Fleet was officially established in Brisbane, Australia
by General Douglas MacArthur.
After World War II, Seventh Fleet headquarters moved for a time
to Shanghai, China, then to Subic Bay, Philippines, and finally to Yokosuka,
Japan aboard the flagship USS BLUE RIDGE, where it has been since.
Today, Seventh Fleet is the U.S. Navy's largest forward-deployed fleet.
At any given time, there are between 50-70 ships
in the area of operations, 140 aircraft, and roughly 20,000 Sailors based
throughout the region.
Our area of responsibility spans more than 124 million
square kilometers, from the international dateline to the West coast of
India and North of the Kuril Islands, to Antarctica in the South.
This region includes 36 maritime nations and more than 60% of the world's population,
five of the largest foreign militaries, and home to five of the
U.S.' Mutual Defense Treaty Allies, which include the Philippines, South
Korea, Australia, Thailand, and Japan.
U.S. Seventh Fleet has a strong bilateral relationship with Japan and is the
linchpin of the 7th Fleet's forward presence, as ships, aircraft and forces
are forward deployed to five installations in Japan.
This region has grown to become the heartbeat of global maritime commerce.
With over 5 trillion dollars of global trade that passes through this
region, Seventh Fleet's primary mission is to keep the shared commons open
and accessible to all to ensure economic growth and prosperity continues to
benefit everyone, not only in the region, but globally.
We team up with Allied and partner nations through more than 150 bilateral
and multilateral exercises every year to build, exchange, and work together
to solve common core problems, such as humanitarian and disaster response,
terrorism and drug and human trafficking.
By working together, promoting and operating in accordance with international
law and norms, a strong framework of mutual trust and cooperation
is built that provides the region with a more secure future.
Seventh Fleet consists of 11 specialized warfare task forces.
This allows the commander the flexibility to create specific
warfare packages to meet mission requirements and respond quickly to
a crisis.
CTF-70, Battle Force Seventh Fleet commands all aircraft carrier strike
groups and independently deployed cruisers, destroyers and frigates who are
forward-deployed or assigned to the 7th Fleet area of operations in support
of strike warfare, anti-surface, anti-air and anti-submarine warfare, with
USS RONALD REAGAN and Carrier Air Wing Five the centerpiece.
CTF-71, Commander, Naval Special Warfare Unit One deploys Special Warfare
Forces (including SEALs) for operations abroad in support of Fleet and
national interests in exercise, contingency, and wartime requirements.
CTF-72, Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Force, conducts intelligence,
surveillance, and reconnaissance flights using P-3 Orion and P-8 Poseidon
maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft in anti-submarine patrols,
surface searches and search-and-rescue missions.
CTF-73, Commander, Logistics Force Western Pacific, provides supplies from
Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oilers, ammunition and supply
ships to naval forces operating around the 7th Fleet.
CTF-74, Commander, Submarine Force, serves as the theater anti-submarine
warfare commander for 7th Fleet, coordinating and controlling attack and
guided missile submarine operations.
CTF-75, Commander, Expeditionary Forces, streamlines the command and control
of 7th Fleet Expeditionary Forces which include an Explosive Ordinance
Disposal (EOD) unit, Coastal Riverine and Seabee units.
CTF-76, Commander, Amphibious Force, conducts amphibious warfare operations
ranging from humanitarian relief to full combat operations as part of the
Navy-Marine Corp Team.
CTF-78, Commander, Naval Forces Korea, serves as the 7th Fleet's principal
liaison to the Republic of Korea Navy and coordinates all exercise and
operational matters involving the U.S. Navy in Korea.
CTF-79, Commander, Landing Force, provides Marine Air Ground Task Force /
Joint Task Force capable headquarters that can rapidly deploy naval and / or
land-based forces in order to fulfill operational requirements.
CTF-7J, Commander, Naval Forces Japan, serves as a liaison to the Japan
Self-Defense Forces for alliance management, political-military engagement
and bilateral planning and coordination efforts.
They manage 6 installations which provide shore-based critical infrastructure
essential for sustaining 7th Fleet maritime operations and enables
Fleet, Fighter, and Family readiness.
CTF-7M, Commander, Naval Forces Marianas, oversees support services,
policies and resources to Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of Palau,
and Federated States of Micronesia.
Joint Region Marianas is symbolic of the historic partnership between the Navy and
Air Force on Guam.
The commitment of Seventh Fleet can be seen in the faces of our Sailors.
Our daily patrols and engagements in the Indo-Asia
Pacific waters provide opportunities for our Sailors to meet our
Allies and partners face-to-face.
Our ships and crews make over 300 port visits every year in order to build
and maintain meaningful relationships between our Sailors and host nation
friends.
Through these personal experiences; trust, cultural understanding
and meaningful cooperation grows which creates a positive environment for a
lasting stable and peaceful region.
Over the last 70 years, the men and women of Seventh Fleet have been here to
assist our allies and partner nations when called upon.
