Greetings Pokefans!

Michael here.

So I've been watching a lot of Pewdiepie videos lately, and one thing that he does

that I've noticed makes jokes more funny is when he ZOOMS IN ON HIS FACE...so yeah

I think that's something I want to start doing for more fun.

So now that Pokémon Sun and Moon have been out for just over 2 months, the vast majority

of you have probably completed the main story, and a solid chunk of you may have completed

the Pokedex as well and received the shiny charm, like myself.

Because of that, you're probably looking for things to do in the postgame.

Competitive battling is an option, but if you're like me and don't want to do that

and the Battle Tree proves too difficult and frustrating, one thing many have turned to

is shiny hunting.

Shiny hunting is bigger than it's ever been before, with shiny Pokémon regularly appearing

on my twitter feed from all sorts of different people.

Now while I'm not much of a shiny hunter myself, seeing all this has me itching to

get into it and start some hunting of my own.

So in this video, I'm going to be counting down what I believe to be the coolest shiny

Pokémon to hunt for in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

These Pokémon will be ones currently available in Sun and Moon and therefore won't include

any Pokémon that you have to transfer in.

In addition to that, this video will mostly feature fully evolved Pokémon that you can't

catch in the wild or hatch so therefore you can't actually hunt for that Pokémon specifically.

However since the end goal of hunting for pre-evolutions is usually a shiny final evolution

and most of the time I like the final evolved shiny better anyways, those will be what I

discuss.

So be sure to comment below what Pokémon you think have the coolest shinies, leave

a like on the video, and subscribe if you haven't, and without further ado, here are

the top 10 coolest shiny Pokémon to hunt for in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Number 10 - Umbreon

Umbreon is my favorite eeveelution, but I also think it has the coolest shiny form of

all of them as well.

Changing the yellow rings to a sleek blue looks awesome, and that combined with the

yellow eyes truly makes it seem like a unique creature of the night.

There are two ways to get a shiny Umbreon: Masuda Method or SOS chaining.

Masuda Method for those who don't know is where breeding two Pokémon from two different

national origins increases the chance of the hatched Pokémon being shiny.

So to get a shiny Umbreon, you could breed for a shiny Eevee and evolve it through friendship.

SOS chaining, where you keep a battle going due to one Pokémon calling for help, also

works well since the chance for a shiny Pokémon appearing goes drastically up the more Pokémon

arrive in the battle.

You can SOS chain for shiny Eevees on Route 4 or 6, but if you chain at night and you're

extremely lucky, the Eevee might even call a shiny Umbreon.

That's a very small chance so you're probably better off catching a shiny Eevee and evolving

it, but who knows?

Number 9 - Aegislash

Aegislash's shiny was the best Gen 6 shiny in my opinion, and I know many people agree

with me since I saw shiny Aegislash everywhere...although with the competitive scene everyone saw Aegislash

everywhere but whatever.

I think Shiny Aegislash looks a lot more badass than regular Aegislash, mainly because of

the dark grey blade, glowing yellow eye, and red coloring along the edge of the blade that

kinda looks like blood.

I personally think this should have been the regular coloring they went with because it

looks so awesome.

If you want a shiny Aegislash, you have to either Masuda Method breed for Honedge or

soft reset for Honedge with Island Scan.

I personally recommend doing the Masuda Method, since Island Scan would be much harder.

First you have to Island Scan for it on Akala Island on a Wednesday, then once you get to

the area where it is, you have to soft reset for it since Island Scan Pokémon don't

call for help.

Now while this is more time consuming, it's actually a big challenge since you only have

one real-time hour before it disappears and you have to wait for your scanner to recharge

before you can try it again.

So yeah, Masuda Method is probably the way to go.

Number 8 - Vikavolt

Vikavolt is my favorite Gen 7 Pokémon, and I am very happy that its shiny form is really

cool as well.

The sleek silver makes it seem metallic and fierce, but the green pincer stripes and bright

red face add vibrancy to it that makes an awesome looking contrast, almost like a high

tech computer with cool LED lights.

If you want a shiny Vikavolt, you can either Masuda Method breed for Grubbin, SOS chain

for Grubbin on Routes 1, 4, 5, or 6, or SOS for Charjabug at Blush Mountain.

I personally recommend SOS chaining for Grubbin, since it would likely be less time consuming

than Masuda Method, and Grubbin is much more likely to call for help than Charjabug.

Number 7 - Braviary

I didn't actually know Braviary had a cool shiny form until I started making this video,

but holy crap it looks awesome.

What changes for 'Murca bird here is that it switches the red and blue on its back and

it shifts its belly plumage to be more brown than navy, and I think it looks really good.

That shade of blue is probably my favorite color, and keeping the same general theme

of colors but switching their locations around is one of the best ways to make a shiny Pokémon

in my opinion.

If you want a shiny Braviary, it'll depend on which version you're playing.

If you're in Moon, your only option is to Masuda Method breed for Rufflet.

However if you're playing Sun, you of course still have the Masuda Method option, but you

can also SOS chain for Rufflet on Route 3 or Braviary on the Poni Plains.

I personally recommend SOS chaining for Rufflet, since it is substantially more likely to call

for help than Braviary is.

Number 6 - Decidueye

Merry Christmas suckas!

Shiny Decidueye is here to bring Christmas cheer all year round with his arrows of yuletide

spirit.

Literally every aspect of Shiny Decidueye is Christmas-y and I love it.

Its wings look like a christmas tree speckled with snow, its hood is like a wreath, and

it even has a red gift bow right under its face.

I love it so much.

Delibird may always be the go-to Christmas Pokémon, but I think Shiny Decidueye is the

uncontested runner-up.

If you want a shiny Decidueye, you probably will have to Masuda Method for it.

The only way to get a Rowlet in your own game is to hatch it or start with it, so while

you could soft reset at the beginning of the game like my friend thesupremerk9s did, I

doubt you're going to want to since you'd either have to start your game over or buy

another one.

Also the cutscene is like 3 minutes so you have to have god-like patience, which Dallas

obviously does.

Number 5 - Lycanroc

I personally think Midday Lycanroc is the better of the two forms, but this entry is

for both of them because I think both shiny forms look great.

Both are blue, which as I said before is my favorite color, but even if it wasn't I

think the blue coloring fits them really well.

Shiny Midday Lycanroc looks like a steely fierce winter wolf, and shiny Midnight Lycanroc

looks like a different breed of werewolf, which of course still looks really cool.

If you want a shiny Lycanroc, you can either Masuda Method breed for Rockruff, SOS chain

for Rockruff in Ten Carat Hill's Farthest Hollow, or SOS chain for either form of Lycanroc

in Vast Poni Canyon.

Assuming you're playing the version that will make Rockruff evolve into the form that

you want, I recommend SOS chaining for Rockruff, since it calls for help more than Lycanroc

and it will likely be faster than Masuda method.

Number 4 - Palossand

Lots of people have praised shiny Palossand, and I agree with them.

Alola features 2 black sand beaches, so making the shiny sand castle Pokémon the color of

a different kind of sand is really creative.

And in addition to its cool inspiration, it looks awesome.

If you want to find yourself a shiny Palossand, you can either Masuda method or SOS chain

for Sandygast on Hano Beach.

I, like the other entries, recommend SOS chaining.

Tends to be more successful from what I've seen.

Number 3 - Golisopod

When I first saw shiny Golisopod, I immediately wanted one.

The white coloring with the blue spots and red...face stuff...looks really badass.

Like a winter trilobyte of death.

I want one.

Unfortunately, WImpod doesn't call for help, so if you want a shiny Golisopod, you'll

either have to masuda method or soft reset for a wild one on Route 8, the Poni Wilds,

or the Poni Breaker Coast.

Obviously Masuda Method is better in this case since the chances are higher.

Number 2 - Gigalith

Gigalith is my favorite rock type Pokémon, partially because a four legged stone creature

with red spikes coming out of it looks awesome, but also because its shiny form is one of

my favorites of all of them.

Changing the red spikes to a bright electric blue looks epic, and I really want one of

my own.

If you want a shiny Gigalith, you can Masuda method breed or SOS chain for Roggenrola in

Ten Carat Hill or for Boldore in Vast Poni Canyon.

SOS chaining for Roggenrola will likely lead to success the quickest, but it might get

frustrating due to Sand Attack and Sturdy.

Trust me on this one.

But one way to get around it is to use a Keen Eye Toucannon with Bullet Seed.

Which I still need to make.

I need one of these.

Number 1 - Minior

I really like Minior a lot.

It's adorable, has an interesting gimmick, and is surprisingly pretty good in competitive.

But I also really like how it has a bunch of different color options, making it so each

Minior is differentiated from the others.

It seems like this aspect of it would make its shiny form tricky to design, but I think

shiny Minior is perfect.

Making it black, the absence of all colors, with speckles of all of Minior's other color

options looks SO COOL.

I NEED IT.

If you want a shiny Minior, your only option outside of random encounters is to Masuda

Method breed.

It can't call for help, but even if it could, it would probably blow itself up with Self

Destruct and end the battle anyways.

On the bright side, Minior hatches in shields down form.

Could you imagine having to take every baby Minior into battle and half its health so

you can see what's under its shell?

Only masochists would have shiny Miniors if that were the case.

So there we have it!

Those are the Top 10 Coolest Shiny Pokémon to hunt in Pokémon Sun and Moon...in my opinion

of course.

But whatever shiny Pokémon you decide to hunt, I wish you the greatest of successes.

Water slides are the landmark of any good water park, but there typically isn't much

separating one slide from the next.

If you've grown bored of the same tedious drops time and time again, you'll want to

pay attention.

For this Archive, we're unpacking the thrills and going to great heights for the top 10

most insane water slides in the world!

10.

Insano – Beach Park, Fortaleza, Brazil We love the name, we love the look, and we

can definitely get behind the 62-mile or 105-kilometer per hour drop that comes with a ride down

Insano at Beach Park in Brazil.

This is a simple, no frills water slide that aims to do nothing more than displace one's

stomach into their chest.

Riders start by creeping towards the impending drop before, without warning, they're sent

134 feet or roughly 41 meters down a straight and narrow decline.

Within 5 seconds, sliders are met with water up their nose.

Even if you're not a thrill-seeker, there's an amazing view at the top.

Jumeirah Sceirah – Wild Wadi Waterpark, Jumeirah, Dubai

If speed is your vice, then you'll want to set your sights on Wild Wadi Waterpark

in Jumeirah to experience the free-fall water slide, Jumeirah Sceirah.

Guests start by ascending a 104-foot or 32-meter-high tower that overlooks the expanse of the waterpark.

A capsule awaits, where guests stand on a floor that drops away from beneath them, sending

them speeding down the slide at upwards of 50 miles or 80 kilometers per hour.

393-feet or 120-meters of slide rush later and in just a few seconds, guests will be

safe and sound in the slide's slow-down pool.

Scorpion's Tail – Noah's Ark Waterpark, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

Waterslide engineers aim to push the limits of their craft, and the minds behind Scorpion's

Tail in Noah's Ark Waterpark combined innovation with thrills to create what was the country's

only looping waterslide.

Like any great cartoon characters, riders will stand atop a platform that will suddenly

be yanked from underneath them, sending them careening down a 70-degree, 55-foot or 16-meter

slope.

From this gut-wrenching drop, you'll pick up to speeds of up to 30 miles or about 48

kilometers per hour to achieve the gravity-defying stunt that lays in wait ahead.

After the drop, a 27-foot or 8-meter high, 60-degree loop will disorient sliders before

sliding them gracefully into the slow-down lane at the ride's conclusion.

Summit Plummet – Blizzard Beach, Orlando, Florida

Disney may aim to appeal to a younger crowd, but that doesn't mean it won't throw its

more adventurous visitors a bone here and there.

Enter Blizzard Beach and the Summit Plummet water slide.

Besides the frozen, snowy façade, Summit Plummet is a very simple slide that shoots

riders down a near-90-degree tunnel at a top speed of 60 miles or 96 kilometers per hour.

The 360-foot or 109-meter ride is comprised of a 120-foot or 36-meter decline that rushes

brave travelers into a lengthy and very wet straight away.

With a speedometer at the base of the flume, riders can brag about their exhilarating speed.

Leap of Faith – Atlantis, Bahamas Maybe not the name you want to be attached

to a steep slide you trust not to cause you harm, but Leap of Faith at Atlantis is an

incredible example that twists and turns aren't needed for an exciting ride.

While the 60-foot or 18-meter drop is enough to give many riders a thrill, the real focus

of Leap of Faith is where that drop leads to.

Galeophobics beware for at the end of this lengthy slide is an oversized tank filled

with sharks.

You'll zip right into the stunning display of Mother Nature's finest gliding, sharp-toothed

monsters all while your stomach does its best to catch up with the rest of your body.

Kilimanjaro – Aldeia das Aguas Park Resort, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Do you have what it takes to brave an unimpeded drop down 164-feet or 50-meters worth of unenclosed

flume?

Even the bravest of adventurers may feel a twitch in their midsection as they freefall

at speeds of up to 62 miles or roughly 100 kilometers an hour into a small slow-down

pool below.

At first glance, the slide doesn't look too imposing, especially if you're gauging

height by the number of stairs, but Kilimanjaro's lengthy drop cuts into the rocky hill below

and takes its riders on a journey from the bluest skies to the cold, wet subterranean.

Verruckt – Schlitterbahn, Kansas City, Missouri Sadly, sometimes a thrilling experience can

be more life threatening than fun, which is why, in the summer of 2016, 10-year-old Caleb

Schwab was allegedly decapitated while riding this Kansas City attraction.

A three-person raft plummets over the edge of a steep 17-story, 60-degree drop only to

climb up a smaller, 5-story incline for one last stomach-churning thrill.

Water jets help propel the raft to speeds of up to 65 miles or roughly 105 kilometers

per hour down the world's tallest waterslide, creating an exciting – but typically safe

– experience.

In the case of Schwab, the vessel became airborne due to an uneven distribution of weight.

Master Blaster Water Coasters – Schlitterbahn, New Braunfels, Texas

Don't assume the word "Coaster" in the title is just a clever marketing ploy to make

this 1,000-foot or 304-meter long slide sound more exciting.

It truly is a twisting, winding water-based rollercoaster that does something rare in

waterslide engineering: propels riders up a three-story incline.

In the comfort of a yellow tube, a pair of riders will experience the speed boost of

water jets that keep the momentum moving through a figure-eight and heart-stopping downward

spiral.

By the end of the ride, sliders will have experienced a 6-story drop in total throughout

one of the most innovative waterslides around.

The Cyclone – World Waterpark, Canada The name gives the ride a rather generic sound,

but there is nothing ordinary about World Waterpark's most intense waterslide, The

Cyclone.

Riders start off in a claustrophobic tube before the floor beneath them releases, dropping

them down a 39-foot or 11-meter freefall.

Just as their organs start to fall back into place, they're thrust into a near vertical

loop that mimics the shock of an on-the-rails rollercoaster.

Within the brief 12 seconds it takes to get from start to finish, sliders would have completed

a full 360-degree vertical turn within 360-feet or 110 meters of enclosed tubing.

The Royal Flush – BSR Cable Park, Waco, Texas

It looks like a simple slide that any child would be able to enjoy, but The Royal Flush

at BSR Cable Park offers a thrilling twist at the end of its most daring of three slides.

Depending on your level of bravery, The Royal Flush provides sliders with three different

experiences, the most exciting of them featuring a 100-foot or 30-meter drop towards a ramp

that sends them upwards of 12 feet or 3 meters into the air, where gravity eventually drags

them into a 15-foot deep pool below.

Should the speedy slide be too much for you, there's a kid-friendly slide that carefully

deposits you into the water – but where's the glory in that?

to start next week

because there was some community

the skin but a lot of people found that

for a legendary it wasn't unique enough

and it basically just looked like a

reskin and I have to concede that for

the price of a legendary yeah i would

expect to get something a bit more the

overwatch team actually responded to the

community by saying that a new-made skin

was coming soon in the new year and this

seems to be the skin that they were

promising now over watches social media

operates in different countries in

different languages and it turns out not

every region got the same message this

video here was posted on the Korean

overwatch Twitter accounts

here we see a new diva skin now Diablo

players will immediately recognize that

circular symbol at the heart of divas

mech that looks identical to the

legendary gem take the generals arrived

from the Korean word ty juke which is

derived from the Chinese word taiji

which translates to supreme ultimate and

signifies absolute and infinite

potential in Korea the tightrope symbol

is commonly associated with cows

philosophy which embraces living in

harmony that sounds like it's in yoga

expect one day to get mine Widowmaker

oktoberfest weinhardt and I don't know

Egyptian princess Farah if so these

likely won't be coming with the new year

event as they don't really seem to fit

it but they might come in some future

event now when i first saw the preview

for this event

I just thought it would be a content

pack and not a full-blown event like the

Christmas event we've had three events

in overwatch so far the Summer Games the

halloween event and the christmas event

and we had about 10 weeks before the

summer games in the halloween event and

10 weeks between the halloween event and

the christmas event so it seems pretty

soon to be getting another full-blown

event

so I figure this chinese new year event

would just be new skins and cosmetics

and stuff you know maybe they would even

have those custom boxes like we've had

with the previous event but I did not

expect us to get a new game mode

it was also confirmed by blizzard that

we won't be getting a Valentine's Day

event but that doesn't mean we won't get

valentine's day voice lines just like

for new years we got some new voice

lines quietly added to the game without

a whole event revolving around new years

because we just had the christmas event

and we strongly suspect there will be

some voice lines or something released

around Valentine's Day because we have

data mind what clearly seems to be

Valentine's Day interactions between

gangi and mercy which in said strongly

in set of possible romance between the

two we've got a video about that if you

however according to gaming website

polygon a bloated spokesperson said that

the year of the rooster event will be

similar and scope to the previous events

which suggests we will actually get a

custom game mode so what kind of game

is associated with one of twelve animals

and they just cycle through these

animals

We Can Use Trump's Narcissism Against Him If We Stand Together - Duration: 4:20.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it finally happened.

Donald Trump is the president of the United States and a lot of people out there are wondering,

"Is there any hope at all for the American public, for progressives, for anyone in this

country during these next four years?"

To be honest, I actually do think that there is a very thin sliver of hope.

Now I've never been one to be accused of being optimistic, but I do see a real opportunity

here for the public.

To be honest, it actually lies within Donald Trump's own narcissism.

You see, Donald Trump is the kind of guy, obviously he has to have everything.

He wants everything.

Well, now he's in the highest position of power on the planet, he's a billionaire, allegedly,

so he's got the money that he needs so what is this narcissist missing?

Well, he's missing the admiration of the public.

That's evident from his 55% disapproval rating being sworn in at only a 42% approval rating.

He does want the public to love him.

He wants to leave behind the legacy to where when people look back they say, "Gosh, he

was just a really good guy."

That's what Donald Trump is missing.

To be honest, that is psychologically a part of a narcissist personality is the desire

to be loved.

Donald Trump makes it hard with his bullyish ways but let me put it this way.

Last week, when senate democrats voted against the [inaudible 00:01:43] amendment to import

cheaper drugs from Canada, Donald Trump did understand that the public was angry, that

they wanted cheaper prescription drugs so what did he do a couple days later?

He came out and said he's going to come up with a plan for insurance for everybody.

He's made pledges that he's not going to cut Medicare or Social Security because he knows

that the people actually like those plans.

That goes against his own republican party.

That's another place where this sliver of hope continues to exist is that Donald Trump

is not necessarily loyal to any particular party.

He's not loyal to democrats, even though he called himself a democrat for most of his

life, and he's certainly not loyal to republicans as seen in his willingness to go in favor

of cheaper prescription drugs, to promise to not cut Social Security.

Those are not republican talking points.

Now back to Donald Trump being swayed by the public.

When he first proposed the boarder wall, he saw that it resonated very well amongst his

base, so he continued hammering on that talking point.

It is something he wants to accomplish, something that hopefully he will not accomplish, but

it was the public reaction that he saw and liked.

It wasn't necessarily the policy.

It was the fact that people liked it and that's where we can get Donald Trump.

If we stand up as a unified mass of people, we can sway his opinions, we can sway his

policies because he has nothing else to gain from being president other than the one piece

of his life that's missing and that's love from the public.

If he thinks he can gain our admiration by giving us the policies he wants, by giving

us cheaper prescription drugs, by not building a boarder wall, by protecting Social Security,

sure he'd be doing those things for the wrong reason, but at least it would help protect

American citizens.

How To Align Ourselves To The New Frequencies Of Light.

Everyone is experiencing the new vibrational frequencies, no one is excluded, all is part

of the change, some are aware, others are not.

We are being affected, physically, mentally and emotionally, it is evident in everything

around us including the collective field, we can see these changes even on a global

level.

For now, let�s focus on ourselves on how to align to these new frequencies of Light

and ride these waves of change.

I share a few concepts below, they are just different perceptions, none is meant to infringe

on your free-will, anything shared can be completely dismissed.

These perspectives have brought me great inner peace and has completely shifted my lifestyle.

I at times feel like a child, continuously learning and experiencing life in a myriad

of ways.

I am very grateful to be able to share them with you as they have been a great guide in

my life.

reflection.

Our inner world reflects externally.

Our thought patterns, our ideas, our beliefs become our reality, they are the source of

most of our experiences.

We can use the reflection in our outer world to help us understand what we are experiencing

internally.

We define our experiences, so looking at an experience can us a better understanding why

we experienced it.

A simple example is to look at the type of relationships we have been experiencing in

your life, are there any similarities, are there any patterns?

Then look at the pattern and see if it is reflecting into other areas of life.

It can be quite surprising.

Adapting: We will begin to notice that anything that we are pushing away, rejecting or trying

to run away is consistently reflected in our life.

It�s like a torch shining its light on a particular aspect of self so it can be identified

and accepted.

Responsibility

Allow yourself to see your world as you being an intricate part of it, you are actively

involved in the creation process.

This allows us to become responsible for all our experiences, we see how our choices affect

our reality.

We stop reacting as a victim, there is no blame game, we begin to understand our experience

on a deeper level.

This starts the process of inner peace and you beginning to see a higher perception of

your life experiences, greatly reducing stress in our lives.

Adapting: We become aware of the drama in our lives and being the process of detachment.

We begin to understand our part of the experience and then find it easier to let go rather than

becoming involved in drama and stories.

Choices

Similar choices create similar experiences, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this

as we all have the right to choose.

If we having experiences that we wish to change, then let�s change our choices that created

those experiences.

Adapting: When we make a choice that fulfills at a soul level, enriches our spirit and brings

back the zest for life, we begin to reflect on existing choices and the value they bring

us.

Judgement

We are most critical of ourselves, in essence we are our worst judges.

All experiences where we feel that we are being judged has a very reflective energy

of lack of love to ourselves.

The more we believe in ourselves and our values, the less the judgment from the outer world.

Adapting: Use the reflective mechanism, meditation, or any tool that we resonate with to understand

what we are being shown, what we need to look at, what are we rejecting and begin a process

of acceptance.

Our Shadow

This is another very interesting topic which will be discussed in another article.

These are just a few pointers to help us embrace the new frequencies of Light and surf the

waves of change.

They are a great asset during the Spiritual Awakening process and there are many tools

that we can use to help us identify, understand or release any imbalances.

We don�t have to do this on our own, there are a number of groups, articles, meditations,

transmissions, sessions � that we can experience.

We can also start connecting with our Higher Self and Spirit Guides, they bring a fresh

new perspective into our lives.

Use these pointers a guide and witness the reflections into your world.

Pap, now we have an official President Trump as it were.

I'm still going to refer to him as the President Electoral out of consideration of his win

and next up, we start thinking about 2018 and 2020 and in terms of electoral politics,

but one of the things obviously, is talking about democrats both not only fighting Trump,

but also presenting a proactive view of political vision.

Part of that is fighting Trump on the ACA and pushing for single payer expansion, but

just a week and a half ago, not even, we had guys like Cory Booker who has been positioning

for 2020, who in the past, I think people have been rather dubious about because of

his relationships with Wall Street and with the school privatization movement.

He gave us, maybe it was a little bit over a week ago, but I don't know if we talked

about it, a perfect example of what is problematic with a guy like Cory Booker who does a great

job going and arguing against Jeff Sessions as attorney general.

Important to put that marker down, but then the next night, in the dead of the night,

votes against, granted non-binding resolution, but an amendment that would have called for

re-importation of Canadian drugs.

He joins 11 other democrats who voted against it, but he came from one of the bluest states

and of course, they all had something in common these 12 democrats.

Well, let me make a prediction.

Cory Booker is yesterday's news.

He's a train wreck.

This isn't something- the theory is, yes, I do something stupid but people are going

to forget.

We won't let this forget, nobody is going to forget what Cory Booker did here, nobody

is.

The social media is killing him.

Yes.

I mean he is a dead man walking, and you know what?

That's a good thing because you'd rather deal with it now.

They were trying to make Cory Booker into the next Obama and this great visionary.

Cory Booker goes and talks about Sessions, I mean who's not going to agree with him?

I mean he's- Cory Booker is always out on these issues that are just nobody's going

to disagree with because it doesn't cost him any money, but the issue dealing with drugs

and being able to let mom and pop buy drugs rather than paying 3,000% mark up just having

it shipped in from Canada.

Cory Booker lines up with the fat cats that have put him where he is now.

You have to go back and understand Cory Booker.

Cory Booker was invented by Wall Street, Sam, he is totally invented by Wall Street.

He's up there in pharmaceutical heaven where all the big pharmaceutical companies are,

they invented Cory Booker, and so they say to Cory Booker, 'Well, now make sure, Cory,

that you're out on the touchy-feely issues about social issues like whether it's race

or whether it's gender, make sure you're out there on that, but buddy, when it comes to

the money shots, you want our $300,000 that we give you from the pharmaceutical industry,

so don't vote against us.'

Let me tell you how outrageous, I'm just so enraged by this.

You have people out there that are deciding, 'Should I buy my medication or should I

pay my rent?'

Right.

'Should I buy medication or do I eat tonight?

Should I be able to cut my pill in half so I can make it go twice the distance?'

Cory Booker knows that and his argument about, 'Oh, gee whiz, we had to be sure that we're

going to get safe products.'

Really?

Really, is there some epidemic in Canada that nobody's told me about where people are dying

from pharmaceuticals.

Right.

That haven't been tested?

Cory Booker is a fraud.

Let me just add ... Cory Booker is a fraud, Sam, and we got to

keep talking about Cory Booker the fraud because I don't want him to gain any momentum.

I want him to be yesterday's news.

I don't care if he's a center up in New Jersey.

I don't care, let him stay there, but do not put this dangerous character on a national

field.

We should just remind people that about, I don't know, two weeks ago, he voted for the

Cures Act, which sounds great but really what it does is, it says we should spend money

on cancer.

We should spend money on a couple of other diseases.

It doesn't appropriate the money.

The money may never get there, but what it also did is it relaxed standards and you know

this ... Yes.

As well as anybody, Pap.

It basically relaxed standards in terms of FDA safety, which you know is already Swiss

cheese as it stands now because you've got basically the industry doing their own reports,

so if he was really concerned about drug safety in this country, he wouldn't be relaxing standards

... Right.

For the FDA one week, and then the next week, pretending that somehow Canada was like some

type of back room chemistry lab and we'd be getting all sorts of freaky stuff from Canada.

Yes.

This is important, I mean, look.

This is important, there's a couple of things that we can clean from this.

I mean aside from obviously specifically a guy like Cory Booker, keeping an eye on Bob

Casey as well who voted this way, like I say about another dozen democrats, 10 other democrats

who come from states that you know.

Sam, I called Murray.

I called both Murray and Casey because I wanted to see- we're going to do a show on America's

lawyer on RT, and I said, 'Look, send me something to defend what you've done.'

Let's see, it's ... Yes- no, I haven't gotten anything from them, but I am going to absolutely

decimate Cory Booker, Cantwell, Carper, Casey, Coons, Donnelly, Heinrich, Heitkamp.

All of these frauds, they know they have put mom and pop America in the position of do

I eat or can I buy my medication?

They're well aware of the fact that the Pfizers and the Mercks and the Johnson and Johnson

and the Bayers, that they have marked up their products is high since some instances, this

is- it's 6,000% on some of these medications.

They know that and they did this anyway.

They don't deserve to be there with the big D behind their name.

I don't have any confidence in democrats to begin with, but they at least are trying to

hide behind something that leases a plausible argument, the gee whiz.

I care for people.

These people don't care for people.

They care about money and Cory Booker is all about money.

We have got to stop the Cory Bookers before they completely destroy the only other party

we have running right now besides the Republicans.

I don't really care for either one of them, but you have to have at least two parties

and you're going to have Cory Booker decimate the democratic party because the discussions

out there, go online, he's already getting murdered.

I'm grateful you're here.

We are in an epidemic.

And I don't know if you know this or not,

but pregnancy rates - the ability to conceive - is getting and harder for women.

As they're in their 20s, 30s, approaching their 40s,

it's this big epidemic that we're in.

So when that happens, we turn to experts of fertility

- people that can help us, a coach more or less, a doctor.

And we have a doctor today,

one of my really, really great friends,

Dr. Catherine Zagone, with an 'e', like 'Canole'.

There's no wonder why we get along, right?

So she's gonna be coming off on

and she's gonna be teaching us all about fertility.

So, as women, we linger to have babies

and with all of the environmental issues that we have going on in this world,

more and more couples are finding it a struggle to conceive. And its really sad.

It's also not something that most couples talk about.

So it can be very heart-wrenching, agonizing,

and cause more stress in the process, which makes it even harder.

So while it can take longer to get pregnant, the older you are,

there are some key strategies to get pregnant easier

and to make sure that you have the healthiest baby possible.

So we're not just in the business of getting pregnant, just not just knocking you up,

but it's about having a superhero baby,

having the healthiest, happiest baby you possibly can.

And this is going to apply to men and women.

Men and women, absolutely, because you're getting

50% of your DNA from your mom,

50% percent of your DNA from your dad,

and we need to optimize the quality of both the eggs and sperm,

and the vessel that that baby is going to be incubating in for 9 months.

So the first key tip for getting pregnant easily, quickly,

I like to say funnily, that's really enjoyably.

Uhm, as you're getting older, it's really adaptogens.

So adaptogens are herbs, especially ashwagandha, this is one of my favorites.

So this. Have you used this before?

Well, you know Ashwagandha is in Organifi, right?

I know. [Inaudible...] Okay.

So an adaptogen helps your body adapt to stress better.

And as we age, we've had more stress build-up over our lifetime.

Yeah, I mean, I was really struggling getting pregnant.

And when I started drinking Organifi, like 2 weeks later,

Yeah, have you seen it? Have you seen my bun?

The next thing would be to pound the antioxidants, just get it.

So while we talk about pounding antioxidants, I'm gonna pound some [inaudible].

Please do, I would love that.

Now I'm sorry if I'm like eating on video guys,

but this cherry looks absolutely delicious so I'm going for it.

And it's full of antioxidants.

So one concern with aging is egg and sperm quality.

Less than optimal lifestyle, less than an optimal environment,

less than optimal diet is going to reduce your antioxidant load

and the first place that is affected in the body is reproduction

because we don't necessarily need it to live.

So anytime, there's stress, especially dietary stress,

that's the first thing to go.

So we really want to pound the antioxidants

to support healthier eggs, healthier sperm

and then use those healthy sperm and eggs

to create the healthiest babies.

So it actually takes a 120 days from the time that egg and sperm start to develop 'till when they come out,

'till they're released in the body to meet in the body.

So you really want to be pounding the antioxidants

for a minimum of 4 months before you're actually trying to get pregnant.

And is it true that as you age, like as women,

your eggs are supposed to become like less viable?

So how do you maintain that?

Is it the antioxidants? Is it the ashwagandha?

It's a combination, so, like I said, reproduction is the first thing to go under stress.

So we want to handle the whole body.

Antioxidants are a key component of that.

So they're the biochemical portion that's feeding those eggs and sperm

the healthiest nutrients so that they can,

it can almost reverse the biological clock.

That's cool.

Alright, so number 3 is one of my favorite things to talk about.

And that is regulating blood sugar. Absolutely.

And that's what we do here with weight loss

and helping people hit their health and fitness goals.

How does that relate to hormonal health and pregnancy health?

So having blood sugar spikes or just blood sugar disregularities can throw off hormones.

There are cortisol which is your stress hormone

can cause oxidative stress in the body

so then you need more antioxidants,

uhm, which is gonna, so if you have a lot of blood sugar spikes,

it can actually decrease the quality of your eggs and sperm. Got it.

So what do you do to balance blood sugar?

Well the best thing for me to balance blood sugar

is make sure that I'm eating foods that don't really spike my insulin a lot.

So lots of fibrous foods.

If I'm gonna juice, I'm not gonna juice a bunch of fruit.

I'm gonna have like green veggies, lemon and ginger

like we had always talked about in the past, my friend.

And things of that nature.

Also doing exercise. High-intensity training.

Interval training lowers blood sugar levels,

gets rid of the glycogen in your bloodstream.

It can help with that as well.

And then eating consistently throughout the day.

So every 2-3 hours, having something,

even if it's just a small handful of almonds

or something a good fat to bring down that blood sugar level.

Good fat, good protein and good fiber - super important in lowering blood sugar, definitely.

So that was three things that Katherine talked about.

And I absolutely love that you addressed those

because it's the stuff that we talked about all the time here at FitlifeTV.

Chuwi Lapbook Review [4k]: Apollo Lake Celeron N3450 below $300! - Duration: 5:20.

Hey guys whats up, Zi here with Zi reviews tech, and i have here chuwi's first laptop

using the new apollo lake processor, the Chuwi Lapbook.

so chuwi has released a 15" version of the lapbook with an atom processor, this one is

14" with the Apollo Lake N3450 processor, 4GB of RAM and a 1080p matte display.

I have to say my favourite thing about the laptop is the trackpad, i'll talk more about

that later.

You can buy this for around $280-300, making this one of the cheapest apollo lake devices

available.

so lets see if its worth your money

so the chuwi lapbook is plastic, its definitely not the highest quality but what i'm super

impressed by is how light and sturdy it is, sure there's a little bit of flex because

it is plastic but overall its pretty decently made.

I like the colour combination as well between the white and the black it gives this laptop

some contrast.

you have two usb ports, a microsd card slot and the mini hdmi port as well.

the bezels around the screen are really small so that's very nice, but the first kinda downside

you see is the keyboard.

it has a lot of travel, on par with the old chuwi vi10 but the keys don't feel high quality.

I can type type fast on this keyboard though.

But on the plus side, the trackpad here is really good for a chinese laptop.

Its actually better than the Jumper EZBook 2 and almost as good as the xiaomi air 12

which is pretty impressive.

All the gestures work and they are pretty accurate.

Definitely no complaints here.

moving on to the screen, its a 14" display at 1080p, so resolution is OK, but the screen

colour is muted compared to glossy IPS screens.

Still a decent screen though, the max brightness goes up to 300nits, which usually isn't enough

for outdoors but because its a matte screen i can actually see it as long as its not super

sunny.

the audio quality here is average, the audio is moderately loud, it does get drowned out

if a loud person starts talking forever, audio quality is good and

bad at the same time, you do get

a little bit of bass, but the audio is not as clear as it could be, have a listen for

yourself.

the performance here is decent.

the apollo lake processor makes things run pretty fast, but its slgithly slower than

the Voyo VBook V3 because it uses the slower eMMC drive instad of an M.2 SSD, so starting

up stuff like cHrome or Word is slgihty slower but once you're in the program its fine.

So basically for light use you shouldn't have any problem at all.

I then tried gaming, I palyed COD:MW3 and I got around 25-28fps at 1080p which is not

bad, slightly short of 30fps, i then tried league and i couljd play at 1080p around 30fps

as well, so while its not a gaming laptop its OK for light stuff.

When gaming the laptop doesn't get very hot just warm, and the heat is concentrated beside

the caps lock. in terms of benchmarks it falls behind my voyo vbook a1 a little bit but still

way faster than atom processors.

So my conclusion is that i actually like the build way better than the voyo vbook v1, its

plastic sure but its light, its sturdy and its pretty compact.

performance is not bad, its a bit slower because of the eMMC isntad of an SSD, but defintely

still way better than atom processors.

THe bttery life is on the weak side, so keep that in mind when you're considering this

laptop.

Women protest against Trump on streets of Europe's capitals

Thousands of women took to the streets of European capitals to join "sister marches"

in Asia against newly installed U.S. President Trump ahead of a major rally in Washington

expected to draw nearly a quarter of a million people.

Waving banners with slogans like "Special relationship, just say no" and "Nasty women

unite," the demonstrators gathered outside the American embassy in Grosvenor Square before

heading to a rally in central Trafalgar Square.

Worldwide some 670 marches were planned, according to the organizers' website which says more

than two million marchers are expected to protest against Trump, who was sworn in as

the 45th U.S. president on Friday.

Celebrities including rights activist Bianca Jagger, singer Charlotte Church and actor

Ian McKellen expressed their support for the protest on social media.

Several marchers wore pink "pussy" hats, and carried banners with slogans like: "this pussy

bites back" after the emergence of a 2005 tape in which Trump spoke of women in a demeaning

way sparked widespread outrage.

In Europe, marches also took place in Berlin, Paris, Rome, Vienna, Geneva and Amsterdam.

Around 2,000 people marched in Vienna, according to estimates by the police and organizers,

but sub-zero temperatures quickly thinned the crowd to a couple of hundred.

One protester placed a pink knitted hat with cat ears on the golden statue of 19th century

composer Johann Strauss, while in Geneva police estimated around 1,000 people, mainly women

and children, marched through the Swiss city.

In Africa, hundreds of protesters in Nairobi's Karura Forest waved placards and sang American

protest songs.

Emily MacCartney, a 28-year-old documentary maker with a Texas tattoo on her arm, said

she felt the new president did not respect women's rights or gay rights.

"Within 30 minutes of the inauguration, they had removed LGTBQ rights from the White House

website," she said, using the abbreviation for lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual or

queer.

Kenyan Muthoni Ngige, 28, said "I'm here because I'm against world leaders being pussy grabbers.

I'm here in solidarity with the women of America."

Many marchers were also irate about the New York real estate developer's demeaning comments

about immigrants and Muslims, and his apparent lack of interest in environmental affairs.

ASIAN RALLIES

In Sydney, Australia's biggest city, about 3,000 people - men and women - gathered for

a rally in Hyde Park before marching on the U.S. consulate downtown, while organizers

said 5,000 people rallied in Melbourne.

"We're not marching as an anti-Trump movement per se, we're marching to protest the hate

speech, the hateful rhetoric, the misogyny, the bigotry, the xenophobia and we want to

present a united voice with women around the globe," organizer Mindy Freiband told Reuters.

In New Zealand, there were marches in four cities, involving around 2,000 people, Wellington's

march organizer Bette Flagler told Reuters.

Elsewhere in Asia, hundreds of people joined protests in Tokyo, including many American

expatriates.
