Hey downloaders and downloadettes, Jules here for DNews!
If you're one of the lucky few mobile phone users who have been grandfathered in on an
unlimited data plan, your days are numbered.
Companies left and right are dropping unlimited data or targeting those using more than, say,
200 gigabytes a month.
Now, that certainly sounds like a lot, and maybe even like some users are abusing their
unlimited plans.
200 gigs is about 200 hours of Netflix streaming, or 3 and a third marathon sessions of Game
of Thrones.
Clearly, these companies are just trying to recoup their costs.
Or are they?
Okay, data is sent over the air, by electromagnetic radio waves, similar waves those used by radio
and television and WiFi… phone carriers in particular are limited to a certain spectrum.
Mobile data tends to run in the 800 megahertz range.
But that range means there is a limited amount of physical space for all the data to flow
through.
The reason for this is that each layer of the wave can only hold a certain amount of
information.
Basically, a cell phone has a virtual pipeline from the phone to the nearest cell tower,
which only has so much space.
You can only send a certain number of bits per second through your pipe.
In real life, this capacity is determined through something called "Shannon's law",
which calculates the physical limit for the amount of data that can be transmitted per
second, while being bombarded with "noise" of every other electromagnetic force in the
air.
So, when you upgrade your phone from 3G to LTE, you're upgrading the encoding of information
you can fit into each slice of the spectrum, and also how much of the spectrum is being
used at once: basically, you're getting a bigger pipe.
That's why each upgrade makes your wireless speed faster.
But those who stream hundreds of gigabytes from one device take up larger amount of over-the-air
bandwidth that other people could be using at the same time.
Even though we've never come close to this limit defined by Shannon's law, our LTE
pipes are now full.
To deal with this problem, companies need to install more cell phone towers for our
data, or develop new technologies to send data better.
And infrastructure development is incredibly expensive.
Sprint has plans to spend $15 billion dollars over three years just to add and upgrade new
cell towers, while AT&T is spending $3 billion dollars to bring LTE to Mexico.
So plans to shaft the 200 gig club might not just be about the money, but about actually
freeing up some space for the rest of us.
The real cost of getting the data from those towers to you is much more difficult to figure
out.
The information is proprietary, and of course, most of the companies don't share that information.
When it comes to wired transmission, one independent service provider in Canada, Radiant Communications,
said the cost is less than 5 cents per gigabyte.
Netflix claims it's around 1 cent.
Of course, these are both established companies with infrastructure already built.
The cost of wired and wireless data depends on a variety of factors, including how much
infrastructure they have available and when you use your data (if you use it at high traffic
times).
One thing we do know about is how much texting costs.
As it turns out, texting is virtually free from a purely "data transfer" standpoint.
Your phone is constantly in communication with cell towers, it is ALWAYS sending information
to let the tower know you're still there, which is how cell phone tracking is possible.
But when you send a text, it simply piggybacks off the existing communication, and in particular,
occupies, what is referred to as "unused space".
It's like going on a road trip and filling an extra seat with a passenger.
Although it is nice to have them pitch in for the cost of the trip, the cost overall
would be roughly the same with or without them.
And, in this analogy, instead of chipping in for a tank of gas, the passenger is actually
paying for a tanker-truck full of gas.
Texting costs have been estimated to be up to 7,314 percent higher than what companies
would charge for the equivalent amount of data, which is only about 1/1000th of a penny.
And while modern unlimited texting plans don't generally comprise such insane overages, texts
still cost more than 1/1000th of a cent for the end user… for communication the cell
company was already doing anyway.
Whoever thought of that "charging for texts" thing definitely got a corner office.
And a parking spot.
But what if you want to get in touch with astronauts in space?
Do you send them a text?
Or maybe… you can use a radio invented in the 1890s.

Employees Are Working Themselves To Death - Duration: 7:30.
FOR A LONG TIME NOW, JAPAN HAS BEEN STRUGGLING WITH AN AGING
POPULATION, BECAUSE YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN
GETTING MARRIED AND HAVING KIDS.
ONE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH THESE YOUNG
PEOPLE IN JAPAN ARE WORKING RIGHT NOW.
IN FACT, IT'S GOTTEN SO BAD THAT IN 2015, THE NUMBER OF BIRTHS
DIDN'T EVEN REACH 1 MILLION.
THAT IS THE LOWEST BIRTHRATE IN JAPAN PRETTY MUCH SINCE THEY
STARTED KEEPING TRACK OF BIRTHS IN 1899, SO IT'S INSANE.
WHAT OFFICIALS HAVE REALIZED IS, OKAY WE NEED TO ENCOURAGE
YOUNG PEOPLE TO MAYBE NOT WORK AS MUCH, SO THEY CAN SPEND SOME
TIME MAYBE HAVING KIDS, MAYBE ESTABLISHING A RELATIONSHIP.
HERE ARE SOME OF THEIR SUGGESTIONS (THIS IS INSANE):
ONE SUGGESTION IS PREMIUM FRIDAY, WHICH WILL
ENCOURAGE COMPANIES TO LET WORKERS LEAVE EARLY ON THE
LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH.
THE PRIME MINISTER IS ALSO PUSHING A MEASURE TO Overtime,
WHICH HE SAYS HE'LL ENFORCE WITH RANDOM INSPECTIONS.
THE SECOND PART ABOUT CAPPING OVERTIME IS THE MOST IMPORTANT
PART, BUT LETTING PEOPLE LEAVE EARLY ON THE LAST FRIDAY OF
EVERY MONTH IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR PEOPLE TO, YOU KNOW, KNOCK
BOOTS, AND DO EVERYTHING NECESSARY TO TAKE CARE OF
THAT COMPONENT OF YOUR LIFE.
IT'S NOT GOING TO HAVE A LARGE ENOUGH IMPACT ON THE CULTURE.
THE CULTURE IS WORK THEMSELVES TO DEATH.
LITERALLY.
ANA IS GOING TO HAVE SOME STORIES ON THAT IN A 2ND.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO SAY THAT CULTURE, HEY LET'S TWEAK IT, SO
THAT INSTEAD OF WORKING YOURSELF TO DEATH EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE
WEEK, WE'LL GIVE YOU ONE DAY OF THE MONTH WHERE YOU KIND OF HALF
WORK.
MAN, YOU ARE REALLY CHIPPING AWAY AT THE PROBLEM.
I'M AMUSED THAT THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT IS OBSESSED WITH
PROMOTING SEX IN JAPAN, AND THAT THEY ARE FAILING.
WITH GOOD REASON THOUGH, THINK ABOUT IT, FIRST OF ALL,
ELDERLY PEOPLE IN JAPAN ARE FREAKING OUT.
IF YOU HAVE A SMALLER DIVISION OF YOUNG PEOPLE, WHO IS
GOING TO PAY FOR THE OLD PEOPLE?
WERE TAKE CARE OF THE OLDER PEOPLE?
SO YEAH, PEOPLE ARE REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS, BECAUSE
THE ECONOMY IS GOING TO EXPERIENCE SOME ISSUES;
THEIR SOCIAL SAFETY PROGRAMS ARE GOING TO BE SCREENS ISSUES;
YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED SOME YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE POPULATION.
THAT SOUNDS LIKE A FAMILIAR PROBLEM.
I KNOW WE MIGHT BE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH SOCIAL SECURITY
HERE IN THE U.S.
FOR DIFFERENT REASONS, BUT BIRTHRATE IN THE U.S.
HAS ALSO DROPPED.
AMERICANS, WE ARE STILL HAVING SEX, YEAH!
BUT LOOK, THERE'S A LOT OF CULTURAL REASONS, WE'VE DONE A
LOT OF STORIES ABOUT THE LACK OF SEX IN JAPAN, BECAUSE IT'S
VERY INTERESTING.
PART OF IT IS THE INTERNET, PORN, PEOPLE HAVE BECOME SO
OBSESSED WITH GAMING SO THEY'RE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME GAMING.
PEOPLE ARE OBSESSED WITH PORN AND THEY ARE LIKE, WHY
SHOULD I GO BOTHER WITH A GIRL WHO WILL SAY NO WHEN I CAN
GET MY EXACT PARTICULAR NICHE ONLINE?
SO IT'S NOT JUST THE WORK, BUT IT DOESN'T HELP THAT YOU GOT NO
TIME AT ALL, BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SPENDING 100 ñ 200 HOURS ON
OVERTIME ALONE, LET ALONE THE NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE.
AND IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT BIRTH, BUT ALSO ABOUT DEATH.
WE DID A REPORT ABOUT THIS ON SCIQ, THAT A LOT OF THE
TIME, OUR JOBS ARE ACTUALLY KILLING US; THE AMOUNT OF
TIME WE SPENT SITTING DOWN, AND SPEND IT POORLY VENTILATED
ROOMS, AND IN THE DARK, ACTUALLY SAVES THREE YEARS OFF OUR
LIFE, JUST FROM WORKING TOO MUCH.
AND THAT'S ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT THAT SMOKING WIPES OUT, SO
IF YOU THINK YOU ARE TOO HEALTHY TO SMOKE, BUT YOU WORK A
LOT OF OVERTIME AND STRESS OUT ABOUT YOUR JOB, YOUR JOB
MIGHT BE LITERALLY KILLING YOU.
AS WE SIT IN A POORLY VENTILATED ROOM, IN THE DARK, RIGHT
NOW, FOR ABOUT THREE HOURS DOING A SHOW.
EXACTLY.
ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND IS THAT OVERTIME IS A PROBLEM,
SO THERE ARE SOME COMPANIES THAT HAVE TAKEN MATTERS INTO
THEIR OWN HANDS.
I LOVE THIS IDEA.
JAPAN POST INSURANCE HAS COME UP WITH A CLEVER SOLUTION OF
TURNING OFF THE LIGHTS IN HIS HEADQUARTERS AT 3 PM, FORCING
WORKERS TO GO HOME WERE AT LEAST ñ WORLDS WORK IN THE DARK.
ñ OR ELSE WORK IN THE DARK.
I LIKE THAT IDEA, BUT PEOPLE ARE ALSO COMMITTING SUICIDE.
WORK-RELATED SUICIDES HAVE RAISED 45% OR LESS ñ IN THE LAST
FOUR YEARS, AND WHEN IT COMES TO WOMEN SPECIFICALLY, INCREASED
39%.
THIS STORY WAS IN THE WASHINGTON POST, AND I'VE SEEN IT
ELSEWHERE.
THEY TALK ABOUT WOMEN WHO COMMIT SUICIDE.
THIS ONE WOMAN PUT IN OVER 100 HOURS OF OVERTIME.
THAT'S OVERTIME, 100 HOURS.
SHE WAS 24 YEARS OLD.
PART OF THE CHANGE OF CULTURE IS THAT YOU'VE GOT TO GIVE OPTIONS,
NOT JUST, EITHER YOU WORK 100 HOURS OF OVERTIME WORKING
YOURSELF.
THERE'S ANOTHER OPTION OUT THERE, WHERE YOU WORK MAYBE
NORMAL HOURS, OR MAYBE JUST 20
HOURS OF OVERTIME, AND THEN GO HAVE A PICNIC.
THAT OPTION IS NOT SO BAD.
OR, MAYBE HAVE A PICNIC WITH A GUY AND HAVE SOME FUN.
THE THIRD OPTION IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER TWO OPTIONS.
BUT I'VE READ OTHER STORIES THROUGHOUT THE YEARS.
IT'S NOT JUST THE GUYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE COMMITTING SUICIDE
FROM WORKING SO HARD, AND ALL THE EXPECATIONS THAT COME WITH
IT, IT IS ALSO PEOPLE SOMETIMES LITERALLY DYING ON THE JOB.
YES, THAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING.
HERE'S WHAT I DON'T GET, WHY AREN'T COMPANIES DOING
SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?
I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WANT TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR
EMPLOYEES, AND IT SEEMS LIKE HAVING THEIR ñ HAVING THEM THERE
WORKING MORE OVERTIME IS GETTING THE MOST, BUT THIS HAS LED TO
HUGE PROBLEMS OF PRESANTEEISM.
HERE IN THE U.S IT'S A BIG PROBLEM, AS OPPOSED TO
ABSENTEEISM.
LIKE SHOWING UP TO WORK SICK.
YOU COME TO WORK AND HE SPREAD
THE VIRUS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE
A WORK MARTYR.
THIS WHOLE VIDEO IS DIRECTED AT ME.
WE COLLUDED EARLIER.
TOTALLY GILDED AS CHARGED OF COMING TO WORK SICK ALL THE
TIME.
LET'S FIND SOME BALANCE.
I LIKE PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD.
IF I HAD THE PEOPLE DYING AT WORK, I MIGHT RECONSIDER.
JAPAN HAS GOT SOME TWEAKING OF THE CULTURE, TO SAY
THE LEAST.

If Trump applied for the Presidency like a regular job | Riley J. Dennis - Duration: 5:53.
Alright. Hello, Mr. Trump.
Thank you for agreeing to a second interview.
"Thank you."
I was impressed that you somehow managed to pass the first round of interviews, even though
most of the board members voted for the other candidate.
I'm not quite sure how that worked, but here you are.
"We had a massive landslide victory as you know."
No, you didn't.
In fact, we've had 58 elections and yours had the 46th highest margin of victory.
Your predecessor, Mr. Obama, he had a larger margin of victory in 2008 and 2012.
You didn't even come close to winning in a landslide.
Anyway, so your papers here say that you're applying to be the President
of the United States of America.
Um, there is one paper that's missing, though: your tax returns.
Those are required.
Every President for the last 30 years or so has submitted them.
"At the appropriate time, I will release them.
But right now I'm under routine audit.
Nobody cares.
The only one who cares is, you know, you and a few people that ask that question."
Well, I have statement from the IRS that says you actually can release your tax returns while under audit.
"Well, I'm not releasing the tax returns because, as you know, they're under audit."
Okay, but the American people do care.
You lost the popular vote, that means most of the people who voted probably want you
to release your tax returns.
Don't you have some kind of duty to all Americans, even the ones who didn't vote for you?
They clearly care.
"No, I don't think they care at all.
I don't think they care at all.
I think you care!"
I do care, but so does the public…. I just....
okay… so you have no previous work experience in the political field, you've filed for
Chapter 11 Bankruptcy six times, you have no experience in the military (in fact, you
got four deferments to not get drafted during Vietnam), you repeatedly insulted and demeaned
the other interview candidates during the first stage, and you even insulted some of
our clients, suggesting that they were rapists and losers and that some of them shouldn't
even be allowed in our country.
Honestly, I am baffled as to how you got this far.
My only hope, is that you have some plan to surround yourself with more experienced people to help you.
So I have the list of your cabinet appointees here.
Let's take a look at them.
First is Steve Bannon, who you've appointed to be your Chief Strategist.
He doesn't have any political experience, but he ran a far-right conspiracy website
called Breitbart News that has deep ties to the alt-right and white nationalism.
Do you really think he can do a good job of advising you?
"I'm extremely comfortable with Steve Bannon at the campaign.
I thought it was a masterful choice, to quote other people."
Oh, Kellyanne Conway.
I didn't know you were joining us for this interview, but okay, I guess you are one of his surrogates.
Uh, so, leaders of the alt-right movement held rallies doing a nazi salute and saying
"hail trump". Trump said that he disavowed and condemned the group.
So why would he appoint one of their leaders to be his Chief Strategist?
"You always want to go by what's come out of his mouth rather than look at what's in his heart."
Great, yeah, who needs a president who tells the truth?
Let's all just try to guess at what horrible thing is going to come out of that black hole he calls a heart.
So, okay, what about Jeff Sessions the Attorney General?
He was denied a federal courtship in 1986 because he was too racist, and Coretta Scott
King, Martin Luther King's wife, even wrote a letter in opposition to him, saying he prosecuted
innocent civil rights leaders to prevent black people from voting.
Is that really the kind of person who should be attorney general?
"But why do you care?"
Uh, because, I don't think a racist should be Attorney General.
Okay, let's move on.
What about Rick Perry? Trump wants him to head the Department of Energy, which was the
department he said he wanted to eliminate during his Presidential campaign in 2012.
Why put a man in charge of a department he once wanted to eliminate?
"My past statements made over five years ago about abolishing the Department of Energy
do not reflect my current thinking."
Oh, you're here too. Awesome.
Well, you make it sound like 5 years ago was a long time, but if you had become President,
this department wouldn't even exist any more.
Jesus, okay, what about Rex Tillerson?
I mean this guy has a super villain name.
He was the CEO of Exxon and was against the sanctions that were and still are imposed
on Russia, and he's done business with Iran and Syria and Sudan
while they had US sanctions imposed on them.
You don't see any conflict of interest there?
"We look at this as an asset not a liability, in that it's not that he's hanging around
with Vladimir Putin on the weekend at dinner parties.
It's that he understands Russia.
He's already doing business there."
Uhhhhh, are you serious?
Okay, uh, phewwww. Um...
What about Betsy DeVos?
During her confirmation hearing, she refused to say that she would hold all schools to
equal accountability standards, she suggested that schools need guns to protect themselves
from bears, and she said that schools complying with the Individuals with Disabilities Education
Act should be up to the states even though it's a federal law.
What?
"I support accountability."
Yeah, no, you said that like fifty times, but do you support equal accountability?
"I support accountability."
Yeah but it's a yes or n--
"That's a-- I support accountability."
What's your name?
"I support accountability."
You know what, fuck this.
No, I don't have to do this.
I quit. I'm out.
Goodbye.
So, apparently, turns out, it's really hard to get a visa to any other country.
So I'm stuck here.
And, Mr. Trump, it looks like you were officially hired on Friday.
So congratulations.
I'm gonna go lock myself in a basement for the next 4, maybe 8 years.
Please don't nuke anyone.
Hey everybody, I hope enjoyed that little skit.
It is currently the day before inauguration, and this video will be going up a couple days
after inauguration, so it looks like Trump is officially President, ughhhh, and he chose
literally all the worst people to fill his cabinet.
These next four years are going to require a lot of activism and a lot of fighting for our rights.
We have to defend our right to a free press, which Trump is gladly shitting all over, and
we have to use our voices to speak up for those who are being actively disenfranchised
by this administration.
I know things are going to be bad, but we have to try to have hope.
Thanks for watching this video, don't forget to subscribe if you liked it, and I will see you next time.

Road To Stardom: Miss Lawrence | Season 1 | STAR - Duration: 2:27.
This is destiny for me, and that
is why it feels so surreal.
A long, long, long time ago, prior to Miss Lawrence,
prior to me understanding that I was gender fluid-- well,
I'll be damned-- I always loved singing.
I always was enamored by the idea that I can be onstage
and I can act and take on a different character.
But I ran away from it because of society,
and being shunned because of who I was.
Oh no, don't get it twisted, sweetie.
I'm more of a man than you will ever be,
and more a woman than you will ever get.
I grew up here in the south, when being gender fluid,
or being gay period, was just not of social normality,
and it was a very uncomfortable space and period to grow up in.
What is this?
Just tack.
The ugly sisters.
Y'all got five seconds to get your peculiar
ass from my booth.
I had older friends that were a hairstylist.
And that is when I deeply embedded myself
into the beauty industry.
The beauty industry is that very space
where you are allowed to be.
You can have as much self-expression, freedom of
self-expression, as you want.
There are no limits.
I was in the beauty industry for 20 years.
And giving 110% to that, it was that gift
of me having a great skill set with my hands
to be a hairstylist that enable me to become an actor.
It's a full circle moment for me because not
being able to do that very thing that I would wake up
every morning and do and that is sing-- whether it's
in the shower, whether it's getting ready,
or if I'm at the salon in my chair,
being able to do it again, now on such a huge platform
is such a blessing for me.
It is by divine order, and it is destiny.
And I'm extremely spiritual, and so I know that good things
come to those who wait.
You all heard that?
They winning this year.
We winning.

Frank Pierce - True Love (feat. Lex) - Duration: 3:42.
Honestly its like a dream That you could somehow think of me
A part of me you've interweaved And I'm still breaking as you breathe
I can't believe, I'm falling deep And somehow you'd belong to me
Like the air that I breathe
Falling out of space 'Cause you lost your way
Pulled apart at the seams Though its hopeless it seems
Calling out your name Just to see your face
We could runaway If we chose
Cause if it's true love The days we're apart
And we both might depart Won't stop us too
If it's true love And time moves us farther
And life makes us martyrs We'll know the truth
If it's true
It's more a creed And less a plea
The words that flow from parts me
I know you see The waves that sweep
And how we flow so naturally
And if I sing With everything You still remain the melody
Like the air that breathe
Falling out of space 'Cause you lost your way
Pulled apart at the seams Though its hopeless it seems
Calling out your name Just to see your face
We could runaway If we chose
'Cause If it's true love And words blurs the lines
And they're not yours or mine We'll make it through
If it's true love Though it maybe hard
And it takes more than heart Swear we can start
If it's true
Cause if it's true love The days we're apart
And we both might depart Won't stop us too
If it's true love And time moves us farther
And life makes us martyrs We'll know the truth
If it's true

Chelsea Handler Nixes Two-Party Politics: 'I'm Not a Democrat Anymore' - Duration: 5:00.
- Thank you so much for chatting with us, of course.
- Quiet guys!
You stupids, I mean, what do you think is going on here?
(beep)
- Hi guys, I'm here with Chelsea Handler.
She led the Women's March at Sundance this morning.
Thank you so much for chatting with me.
- Oh thank you, I'm so sorry about my friends.
- Oh that's okay.
But to make this more fun,
we're going to play a little drinking game,
while talking about the Women's March,
so anytime that I or--
- I'm just gonna drink throughout
so it doesn't really matter if, you know, a game.
- No rules, okay.
- You can do it for yourself,
'cause I just take sips when I feel like it.
- Okay good, well I'll set rules for myself
so I'm not too drunk to interview you,
and also for our viewers.
So anytime that I or you say the word women,
ladies, anything to do with women, we'll take a sip, so
we'll take one now.
- This morning, you led the Women's March.
- This is gonna be a very, I'm going to be drunk.
- I did, I led the Women's March on Main, and we had...
You know, it was beautiful.
It was a really moving moment, time.
I mean, it's something I'll never forget, I don't think.
- What is the next step after this?
What should people do to keep the movement going?
- We have to galvanize young people
to get involved in politics.
There's a huge part of the population
that didn't participate this time, and,
that's not acceptable really.
Politics is cool.
And it seems like a big thing to get involved with
but it's so easy.
Everyone's voice matters.
You can call your Congressperson
and tell them what you want.
They want to be re-elected.
Divisiveness is not the answer,
and I think to get that message,
we have to reach across party lines, forget your party.
I'm registering as an independent,
I'm not gonna be a Democrat anymore, because,
it's too divisive.
This isn't working, this two-party system.
And for us to come to this, if we get
this response that has come out of him being in office
is the right one.
And that's what, I'm gonna hang my hat on that.
And that's what's gonna help me move forward...
And make my agenda about educating anybody I can
while I'm also getting educated.
- Would you ever have Donald Trump on your show?
- No.
- What if he asked you?
- No.
- What about Melania, would you have her on your show?
- Melania, to talk about what?
She can barely speak English.
- What do you think about her as the First Lady?
- Exactly what I think about him as the First Man.
Nothing, I don't respect either one of those people.
- If he were here right now, what would you say to him?
- Fuck off.
Fuck off.
I mean, ugh, gross.
He is the grossest.
Physically, emotionally, mentally.
Those statues they made of him were accurate.
I bet you that is what he looks like naked,
with a little grape in between his legs.
- Now what is the one issue that most concerns you
under a Trump administration?
- Racism.
- As a woman, what issues concern you?
- Planned Parenthood.
No one has any right to tell us
what to do with our bodies.
That is not okay.
You get off of your religious bullshit...
Soapbox.
I am my own person.
No man gets to tell me what to do with my body.
No one, not your husband, not your politician.
Why would somebody I don't know
tell me what I can do?
This is America.
So that is a real issue.
People who have nowhere to go, go to Planned Parenthood.
I went there through my teenage years.
It's not just about abortions.
It's about birth control.
You don't want us to have abortions,
and you don't want us to have birth control?
What do you think's gonna happen there?
- By the way, you said woman a few times
so I think we're due for a sip.
- I'm sorry.
- The important thing.
- I'm not good at games, by the way.
- What do you think that Hillary Clinton should do next?
- I would never give advice to Hillary Clinton,
nor would she take it.
I wouldn't respect her if she did take my advice.
I don't know what Hillary Clinton is going to do.
I respect her so much.
It's so shameful, what's transpired,
because we had the most qualified candidate in history
against the least qualified candidate in history.
And then we had Russia interfering with our election,
so we're really, there's like a war.
This is kinda war.
You can't do that.
- Now, just to sum up for those viewers
who are not at Sundance, can you explain to everybody
just what the sentiment was like
there this morning at the march?
- It was inspiring, I was inspired.
I'm going to love on the people that I don't even like.
That's how inspired I am.
I'm gonna be nice and reach out and
be good to the people that I don't have interests in.
I wanna be uncomfortable,
put myself in uncomfortable situations,
to try and figure out how we repair.
- Great, well thank you so much, Chelsea.
- Thank you.
- This was so nice talking to you,
and thank you for leading the march this morning.
- Okay, thank you.
Cheers!

17 Amazing Beauty Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Health Benefits.
- Hair, Skin and Body (AVC)
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is one of the most powerful ingredients in nature that offer
health and beauty benefits.
Although it may be new to many people, its use dates back to 400 BC.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine, used natural stroke to treat many of his patients.
ACV is rich in acetic, citric and malic acids, as well as vitamins, enzymes, mineral salts
and amino acids.
As an antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antifungal agent, it helps treat common
cold, muscle pain, arthritis pain, diabetes, high cholesterol and weight problems.
This all-natural, all-purpose kitchen food is becoming a favorite ingredient of beauty.
How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar:
You will need to:
Filtered water.
Apples.
Honey.
A wide-mouth bottle.
Cheese wax (a thin, loose cotton cloth).
Instructions.
1.
Wash the apples and then cut into quarters.
2.
Keep apples or rests at room temperature until they turn brown.
3.
Place the apple remains in a wide-mouth jar and fill the container with water.
4.
Put some honey in the bowl.
5.
Then cover the jar with a cheesecloth.
6.
Place the covered bottle in a dark, warm place for 6 months.
There are several key attributes for ACV that help keep beautiful skin and hair as well
as dealing with other beauty issues.
Sinus healing
ACV is anti-bacterial, so it prevents the growth of bacteria that causes nasal congestion
and helps to clean the sinuses.
Add 1 teaspoon of ACV in a glass of water and drink to get relief from stuffy nose.

This homemade face mask can reduce black spots on the skin.
Prevent Acne:
Apply apple cider vinegar on the skin with a cotton ball to prevent acne.
Anti-cancer
ACV can help prevent cancer.
It can kill cancer cells and reduce tumors.
Improves alkalinity of the body that is unfavorable for the growth of cancer cells.
Remove Moles:
To remove unwanted moles / warts, apply Apple cider vinegar directly.
To reduce wrinkles:
Apply Apple cider vinegar directly to the skin every night and leave it overnight.
Wash it in the morning.
Use as deodorant:
Simply pass some apple cider vinegar in your arms to combat the odor.
For shiny hairs:
To get shiny hairs, take 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 1 cup of water and
apply on the hairs after the shampoo.
Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
For dandruff:
Applying apple cider vinegar to your hair can treat dandruff and an itchy scalp.
Hair growth:
Apple cider vinegar stimulates hair growth.
Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of water and apply it on the scalp.
Good for the heart
ACV contains acetic acid and antioxidants that reduce bad cholesterol, thus minimizing
the risk of heart disease.
Taking a half ounce of ACV can reduce cholesterol in your body.
To lose weight:
Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water and drink daily to lose
weight.

SO YEAH, PEOPLE ARE REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS, BECAUSE
THE ECONOMY IS GOING TO EXPERIENCE SOME ISSUES;
THEIR SOCIAL SAFETY PROGRAMS ARE GOING TO BE SCREENS ISSUES;
THE LEAST.

Small Medieval House | Minecraft Tutorial (german) - Duration: 11:06.
Hey! Welcome to the first tutorial of my building series.
Today we are going to build a small medieval house with a little stable next to it.
So let's start with the framework
I decided to use a lot spruce wood, dark oak and stone bricks, but obviously you can decide which blocks you want to use.
Now let's build the foundation, using stone bricks and a pattern of stairs and slabs.
After that we'll build the walls with spruce planks. Also you can leave places for windows.
On the right site of the house I filled up the whole wall because I'm going to add a stable there, later.
I used white stained glass panes and a spruce door.
On the inside we can already add in the staircase and the first floor.
On the outside I'll place a spruce log every second block which will support the basic framework.
Between them I'll place a spruce stair each and a row of slabs beneath the beams.
Starting with the walls on the first floor... Again I'm letting every second block a place for a window.
Then I'll add a spruce stair on every log and also a slab between each one.
Next I'll add the stable...
Therefor I extend both of the support beams in the middle and connect them with some slabs.
Next I'm adding the fence around the stable and added some supportive fences to reinforce the roof.
Also I add on each end of a log a decorative button and finish the roof of the stable.
For the roof I use a simple pattern of stone bricks and stone bricks stairs to create a simple and pointed roof shape.
Obviously this is only a border for the real roof buildt of dark oak wood.
To finish the roof I'm simply mirroring it to the other site and add some stone brick slabs on the top.
On the open sites of the roof I'm adding a simple wall and decorate it with some fence posts.
Finished the exterior, now let's head in to the inside and add the missing ceiling and also a ladder upwards.
The trapdoor has been placed to create some more space by not blocking the staircase.
Of course you can design your interior as you want, I simply want to give you some tips how you could do it.
So I decided to create a little work area with some chests, furnaces and a crafting table on the first floor.
And on the second floor I'll place a bed, another chest and some more simple little decorations.
So that was my tutorial for this simple medieval house.
If you enjoyed, feel free to click the light button and be sure to post a commentary on what I should build next.
Bye! :D

Cheers!

Dorothy & Lucas I You saved me - Duration: 2:35.
Now put this in your ear.
Trust me.
Ready?
Yeah.
It's ok.
Just listen.
I really hope that when we figure out who you are
you're one of those guys that says
"Oh, don't worry about it, everything's gonna be okay"
all the time
Don't worry about it, everything's gonna be okay.
Once we figure out where we're going.
Do you remember anything from here?
You okay?
Anything you...
recognize
or makes you feel something?
Yeah.
What?
You.
What is your name?
Well, whatever you want to call me.
How long have you been saving that?
A few miles.
What's the first name that comes to your mind?
I'm not doing this.
Go.
I can't.
First name.
Comes to your mind.
Right now, go.
Lucas.
You must really want to get home.
Why Lucas?
I'm not having this conversation with you, Lucas.
Why not?
Because I don't know you.
It's the town where I grew up.
That's all I want, I just...
I just really want to go home.
So...
Lucas is home...
Well, you saved me.
So how does that work?
I did, didn't I?
Do you want to know what I wished for?
I wished I was more.
I guess this is where we say goodbye, then.
Then I guess it is.
Am I coming with you?
I don't know.
Are you?
I can take care of myself.
But you won't, will you?
We have to go.
They'll find you before we ever find her.
Because ever since we met
you rush into things
without a care whether or not you live or die
That woman was going to kill you
so I acted on instinct.
And that's what scares me.
Well, maybe it should.
But some of us do care.
Be safe.
He's gonna kill you
and now I can't stop him.
I don't need you to.
I need to find another way.
Sorry, to do what?
To get yourself killed?
This rate, we're never gonna get to...
Or we might just keep you alive.
The man I am today...
We should go.
He's watching out for us.
is who I want to be.

METAL HUNTERS : Best Of Metal 2016 - Duration: 33:32.
Hi all, you're most welcome to this new special episode of Metal Hunters. Special, because today we have a guest.
- Hi!! - OVER THE TOP ROPE!!!
- My guest, Seth, who just came back for the Best of 2016 episode. - Yes, so we're reviewing 2016 as we did last year.
- Yes, using pretty much the same categories. - We'll start with the visual stuff first, then we'll move on to the music.
So, best cover of the year:
- The one from The Zhrine. - Really?
See, we prepared this episode so well that we don't even know the band's name. It's my fault though, I kind of butchered their name.
Zhrine! The cover of their album Unortheta, or something, is an epic charcoal composition of surrealistic art,
reminiscent of the works of Kittelsen (Google him).
A well designed play on light and textures that shows that sometimes a black and white image is enough to evoke fantasies.
Best concept goes to Winter Gate's from Insomnium. It's very well written. The writing is simple but it grabs you,
making the plot a real page turner that you simply cannot put down. The story is told from the point of view of three different narrators, all with their own writing style.
Including a child, that offers a refreshingly naive and innocent perspective on the tale.
Speaking of which, I won't spoil you but the story is about a Viking raid on a deserted village that seems full of treasures.
Although the Vikings can't believe their luck to have found such a treasure trove, they can't help but wonder where everybody is gone.
There's an unnatural vibe about the place, like this gate the Vikings can't open, what lies behind?
More treasure perhaps, or something sinister? It really is a very good story from a very good album.
Another cool concept is The Astonishing from Dream Theater…
- You can't help but mention Dream Theater every time, can you? - No.
Best Interpret of 2016 goes to Steve Hoggarth from Marillion. The band released Fear this year. I didn't listen to all of it.
- Not sure why, as everything I've listened to from that album was pretty good. - Because you're on drugs.
Right you are. Anyway, Steve Hoggarth wins the gong for best interpret thanks to his wonderful yet subtle singing that's always so out of the ordinary.
- Like a good wine, he only gets better with age. - Ah, wine.
- Yes, I hope you're all enjoying Seth's insightful inputs. - I like wine.
Next category: worst video!
I Know « There's Something Going On » from Jorn Lande. Ok… where do we start...Basically it's Jorn Lande looking for his girlfriend who is cheating on him.
It's bad. The actors are bad. The plot is bad, like Jorn Lande arsing around in the woods for no reason.
It doesn't make any sense and it's also very frustrating because, although he's walking with intent for what seems ages, Jorn doesn't actually find the girl.
Maybe if he'd look in the usual places, and not… you know… the forest.
Yeah ! what was he expecting to find in the woods? Anyway, as I said, bad acting, bad plot, random senseless stuff…
At one point Jorn's bird is laying on a bed and her lover is standing there, looking at her like he's going to fuck her rotten…
and he does. It's so bad. What makes it worse is that they tried to do a serious video.
They did, you can tell how much feeling Jorn Lande put into it. He was traumatized.
In the end, it's one of things that's so bad, it's good.
- Now for the best video of the year. - We didn't really find any video that was awesome but…
I chose Knowing from Anderson/Stolt. I find it to be enjoyable to watch. Really matches the music, rambling and deconstructed prog music.
- It's nice and cute. I think you didn't like it… - No… Rambling is the right word.
I can picture them going on the internet, looking for funny gifs. Taking the first 50 they found and made a video from them.
Yes they stuck everything together in Adobe and thought: "The video is done!"
- "It's cool" - "Much better than Jorn Lande's"
They must be using the same drugs. But if you like this kind of humour it's really not that bad…
If you have a favourite video, feel free to put it in the comments.
- Good bye. - Good bye.
Best gig of the year now. Even if we didn't really see any memorable or exciting concerts this year. I still saw good ones.
Amorphis in Paris for example, at Le Petit Bain. Between the quality of Amorphis' new record and their last one, add to that their Live reputation;
we knew we would be in for a good show. Tommy Joutsen was in good voice, easily switching between growls and clean singing. A great concert.
What made it even better was being with some good mates, having a few pints before the gig. Well, I say a few…
So many pints in fact, that the bouncers wouldn't let us in.
- But we still managed to get in thanks to my… er… - Overwhelming charisma?
- Second show now… - Ah Jesus.
Former Queensrÿche singer, Geoff Tate. I wasn't expecting a good show and I was pleasantly surprised.
It took place in the Voodoo Lounge in Dublin, which doesn't always have the best sound but the gig was very good. The sound was nice for a change.
Geoff Tate was very unassuming, which was surprising as I was picturing him to brag and be pedantic a la Blackie Lawless but he wasn't.
His voice was sublime and even though it was an unplugged session
I really enjoyed listening to Queensrÿche classics such as « I Don't Believe In Love » or « Walking In The Shadows ». I had a blast.
No originality for my first pick, I've chosen Blind Guardian.
They played in Dublin with Gloryhammer and as shit as the atmosphere was for Gloryhammer, it was awesome for Blind Guardian.
People had been waiting more than 10 years for them to play in Dublin again and they came up with a great set-list with all the classics.
- You were there too, weren't you? - Uh-uh..
- So say a few words. - Ok… Hi. So, first of all, you liked the gig because you were drunk.
- No. Not true. - You were drunk.
Indeed I was. But that's not the reason why I loved the gig so much. I would have enjoyed it sober as well.
It was an okay concert. It was cool. I was expecting more from Blind Guardian but they played the songs people wanted to hear.
- Like « Bard's Song » or « Imaginations From The Other Side ». - Yeah, the stuff that make people go bonkers.
- If I was drunk it's because of them, I was sober when I got there! - Shhhhh..
So yeah, because they played the classics, people went crazy and that's why the gig was so good.
Let me have that.
Ok now for the topic that will div… NO! Don't put your finger in your beer!
The dividing topic then, most disappointing album of the year. Quite a few to choose from. Devin Townsend's album was disappointing. It's very repetitive.
The two songs pre-released on YouTube « Failures » and « Offer Your Light » are the only two I liked. The rest is superfluous and uninteresting.
- I didn't like the last Sabaton as well. - Ah... that's what I think about all their albums.
For me the most disappointing album was Tsar from Victor Smolski's Almanac.
I first listened to the 2 songs released before the album was out: « Tsar » and « Self-Blinded Eyes ». It's boring.
It's flat. Bland. It's insipid and so clean and calculated that the album has no soul.
Of course, Nuclear Blast published behind the scenes of the fucking album before it was released, where they interviewed the band members and stuff.
Now, I like Andy B. Franck from Brainstorm/Symphorce and David Readman who worked with Adagio and Pink Cream 69
- but they said in the interview this was the best album they've ever done. - You lied!
Yes! Why not say this album cures cancer while you're at it?
They interviewed members of the orchestra in Barcelona who said nice things like "We've never taken part in such a project before"
but really what they should have said is "We've never worked on something this shit, with hairy guys giving us directions like that"
- "Dirty guys too" - Same for the Orden Ogan dude who produced it:
"I have never produced such an amazing album" he said. But as he's smiling you can almost hear him thinking "My God, what a steaming pile of shit that album is".
So yeah I was really disappointed in Almanac this year. They're like those Marvel movies.
In the trailer they always show you these kick ass scenes but when you go see the movie you realise everything else in the movie is dry as shite.
Same for Tsar, two goodish songs and the rest is crap. I'm very disappointed.
Now, let's talk about the best albums by category. First up, heavy Metal.
This year we went off the reservation a bit and picked a band that's not heavy Metal in the classic sense of the term. Myrath.
Or when heavy Metal meets oriental orchestrations. We liked the oriental atmosphere, the voice variations typical of middle-eastern singing,
the solemn chorus adding to the epic mood and lastly the power of the album. Myrath succeeded in not having the oriental theme subjugate the power of heavy Metal.
The album is heavy, high octane, full of life and colours and it's so good.
We didn't care for the lyrics which are a bit cliché.
Maybe it would have been less cringey and more exotic if they'd sung the whole thing in Turkish and not just one song. Still, great album.
Best Thrash album: Decision Day from Sodom. Simply Sodom. The best compliment you can give, really. Sodom doing what Sodom do best.
In the last year I've listened to a lot of Thrash from the US with Death Angel and Testament but only Sodom stuck with me and that's…
- ...because they're Sodom! - Fuck yeah! Pure teutonic thrash Metal,
effective and straight to the point, I like it! Catchy tunes, lyrics easy to sing along to. Once again, a very good album!
Best prog album of the year goes to The Invention Of Knowledge from Anderson/Stolt. We've already mentioned them in the best video category.
It's old school prog, unstructured and complex. Very reminiscent of Yes, especially Close To The Edge.
First, because Anderson is involved but also because you find the same intricacy as you'd find in Yes' work.
Old school but also modern, sound and production are very crisp yet subtle.
What I also like with this album is the feeling you're being told a story and every note and lyric is part of a tale Anderson is trying to tell us.
I haven't read the interviews, I only know that Anderson and Stolt didn't meet to create the album. Instead, they'd send samples to each other.
I wouldn't be surprised if the lyrics came first as it feels like the text is the main element and the music was only added to it.
This album is full of good vibes. There's a feel good factor about it, it's amazing.
Black category now with Harakiri For The Sky. Excellent gloomy black Metal. They're a young band from Austria, founded in 2011 and they already are very classy.
The vibe they give is most striking, elegant black Metal slow and melancholic rather than satanist and evil.
We have classic chords with long bits of piano and if you look at the cover you'll see they're not Mütiilation - wait a minute, I like Mütiilation -
I mean their style is different, pure and white oneiric forms. It is classy.
So much so Achille even bought a t-shirt to show how much he loves them and wears it even if it's one size too big. It's too big.
- But yeah it's beautiful and pure. - Time for death Metal now. Time for VIOLENCE!!!
Best death Metal album goes to Incoming Death from Asphyx.
Right from the first song « Candiru » it is pretty clear that the album will be in your face from start to finish.
Still, it's not as intense as their last album Deathammer, which was really over the top, all album long.
The new album is "quieter" and has a "slower" tempo. Songs like "Wardroid" even have doom bits reminiscent of Candlemass.
Although, rest assured that Asphyx are still very much about death Metal,
albeit very basic with simple riffs, very different from more technical American bands. They remain simple and straight to the point.
As for the unclassifiable rif raf, we've decided to go with Katatonia. As usual the depressive Swedes have come up with a well-crafted harmonious album,
full of pain and very sad things. Weirdly, some bits sounded very oriental, not sure if it was planned or a fluke but it's pretty cool.
Lyrics from Jonas Renkse mostly mention all the sad things he's seen. And here we are.
We, therefore I, chose to add in a new category : the album of the VIOLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENCE!!!
And for this category I chose: The Whole Of The Law by Anaal Nathrakh. I discovered the band only this year, so it is my 2016 discovery I guess.
How can we define the genre? Symphonic black grind..? This is a music which is horribly violent and complex, I'd never listened to something...
- So violent! - Yes, because it is very intense, an incredible cacophony of speed and precision.
I would say it is a very epic ultraviolence.
I'll surely say shit but it sounds like Nile to me, that incredible violence which falls upon you, making you paralyzed and shocked. It's very overwhelming.
Yes, Nile does have very intense tracks that can be oppressive. But here it is so fast, violent, with no break it can be suffocating.
In theory you could think it wouldn't work, that mix of violence and intensity with blast beats and rough,
haunting singing/screams as if the singer was tortured, with a magnificent symphonic chorus the second after,
including what I'd almost like to call "aerial parts" but not really, more like glorious and epic parts. So you could think it wouldn't work but it's working perfectly.
I was really impressed when I heard this music. Wow.
So yeah that was the top of the year, so the top... more of a best of and... For fuck's sake Seth!
- But hey you forgot to talk about the album of the year. - No they don't care, we don't do it.
- What "they don't care"? You cannot skip the album of the year! - We don't have time. I have to go to see Sabaton tonight.
But we don't care about Sabaton it'll only take ten minutes!
- I said NO for fuck sake why are you always pissing me off?! - Shut up! It's obvious they want to know the album of the year!
Now, I didn't want to do this because you know how people are…
"You talk about Harakiri For The Sky, Anaal Nathrakh and then you chose Epica for album of the year.
You're a sellout man, you only chose them because the singer is cute!"
- Shhhh… - You know I'm right and I'm a bit sick of these comments.
- You don't care. - True. I have to say I was surprised I liked this album so much.
I listened to it more by habit than by choice. I mean, years ago I was a big fan of Epica and… let's just say I sort of lost interest.
Epica still uses the same recipe: big symphonic intro, followed by a catchy tune with solid chorus, followed by a song that usually sounds great Live.
Then comes a little ballad with violins and pianos - look how well I can play air piano while holding a pint at the same time -
and the album invariably ends with a big song that last for 10 minutes.
So yeah, from this point of view this album is no different from what they'd done so far.
But the strength of Epica has always been to come up with something new, using the same old recipe. Always the same, yet always different.
This album is different, there are a lot of positives. First, I love the dichotomy of the voices,
between the lyrical opera singing of Simone Simons and the death Metal singing of Mark Jansen.
Fun story, Mark Jansen is a big fan of death Metal in general and Death in particular.
Once, Epica covered « Crystal Mountain » on one of their tour and it was quite amusing to see the bemused faces in the crowd.
Anyway, this album has great symphonic arrangements and, as usual with Epica,
the orchestra is used to the full and not just to have a "released with a true symphonic orchestra" sticker on the album cover.
As for the voices, the two different types of music complement each other very well.
There are nice symphonic parts playing alongside melodic death, even black Metal parts. Rapid riffs, blast beats and the likes. It works well.
It would have been very easy to mess this up but they made it work. The album is a credit to Epica's reputation and music style.
A lot of production also went into it. We could have ended up with another Almanac situation where too much fiddling makes the record worse
but it's not the case here. Some parts give me goosebumps like the beautiful end of "Once Upon A Nightmare".
As I said, I didn't expect to give album of the year to Epica but here I am.
I hope you understand it's not a cop-out. You know I listen to a lot of music and I was positively surprised by this album.
I really loved it and still get as much pleasure every time I listen to it. It makes me happy.
What Seth? What do you want? You want a fight?
Rant time now! I already talked about this on the radio but I decided it would be a good idea to do it here too
because I'm fed up with guys who write disrespectful comments on forums or webzine every time Epica,
or any other band with a female member, release an album.
It's like those bands simply can't release an album without being bombarded with shit comments like
"Simone is so hot!" or "We're gonna feast our eyes on her during the show" and I'm just mentioning the "nice" comments here, they can get much worse.
This always pisses me off and I don't why guys react like this. Are they jealous? Frustrated?
What's even worse is when these guys play the knights in shining armour. If you make a dodgy joke they'll redthumb you and go on about political correctness.
Meanwhile they'll be the first ones to write those sexist comments.
Now, I know metalheads are often broke and Brazzers is not cheap but if they are that frustrated there's always Pornhub, it's free.
There's no place for sexist comments here, we're just here to talk about music.
That's it for me. Album of the year: Epica which released another majestic symphonic heavy Metal masterpiece.
I know Epica have an odd fanbase and their label Nuclear Blast can be a bit soulless and not to every one's liking
but you should really give it a try. I liked it. Who knows, you might like it too.
Lastly I wanted to end with my album Top 10 but Seth vetoed the idea.
Yeah… we'd need a 30 minute video every week to listen to all your top 10's.
True, so no top 10.
- This is it for the Best of 2016. Thank you Seth for coming, did you have fun? - Yes.
Good! You can find Seth on YouTube. She does fuck all but she has her own channel.
- I occasionally do. - I'll add the link in post prod. D'you talk about music?
I talk about music in general, about a lot of dark things: post-punk, indus etc.
I think some people could find it interesting. The videos are in English though, which is good for you lazy arses.
It'll help you practice it! I will also add a link to our best of 2015 vid if you want to watch it again.
I'll see you soon in another video or another podcast and until then, STAY METAL.
Man, that wasn't really cool, because...
First I wanted to do a top 10 but she said no. Not only she said no, but she hit me.
She hit me with her right fist like that. She is totally insane. This is the last time I work with her.
Also she always criticises everything, Sabaton etc... Enough! By the way do you have her phone number? Can I call her?
You know she is sound engineer, right? She usually works by night so she is probably sleeping now.
Hi Seth? It's me, how are you? Do you have a sec?
Oh you were sleeping...
I just wanted to make you listen something you'd like...
So? This is the new Sabaton do you like it???
She hung up. On top of this she really has no sense of humour.

Why Unlimited Data Is Impossible To Maintain - Duration: 4:50.
For more about that super sounding communication, check out this video right here.
Are you afraid of losing your unlimited data plan?

Safe Inside - James Arthur (Jordyn Pollard cover)
I remember when you were all mine Watched you changing in front of my eyes
What can I say?
Now that I'm not the fire in the cold Now that I'm not the hand that you hold
As you're walking away
Will you call me to tell me you're alright?
'Cause I worry about you the whole night
Don't repeat my mistakes, I won't sleep 'til you're safe inside
If you're home I just hope that you're sober
Is it time to let go now you're older?
Don't leave me this way, I won't sleep 'til you're safe inside
Everyone has to find their own way
And I'm sure things will work out okay
I wish that was the truth
All we know is the sun will rise
Thank your lucky stars that you're alive
It's a beautiful life
Will you call me to tell me you're alright?
'Cause I worry about you the whole night
Don't repeat my mistakes, I won't sleep 'til you're safe inside
If you're home I just hope that you're sober
Is it time to let go now you're older?
Don't leave me this way, I won't sleep 'til you're safe inside
If you make the same mistakes, I will love you either way All I know is I can't live without you
There is nothing I can say that will change you anyway Darling, I could never live without you
I can't live
I can't live
Will you call me to tell me you're alright?
'Cause I worry about you the whole night
Don't make my mistakes, I won't sleep, I won't sleep
If you're home I just hope that you're sober
Is it time to let go now you're older?
Don't leave me this way, I won't sleep 'til you're safe inside
Will you call me to tell me you're alright
'Cause I worry about you

Women lead unprecedented worldwide mass protests against Trump
Hundreds of thousands of women filled the streets of major American cities to lead an
unprecedented wave of international protests against President Donald Trump, mocking and
denouncing the new U.S. leader the day after his inauguration.
Women activists, outraged by Trump's campaign rhetoric and behavior they found to be especially
misogynistic, spearheaded scores of marches in the United States and sympathy rallies
around the world on Saturday.
Organizers said they drew nearly 5 million protesters in all, far surpassing crowd expectations.
The demonstrations also highlighted strong discontent over Trump's comments and policy
positions toward a wide range of groups, including Mexican immigrants, Muslims, the disabled
and environmentalists.
In contrast to the heated, often shrill tone of the presidential campaign, and the grim
imagery of "American carnage" Trump evoked in his inaugural address, the mood during
Saturday's protests was largely upbeat, even festive.
Chanting such slogans as, "We need a real leader, not a creepy tweeter," and "Hey-hey,
ho-ho, Donald Trump has got to go," many marchers wore knitted pink cat-eared "pussy hats" in
a reference to Trump's boast, in a 2005 video made public weeks before the election, about
grabbing women by the genitals.
While women constituted the bulk of the demonstrators, many were accompanied by husbands, boyfriends
and children.
The planned centerpiece of the protests, a Women's March on Washington, appeared to draw
larger crowds than turned out a day earlier to witness Trump's swearing-in on the steps
of the U.S. Capitol.
No official estimates of the turnout were available, but it clearly exceeded the 200,000
marchers projected in advance by organizers, filling long stretches of downtown Washington
around the White House and the National Mall.
MASS TURNOUTS
Hundreds of thousands more women thronged New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver and
Boston, adding to a public outpouring of mass dissent against Trump unmatched in modern
U.S. politics for a new president's first full day in office.
So-called Sister March organizers estimated 750,000 demonstrators swarmed the streets
of Los Angeles, one of the largest of Saturday's gatherings.
Police said the turnout there was as big or bigger than a 2006 pro-immigration march that
drew 500,000.
Some 400,000 marchers assembled in New York City, according to Mayor Bill de Blasio, though
organizers put the number there at 600,000.
The Chicago event grew so large that organizers staged a rally rather than trying to parade
through the city.
Police said more than 125,000 people attended, while sponsors estimated the crowd at 200,000,
the same tally they reported for Boston, and Denver..
Smaller protests were held in such cities as Seattle, Portland, Oregon, Madison, Wisconsin,
and Bismarck, North Dakota.
The protests, mostly peaceful, illustrated the depth of division in a country still reeling
from the bitterly fought 2016 election campaign.
Trump stunned the world by defeating Democrat Hillary Clinton, a former secretary of state
and first lady who made history as the first woman nominated for president by a major U.S.
political party.
Pam Foyster, a resident of Ridgway, Colorado, said the atmosphere in Washington reminded
her of mass protests during the 1960s and '70s against the Vietnam War and in favor
of civil rights and women's rights.
"I'm 58 years old, and I can't believe we are having to do this again," Foyster said.
Although Republicans now control the White House and both houses of Congress, Trump faces
entrenched opposition from wide segments of the public, in contrast with the honeymoon
period new presidents typically experience when first taking office.
In a Twitter post early on Sunday, the new president appeared to downplay the significance
of the protests when compared to his victory in the Nov. 8 election.
"Watched protests yesterday but was under the impression that we just had an election!"
he tweeted.
"Why didn't these people vote?"
A recent ABC News/Washington Post poll found Trump had the lowest favorability rating of
any incoming U.S. president since the 1970s.
AROUND THE WORLD
Women-led protests against Trump, who has vowed that U.S. policy would be based on the
principle of "America first," also were staged in Sydney, London, Tokyo and other cities
across Europe and Asia.
Sister March sponsors boasted some 670 gatherings around the world in solidarity with the Washington
event, estimating a global turnout of more than 4.6 million participants tallied through
online march registrations, although those numbers could not be independently verified.
Trump, in a Twitter post on Saturday, wrote, "I am honored to serve you, the great American
People, as your 45th President of the United States!"
Attending an interfaith service at Washington National Cathedral before visiting the Central
Intelligence Agency headquarters, Trump made no mention of the protests.
But he angrily attacked media reports, including photos, showing that crowds at Friday's inaugural
were smaller than those seen in 2009 and 2013, when Barack Obama took the oath of office
for his first and second terms as president.
"I made a speech, I looked out, the field was, it looked like a million, million and
a half people," Trump said at his CIA visit.
"They showed a field where there were practically nobody standing there."
Saturday's march in Washington overwhelmed the city's Metro subway system, with enormous
crowds reported and some stations temporarily forced to turn away riders.
The Metro reported 275,000 rides as of 11 a.m. (1600 GMT) Saturday, 82,000 more than
the 193,000 reported at the same time on Friday, Inauguration Day, and eight times normal Saturday
volume.
The peaceful atmosphere of Saturday's march contrasted sharply with unrest the day before,
when groups of black-clad anti-establishment activists, among hundreds of anti-Trump protesters,
smashed windows, set vehicles on fire and fought with riot police, who responded with
stun grenades.
Washington prosecutors said about $100,000 in damage had been done and 230 adults and
five minors had been arrested.
Clinton won the popular vote in the Nov. 8 presidential election by around 2.9 million
votes and exceeded Trump's support among women voters by more than 10 percentage points.
Trump, however, easily prevailed in the state-by-state Electoral College vote that actually determines
the outcome of the race.
Trump offered few if any olive branches to his opponents in his Friday inauguration speech.
"He has never seemed particularly concerned about people who oppose him," said Neil Levesque,
executive director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College.
But the lawmakers who Trump needs onside to achieve his policy goals may be more sensitive
to the show of mass opposition demonstrated by the anti-Trump rallies, Levesque said.
"Members of Congress are very sensitive to the public mood, and many of them are down
here this week to see him," Levesque said.

Learn English - Weekly Tip 15 for Spanish Speakers - embarrassed / pregnant (with subtitles) - Duration: 3:12.
Hello once again everyone, and welcome back to 'One English Tip in One Minute for
Spanish Speakers' where every week I talk about, in some detail, one common
English mistake made by those who speak Spanish as a mother tongue...and this is
the 15th video, so video number 15.
Again, I appreciate the fact that you are trying to master your English. I
appreciate it even more if you've watch the other videos and you've sort of stuck with
it to this point...and hopefully you continue to stick with it. In these
videos, I show you a slide, and on the side there are two sentences: One is the
correct way that someone who speaks English as a mother tongue would say it, the
other is the wrong way that someone who speaks Spanish as a mother tongue might
say it. You have to decide which one is correct. Do that now. Read the
sentences,
listen to me read the sentences, pause the video, think about your answer and I
will discuss the answer in the slide that follow this slide.
So hopefully you got this without any trouble at all.
Yyou're confident of your answer. You're even insulted that I would ask you such
a simple question. But, if not-- if you're like the many thousands or millions out
there who get this wrong -- you know what I'm going to say. You just have to study
to get past this mistake. You have to understand why, then you have to study to
get past it. Hopefully you understand why by now, because I explained it before.
For the studying part, I've giving you three sentences to study from.
Memorize these sentences in their entirety, review review review -- it's very
important -- and put into practice what you've learned through speaking or
writing or both. That might even be more important, because it's confirmation
of whether you've mastered it or not.
Just a few things before we finish. First, if you liked the video, I hope
you'll click on the thumbs up below. Second, I hope you will consider
subscribing to my channel. I think it's a good idea as these videos come out like
clockwork every week...so hopefully you will do that.
Third, I have an online course called '50 Common English Mistakes' and it costs
twenty euros...but if you follow the link in the description box below, it costs 10
euros. So I hope you'll think about that. Next,
I am building up my website, so I hope you will pay that a visit. Also, I
