J: Right, she's one of my really good friends in Korea and she's been in so many of my JOANDAY vlogs

J: And we actually went to... like...

J: For example, YG Entertainment.

E: Yes, we did. and that that video got

J: Before we get started with this video, I wanted to say turn on subtitles because whenever

J: So today, we are starting a new segment on my channel. And it's called cafe corner

J: Where I share with you guys my favorite cafes with Erin!

E: Yeah! J: So every month...

J: because we go with cafe like all the time

J: So we wanted to talk about our top three every month

E: With a specific theme that month

J: What is it today?

E: Today, we are going to talk about the warehouse concept cafe that in actually

E: a huge thing in Korea. As you can see

E: If you guys have been to Korea once (Seoul specifically) and if guys really want to pick a good

E: experience and coffee in Seoul, you get to see that a lot of cafe interior inside

J: It matters!

E: The Warehouse Concept is Korea's current trend.

E: Right, for me I really interested in visiting those cafes -- very unique concept.

J: And I went to Daelim Warehouse Cafe. And that's the first one we'll be talking about today.

E: Yeah J: It's located in Seongsu!

E: Seongsu, which is a very hip neighbourhood J: Now, it's becoming very popular.

J: It's getting better every time I go visit. There's always a new cafe.

J: There are so many places I want to check out E: Right, there are so many new cafes.

E: There are many artists living in that area. J: Yes, I heard!

E: They get to have a lot of exhibitions there so a lot of young people go and visit Seongsu

E: All my friends living in rural areas visit Seoul and say, "Because Seongsu is hot/trendy"

J: Oh, really? E: Yeah, & Daelim Warehouse Cafe is the most popular.

J: Something you should know about this cafe is that you need to pay an entrance fee of 10,000 won.

E: I think that's only on the weekends. J: Oh, really? That's a possibility.

J: We stopped by Daelim Warehouse Cafe because it's really close to Onion

J: And you don't pay during the week day. You were right!

E: Yeah, only pay on the weekends. J: But when you pay, it comes with a free drink

J: So it's a good deal. And when you are in, there's so much to see.

E: Yeah, they have exhibitions inside. And they serve meals, right?

J: Yeah, they do! They serve the pizza very prettily.

E: I haven't tried their meals Only their coffee, but we have to say that we're not...

E: We're not experts. J: Right, this isn't Soy!

E: Right, we aren't Soy.

J: Whenever I go to cafes with my friend, Soy, she drinks it and goes "2 shots". She just knows!

J: We just enjoy the cafe E: And the atmosphere

J: And the taste of coffee. We never finish a cup!

E: Because for me, you are also very weak J: Yes, I can't sleep

E: I get really sick. J: Really?

E: Sometimes, I get really nauseous. Once, because of all the shaking, I left work early.

E: So since then... I like coffee J: I want to love coffee!

E: I want to love coffee, but I can't. J: Haha! Right.

J: But their coffee is really good because I feel like a lot of the coffee I've tried (in Korea)

J: Taste watered down. It almost tasted like tea/water.

J: But Daelim Warehouse Cafe had great coffee!

E: Yes, even though I don't know too much about coffee, I felt like it was quite good.

J: Yes, it is very good. E: I also think it is the ambiance.

Coffee tastes better in good company.

J: And they also sell goods E: Right, they have shops in shop

E: Artists come to share and sell their artwork.

J: yeah, definitely a cool place to check out in Seoul.

J: Second cafe is Anthracite. E: Anthracite!

J: And we went after we visited the YG building in Hapjeong.

E: Yes, it's really close to YG Building so if you guys want to check out both YG and Anthracite!

E: Did you know there are three Anthracites in Korea?

J: I didn't know. E: Yeah, they have one in Sangsu (one we went to)

E: Second one is in Itaewon (Hannam)

J: Okay E: Uhm the third, I guess it's in Jeju island

E: Which is very cool to visit J: Wow! That sounds amazing

E: The one is Jeju (I've actually never been), but I've seen the pictures the articles

E: It's all around in SNS!

E: They renovated an actual warehouse they have their own coffee roasting machine

E: You should J: Look it up and insert pictures (Sorry, I forgot😁)

E: Yeah, that's one cafe I really want to visit in Jeju.

J: I want to visit Jeju. E: Same here

J: You lived in Jeju E: Yes, I did J: I also lived there for a month for an orientation.

J: For my previous teaching program Jeju is really nice!

J: Maybe next time... like NEXT time we can have a cafe corner on Jeju cafes.

E: Yes, sounds great because there are so many pretty cafes in Jeju.

J: The air and view is so nice! But basically, Anthracite!

E: Anthracite... to pick my favourite cafe in Seoul, I might choose Anthracite.

J: Oh, really? E: Because of the theme

E: The theme and the atmosphere. For you, she kind of prefers the Marble tables

J: They all know. E: They all know. Okay!

J: Marble table, white, that's what I like, but with Erin, I go to many dark cafes.

E: Yes, something old J: And vintage!

E: Very vintage and not that bright. So I really liked Anthracite -- totally my aesthetic.

J: Right E: And when you enter into the cafe

E: You kind of get the coffee atmosphere and when you just enter straight there is a roasting room

E: And they actually do the roasting thingy everyday (I heard)

E: So their mindset.... their philo... It just looks good!

J: I think so too E: Something about good people brewing good coffee

E: Because coffee is expensive. J: It is. It's like... 10,000won? No, no

J: 6,000? 7,000? E: Which is...

E: Which is quite a price because you can eat a meal with that money.

J: Seriously! E: You can eat a filling meal with that.

J: It's paying for the sitting fee and the space E: Yeah, exactly.

J: They use ACME cups, their dessert was really good (madeleines)

J: We want to go back for the cakes E: Yes, right right.

E: All the "hot/trendy" cafes use ACME cups. J: It's a must because that's when you know they care.

E: Yeah J: Because they are very expensive cups

E: It is. J: They use ACME cups!

E: There are so many people during the weekend, but same for Daelim Warehouse Cafe.

E: So if you don't like the crowded atmosphere, go avoid the weekends and go on a weekday.

J: That's true E: Anthracite is currently so popular, people will wait.

E: People won't walk out for another cafe

E: So avoid the weekends... J: But it's definitely worth checking out!

J: The third cafe, we actually haven't been to. So we'll go right now!

J: We're at Onion. E: Yay!!

J: And their coffee machine. Eddy would be like, "It looks like a car" and it kinda looks like a car!

E: I've seen a lot of cafes using that specific J: In Garosugil

E: Yeah, in Garosugil. I've also seen that machine.

E: I don't know much about machines, but J: Yes, same here. We're not pros.

J: We just want to share our favorites with you guys

J: Because the lighting is so nice, there are so many rainbows at this cafe.

Photoshop Tutorial: How to Replace a Burnt-out Sky in a Photo. - Duration: 6:49.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you a quick and effective way to replace a burnt out sky in a photo.

This is an update of a tutorial I did on an earlier version of Photoshop.

Open a photo with a sky you'd like to replace.

If you'd like to use this one, I provided its link in my video's description or project files below.

The first step is to separate the sky from the rest of the photo.

There are many ways to do this, but for this example, I'll use the Quick Selection Tool.

If you're using this tool, as well, I generally find a radius of 5 to 15 pixels works fine.

Drag the tool over your landscape to select it.

To remove the selection over the sky, press and hold Alt on Windows or Option on a Mac

as you drag your tool over those areas.

To check your selection to make sure it included all of your landscape, press "Q" on your keyboard

to change the selection into a quick mask.

We'll refine the edges in a moment.

Press "Q" again to revert it back into a selection.

At the top, click the "Select and Mask " button if you're using version CC 2015.5 or later

or if you're using an earlier version, click the "Refine Edge" button.

You could also go to Select and click Select and Mask or Refine Edge in this list.

I did in-depth tutorials on Refine Edge and Select and Mask, so if you'd like to watch

them, I included their links, as well.

Click "Smart Radius" and drag the radius a bit to the right.

If you want to make your tool bigger or smaller, press the right or left bracket key on your keyboard.

Drag the tool over the edges of your landscape to refine their edges.

Check "Decontaminate Colors", which removes color fringe of the sky that may bleed into our landscape.

Output it to "New Layer with Layer Mask".

Then, click OK.

Make the background visible and make the top layer active.

Open your Gradient Tool.

Make sure the Linear Gradient icon is active and click the gradient bar to open the Gradient Editor.

Click the "Black, White" preset and click the lower, left Stop.

Click the color box and in the hexadecimal filed, type in 0151FE.

Then, click OK or press Enter or Return.

Click the lower, right Stop and the color box.

Type in A7CAFF.

Then, press Enter or Return twice to close both Windows.

Place your cursor a little above halfway up the sky and press and hold Shift as you drag

the Gradient Tool a little above the horizon.

Then, release.

You'll notice that the gradient colors are inside your landscape instead of behind it,

so we need to invert the layer mask.

To do this, make the layer mask active and press Ctrl or Cmd + I.

Make a copy of the top layer and its Layer mask by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + J. Click off the chain-link to unlink

the layer and the layer mask.

Doing this, allows us to resize and reposition either of them independently of the other.

If your foreground and background colors aren't black and white, respectively, press "D" on your keyboard.

Go to Filter, Render and Clouds.

Change its Blend Mode to "Screen".

Zoom out of your image by pressing Ctrl or Cmd and the minus key on your keyboard a few times.

Go to Edit, Transform and Perspective.

Go to a top corner and drag the Transform Tool out approximately this much.

To accept it, click the check-mark at the top.

To fit your image back onto your canvas, press Ctrl or Cmd + 0.

The clouds actually extend beyond the visible area of our canvas, so we need to crop them off.

To do this, press Ctrl or Cmd + A to select the visible area of our document and go to Image and Crop.

To deselect it, press Ctrl or Cmd + D. Open your Transform Tool and go to the bottom of

the Transform's bounding box.

When you see a vertical, double-arrow, drag it up to the bottom of the sky.

Then, press Enter or Return.

Lastly, we're going to make our clouds a little less feathery and the blue sky a bit more vibrant.

Double-click the thumbnail of the clouds to open its Layer Style window.

The "Blend if" feature essentially clips one layer into another

based on the tones of the active layer and the layer below it.

The slider of "This Layer" is always linked to the active layer.

In this case, our active layer is the clouds layer.

Our gradient color is the "Underlying Layer".

Place your cursor directly on the icon on the slider of "This Layer"

and Alt-click or Option-click it.

This splits the icon in two.

By dragging the right half of the icon to the right, it feathers out the clouds over

the darkest areas of the gradient color, thereby revealing more of the color and less of the

clouds in those areas.

Guess what?

There are plenty of green jobs in the world!

And when we say green jobs, we don't mean jobs where you have to dress up like Kermit the Frog.

Nope, we're talking about jobs that are specifically structured to help make our environment a better place.

Though dressing up like Kermit sounds fun, too.

So what's an example of a green job?

Well, take a Water Wise Landscaper, which is a great position for someone who loves

the great outdoors.

A water wise landscaper designs gardens with specifically-chosen plants, flowers and trees

that can survive on just rain water, which reduces the need to use extra water for sprinklers.

An electrical engineer is another good green job for someone who likes gadgets and electronics,

because many electrical engineers try to design and develop new electronic products that use

less fossil fuels.

Or, if gadgets aren't your style, you could always be a green chemist!

These are chemists who paint themselves green while doing lab work!

…Just kidding.

They're chemists who try to create products that aren't hazardous to our environment,

like eco-friendly soap, packaging, and construction materials.

Still not your cup of tea?

Well, maybe a hydrologist will be your dream career.

A hydrologist is someone who learns about precipitation patterns, studies water, and

comes up with new ways of conserving water.

While a wind analyst, analyzes…well….wind.

We wonder how long they had to brainstorm to come up with that creative name.

Anyway, they do stuff like determining the best locations to place those giant wind mills.

If you're more into fixing things hands-on, then becoming a wind turbine or solar cell

technician might be a good idea.

These people fix and maintain wind turbines and solar panels in order to keep them spinning

energy and soakin' up the rays.

We hope those turbines wear plenty of SPF 30!

And if you love cars, then becoming a Clean Car Engineer may be a good fit.

No, this isn't just about building car washes... it's about designing the cars of the future,

and specifically, ones that don't guzzle a ton of gasoline.

You could also be a Green Builder, as in, a builder of green houses.

…Wait, not "green houses," like little Monopoly houses.

We mean a "green house," as in a house that has more innovative and eco-friendly

features, like solar panels and rain collectors.

Or maybe, if you love food and people – and who doesn't? - then you could become a Farmers

Market Manager.

A farmer's market is an outdoor grocery store that sells locally grown and made food.

And don't worry, city-folk!

It's not just for farmers.

Those are just a few of the many, many green jobs currently available.

And as the world begins to take the environment more and more seriously, even more new green

jobs will become available.

And if nothing else, you can always dress in a Kermit costume..

Hot N New EP. 61: FUEL MAVERICK 20X10 - Duration: 8:21.

- Hey guys, Shawn here at Custom Offsets,

Custom Offsets TV all on the YouTube.

Got another episode of Hot N New for you guys,

and we've brought you this one a couple times.

This is going to be episode 61 on the Fuel Maverick,

and what we've got is just a totally different finish,

but it's also a two-piece wheel.

So like I said, this is the Fuel Maverick,

I lost my tape measure again man.

I'll be back.

This is the Fuel Maverick again,

but this is gonna be the two-piece.

I'll show you what that means in a second here.

Size-wise, this is a 20, and it's 10 wide,

so it's a 10 inch wheel.

What they've done, is they used to a -12 offset

and a -24 offset, but much like a lot of the others,

Fuel is going to more of a -19 offset,

so this is right in between the two.

As far as lip size on this 10 wide, -19,

it's 3 1/2"

and a lot of that is just because there's a lot of bulk

and design in this.

Being a two-piece wheel,

literally this whole center chrome section is one piece,

and then the entire barrel is another piece,

and then it's got the bolts in the back of it.

I'm gonna try and swing this around,

we're really gonna get some TV magic if I break this.

You can see on the backside of this wheel,

that this thing is allen-head bolted all the

way together, all the way around.

Literally, that is where these two pieces of wheel

bolt together.

That's why they're able to do it where it's got

the black barrel and then it's got a chrome,

a true chrome plated center on it.

That's where you get that black,

which is a gloss black, with a chrome plated center.

I think it's plated, let me just make sure, yep.

That's completely plated chrome.

Then it's got the chrome cap.

You can see its a covered cap style.

What's been cool about this one is

I've seen quite a few people and they make the Maverick

and they've got a couple other models in the Rampage

and stuff in the same pattern,

the two piece chrome center and black grill.

I've seen more and more people running this

in the winter and the reason I think they feel comfortable

with that is because where any of the salt and stuff

is gonna sit is on the paint surface,

not on the chrome surface and they're not quite

as worried about corrosion so I've seen more and more people

that have been wiling to go ahead and just run this

in all seasons.

I can't say I've seen how that turns out for 'em

I just know that they've been doing more and more of that.

We haven't done any of 'em here but the guys I've talked to

that have said it works fine

because they basically just keep

that barrel clean and pay attention where it could be

a building up in here.

But you know this would be another one

you could put that WD-40 or some sort of water repellent.

A lot of guys are saying silicone sprays

and different stuff that you can put in there

and basically keep stuff from sitting

and then the chrome area should stay pretty clean as is

because it doesn't have any pockets or anything.

That was just a fun fact of seeing more and more guys

running these as a year round wheel.

Like I said it's a complete two piece

and this whole thing is chrome plated

with the black, gloss black here

and then you can see it's got the machined rivet look

all the way around and it's a covered cap

it's got the chrome cap with the black logo in it.

This one is Fuel Maverick

and it's a super super popular wheel,

it's been around for a long time

so there are just a billion sizes.

They start doing the two piece

where it's chrome in the center instead of being machined,

it's just there's a machined face, we've shown you

that one before.

The chrome in the center with the black grill

starts in at 20 by 9 +1 offset and then you've got

the 20 by 10 -19.

Four of these are gonna run you $2101

so for four wheels, it's almost double

what a one piece Maverick would be

and it's just related to the fact that

it's a more expensive wheel to make.

It does cost almost double the price

of like wheels in the same category.

If you talked about an all chrome wheel

it would be a little bit closer in price.

Lemme see how much the all chrome Maverick is

in 20 by 9.

So the all chrome is $1369 and then this one

is $2101 I believe, yeah.

So you're talking about $800 difference,

so it's almost double, 35, 40% more.

And then the other size you can get 20 by 12 -44,

there's a 20 by 14 -76, so you can keep going wider

and then a 22 by 10 so it'd be the same wheel

but another two inches of wheel height wise,

then you can do a 22 by 12, 22 by 14,

they start getting in a 24 by 12

and I believe I saw a 24 by 14.

Let me make sure, yeah, 24 by 14.

So that one's gonna be a 24 and then 14 wide

with a -75 offset and they go all the way up

to a 24 by 16 -100 and for that wheel

you'll be paying $3101 for a set of four of 'em

shipped to your door.

Now what's nice is you know we'll package that up for you

and give you a stellar deal on tires.

So if you did that 24 by 16 lets say and then you click

add tires you're gonna see that you can start adding tires

as cheap as $67 for four tires.

So we give you a slammin' deal on the package

when you get into a more expensive wheel

like that in this example for this one.

So you could do that wheel and then add,

let me get to a common tire I see.

Common size, 315/50 would be pretty common,

this Terra Grappler would be $1813 for the tires.

Now remember those are 24" tires

that are 36 1/2" tall almost 13" wide so

a lot of rubber involved in making that tire.

And then anything in 24 like that is gonna be more

just because it's not as high of a demand

so for a total package you're looking

you guys see this in the close up the E-Man does,

you'll see the reflection of that chrome

in the black barrel and it kinda messes with your eyes

at whether the whole wheel is chrome

or if it's actually black and then you start seeing

the black reflect on the chrome also.

It gives it a real unique look and that's why we wanted

to kinda break it down for ya on this finish

of that wheel and remember this is a two piece version

versus the one piece.

The one piece you'll see it's got a machined face

and then it's all blacks that's more machining

than that chrome plating.

Good morning!

Today I am going to the town.

I have to shot some video for some friends.

Then I am free, for the rest of the day.

I will spend it with my family.

maybe do some exercise. Well see.

Today we are on the "peš most" bridge with Ines and Deny.

We are shoting some video, apparently for kind of dream wedding video.

At the Ptuj castle.

We recorded all. I am now on the way home.

I do not know, I will find someting to do today.

Rest of the day I spent at the computer.

I edited my vlog, and do something for my work.

Now I have to get dressed and go into town for a drink.

One of the questions I get asked by

patients is, why can't I just come in

when I have symptoms?

why can't I just come in when I have pain?

Why do I have come in when i'm feeling good?

well if you think about this and think

about what I've educate you on with

chiropractic care, the very beginning I

educate all my clients with regards to the

nervous system and when nerves get

irritated, when nerves get pinched

they're actually only painful 10% of the time.

Which means 90% of the time,

there is no pain when the damage starts

to accumulate. So a lot of times you can

be walking around thinking, hey I feel pretty good,

everything's ok and it may not be.

Damage may be accumulating and that's

why a lot of times I have patients

coming in to see me saying, you know what

I was fine, everything was good, I had no

issues and then suddenly, all of the sudden,

I get this pain and it won't go away!

I don't understand.

How come its taking

so long for taking for it to get better.

Well a lot of times the damage has been

there for a lot longer than what you

assumed it was, and the symptom may have

been there for like about a week or two

weeks, but the damage may have been there

for years. And it probably got to a point

where now its sympotmatic all the time . So

the goal of chiropractic care is to

improve those symptoms, but it's also to

optimize your spine and then to keep it

well. So when we encourage you to come in

for check-ups, what we are encouraging you to

do is not wait until the damage

accumulates and then have to start all

over again. Rather we've got you well,

let's keep you well. Fits into the same

philosophy as Dentistry. When you go see a

dentist and the dentist says to you, hey

you know what, your teeth are great. Great

checkup today. You don't turn around to

the dentist and say, okay I'll see you

when i'm in pain again. You know that

makes no sense because at that time when

you do that, you'll probably be coming in

for a root canal. Its going to cost you a lot

more, it's going to be it a lot more

intrusive, a lot more work. Chiropractic

is the same philosophy. We are going to get you

well, we're going to keep you well, we're

going to maintain that. So

Chiropractic care is all about

maintaining optimal wellness and thats what we

want for you.

Take a moment to think about the WORST date you've ever been on.

Maybe he spent the whole time sobbing about his ex, perhaps he shared his weird fetishes

with you or hey, maybe he even surprised you by introducing you to his family (yes, that

happened to me once).

As bad as some dates may be, if there's one thing to learn from them it's that there

are certain kinds of guys to avoid when it comes to romance.

about the kinds of guys to avoid when it comes to dating.

So, let's get started.

The first kind of guy you should avoid is Mr. Self- Righteous.

These type of men are controlling, bossy and opinionated.

They put themselves on pedestals and have a habit of belittling other's opinions.

Self-righteous men tend to be arrogant know-it-alls.

Unless you want to be told what to wear, how to eat or what to believe in, skip on these

egocentric guys.

After all, healthy, loving relationships are based on a mutual respect for one another

and self-righteous men only worry about one person: themselves.

The second kind of man to avoid is the barbaric man.

When you hear the word barbaric you probably think of some primitive, unsophisticated beast

of a man.

The type that takes what he wants with little regard for others.

Well, that's more or less what these kind of men do…

Flash back to modern times, these are the kind of guys you see in college movies and

sleazy nightclubs.

They're the bros who brag about how many notches they have in their bedposts and who

holler at women on the street.

Needless to say, they lack respect for women and speak and act crudely around them.

In some ways they may even be considered misogynistic.

Unless you want to put up with their sexist views and savage ways, avoid these kind of

guys like the plague!

The next kind of guy you should avoid is the self pitying man.

He's the "woe is me" type and thinks that the whole world is out to get him.

He sees the cup half empty and usually has something to complain about.

Nothing is ever good enough because he's the "unluckiest" person ever….

In reality, he just thrives on sorrow.

You can usually guess what you're going to get with this type of guy and that's

a gloomy experience.

Self-pitying guys tend to fear spontaneity because they're so caught up in their ways.

They crave sympathy and may even be a bit masochistic.

Unless you want to feel like you have a little black rain cloud lingering overhead, don't

date self-pitying men.

The fourth type of guy to avoid is the angry man.

These type of guys are hot headed and quick to pick a fight.

When you spend time with them you'll find yourself on the defence because to him everything's

an argument or debate.

What's worse is you'll have always to worry about what's next.

Like a loose cannon, a night out on the town could quickly turn into a street brawl, or

a quiet evening in may end in tears.

While it can be nice to date someone so passionate about their opinions, be careful not to confuse

strong convictions and deep rooted rage.

Simply put, unless you want to walk on eggshells 24/7, don't date this kind of guy.

The last kind of man you should avoid is the needy one.

Sure, it's nice to feel important to someone, but these kind of guys are like leeches and

will suck the life out of you.

For instance, he may give you a hard time any time you make plans without him or make

you feel guilty when you leave him behind.

He'll want to spend every minute of every day with you, and when he can't be physically

close you he'll blow up your phone with texts and calls.

You won't be able to make a move without him knowing your exact location.

While it's nice to feel cared about, needy men kill the romance by being cling-ons.

Unless you want someone to need you insufferably, don't date these type of men.

Now that you know what to avoid, you can stop wasting your time on men that probably won't

work out.
