It's pretty juvenile if you ask me.
I mean, the street is named for a prominent old family.
I disagree.
The word "boner" is objectively hilarious.
The human penis has no skeletal material of any kind.
Wow, you really are overthinking this.
I mean, the kids, they steal street signs that sound
like dirty words, OK, like Wanger
Street or Morning Wood Way.
There's nothing humorous about nocturnal penile tumescence.
It's a natural phenomenon, as you well know.
But Boner Street.
Right.
That's great.
Why don't I just put on some entertainment for someone
over the age of eight.
(LAUGHING) Oh.
AUDIOBOOK NARRATOR: (IN STUFFY BRITISH ACCENT)
Kathy arrived at Quantico but found her lecture hall empty.
Where is everyone, she asked herself.
What-- what is this?
What, you don't recognize it?
It's your latest novel an audio book.
AUDIOBOOK NARRATOR: I'll need to see the director at once,
Kathy said.
This is terrible.
The narrator.
The narrator?
Yes.
He misses all the nuance of the main character's voice.
I need to call my editor.
Here.
Sounds good to me.
Listen to him.
AUDIOBOOK NARRATOR: There too, Kathy--
Uh, do you mind?
AUDIOBOOK NARRATOR: --could find no one.
All right, great, I'll just, you know, drive in silence.

No, I was up before dawn video-chatting with Jessica.
She's on this euro trip.
And with the time difference, there's just no chance to talk.
Mm, I'm jealous--
I mean, of her trip.
You know, I went to Europe right after college,

got a little bit cah-razy.
Oop! (CHUCKLING) I'm so sorry.

Sure.
I'll, um-- I'll meet you at the office.

ABANDONED WAL-MART REOPENING AS A SHELTER FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS (PAID FOR BY TAXPAYERS,
OF COURSE)
An abandoned Walmart in Brownsville, Texas will soon be home to 100s of illegal immigrant
minors, many of them late in their teen years, thanks to your federal tax dollars.
According to a report from a local ABC affiliate in Brownsville, the facility is currently
being converted into a shelter by a nonprofit organization called Southwest Key, which receives
the majority of its funding from federal tax dollars via the Office of Refugees Resettlement.
A Southwest Key spokeswoman confirmed the facility is set to open on March.
They said itll be to welcome unaccompanied minors who crossed into the U.S. illegally.
It will be the 4th facility in Brownsville to shelter children, under the age of 17,
who have crossed into the U.S. without an adult.
Southwest Key is federally funded by the Office of Refugees Resettlement.
The groups mission is to provide a safe environment for unaccompanied children while
they wait to be reunited with a sponsor or relative in the U.S.
Southwest Key officials said children are supervised during their stay.
The program ensures youngsters have a safe place to sleep, are fed, educated and also
have access to healthcare and counseling services.
Of course, the report drew a lot of criticism from local Brownsville residents, many of
whom questioned whether the money shouldnt be redirected to fund a shelter for veterans
and/or the homeless.
Screenshot 2017-01-30 at 1.30.56 AM As background, according to WND, Southwest
Key has an annual budget of $150 million and operates 27 shelters for illegal immigrants
in Texas, Arizona and California.
Per the Southwest Key website: Southwest Key Programs is a private, nonprofit
organization founded in 1987 to keep young people out of institutions and empower them
with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Through an exceptionally competent and diverse staff, Southwest Key empowers youth and their
families to make positive changes in their lives including at our 27 immigrant childrens
shelters in Texas, Arizona and California.
Southwest Key Unaccompanied Minor shelters operate as a self-contained unit, delivering
shelter, food, healthcare, education, recreation, case management and legal services to the
children in our care.
We are required by the federal government to provide everything that a child needs in
order to thrive in a humane and homelike environment.
As a result, there is little interaction between the children in our services and the surrounding
community, save for those businesses and employees engaged in their care on-site.
Healthcare: The overwhelming majority of medical services are done on site by Southwest Keys
fully-staffed, licensed medical professionals who ensure the health of the children in our
shelters.
Every child receives a full, medical exam by a doctor within 24 to 48 hours of entering
our facilities, including receiving all the CDC recommended immunizations and being screened
for any infectious diseases.
Education: While in our care, all unaccompanied minors receive educational services.
Our presence in a community does not impact children in the local school system as our
kids receive all educational services separate and distinct from local children and they
never have an opportunity to interact with one another.
Screenshot 2017-01-30 at 1.28.55 AM If Southwest Key sounds familiar, its probably
because its the same Southwest Key that drew criticism from Senator Chuck Grassley
back in 2014 for using taxpayer money to provide a petting zoo and guitar lessons to their
illegal immigrant residents at a cost of over $300 per child per day.
Per the Washington Times: One of the contractors housing some of the
surge of illegal immigrant children from this summer offers them a petting zoo with miniature
ponies, a tilapia fish farm operation and guitar lessons, according to documents released
Thursday by a senator who questioned whether the plush accommodations were a good use of
taxpayers money.
Sen. Charles E. Grassley, Iowa Republican, said it seemed excessive to pay the $329 that
Southwest Key Programs, the contractor, charged per child per day at one of its California
facilities in Lemon Grove, California.
Another facility in El Cajon cost taxpayers $316 per child per day.

THANK YOU.
THESE JUDGES BROUGHT ME UP IN

PRIVILEGE OF WORKING AS A
PRACTICING LAWYER AND TEACHER.
I'VE ENJOYED WONDERFUL
COLLEAGUED WHOSE SUPPORT MEANS
SO MUCH TO ME AT THIS MOMENT, AS
IT HAS YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT.
PRACTICING IN THE TRIAL WORK
TRENCHES OF THE LAW, I SAW, TOO,
THAT WHEN WE JUDGES DON OUR
ROBES IT DOESN'T MAKE EXWUS
SMARTER, BUT IT DOES SERVE AS A
REMINDER OF WHAT IS EXPECTED OF
US-- IMPARTIALITY AND
INDEPENDENCE, COLLEGIALITY, AND
COURAGE.
AS THIS PROCESS NOW MOVES TO THE
SENATE, I LOOK FORWARD WITH
SPEAKING WITH MEMBERS FROM BOTH
SIDES OF THE AISLE TO ANSWERING
THEIR QUESTIONS AND TO HEARING
THEIR CONCERNS.
I CONSIDER THE UNITED STATES
SENATE THE GREATEST DLIBBATIVE
BODY IN THE WORLD.
AND RESPECT THE IMPORTANT
ROLE OF CONSTITUTION AFFORDS IT
IN THE CONFIRMATION OF OUR
JUDGES.
I RESPECT, TOO, IN THE FACT IN
OUR LEGAL ORDER IT IS FOR
CONGRESS AND NOT COURTS TO WRITE
NEW LAWS.
IT IS THE ROLE OF JUDGES TO
APLIERK NOT ALTER THE WORK OF
THE PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVES.
A JUDGE WHO LIKES EVERY OUTCOME
HE REACHES IS VERY LIKELY A BAD
JUDGE.
STRETCHING FOR RESULTS HE
PREFERS, RATHER THAN THOSE THE
LAW DEMANDS.
I AM SO THANKFUL TONIGHT FOR MY
FAMILY, MY FRIENDS, AND MY FAITH
FAITH.
THESE ARE THE THINGS THAT KEEP
ME GROUNDED AT LIFE'S PEAKS AND
THAT SUSTAIN ME IN ITS VALLEYS.

All About Polar Bears for Kids: Polar Bears for Children - FreeSchool - Duration: 4:19.
You're watching FreeSchool!
Let's learn about polar bears!
Big and covered from head to toe in white fur, polar bears are easy to recognize.
Adult males can reach weights of over 1500 lbs or 700 kg, and lengths of nearly 10 feet
or 3 meters, but females are much smaller.
Although individual brown bears have been recorded that outweigh the average polar bear,
polar bears are generally considered to be the largest bear on earth.
Polar bears are mammals, which means they are warm-blooded, have fur, and feed their
babies milk.
Polar bears live in the Arctic circle up near the North Pole, and are perfectly suited to
its cold temperatures and harsh conditions.
They have large feet to help spread out their weight on snow and thin ice, and the skin
on their paws is bumpy to give them a better grip.
Their claws are short and thick, giving them an even better grip on ice and slippery prey,
and their claws are also scooped on the underside for digging in the ice.
Polar bears can keep warm in their cold environment because they are insulated by up to 4 inches
or 10 centimeters of fat, and have two layers of fur: a dense undercoat, and an outer layer
of longer guard hairs that help trap their body heat.
You may not know that underneath their fur, a polar bear actually has black skin.
Their fur is not white, either: it is clear, and hollow in the middle.
When light shines on the fur, the hairs scatter the light and make the polar bear appear white.
Although they are born on land, they spend most of their time out on the sea ice, where
they can hunt their favorite prey, seals, which they hunt by smell.
Polar bears have such a good sense of smell that they can find a seal buried under 3 feet
or a meter of snow a mile or 1.6 kilometers away.
Polar bears prefer to hunt from the edges of the ice, but they are also strong swimmers
and have been recorded swimming for as many as ten days in a row for distances as far
as 220 miles or 354 kilometers.
Because polar bears spend so much time at sea, they are considered marine mammals like
whales, dolphins and seals.
Unlike most other marine mammals, polar bears have strong legs that allow them to walk on
land and run at speeds of up to 25 miles or 40 kilometers per hour over short distances.
Polar bears still live in most of their original range - more than any other carnivore on earth.
That is because people do not often live or build in areas where polar bears live due
to the harsh, cold conditions.
They live in only 5 countries - the United States, Canada, Russia, Greenland, and Norway
- and are protected in all of them.
Although polar bears are not endangered now, hunting, exposure to pollution, and loss of
sea ice they depend on to find food could put them in danger in the future.
I hope you enjoyed learning about polar bears today.
Goodbye till next time!

Democrats boycott Trump's cabinet nominees for Health and Treasury posts - Duration: 2:06.
Democrats in the U.S. Senate have blocked votes on two of President Trump's choices
for key cabinet posts.
The president tweeted that the Democrats should be "ashamed" of themselves and said the move
shows why Washington does not work.
Kim Mok-yeon has more.
U.S. Senate Democrats on Tuesday refused to attend a committee vote on two of President
Trump's cabinet nominees, demanding further information on the financial activities of
the candidates.
The boycott is against the president's nominees for Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and for
the head of the Department of Health and Human Services, Tom Price.
The Democrats said they want to ask Price and Mnuchin more questions, claiming some
of their testimonies before the panel did not line up with the facts.
Edit No2188 "We need someone with unquestioned strength,
values and integrity, who, at that critical constitutional moment, is prepared to stand
up to this president or any president and say you are wrong and if you insist on doing
this I will resign.
I cannot picture this man, who has been described by the Trump advisers as a savant and legendary,
having the will or determination to do that."
The move has delayed the vote for the positions to Wednesday and outraged the White House
and Republicans.
This comes as Americans remain divided over President Trump's contentious executive order
on immigration.
According to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll, 49 percent of respondents said they agreed
with Trump's order.
Forty-one percent disagreed and another ten percent remain undecided.
The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points.
Following the announcement of the executive order, the President of the European Council,
for the first time, referred to the Trump administration as an existential "threat"
to Europe.
Donald Tusk said President Trump has placed the EU in a difficult situation as it seems
to have called into question the last 70 years of American foreign policy.

F-16 fighter jets to be deployed to Osan Air Base in response to N. Korea threat - Duration: 1:01.
Our top story this morning...
U.S. strategic military assets will be deployed to the Korean peninsula sometime this month
for the first time since the Trump administration took office.
The decision came following a request on Wednesday by Lee Sun-jin, the Chairman of South Korea's
Joint Chiefs of Staff,.. to his U.S. counterpart General Joseph Dunford.
The U.S. Pacific Command said twelve F-16 fighter jets and two-hundred U.S. military
personnel will be deployed at Osan Air Base,... located some 60 kilometers south of Seoul.
They will be working with the South Korean Air Force for six to nine months to monitor
possible North Korean provocations.
The announcement comes as U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis is set to arrive in Seoul on
Thursday.
Mattis will hold talks with his South Korean counterpart Han Min-koo on maintaining a strong
military defense posture against North Korea's military threats and the deployment of U.S.
strategic military assets to South Korea.
