Donald Trump's refugee ban, explained - Duration: 5:24.This executive order, signed by President Trump,
starts a new policy on refugees and immigration in America.
TRUMP: "And this is the protection of the nation from foreign terrorist entry into the
United States..."
But that's not really what's in this Executive Order.
So let's go through it.
First, the executive order banned all immigrants and visa-holders from seven majority-muslim
countries from entering the US for at least 90 days.
There is no security benefit.
Americans are more likely to be killed by their own clothes than by an immigrant terrorist.
Nobody in the US has been killed in a terrorist attack by immigrants from these particular
7 nations.
But the US is now treating everybody from these countries as if they are a suspect.
Computational biologist Samira Asgari said she now can't come here to work on immunogenomics.
Oscar Winner Asghar Farhadi can't come back to the US for the Oscars, where he's nominated
again.
Sudanese Doctor Suha Abushamma hurried back to the US to begin work at the prestigious
Cleveland Clinic, only to be put back onto a plane out hours later.
But in addition to these travel bans, the executive order also begins a fundamental
shift in American refugee policy.
The order halts nearly ALL refugee admissions for 120 days, and admissions of Syrian refugees
indefinitely.
And it says that in the future, refugees will only be admitted from countries that have
sufficient safeguards in place to "ensure the security and welfare of the United States"
This is the opposite of how the US has defined refugees in the past: people fleeing persecution
and violence that their own governments cannot or will not protect them from.
And this comes at a time when the world faces its biggest refugee crisis since World War II.
1 in 122 people worldwide are displaced.
And those fleeing the largest humanitarian emergency of our time -- the Syrian civil
war -- are the ones singled out by Trump for harsher restrictions.
If you're worried about US terrorist attacks like 9/11, San Bernadino, or the Orlando Pulse
shooting – this Order would have prevented exactly none of them.
But there is an exception for some kinds of refugees.
David Brody, Christian Broadcasting Network: "As it relates to persecuted Christians, do
you see them as kind of a priority here?"
Trump:"Yes.
They've been horribly treated."
The US will allow members of religious minorities in the individual's country of nationality
during the 120 day-ban,
and prioritize them thereafter.
Trump: "Do you know if you were a Christian in Syria, it was impossible, very very, at
least very very tough into the United States.
If you were a Muslim you could come in, but if you were a Christian, it was almost impossible"
In fact, half of refugees in the past few years were Christian.
Refugees from Syria reflected the country's religious composition – almost entirely
muslim.
But all this aligns with Trump's anti-Muslim promises throughout the campaign.
Trump: "Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering
the United States."
Trump spoke about taking an "America First" approach at his inauguration.
Trump: "From this day forward it's going to be only America First.
America First."
This Executive Order shows how much that vision aligns with the original "America First"
movement.
That movement sought American isolationism too – they were against American intervention
in World War II.
That attitude resulted in the infamous decision in June 1939 to turn away the St. Louis.
That ship had 937 jewish refugees aboard, fleeing another hostile government: Hitler's.
First, they were turned away in Cuba.
"The liner St. Louis, turned back from Cuba"
Then they approached Florida, but the US Coast Guard, patrolling the waters, kept them away
too.
They eventually disembarked in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
"...Jewish unfortunates without a country permitted to land in Belgium after five weeks
of suspense afloat..."
And eventually hundreds died in the holocaust.
Since then, the US Government has been the world's leader in resettling refugees.
"...They finally reach a haven of safety..."
The State Department website still brags about it, claiming 3 Million refugees re-settled
around all 50 states since 1975.
The statue of liberty bears these goals too: a plaque on the pedestal reads:
"Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
America hasn't always lived up to these lofty goals.
But since World War II, we've lived in an era where the diversity of who gets to come
to America has gone up and up.
And a Federal Judge stayed deportations of those stuck in airports amidst the confusion.
And the Trump administration has already started scaling back.
Reince Priebus, White House Chief Of Staff: "As far as green card holders, moving forward,
it doesn't affect them."
The Trump Administration is trying to end the era when America didn't care what religion
you are.
Regardless where you come from.
Legal challenges and protests around the country continue to try to preserve it.

TRUMP PARDONS NIBIRU WHISTLE BLOWERS - Duration: 4:45.TRUMP PARDONS NIBIRU WHISTLE-BLOWERS.
In a display of characteristic leniency, last night President Trump signed a secret executive
order pardoning Nibiru whistle-blowers.
His sprawling signature on the order signaled a desire to abolish the diabolical Nibiru
cover-up that has loomed like a dark shadow over the free world.
Granting blanket clemency to whistle-blowers marks the second time in five days he has
used Executive Orders to ease the pain and suffering Nibiru whistle-blowers have faced
for over thirty years.
Last Friday, a stroke of his pen rescinded Ronald Reagans Nibiru Secrecy Act of
1983.
He signed last nights order in the Oval Office, in the presence of Dr. Ethan Trowbridge,
a Nibiru whistle-blower and former USGS climatologist whom Trump appointed to the President Science
Advisory Committee (PSAC.)
This is a historic day for Nibiru whistle-blowers, Dr. Trowbridge said.
Finally, we can live our lives without fear of ridicule or threats against our lives
and livelihood.
President Trump is keeping his promises to himself, to the American people, and to Vladimir
Putin.
President Trump is on the right side of history.
Unfortunately, the presidential pardons offer little comfort to the friends and family of
Nibiru whistle-blowers whose lives have been lost in the name of secrecy.
Starting with Robert Sutton Harringtons inexplicable death in 1993, scores of whistle-blowers
have met with untimely demise.
A 2014 independent study conducted by the Untimely Astronomers Death Committee (UADC)
revealed disquieting facts: 8 astronomers died from tropical diseases; 6 perished
in automobile accidents; 13 committed suicide; 18 dropped dead from heart attacks.
Dr. Trowbridge believes Trumps resolve will immediately end the clandestine war against
Nibiru whistle-blowers.
For the first time in a long time, I truly feel safe, Dr. Trowbridge said.
Many of us have lived in the shadows, living reclusive lives, communicating in secrecy
to the best of our ability.
Today, that ends.
We can at last talk about Nibiru without fear of government retaliation.
The Executive Orders, however, make no mention of American whistle-blowers currently living
overseas; the clemency clause applies only to American citizens residing in the United
States or its protectorates.
Dr. Trowbridge fears for his colleagues that fled the United States to avoid governmental
prosecution.
Dozens of persecuted scientists, he says, sought refuge in non-extradition countries,
and may not have the resources to return home.
They are stranded and helpless, Dr. Trowbridge said.
I know of at least two who fled to jungles in South America.
They were terrified of the CIA hit squads that routinely targeted Nibiru whistle-blowers.
We must bring our brothers home safely.
While the United States and Russia have adopted policies promoting Nibiru awareness, other
nations cling to outdated policies and procedures regarding Nibiru whistle-blowers.
Under Angela Merkels rule, for example, Germany has waged an all-out war on whistle-blowers.
Many German Nibiru researchers have mysteriously disappeared.
President Trumps desire to acknowledge Nibirus reality shows he is willing to
embrace worldly issues of Earth-shattering importance.
He has taken bold, courageous steps that infuriate his political adversaries.
He still has a long way to go.
He must apply the necessary pressure to compel foreign leaders to abandon their crusade against
Nibiru whistle-blowers worldwide.

How to Export an SPSS Data File into Microsoft Excel - Duration: 2:11.In this video I'd like to show you how
to export an SPSS file into a Microsoft
Excel file. And it's really quite simple
you just want to have your SPSS data
file open and then go to File and then
Export and then go ahead and select
Excel. So here you just want to select
where you want to save your file to, your
new excel file. And then here we'll use
the name, notice the name from SPSS by
default becomes the excel file name.
Notice the excel extension here. So this
will be an excel file, so let's go ahead and
click Save.
And then you want to go ahead and locate
where you have that file saved, and mine's
right here, so I'm going to go ahead and
open that. And then here's my excel file
and let's compare the two.
So notice it does get that name that we
saw earlier with the excel extension and
then notice how we have, I'm going to go
ahead and make a little more room here
for our variables, SAT, social support, and
college GPA, these agree with the variable
names that were in SPSS. And then see how
these are in the first row, whereas in 28 00:01:12,950 --> 00:01:17,390 SPSS they're above the first row, but in
Excel you can't have your variable names
up here, these are just going to be A, B,
and C. So Excel puts the variable name in
row 1. So let's look down here and we can
see that we have 36 rows of values and
the first row is for the variable names.
So 36-1, we have 35 rows of data, so let's
make sure that's the case in SPSS. Notice
how we have 35 rows of data here,
980 is the last value, we have a last
value of 980 here. And then moving up
here, just quickly, we have 1200, 62, and 3.45,
those agree.
Check one more to make sure:
990, 44, and 2.32.
OK so that's how you export an SPSS data
file into Microsoft Excel.
Thanks for watching.

Like this, put a thin slice of meat and vegetables into a hot pot. Then dip it in sauce and eat it.
Why did you open this "table for one" style shabu shabu restaurant?
First, I chose this location.
I wanted to make a restaurant which is different from other restaurants and more interesting.
Because this space needs a counter-style table, I can give a pot each customer a pot.
so I thought it will be successful.
Did you decide the location here Sangenjaya, already?
That's right.
Isee. This restaurant is located in front of Showa Women's University.
Do you hope to have university students come here, as well?
Of course, if they can. Most of my customers are in their 30s and 40's, though.
How did you come up with putting apricot in the pot as dashi flavor?
I experimented with various ingredients in the pot to find good one, then I found that apricot goes very well with Shabu shabu.
I have tried many things until finding the combination with apricot.
For examples?
I tried various fruits, vegetables and so on.
It has been over half of a year since you opened this restaurant in March last year.
Are you enjoying it so far?
Yes, I can talk with many customers because my restaurant has a counter- style table.
And also, I could hear customer's opinions about Shabu shabu directly.
When you opened this restaurant here, did you have any difficulty?
Even now, I feel that it is difficult to let people know about this restaurant.
What is the difference between this dango shop and others?
I offer fresh-roasted dango to customers by using charcoal fire.
This type of dango shop exists in Kyoto.
You might not see them in Tokyo.
One customer said "My children stopped eating convenience store dango
since ate this shop's dango.
So the customer is thinking about which one is better
because this shop's dango are a little bit expensive.
But our dango does not include ant food additives
so it is perfectly safe to eat.
Which dango flavor is highly recommended?
As you know, Mitarashi (rice dumpling in a sweet in a soy souse) is the best.
It is much in demand.
I sell four types of dango in this shop
and the Mitarashi dango are 60~70% of our sales.
Have you ever felt "I'm glad I opened this dango shop?
Although I have had dogs since when I was a child,
the last dog passed away two years ago.
That's why when customers visit my dango shop with their dogs
They make me happy.
All customers hold back to go inside my shop with their dogs,
I always appeal and say like
"This shop is for dogs, please come in!"
Then I made Inutomo (people who have dogs and talk about their dogs.)
Later, the customers dogs remember this shop
and give their owners a strong pull in the direction of this shop.
Once a 3 days, one dog comes to this shop with owners.
I am very happy to see them.
Thank you so much.
Why did you open this handkerchief shop?
First, I think the majority of handkerchiefs for men are quite simple.
Like, navy blue or black.
So they might think there aren't any cool ones.
However, I recommend that men have a handkerchief that makes them feel stylish.
For that reason, this shop started selling only men's handkerchiefs.
But women also buy them!
It means there is no strict difference between men's and women's handkerchiefs.
Which design woud you recommend?
I recommend checking out new designs.
Our stock is always changing.
Right now I would recommend this handkerchief made by the designer Masanao Hirayama.
We change items every two week.
We announce the latest items on our homepage!

How to turbo BMW m50/m52 engine, S02E04 Bottom end assembly using forged goodies. - Duration: 55:51.Nothing like that.
Party party!
Little bit disco.
Yeah for start. Then later its like: Niko how's it going? FUCK YOU!
It's like what the fuck!
Yeah that's how it's going to be..
Hey..
You have smudges all over it.
Some stains..
You have fingered it..
I haven't bought the pressure assembly yet.
But it can be bought last.
Yeah...
Lets see how the clutch looks like first.
poser
Hey we don't need. Wel..l fuck..
We have to take it all the way apart.
Yes we have to.
No we don't have to take the pistons out.
No pistons? yeah. Like it would be hard thing to do.
Well those aren't needed in anyway..
But we don't need to take those all the way apart.
Hey you have the new coils also!
How much this block has been driven?
The seller said 200 000 km
Can't feel any wear.
Yeah there is no piston ring wear on it.
But that one which is standing up is from Jimmy.
Remember the 5-series which was Joni's at first.
Yeah.
This is from that car.
Well that.
The number 6 six busted.
6?
There.
Well something.
Feels uneven.
There is lot of piston ring wear.
Yeah I can feel it.
But this is much better.
That's perfectly fine.
Little bit of carbon buildup but otherwise fine.
But that other one has real wear.
Yeah that one is clear.
Yeah.. I agree.
That is going to one fine engine Petri.
This should be.. Who did that...
Yeah. The we change the block to be m50 cast iron block.
And there you can see some other stuff we are going to put on the engine.
At first we have Athena Cooperring headgasget, bottom end girdle and ARP bolts for those.
As pistons we have m50b25 Wiseco pistons for vanos engine.
Those have 8.8:1 compression ratio.
But we have 2.8 liter crank and 135mm connecting rods so the compression ratio should be around 9.5:1.
And then we Chinese H-beam connecting rods from Max speeding rods from England.
Plus new stock bearings.
Did you buy that Girdle from eBay?
Yeah.
Was it the one which was basically free compared to real retail price?
The bolts only would have been more expensive than that and it came with those.
84.. I mean..
8,4 divided by 2,5.
So...
That times..
0,05
What!
How does this work?
Nooo.. Why the fuck they can't print these also in metric.
84 divided by 2,54.
Then.
I multiply it by that.
zero
times 0,0050
Yes.
What does it tell us.
Is that in inches?
Do I need to multiply that?
No.
0,042 millimeters
which should be.
That can't be right.
84 divided by.
so the bore is 3,3 inches.
That has to be multiplied.
by 0,005
What. that number is restless.
Oh I have to press the equals first.
Yeah now we are talking.
No that's still strange.
Is there formula for that?
There is some instructions but the inches confuse me.
Is that it?
That?
No. Wait.
I just got messed.
Wait. Once more.
I should get something reasonable out of this.
Then.
multiply..
like that.
That's a number.
And...
Now this needs to be multiplied.
by 2,54
So its 0,42 mm.
For the ring gap.
And then.
0,42.. So the 0,4 mm feeler gauge needs to go between.
Then..
That was the first ring.
multiply..
0,0055
equals.
And 0,5 mm feeler gauge for the lower.
Yeah.
Remember that Petri.
Upper compression ring is 0,4mm.
Lets write that down.
Where is the marker.
I don't understand why don't they also give metric values for this.
First is..
0,4 mm
Fuck is that is four then I'm..
Maybe it looks more like four now.
And the second is 0,5 mm because we don't have very precise tools.
or..
That's two.
Better to keep that in mind because no-one can read those tomorrow.
And oil rings should be fine as they are.
It said that in the instructions.
That was 0,3
And this is going to be honed.
And then we check again.
What number is that?
It's 5.
Should we check the second ring also.
First was 0,3.
Second compression ring.
At what's up
Will this fit.
Yes it fits.
Hopefully this wont.
Oh 0,05. That will certainly fit.
0,5
It won't
So in honing the gap can get 0,1 mm wider and we are fine.
And then we don't need to file these.
At lest in this first cylinder. Other ones should be the same.
The oil gets everywhere.
Will the Chinese connecting rods fit Wiseco pistons.
Feels solid.
Then the lock rings.
My hands are so oily that I bet I can't get them in.
And the ring fly's away.
Hey those needle nose pliers.
No. Small flat head screwdriver.
you serious?
Yes.
My hands are still slippery.
How did you say to do this?
Seems tricky.
This looks much bigger than the hole.
It's not even starting to go in.
Where do I start.
Rotate it 4mm past the..
..groove.
What?
Like..
I'l show.
Like that.
It's in.
And nothing is broken.
This works good.
We also have gasket remover here.
No it wont help in this.
This is not gasket remains.
Corrosion and buildup.
And all kinds of shit.
Everything is shit except pee.
What is stuck?
Have they even cut these rod ends open?
No this wont open.
Hit it with hammer.
You do that to your parts.
No it wont open.
This is just solid piece.
You need to cut the crank.
And then slide in the connecting rod.
Yeah and where do I then need these bolts.
Can you get it open?
Yeah! Now you got it.
This table was clean some time ago.
Hey do these even fit in here?
These have one groove.
Yeah these all have one groove.
It fits.
Maybe.
Yes it's in.
How is it going in VW guys life?
Just normal.
oops
What was that?
I don't want a single oops when building this engine.
there was just lot of filth in the bolt hole.
It was good kind of oops because working didn't stop.
oops..
Those are now equally deep.
Are these numbered?
Yes they should.
Oh hell. My feeler gauges are falling apart.
Are you sure about that?
Yeah.
4.. 5..
Nothing on that.
Where it should be.
We need to file these just a little bit.
This one doesn't have a number.
yeah it doesn't have.
That's normal.
Does it. Yes.
Sure thing!
We will need... This doesn't have number either.
In this big.
Which? Yes it also doesn't have.
And not in this. No this has.
It is missing from two.
What we are going to us to file this down.
A file?
How much?
Just a little bit.
Those are very close.
How close?
Well.
These are also almost ok.
Yes..
We should file these with something.
I'm glad that we didn't check those in the Vento engine.
Because I don't know how to adjust those.
There can be something that flies in to eye.
Just a little bit.
Was there?
These sporty looking ones.
The sporty ones are fine.
Where have we got glasses this fine.
I don't know. I found those outside.
Death has never been this close in the garage.
Now it goes between.
All?
No. I have two left.
Which way?
?
The oil rings don't normally have up or down side.
But then.
but which way the gap?
In oil rings you have to have all gaps in different direction.
Now when you have the gap in here, put the next 90 degrees different position.
Hey Paavo we have small tortoiseshell here.
What?
Fuck that must be dead.
No it walks.
It has woke up because the garage is warm.
I can't see though those glasses very well.
Which way these go in.
Lets see.
I will put the rest of the oil rings.
You do that.
Maybe the N is.
The top side.
Check the instructions.
It doesn't say it clearly.
Google it.
In any case the darker one is the lower ring.
It won't go to upper groove.
This requires precise finger movements.
Was this first.
It's ok for every cylinder.
But the rings are for specific cylinders.
What?
I have matched the rings for each cylinder.
Write one to that.
Both say N.
Yeah it does but the darker one the lower.
But you said that the lower has N.
I think the N says top side.
But i'l have to check that.
Like that.
Hey don't!
Go fuck yourself.
Which one was it.
Fuck what is that music coming from the radio.
I will change it to classic radio.
Everything is better than that.
Don't change to classic radio. They only play Christmas songs now.
But even the public-broadcasting company is better than this.
I will put the classic radio.
I have spotify in my phone.
chocolate, chocolate, chocolate
Maybe he's singing about chocolate-train or something like that.
Now change that or someone will die.
What the fuck.
Oh really.
Oh really.
Should I lubricate those.
It's that saxophone guy.
Which they now play everywhere.
Oil to those and we can lift the crank in.
Hey which way it goes in.
Is it now right way.
.. with the girdle.
No. No?
Lets try first with some old bolts.
sigh..
Just tell me where I can found those.
For example the ones from this engine.
Or the ones that we took apart from that.
Hey yes. We didn't throw those to trash bin yet.
Maybe.
What the..
Have changed these main cap bolts for any engine?
To new ones?
No.
This one.
Those look ancient after I cleaned those.
The aluminium block may have longer bolts.
So it looks like.
Do we have the bolts for that block? Maybe in the trash bin..
Did we throw everything away when we took that apart.
I will take a look.
Yeah those are here in the trash bin.
... just to see the...
Clearances.
Yeah.
Bring us the 17mm and the ratchet.
These may be the right bolts for this because it says 10.9
Was it there.
No this is the big only.
We only need 17mm and the ratchet.
Isn't it there?
Yes the ratchet but not the socket.
Fuck those are..
Should I clean the crank?
We should at least clean the bolt holes.
Like that. Looks fine.
Same.
Well.
0.05.
This also.
Yeah.
If it's between these two, it's fine.
It's good.
That is rarely broken.
Should we put these in, so that the main caps are easier to put on.
Is that jammed? No it snapped and stated rotating.
Did you clean these. No those are fine.
Just fine. Ok...
The bolt had some filth on it.
These go in smoothly.
We only have very selective collection of these allen wrenches.
Hopefully we have the right size.
But we have also that brand new set.
What are you talking about.
What bolt this is.
No it had this already in.
But was it.. Do we tighten these also?
Which?
Was it all the way down and then back a little bit?
But these are easier to rotate in with allen wrench.
But of course we can rotate these by finger.
We had this IKEA tool only.
Yeah it looks like.
Yeah that was what I meant.
Now it's all the way in.
How much back? Little bit.
This would be perfectly fine even without these ARP bolts. But now when we have these, we'l use them.
Or should these go all the way in.
Don't
This stresses me.
These are now loose.
It's very loose.
Hopefully it's fine.
We'll just tighten these by hand.
I didn't even read the manual.
YEAH!
These didn't come with instructions.
No?
But read from here.
I do have the..
Box... No this was something else.
Rotate those all the way down and I will read the instructions for head studs.
Stresses..
We have to check if we have faulty hardware. I think those are fine.
yes. Hardware?
mm.
i'm hearing quite many unsure words.
Maybe there is software also in here.
Don't know.
Clean all the threads. Sure yeah we did that...
look we also need ARP thread chaser.
Part number for that even.
Should we need oil for these threads? No only for the upper part.
Rotate the studs in to the block by hand.
No tools?
Yes you can use, but don't tighten with that.
We can put loctite if we want.
is that mandatory.
No it's not.
Clean threads. Yeah those are clean already..
When there would have been chance for shit to go in there.
This doesn't have number so it's the last.
We have to hit that so it goes in.
With what? With hammer.
Maybe the fine adjustment hammer?
1 2 3 4
You can at least count to 4.
These go in easily with the studs.
1
We can't tighten this before we have the pistons in.
This also doesn't have number?
No. three.
This is 5.
3 to there.
Did you put the numbers facing same direction?
Yes.
But the ones from downside...
What? Nothing.
hey yeah we can't bolt those in yet.
Yeah I just said that.
We have to try the fitment first.
this way.
And then I will put the gaps on different sides.
Put it in.
Should we hit that with the wrench? yeah it's fine.
Get you fingers into there.
Do you have it?
Yes.
Like that.
I'm always afraid that the pistons rings will break.
Did you catch that?
yes.
We will check clearanes at least from some of these.
Now it's playing!
What thing this is?
This guy is dead?
He died today.
Oh really.
How can you not know.
George Michael
Numbers on the same side.
looks like porn.
Hopefully there sin't much quality differences in Chinese parts.
We will have to check these at least from some rods.
Don't say that. These are not from China.
Chinese parts bought from England.
I will let that sit there for while.
You had such an trust on that Chinese turbo last summer that...
But it did hold fine.
yeah.
Fuck Jesus. These are going to be tight.
Fuck yeah.
Oh hell
maybe we don't have to check all of these.
Fuck I have now paint thinner in my wounds.
Thinner and wounds are good combination.
And salt..
In that way it was easy.
Looks bit narrow.
It isn't so tight.
No. it's fine.
You did rotate that.
This is tighter that 0.05
And this also. Both are fine.
Do we trust these? Yes we do.
We well send them complain if this breaks.
Scrubbing, scrubbing, scrubbing
I'm afraid that the piston will fall.
I did drop one piston from Paavos engine.
We had to file it afterwards.
There was marks on the edge. Two or three little ones.
We had to file those away.
At least it didn't crack.
It's now fine tuned VW.
Good enough for pigs.
If you do it too precise then it's shame when it breaks.
Put oil to these.
And put those in right way around.
We now need torque wrench that will fit these smaller sockets.
What the fucking bolts I did took from the table.
Wrong bolts.
What the fuck are these.
These are for taking of the cap.
Throw those away now.
Hey I forgot to lubricate the threads.
Yeah yo did forgot.
There was no grease with these bolts.
Should we..
We only have this one bag and it's needed for head bolts.
Yeah we do.
We will put oil to these.
Isn't it fine?
We will put that on the main studs.
But I have one another box of these.
The extra bolts.
What extra?
The main cap bolts.
Petri has so much money that he bought extra ARP bolts just for fun.
Oh those. you haven't sold those yet.
I haven't sold those because it's good to have extra if we have some problems.
We will put oil to these.
Does that give us proper torque?
Which kind that is...
Don't know..
Recommend stretch method... We would need to measure some fucking hundreds of the inch.
And if we don't have stretch gauge, then it's 36 ft/lbs.
Fuck that was still hot.
it stretches what it stretches.
it stretches what it stretches.
That is in Nm. And yes we have ft/lbs.
What id I say? 36?
It says 34.7
36? there is no single number like that.
No? no..
26, 28 then 45 or 63
That's just nice..
Hey wait. There is for two.
36 or 45 for 2000 bolts.
Where is that 36? No 45.
Should we go between?
Fuck!
Feels ok.
Yeah it's hot. I just welded that adapter.
Don't touch that!
It's nice to have so new tools that they are still hot.
Hopefully it's ok.
Are there numbers in Nm in that.
Only ft/lbs.
Don't understand.
Lubed.
There is lube.
But no ARP lube.
Look there is two torques for ARP 2000 bolts.
45 for 3/8 bolt.
Lets see what this says.
Where did you get that number of yours.
This says 40 for other bolts.
What the fuck. this paper doesn't have number like that also.
The guys at ARP can't even decide what torque to use.
lets measure the thread size. Hopefully that clarifies that.
So.
What this is only 40 mm.
What the fuck.
The ARP site doesn't even have bolt like that.
Do we then have to believe the paper that came with these.
yes..
How do we know..
Does this have inches also.
yes.
I'm pretty sure this is 3/8 inches.
So it's 45 from those numbers.
We will tighten to 45.
We's go with that.
Because these aren't.
These aren't the bolts that ARP normally has for m50/m52 engines.
This engine has 44 mm bolts.
But these are 40mm
And it was more torque for shorter bolts.
So all lines up.
It wasn't much more.
Hopefully this is ok.
We'l trust the seller.
We'l trust the paper that came with these.
I will now take these nuts off and check the girdle.
No. Wrong way.
It fits but where it's going to hit.
It was hitting with stock rods.
Lets see how it's now.
These may be different so hopefully it doesn't hit.
we'l see.Or it hits even more..
2 options.
no no no...
it's much worse.
No.
No!
NO!
No!
Piston wont go in..
I heard the dogs have been in the village.
Howcome?
One was eating rabbit or something at the road to school.
Or cat or something.
Eating something.
I wonder what has it caught.
Don't know. I bet we hear if that was someones cat.
Those are always going after cats.
Normally they just find some fithly dead animals to feast on.
I have never seen them catching something that is alive.
They only find some carcass.
But you never know what they do when they are not home.
I bet this is also from biltema.
yes it is.
Cheapest possible.
Is it 9 euros or something like that.
The real engine shops have really fancy cone shaped tools for this.
To just drop the piston in?
yeah.
that would be cool.
Yeah those would be nice, but they are pricey.
And you would need one for each bore size.
Put that over.
Paavo didn't know how to put that on.
Not enough force.
It was going in wrong way..
is it in.
Yeah it's
One more to go.
Is that now right way around?
Oil both of those.
What oil is this?
I don't know.
God knows..
Something cheap.. This has to be sitting here for ten years.
I have filled that several times.
With the oil that I can get my hands on first.
No waste oil..
No..
I will rotate this few times.
Cylinders are quite dry.
There is enough oil.
Turn those.
turn..
I mean torque.
It turned slightly.
I don't reach that.
Seems solid.
But it should be.
Preferably.
And the main caps are not bolted yet.
Do those once more.
Once more.
Yes.
Now we have struggle with that.
Look for yourself.
The nuts are in.
Yes it wont fit with those.
Look.
Now it's worse.
0,5mm
I mean half cm of more room.
You have to do bevel to it.
But does it hit.
rotate.
Does hit here also.
Same.
Both sides.
But now lets keep this right way so I don't make room to wrong side.
This side.
Looks like it's fine now.
yes.
Lot's of room.
Several mm.
Now just bolt it down.
Lot's of room.
Do we put oil to these.
First the washers.
Then little bit of that ARP goo.
I need two more.
?
Oh yeah.
There isn't.
Here is still some wrong bolts.
These are imminent to go in.
I will push this in to the thread.
Don't put all to the washer.
Yeah it would be nice to have something in the thread also.
Do we even have right tool to these also?
well
Do we need to weld that tool also?
The one I made is not permanently attached to the socket.
We surely will need to make one. We don't have correct..
Where is the small and long socket set?
there on the table.
Too big.
This.
We use this to tighten these.
Right..
I'll find the moment for those.
Should we start form the middle.
Was there order for these?
No there isn't.
No?
No.
Just torque these down.
And before we bolt everything together.
We have to check that this rotates.
Just bang bang bang..
Hopefully it wont change shape much.
How fucking tight these must go. 80.
At least these are tight then.
Is this the right.
No I didn't change this.
The AAZ has 90 and 1/4 turn more after that.
Really? maybe for the head.
What?
Head or crank?
Crank. Jesus that's much.
That poor block will crack.
Noo.. 90 and 1/4 turn.
Maybe this isn't too much.
I will rotate this.
there is still lots of room to rotate.
Yes.
How much you have?
20 feet pounds or what was it.
20 pillories.
Then 40.
Fuck the 40 is already quite much.
You have quite trust on that biltema torque wrench.
yes I do.
We have built all our engines with this and they have all held together.
Fuck dare we torque this to 80.
No 60 I mean.
Think when we have to torque the head bolts to 110 Nm.
We may not torque those so much because lot of people have cracked their blocks doing that.
Leave it it 100.
Does it still rotate.
See for yourself.
This is for m50.
I have that in paper also.
There wasn't manual.
Did you open the box?
well...
60
Yes and with lube.
It says ultra torque.
Where is the 60.
I also want to try how much is that.
It broke!
Professional tools.
You did that yourself.
We only had 1/4 inch socket for those bolts. And the torque was too much.
We need to buy bigger sockets.
Yes we do have to.
We need to get bigger 12 point sockets.
Yeah for bigger wrench.
These look like some start sockets.
Yes those are. Why don't these come with right appropriate sockets.
Or why don't those aren't normal six point ones.
We don't have other sockets.
yeah but it still..
Turn that over.
Lets see how the pistons move.
Did we compare these to the original pistons?
No but those were almost flush with the deck.
Did those? Yeah.
These also are flush.
I remembered that those don't go this high but maybe they did then.
Rotate that. I will take a video.
Look. Flush with the deck.
Same with original ones.
Main thing is that these don't come over.. no they wont hit the head even in that case..
No they wont.
There is still head gasket.
Well that's about it. We need to go tool shopping to continue from here.

A Conversation in English About Travel (with Subtitles) | Learn Real English 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 - Duration: 17:40.Hello, everybody, this is Jack from
tofluency.com along with - Kate - this is my
wife, Kate and we are being quite
ambitious because we have brought our
daughter along with us. So, we are going
to have a conversation in English and
this is going to give you the
opportunity to listen to a real
conversation both in British English and
American English and baby. And baby.
You'll hear some baby noises, no doubt. And
this is going to be on YouTube but we
might upload it as a podcast as well, so
if you are listening to the podcast, go
to tofluency.com/podcast and you'll
be able to get some materials for this
lesson. Now, our hope is not to edit this
video too much, we;re just going to have a
conversation and we are going to talk
about vacations.
Yep. And talk about traveling. Now, we
actually met while I was traveling back
in 2007. So, it's almost 10 years.
Oh my gosh. I can't believe that it's
flown by, hasn't it. It has, yeah. And, erm, we
have been living in America for about
six years now. How many vacations have
been up since we've been here?
Can you remember anything in particular?
That's a really good question. I think a
lot of times we end up traveling for and
visits to family more than we travel for
pleasure or to get away from it all.
Yeah, so because we because we live in
America, my parents are in Europe; my
sisters in Europe; your family is
elsewhere as well, when we tend to travel
we tend to go see family don't. Visit family.
Yeah.
Yeah, we do. Why don't you tell everyone about our
latest vacation? Our latest vacation?
For the holidays this year, we actually
went to Florida and we met up with your
parents and your sister in Florida and
we had more of a beach vacation.
Yeah it was fantastic went somewhere
really warm.
I've got some videos on this, you know,
everyone can take a look at the videos
we made from Florida, but it was great
to go somewhere different and not to go
somewhere cold for Christmas. I know!
Yeah, we've never done that before and it
didn't really feel like Christmas
because usually we associate it with snow
and cold weather and instead we were on
the beach on Christmas Eve.
Yeah, and Christmas Day. There were park rangers passing out
sunglasses.
yeah giving out free sunglasses. Yeah. But
it was fun because people were playing
Christmas music; they were wearing santa
hats and we went to the beach on
Christmas Day.
mhm. Which... it was really strange; it was
really strange to be honest but very
enjoyable.
Yeah it was. Yeah. And then, let's talk
about an ideal vacation now.
Because we are thinking about going
away this summer...
where would your ideal place be? Where
would you like to go? I don't know. I have
always wanted to travel or somewhere
really kind of difference and obviously
somewhere that feels safe especially
with the children where we don't have to
get a lot of vaccines before we go.
That's such a good point. But I would love to visit a
country with some different cultural
traditions and food. I've always wanted
to go to Morocco. Morocco? Very cool!
Yeah, we we nearly went, didn't we, while w we
were living in Spain.
Yeah. But we just never made it there. That was
the time to go when we were, you know,
I mean, I think that once you start a family
family, you realize that the time to go
was any time before you had kids.
Yeah, exactly, and that's why you'll hear
people say and to anyone who's just
about to have kids, you know, take
advantage and this time right now but,
you know, you can do stuff with kids like
make these videos and podcasts... so,
yeah... you say Morocco, anywhere
else? I would love to explore
Australia more
as well, and you have a cousin who
actually lives in Australia.
Yeah. That would.. it would be fun to visit them and
we've been talking a lot with our son
about koala bears and kangaroos and
different animals that live in
Australia, so that would be fun,
yeah, and I would love to travel around
Asia as well. Yeah, I haven't really been
out that way at all.l I haven't been to
anywhere in Asia. I haven't been to Australia,
I think the farthest east I've been is
probably Germany.
Wow. Yeah and that's western Europe, so...
but you have been all the way down to
Patagonia in South America. Yes.
So, you've just traveled in a different
direction. But i feel like I'm so glad
that I have a partner who loves to
travel.
Yeah. That we found each other because we
can go on my adventures and we can maybe
take some trips now while Thomas is
little. But I would love to take him
and Emma, who's chiming in, on some
neat vacations when they get older and
just travel and experience life in
different parts of the world.
Yeah, it's a strange time for us because
it seems like we're just dealing with,
you know, emergency situations when we
travel and this year, though, when we went
to Florida, Thomas was excited about it.
We could show him pictures and we could
talk about it in terms of what we were
going to do and he got excited about
that.
Yeah. And he talks about it now. He's
developing those memories and we took
some great photos while we were there too.
Yeah, so, yeah. And I think, as the
children get older,
we're going to have great times and we can
do very specific things, and they'll get those
memories - they will have those memories.
Yes. Where did you travel when you
were a little? Do you have memories of
traveling? We went to France a lot and we
went to Spain a lot and and well, you
know, my memories when I was young - you
always make fun of me because I talk
about my memories all the time.
Yeah, by the way, Jack has an incredible
memory - you
well kind of well. When was your
earliest memory from? how old were you?
I don't really know to be honest...
no, there was that memory where I
remember being in my mom's arms when I
was six months old or I had to be six
months old because they were in their old house.
I remember seeing our neighbor and my
mom was talking to the neighbor.
Yeah. And I remember... I remember that
little ,you know, snippet - that tiny bit of
memory but it's not that clear. I know, but
six months old, that's incredible. I think
that'll mean that Emma will start to
remember life, potentially, in just a
couple of months because she's almost
four-months-old. Yeah, she is. Emma, are
you gonna remember this? Today? She might
remember this. Or at least, she'll have the video
to look back on. We always
went to France; we went to Spain a
lot and when I think I was about 11 or
12 when, maybe younger, when we got
a caravan. So. it used to take us three days
to get to the south of France and we
would spend about two weeks there. We went to
place called Canet Plage, which is near
Toulouse and we went there every
summer for about five years, I think.
And we've met the same people, it
is really cool because as a kid you want
to be around other kids
and there were a bunch of a children there who we
could play with. They had a great pool;
they had sports going on. The beach was
really close by. My sister liked it
because she was getting to the age where
she could go out and it was that kind of
place but, you know, it was
safe - it was great.
We really enjoyed it. How was it
traveling with your family, especially
as you got to be older in such a
small vehicle and sleeping in it.
I remember one trip especially when
... there was a big heat wave in France
and we we just poured water over our
heads because we didn't have air
conditioning
in the car - super hot and the other thing
France at that time and I don't know
if that's changed - but they didn't have proper
toilets. They had like holes in the floor.
I bet that that has changed. I imagine it has.
You know, that's what I
remember about it.
And then one year, we went down with
another family.
And a friend - one of my sister's friends
came as well and I went in the car with
the other family they had a conditioning. And it
was such a big difference. Yeah, I
can imagine that's something that we
take for granted, I think. Yeah, no one in
the UK had air conditioning in a car
it was very very rare.
Wow. It must be... because it doesn't get that hot.
So, people don't feel like they need it.
Yeah. Okay, we're back and I just asked a
question about.. what you did for vacation.
Where did you go when you were when you
were a kid? When I was a kid we actually
took a family beach vacation every
summer. My family and family friends
would rent a house on an island called
Block Island which is an island the coast of
Rhode Island and New England and we
would drive and take a ferry to the
island and we just had a great time. We
would go to the beach every day; we would
grill seafood at night.
Yeah, it was a really special memory
for me. And was not like every
summer?
Yeah, it was every summer for probably
five or ten years. Oh, really? Yeah, my mom
actually grew up going there when she
was a kid too, so she had memories of the
place and all the different areas to
go and it was just a really neat... (thing to to do) When
was the first time you went abroad?
Do you remember? The first time that I went
abroad, I was probably about 10 years
old. My dad decided to start working for
an airline because he really wanted to
show us the world
and so he was working for a British
airline and he got a free ticket
- all right, that's fantastic - every year
So, he took he took my sister and I
both on a trip to England. Did you go to Scotland
too? We did. Was that the same trip?
I think so.
Well, no. That was a different trip. That
was a trip that we took
all as a family together, but my
father actually passed away when I was
in collage, so the fact that we had
that trip together just meant so much. It
was just a special special thing to have
done with him. Great, and do you
remember the journey? I do. What was
that... because going to the UK or anywhere in Europe
you're doing the overnight flight.
from America. That is challenging. uh-huh
Do you remember that? I think, I mean, I'm sure
that I was tired but I think it was just
the most exciting thing that had ever
happened to me and just the novelty of
everything - being able to look out an
airplane window; eating pretzels - a
little packet of pretzels like it was
just all magical It was so much fun. I remember
the first time I came to America
because my uncle, you know my uncle used
to work in America? And he
got us on a flight and it was economy class
but we went to the check out and
then went -they just said our last name, Askew?
Askew? We'll see what we can
do because my uncle used to fly back and
forth to the UK and back to America
all the time, so they - my sister didn't
come on that trip - I think was 14. No, this
is second time.
no no - sorry, I'm getting confused - we
came when i was ten and and that's when -
we did - we got bumped up to first class
yeah - and it was just amazing.
I remember it very clearly. I think
because my dad works for the airline too,
we get bumped up - not all the way up to first
class but to premium economy. We were
in business class and it was
an experience. Yeah. Have you seen some of
those recent pictures of the new
like business class on these luxury
jets?
No, but.... they have like, you know. spas
and showers and a circular bar - there's a
lot going on with them now, obviously,
very very expensive, but and I think if
you get - some people I've have seen on
Facebook get on these flights or at least,
you know, getting the first preview...
some YouTubers, and it just looks
incredible. That sounds great.
that would make flying with my children
worth it.
Yeah, no, definitely. It's hard, isn't it,
with small children. Yeah - the flying - it can
be you. It can be hard - you just never know
what you're gonna get,
ever day is different. No, but you know,
it's good. We feel very grateful to be
able to do it, you know. to go on
these vacations.
So, you mentioned Morocco
before as an ideal place to go on
vacation - where is your ideal..
I was gonna...
tell me about it. I was thinking
about this, you know, while we've been
having this discussion but i think
probably...
Australia. I think it would be Australia or
Japan. I think somewhere in Asia maybe -the
the problem is when I start to think
about these like ideal vacations then I
think about the practical side of things -
with children, you know, because
it is completely different. When I went
travelling I was on my own I had a tiny
backpack and I went away for nine months
and, you know, I could go on a bus for 42
hours. It was fine - kind of - you know, but
it's something I could do, but now it's
thinking about those things -
forgetting about children, is it easier
to travel on your own with me? Oh,
so much easier on my own.
I was worried that you were going to say that.
Explain!
Well, when you're on your own
you... you have your stuff and that's
it.
If you feel tired and down, you know,
or if you're like, you just don't talk to
someone, you can
just do that and. If you wanna be...
if you wanna be outgoing, then you can, you
know, just just meet other people and
then you just make your own decisions
but, yeah, it's more fun traveling
with someone. It is. That's the other thing.
'Cause you get to share your experiences
and just talk to somebody about what's
going on.
Yeah, definitely. Well, cool. Well, shall we
wrap it up?
Yeah, let's wrap it up. Do you have a question for the
audience about vacations?
Yeah, I mean - I've put you on the spot - absolutely
I always have questions, you know that. Okay, so give
everyone a question that they can answer
either if you're watching on YouTube
leave a comment below and if you're
watching or listening to the podcast
then just go to tofluency.com/
podcast and find this episode. What's your
question? Now I have to pick just one question. Okay, here's
my question: if you could travel to
anywhere in the world, where would it be?
And what is your number one bucket-list
destination?
Yeah, you're number one place to go. And
also i'll ask question too just as, you know, a
bonus one. When you go travelling do you
prefer to take a lot of stuff or do you prefer to
travel light?
Oh, it's a good one. Even though you wouldn't think it, I
prefer to travel light?
Yeah. Like almost dangerously light.
It's so much better.
You always take clothes that you don't
need - but what about you guys? Let us
know. So, yeah if you have enjoyed this video
please share it with your friends, please
give it a thumbs up. If you're watching on YouTube,
go to the description - i'll give you some
words and phrases that we used in this
lesson and subscribe if you're new. If you're listening to
the podcast, toflency.com/
podcast and check out the lesson notes.
So, thank you for watching or listening, speak
to you soon!
Yeah, thank you, it was great to be here
and to introduce y'all to Emma who was
not born yet last time that I had a
conversation like this with Jack. No,
yeah, time goes quickly. Okay, bye everyone!
Bye!

Foreigners participate in events to try out Korean traditional customs - Duration: 2:43.Foreigners living in Korea, or those who came for a temporary visit... would only see empty
streets and closed shops at this time of the year with most Koreans traveling in and out
of the capital to spend time with family.
To help them experience Seollal traditions and better enjoy the holiday a variety of
programs were held.
Oh Jung-hee shows us what they were.
Its a long-held tradition for Koreans to head to their hometowns for big family gatherings
during the Seollal or Lunar New Year holiday.
But, what about foreigners living in Korea?
For some fun... and as a way of showing them the traditions of Seollal,... the Korean Cuisine
Culture Center organized a cooking program... for the country's international residents
to learn how to cook the holiday's go-to dish.
"Today's menu here is tteokmanduguk -- rice cake soup with dumplings.
It is widely eaten in Korea during the Lunar New Year's to wish nothing bad happens during
the coming year."
The most important step today is making the dumplings... or mandu... by hand.
As they are going to be eating the tteokmanduguk themselves,... they are focused on getting
it just right.
Some found the dish easier to make than they had anticipated, while others had a harder
time,.. but all of them enjoyed it,... and said it was a great chance to learn about
Korean cuisine.
"I came to this class because most of my Korean friends, as you know, they go to their families,
so I was alone.
I asked my friend to come with me, because I wanted to enjoy the new year as well, even
though I'm not Korean...
I wanted to some experience."
"Fun to make, I've never made a dumpling before...
It was a little challenging to get the crescent shape exactly right... but it was fun... and
the soup is delicious."
At Korea's National Folk Museum, expats are making bokjori -- a type of bamboo strainer
used to filter out small stones and other unwanted material when washing rice.
Just as the word 'bok' means 'fortune' in Korean, the tool was believed to bring families
good luck if hung on walls or pillars.
Weaving bamboo stalks and fixing it all together is far from easy,... but the participants
were able to complete their own bokjori with the help of a craftsmen.
"I've seen items like this many times before, but it's my first time to try making one.
It wasn't easy at all.
I think I'll use it for real when I cook rice for myself."
Through these programs and more held across the country,... foreigners living in Korea
and those just visiting were able to get a grasp on Korea's traditional Lunar New Year
customs.
Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.
