Youtube daily report Sep 1 2017

- Hey Naturally Curly world, it's me, Evelyn.

Welcome to my crib, which is definitely

not an AirBnB that we got, just for video purposes.

A bunch of the editors and I are going

to be sharing with your our favorite things,

our packing tips, what we're bringing with us,

on our trip to New York next week,

because we are headed there for Texture on the Runway.

We're gonna be sharing with you our tips,

our tricks, our favorite products,

that we like to take with us when we travel.

- Hey guys, we're getting ready to go

to Texture on the Runway.

It's our annual hair and fashion show

that we host in New York City,

and we've been working with six of our runway brands.

We have Shea Moisture, Cantu, Cream of Nature,

Carol's Daughter, Mielle Organics, and curl formers.

I'm packing up the ones that I wanna use

when I'm out in New York City.

When I'm traveling I try not to pack too much.

I like to take either travel size products,

or put them in little travel size containers.

So, I start off with labeling them,

because I don't wanna get confused, just in case.

So I'm taking the Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla,

sulfate free shampoo, and I just put a little

bit in here, I won't be using it all.

So, I just try and put a small amount.

So I do the same with my conditioner.

I'm gonna be taking the Black Vanilla Hydrating Conditioner.

So that's my shampoo and my conditioner,

and I do the same with my leave-in.

But thankfully I found a travel size

from Carol's Daughter, it is the Hair Milk

Nourishing Conditioner, Original Leave-In Moisturizer.

And, for my foam, I'm gonna be taking the Carol's Daughter

Hair Milk Nourishing Conditioning Styling Foam, just as is.

So this will go in my suitcase.

But this will be the only product I'm taking in my suitcase,

so I just eliminated a lot of space.

So I take all of these guys, put 'em

in my leftover Glossier bag and I just zip it up,

and that's it.

- When I travel, I have always gotta have my

face stuff with me, to just keep all this intact.

First thing I like to make sure I pack is my konjac.

I get them from Korea, so it's softly going

to scrub your face like a sponge.

Foxie Bomb's, this is her orange kaolin clay soap.

It's got citrus oils in it so you can't use it everyday.

On the days that you do use it, it's just going

to burn all the impurities away with that citric acid.

This is the Strawberry Food Therapy Skin Food Mask.

It's super scrubby. You can see the grit on it.

You can't smell how it smells like jam, but it does.

It makes you feel like you're at home, wherever you are.

Just...

(sniffs)

Second to last, I have my serums.

They're all Eva Hansen and you're supposed

to use them in three steps.

This is the Vitamin C.

This is the Hyaluronic Acid.

Last step is going to be the Retinol Serum.

And then the very last thing is going

to be my sun protection.

So this is my broad spectrum SPF 15.

The melanin does protect me but you still have

to get some sun protection on there.

So everything I got is not TSA approved.

I don't really care about checking my bags.

They can rifle through all my stuff.

I'm not really concerned.

I don't have anything valuable in there.

As long as it all goes in a zip-loc bag, it's fine.

You gotta have the skin to win.

- So first I'll be sharing my everyday make-up essentials.

Then also my glam essentials by Ardell.

They are our make-up sponsor for Texture on the Runway.

I'll be sharing about their lashes, their red lip,

and mascara that I'll be using.

My everyday essentials are foundation, concealer,

brow powder and bronzer.

So to add a little glam to my look it's important

that I find the perfect red lip.

So Ardell has sent me a few red lipsticks

that I'll be trying.

So let's see which one looks the best.

I really like Intense Lust. Really, really cute.

It's really sassy and fierce.

And this is so easy to apply

that you don't even need a liner,

because the stick helps you apply it a little bit easier.

Now I'm going to put on my lashes from Ardell.

My first tip for applying lashes is be sure

that you have some tweezers on hand and ready to go,

because that is the best way to apply them.

Since lash glue dries pretty fast, it's important

to take your lashes off of the plastic

and have them ready to go.

We'll start with my right eye

and we will apply the lash glue on the strip.

Be sure you don't apply too much, because Lord knows

you don't need glue everywhere.

So you are going to apply your falsies close

to your natural lash line and be sure

that you hold them there for at least 10 seconds

before you start trying to move them around.

Believe me, it won't work out good if you move it too early.

First I use the end of the tweezers to press it down.

So now that my lashes are applied, I like

to add a little bit of liner just to hide

that black strip and a little glue.

Now I'll add my mascara by Ardell.

What that does, it helps to blend

in your real lashes and your falsies.

Here's my final glam look.

I've added my lashes and lipstick by Ardell.

- OK, so -- going on a plane

to New York for Texture on the Runway.

So the tips I'm going to be giving you

in this video are for body care.

Not like your skin care, so that you glow or whatever,

it's so the rest of your body glows.

So, tip number one, do not rely on no raggedy hotel

wash cloth or AirBNB wash cloth.

You don't know where it's been.

Bring these exfoliator gloves.

You can get them at Tarjay, otherwise known

as Target, to peasants.

This is by EcoTools. You just put them on,

you rub the soap on, you rub your body with it.

You cleanse your body way better than a regular wash cloth,

and you get some exfoliation.

So I do bring lotion, sometimes.

So right now I have the shea moisture lotion

in my little travel size thing.

I've found that oil actually goes

a lot longer way than lotion does.

What I do is take my oil, you can see I finished it all.

This is the Bolden, 100% Natural Shea Oil

in the sweet vanilla scent.

I put it in an old container,

this used to be a Vitamin C serum.

I just put it in here, and what you do is

when you get out of the shower and you're a little bit wet,

you just put a drop

and you rub it in.

You see how that one drop is like spreading to my whole arm?

Yes! So it goes a lot further than a bunch of lotion.

So this next tip is a life hack.

You take an illuminating stick.

This is NYX Bright Idea Illuminating Stick.

And this is for the night time, right?

So Texture on the Runway is at night, it's

a hair and fashion show.

Everybody's going to be dressed to the nines.

So what you do is you take this, as you can see

it's like, it has like a... I'm going to swatch

it like a beauty guru.

It has like some sparkle to it.

So what you do is you add it to your collarbone,

the high points of your face.

You add it to your nose right here.

Add it to your shoulders.

You're just going to be like ultra-violet.

You are going to be glistening so hard and it'll be great.

- When I travel my top priority is to feel well rested

so that we're out there for Texture on the Runway,

we're going to be working all day, and all night,

when I get back to my hotel room, I want

to be able to sleep really restfully.

What I like to bring when I travel is

this pillow spray that has lavender.

It's called Lavender Mist.

(sprays and sniffs)

Ah, it's just the most soothing thing in the entire world.

I can spray it on myself or my pillow.

I also have an eye pillow that has lavender

and oatmeal in it, and it's so soothing.

You can either put it into a fridge and let it cool down

or you can put it in a microwave and let it warm up.

Either way, when I'm going to bed, if I can't sleep

I like to just put this over my eyes and it kinda like

it's very calming to have a little weight on your face.

I know that sounds weird.

The last thing that I bring with me is

these Law of Attraction Cards.

This is something that's part of my night time routine

when I'm at home.

Sometimes bringing things from your home routine

when you travel helps kind of keep you

a little bit grounded.

I use them as a writing prompt.

I'll usually pull one of those out, think about it

for a little bit and just start writing.

These are the things that I like to use.

A lot of these things have helped me in those

Everyone's Sleeping Except for Me kinds of moments.

That's my self care practice.

So, those are our tips.

I hope they were really helpful to you.

GRWM NEW COLOUR POP NO FILTER CONCEALERS + SWATCHES ! - Duration: 5:10.

Hey guys, it's your girl, Samantha back again with another video. Today I'm doing a get ready with me featuring colour pops new

concealers and I must say I have been loving them, so let's just get straight into it

I'm going to first start with my Laura Mercier

Which is in the shade pecan and that is the foundation that I'm currently using right now.

And I have to say I really do enjoy this foundation

Yeah, but this is not about the foundation

I'm just going to continue blending it on my face as I normally would

And I'm first starting off with the color pop nofilter concealer

and I am using the shade deep golden 60 to use on my eyelids and

for underneath my eyes and around my face wherever that needs concealing. This shade is my

skin tone shade so it's just like a true concealer shade for me, which I love and the first thing

I noticed is that it gives you such an airbrushed effect with little to no

blending effort this concealer has a full coverage and

It it's just a dream concealer seriously guys

I love love love this concealer the next shade

I'm going to use is going to be a more natural highlighting shade for me, and that's going to be

Tan 50 I'm just gonna apply some of that underneath my eyes and on the bridge of my nose

I believe and you know on my forehead and you know the usual

Highlighting areas and I was going in close to to show you guys the effect that it gives and right now

I'm just using a fluffy brush

Honestly, it's what I had on hand and I'm saying in the video that I love this concealer

And I really really do guys. I suggest every and any body

Go out and get this concealer. I'm a dry skin a girl and

Nothing is like I haven't found a concealer as

It's amazing I have no words! I'm going in with a amped-up

Color it's something that I really usually wouldn't use but I'm kind of testing the waters right now

I usually don't like bright bright concealer, so I'm applying just the littlest amount of that shade

Golden, which is 40 as t he lightest concealer that I purchased

So yeah, I'm just applying a little bit of that. Just to kind of brighten up my eye area

Just because I wanted to try to test it out

then would be shade deep 70 I'm gonna try to bronze my face with that and

Honestly, it wasn't really showing up the way I wanted it to so I went in with rich 75 and

I tried to blend it out and everything like that as my contour

But I'm not 100% in love with that shade as my contour

I just feel like it's a little too deep for me

And the undertones are just aren't right

So that is what I use as far as the color pop concealers, and then for highlighting and blush I'm using the Sephora

Blush palette and then for the lips I'm going in with the Milani amore matte

I believe the shade is love or lovely

I'll have it in the description bar and that is it lashes , mascara. You know the us' and

As far as my hair. I kind of wanted to

Have like a kind of like a big hair natural hair

type of thing kind of like a SZA type of vibe

and yeah that is it and now I'm going to go in with my final thoughts. I

Ended up purchasing five of the shades

and I'll give you guys a swatch on my arms which I'm not sure if you guys have seen it

But I like to see swatches on different people with different skin tones

So I'm going to go ahead and swatch them for you guys right now

Now it's super airbrushed super easily, and it just gives you a very

Blurred effect on your skin literally, you don't have to do a lot working with it

it's not cakey, It's not heavy. I

Don't have any cons for this concealer literally. I have never been shook as much as I have with these concealers

in a makeup product, I'm in a long time and that goes a long way that

You know I just have to say I agree so I know they are flying off the shelves

They are probably sold out at the moment, but I would definitely go on the waitlist. I would definitely

I don't know if they have that or keep checking the website because for six bucks these concealers are

Unbeatable seriously guys so far what I've been seeing others have been agreeing with me as well, and yeah

They have definitely done a great job

So if you guys want to see more on these concealers

I'll definitely be using them on my channel, so you're definitely going to see more, so I don't know why I just said that

But um yeah

battery's running out

I'll see you guys in a next video guys like I always say definitely hit the thumbs up button if you did enjoy this video and thats it

Email Marketing Newsletter | Natalie Gouche, Social Media Trainer and Mogul Mom by Mark Mikelat - Duration: 3:39.

Hi, this is Mark Mikelat from Building Aspirations and I am going to walk you through, step by

step, a beautifully designed email marketing message.

Stay tuned.

I have been helping business with their email marketing strategy, their digital marketing

strategy since 1995, including their email marketing.

Let's walk you through a great example.

I am showing you an email marketing message that I just received from Natalie Gouche at

nationalgouche.com.

She is a social media coach and she is the mogul mom.

She is a rock star.

I have known Natalie for a number of years.

I appreciate our professional relationship very highly.

Keep her contact information handy.

This is what she did.

She sent out a newsletter this morning that said 10 unusual September holidays to use

in marketing.

High value right away on the first day of September.

She gives you some information.

She send the message to me.

It is not addressed to 'Dear occupant' She sends it to me.

And she is very affable.

She is very warm in the way that she talks.

"I can't believe it either.'

And, this is how she is in real life.

If you know anything about me, I constantly tell me clients to stay in their lane and

by themselves.

They should be their unique selves.

You need to by your authentic, genuine self, in all of your marketing.

And, what is what she does.

She talks about the list, and she says 'Get the list now'.

This is a call to action button.

Love it.

It is right in the middle, surrounded by white and it is this reddish, orangeish color.

This is a very dominate call to action.

And then she talks a little bit about what is going on in the world and this is being

recorded, so I need to give you a little bit of historical context.

Just last week he had a huge problem in the city of Houston in the United States.

We have had unbelievable rain and flooding.

An entire city of 2 million people is underwater.

It is just so unbelievably tragic.

10s of thousand of people are displaced.

She is devoting part of her marketing time right here to talk about Harvey and how you

can help and how you can avoid scams.

This is how she is.

She is very true and sincere of heart.

Not only does she provide you value in the newsletter, she is spending a little bit of

her marketing time to help others as well.

And notice that it is very crisp.

It is very clean.

It is very concise and she has very nice form and a nice picture here at the bottom as well,

as her contact information.

Your email marketing does not need to be confusing or overwhelming.

It can be short and sweet and very sincere as Natalie's is.

This has been Mark Mikelat with a great example of a well constructed email marketing newsletter.

I hope that you are doing your email marketing, and I appreciate that you spend a little bit

of time with me today on this video.

I know that your time is precious, and I would love for you to subscribe to the Building

Aspirations channel to get notifications about more videos that I post.

Thanks, and I will see you on the next video.

Bye.

PG&E's Children's Center, Bringing Peace of Mind to Parent-Employees for 25 years - Duration: 2:40.

It happened 25 years ago. That's when PG&E became the

first company in San Francisco's Financial District with an

in-house children's day care center. A current PG&E employee

involved in the center's launch wondered if it would open.

At the time that the center was opening,

there was so much debate

about whether or not we should have children at our

corporate headquarters. But it helped that the daughter of

then-CEO Richard Clark just became a mother and she had his

ear. She really persuaded him that this was a tremendous

benefit for working parents. Since 1992, PG&E's Children's

Center has served the children of its employees. The center is

managed by Bright Horizons. They're a national leader in

employer-sponsored child care. The original capacity was 66

students. Today, it's 73. It serves children as young as six

weeks to as old as five years. Employees pay a monthly tuition.

The estimated 14 spots that open annually fill quickly. And

there's a waiting list for good reason.

It's really convenient in the morning

to drop her off and just go straight to work.

Knowing that she's here, that I can go visit her any time during

the day. If she's sick or something happens to her, I can

always run upstairs and come and see her. It also eliminates the

headaches that come with day care.

I hear all of these horror stories

about parents who have multiple drop offs in the

morning and multiple drop offs in the afternoon and they're

paying extra money because they can't get there on time. I don't

have to worry about any of that. There's benefits for the

employer.

Bringing your whole self to work is a part of what

we want from our employees. And we want employees to be able to

think about their work when they're at work. We want them to

be safe on the job. There's additional benefits for

employees, too. Katie Funseth's mother brought her to the center

when she was two. She was never very far from her mother.

They would walk the kids around the block

and they would have a stroller that fit five kids.

And I do remember that. They would

walk us all and take us on field trips and I used to wave at

mommy's window. Not to mention additional quality time.

The ability to be able to commute with your child,

whether it be on public transit or in the car,

they get some extra time with

their child and to have really meaningful conversations. It

also creates a win-win for parent and child. My kids are at

an age now where I can actually take them to lunch. And, if I'm

having a bad day, it's something that kind of snaps me right out

of it to realize what's the broader perspective here on

life.

For Currents, I'm Tony Khing.

6 Ancient Structures That Should be IMPOSSIBLE to Build - Duration: 6:01.

In the world we live in today, incredible feats in architectural engineering has become

commonplace thanks to humanity's innate flair for creativity and the advancements

mankind has achieved for the last hundred years in terms of modern technology and machinery.

Since we encounter these towering, beautiful and breathtaking structures almost on a daily

basis, it's difficult to picture a time when our streets weren't filled with museums,

coliseums, stadiums and skyscrapers.

And because we consider the modern society we have today as the most advanced human civilization

we have seen for thousands of years, most of us find it impossible to imagine that our

"primitive" ancient ancestors were capable of building equally if not more impressive

structures than what we have today.

However, our underestimation and underappreciation in the abilities of ancient builders is negated

by the several age-old structures that managed to withstand the rigors of time and remain

erected to this day.

These ancient structures completely go against a lot of people's notion that our ancestors

possessed insufficient knowledge and were largely governed by their instinctive propensity

for savagery.

But while the fact that these advanced ancient structures stand today force many of us to

acknowledge their existence, some still deny the possibility that they were constructed

by sheer human will.

And so, in this video, let us briefly talk about six (6) of these ancient structures

that are so advanced, they should not have been built at all.

Number 1 - Ancient Roman Aqueducts.

The ancient Roman civilization boasts of many achievements in terms of engineering and construction,

and among the most advanced of them all is probably their aqueduct system.

They may not have been the originator of irrigation and water transport systems, but they most

definitely perfected it.

The first Roman aqueducts are believed to have been developed around 312 B.C., and they're

considered as engineering marvels for utilizing gravity in transporting waters through stone

and concrete pipelines and into the city, supplying fresh flowing water to residential

houses, public baths and fountains.

While most of these aqueducts were eventually abandoned, a few of them are still in use

today, which speaks volumes to how the design and function of these aqueducts were definitely

ahead of their time.

Number 2 - Marib Dam in Yemen.

The earliest versions of dams are believed to have been built as early as 2000 BC, and

the Great Dam of Marib is regarded as the world's oldest known dam as its initial

construction dates as far back as around 1700 BC.

The dam as we see it today, however, was built by the Sabeans of the ancient Kingdom of Saba

sometime in the 8th century BC in order to capture and store occasional monsoon rains.

The Marib Dam is regarded as a world wonder of ancient water engineering since it managed

to fulfill its purpose of storing and transporting water for more than a thousand years until

the dam's eventual destruction sometime in 600 A.D.

Number 3 - Stone City of Petra in Jordan.

Between 400 B.C. 106 A.D., Petra was the capital of the Nabataean empire and was once home

to around 20,000 people.

It was also a very active trading post in the region until it was occupied by Rome and

international trade started to decline.

What makes this ancient city so popular is its stone-cut architecture and its innovative

network of water transport and irrigation systems.

So far, only 15 percent of the stone city has been excavated, which means most of its

gigantic stone dwellings remain unexplored and buried underground.

Number 4 - Goseck Circle in Germany.

Also referred to as the German Stonehenge, the Goseck Circle is a Neolithic circular

enclosure which dates back to 49th century BC.

To others, this 7000-year-old ancient site is also the world's oldest known solar observatory

for lying on almost the same latitude as the famous Stonehenge and for its connection with

the Nebra Sky Disk - the oldest known concrete depiction of the cosmos.

Aside from that, the Goseck Circle is considered to be a major discovery because its existence

and age suggest that the farmers of ancient Europe around that time were far more advanced

than previously assumed.

The enclosure also provides clues to the spiritual and religious beliefs of the European farmers

that lived during that era.

Number 5 - Derinkuyu's Underground City in Turkey.

The massive underground city of Derinkuyu has always been shrouded with mystery since

its accidental discovery in 1968.

This 18-storey city built beneath the surface is found in Turkey's Cappadocia region - an

area that has gained global renown for the vast network of labyrinths which lead to several

underground cities.

Derinkuyu's underground city in particular was so large, it could hold as many as 20,000

people.

Moreover, its chambers served various purposes, functioning as living quarters, temples, shops,

tombs and more.

Interestingly, it also had sophisticated water and security systems, ensuring the survival

and safety of those who live within this hidden city.

No one knows for sure who built the city and why, but some experts say that only someone

with advanced knowledge in geography, stonework, architecture as well as engineering could

have accomplished such a feat.

And finally, Number 6 - Pumapunku in Bolivia.

This temple complex found within the expansive ancient city of Tiwanaku is regarded as among

the most enigmatic ancient sites on the face of the planet.

Mainstream historians and archaeologists estimate that Pumapunku dates to around 536 A.D. or

later.

However, less conventional experts are of the opinion that the temple complex is much

older and was probably erected some 17,000 years ago.

What makes the Pumapunku so special is that it is built with interlocking stones that

fit together so perfectly as if they were carved using hi-tech laser cutters instead

of rudimentary tools like chisels and rulers.

This led to speculations that the temple complex was either built by a technologically-advanced

prehistoric civilization or through the aid of extraterrestrials who were then revered

as gods.

Because these ancient buildings look too sophisticated for their supposed age, those outside the

realm of mainstream academics believe that the knowledge and technology required to construct

these surprisingly advanced structures came from an extraterrestrial source or from a

bygone human civilization that's far superior in many aspects compared to what we're capable

of today.

But regardless of our personal opinion on whether our ancestors as we know them today

could have been capable of building these amazing buildings on their own, we cannot

deny their indispensable value in providing better insight to mankind's history and

development over the centuries and millennia that passed.

And more than conjecture, perhaps it is also time to regard our ancient ancestors less

as primitive builders and more as enlightened engineers.

The Patrimony of Hyrkoon, Bone Mountains, Jogos Nhai and N'Ghai | Essos and Beyond - Duration: 12:13.

The Bone Mountains.

Even Lomas Longstrider, fearless traveler, lost heart at the sight of them.

Wise men from Qohor to Qarth keep saying: "A thousand roads lead into the Bones, but

only three lead out."

And that is the ultimate truth of the region, since there are indeed hundreds of footpaths,

game trails and goat tracks, and in certain places even an ancient carved steps and hidden

tunnels.

Some of those paths though are nothing but traps made by wild men of the Bones, and those

are the real dead end roads, not the ones that end with unpassable obstruction.

A part of the saying about only three roads leading out is a harsh reality of armies,

trading caravans, and men traveling alone, who are in need of crossing the Bones.

Even along these three well-traveled routes there are lots of dangers capable of destroying

entire army.

Thus, safe passage comes at a price, and it is to be paid to three mighty fortress cities,

last remnants of the once-great Patrimony of Hyrkoon: Bayasabhad, the City of Serpents,

Samyriana and Kayakayanaya.

The Patrimony of Hyrkoon was an ancient nation that flourished to the east of the Bone Mountains,

and three fortress cities began as true forts, raised up by the Patriarchs to guard the western

marches of their realm.

However, whilst Hyrkoon itself slowly died out, as its lakes and rivers dried away, and

lands turned to desert, the three forts grew into cities.

Today the Great Sand Sea covers once fertile lands of a great realm.

No people left to live in that boiling hot area.

Though, as there is no water, nothing can really boil in there, except for the blood

of the unwary travelers.

Thus, deserted forts and towns are left baking beneath the murderous sun.

Three cities, and, according to some accounts, fourth – Asabhad, are all ruled by the Great

Fathers, praying to their cruel gods.

They father daughters who are then raised as warriors.

Those girls learn to fight, climb and ride before they learn to walk, and famous traveler

Lomas Longstrider himself admitted, that he had not seen fiercer fighters on all the earth.

It has been reported that warrior women of the remnants of Patrimony of Hyrkoon bare

their breasts, wear iron rings in their nipples and rubies in their cheeks.

There are many speculations on the roots of these strange customs of raising women as

warriors, and crippling the male descendants.

Scarce is known, except that they possibly originated in the Patrimony even before the

Dry Times.

Some say that thus it came to be out of the belief that only those who give birth are

permitted to take life at will.

Though, perhaps, these customs are somehow related to a savage border wars Patrimony

fought with the Jogos Nhai to their east.

This enmity survives into the present, however, with Jogos Nhai jhattars leading attacks on

Kayakayanaya.

As for the brothers of the warrior women, the sons of

the Great Fathers, ninety-nine of every hundred are gelded upon reaching certain age, and

live the rest of their lives as eunuchs, serving their cities as servants, scribes, priests,

farmers, scholars, cooks and craftsmen.

Only the most gifted of them are permitted to mature and breed.

Through time they become Great Fathers themselves.

The Steel Road is named after the many battles which have occurred in its vicinity.

It originates in Vaes Dothrak, from which fur-clad warriors escorting caravans pass

Bones by riding over swaying bridges and through underground passageways near the Krazaaj Zasqa,

meaning "White Mountains" in the Dothraki language, to the city of Kayakayanaya, whose

walls are black basalt, black iron, and yellow bone.

The Stone Road begins its mountaneous streak from the ruins of Yinishar, called Vaes Jini,

"City of Goats", by the horselords.

It was inhabited by people related to those of Samyriana back in the days, but when the

Dothraki came, they left only ruins.

The Stone Road then passes beneath the walls of Samyriana itself, a grey stone city carved

into the very rock of the Bones.

Far south of these, the Sand Road runs north from Qarth through the desert of the red waste,

and next heads east through the southern Bones, sometimes called as the Dry Bones for the

scarcity of water, to the fortress city of Bayasabhad.

The Patrimony of Hyrkoon is presumably connected with "Hyrkoon the Hero", another name for

the legendary figure most commonly known as Azor Ahai, and Great Fathers appear to claim

descent from him.

The Bones might seem a desolated place to those who do not know them, yet they have

been home to many strange creatures over the centuries.

Northern part of Krazaaj Zasqa, for instance, was home to the Jhogwin, the stone giants,

creatures twice as large as the giants of Westeros.

Those parts of White Mountains still keep their name: Realm of Jhogwin.

Stone giants died out a thousand years ago, yet people who encounter their bones from

time to time keep stirring up old stories of them.

The ancestors of the Dothraki crossed the Bones at some point, leaving behind the very

name of the mountains, their Bones.

The stories they tell their children do not agree on what caused them to take such a treacherous

journey, leaving their lives behind.

For sure it was something dreadful, since they were willing to sacrifice part of their

own kin to the mountain roads in order to survive as a tribe.

Yet, apparently, some of their kin decided to stay on the east side of the mountain range.

The Jogos Nhai are a nomadic people, mounted warriors who live in yurts, and are, as a

rule, a head shorter than the Dothraki.

They are described as squat, bowlegged, and swarthy, with large heads and small faces.

Men and women both have pointed skulls, a result of the custom of binding the heads

of their newborn during the first two years of life.

They are proud and restless, similar to the Dothraki in that way, but whilst Dothraki

warriors pride themselves on the length of their braid, the men of the Jogos Nhai shave

their heads but for a single strip of hair down the center of the skull.

Their women go wholly bald and also scrape all the hair from their female parts as well.

The Jogos Nhai are also renowned for their zorses.

These mounts are the result of breeding horses with another horse-like species from the southern

region of Yi Ti and the isle of Leng.

Since the plains east of the Bones are drier and less fertile than the Dothraki sea, zorses

are significantly smaller than the fiery steeds of the Dothraki, but tougher.

Jogos Nhai travel in small bands closely connected by blood.

Each one is commanded by a jhat, or war chief, and a moonsinger, who combines the roles of

priestess, healer, and judge.

The jhat leads in war, battle, and raid, whereas other matters are ruled by the band's moonsinger.

There are also female jhats and male moonsingers, but girls who choose the warrior's way are

expected to dress and live as men, whereas boys who choose to become moonsingers must

dress and live as women, making it difficult to tell apart when such cases take place.

Unlike the Dothraki khalasars, Jogos Nhai's band do not make war upon one another, as

their gods forbid them to shed the blood of their own people.

Young men do ride out to steal goats, zorses, and dogs from other bands, while girls go

forth to abduct husbands, but these are rituals hallowed by the gods, during which no blood

may be shed.

However, the Jogos Nhai do live in a perpetual state of warfare against all their neighbors.

They carried out constant attacks upon N'Ghai, reducing the once proud kingdom to a single

city, Nefer, and its hinterlands.

Nefer is referred to by travelers as the Secret City, as it is said that nine-tenths of the

city is located beneath the ground.

City enjoys a sinister reputation as a haunt of necromancers, and is the only known northern

port east of the Bones.

Corlys Velaryon, the Sea Snake, was the first Westerosi to reach the shores of N'ghai, and

he is known to have visited Nefer as well.

Hordes of squat Jogos Nhai on their zorses destroyed the stone giants of Jhogwin at the

Battle in the Howling Hills, according to legend.

The jhat of jhats, Gharak Squint-Eye led the great jhattar into the glorious battle.

Even the Golden Empire of Yi Ti have been target of the Jogos Nhai.

Raids into the empire are a way of life for the zorse-riders, and a source of the gold

and gems that decor the arms and necks of moonsingers and jhats as well as of the slaves

that serve them and tend their herds.

Over the past two thousand years, YiTish cities, towns, farms, and fields beyond count have

been reduced to ruins and ashes.

Many imperial generals and three God-Emperors have led armies to bring the nomads to heel

but have seldom ended well and soon the raids began anew, even though jhats were compelled

to vow eternal fealty to the God-Emperor and foreswear raiding forever.

The forty-second scarlet emperor of Yi Ti, Lo Han, led three such invasions of the plains,

yet by the time of his death the Jogos Nhai carried out even bolder raids than when he

began his reign.

His successor, Lo Bu determined to end the threat of the nomads for all time, assembled

a mighty host, said to be three hundred thousand strong, and crossed the borders of the empire

with slaughter as his only purpose.

Tributes, hostages, oaths of fealty, or offerings of peace failed to sway him and his vast army

from sweeping the plains, leaving behind a burning wasteland.

When the nomads resorted to their traditional tactic of melting away at the approach of

the army, Lo Bu divided his host into thirteen smaller armies and sent them forth in all

directions to hunt down the zorse-riders.

History tells a million Jogos Nhai died at their hands.

Under the threat of the extinction the rival clans of Jogos Nhai did the unimaginable - unified

under jhattar Zhea, a woman in man's mail remembered as Zhea the Barren, Zhea Zorseface,

and Zhea the Cruel.

In the period of two years she isolated each of Lo Bu's thirteen armies, slew their scouts

and foragers, starved them, denied them water, and led them into wastelands and traps, thus

destroying each army one by one.

Finally, her riders fell on Lo Bu's own host and carried out a slaughter so terrible that

every stream for twenty leagues around was choked in blood.

Among the slain was Lo Bu himself, whose skull was stripped of flesh and dipped in gold,

becoming Zhea's drinking cup.

Ever since, every jhattar of the Jogos Nhai has drunk fermented zorse milk from the gilded

skull of the Boy Too Bold By Half, as Lo Bu is remembered.

Prior to the Dry Times, the Jogos Nhai were involved in a bloody border war with the Patrimony

of Hyrkoon that saw the zorse-riders poisoning rivers and wells, burning down towns and cities,

and carrying off thousands into slavery.

The Hyrkoon, for their part, sacrificed tens of thousands of Jogos Nhai to their dark gods.

Thus, the enmity between the zorse-riders and the warrior women of the Bone Mountains

runs deep into the present, and over the centuries dozens of jhattars have led armies up the

Steel Road and broken against the walls of Kayakayanaya.

Nevertheless, the moonsingers sing of the glorious day when the Jogos Nhai will prevail

over the remnants of Hyrkoon and spill over the mountains to claim the fertile lands beyond.

If they succeed, who shall stop them?

Dothraki once managed to do so, and they swept grasslands like a scythe.

And they were scarce compared to Jogos Nhai.

Till then, warrior women guard western realms from the monsters of the east.

The gods of once mighty patrimony of Hyrkoon may be cruel, but if only those prosperous

kingdoms of the west with their jolly gods knew whom they owe their lives, they might

find cruel gods effective, after all.

Thank You for watching!

Ducati scrambler air filter change - ducati scrambler project ep.6 - Duration: 10:16.

hey guys welcome back to the Ducati scrambler project, in this episode we're

gonna take care of the air filter, we're gonna replace the OEM air filter or at

least, I believe there is an OEM air filter in there, with an higher flow K&N

air filter but enough with the chitchat let's get on it.

on the scrambler the

filter is hiding behind this cover over here, so what we're gonna do is remove

the side panel, this one on this side and this one on the other side, remove the

rectifier over here, get it out of the way and then pop this cover, this cover

is held in place by about 10 screws so we're gonna pop that off and after that

the filter will come right out. okay I'm gonna start by removing those two screws

up here and then there is another screw hiding back down here so let's pop it off.

the top screw is a 4mm while the bottom screw is a 3mm

screw number two is out so, pay attention because there is a spacer in there and

it's time for screw number three inside, screw number three is out and

just like the other one there is a there is a little spacer behind it, on this

side all the screws are exposed so you have one over here one over here and the

one up front, so let's take them off.

okay it's time to get the rectifier out of the way and this one as well is a

4mm, so the rectifier is only held in place by two screws so remove

those two and you're done. And 2. okay the rectifier is out of the way, time to

open the box oddly enough the air box is held in

place by Torx but for whatever reason we have to use a t20 and those are going

gonna be ten screws four four and two on the bottom so it turns out that the

drain hose goes under this bracket over here and has some sort of squeeze

nipple so it does not come out through and it's really hard to undo it from the

airbox side so let's remove this bracket,

so this thing over here will not let the the drain hose come up but once you

freed the the drain hose you can remove the air box, now to make it easier on you

I recommend to undo this bolt up here and push the oil cooler aside, so move

aside the o2 sensor and then push up and out

and then remove the cover which actually has the filter right on it, so once you

do that to remove the filter you just grab it and pull it out, easy as that, so

at this point there are a few things I recommend doing, first and foremost get

this little black seal off the filter, discard the filter but keep this aside

just in case, the K&N air filter comes with these already on it but you never

know you might change idea, you might want to replace the K&N with an OEM

filter and I'm not sure if the OEM comes with this seal or not so put it aside

and let it be, the filter comes ready to go so you don't have to put oil on it or

anything there is one thing you might wanna pay attention to, and is those

little arrows over here, they actually tell you which way the filter goes so,

those little arrows need to point towards you, you need to squeeze the

little lip over here in between the seals, the little lip inside the air box

inside the groove on the filter and on the bottom you have the filters in the

little plate, it's now time to put the filter back on the bike, now that the oil cooler

is aside I can actually put the filter back in by going up and

in, okay once it's in let's put a few screws all around to hold it in place

and I'm gonna go do the same thing on the other side, okay time to run the hose

where they belong, okay all the hoses are all clumped in

together so we can put the bracket back on. every hose has to go in the proper

place otherwise stuff is not gonna fit.

time to put the oil cooler back where it belongs, rectifier going back where it

belongs,

and at last we'll put the cover back where it belongs.

before we tie the top we need to remember, that on the 2 bottom there is

the spacer so pretty much you put the bolt and then stack the bolt in to the

piece of plastic that holds these in place and put the spacer behind the

piece of plastic, once they are in place you push the plastic wherever you want

it to be and you tie all the screws on the left-hand side the only thing to

note is that the bottom bolt goes through the bracket of the oil cooler,

there we go now the front bolt and we're done.

we're finally done with the installation of the K&N air filter as always if you

guys need any parts or any tools that I used on this video go down in the

description below and there's gonna be a link for it, because I want to be done

with the actual maintenance and dive in into the fun stuff, so adding accessories

and parts to the bike like protections and spools and whatnot I went ahead and

off-camera I did a whole bunch of checks so I checked tire pressure

I checked chain slack I check brake fluid, pretty much I checked every

single item that is supposed to be checked on the 600-mile service so from next

episode on we're gonna start installing cool stuff which is way more

fun for me as well, rather than doing just regular maintenance, as always if

Braid hairstyles - faux 6 strand braid - Duration: 6:34.

Hi guys!

We all know there are so many beautiful braid hairstyles

out there. But some can be pretty hard to master,

because they're quite advanced.

So, today I'm going to show you how to make this

beautiful 6 strand braid. BUT it's actually a faux 6

strand braid. Which means it looks just as intricate, it

looks like a 6 strand braid, but it's a lot easier to do!

[laughs]

So let's get right to it!

Begin by putting your hair into a ponytail.

[music]

Grab a small strand of hair from the top of your ponytail

and clip it out of the way.

[music]

Now divide your ponytail into two equal sections.

We're gonna start with the right section, so tie the left

section and put it over your shoulder so it doesn't get in

the way either.

Divide the right section into three equal strands and

braid it into a regular braid.

So that's right strand over middle strand, which means

the right strand becomes the middle strand.

And then left strand over middle strand, which means

the left strand becomes the middle strand.

Repeat these steps until you've braided the entire

section. Then secure with a hair elastic.

Now onto the left section. Take it out of the elastic and

braid it in the same way you braided the right section.

[music]

You now have two braids. Grab the small strand of hair

that was clipped away.

Pull the top left part of the right braid - the first V shape -

open, put your fingers through the opening and pull the

strand through.

Now pull the strand to the left, pull the top right part of

the left braid - also the first V shape - open, put your

fingers through the opening and pull the strand through.

Now pull the second V shape of the right braid open, put

your fingers through the opening and pull the strand

through.

Now pull the strand to the left, pull the second V shape

open, put your fingers through the opening and pull the

strand through.

Keep repeating these steps and go one V shape lower

each time. It's okay if you miss one, you won't be able to

see that.

[music]

You'll notice that you'll run out of hair before you reach

the end of the braids. That's normal.

It's the only drawback of the faux technique, as you can't

braid all the way down. But I still really love it.

Tie it all together with a hair elastic and take out the

bottom parts of the braids.

That's it! Wasn't that SUPER easy?

And look how pretty it is!

[music]

I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial on how to do a

6 strand braid the EASY way! If you liked it, please give

the video a THUMBS UP and SUBSCRIBE for more!

Thank you for watching! Byeee!

Answering "Who am I?" and "What kind of Relationships Do I Desire?" - Duration: 11:47.

Hi my name is Dr. Darren Weissman I am the developer of the LifeLine Technique®

really beautiful life-affirming simple, yet intricate process that helps people to

create optimal health and balance and purpose in life. I am the author of three

best-selling Hay House books and I'm passionate about empowering people to

wake up to what's already inside of you how to get to the core of the subconscious

mind to create real, sustainable, lasting change. I'm excited to share with you two

upcoming courses that will be teaching one which will be here in Chicago and

another one will be in Bali and the course is called LifeLine Bootcamp and

LifeLine Bootcamp is for anyone who's looking to create authentic,

reciprocal, committed, loving, compassionate relationships with another

person, but most importantly with yourself where you find the real you

in Bootcamp we spend three days diving on into the portal of our personal life our

professional life our family life and our world today so many people are just

on the treadmill on the rat race and as a result we oftentimes don't find the

time to observe and discern what works and more importantly what's not working

and in Bootcamp you will discover the next best version of yourself and in a

second you're going to you're going to get to hear from people that attended

Bootcamp and the impact that it has had on them, their lives in the ripple that

it's made in their own families, at work and, the community around them the vision

that they're able to see in a way that they weren't able to see prior to

attending Bootcamp so I still look forward to seeing you either in Chicago

or in Bali. You don't have to have any prior knowledge of LifeLine to

attend all you have to do is have a desire to create a change in your life.

It allowed me to live more fully the LifeLine because we're practicing together, we're living

it together. I went back to work on the day after and and a co-worker walked

caught up to me at the bottom of the stairs and came over and stopped me and

said "what's different?" "what happened?" "why are you so different?" But the number of

times since Bootcamp where people have come up to me and just said "what's

different?" and I just say I learned that I'm in control I learned that I can

choose how I react to how I feel and I can choose how to manifest the life that

I want instead of being a victim of the circumstances that are in front of me and that

was a life altering observation and revelation and I didn't know what to

expect when I came Darren and I was really scared I'm scared to death. I don't know

if you remember that the first morning I walked up to you and I said I'm here I

don't know why but I am here. And we practice on one another it's been a great experience and a

great tool to have in our marriage because we can remind each other when we

get in those reactive states and we do and sometimes when you get in those

reactive states you forget your tools and it's nice to have someone to say

okay hey would you ever choose to feel this way. I have to learn this. I have to learn

this. I have to I have to incorporate this into my life. I now know I can't go

back to unknowing. It's definitely worth a repeat yearly just to refocus and to reset and

reassess your goals and your vision in your life because I won't be the same

person this year that I was at last year's Bootcamp and I think it's

important to to be in a safe and loving environment in a

community that will support and uplift you and at times hold you accountable to

those goals that you set for yourself. For me it was a life-changing experience

I have never been thrust into an environment that was both so profoundly

uncomfortable, yet safe at the same time. I've never hugged so many people so

tightly and so intently that I have known for an hour or two. We have made

friends that we stay in weekly contact with and made deep relationships

and have been able to help each other mutually in times of crisis and in times

of joy. We learned a new vocabulary. I know now that you have to you

have to feel it to heal. It like it's like an adventure really. It's a

self-discovery and adventure of who am I and and then where do I belong and and

what do I really choose. The thing I really loved is just the connection with

everybody else just being able to walk into a space and we're all just being

real. The things I really did commit to well one was my marriage and it's

stronger than ever. It's stronger than ever. And it wasn't. It was it was really

hanging on by a thread to be honest and we are united we're strong we're

communicating we are a team. He had to raise he had to step up as well you know

and raise his consciousness and use these tools and I gave him some LifeLine

sessions and he was like "my goodness, this feels like it could be life-changing" yes it is! The

whole experience is just life-changing it really has changed my life it's

rippled out to my children and we're so bonded. The five of us now it's just this

incredibly strong unit. How often do we have a chance to put

life aside the busyness the hamster wheel that you talk about going round and

round, the work, the family, all the commitments all the other things that we

fill our lives up with how often do we have an opportunity to put that aside

and go in and just focus on ourselves and and work towards being the greatest

version of ourselves. So even giving yourself the opportunity to make that

commitment to Bootcamp is a huge step in itself it's saying I'm ready. I'm

ready to make those changes, you know? In this immersion in Bootcamp where we

take this we allow ourselves the time to process we we take this experience where

we spend a day connecting to our professional goals, we spend a day in

our family goals, we spend a day in our personal goals it gives us that

opportunity to clearly define what we want by giving us a glimpse of what we

don't want and a big part of the Bootcamp is we witness for each other we

hold a space and we witness these dreams, these visions, these intentions for our

lives together. My first experience of Bootcamp we came together in November

and at that time in my life I was ready to open my heart ready to open my life

to a new relationship. And so I'd set an intention in my personal goals to open

the door in my life to bringing in a new relationship.

So from this elevated space of emotion which we created in this container the

sacred container that is Bootcamp I was able to connect with that vision of what

I did want in a relationship what I do want to hold in a personal relationship.

Then in December, actually on New Year's Eve, an action step that I took as part

of that was to do an online dating profile for the first time in my life.

And then in January I met Curtis and he was the first connection that I made in

that service in that venue that online venue and I was the first connection for

him and then we met and instantly we had that knowing that this was the

relationship that I had called in. And it's been a wonderful, flourishing, rich

relationship. I attribute this new relationship that is so meaningful and

rich in my life to the LifeLine Bootcamp. So I would recommend it because I think

it's a life changer so that you're gonna go into this experience one person and

come out of it a different person. A person who is more aligned with their

heart; a person who is more aligned with their truth; a person who is more aligned

with their light. So much so much of our time we spend doing doing doing and in

these three days we spend time being in our heart dropping into that space

where we are honoring the truth of who we are. I will be at Bootcamp year after

year growing and and expanding. The amount of effort that you put in as an

individual into tapping into who you are and it honestly a big part of Bootcamp

is answering that question "Who am I?" I was going through a divorce when I was

at Bootcamp two kids a 4 and a 7 year old. My ex-wife, I was married for 14

years so a lot of my intentions were focused on a positive outcome associated

with that process. First and foremost for my boys, my two boys and then my ex

right along with them because she's their mom. How do we do this so that way we

both are able to have our best lives you know ahead of us and in the future and

our kids have the best lives as well. I was just showing somebody

pictures today my ex-wife and I on vacation on August 3rd,

which is two days after we finished our divorce. And you know we're all smiling

in the picture and we're not faking. It's for real and I mean I attribute a big

part of that to Bootcamp and not just Bootcamp, but the LifeLine process

overall and all the other tools that you bring in based on the experience you

have at the LifeLine because you know you don't just change with the LifeLine

and then you stop up you change with the LifeLine and then you continue to change and

that's the beauty of it.

Conserving Oceans and Energy a Powerful Message at Monterey Bay Aquarium - Duration: 2:39.

For more than 30 years, the Monterey Bay Aquarium has

thrilled visitors who marvel at the wonders of the ocean -

playful sea otters, colorful fish and even sharks. The

aquarium is considered among the world's greatest, with 35,000

creatures and nearly 200 exhibits. Penguins. In addition

to its awe-inspiring sea life, its main message is that our

very survival depends on healthy seas.

Our whole goal is conservation of the world's oceans.

That conservation includes the many ways the aquarium

saves energy. And since

its beginning in 1984, PG&E has helped the aquarium save

thousands of dollars a year in energy costs.

We like to try to think of each exhibit as kind of a work of art.

So, I'm really kind of lighting it as you would

in a museum exhibit. And LED lights have made a

world of difference. LED lights are cheaper,

emit less heat and provide better light to

illuminate exhibits, including these bat rays. That energy also

includes the inner workings of the aquarium, just below the

exhibits. It's a highly technological labyrinth of

pipes, pumps and motors. Because the aquarium is filled with

living creatures, there's always someone making sure everything

is running as it should.

Twenty-four hours, seven days a week,

including Christmas morning, somebody's here running

the system. It's a life support system and if we don't keep the

water moving and all the features on, bad things will

happen to the collection. The aquarium pulls in two thousand

gallons of sea water a minute to sustain the exhibits but also to

help regulate the temperature inside the aquarium. Energy

efficiency is a priority at the aquarium, something PG&E

appreciates.

Sometimes I need to paint the picture of the

importance of energy efficiency, but here I don't have to. I'm

preaching to the choir, so we're working together to make a

difference. The aquarium's newest addition is a building

where conservation will be taught to schoolchildren. It's

on the site of a warehouse where sardines were once canned. PG&E

is partnering with the aquarium to make it the most energy

efficient building possible. And it will take advantage of the

Monterey sea breeze to naturally cool the building in the summer.

To conserve the oceans, you have to have a mindset to conserve

everything. And that conservation message is

something the aquarium hopes its nearly two million visitors a

year take to heart.

Hey, when you go home, turn off your light

switch when you leave the room. Simple things like that can make

a big difference when it comes to climate change and reducing

our carbon footprint.

Community Unites to Build Playground in Aftermath of Oakland Tragedy - Duration: 2:21.

In Oakland's Lake Merritt neighborhood, dozens of PG&E

volunteers worked together to build a playground in less than

six hours. Participants say the playground is something

positive for a grieving city. Before the construction began,

PG&E senior vice president Helen Burt said she couldn't think of

a better thing to do amid so much sadness. The volunteers

then held a moment of silence for the victims of the recent

deadly warehouse fire in Oakland.

People want an outlet to do something productive

and to contribute. And today we're

not only building a playground, but we're building a community.

The effort to replace the aging playground began several years

ago. City Councilman Abel Guillen championed the project.

PG&E then joined, pledging $95,000 and employee volunteers

to complete the build. Local children provided input on the

design. Among the volunteers were Oakland firefighters who

not only helped with the construction, but grilled hot

dogs and hamburgers for the volunteers. Only hours earlier

they were assisting with the devastating Oakland fire a few

miles away.

We're proud to come out here and help out and keep

our volunteers fed and see some smiles today. Even local

residents came to lend a hand. Susan and Dave Elliott have

lived in the neighborhood for more than 40 years and recalled

taking their son to the playground when he was a boy.

They say the playground is needed since more and more

families are moving to Oakland.

For many years, there just weren't any children.

But the kids are coming back. So of course they love our

farmer's market. They love our playgrounds.

And we need more playgrounds in Oakland.

Volunteers worked in groups to get the job done. They assembled

the playground equipment, built benches, hand painted games for

tabletops, raked sod and mixed and poured cement.

Perfect.Great.

PG&E partnered with Kaboom, a nonprofit whose

goal is to build playgrounds in cities across the United States

to provide a safe area for children to play. And for

Oakland this playground - and the lasting legacy it represents

- couldn't be more important.

I love Oakland.

PG&E Technology Experts Finding Solutions for Global Climate Change - Duration: 2:13.

There's no doubt a job in tech in Silicon Valley is cool, but

more and more PG&E is attracting talent from the valley called to

help solve global climate change. [Neelofar Anjum:] "We

are part of this clean power revolution that's going on right

now and I wanted to be a part of that." [Sean Ely:] "I'm excited

for PG&E's vision for a Grid of Things. We have unprecedented

visibility into how are distribution system is operating

and it's a win-win for the company and for our customers."

Smart Grid experts like Neelofar Anjum and Sean Ely test Volt

Var, Smart Inverters, Big Data and DERS and the way these play

with PG&E's grid. Sound techy? It is. But these digital

technologies may anticipate and mitigate voltage issues and help

take carbon out of the equation so PG&E's electric grid can

deliver even cleaner and more affordable energy to

Californians. [Vincent Chu:] "My first job was with one of the

technology companies in Silicon Valley. I think it's more

important and exciting to actually apply technologies to

enable great things." Vincent Chu studies customer energy

usage data from Smart Meters. His work informs the

modernization of the grid as more customers adopt solar,

electric vehicles and battery storage. [Fabio Mantovani:] "I

chose PG&E because we have tremendous challenges in the

energy world. We have an opportunity to work with great

technologies, with great companies and collaborators—as

an example, Solar City, Tesla Motors, Tesla Energy." PG&E is

partnering with Solar City on a pilot in San Jose to test solar

inverters. [Russ Griffith:] "What excites me the most is

that energy companies like PG&E can be true innovators and can

really lead the way in helping to prove how we're going to run

the grid of the future." Individual vision is different,

but these employees share a collective vision for

sustainability. [Rustom Dessai :] "It's really about the impact

that PG&E can have. A mobile phone picture company goes down

for a day—the impacts aren't that great. But if PG&E goes

down for a day the whole economy of California can suffer."
