WHAT YOUR DEPRESSION IS TRYING TO TELL YOU... - Duration: 4:18.

Your depression is trying to tell you something

now since this is an extremely sensitive topic

especially for those who suffer from depression

I want to clarify two things

Number one

not all types of depression are the same

some are easier and some are

extremely extremely extremely extremely

hard to deal with

Number two

if you suffer from depression

or you think you suffer from depression

please get the help of a local mental health professional

in today's world, the concept of depression has been

unhelpfully over used as well as mistreated in many cases

a person enters the depressive state if the amount of stress he is under

is greater than the amount of stress he can tolerate

giving the complement of genes that he or she inherited

this means that depression could happen

and could look like differently for every

single person

now we don't get depressed for no reason

the depression evolved to protect us from any further distressful

situations when our body feels threatened and

it feels like it won't be able to take any more stress

it activates the depressive mode in order to

prevent us from making any rash decisions and force us to take the time, the space

and the solitude needed that's why when you are depressed you feel

physically mentally and emotionally drained disempowered and overwhelmed

as if there is this hidden power that is pulling you down and

sucking you down this hidden power is telling you

stop.

stop everything I don't want anything fun I don't want anything

scary I don't want anything

I can't take any more stress I don't want to put myself in the risk of stress

avoid everything and it sucks away all of your

power in order to prevent you from actually going ahead

and putting yourself in such situations.

look at it this way just as physical pain evolved to tell us

that we are injured and to prevent us from getting any further injuries

so did depression evolve as a mechanism to tell us that we are injured and to prevent

us from getting any further emotional injuries

in other words, depression has evolved to tell us

that something is seriously wrong and need changing and working throw

or at the very least it needs processing and understanding

now this maybe a new idea to you it could be that till now

you thought that depression is part of who you are

it could be you thought that its never gonna disappear

and I know it feels like that at times but depression doesn't have to stay

and just because you are depressed and just because you were depressed for

very long periods of your life doesn't mean that it is part of you

it just means that there is a real serious problem that needs to be addressed

at even a deeper level when we view depression as a signal that

something is seriously wrong it can lead us to develop a more

refining perspective and way deeper understanding of ourselves

and of our lives it can help us understand our triggers,

our limits, the amount of stress we can cope with

areas that maybe we need to work on now I

really really really really don't want this video to sound like

I am minimizing the pain and the suffering of those with depression

nor do I want this video to be used against people with depression

to just "get over it" but rather my goal with this video

is to share a different perspective that can help you look at depression in a way

that can actually help you understand the root of the problem and

therefore not only help you minimize the amount of suffering but hopefully

allow you a chance to heal from it completely that is it

please share this video that way those who are suffering from depression have

the opportunity to watch this and to hopefully, help them minimize their

amount of suffering thank you so much for watching

I will see you in the next video

Drinking tea in England - Duration: 15:17.

Hi, everyone. In this lesson I'm going to talk to you about drinking tea in England.

You probably know that we drink a lot of tea over here in England, and we have been drinking

tea for a really, really long time. Tea started to come here in the 18th century, and that

was the time when the British were exploring the world and trading, and bringing back...

Bringing back the things that they found in other countries and selling them to people

in England. So tea was once an upper-class drink, and you had to have a lot of money

if you wanted to drink tea. And back then there was a place for you to keep your tea,

it was called a tea caddy, a box, and often they had locks on them because tea was so

expensive back then. Obviously it's a very different story now. It's not like that about

tea. And back then when... In these older times when the upper-class people were drinking

tea, one of the ways for you to display your wealth, and status, and how much money you

had was by investing money in your tea sets, lovely... Lovely little cups that you can

drink your tea from, you drink it very, very slowly and drink your tea like this, and pour

from the teapot ever so slowly. That's how they... Tea was a whole social event back

in the 18th century, and it was a way for women to get together with their friends in

the afternoon and spend time talking, so tea was a... Tea was a big change in the upper-class

culture back then, and ever since those times we've been drinking tea, but now everybody

drinks tea in England. Well, maybe not everybody because it could be the case that the... The

golden years of tea drinking in England are over. The years that tea was the most part

of English culture, because now lots more people drink coffee. And even when I was younger,

like 20 years ago, not so many people drank coffee. And if you go around in London now

you'll see lots and lots of coffee shops everywhere. People do still drink tea, but it seems to

be changing that they drink tea at home or they drink tea at work, but when they're out

walking around or they stop to get a hot drink somewhere, then they drink coffee. So times

are changing in England, but yet it's still very useful for us to know about the language

of drinking tea, and something about the culture of it.

English tea is also an experience that people coming to England like to have as a tourist

experience, so they might want to go out for afternoon tea, which means to go to a lovely

hotel somewhere and have tea. You know, like the old times when they use the teapot and

you drink it all slowly like this, you can still drink like that today in the lovely

hotels that we've got in London. They're very posh. Very posh, expensive hotels. You can

still drink tea that way and it is a really nice experience that I recommend to anyone

if they're coming to England or specifically London on a holiday and you'd like to do something

a bit different.

Okay, so let's start by talking about posh tea. What is it exactly? Now, I know the English

are famous in many countries for ruining their tea, and drinking it in the worst way possible

because in many countries they cannot imagine that people would drink tea with milk in it.

To them it's a disgusting idea. Why would you do that? Well, that's the way most people

drink their tea in England even today. Except if you are very, very posh and you have a

very, very, very expensive tea, then it's probably the case that you don't drink it

with milk. So, instead of having milk tea or milky tea, you drink your tea black just

with the tea leaves, no milk, or you would drink that tea with a slice of lemon. And

if you drink it this way without the milk, some people would say you get more of the

true flavour of the tea and you're not spoiling it with the milk taste.

I already told you that in the old days they drank their tea like this, and they lifted

their finger in the air when they were drinking. It was all so dainty like this. They used

a cup and a saucer. The saucer is here, the cup is here, and when you're carrying... When

you're carrying it, you carry it by the saucer, the bottom, and you try not to spill it. It's

hard. It's hard if you've got shaky hands, so you try not to spill it. But if you're

a lovely lady and you've come from lots of money then you probably don't carry your own

teacup ever, so it's okay.

Next we have milk jug. The milk is in a jug, it's separate. A milk jug, what is a milk

jug like? Looks something like this. Well, that looks like a saucer as well. Milk jug

is like this. So you can decide how much milk you want in your tea. You can pour it in yourself.

Tea leaves is only for posh tea, and the reason is when you make tea from tea leaves it makes

a mess, so obviously you don't want to clean it up yourself, you don't want to create extra

mess if you're making it yourself, so only posh people use tea leaves because also you

need extra equipment. It's not easy to make, and you have to be patient and wait a few

minutes. You need a tea strainer. A tea strainer is something... Something like this. That

looks bigger than it actually is, but it would go... When you're pouring from the teapot

into the cup, the tea strainer catches the tea leaves. Now, if you know what you're doing

then the tea leaves don't go in the cup. But if you don't know what you're doing you'll

make a mess and it might be embarrassing. But the lovely ladies know how to use the

tea strainer, they never get confused.

Next we've got cucumber sandwiches. Cucumber sandwiches, they don't sound very delicious

do they? How to show you what they look like? Right, that's the better way to show you what

they look like. They're triangular sandwiches. Ignore that. In triangle shapes, and you don't...

There's no... You know on a piece of bread this part is the crust, they cut that off.

They only use this part. They waste... I don't know what they do with that. I hope they feed

it to the birds, but you don't... You don't see that part. You just get the lovely sandwich

with a cucumber inside. And I think they... I think they've put salmon and cucumber together,

or they put other things with cucumber. But it's a very light, very... You have your tea,

you eat your sandwich, it's all very nice.

After you can have your scone or your scone, scone or your scone. Scones people like to

eat with jam and cream, or butter. Jam, cream, or butter and jam. Scones are kind of savoury

cake that... It's a heavy cake as well. And when you go to the lovely places to eat your

tea, they're usually really big so they fill you up a lot. And yeah, some people say: "Scones"

and some people say: "Scones". It depends. I say: "Scones". So you can have all this

experience of eating scones, lovely, lovely sandwiches, lovely tea, teapots, you can have

all of this if you go to afternoon tea. Some of the places you can go in London that are

famous are the Ritz Hotel, the Dorchester Hotel, the... You can go to Harrods, the department

store, you can go to Fortnum and Mason which is a famous food department store, so there's

many places you can get it and it's a really nice experience with the tablecloth, and lots

of... Everything done perfectly, and also, this is the best part, if you like champagne,

even though it's called afternoon tea, these days you can have champagne. Okay? So that's

another reason to go to afternoon tea.

But that's not how English people drink tea in their everyday lives - no, no, no, it's

not. They are more likely to drink at home what we call builder's tea. Builders are people

that work on a house and do a practical job, build the house, that kind of thing, repair

the house. Builder's tea is when you make the tea at home by yourself using a teabag.

A teabag, if you haven't already seen it, I'm sure you have, usually in England it looks

like a round shape like that. In a lot of other countries it's more like a little...

A little square bag with a string on it. Right? So you put the bag with the string in the

tea, and you go up and down, up and down, up and down, you take it out. In England in

builder's tea, it's not like that. It's this round teabag you put in the cup, and you must

use a teaspoon to take it out. There's no string. So, builder's tea isn't all lovely

like this, and: "Oh, look at us drinking our tea. Look at us being ladies." Builder's tea

is using a completely different kind of cup for a start; we use mugs. Mugs, they don't

break so easily. Mugs usually have something funny written on them, a joke, or they're

bright colours, or humorous or something, and the builder's tea has... Usually has lots

of sugar in, so someone will have two lumps of sugar or if they really like sugar they'll

have three sugars in their builder's tea. And instead of eating it with scones you eat...

You can dunk... Dunk some biscuits in. Dunk. "Dunk" is a verb. You can dunk in your digestive

biscuits, are the most famous biscuits for eating with tea. Dip it in, eat the biscuit.

So let's look at a dialogue here of drinking tea. If you ever go to the house of an English

person it's polite for you to be offered a hot drink when you're there, so they may say

to you: "Would you like a cuppa"? "Cuppa" means a cup of tea, cup-of-tea, "cuppa". -"Would

you like a cuppa?" -"Ooh. That would be lovely. Mmm, tea." -"Milk and sugar? Milk and sugar?

Milk and sugar? Milk and sugar?" -"Milk and two sugars, please." -"I'll put the kettle

on." Off they go to make the tea. You're probably only getting builder's tea in this house today.

Or someone might ask you, instead of saying: "Would you like a cuppa?" they'll say: "How

do you take your tea?" They're already going to make you tea. "How do you take your tea?"

And this is when you tell me: Do you want milk, do you want sugar, do you like it strong,

do you like it weak? If you... If you like the teabag in just really, really quickly

and taken out, so the tea is not very dark, and perhaps if you're going to have a lot

of milk in it as well, you say: "I like my tea weak as dishwater. I like my tea weak

as dishwater." Although here we have a bit of a language debate happening because some

people say it's meant to be they mean: "I like my tea dull as dishwater..." They say:

"I like my tea dull as ditchwater." Okay? They sound similar, don't they? "Dishwater",

"ditchwater". So we've heard it so much nobody knows which is the right way you're meant

to say it. To my mind this makes more sense: "Weak as dishwater" because dishwater is when

you're cleaning your plates, when you're washing up, it's that water that's left, slightly

grey, dirty-looking kind of water, that's what you get left. "Ditchwater", a "ditch"

is in the countryside... In the countryside, here's the road, here's the edge of the road,

here's the field. This is the field, here. The ditch is the place between the road and

the field, and the ditch is like this. So when it rains water comes in here, so that's

also a dirty kind of water. So, how do you take your tea? You decide, either weak as

dishwa... Weak as dishwater or dull as ditchwater. "Dull" means not bright, not shiny. And, yeah,

people disagree what's the right answer for that.

So, thank you for watching today's lesson. What you can go and do now is the quiz on

drinking tea in England, and I'll see you again soon. Bye.

Celebs Who Drastically Changed Their Looks After Becoming Famous - Duration: 7:09.

Fame can change people.

Once they hit it big, some celebs forget where they came from, while others use their fortune

to revamp their lives.

This crop of celebs switched up their looks once they got famous, with a few of them actually

grabbing more headlines for transforming their faces.

Madonna

She has been blonde for most of her career, but Madonna has never hidden the fact that

she's a natural brunette, as shown in this throwback snap.

But by the time 1984 rolled around, the singer had already opted for lighter locks.

Since then, Madonna has been a style chameleon, experimenting with everything from cornrows

to a golden ponytail at the height of her fame, but it was that initial dip in the bleach

bucket that transformed her from midwest beauty into bombshell diva.

And she wasn't the only pop icon to tint her tresses.

Lady Gaga

Both Madonna and Gaga are natural brunettes from Italian working class families, who both

went blonde when fame came calling.

In his book, Rivington Was Ours, Gaga's former DJ and friend, Brendan Jay Sullivan, recalls

Gaga's makeover moment, writing, "Bleaching the surface of her hair made Gaga walk like

a star."

Gaga's hair and wardrobe changes all the time, but just like her "Material Girl" predecessor,

hair dye kickstarted her style revolution.

Kylie Jenner

When we first met Kylie, she was an itty bitty Jenner, with average-sized lips.

But as her fame increased in 2015, so did the size of her pucker.

"Your lips look amazing.

"Really?

Kendall said they were too big yesterday."

"Are you talking about her lips?"

Her inflated pout was a hot topic for much of the year, yet the reality starlet defiantly

attributed her puffy pucker to deftness with lip liner and lipstick.

She eventually admitted to getting injectable fillers on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"I have temporary lip fillers it's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted

to do."

She then parlayed the whole controversy into a highly successful lip kit line, which Vanity

Fair reported earned her $8.7 million in its first year.

Katy Perry

The singer we know and love as Katy Perry didn't just change her name when she got famous.

Performing for years under her birth name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, Perry opted for

the indie rock look, sporting grunge-inspired clothes and an angsty layered bob.

But that original look was a non-starter.

So, along with a pivot towards a sexier, pop-driven sound, the "I Kissed a Girl" singer totally

revamped her look.

According to The Guardian, Perry says she "Created that character out of protection...I

didn't want to be Katheryn Hudson...so I decided to be someone else."

The new person she created has sported hair of all different shades of pink, blue, and

green since she achieved her massive fame.

Lisa Rinna

According to People, Lisa Rinna once referred to her lips as "the pink elephant in the room."

She remained famously silent about her puffy pout until she addressed it on her 2010 reality

show, Harry Loves Lisa...And then basically every other news outlet, immediately after.

"Silicon in the lip…

I don't know why I did it, I didn't need to do it, but I did it.

Then what happens, scar tissue forms, weird s--- starts to happen."

Rinna claims the inspiration behind her swollen smile was Barbara Hershey in Beaches.

She told People, quote, "I was crazy to even touch them in the first place."

Farrah Abraham

Teen Mom starlet Farrah Abraham has transmogrified before our very eyes.

She hasn't been shy about admitting that she got a little — okay, a lot — of help from

a plastic surgeon, receiving breast implants, rhinoplasty, lip fillers, and a chin implant

that she's since had removed.

She came clean about her extensive upgrades with Bethenny Frankel in 2014.

She also told RumorFix why she did it:

"I would consistently look in the mirror, and it was very sad.

I mean, you don't wanna hate your face when you look at yourself."

But Abraham didn't stop there, even telling Us Weekly that she wouldn't discourage her

young daughter, Sophia, from going under the knife, saying, "I feel like if [plastic surgery

is] not harming her and making her look better, and keeping her healthy into her older years,

I have no issues with that."

Plastic surgery for health?

We'll keep our judging to ourselves.

Nicole Kidman

Oscar winner Nicole Kidman seems to be inexplicably defying time itself.

The only way you can even tell she's changed at all, really, is her hair, which was once

an amazing, frizzy mane.

Other than that, Kidman chalks up her longevity to nature's bounty, as she has apparently

sworn off artificial enhancements after an unpleasant experience.

She told La Repubblica, "I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now

I can finally move my face again."

Which is good, because it's a pretty nice face.

Jennifer Grey

After hitting it big in Dirty Dancing, Jennifer Grey decided to have a little work done, so

two years after the film, she had a nose job, changing her life forever.

Grey later told The Mirror, "It was the nose job from hell...I went into the operating

room a celebrity and came out anonymous."

But compared to our next shocker, you may barely notice a change.

Mickey Rourke

He was an 80's heartthrob, but in 1991 Mickey Rourke quit Hollywood to become a boxer — a

career choice that left him with some nasty souvenirs, like a twice-broken nose and a

smashed cheekbone.

So when it was time for his Hollywood return, Rourke made some noticeable changes to his

once-famous face.

He told The Daily Mail, "I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose and a

couple of operations to scrape out the cartilage because the scar tissue wasn't healing properly...I

went to the wrong guy to put my face back together."

Thanks in part to the new look, Rourke's career was never the same.

Jamie Foxx

We're highlighting two transitional moments in Jamie Foxx's appearance.

While appearing on The Graham Norton Show, Foxx brought along this pre-fame pic of his

18-year-old self, in all his glory.

But the subtle difference between this pic from 2001, and this one from 2016, is that

hairline.

This was not lost on the internet, upon which much speculation over Foxx's magically reappearing

hairline has occurred.

Kevin Hart even famously checked Foxx on the issue, on Foxx's own radio show, Foxxhole,

saying "I bet we'd all be able to tell Jamie's real age if he stopped coloring his hairline."

So...it's not just the ladies of Hollywood who are under the microscope!

Ryan Seacrest

Once a chubby little kid from the South, Ryan Seacrest grew up into a guy who obsessively

squeezes workouts into his insanely busy schedule, and splurges on "the wrong amount of almonds."

In 1993, Seacrest was working as a DJ at WSTR-FM in Atlanta.

A decade later, he had just become the host of American Idol, a career move that would

skyrocket him to fame.

Over that decade, he seemed to lose a little weight, and ditched the Zack Morris haircut

for the early-2000's coiffe, transforming from handsome guy-next-door to celebrity TV

host.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

Superstar wrestler and actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson broke the internet with a throwback

Twitter pic which he captioned, "Fanny pack and lean take it to a whole other level..."

And, obviously, The Rock has had yet another breakthrough style evolution since this pic

from 2001.

We're not sure if he still rocks the fanny pack, but we're pretty sure nobody would give

him any crap about it if he does, since being jacked beyond belief is still an important

component to his swagger.

That being said, the internet never forgets.

Kim Zolciak

Though she's consistently denied getting a nose job, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star,

Kim Zolciak has admitted to having some work done.

On top of confessing what everyone already knew about her signature wigs and weaves,

Zolciak told ET that she's had her lips done, as well as gotten Botox since she was young

"for migraines initially and now it's the obvious reason."

Then there's the boob job, a tummy tuck, and something called a "skin-tightening treatment."

Considering how open she is about all that, she actually makes a good point when she says,

"Why would I not talk about a nose job?"

People Talking Sports* Episode 35 | Ansel Elgort | Aired September 13th - Duration: 21:44.

Wednesday night people talking sports stavros Halkias is in for kid show business

Anthony DeVito that's right I'm coming for your spot baby all right

DeVito sent me this week he sent me this weird photo last night he's on the road

in Minneapolis that is a very strange photo before we wrote you up he's trying

to seduce you so it's tougher she just got back from a

euro trip that's right I'm vacation Stavros I'm still in that mode you can

see clearly yeah just got back from the year trip and actually I'm doing my part

I'm trying to get I'm trying to reach out to Knicks I went to France and here's

a little little peace offering you know maybe let's get Frankie T yeah Frank

Ntilikina eat your heart out this is kind of like what it's kind of what Kyle

O'Quinn did for porzingis when he went to Latvia that's right you're coming

you're coming on the show Frank we feel it well coming up some of the some of

this stuff in the news here we got the Cleveland Indians this is huge yes this

is the best thing to happen to the Indians since um ever 200-year losing streak

and the Dodgers are right behind him we have a big show stavi I mean we got

Ansel Elgort from baby driver huge yeah - that's - Hollywood heartthrobs on the

show tonight baby you and him whats up

thanks for joining us thanks for having me man I love your shirt

thank you it's a good one throwback yeah throwback logo I mean throwing back to

the you know for me I was never alive during these times yeah obviously they

were good times so we haven't lived through the good stuff yet no not really

that's why I like you're younger than me like I had like the 94 and the 99 teams

you were you're probably too young for the 99 team I know yeah the first memory

I have of like Patrick Ewing was when he was like being traded and my brother is

like that guy he was like the best Knick and I was like oh that's too bad they're

trading him then but you were saying you like you feel like we're in a good place

I feel like we're in a great place I am so happy with everything well were you

like the Hardaway signing I think that that that he at least he's a young

player and I agree with that if he would have stayed on the Knicks and perform

like he did on the Hawks we would have signed him that's true it would have

been like we drafted this guy he's playing well we're gonna sign them

that's true that's what how long is that contract four years four years and he's

25 so it's it aligns with his prime it's fine

you like it I'm totally fine with that because I don't think porzingis is gonna

be like a championship winning guy for at least a couple more years or three

years I think for Lou the way he's progressing and way he's been playing in

Euroleague yeah yeah I mean I watch the highlights every game i watch his

highlights I don't watch the games but yeah me too i watch his highlights and

it's just like I'm not gonna sit through Latvia Slovenia

but yeah no I mean Willie looks great he looks great yeah it's exciting and

hopefully in you're high on Frank Nicolina - yes I am high on it I think

that I loved them when they did his first interview after the drafted him

they asked him what his favorite part of the game was and his best part of the

game he said defense yeah I think that's really nice and I also think that I mean

I think that these European guys and like a guy like Frank if you drafted an

eighteen-year-old American kid you never know what you're gonna get right because

sometimes they can be kind of headcases but I honestly think and I love America

obviously but I think that I think that a kid from France it's like he probably

got all his drinking and craziness out of the way when he was like 14 but you

have these kids who are playing basketball in America and like they're

not allowed to drink or do anything and look like you can't go out you like you

can't go to a club obviously and then they get an NBA contract and they are in

New York City and they're like oh 1 Oak Avenue every night and then you have you

don't know what you're gonna get but I think with Frank he'll be focused I

totally I totally like Frank and I believe in him and he's huge

yeah he's a point guard massive and for an 18 year old and he looks like a man

he does look like a man and I think you're right I think we should lower the

drinking age yeah I'm hesitant because it's a big deal with Tim but I like his

game I love it he's a shooter I love that there's aspects of his game that

make me think of Starks that make me think of like a gunner I get excited

about that yeah I think Tim has a good head on his shoulders also I met him

when he was on the Knicks the first time and he was super nice yeah and you see

movies he I think maybe he had yeah like I was one of those things where I asked

him for a photo and then he like came back was it oh can I get one on my phone

good yeah I mean because like sometimes I don't know you can tell when people

are nice people right away when you meet them like I got that would like

porzingis and like Hernangomez is like I've met them like briefly and they're

all really nice and some some players like I was at all-star weekend it's like

you go and say hi and they sort of like yeah thanks man a name Wow

no it's mean but I don't know you know so some of them were nicer than others

you know and and I Tim Hardaway who's he was a nice guy you could tell he was a

real dude so I saw a baby driver it's really good oh thanks be really good and

appreciate it was that exciting to work with that girl right it was awesome yeah

he's a great director he's awesome Edgar Wright is great because he has such a

specific style and a lot of film directors sometimes you're on set and it

feels a little manic and they don't know what they want ya relying on you a lot

to sort of like bring something in this house yeah I like that

but now let's try something totally different cuz I'm not sure what I want

yeah ed you're right it knows exactly what he wants we sat for like a month

before we started filming and did rehearsals on everything and working out

all the scenes and when we were finally on set filming it

everything was concise and it actually like it was one of the most easy breezy

experiences I've had filming something because I sort of knew I could show up

to set and rely on Edgar to tell me what to do and it was great it's probably

like having a great basketball coach yeah it's like you don't have to try to

create something every time it's like I imagine with Popovich all those players

just show up and say what do we do Popovich I think he's like a he's like a

D'Antoni director because it's like fast paced yeah it's like that's true got

like a vision right he's uh that's like three people probably got that reference

we got it we understood it I thought I made a really great point you guys gave

me silence but that's okay I mean you know I noticed when I first saw Shaun of

the Dead that it was like it moved so quickly like these quick cuts I mean but

that takes a lot of time I'm sure if you're you have to film so many

different angles be like if they films this interview would like 15 different

angles it's not happening with me cameras working with the budget here so

that was exciting who do you want to work with if you

could work with any director right now Chris Nolan that's a good call yeah I

mean Chris Nolan just does everything he does is great I think it's like he

doesn't really miss yeah it's like with Batman and stuff I mean like the head

man was unbelievable the Heath Ledger Joker Batman saying in Batman Begins

when I go to that dojo and the and he's training and then the Tom Hardy Bane

Batman yes the villains are so good knows Batman they're great which

infilling so is Bruce Wayne he's like he's not like a superhero he's like a

person he's so great I mean Christian Bale is probably one of

my top favorite actors you want to work with him yeah I'd love to him and Tom

Hardy I mean all the Christopher Nolan people it's like also I know if I was in

the Christopher Nolan movie I get to work with those guys yeah which would be

insane like you already have the cast it's like sort of like Edgar Wright he

put together this insane cast it's a director that puts together the cast

it's not really an actor right it's just like you've seen movies with some big

actors you might like and the cast around them isn't that great because

maybe they're getting paid to come on but it's a director who brings together

insane cast and Kristen was one of those people who does that you know it's crazy

so I so I was on the road one night and I just you know you know like the hotel

and it takes forever for the channels to change and you're like I give up

whatever this channel and it's Corden and you come on oh yeah and you sing I'm

easy with Jamie Foxx yeah and coordinate I was like holy crap

this guy's really talented wow thanks for what I do is a ruse

this is all a joke I just meant the comedy club that that's a different

aspect of performance I mean you're an actor but then I'm like you could be a

professional singer thanks man that's what I'm trying to do

that too I have an EP that I've been working on like five songs that are

finishing up right now and trying to put out in the next few months with music I

love it because I write the songs and I produce the songs and I'm in the studio

sort of orchestrating the project and it's versus it versus when I'm acting

sometimes I just show up to set and I have someone tell me what to do and I'm

a part of a great puzzle but it's not my puzzle but with music is my puzzle so I

really enjoy it for that reason and I'm excited for my EP to come out because

it's it's like my baby I'm excited man all right well we got more the ends well

go right after this people talking sports keep watching well back on people

talking sports we have a great panel today first off you know I'm from the

movie baby driver and I'm an adult with a learner's permit stavros halkias he

just got back from Greece the country of the musical you decide and he filled in

for John Starks last-minute six-man off the bench

the Sin City Cobra just like John Starks I was bagging groceries

this is an exciting story out of the gate

kristaps porzingis meets one of his idols

Andrei Kirilenko I love that porzingis has respect that could be Kirilenko that

could also be one of the kidnappers from The Big Lebowski I love that Kirilenko

he seems to be excited to meet these guys you know

crew says yeah he's excited too seems excited to meet Dirk Nowitzki Kirilenko

it's it's exciting to be a young guy because I read that Darko Miller chick

did not know any players now like when he got drafted he was like I'm gonna say

my favorite guy is Garnett because that's what they want was it seems like

porzingis is a student of the game and is actually savoring these moments I

don't think Darko knew him players he knew you're going to Detroit you know

he's literally a cherry farmer as we make fun of him he's sitting on fifty

million dollars LeBron Melo and DWade don't make much better cherries than him

yeah I mean you're a big porzingis guy big porzingis fan what yeah it has he

seen do you know if he's seen baby driver I don't know I think he's too

focused playing basketball he doesn't do anything but play basketball and fish

heads and his Instagram stories we was working out I do yeah he looks like The

Terminator and he looks like he's from Rocky

what is it Rocky 5 or suddenly yeah I mean when things really went downhill

the NBA is evaluating the draft lottery reform to discourage tanking in a

related story if this show doesn't improve we might be moving to Oklahoma

City I don't know I mean there's definitely there's reason to be

suspicious but then tanking doesn't always work or look at Orlando they've

sucked forever I like tanking I know it sounds weird

put your gloves on the top like supposed to be sir conference right Miami's been

the only squad that can consistently get big free agents Boston now only because

of Brad Stevens Brad Stevens leaves bye-bye everybody no one's coming for

chowder I'm in Chicago and even the next struggle now to get free agent so your

only chance now is to get lucky with the ping pongs so that you know like Europe

has like relegation and so with soccer so it's kind of fun if your team sucks

hey can we stay above or if your teams in the league League below it's like can

we make it up well this is this is the big this what keeps you interested in

March if you're a nets fan and you have your pick or someone else who's like no

good it's like oh my goodness are we gonna get those extra five ping-pong

think about that like that gives you hope it's like oh my god I hope the Cavs

beat us by 50 that's going to make the third

if that is your optimism when you're no good and you can't get free agents it's

your only hope but isn't that weird we have a system in

sports where it's like you're routing to lose yeah it's like it's bizarre I like

it I like it because I just wish more things work that way you know it's like

it's like I want to be rewarded for being bad at things that would be great

it's like I'm not it's not that I'm not having sex I'm just trying to get a

better position in next year's sex lottery go to the gym no thank you

you got a hot college prospect coming in next year I feel it yeah so they keep

trying taking new ways for the lottery I think the lottery all right should be

like the real lottery like you should be able you have to buy tickets so let's

say all right hypothetically you have the worst record all right so you get a

hundred like let's just say it's a hundred ping-pong balls you have to buy

them you get like an allotted salary cap to buy ping-pong balls every like five

years Wow so if you're tanking so like the Sixers have to make a decision every

year the last few years how many of these are we going to buy because

eventually even we have the worst record we're gonna run out of them so if you

get left with twenty in a five-year period then guess what you might as well

play hard the rest of that year and see what happens because your chances really

aren't that good if you end up with the worst record cuz you still can only buy

20 balls there you go Commissioner silver I'm higher

Stephon Marbury is coming back he he's planning to come back at 40 years old

he's been playing in China so I'm guessing his confidence is very high

he only has like 21 and a half in China which still sounds good yeah go from

Chinese link to the NBA I need 40 out of you because nothing for nothing when I

rolled out of bed I scored eight in China eight on the board in front of

Beijing's right there baby fallen out of bed well that's that's the funny thing

about this is I read the Instagram post where it talks about like he's making

the come back and he said he started by saying I wanted to end my career with

the Beijing Ducks but the GM had other ideas that's like if you're getting cut

by the Beijing ducks if the team that cuts you sounds delicious

no one goes from the Rome fettuccine alfredo

to me it's kind of like what Darren Williams did with it wasn't that good

you can't that's not the kind of player that's a spot-up shooter that's not the

kind of player that can't like touch the ball off the bench randomly hits a big

shot they need to feel it out they need to

have the ball in their hands that's why he he was probably good in China because

he literally no one else ever touched the ball no that's a great point it's

like the only way you can stay in the NBA if you're like 40s if you're a great

shooter if you're just like if you like you murdered someone with LeBron and he

just keeps you honesty James Jones why is he still hasn't won without him

though yes sure yeah I mean you're totally right I mean you need to be or

you have to be like Kevin Willis played forever you can be like one of those

bigs at plays forever subscribes 100 Reid bouncing yeah yeah Robert Parish

she played forever if you're big you can do it or if you're a talent well yeah I

mean Robert Parish played for a while on the bench with Chicago for certain other

reasons you know hanging out with Phil in hotel rooms late listen to Grateful

Dead this is huge news for Kobe the question was which number do you hang in

the rafters when you retire it I say his lawyers number cuz that one definitely

got them a couple extra rings his lawyers time

Kobe if you break up both his numbers you have one with eight all-star

appearances and one with ten one with two championships and one with three I

mean they're both Hall of Fame yeah one with two without Shaq though that's true

this argument hates it so I mean this I'm really far

away from I know we probably don't hate it cuz we're in New York fans but Kobe

with Shaq it's different if Kobe had never won those two championships

without Shaq I don't think it would be he would never be in the greatest of all

time conversation cuz today Shaq is the greatest of all time kind of guy I mean

that guy in like the playoffs what in the first year they won was

averaging like 30 and 15 in the playoffs here's my idea for Kobe instead of going

as 8 or 24 yeah guess what you brought Shaq big spike he should go as Shaq's

number Oh Shaq 34 yeah Bryant 34 that's what he should do

to me that's the most Kobe thing for Kobe to do yeah you were talking about

Europeans earlier though and Kobe is like a European American yes reason

Italy and it that's another example of like a guy who if he had fun at one

point he probably got out of the way in Europe having fun in Italy I mean I was

just in Italy yesterday man it's fun and I was like in the club and they were

like kids in there but it wasn't weird because here in Italy it's like kids

haven't find all about fun I'll be in Tampa this weekend I had a chicken

parmesan yesterday so basically the same thing we're back on people talking

sports with Liz Gonzales and another thing but before we get into that I have

to ask because when you guys were talking the only thing I could focus on

Ansel was your ring what's going on what is it oh it's a it's like crocodile

symbol has anything just a giant crocodile on your finger giant crocodile

I bought it in Italy I you know I secretly deep down I really want to be a

rapper I'm wearing a louis vuitton jeans and this is the closest rapper i'll ever

get by far the snazziest dress person we've ever had on the show I guess I

mean you're sitting with somebody in a Hawaiian shirt Old Navy baby

Louis Vuitton Old Navy and old homless man's jacket

is that what H&M stands for

here to throw down some knowledge you guys are talking about Marbury earlier

and in my opinion one of the saddest things an athlete can go through is his

inability to admit when it's time to hang up his cleats I'm looking at you

Adrian Peterson on Monday night in a game that was supposed to be a revenge

game against his former team he just didn't really show up six carries only

18 yards disappointing to watch and the only thing I could think was you should

have retired when you were released earlier this year because now he's 32

he's coming off of the worst season of his career and most importantly that

2,000 yard season is being masked by images of him yelling at Sean Payton on

the sidelines not a good luck yeah I just love though everyone is really big

on when people should retire it's like Oh their legacy these guys don't care

about legacy they care about being able to roof their house like when we make a

new kitchen like oh we should retire he doesn't care money make money that's

like what it's about like like he only has a few years especially the NFL most

the time it's not guaranteed money as a running back your shelf life is insanely

short yeah get paid stay on the sidelines until 50 if you can he's made his money he's

making half that salary that he was making last year so he's also to valued

himself and I think you should play another season and then next season he

should pay the Saints to keep playing there you go I think he should play for

the Beijing Ducks

yeah but I don't think it's about money for these guys that's the thing

AP's made money it's it's a pride thing this guy his whole life since he was

like 11 years old he's been incredible at football this is his life he doesn't

know what else to do like so go to a team where it makes sense go go to

Seattle you would be useful in Seattle they

don't need him and New Orleans I mean it would be like like for example we're

talking about earlier Adam Sandler just needs to stop making movies he was so

funny and engaging and like a big childhood favorite of mine and now it's

like what are you doing well we're comedians so we're not going to join you

on this you know think about casting littler Nicky thank you so much

Ansel Elgort for coming by Adam Sandler could also score 21 in the on the

Beijing duck if you haven't seen it see baby driver it's awesome keep watching

people talking sports and good night yeah

TRIED to make Grace Helbig's Mac N Cheese Eggrolls... - Duration: 8:42.

I can read its cheat day and we're gonna experiment with Grace Helbig's mac and

cheese eggrolls. I'm gonna step some egg rolls and spring rolls with macaroni and

cheese and create what I'm calling MAC AH GEEZ ROLLS. I'm gonna make it with Danny

Danny's gonna try and redeem himself from from blue apron days no no that is

dangerous yeah how do you do this don't look at me if you haven't seen the blue

a friend flog from last year last year it was a while ago

you don't just come on we're not that far from a trash can you know it'll be

red and the tree shoot the big ones are gone no ho no oh my god the big ones are

gone they only have these tiny little wonton things they're cut in half we're

gonna do they're out of the Romans it's only ones not ones

that's not I know it sucks dude we're just gonna

have we're gonna have to update this recipe to be mac and cheese like Wanda

John don't like weird you can of it it's smaller

we've already failed a little bit whenever I make mac and cheese girl

cheese I always do onions and jalapeno and it's the best I know zombies are so

expensive

five dollars for nothing yes the organic this is good this is all I need

cool I always have to get the deluxe one because it requires you to do less work

okay the first step is to prepare our fillings Danny it's time to redeem

yourself I will chop the jalapeno make you cry oh you're afraid of spicy things

which one do you want to do I want me to chop it then little ends by being bad at

something you don't to do it I always got so I'm going to be will always cook

cuz you don't never I'll cook you like whatever you've been okay I'm right cook

you like if great and then you got me cooking it's great okay go you can do it

no no okay babe done this around here I just don't go

towards your hand dirty pants dirty pad

I'm buttering my really gross pan that should probably throw away about it's

all money to buy a new pan so apparently according to some NPR show that I don't

remember putting salt on onions right when they cut helps them brown because

it makes them sweat making them hot I guess they're both Deluxe's this is

craft yeah doesn't that make you hungry kids yeah just mix it's just a D thing a

shirt that no for something did you read the boxer he's assuming che

instructions combined with Oh add milk or butter milk did say how much milk to

add just add milk or butter cuz you want it to be thick you don't wanna be

slaughtering Shea right we crafted this creamy and cheese sauce and combined

with organic pasta so you don't need to add milk or butter like can you you do

you use your eyes and just something but that's it I told you it I thought the

deluxe is poor so you have to do anything as I was right in Italy

I wasn't kidding it's okay this is no no fat boy I'm afraid of this oil there's

steam coming off of this we don't know if it's ready or not going Trent is that

yours is yours okay

wow wow it goes fast did he take it out take it out now I don't know it looks

like it's like done it looks like it's burnt just throw it in there sister oh

no oh oh no we need to lower the sheet on that Jesus Christ

what clothes kind of look like that but not right that you're helping

this is Baretta ready just quick like keep it on the fork and then just pull

it out down it up good time I'm afraid it'll burn again okay down

good yay its TechSoup important ah

okay get a quick quick quick quick quick get it up get it out ha ha I know I know

oh that looks almost no I'm not looking good it looks a little burnt it still

kind of okay I'm yours oh this looks burnt miss gangly smokier fire alarm is

about to go up

with the verdict

okay mine looks like a one-time right

it's like a giant crispy ravioli more like a macaroni pop tart or hot pocket

ya know same hot pocket it's a macrophage but it's gonna be crunchy

ha

Settled in Pau⎜VLOG 24 - Duration: 3:48.

Helo!

Another week, another country, another hotel room.

The World Championship starts in two weeks here in Pau.

We came a bit earlier to have more training sessions on this course.

And we will stay here for 3 weeks.

We've already settled in!

It's really nice here,

and when the sun comes out it get's awesome.

The World Cup Series just finished last weekend.

As you could have seen on my Instagram,

it ended up good for me.

In finished 3rd in the overall ranking, which was for me the same position as in the previous year.

And actually the whole podium was kind of "deja vu" from the previous season.

I was really happy to be there!

Now there is only one challenge left! The World Champs!

We're heading to the course and we'll see how the World Champ preparation goes.

The French are really good at organising events..

probably the best ones.

Every time we had a World Cup here, they organised it like it were a World Championships.

And now, when we have the Worlds here, I'm sure they will bring it to another level.

The preparation of the venue has started and every day there are more and more tents here.

Tents..

tents...

tents...

tents...

tents...

...and tents.

The athlete village will open on 19th

and will be located just next to the cemetery.

Over there they are building an outdoor concert stage

and on the other bank there are usually many kiosks and attractions for kids.

This might be one of the best World Championships ever.

And I'm here!

It's time to go back to the hotel and have some chill at the pool.

We're very lucky with the weather today.

Today's vlog was just a short teaser for the upcoming weeks here in Pau.

A part of the Japan team is staying in this hotel with us.

The bronze olympic medalist - Takuya Haneda is here

as well and I want you to meet him!

Hi! I'm Takuya and I'm paddling for Japan.

[ slovak song !!! ]

As you can see, Takuya is not only an excellent paddler, but he's an excellent singer as well.

Keep the fingers crossed and stay tuned for more news from the 2017 World Champs in Pau.

Bye!

LARP Box Unboxing | Rangers | Box 006 - Duration: 12:32.

Guess what, guys?

LARP Box!

Hi there, everybody.

My name is Thyanel, and it is time for another unboxing.

You know, it occurs to me that it has been awhile since I posted anything that wasn't

just a stream archive.

I really need to get better at that.

But, for now, we just have an unboxing, and, yes, it is time once again for the LARP Box.

So if you guys have missed previous times I've unboxed this and are wondering what the

heck the LARP Box actually is, LARP Box is a monthly subscription box created by LARPers

for LARPers.

There are three tiers of subscription you can get.

There's LARP Tees, which is basically just a t-shirt themed around whatever the theme

for the month is.

There is the standard LARP Box, which is what I'm going to be unboxing here today, and there

is also the Legendary LARP Box.

That gives you things like armor and weapons and generally higher priced items.

And as amazing as that is, I can't afford it.

I really want to.

One day, maybe.

One day, but for now, the standard suits me just fine.

I'm actually very excited about this one because the theme for this box is the Rangers box.

Typically, rangers aren't the sort of character I feel like I would personally play, but I

have been getting into the idea of archery lately, and archery as it would be treated

in LARP in general.

Not that every ranger character is an archer, but regardless of whether your character is

an archer or not, this box contains items to help you get started with your ranger kit.

Equally exciting is that a lot of the items in this and the Legendary Box are items that

the creator of LARP Box, Bart Brizee, actually uses in his ranger kit, so I'm really curious

as to what all is going to be in here.

So let's crack the box open and see what we've got.

As always, I have already cut the tape on here so you guys don't see me struggling with

opening the actual box.

It's packed pretty tight.

Oh!

Okay.

This is what we have immediately when we open the box.

Our "About the Items" scroll is directly on top which is very nice.

I'm not actually going to be looking at this unless there's anything that I'm confused

about because this is me and I like flying blind.

Plus, I feel like it makes my reactions a little more genuine.

First off, we have a--

A Clif Bar.

Not really what I was expecting to find in this box, and now I have to refer back to

the sheet because I really want to know his reasoning for throwing this in there.

"Keep up your energy! Probably best to take the bar out of the wrapper when you're in an in-game setting."

Handy, I guess, if you're going to be running around the woods all the time.

Oh, you are kidding.

[laughs]

Oh, this is beautiful!

Okay, one second, I need to unwrap this.

Guys.

Guys.

[screams]

Whenever I get the standard box, I am never expecting to get anything resembling actual

weaponry in here, so this is a very pleasant surprise.

If there was anything on the label to indicate where the heck this came from, I do not know.

Once again, I actually need to refer to the card.

I was hoping -- I don't know how well you guys can see it -- this little marking over

here would help tell me who made this thing, but sadly, no.

There doesn't seem to be a core in here.

It's definitely foam, though.

I think.

It's very flexible and soft.

Let's see what it is.

This is an Epic Armoury Woodsman Knife.

This is amazing, and it needs to come with me everywhere.

Obviously, it's very, very flexible.

Like I said, there's zero core in here whatsoever, so in that sense, it's good if you wanted

to throw it or if you just want a small knife with you while you sleep.

Very flexible.

Very squishy.

I will need to look this knife up later on Epic Armoury to see if there are any specific

care instructions.

I don't know if this is made with latex or if this is foam or what.

I know Epic Armoury does have some latex weapons, and I don't know if this counts.

But this is absolutely gorgeous and not at all what I was expecting to find in this LARP Box.

Thank you very much, Bart.

I kind of love this thing.

Next item on our list is this tiny leather pouch that I'm kind of in love with.

It's knotted shut.

It can actually expand to hold a lot more than you'd think it would just from its small

size.

I probably would try to keep it that small, though, because you don't want things to fall

out of it.

This is made by the good folks of-- I'm going to butcher the pronunciation and I am really

sorry because French is not my first language.

But this is made by the good folks of Les Artisans d'Azure.

The first LARP Box I ever got which was when I backed the Kickstarter actually had an item

from Les Artisans d'Azure in it.

I don't remember if it was the sword frog or the pouch, but this is another one to add

to my collection!

I think this one would primarily be for LARP currency.

Our-- oh, geez.

So next up, we have this giant thing.

Hold on. Let me stand up so you guys can get a better idea of how big this is.

This is very simply referred to as the Ranger Stuff Sack on our "About the Items" list.

This is a simple sack to hold traveling essentials like a canvas tarp, a wool blanket, cooking

gear, or whatever.

It can be tied up and slung on your back.

This is really cool.

There is -- I don't know how well you guys are going to be able to see this, but I'm

going to try to show you anyway -- this triple crown either drawn or stamped onto this fabric.

I don't know what this is made out of.

It's very heavy, very sturdy, and durable.

I feel like this is the sort of thing that's going to stick with you for a very long time.

Sadly, the About the Items sheet doesn't tell me who made it, so I have no idea.

But this is just a sort of camping essential I can see anybody getting a lot of good use

out of whether you're a LARPer or not, whether you play a ranger or not, so this is actually

really cool.

I'm completely surprised right now.

There is no card for a LARP of the month or anything like there have been in previous boxes.

I don't know if that's because there isn't one LARP that links all rangers or not.

The last item we have here is the t-shirt that I'm going to show you guys right now.

This shirt was actually designed by Bart Brizee himself.

I love the deer skull motif and I love the antlers.

They sort of remind me of branches, too, which is really nice.

Definitely ties into the whole ranger theme.

Usually right now, this would be the part where I would tell you guys what my favorite

item in this box was, but, honestly, I loved everything.

Despite the fact that the theme was Rangers, everything in here is so useful for any kind

of character, and I really do like that about this particular LARP Box.

If you were going to twist my arm, though, I think my favorite item in this entire box

would probably be the Woodsman Knife.

I keep picking it up and playing with it.

I have never had a small knife like this, so this is actually a lot of fun for me.

It does look really realistic, though.

If I didn't know I could bend this, part of me might actually think it's real, which is

always a key with LARP weaponry, I think.

A close second, though, would definitely have to go to this pouch.

I don't have a pouch that actually looks like this, so this is actually really nice.

Did you guys get this box?

Did you get a Legendary LARP Box?

If you did, please leave a comment down below.

Tell me what your favorite items were.

If you guys are interested in getting a LARP Box of your very own, you can go to LARPBox.com

and sign up today.

Despite the image that is probably going to be showing up in this video, the next box

that you guys can actually sign up for is the Vampire box.

If you are a LARPer who LARPs in the world of Vampire: The Masquerade, or you go to the

Convention of Thorns out in, I believe, Poland, which is another one done by Dziobak Studios,

that is definitely a box you are not going to want to miss out on.

I will leave a link down below in the description box so you guys can pick one up if you are

so inclined.

If you liked what you saw here and you want to see either more LARP-related content or

just somebody playing games ridiculously, please hit that subscription button.

cheese eggrolls. I'm gonna step some egg rolls and spring rolls with macaroni and

cheese and create what I'm calling MAC AH GEEZ ROLLS. I'm gonna make it with Danny

with organic pasta so you don't need to add milk or butter like can you you do

you use your eyes and just something but that's it I told you it I thought the

Sherlock and John - Torn - Duration: 4:01.

I thought I saw a man brought to life

He was warm

He came around like he was dignified

He showed me what it was to cry

Well, you couldn't be that man I adored

You don't seem to know

Seem to care what your heart is for

But I don't know him anymore

There's nothing where he used to lie

Conversation has run dry

That's what's going on

Nothing's fine, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

You're a little late, I'm already torn

So I guess the fortune teller's right

Should have seen just what was there

And not some holy light

But it crawled beneath my veins, and now...

I don't care, I have no luck

I don't miss it all that much

There's just so many things

That I can't touch, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

You're a little late, I'm already torn

Torn...

There's nothing where he used to lie

My inspiration has run dry

That's what's going on

Nothing's right, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Bound and broken on the floor

You're a little late, I'm already torn

N Korean missile fear spurs pre-emptive strike debate in Japan - Duration: 9:26.

N Korean missile fear spurs pre-emptive strike debate in Japan

FILE - In this Oct. 23, 2016 file photo, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, center standing, reviews members of Japan Self-Defense Forces (SDF) during the Self-Defense Forces Day at Asaka Base, north of Tokyo.

Japan is debating whether to develop limited pre-emptive strike capability and buy cruise missiles - ideas that were anathema in the pacifist country before the North Korea missile threat.

Japan is debating whether to develop a limited pre-emptive strike capability and buy cruise missiles — ideas that were anathema in the pacifist country before the North Korea missile threat.

With revisions to Japans defense plans underway, ruling party hawks are accelerating the moves, and some defense experts say Japan should at least consider them.

After being on the backburner in the ruling party for decades, a possibility of pre-emptive strike was formally proposed to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe by his partys missile defense panel in March, prompting parliamentary debate, though somewhat lost steam as Abe apparently avoided the divisive topic after seeing support ratings for his scandal-laden government plunge.

North Koreas test-firing Tuesday of a missile, which flew over Japan and landed in the northern Pacific Ocean, has intensified fear and reignited the debate.

Should we possess pre-emptive strike capability? liberal-leaning Mainichi newspaper asked the following day. But isnt it too reckless to jump to discuss a get them before they get you approach?.

Japan has a two-step missile defense system. First, Standard Missile-3 interceptors on Aegis destroyers in the Sea of Japan would shoot down projectiles mid-flight and if that fails, surface-to-air PAC-3s would intercept them from within a 20-kilometer (12-mile) range.

Technically, the setup can handle falling debris or missiles heading to Japan, but its not good enough for missiles on a high-lofted trajectory, those with multiple warheads or simultaneous multiple attacks, experts say.

A pre-emptive strike, by Japanese definition, is a step preceding the two-tier defense.

Cruise missiles, such as Tomahawk, fired from Aegis destroyers or fighter jets would get the enemy missile clearly waiting to be fired, or just after blastoff from a North Korean launch site, before it approaches Japan.

Japans self-defense-only principle under the countrys war-renouncing constitution prohibits its military from making a first strike, and officials discussing a limited pre-emptive strike are calling it a strike-back instead.

Whichever the language, it further loosens postwar Japans pacifist principle and could strain its relations with China, which is suspicious of Tokyos intentions. There are gray areas as to how far Japan can go and still justify minimum self-defense.

Some experts are skeptical about how it would work.

North Koreas secretive, diversified and mobile launch system makes it extremely difficult to track down and incapacitate the weapons with Japans limited cruise missile attacks, security expert Ken Jimbo at Keio University said in a recent article.

A pre-emptive strike capability would also require trillions of dollars to set up spy satellites, reconnaissance aircraft, cruise missiles, as well as training of special units, experts say.

North Korea flight-tested two intercontinental ballistic missiles in July and has threatened to send missiles near the U.S. territory of Guam, home to key military bases.

The North already has short-range missiles that cover Japan and possibly has achieved miniaturized nuclear warheads, the Defense Ministrys annual report says.

North Korea has demonstrated its capability to hit targets anywhere in Japan, said Narushige Michishita, a defense expert at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies.

It has become even more important for Japan to improve its missile and civil defense capabilities, and seriously think about acquiring limited but meaningful strike capabilities..

Timing of the pre-emptive strike debate is seen in favor of supporters of the option in the ruling party and the Defense Ministry because they are just starting to revise Japans multi-year defense plans.

Abe called Tuesdays missile firing unprecedented, grave and serious threat. Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera, an advocate of bolstering Japans missile and strike-back capability, said more provocations by the North are likely and Tokyo must quickly upgrade its missile arsenal.

The Defense Ministry announced Thursday a record 5.26 trillion yen ($48 billion) budget for fiscal 2018, which would cover purchase of upgraded missile defense systems such as land-based Aegis Ashore interceptors or the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD, a mobile equipment Washington and Seoul have installed in South Korea.

Beijing, which says THAADs powerful radar can reach deep into China and wants it removed, could react sharply if it is installed in Japan.

Abe, since taking office five years ago, has expanded Japans military role, allowing it to take on a greater task in international peacekeeping.

In 2015, his government allowed Japan to fight for its allies when they come under enemy attack, a condition known as collective self-defense, by re-interpreting part of the constitution and railroading a new security legislation that sparked massive protests.

Pre-emptive strike, however, is even more sensitive and divisive topic and the government may have to prioritize upgrading missile interceptors for now, says Tetsuo Kotani, senior research fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs.

Polls show most Japanese fear North Koreas missile threat and support bolstering Japans intercepting capability, but in terms of pre-emptive strike, opponents overwhelmed supporters.

Prime Minister Abe seems to have turned hesitant about discussing pre-emptive strikes, Kotani said, suggesting Abes declining popularity is causing his reluctance to push the issue. Public debate of pre-emptive strikes may slow down..

Killer Clown Craze Back After The Release Of It - Duration: 2:33.

The killer clowns are back, and its all thanks to the movie It.

Welcome back to IO, I'm charlotte dobre, and I was not a fan of the killer clown craze

from last year.

And now it seems there are some sick souls out there that are so inspired by the remake

of It, that they are attending the movie wearing a full killer clown costume.

It is based on a Stephen king novel.

Its about a sadistic clown called Pennywise who's daily activities consit of haunting

and tormenting children.

Well as a way to celebrate the reamake of the movie It, theres some pretty creepy clown

related pranks happening right now.

One twitter user posted a picture of a clown that looks just like pennywise with a balloon

sitting in the movie theatre alone.

Last year, reports of killer clown sightings took place across the western world.

The killer clowns would walk around with weapons scaring people, and police departments everywhere

were threatening to arrest them.

There were dozens of reports from the uk, and dozens more in the states.

One woman in the UK was scared so badly by a clown that she went into early labor.

It seems The craze has now returned.

Its not only scary clowns that are tormenting people.

People are going around attaching balloons to storm drains, as somewhat of a way to promte

the movie It. you know, cuz pennywise hangs out in the sewer system.

Red balloons have been spotted in several Australian cities like Sydney and melbourne.

Hey, just so you know, if youre in Australia and you have the bright idea to do this, youre

actually endangering the local wildlife, including platypuses.

When the balloons loose their air, theres a chance that they go through the waterways

and end up hundreds of kilometers away.

Leftover plastic gets picked up by platypus and wildlife, so think before you tie a red

balloon to a storm drain.

So what should you do if you see a killer clown?

Well, firstly, run.

JK, apart from being pretty scared, you'll be fine.

Keep calm and report the incident to authorities.

just keep in mind, no one has been physically harmed by one of these clowns… yet.

K Rxgxn – Charlotte, u make hearing the news fun, one day u and the potatoes will

make everyone watch the news.

Love is for the birds – EEEEW THOSE NAILS DON'T SUIT YOU.

Come at me bro.

Adam Smith – All of us want to smash you.

Even the girls.

Girls smashing is weird.

Do girls smash?

I feel like we mush more than smash.

Bye.

The perfect summer

is over in a flash and you're on your way

Some part of me

is hoping for tonight, it's not too late

My mind says yes

You've been here for quite some time

But my heart tells me

You should stay a little while

Are we at the end

or are we at the start?

Remember twenty-nine

Anywhere we go

is where I long to roam

Night or day

I'm taking you all the way

Cause my heart screams

Let me carry you home

Bright lights and colors

Love is for the ones who dare to wait

No use in running

Creation And Banking Tips - Duration: 9:33.

Creation and banking tips. I'm back in the U.S., at my creative desk. What a great place

to be here in San Diego at my desk. while I was in India for the past two months, I

had suggestions from bankers -- why not create a Shreem Brzee Program for Banking. So here

I am, giving you some banking tips. This is going to be useful for wealth creation and

also for wealth banking. There are three principles that I'm going to talk about for wealth creation.

One is -- Wealth is genetics as well as psychology. What do I mean by genetics. Genetics means

you are born with wealth genes. You are born to wealthy parents. They have already plenty

of money. So you are born with a "silver spoon" in the mouth. But most people are born with

only a plastic spoon or no spoon at all. So, what can be done. So, they can do a lot. Psychology

plays an important role. You have a financial mind so your psychology can change your genetics.

If your genectics has gone wrong, you can depend on psychology. And that leads me to

the second principle of wealth creation, which is -- every thought changes the Brain. This

is the most important discovery of our 21st century. Every thought that you think changes

your brain. So you need a wealth thought, not a thought about stock market or real estate.

They are essential but they are secondary. What is the primary wealth thought? The primary

well thought is the sound Shreem Brzee. Shreem Brzee the sound, the thought that can change

your mindset. If you have a limitation in your mind that not gives you the ability to

think in terms of let's say, millions -- in India, its croes, that limitation can be achieved

by the sound Shreem Brzee. It is quite mechanical. This sound, as you know, was given to me by

Vishwamitra, that the emperor who turned into a Rishi who wanted to give a great life to

his citizens. And then he gave this technique to me. So Shreem Brzee is the sound that can

change your mindset from limited mindset to an unlimited mindset. That is the second principle.

The third principle is the equation -- time equals money. Everybody is paid for in America

on an hourly basis. It really ranges from anywhere from say $15 to $15000 or even $50,000/hour.

It's all a mindset. The mindset decides how much you are going to charge per hour. So

Shreeem Brzee can do that too. The time money equation is a divine equation. It is not human.

Why do we how do we paid for our time? Because time equals money. Time and money cannot be

separated. So you have to understand the time and Shreem Brzee can shrink time, so that

you can make the most money, if you understand the principles of time. So that is also included

in the Shreem Brzee course, in the wealth course. So there are some products that will

be available through the bank. How to avoid wide frequent withdrawal. These are the products

from ATM machines. It's a time based program. If you withdraw the money at the wrong time,

the money will be spent quickly and probably wasted too. So that it's a money-based program

that yhou will understand. The second product is when to deposit the money and when to withdraw

[it]. Because if you deposit it in a wrong time, you will be withdrawing very quickly.

Or it will not produce the results that you wanted, because there are so many financial

instruments. So that also is another program that will be available. And then withdrawing

for commercial and personal projects. You know, why do you withdraw the money? There

are different timings that are available to withdraw timing. So that has to be followed.

And creating a financial Brain. So, it is in combination with the bank, co-offered with

the bank. You have to have some financial knowledge which, you know, banks are really

offering courses like that. But we will create the fundamentals. We will create the financial

brain through Shreem Brzee. You may be wondering how Shreem Brzee is going to create our financial

mind. A mind is a matter of sound waves and meaning. Now I usually give the example of

this three different Sounds: pull PULL - bull B U L L and F U L L full. These are three

words and what is unique in these words is the first letter changes. pull bull and full.

But the entire response of the mind to these sounds are very different. Pull is different

from Bull and Bull is different from Full. You can see how meaning changes with the Sounds.

So the Shreem Brzee author, who was Vishwamitra, knew how the sound can create a financial

Brain. So I have added sound. "Brzee" was the sound given by Vishwamitra where Brzee

plays the role of changing your Karma and introducing the principle of Lakshmi. And

then I have added "Shreem," myself, to this to make it more powerful. There are another

product that we are going to introduce is banking and numerical, mathematical astrology

online. It's a software hire which you know, most people are using software so there will

be an application that will be custom made for each individual which can work along with

the bank software. So that you cannot go wrong with your withdrawal or your deposit. So it

will be controlled by that. So that's great. Thanks for the technology that's available

today. Then another psychological products is Lucid Dreaming. Lucid Dreaming is a special

way of dreaming to go into the subconscious mind and use Shreem Brzee so that you can

develop a financial Brain. I'm very happy to bring it to the banking world because it

is the proper domain for me to make this Shreem Brzee available to people. You know, when

I was in India when I shared this with someone, he said, "Well, I shared with the chairman

of a bank and then he said he wanted to see you." And then because of my schedule, that

meeting did not take place. As soon as I go back to India by the end of the month, I will

be very actively involved in giving the product to the banks. And it's going to be a great

product. I am very happy that there is going to be disseminated through the financial institutions. God Bless.

Sherlock and John - Torn - Duration: 4:01.

I thought I saw a man brought to life

He was warm

He came around like he was dignified

He showed me what it was to cry

Well, you couldn't be that man I adored

You don't seem to know

Seem to care what your heart is for

But I don't know him anymore

There's nothing where he used to lie

Conversation has run dry

That's what's going on

Nothing's fine, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

You're a little late, I'm already torn

So I guess the fortune teller's right

Should have seen just what was there

And not some holy light

But it crawled beneath my veins, and now...

I don't care, I have no luck

I don't miss it all that much

There's just so many things

That I can't touch, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

You're a little late, I'm already torn

Torn...

There's nothing where he used to lie

My inspiration has run dry

That's what's going on

Nothing's right, I'm torn

I'm all out of faith

This is how I feel

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Lying naked on the floor

Illusion never changed into something real

I'm wide awake

And I can see the perfect sky is torn

I'm cold and I'm ashamed

Bound and broken on the floor

Even Without Game of Thrones, HBO Is Already the Big Winner of the 2017 Emmy Awards - Duration: 3:05.

Even Without Game of Thrones, HBO Is Already the Big Winner of the 2017 Emmy Awards

The main Emmy Awards event won't take place until next Sunday, September 17.

But the dominating narrative for the past few years has focused on all the record-breaking victories of HBO's tentpole series, Game of Thrones—mostly thanks to the sheer volume of wins that show has racked up year after year at the Creative Arts Emmys.

Thrones managed an impressive eight Creative Arts wins in 2015, and nine in 2016.

But that bellwether event, taking place over two nights this weekend, had to soldier on this year without awarding any CGI dragons or elaborate Westerosi costumes, because Game of Thrones is not in contention for the ceremony this year.

Does that mean HBO is sweating? As it turns out, maybe not. Even without Westeros, HBO is already the big Emmy winner of 2017.

Last year, HBO emerged from the two-night Creative Arts Emmys with 16 wins, almost all of which were thanks to Game of Thrones.

But this year, HBO somehow topped that number with a total of 19 Creative Arts wins, spread out over five series: Veep, The Night Of, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Big Little Lies, and Westworld.

Given that three of those series debuted for the first time this year, newly -minted programming chief Casey Bloys ought to be feeling very self-congratulatory right about now.

Even without Game of Thrones, the network's future is not as bleak as some might have painted it.

While HBO's continued success is one story to emerge the weekend, the other statistic worth considering belongs to Netflix.

Last year, the streaming service only pulled in six Creative Arts Emmys. But this year it leapt over the competition—minus HBO—to take home a staggering 16 awards, largely thanks to genre favorite Stranger Things—though The Crown, House of Cards, Ava DuVernay's 13th, Luke Cage, Master of None, and, surprisingly, The Ranch, all contributed to the grand total.

NBC should also be congratulating itself. Thanks to strong showings from S.N.L. and This Is Us, it went from four wins to nine.

But while HBO maintained and other networks gained, FX is the awards season darling that took the biggest hit this year.

Without the likes of American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson in contention, last year's golden network walked away with just four wins for Feud, Fargo, and American Horror Story: Roanoke.

What does this mean for the big ceremony on Sunday night?

Well, the triumph of HBO may spell trouble for NBC's hopes that in the absence of Game of Thrones, its emotionally intense but grounded-in-reality drama This Is Us will take away the top prize for Outstanding Drama.

Such a win would be the first time a network show had taken the night's shiniest trophy since Fox's 24 in 2006.

But judging by the victorious robot cowboys, Demogorgons, and even dystopian handmaids of the 2017 Creative Arts Emmys (which, admittedly, favor the more extreme technical aspects of genre storytelling), the sci-fi fantasy trend that Game of Thrones started may be here to stay.
